HE DID IT: Trump Just Destroyed Obama's Legacy With the Swipe of a Pen

Earlier this week, it was revealed that Barack Obama has been meeting with Democratic hopefuls

for the 2020 election.

Now, Fox News contributor Katie Pavlich has revealed the real reason he has been doing

this.

It was reported that Obama has met with nine potential Democratic candidates, including

Bernie Sanders, Elizabeth Warren and Deval Patrick.

Pavlich believes that Obama is doing this because he is desperate to stop Trump from

saving his legacy.

"Clearly he's frustrated with his legacy completely being destroyed by this administration,"

Pavlich said.

Pavlich went on to say that Democrats are ignoring middle-America counties that voted

for Obama in 2008 but then switched and voted for Trump in 2016.

"Maybe Obama can kind of give them some advice about how to get back those counties,"

she said.

The meetings Obama has had with the prospective candidates have taken place at Obama's personal

office on the third floor of the World Wildlife Fund building in Washington D.C.

The potential candidates are each desperate to secure Obama's blessing, as he has remained

the virtual head of the Democratic Party.

However, Obama has made no promises to any of them and will not endorse in the race until

a nominee emerges.

Obama campaigned heavily for Hillary Clinton in 2016, and it appears clear that he plans

to campaign against Trump a lot once again in 2020.

Trump has been systematically destroying Obama's legacy ever since he first entered the White

House.

On Friday, Trump called out Obama again for ceding Crimea to Russia in 2014.

"President Obama lost Crimea just so you understand, this was before I got there,"

Trump said.

"President Obama lost Crimea."

When asked to explain this, Trump replied, "Because Putin didn't respect President

Obama.

President Obama lost Crimea because president Putin didn't respect President Obama, didn't

respect our country and didn't respect Ukraine."

Trump Unleashes HELL on Pro-Obama FBI Agents – "You're All Fired"

Five FBI officials, including Peter Strzok and Lisa Page, have just been referred for

disciplinary action to the bureau for their text messages that display a clear bias against

Donald Trump.

Daily Caller reported that in addition to Strzok and Page, the three other officials

being referred are two FBI agents and an attorney who worked on the special counsel's Russia

investigation.

This probe will focus on whether the officials violated the FBI's Offense Codes and Penalty

Guidelines.

"The FBI will handle these referrals pursuant to the FBI's disciplinary investigation

and adjudication processes, and will impose disciplinary measures as warranted," read

a report released Thursday by the Justice Department's Office of the Inspector General

(OIG).

"The conduct of the five FBI employees … has brought discredit to themselves, sowed doubt

about the FBI's handling of the Midyear investigation, and impacted the reputation

of the FBI."

The report went on to state that, "in its review of collected materials, the OIG found

that several FBI employees had exchanged text messages, instant messages, or both, that

included political statements hostile to or favoring particular candidates, and appeared

to mix political opinion with discussions" about the Hillary Clinton email probe.

Numerous anti-Trump exchanges between Strzok and Page, who were having an extramarital

affair with each other, have already been released to the public.

The lovers frequently criticized Trump while they were both working on the FBI's Russia

investigation.

"F Trump," Page, an FBI attorney, wrote in one message to Strzok.

In another exchange in August of 2016, Strzok wrote that "we'll stop" Trump from becoming

president.

The report also details exchanges between two agents referred to as "Agent 1" and

"Agent 5."

Agent 1 interviewed Clinton along with Strzok in July of 2016.

"I'm done interviewing the President," the agent wrote at the time, referring to

Clinton.

In a later exchange, this agent added that they were "Not sure if Trump or the [FBI's]

fifth floor is worse."

"I'm so sick of both," Agent 5 responded.

In text messages sent on Election Day, the agents suggested that there would be riots

if Trump defeated Clinton.

"You think HRC is gonna win right?

You think we should get nails and some boards in case she doesnt," Agent 1 wrote.

"She better win… otherwise i'm gonna be walking around with both of my guns,"

Agent 5 replied.

Trump Stuns Obama Holdovers "You're All FIRED" - Duration: 10:42.

Trump Stuns Obama Holdovers: "You're All FIRED"

President Donald Trump just issued a new executive order that will potentially get rid of federal

employee unions' ability to negotiate with agency leaders and represent workers.

