Trump news on Youtube Aug 25 2018

president Trump pummeling his Attorney General Jeff Sessions yet again today

this comes after the embattled AG pushed back against Trump's criticism defending

his performance at the DOJ and vowing not to be influenced by political

considerations chief national correspondent ed Henry joins us with the

latest on the heated feud what's going on it

good to see you Jesse you know the war words and I hear Greg they're bullying

me that's interesting it's really intensifying because it's not really new

for the president to punch the Attorney General what's surprising is Jeff

Sessions decided to fire back and may just be counter punching his way out of

a job the feud has been getting ugly for some

time with the president tweeting last year the Attorney General was

beleaguered and then tweeting earlier this month that sessions was

quote/unquote missing in action on democratic scandals like the Clinton

email Pro but the spat appeared to escalate Wednesday the president's

interview with Fox Fox's Ainsley Earhardt where he didn't just take

another swing at sessions for letting James Comey and others off the hook he

questioned his manhood sessions listen to this are very strong in the Justice

Department I put an attorney general that never

took control of the Justice Department Jeff Sessions never took control of the

Justice Department he took the job and then he said I'm going to recuse myself

I said what kind of a man is this now sessions usually ignores those punches

but yesterday decided of try and brush the president back with a statement

claiming he took control of justice on day one and adding quote while I am

Attorney General the actions of the Department of Justice will not be

improperly influenced by political considerations this afternoon

former session spokesman Ian Pryor told me the Attorney General responded this

time because the president's words were more powerful on camera rather than just

tweets and I pressed him on answering the president's complaint about why his

friends are facing indictments and criminal charges while on the Democratic

side the Justice Department appears to be laying off under this Department of

Justice they are not going to talk about ongoing investigations publicly or in

any other way so we don't know what they're investigating what they're

looking at beyond that there needs to be enough evidence for a jury to it for a

grand jury to Deitz somebody now Republican Lindsey

Graham says that session should not be ousted before the midterms when you've

got Brett Cavanaugh's nomination other matters to deal with but Graham said

change may be coming after the midterms and the president a few hours ago

tweeted out reaction the sessions statement say Jeff that's great that all

of a sudden you don't want political considerations go after some of the

Democratic scandals that's the president's message all right thanks

have a great weekend you too all right well it looks like

he's just trying to browbeat the Attorney General into resigning

accessions is getting the message so uh they're like Ross and Rachel on friends

they fight they break up but you know what I really think they belong together

because I think there's some chemistry they fight in public which makes it

uncomfortable for all of us and God help you if you take a side because then

they'll both turn against you that happens whenever a couple fights here's

my problem with this is that I'm not a fan of office politics my concern is

that you know it's a distraction from serious matters we just saw Isis audio

released and in which it's like maybe al-baghdadi might not be dead talking

about current events so we're obsessing over parlor intrigue

and payoffs to porn stars and our enemies are reloading they were 24/7

while we sit and we get distracted and they're waiting for the right time our

media is distracted we're kind of distracted we're complacent and we're

complacent in large part because President Trump and our military made

Isis feel like a distant memory so they're not around anymore so we're we

can have fun with this stuff but I get I'm a little worried because I'm a

neurotic freak here here yes the one who's right kitty I do understand the

president's frustration with his Attorney General and he explained it

pretty specifically here he says deleted Clinton emails Comey lies and leaks

Muller conflicts mccabe Strock page Bruce and Nellie or FISA abuse Kris

Steele and the dossier the Clinton Foundation surveillance collusion you

get you get his frustration because it looks like he's being railroaded by all

these investigations yet on the other hand his political enemies who he

believes have done a lot of wrong things are getting off scot-free well I think

it's frustrating from administration to administration when you see scandal

happen in the Obama administration for example

typically when a new administration comes in the next DOJ kind of closes the

door on what happened and tries to move on now whether that's because they don't

want to look into that because they may have their own problems with their own

is one question but politically this is not a good situation for the president

it's going to be very difficult to confirm someone who's as conservative as

Jeff Sessions on these issues and when it comes to what sessions said when he

fought back against what the president said he focused on other issues outside

of what the president's complaining about I've been working on violent crime

I've been working on terrorism I've been working on your one huge campaign issue

which is illegal immigration so if you don't want someone who's going to be

doing all those things good luck because it's when you're very difficult to find

someone who's willing to go to the mat on those issues at the Justice

Department there was a silver lining though yes there was a silver lining

there's you know there's a good picture of you in between yeah yeah I'm sitting

between the two gentlemen but I will tell you the silver lining that I saw in

this was when Jeff Sessions spokesperson said they're investigating things that

we're not going to know about so I hope they're going after Mackay back I can't

ride off in the sunset they should be going after struck who got fired they

should be going after Lisa Paige what they did was apprehensive was horrible

they should be going after Bruce or with all the fusions in the foundation of

course Clinton Foundation I'm hoping that they are doing their job and and

really we shouldn't know about it if they are as well as far as abuse but as

I said yesterday one I think if sessions gets too involved in doing the

president's bidding or going after some of the president's political enemies

regardless of not whether they did corrupt things it's going to create the

appearance of obstruction of justice because you have this ongoing Muller

investigation so he feels like he's in a bind probably you're a wise man Jim

thank you in keeping with that laundry list that you had before it sounds like

you're you know lock her up lock her up this is a Trump rally

I don't want it locked up I wanted to run again yes fine but I mean this is

first of all all the things that you listed have been investigated all the

people I see Jim Thome and all those people oh

I see and this the the FBI now is not run by a Republican the head of the

Justice Department not a Republican the Deputy Attorney got not a Republican

these are Republicans and you guys still are attacking your own it's hard to

believe that Republicans trumpian or is that how you say a trump you say what

you want okay unless you're a trumpeter

Trump acolytes sure then you can't you're not allowing the club in him what

about the politics of this Greg so if he does cut sessions loose before the

midterms it creates an impossible scenario to reconfirm but let's just say

they keep the Senate so they have the majority I could see him replacing

sessions in December and having them be confirmed or the new person confirmed in

January I don't know I get it I can't who knows who knows I don't know if he

stays or it goes I kind of like session seems like a nice guy met him once at

dinner which is nice sooo nice maybe but you know there's never been a more

transparent administration he castigates his staff publicly which is unusual but

but it's he's the least deceptive president I've ever seen we know about

all this stuff the interesting part about this story

none of this ever would have happened if Trump didn't win and we now we know that