PS Republic reported that this order will will also reduce the time it takes for an

agency to fire people for poor performance or misconduct.

Trump issues this order because during Barack Obama's presidency, government employees

felt safe from repercussions for not working or for misbehaving.

Trump has had enough of this nonsense, and he's putting these workers on notice.

"Today, the President is fulfilling his promise to promote a more efficient government

by reforming civil service rules," said Andrew Bremberg, director of the President's

Domestic Policy Council.

"Every year, the Federal Employee Viewpoint Survey shows that less than one-third of federal

employees believe poor performers are adequately addressed by their agency.

These executive orders make it easier to remove poor performing employees, and ensure that

taxpayer dollars are more efficiently used."

Trump's first goal is to reduce the time it takes to fire poor performers and employees

suspected of misconduct by standardizing the length of Performance Improvement Plans to

30 days across the federal government.

"A GAO report shows that it takes six months to a year to remove someone from government,

and can often take another nine months on appeal," an official said.

"[This] also encourages agencies to fire someone for misconduct when they've been

engaged in behavior that warrants it, instead of just suspending them."

Sen. James Lankford (R-OK) released a statement praising Trump for this order, calling it

a huge move towards a more effective federal government.

"The hallmark of the American civil service is our commitment to hire the best and the

brightest to serve our fellow Americans," he said.

"These executive orders strive to make the federal government more efficient, not only

for the taxpayer, but for our great federal workers.

We have thousands of federal employees who work very hard for the nation; it's important

that their work is not frustrated by the poor performance of a small few."

Liberals are furious about this of course, but we love Trump's latest move!

Donald Trump Shut Down James Comey With Nine Words - Duration: 11:52.

Donald Trump Shut Down James Comey With Nine Words

Former FBI Director James Comey played a leading role in one of the biggest scandals in American

history.

On his watch, the FBI engaged in a politically motivated espionage campaign to destroy Donald

Trump.

But President Trump struck back and shut down the former FBI Director with nine words.

The Coverup Begins

The FBI and Department of Justice are fighting efforts to uncover the extent of the FBI's

corruption.

Both agencies are resisting efforts by Congress and outside watchdog groups to turn over documents.

Officials at the FBI and Department of Justice are terrified of what will happen when Americans

learn the truth.

President Trump is fed up.

But Trump is in a difficult position.

The President has the power to declassify documents and order their release, however,

should he take that action, his critics will accuse him of interfering in an investigation.

So the President has chosen to remain on the sidelines while making his wishes known via

public statements.

Some Trump supporters are frustrated by this strategy.

Others trust his instincts and realize the President doesn't want to hand his critics

any more ammunition.

The President Speaks Out

Trump once again put the FBI and Comey on blast for their conduct during the election

and ensuring a cover-up.

President Trump asked, "Will the FBI ever recover it's once stellar reputation?"

The President also wondered why they won't turn over text messages belonging to former

Deputy Director Andrew McCabe.

President Trump tweeted:

WHY ISN'T THE FBI GIVING ANDREW MCCABE TEXT MESSAGES TO JUDICIAL WATCH OR APPROPRIATE

GOVERNMENTAL AUTHORITIES.

FBI SAID THEY WON'T GIVE UP EVEN ONE (I MAY HAVE TO GET INVOLVED, DO NOT DESTROY).

WHAT ARE THEY HIDING?

MCCABE WIFE TOOK BIG CAMPAIGN DOLLARS FROM HILLARY PEOPLE…..

…..WILL THE FBI EVER RECOVER IT'S ONCE STELLAR REPUTATION, SO BADLY DAMAGED BY COMEY,

MCCABE, PETER S AND HIS LOVER, THE LOVELY LISA PAGE, AND OTHER TOP OFFICIALS NOW DISMISSED

OR FIRED?

SO MANY OF THE GREAT MEN AND WOMEN OF THE FBI HAVE BEEN HURT BY THESE CLOWNS AND LOSERS!

A Dark Secret Behind the Cover Up

Critics accuse the FBI of trying to run out the clock.

They believe the FBI is slow-walking document requests from Congress in hopes Democrats

win back power in November.

Once the Democrats wield subpoena power, all the investigations into the FBI's wrongdoing

would vanish.

Outside groups could still submit Freedom of Information Act requests, but the FBI handles

those at a glacial pace and sometimes takes months or years to comply.

President Trump is aware of those outcomes.

Trump supporters believe that is why he mentioned getting involved in his tweets.

The Democrats controlling Congress could very well change the dynamics of the investigations.

A Democrat committee would take a hands-off approach with the FBI, so the only recourse

would be that the President would have to get involved.

We will keep you up to date on any new developments in this ongoing story.

MARIA BALTIROMO:TRUMP TO SESSIONS: LOOK INTO CORRUPTION ON THE "OTHER SIDE" - Duration: 12:13.

and we were back with congressman darrell Issa republican of california

and congressman we were just talking about Jeff Sessions the Attorney General

moments ago and you said Jeff Sessions is the only one who can do this to to to

right this wrong ship but he's not doing it

should the president fire Jeff Sessions congressman well I think the president

has an obligation to make it clear and I think he's done that that Jeff Sessions

has to step up to the plate and do his job he's ordered open and transparent

communication in other words give Congress the documents they're asking

for in the most unredacted way possible and what he's done is allowed the

bureaucrats to slow walk us and give us documents that look like a black cow

eating a licorice at midnight they're just all blacks that's right and that's

that's unacceptable and so when the president rightfully so

says that if Jeff Sessions won't do it then the president will in fact use his

authority to clear the classified request in the attorney-client privilege

and the presidential prerogatives out of the way and make it available and this

is something that needs to be done of course you need to make sure that if

somebody life is at risk that you protect them but after that the rest of

it really is the president saying he wants to be open and transparent and

every one of his cabinet officers needs to heed that and provide that kind of

information quickly yeah well why wouldn't he Disick Lassa fie these

documents congressman you know when I asked him that when I interviewed the

president didn't in July of this year he said well some people are saying don't

do it you know they don't want me to get involved and then of course we know that

the special counsel is trying to look for any obstruction but why would that

be obstruction wouldn't that just be shining a light on things making it more

transparent what's the downside risk well one of the interesting things is of

course the special prosecutor gets everything completely unredacted we're

only asking to - quite frankly look over his shoulder and look over the shoulder

of other investigations that should occur understand the president inherited

an a a system that likes to give no-one anything I often say that the most

classified thing there is anywhere in Washington is embarrassment and so often

it's it's what they don't want you to know because they don't want you to they

don't want to be embarrassed it's not real classification the book the

president is doing the right thing exactly the opposite of President Obama

he's saying make an open and transparent when Jeff Sessions was a senator he

certainly would have said I want the information he in fact maybe not as

quickly as John McCain made the moral argument that we needed to know about

Benghazi and prevent that from happening again right and he demanded documents

now he needs to be on the other side saying Congress has an absolute right

the American people have a right and he needs to lead that or get out of the way

and when I say get out of the way he somebody has to replace him that will do

it if he won't well you said that the special counsel gets to see everything

unredacted you know a lot of people have been making the point recently me

included that the special counsels investigation will not have credibility

unless he looked at everything both sides I mean we know that Hillary

Clinton and the DNC paid upwards of a million dollars for that dossier they

spent the money on the dossier then they used the dossier to get a warrant to

wiretap they did not they did not tell the FISA Court that the DNC and Hillary

Clinton paid that million dollars for it and yet you know we haven't heard a word