Trump wasn't supposed to win and so he set off all sorts of punishment from all

sides you know and it's like and you have that Chef if Hillary had won would

you have seen the same kind of investigations about her corruption the

dossier story is way way WAY worse than anything Trump's don't I mean come on

Mort worse than a meetings craziness a dossier away from the conspiracies I'll

say that okay let's start if there is someone that President Trump has in mind

to replace Attorney General Sessions it would have to be someone who would agree

to fire Muller right it would have to be someone who is sure agree to attack the

Democrats so it would be totally a political move our law enforcement our

top law enforcement organization the Justice Department knighted States would

be totally politicized like Eric lund in the law enforcement community in this

country to an extent that I think we've never colder undermined the 5149

Republican majority in the Senate Katie I don't think given what susan collins

said today what john cornyn said today that there's any agree with that that

there's any chance that the Senate would confirm a new economy actually I

actually agree maybe right now but you know the man who's in charge of the

Senate Judiciary Committee Chuck Grassley last year was saying we're not

we don't have time in the docket to deal with this right now but he did open the

door to having some time maybe later on in the year that's a big question I do

want to say though when you know I covered by administration scandals and

nobody was ever fired for anything so the idea that Peter shock did get fired

but Andrew McCabe got fired and it may have taken a little longer but there

because of the bureaucracy and the rules around labor laws in the federal

government it there is a process they have to go through I do think it

actually says a lot about being able to get those guys fired and I think that

that Christopher ray should get credit for that thank you and in the commercial

break Pam is going to tell us the conversation the president had across

from her with jeff Sessions might and it better be good

Trump again blasts Jeff Sessions in Twitter tirade - Duration: 8:05.

President Donald Trump has lashed out again at Attorney General Jeff Sessions in a weekend Twitter tirade that also touched on Hillary Clinton's emails, relations with Mexico, and Michael Cohen

'Jeff Sessions said he wouldn't allow politics to influence him only because he doesn't understand what is happening underneath his command position,' Trump tweeted on Saturday morning

'Highly conflicted Bob Mueller and his gang of 17 Angry Dems are having a field day as real corruption goes untouched

No Collusion!' Trump tweeted.Sessions has drawn the President's increasing ire as federal prosecutors under the attorney general's command have tightened the screws this week, securing a guilty plea from Cohen and inking immunity deals with two other one-time Trump loyalists

RELATED ARTICLES Previous 1 Next 'He can push a button and get a Coke but he can't control

'I have the right to defend my property by force. And I. Share this article Share That tweet was followed in short order by another quoting Republican Senator Lindsay Graham, who signaled in an interview this week that the door would be open to confirming a new attorney general after the November midterms

The Graham quote that Trump cited was: 'Every President deserves an Attorney General they have confidence in

I believe every President has a right to their Cabinet, these are not lifetime appointments

You serve at the pleasure of the President.'   Sessions infuriated Trump by recusing himself from the Russia election interference investigation last year, leading to the creation of the Mueller probe

As Mueller's investigators, and prosecutors in an offshoot investigation that led to the guilty plea this week of former Trump attorney Michael Cohen, have drawn closer to Trump's business interests unrelated to Russia, the President seems to have grown increasingly impatient with Sessions

In a rare move, Sessions jabbed back in a written statement on Thursday, writing: 'While I am attorney general, the actions of the Department of Justice will not be improperly influenced by political considerations

I demand the highest standards, and where they are not met, I take action.'In a subsequent series of tweets on Saturday morning, Trump referred to a new report from Real Clear Investigations, which said that that vast majority of emails recovered from Anthony Weiner's laptop in the Hillary Clinton email investigation were never actually examined by the FBI

Though the FBI claimed it had used software to filter out emails that it had already reviewed for classified material, a technical glitch interfered, and only 3,077 of the 694,000 emails were directly reviewed for classified or incriminating information, the report said, citing a law enforcement source

'Big story out that the FBI ignored tens of thousands of Crooked Hillary Emails, many of which are REALLY BAD

Also gave false election info. I feel sure that we will soon be getting to the bottom of all of this corruption

At some point I may have to get involved!' Trump wrote. On a roll, Trump tweeted minutes later, touting strong ties with Mexico's socialist president-elect, Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador, who thanked Trump on Friday for holding back on insults in recent weeks

'Our relationship with Mexico is getting closer by the hour. Some really good people within both the new and old government, and all working closely together

A big Trade Agreement with Mexico could be happening soon!' Trump tweeted. An earlier Trump tweet on Saturday cited Michael Cohen's lawyer in Trump's own defense, pointing out that the attorney had debunked an anonymously sourced CNN  report claiming that the President knew about an infamous 2016 meeting with a Russian lawyer in Trump Tower

'Michaels Cohen's attorney clarified the record, saying his client does not know if President Trump knew about the Trump Tower meeting (out of which came nothing!),' Trump tweeted on Saturday morning

'The answer is that I did NOT know about the meeting. Just another phony story by the Fake News Media!'The July report from CNN, which cited 'sources', claimed that Cohen had said that he was present when Don Trump Jr told Trump in 2016 that a Russian attorney had offered dirt on the Hillary Clinton campaign

That contradicted Trump's claim that he wasn't aware of the subsequent meeting between Trump Jr and the attorney at Trump Tower, until he was asked about it in July of 2017

Now, Cohen's attorney Lanny Davis has spoken out, saying the CNN report was flawed

'It was painful. We were not the source, we could not confirm, and we could not correct

We had to be silent because of the sensitivity needed in the middle of a criminal investigation,' Davis told Axios on Thursday

Cohen actually testified to Congress in sworn testimony that he didn't know whether then-candidate Trump had foreknowledge of the 2016 Trump Tower meeting with Russians, three sources told Axios

The President remains at the White House in Washington, DC this weekend and has no public events scheduled for Saturday or Sunday

Following the tweets on Saturday morning, Trump's motorcade rolled out of the White House around 10

20am, arriving at Trump National Golf Club in Sterling, Virginia about 40 minutes later

The President was dressed in a white shirt and red hat, and the weather was forecast as partly cloudy and warm, with a high of 81

FED-UP TRUMP GOES ROGUE – DROPS NUKE ON JEFF SESSIONS

President Trump was up early Friday and was ready to continue his push for Jeff Sessions

to finally wake up and smell the coffee!