about this from the Special Counsel Ken Robert Muller continue this

investigation without looking at the FISA process and what took place in 2016

well I think a way to put it and agree with you is rod Rosenstein needs to give

specific instructions that says you can and should do that and if he isn't

willing to do it we have to look to his own culpability in that and that false

FISA warrant that he had a part in he's a witness

let me switch gears real quick congressman and ask you about China and

trade because really stunning developments on Friday when the

president decided to stop Mike Mike Pompeo from going to North Korea for

this planned trip and then talked about how China is not where he thought they

should be in terms of trade where are we in this battle with China right now we

you know the the way you get a deal whether it's a national

to deal with North Korea and their nuclear weapons or a trade deal that

begins to give some level of fairness from China is you've got to be willing

to walk away from it the president is the master of the art of the deal he

wants to be there he clearly will will turn Mike around

Mike Pompeo around the secretary in in hours if there's an opportunity but he's

not going to send them there just to have a pretty portrait of people shaking

hands and I think that's the difference in this negotiator is the deal's off if

you're not making progress the deals back on quickly if you are he's done it

before he can do it again but Maria the thing

that I think the American people have to understand is although trade is a

national security issue you cannot continue to give away hundreds of

billions of dollars of the American people's hard-earned money to China just

because China has a bad actor that periodically will misbehave and they use

it as leverage and that's exactly what China continues to do it's true and they

won't even admit that they're taking the IP and that they're stealing so much

technology from the US and forcing the the transfer of text so we'll see if

this strategy works in terms of changing China's behavior we love having you

answer please come back soon great to see accomplishments thanks Maria

Congress would dare Eliza they are remembering a senator war hero and

former Republican presidential nominee John McCain our panel is here with that

and other big stories of the week a panel up next stay with us as we look

ahead on Sunday morning futures

we're remembering the life and legacy of John McCain this morning a war hero

senator and presidential nominee after he lost his brave battle with brain

cancer yesterday at the age of 81 our pal joins us right now to talk more

about that Ed Rollins is former White House adviser to President Reagan

he's a Fox News contributor Mary Kissel is back editorial board member for The

Wall Street Journal and also a Fox News contributor and Gregg Jarrett joins us

this morning Fox News legal analyst and author of the top-selling book the

Russia hoax the illicit scheme to clear Hillary Clinton and frame Donald Trump

Greg good to have you thank you so much for joining us this morning great to see

everybody and Ed you go back with with Senator John McCain I first met John

McCain when he came back from Vietnam from from prison in 1973 he handled the

Senate congressional relations for a while i was doing congressional

relations was this sector for transportation so we hung out together

we all were involved in Watergate and what-have-you

it was always a man of great fun great integrity great intellect he wasn't

always a happy warrior sometimes he was a grumpy warrior but it was always a

warrior and I think the only battle he ever lost was this one and he lost it

with great class great there will never be another one like him and I say that

in a very positive way and I thought one of many occasions I loved him on many

occasions but he was an extraordinary human being in the Congress we're very

lucky to have him the country is very lucky to have him he was a maverick

and you know what he would he named Sarah Palin and Palin as his running

mate initially I thought it was brilliant well in a way it was Brandon

for about three weeks about three weeks she drove the agenda and again you know

he was he was the most beloved candidate ever to run for president by the media

unfortunately not so much by the Conservatives but at the end of the day

the country was well served by him and the veterans of this country oh him an

undying debt for all the things and the world as well and today we're talking

about world issues Mary cares I want to get your take on the president's

decision on Friday to stop Mike Pompeo from going to North Korea because of the

challenges that the u.s. is having with China largely and I guess North Korea as

well yeah I thought it was a very encouraging sign Maria because let's be

honest there hasn't been a lot of progress since President Trump

met Kim jong-un in Singapore in June and I think it was right for the president

to acknowledge that and not to reward the North Koreans with another meeting

with a cabinet-level official now president Trump remember called off the

Singapore summit before he called it back on again good so I I hope that he

sticks with this decision but it's a step in the right direction

what do you want to see happen in terms of the US and North Korea just complete

denuclearization I mean what would be victory

well victory according to the White House and we agree with this on the

editorial page is complete verifiable irreversible denuclearization and the

Trump administration has acknowledged that dragging out talks in the past has

not worked that bribing North Korea doesn't work but they have a big problem

in the South Korean administration Maria because you have a government there in

Seoul that is very far to the left and that wants rapprochement with the north

at any cost and so if there's a problem here it's not just China that we have a

problem with it's our ally and friend in Seoul some so many incredible issues

going into the midterm elections not to mention the issues around the Department

of Justice the FBI and the president now attacking Jeff Sessions in in a louder

voice Gregg Jarrett you you wrote the book the Russia hopes your thoughts on

the president's tweets this week basically pointing out that Jeff

Sessions according to the president is not doing his job well the president is

absolutely correct first at the outset jeff Sessions betrayed the president

Sascha's told the Senate Intelligence Committee began his refusal his first

day in office he concealed his intentions from the president so the

president was betrayed from the outset and then Jeff Sessions has taken very

little action to go after as I named them in the book the law enforcers who

became the lawbreakers he should have renewed and reopened the

investigation and Hillary Clinton's emails gone after her for the

destruction of evidence under a lawful subpoena and why hasn't he investigated

Hillary Clinton and her campaign paying a foreigner a British spy for

information from Russians which was then used as the basis for the Trump Russia

investigation and wiretap warrant that should have been done and next week

Bruce or the number four guide the Justice Department will testify and

answer questions behind closed doors what are you expecting from the Bruce or

testimony Greg Kot well I have 63 pages of wars notes emails and text messages

between himself and Christopher Steele there are going to be a lot of questions

about the nefarious activities between those two men in pushing the Trump

Russia collusion hopes well you know this is probably the most consequential

midterm elections that we've seen in a long time and Rollins do these issues

come up do these issues drive voters or is it largely economic or something else

in November well every race will be different the interesting thing in this

this race is there are 66 races in the house that are listed as toss-ups or

lean one way or the other only four those are Democrats most of

them are ours we have 39 Republicans either retiring are running for our

office biggest vacancy since 1930 so my sense is you got to go out and you got

to take these new candidates the Democrats apart you got it and so the

issues that we want to run on the economic issues what-have-you are a

little tougher in this 10 weeks left to go and ton of money out there Bloomberg

the former mayor has put 80 million dollars in the Democratic races yeah I

clearly is defined himself we have raised tremendous amount of money on our

side so every race will be well funded but it's just a question of time what

can you do the outcomes have been positive whether it's economic outcome a

foreign policy outcome I want to get your take on the outcomes when we come

right back Mary Kissel let's take a short break the panel stays right here

more in a moment when we come back

you

TRUMP INFURIATES OBAMA WITH MASSIVE ORDER TO PENTAGON – THIS IS IT - Duration: 11:00.

TRUMP INFURIATES OBAMA WITH MASSIVE ORDER TO PENTAGON – THIS IS IT

When Barack Obama took office, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration was getting

ready to get Americans back on the moon and even to Mars before he derailed their efforts.

Now, President Donald Trump is putting Obama to shame once again by making sure that NASA

various space projects have the funding to get back on track.

The Gateway Pundit reported that during his presidency, Obama crippled NASA from pioneering

the future of space exploration to instead forcing them to promote his so-called social

justice agenda by pushing radical global warming extremism and Muslim outreach.

Obama even forced NASA administrator Charles Bolden to make Muslim outreach a top priority

for the federal agency.

Trump called Obama out for this on Twitter back in 2012.

On Monday, Trump announced that he has directed the Pentagon to establish the "Space Force"

as a sixth branch to join the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marine Corps and Coast Guard dedicated

to protecting American interests in outer space.

"When it comes to defending America, it is not enough to merely have an American presence

in space.

We must have American dominance in space," the president said in the White House East

Room during a meeting of the National Space Council.

"Very importantly, I'm hereby directing the Department of Defense and Pentagon to

immediately begin the process necessary to establish the Space Force as the sixth branch

of the armed forces."

"We are going to have the Air Force and we are going to have the Space Force: separate

but equal, it is going to be something so important," he explained.

Trump went on to say that this initiative will protect American interest in space by

monitoring commercial traffic and debris and would be "great not only in terms of jobs

and everything else, it's great for the psyche of our country."

Trump officially asked Gen. Joseph F. Dunford Jr., the chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff,

to oversee efforts to build this new military branch.

"General Dunford, if you would carry that assignment out, I would be very greatly honored,"

Trump said to him.

"We got it," the General replied.

Rudy Giuliani: Impeaching Trump Will Lead To Civil War Against Elites - Duration: 12:06.

Rudy Giuliani: Impeaching Trump Will Lead To Civil War Against Elites

Rudy Giuliani has warned impeachment proceedings against Donald Trump will result in a new

American civil war.

In an interview with Sky News, Trump's lawyer said "the American people would revolt"

against the elitists if the president was impeached on phoney Russian collusion charges.