Sessions responded to the President's interview on Thursday after Trump voiced his disgust

with Sessions' handling of the DOJ as the Witch Hunt continues to press on.

The President hinted Sessions is in the hot seat if he doesn't take necessary action

in coming months.

In a statement, that can be fully read HERE, Sessions defended himself, saying he has fulfilled

much of President Trump's agenda, but he will not let the Department of Justice "be

improperly influenced by political considerations."

This statement was not good enough for the Trump along with other Republicans who indirectly

gave the green light to the President to pursue replacing Sessions after the midterms.

And now, this morning, President Trump took a moment to knock more sense into Sessions

in a response to the Attorney General's statement released on Thursday.

See Below

Here is President Trump's full Friday morning response to AG Sessions:

"Department of Justice will not be improperly influenced by political considerations."

Jeff, this is GREAT, what everyone wants, so look into all of the corruption on the

"other side" including deleted Emails, Comey lies & leaks, Mueller conflicts, McCabe,

Strzok, Page, Ohr…

….FISA abuse, Christopher Steele & his phony and corrupt Dossier, the Clinton Foundation,

illegal surveillance of Trump Campaign, Russian collusion by Dems – and so much more.

Open up the papers & documents without redaction?

Come on Jeff, you can do it, the country is waiting!

Ex-NSA contractor to spend 63 months in jail over "classified" information.

Gee, this is "small potatoes" compared to what Hillary Clinton did!

So unfair Jeff, Double Standard.

In ending, do you think Sessions should be replaced after the midterms if he continues

to enable the swamp and their Witch Hunt against the President?

You Won't Believe Who Shut Down Mueller's Plan To Charge Trump With Treason - Duration: 11:09.

You Won't Believe Who Shut Down Mueller's Plan To Charge Trump With Treason

Special counsel Robert Mueller targeted President Donald Trump for destruction.

Mueller led the Deep State campaign to take down President Trump by framing him for collusion

with Russia.

That all ended when the last person anyone ever expected stepped forward and shut down

Mueller's plan to charge Trump with treason.

Robert Mueller's Plan To Destroy President Donald Trump Takes Shape

Starting in 2016, Deep State agents floated wild conspiracies about Donald Trump and his

associates colluding with Russia.

Former CIA Director John Brennan schemed to inject these charges into the 2016 election

by briefing Harry Reid.

Reid turned around and leaked the charges in a letter, but the press ignored the story

to chase other anti-Trump attacks.

The press noticed the collusion narrative when CNN reported the existence of the Christopher

Steele dossier.

When Buzzfeed posted the dossier, anti-Trump journalists claimed there was proof of collusion.

The dossier forged the basis of Congressional investigations into Russian collusion.

When Rod Rosenstein named Mueller special counsel, his goal was to prove the dossier

true.

The Charges Of Collusion In The Dossier Collapse Steele wrote that Trump lawyer Michael Cohen

went to Prague in 2016.

In Prague, Cohen met with Russians to hatch a plan to steal the 2016 election.

"Thirteen references to Mr. Cohen are false in the dossier, but he has never been to Prague

in his life," Cohen's attorney Lanny Davis stated.

Davis went on MSNBC and shot down the rumors of Cohen traveling to Prague.

"Never.

Never in Prague.

Did I make that – Never, never in Prague.

Ever, ever," Davis declared.

Davis finished putting the rumor to rest stating, "The dossier – so-called – mentions

his name 14 times – one of which is a meeting with Russians in Prague.

14 times it was false."

Mueller has not charged any Trump associate with collusion.

News outlets reported in the spring that Mueller had evidence Cohen went to Prague.

Cohen shot down those stories.

And now Davis's statements put the claim that Cohen colluded with Russians in Prague

to bed.

Cohen's lawyer ended Mueller's chance to pin a collusion charge on Trump and his

campaign.

Mueller Running Out Of Suspects Mueller did not charge Paul Manafort with

collusion.

Steele named Manafort in the dossier as being guilty of colluding with Russia.

Cohen denied going to Prague to meet with Russians.

Cohen and Manafort were two prime suspects in the collusion probe.

If Mueller won't charge them with collusion, who is left as a suspect?

Mueller's investigators focused on Trump friend Roger Stone.

Stone denied any Russian collusion.

Mueller dug through all of Stone's friends and coworkers to find evidence Stone worked

with WikiLeaks on releasing Democrat emails in 2016.

No one told Mueller they knew of any proof Stone colluded on the email hacks.

Mueller's job was to prove Trump and his campaign colluded with Russia.

Robert Mueller turned over every rock he could find and still came up empty.

We will keep you up to date on any news in the Robert Mueller witch-hunt as it develops.

Trump Sends Shockwaves Through Rosenstein & Sessions When Asked If He'll Fire Them - Duration: 12:51.

Trump Sends Shockwaves Through Rosenstein & Sessions When Asked If He'll Fire Them

This morning, President Donald J. Trump joined Ainsley Earhardt of Fox News and sent a strong

message to Rosenstein and Sessions.

Toward the end of the EXCLUSIVE interview, Ainsley asks if President Trump will FIRE

Sessions and Rosenstein.

Ainsley sat across from the President as the interview began, while sitting in comfortable

white chairs with the President flanked by American and Presidential flags on the porch

at the Rose Garden.

Ainsley asked politely, "Mr. President, a lot of people are frustrated – a lot of

your supporters are frustrated with the DOJ, with Jeff Sessions.

There are rumors that you are going to fire him after the midterms and Rosenstein.

They also want these documents.

They're wondering if you will use your power to get these documents released."

The President replied, "Yeah.

At the right time, I think I am going to have to do the documents.

I didn't want to, but I think I am going to have to.

There's such corruption, before I got here.

It's from before I got here.

It's the Obama administration."

"And, you look at what happened.

They surveilled my campaign.

It's very simple.

The FISA report, the phony fake…"

Ainsley leaned in slightly and said, "Rosenstein signed the last FISA report."

"Ah!

It bothers me..it's always bothered me," President Trump told Ainsley.

With intensity and quick timing, Ainsley leaned in again asking, "Will you fire him?

Will you fire Sessions?"

(Continued below.)

"Well, I tell you what.

As I have said, I've wanted to stay uninvolved.

But, when everybody sees what's going on in the Justice Department…."

The President stated.

He continued, "It's a very very sad day.

Jeff Sessions recused himself, which he shouldn't have done, or he should have told me.

Even my enemies say that Jeff Sessions should have told you that he was going to recuse

himself, and then you wouldn't have put him in."

"He took the job, and then he said 'I am going to recuse myself."

President Trump continued,"'What kind of a man is this?

And, by the way, he was on the campaign, you know the only reason I gave him the job, is

because I felt loyalty; he was an original supporter.

He was on the campaign.

He knows there was no collusion," The President said with great honesty.

(Continued below.)

"Now.

What's come out of Manafort?

No collusion.

What's come out of Michael Cohen?

No collusion," President Trump declared.

Next, he switched to the Manafort/Cohen debacle.

"How about with Michael Cohen?

In all fairness to him, they raid his office at six o'clock in the morning.

And, how about with Manafort?

They raid his home at like five in the morning?

I think on a weekend and his wife is in bed and they go in with guns?" he rhetorically

asked incredulously.

"This isn't Al Capone," The President told Ainsley.

Rudy Giuliani: Impeaching Trump Will Lead To Civil War Against Elites - Duration: 12:15.

Rudy Giuliani: Impeaching Trump Will Lead To Civil War Against Elites

Rudy Giuliani has warned impeachment proceedings against Donald Trump will result in a new

American civil war.

In an interview with Sky News, Trump's lawyer said "the American people would revolt"

against the elitists if the president was impeached on phoney Russian collusion charges.

Sky News reports: "You could only impeach [Trump] for political reasons and the American

people would revolt against that," he said.

Cohen admitted on Tuesday to paying hush money to a porn actress and a model at the request

of a "candidate" – revealed by his lawyer to be Donald Trump – in order to influence

the 2016 US election campaign.

His lawyer says it is "absolutely clear that Donald Trump committed a felony" in

the run-up to the election, and the developments have heightened speculation that the president

could be impeached.

Mr Giuliani, however, said he believed Mr Trump has been "completely cleared" by

Cohen's testimony, saying it was "inevitable" that he would not be impeached.

"You have this Cohen guy, he doesn't know anything about Russian collusion, he doesn't

know anything about obstruction, he's a massive liar," he said.

Mr Giuliani, former mayor of New York, spoke to Sky News during a golfing trip at Balmedie

on the Aberdeenshire coast, a course owned by Mr Trump.

His attempt to defend the president and discredit Cohen echoed the claims of Mr Trump and his

press secretary Sarah Sanders, who have both dismissed claims of wrongdoing brought by

the former lawyer.

The evidence that Mr Trump had been involved in hush money payments includes a tape recording

of a conversation from before the presidential election, in which he and Cohen discuss payment

to the Playboy model Karen McDougal.

On Thursday Mr Giuliani denied that the recordings were significant, saying: "The tape recordings

say very clearly that Cohen did it on his own, didn't tell the president until much

later."

He claimed the former lawyer had been "discredited" and would not be able to provide useful information

to special counsel Robert Mueller, who is probing accusations of collusion with Russia

in the 2016 election.

Mr Giuliani was also questioned over former campaign manager Paul Manafort, who was found

guilty on Tuesday of eight of 18 charges relating to avoiding paying $16m (£12.4m) in taxes.

"If you ask me has Paul Manafort been treated very unfairly," he said.

"The man was put into solitary confinement which turned out to be almost like civil cases

not real crime, it's not like he's a terrorist or an organised criminal or a killer."

Mr Giuliani has in recent days been called to defend himself for claiming in a TV interview

about the investigation into Russia's role in the 2016 US election that "truth isn't

truth".

INGRAHAM ANGLE: THE LEFT'S FIGHT TO UNDERMINE PRESIDENT TRUMP - Duration: 11:45.

ager error in the Michael Cohen's story details ahead i from angle special the

left and lawlessness one of the reasons the left is able to get away with so

much is because the media let them off the hook case in point

last month the broadcast networks went wild over a report that Michael Cohen

was preparing to tell investigators the president Trump had advanced knowledge

of that infamous meeting between Trump tower at Trump Tower between Donald

Trump jr. and a Russian attorney here's a montage put together by the

media Research Center bombshell president Trump's longtime lawyer ready

to deliver the goods sources tell ABC News the Michael Cohen claims that

Donald Trump had advanced knowledge of the Trump Tower meeting Michael Cohen

the president's former attorney and fixer claims that then candidate Donald

Trump was aware of the June 2016 Trump Tower meeting with the Russians

before it happened and Michael Cohen claims president Trump knew of the

controversial 2016 meeting with Russians that were expecting to give the campaign

dirt on Hillary Clinton there was only one problem with the story it wasn't

true here's what Michael Cohen's attorney Lanny Davis said earlier this

week so Michael Cohen does not have information that President Trump knew

about Beach from tower meeting with the Russians beforehand or you know it is

not and here are all the corrections that ran yeah there weren't any so

joining me now for reaction is Howard Kurtz host of Fox News's media buzz

Howard thank you so much for joining us here when you see this situation I mean

the media was just oh they've got their aha moment they knew they had him on

this one and they ran it and they ran it and they ran it and then the al Cowen's

attorney is saying that it wasn't true yeah and we now know that it wasn't true

Koen doesn't claim was true lanny davis says it's not true all that whole

montage you just played comes from a CNN story CNN was the one that broke this

exclusive story still hasn't been corrected and you know a major problem

Jason with the coverage of the Trump presidency is that some news

organizations have lowered the bar for what they publish they're too quick to

run and gun they're too quick to put out allegations based on unnamed sources

that sometimes turn out not to be true CNN had a problem with that last year

when at a fire three journalists over an unsubstantiated story on Anthony's Kara

Moochie I asked CNN for comment this morning have it or anything back no

public statement well now the New York Post is out with

the story saying that it was actually Cohen who was the person who had

confirmed the story in the first place they must have known that Howard how

could they not ask him or question him about that hey you confirmed this the

first time and now you're saying it's not true if it doesn't the media if they

know that don't they have an obligation a duty to then follow up with that

second question and produce the appropriate apology or absolutely but I

would say don't hold your breath and you know it's so ironic because every single

day many news organizations and sometimes it's part of our job hammer

the White House oh well you were wrong on there to press the president lying

about that why won't you come clean I mean it kind

of dominates a lot of the coverage and in the time of investigations you might

expect some of that but when I am mber of the media we all make mistakes but

when there is a mistake on a story of this magnitude claiming advanced

knowledge this drum tower meeting suddenly you don't see that same zeal to

correct now Lanny Davis who as we mentioned the cones attorney has said

that he was an anonymous source for CNN he believes he was trying to wave the

network off the story maybe he wasn't clear enough he's told me that he

regrets that but then CNN should come out and talk about that instead of say

we now retract the story again no public comment from the network yeah that's

what I meant to say is Lanny Davis not Cohen I mean he's supposed to be

representing him as the attorney and it not clear I mean its heart of black and

white in this situation I want to go back to one that always bothered me and

I've always wanted to ask you this but way back when in the day look at this

time magazine this is this is a cover story red-handed

with Donald Trump jr. making them look really ominous I mean there is still a

question about this what do you make of that I mean Time magazine goes to great

lengths it's so inflammatory and even now we're ending up maybe not even true

I have lost track of all the time magazine covers that make President

Trump and in this case a member of his family look absolutely awful I presume

that cover was from a time of the Trump Tower meeting when Donald Trump jr. and

Paul Manafort and Jared Kushner had that meeting with the Russian lawyer and look

you know the fact they took the meeting is very controversial it did appear they

were looking for dirt on Hillary Clinton it went nowhere but you know it's a very

accusatory cover and of course you find the obligatory unflattering picture to

go with it one last very quick question when Donald Trump talks about fake news

and you look at the people in the heartland of America they figure this

out don't they don't they figure this out how I don't they understand that

maybe the media is just way too zealous they're too quick on the draw and there

is a double standard well I think a long time ago many people in this country

figured out that the media are a little bit tougher on your part of the

Republican Party and I also think that fake news and I never particularly liked

the term in fact in that interview with Fox this Ainslie era President Trump now

says 80% of the media are fake news to me fake is fabricated deliberately

made-up I we don't really see very much of that but we do see a lot of is

unrelentingly negative coverage of this president sometimes biased coverage

sometimes outrageous commentary he gives it back of course he has every right to

do that sometimes he goes a little far in his

rhetoric but but to answer your question yeah the media have lost a whole lot of

confidence of a major chunk of the country became and it's it's sort of on

steroids in the Trump ear yeah that's right

Hallie thank you very much your show media buzz airs 11:00 a.m. Eastern on

Sundays look forward to it thanks Jason president Trump's recent

tough talk aimed at Jeff Sessions is producing some distressing headlines in

the mainstream media press such as this one in the Washington Post critics

feared Trump's attacks are doing lasting damage to the just

this system really joining me for a debate are Professor Charles Kesler with

the Claremont Institute and attorney John R yon he started Jan Ronis I really

do appreciate you gentlemen being here tonight like Donald Trump was elected to

be a disruptive president right I mean he was elected to come in and not do the

status quo now some would obviously argue with maybe some of his tactics his

tweets his aggressive nature but that was wasn't he I mean that is what he was

elected to do was it not John I want to give you the first first stab at this

well I don't recall anybody suggesting that he was elected to be the disruptive

president that he's become quite frankly he's ahead of the he's ahead of

government he's ahead of the executive branch he's in his vitriol and

criticizing of for example law enforcement judges prosecutors

intelligence services in the way which he does it this does not advance the

cause of democracy we are the most civil ordered government on earth we are and

we've been taught to be proud of our government we should be we have a

wonderful government but for the president that single-handedly

criticized the the people that have worked for him in the manner which he

does advances nothing I mean look what he did how he embarrassed Rex Tillerson

look how he's he's integrated Jeff Sessions look how he suggested the

intelligence services the law enforcement agencies the prosecutors

around the country have been engaging in conspiracies this does not advance the

cause of the democracy we've been taught to expect out of a president sorry

Charles what's your take on this well the

president has a duty to take care that the laws be faithfully executed that

means he's in charge of the whole executive branch he and he alone is has

the power and the duty to judge the performance of his Attorney General and

of his intelligence agencies he alone has the ability to classify material to

declassify it and to grant clearances for people in his administration and

even people like John Brennan in previous administrations it seems to me

he's doing his job yeah Charles he was supposed to change the political

Norm's is he doing that is that a good thing or a bad thing in your book well I

think it depends on what the norms are many great strong presidents have been

norm breakers from Andrew Jackson to Abraham Lincoln in his own way to Harry

Truman to FDR it's not unusual for presidents to

change the way they do the job because the the job of president doesn't come

with a manual a how-to manual and it has to adjust to the personality and the

times of the occupant and as long as he remains faithful to the Constitution and

to the common good the president gets to make up a lot of his his own job

requirements and performance so Jan do you believe that the resistance movement

no matter what the president does no matter what the president says we're

gonna resist it all levels we're gonna go after this I've my words not somebody

else's a scorched-earth type of philosophy that says we can't let

anybody have any victory in any place do you really think that that's resonating

with the American people because the economy's been getting better and I

think on foreign policy you can argue it's a much safer place than it was when

that from the time Donald Trump took over well I'm not suggesting I think

quite frankly Donald Trump has been his own worst enemy I mean look he came and

he came into the office having an opportunity to be a really great

president but the the manner in which he's taken to electronic means of

communication to denigrate know what is a resistance movement yeah I mean the

Democrats on the other side of the aisle are say we're gonna resist at everything

and we're going to have this scorched earth philosophy is that effective in

communicating if you're gonna be critical of Donald Trump right for being

a vitriolic type of personality and you know these mean tweets

it's a resistance movement I mean let's go pick on you know yell at people while

they're eating dinner is that really what you think is gonna be the winning

formula for tonight I don't think that it that you ought to resist every effort

of the president I say just as I thought the Republicans should not have resisted

as they did everything that that President Obama proposed during his

presidency what he didn't say that that's not true I've listened even

even I believe the Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell vowed that he was

never going to let President Obama have any success the Democrats have not been

nearly his mom bastok in their opposition to Donald Trump as the as

Republicans were with President Obama's funniest thing I've heard tonight but I

really do appreciate you gentlemen coming to join us tonight but that is

just absolutely not true thank you gentlemen both I appreciate it it's

Friday so Friday follies time Raymond Arroyo here with the perhaps the wildest

story we've

CHECKMATE: What Trump Just Did To Troll His Haters Will Have Them Crying To Sleep - Duration: 13:15.

CHECKMATE: What Trump Just Did To Troll His Haters Will Have Them Crying To Sleep

Wednesday night, President Trump trolled his haters and the mainstream media with a pair

of hilarious tweets.

President Trump knows exactly how to drive them nuts as he is the master troller.

The President took to twitter Wednesday night, after the Manafort trial and Cohen plea deal.

The left wing media and some democratic lawmakers have gone absolute haywire while pulling out

their Trump impeachment cards.

There is still no evidence of Trump-Russia collusion, but the Witch Hunt goes on.

(Continued Below)

The Press Secretary stated on Wednesday during the White House press briefing, "The idea

of an impeachment, is frankly, a sad attempt by Democrats."

Sarah Sanders continued, "It's the only message they seem to have going into the midterms.

And, I think it's another great reminder of why American's should support other like-minded

candidates like the President, that are actually focused on continuing to grow the economy,

continuing to secure our borders, and continuing to focus on the safety and security of ALL

American's."

(Continued Below)

"I think that the biggest contrast we can possibly make is the message of the Democrats

which is nothing more than attacking the President and looking at cheap political stunts."

The Press Secretary added.

President Trump took to twitter Wednesday night tweeting after the mass hysteria from

the left, while also taking a jab at Mueller's phony witch hunt.

He tweeted, "The only thing that I have done wrong is to win an election that was

expected to be won by Crooked Hillary Clinton and the Democrats.

The problem is, they forgot to campaign in numerous states!"

Then, he blasted, "NO COLLUSION – RIGGED WITCH HUNT!"

Additionally, he noted, "I will be interviewed on @foxandfriends by @ainsleyearhardt tomorrow

from 6:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M.

Enjoy!"

You won't see him interviewing on fake news CNN.

We're pretty sure the President loves rubbing it in their faces.

President Trump is right.

The media and left were all in Crooked Hillary's pockets and she was expected to win.

Their candidate lost.

While they are still sore losers, they continue their shady tactics attacking and trying to

cause a ruckus over nothing.

Be sure to tune in tomorrow morning for President Trump's interview as he'll probably trigger

some more liberal heads.

Kimberly Guilfoyle dons black leather on date with Donald Trump Jr - Duration: 5:09.

Kimberly Guilfoyle cut a striking figure on Thursday night while reuniting with boyfriend Donald Trump Jr

The pair were photographed leaving Guilfoyle's apartment building in the Upper West Side and heading a few blocks downtown to the cigar lounge, Club Macanudo

Guilfoyle was dressed in head-to-toe black, wearing black peep-toe stilettos, slacks and a form-fitting leather jacket for the outing, as well as a long gold necklace with a red tusk

Don Jr, who has been splitting his time at Guilfoyle's $3.4 million pad and his own apartment cross town, was a bit more casual in some loose fitting denim and the same pink oxford he had been spotted wearing earlier in the day

The pair had been apart for over a week due to Don Jr's hunting expedition in Yukon, from which he returned looking remarkably svelte and with a new beard after electing to keep the facial hair he grew during his adventure in the great outdoors

Scroll down for video  The father-of-five, 40, has been off hunting in the Yukon Territory, taking the same trip he did last time at this year with friends including Jason Hairston, the founder of the hunting gear line KUIU

It was a successful trip this year for Don Jr and his friends, who managed to catch a number of Great Northern Pike and two big-horned sheep during their hunt

RELATED ARTICLES Previous 1 Next Donald Trump Jr sports a full beard as he heads back to work

Sweet as candy? Kimberly Guilfoyle's nickname for Donald. Share this article Share Matt Forsyth, who was once agains joining Don Jr on the trip, posed with the slain sheep for a photo on Instagram, writing: 'One of our two stud rams from last week! Congrats to @jasonmhairston on his BEAUTIFUL sheep!! Trip of a lifetime!'Hairston also posted a photo with the other slaughtered sheep, stating: 'We covered a lot of miles over 6 hard days before my Guide Brad Alexander found this heavy 10 year old ram bedded alone in a basin

'Don Jr did not share those photos, and elected instead to share images of the fish he caught on the trip

That decision was no doubt related to the backlash he received over photos of himself and brother Eric from a hunting trip in Africa, where Don Jr held an elephant's tail in one picture and posed next to his brother Eric while he bear hugs a dead cheetah in another image

The emergence of those photos and others led to much outcry, and since that time Don Jr has elected to keep photos of his bigger kills private

He did not keep the emergence of his new beard a secret however, and asked his followers if he should continue with the grow or get rid of his new facial hair in an Instagram post

'I brought back some scruff as a souvenir. Maybe I should keep it??? LMK your thoughts,' wrote Don Jr on Instagram

The comments in response to Don Jr inquiry were very divided, and at times very vulgar

He did not shave the beard in the end, giving his followers a better look at his growth in a video posted soon after his return as he cooked dinner for his kids

Don Jr and his wife of 13 years Vanessa are currently in the process of getting a divorce

The couple has remained on good terms and even arrived together for their first appearance in court last month, and Vanessa has made comments on social media suggesting that she approves of the relationship between her estranged husband and Guilfoyle

Trump calls off Pompeo's Pyongyang trip due to 'insufficient progress' on denuclearization - Duration: 1:59.

In other news...

It appears U.S. diplomacy with North Korea is on hold right now.

President Trump has abruptly called off his Secretary of State's planned visit to Pyongyang,...

citing the regime's lack of progress on denuclearization.

Hwang Hojun reports.

The Twitter bomb dropped just a day after U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo announced

he was going to visit North Korea next week.

President Trump tweeted on Friday local time that he asked Pompeo not to go to Pyongyang

at this time due to the regime's insufficient progress on the issue of denuclearization.

He also criticized China for hampering the process, in reference of the ongoing tariff

war between Washington and Beijing.

However, President Trump still sent his regards to Kim Jong-un, ending his tweet by saying

he looks forward to seeing him soon.

Pompeo's visit would have been his fourth to North Korea.

The cancellation of Pompeo's trip comes amid rising skepticism on whether the North Korean

leader is serious about his commitment to dismantle the regime's nuclear and missile

programs.

Since the North Korea-U.S. summit in June, Pyongyang has taken visual steps such as demolishing

its only known nuclear test site and its missile engine testing site.

However, experts say they are hard to verify without outside inspection.

Moreover, the International Atomic Energy Agency published a report this week, expressing

its quote "grave concern" over North Korea's continued activities at the Yongbyon nuclear

site.

Some observers are saying this is another tactic by the Trump administration to put

more pressure on North Korea.

In fact, this isn't the first time Trump has scrapped a scheduled meeting with Pyongyang;

he called off his Singapore summit with Kim in May,... before hastily rearranging it.

While South Korea's Blue House is yet to respond to the cancelation, it's likely to put more

pressure on Seoul as President Moon Jae-in is due to head to Pyongyang in September to

hold his third summit with Kim Jong-un.

BREAKING TRUMP COULD FIRE JEFF SESSIONS - Duration: 12:06.

BREAKING TRUMP COULD FIRE JEFF SESSIONS

President Trump slammed Attorney General Jeff Sessions Thursday morning on Fox News in an

interview for being dishonest with the American people in hiding his recusal until after his

appointment.

Following the interview, Attorney General Jeff Sessions released a statement on defending

the corruption plagued by the Department of Justice.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions replied back to the President's comments Thursday for

saying he "never took control of the Justice Department."

Related to Special Counsel Robert Mueller's probe, President Trump said during the interview,

"Jeff Sessions never took control of the Justice Department, and it's a sort of an

incredible thing."

Fire Them)

But, Sessions woke up and issued a written statement.

Minutes Ago, Sessions Awakens From His Nap After Pres Trump Blasts The Alarm Bells:

Sessions wrote on Thursday, "I took control of the Department of Justice the day I was

sworn in, which is why we have had unprecedented success at effectuating the President's

agenda—one that protects the safety and security rights of the American people, reduces

violent crime, enforces our immigration laws, promotes economic growth, and advances religious

liberty."

He went on to say, "While I am Attorney General, the actions of the Department of

Justice will not be improperly influenced by political considerations.

I demand the highest standards, and where they are not met, I take action."

Fox News reports, the president for months has railed against Sessions over his recusal,

but the attorney general has hung on, occasionally pushing back publicly.

The president discussed Sessions when asked in the Fox News interview if he would fire

his AG and Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein after the midterms.

He didn't rule it out, but said he wanted to stay "uninvolved."

Sessions recused himself in 2017, due to his involvement with the Trump campaign, per Justice

Department regulations.

Rosenstein, his deputy, was then named to oversee the investigation.

He appointed Mueller as special counsel.

President Trump quoted legal analyst Gregg Jarrett earlier in August saying, "They

were all in on it, clear Hillary Clinton and FRAME Donald Trump for things he didn't

do."

Gregg Jarrett on @foxandfriends If we had a real Attorney General, this Witch Hunt would

never have been started!

Looking at the wrong people."

SESSIONS FIRES BACK AT TRUMP, SAYS DOJ WON'T BE 'IMPROPERLY INFLUENCED' BY POLITICS - Duration: 16:31.

or nobody's perfect abused it less and used it congressman for the Advancement

of humankind and paid a huge massive price beating back the forces of fascism

and Nazism and communism Imperial Japan etc it is one of the most offensive

things to see here people try to take that on because the United States of

America is the greatest country on the face of the planet and the men and women

over the last couple hundred years protecting us from freedom and fighting

back tyranny I can't thank them enough and these Amen Yahoo's over here just

like their products the same comments from Utah I don't think so

sorry you're in great hands let not your heart be troubled congressman take it

away thank you thank you Sean good evening and welcome to the Ingram

angle here in New York City I'm jason Chaffetz filling in for Laura

Ingraham who's on vacation the news cycle never stops in tonight is clearly

no exception the left's latest immigration meltdown

the possibility of arming teachers in the classroom

a monster hurricane headed to Hawaii and a Capitol Hill corruption plus a new

bombshell story on James commis botched investigation of Hillary Clinton

the reports author will be here and you don't want to miss this you won't

believe what he has to say but first another wild day between President Trump

and the Department of Justice it got started with President Trump's comments

on Attorney General Jeff Sessions on Fox and Friends the Dems are very strong in

the Justice Department I put an attorney general that never

took control of the Justice Department Jeff Sessions never took control of the

Justice Department and it's a sort of an incredible thing Jeff Sessions quickly

fired back in a statement that said I took control of the Department of

Justice the day I was sworn in which is why we have had unprecedented success at

effectuating the president's agenda while I am Attorney General the actions

of the Department of Justice will not be improperly influenced by political

considerations I demand the highest standards and where they are not met I

take action pretty bald from the Attorney General but my opinion not

necessarily accurate in another development Fox News today confirmed the

Department of Justice prosecutors in Manhattan have granted immunity to david

pecker he's the CEO of the company that publishes the National Enquirer he

reportedly has insider knowledge of the payments that went to Karen McDougal and

stormy Daniels in exchange for their silence about alleged affairs with

President Trump and breaking just moments ago the New York Times has a

report that says the Manhattan district attorney is considering charges against

the Trump Organization and to senior company officials related to the

payments to stormy Daniels that's important because President Trump

has no power to pardon individuals convicted of state crimes joining me now

to make sense of all this Chris Han radio talk show host and

former aide to Senator Chuck Schumer Matt slap chairman of the American

Conservative Union and David bossy former deputy chairman of the Trump

campaign gentlemen thank you for joining us tonight David I want to I want to

start with you because the Attorney General went out of his way to say he

was never influenced by any political consideration but I think correctly ever

I'm wrong one of the first things he did is made the political consideration to

recuse himself on a case that he really didn't need to do it because of

political considerations correct that's exactly right Jason in it and that bad

decision by the Attorney General to recuse himself has borne out this

incredible witch-hunt that the president has had to live through over this last

18 months incredibly unfair to the American people look this investigation

has been going on almost two years cost the american taxpayer over 25 million

bucks we were investigating Russian collusion and now we're down to the

National Enquirer I think this is an unbelievable turn of events and this

this look the Attorney General is a good man however the president is frustrated

by the attorneys General's decision and you look at who still works there Bruce

or Bruce or is the number four person in theater at the Department of Justice and

he was helping his wife do opposition research

on President Trump during the 2016 campaign so that's why this president is

frustrating he feels that and he sees the double standard between the

Department of Justice and the Clintons and his Department of Justice so Chris

are you suddenly a fan of Attorney General Sessions are you in his corner

rooting him on now at this point okay well you know prior to this I have never

agreed with Jefferson sections once I've disagreed with him on about 75 different

fronts but when all is said and all is done Jefferson sessions has beliefs

Donald Trump has none so on this issue I am with him and he should steadfastly be

true to the office he's taken right now do you really think that he's really

thinking a political influence but do you really believe that he had to recuse

himself this is a counterintelligence operation there's nothing yet he had to

recuse himself from it was not a criminal investigation he most he most

certainly did because you recuse yourself when there is an appearance of

a conflict he had okay so why why does it rod Rosenstein recuse himself and why

doesn't James Comey come forward with all the conflicts of interest in that's

the standard then tell rod Rosenstein 'he's name is on that Pfizer report the

subject of investigations the president is look the president's making it up and

if we had a Congress that was half is interested as you were when you were

chair of the House Oversight Committee on who wrote the talking points who were

interested in the felonies that might have happened in New York Chris not

familiar the Trump Organization and Chris position has done we would have

investigations done in Congress Congress is hapless right now Jason when you were

chair of that committee you investigated I think you'd be investigating right now

unless you were just pup yeah you don't want you to block Congress's help

because this attorney general does nothing to provide the documents that

Congress has issued subpoena to Matt bring come on in here and give us your

perspective on this because this attorney general is there a name only I

think he's one of the most feckless ineffective Attorney General's this

country's ever had but what's your read on it that you know Jason I understand

we were coming from I'm a big fan of Jeff Sessions but I I feel like for the

last year and a half it's been one of the most painful things to watch and the

saddest thing at all is you know the the present

has amazing fortitude and pushing through his agenda but the what there

was two decisions that Jeff Sessions made that have really caused all of

these office drama over the course of the last year and a half one picking rod

Rosenstein someone who doesn't believe in the president and doesn't believe in

his agenda as the number two man at justice that is a big mistake

personnel is policy and that was a disaster number two if he was never

accused himself not the president if he was going to wreak you know it was there

for all of us if he was going to recuse himself from this from this

investigation then he turning it over to someone like rod Rosenstein you would

have immediately known that that was going to be a mistake because rod Rosen

signed by his own voice says look I'm not really very partisan I just want to

kind of help you run the the agency so those two decisions are why Jeff

Sessions in the position he's in and Jason it's not fixable there's nothing

that can be done to fix the situation we need someone running DOJ who can handle

this situation and also have the confidence of the president David two

quick questions do you believe that rod Rosenstein needs to recuse himself

because his name is on that FISA document which is the subject of the

investigation and and number two do you believe that there should be a second

Special Counsel I believe there needs to be another investigation into what

happened within the Department of Justice and the FBI Peter struck to pay

the Lisa page all of what happened under Jay James commis watch you know how this

investigation was dealt with differently than Hillary Clinton's investigation the

double standard and the political nature within the f within the FBI you could

say that all you want Chris but that's the those are the facts and that's what

the American people believe mine they believe they delaying they believe now

mainstream they don't they believe the mainstream media is biased against this

president they because they are yesterday just yesterday 225 hours an

hour MSNBC and CNN talked about impeachment it is outrageous it is out

right now it's face where we have gone as a country obstruction of justice and

committing felonies are things that the Congress should be looking into right

now there's actually no

what do you think except for somebody swearing to it in court one at a time

Chris what is it you I assume you're on the bandwagon that says we should

impeach Donald Trump yet yes no no no no okay I believe in justice all right so

you don't say truth hold on a minute I believe in getting to that I've been

giving any to the truth and if we get to a truth that says the president

committed the felony then we can talk about in Pietschmann until that time we

can I also say this Jason you can't just have a partisan impeachment it has to be

a bipartisan thing that's right Democrats have to aggress right

president Matt it's gonna be okay Chris I want to remind everybody how this all

got started it all got started even if you want to give the fish'll

state DOJ a little bit of credit and if you're a trump fin you want to give just

a little bit of credit it was all about finding as fast as we could whether or

not there was collusion with Putin's government we're talking about the

lifestyles of the rich and famous and we're talking about squashing bad

stories that could harm a reputation it has nothing to do with collusion it has

nothing to do with Russia okay so good people are repulsed by all

of this David David nothing in certain states gentlemen David are you concerned

that immunity is given to a member of the media now people will scoff at the

National Enquirer and say oh it's a National Enquirer but I don't hear very

often the Department of Justice grants immunity to a news organization I mean

there are certain times when you go and talk to your attorney

you get attorney-client privilege when you talk to your doctor you expect that

those medical records won't be and when you provide information or talk to a

member of the media off the record there is some sanctity there is there diet

there absolutely should be and we don't know it's it's all a hypothetical what

David pecker may or may not know and why he got that immunity deal however if you

usually law enforcement gets something in return for that immunity deal but if

you look at Cheryl Mills and and and Sandra's on Hillary Clinton's lawyers

okay you remember this very well that they

got immunity in their deals and gave nothing in return in their ability the

closest a Larry Clinton and they got nothing happens you get the last word

before you read well well well well I think we all want to know what's in

David Packers save because that could be very interesting to the American people

and I wish it's like half as exact you were when you were there yeah that's a

gentleman thank you I appreciated the spirited debate I appreciate it I'll be

in here but Chris I want you to stick around like I want everybody else on

this broadcast to stick around because this will shock you a bombshell report

put out by real clear investigations that says despite what James Comey said

the FBI failed to look at the vast majority of the emails on Anthony

Weiner's laptop which had thousands of Hillary Clinton's State Department

emails on it joining me now to explain further is the author of that report

investigative journalists real clear investigations calm Paul Sperry