Sky News reports: "You could only impeach [Trump] for political reasons and the American

people would revolt against that," he said.

Cohen admitted on Tuesday to paying hush money to a porn actress and a model at the request

of a "candidate" – revealed by his lawyer to be Donald Trump – in order to influence

the 2016 US election campaign.

His lawyer says it is "absolutely clear that Donald Trump committed a felony" in

the run-up to the election, and the developments have heightened speculation that the president

could be impeached.

Mr Giuliani, however, said he believed Mr Trump has been "completely cleared" by

Cohen's testimony, saying it was "inevitable" that he would not be impeached.

"You have this Cohen guy, he doesn't know anything about Russian collusion, he doesn't

know anything about obstruction, he's a massive liar," he said.

Mr Giuliani, former mayor of New York, spoke to Sky News during a golfing trip at Balmedie

on the Aberdeenshire coast, a course owned by Mr Trump.

His attempt to defend the president and discredit Cohen echoed the claims of Mr Trump and his

press secretary Sarah Sanders, who have both dismissed claims of wrongdoing brought by

the former lawyer.

The evidence that Mr Trump had been involved in hush money payments includes a tape recording

of a conversation from before the presidential election, in which he and Cohen discuss payment

to the Playboy model Karen McDougal.

On Thursday Mr Giuliani denied that the recordings were significant, saying: "The tape recordings

say very clearly that Cohen did it on his own, didn't tell the president until much

later."

He claimed the former lawyer had been "discredited" and would not be able to provide useful information

to special counsel Robert Mueller, who is probing accusations of collusion with Russia

in the 2016 election.

Mr Giuliani was also questioned over former campaign manager Paul Manafort, who was found

guilty on Tuesday of eight of 18 charges relating to avoiding paying $16m (£12.4m) in taxes.

"If you ask me has Paul Manafort been treated very unfairly," he said.

"The man was put into solitary confinement which turned out to be almost like civil cases

not real crime, it's not like he's a terrorist or an organised criminal or a killer."

Mr Giuliani has in recent days been called to defend himself for claiming in a TV interview

about the investigation into Russia's role in the 2016 US election that "truth isn't

truth".

Donald Trump Stuns Nation With Huge Announcement About Melania

First Lady Melania Trump was plagued by rumors spread by the mainstream media when she spent

last month recovering from a medical procedure.

Though the White House has confirmed that she was recovering from kidney surgery, members

of the media still pushed rumors that Melania had actually gotten plastic surgery.

On Monday, President Donald Trump stunned everyone by addressing these nasty rumors

head-on.

The Hill reported that while speaking at a rally in South Carolina for Gov. Henry McMaster

(R), Trump praised his wife for her intelligence and sense of style.

"She had an operation a few weeks ago.

She's fine," Trump said.

"But they had all kinds of projections," Trump continued, referring to the mainstream

media.

"They said she got a facelift.

No.

I would let you know.

They couldn't hide that one for long."

"They said she left me and moved to New York," he added.

"The only thing they wouldn't say is what happened.

And she's private.

She doesn't want to talk about things."

After eight years of having an attention hog in the role of First Lady in the role of Michelle

Obama, Americans simply are not used to having a classy woman in this position like Melania,

who values her privacy.

It's sad that the First Lady could not even recover from surgery in peace without behind

hounded by members of the liberal press.

This came one day after Melania made a surprise appearance at a youth conference in Virginia,

where she promoted "kindness, compassion, and positivity."

"Kindness, compassion and positivity are very important traits in life," Melania

said at the Students Against Destructive Decisions annual conference.

"It is far easier to say nothing than it is to speak words of kindness.

It is easier to judge quickly than it is to understand.

It is often easier to see a glass half-empty than half full," she continued.

"Nevertheless, you have the power to be a positive force in so many people's lives.

Show respect to each other.

Treat your community like your family and look out for one another."

Trump won't be at John McCain's funeral after bitter war-of-words - Duration: 9:25.

As the nation mourns the loss of Senator John McCain, preparations for the war hero's funeral are underway - but one face sure to be missing from the crowd is president Donald Trump

McCain had been locked in a war of words with Trump dating back to 2015 and specified months ago that he did not want the president to attend his funeral

Those close to the Republican Arizona senator reportedly started making arrangements for McCain's funeral in May, nearly a year after he announced that he had been diagnosed with an aggressive and rare form of brain cancer

He died on Saturday at his Arizona home surrounded by his family at the age of 81

According to a report by the New York Times, McCain's inner circle said vice president Mike Pence was invited to the services but not Trump

The Times cited McCain's 'rocky relationship' with the president as the reason Trump was not on the invite list

McCain reportedly spent the last year of his life planning his own funeral, CNN reported Saturday night

Friends of the senator said he wanted the service held at three locations: Arizona, the National Cathedral in Washington and Annapolis, Maryland

Sources said that McCain had requested that George W Bush and Barack Obama deliver the eulogies at his funeral

Two family members reiterated to CNN on Saturday that Trump won't be present at the service

Trump has not commented on McCain's wishes that he stay away from the funeral, but did offer a short message on the senator's passing

'My deepest sympathies and respect go out to the family of Senator John McCain,' he wrote

'Our hearts and prayers are with you!'Trump's statement comes a little over a week after he failed to recognize McCain during a signing of the John S McCain National Defense Authorization Act, which lawmakers implemented to honor McCain's leadership of the Senate Armed Services Committee and his years of service in the Senate

The back and forth banter continued for the next two years, as Trump repeatedly launched public attacks – often times on Twitter – at McCain

In a 2016 tweet Trump slammed the senator as 'foul mouthed' and in a 2017 post he lashed out at McCain for voting against the Affordable Care Act

For his part, McCain publicly criticized Trump on numerous occasions. In a July statement, McCain lashed out at the president after Trump said during a meeting in Helsinki with Russian president Vladimir Putin that he accepted Russia's claim that that they did not meddle in the US presidential election

McCain said of Trump's comments: 'No prior president has ever abased himself more abjectly before a tyrant'

McCain again bashed Trump in March when Trump congratulated Putin on re-election

'An American president does not lead the free world by congratulating dictators on winning sham elections,' McCain said

The senator also wrote about his long-standing feud with Trump in his memoir The Restless Wave saying that Trump's behavior was disturbing

'His lack of empathy for refugees, innocent, persecuted, desperate men, women, and children, is disturbing,' the book read

'The way he speaks about them is appalling, as if welfare or terrorism were the only purposes they could have in coming to our country

''His reaction to unflattering news stories, calling them "fake news," whether they're credible or not, is copied by autocrats who want to discredit and control a free press,' McCain wrote

'He has declined to distinguish the actions of our government from the crimes of despotic ones

He has showered with praise some of the world's worst tyrants.'

Trump Declares War On Social Media Censorship - Duration: 12:06.

Trump Declares War On Social Media Censorship

President Trump has vowed to aggressively fight censorship on social media, claiming

the crackdown on "fake news" is nothing more than an attempt to silence conservative

voices.

Speaking at his rally Tuesday in West Virginia, Trump said that Americans deserve the same

First Amendment rights as the mainstream media.

"We are also standing up to social media censorship, that's the new thing, that's

the new thing," Trump said.

"You know, I'd rather have fake news like CNN, I'd rather have fake news, it's true,

than have anybody including liberals, socialists, anything, than have anybody stopped and censored."

"We got to live with it," he said.

Information Liberation reports: "Everyone of us is sort of like a newspaper," Trump

said.

"You have Twitter… you have Facebook…

You can't have censorship, you can't pick one person and say, we don't like what he's

been saying, he's out.

So we will live with fake news."

"I hate to say it but we have no choice because that's by far the better alternative.

You can't have people saying censorship.

It can turn around, it could be them next.

We believe in the right of Americans to speak their minds," he said.

This is a good angle as there's really no difference these days between random individuals

on social media and media outlets, especially considering most fake news outlets like CNN

have zero standards anyways — not to mention they outright lie to get our nation into wars.

The whole media anger over "fake news" is really just anger over the fact that in

the internet age anyone is able to call out their bull—t.

That's why most fake news sites have deleted their comment sections and are now doing everything

in their power to work with Big Tech to shut down the true free press.
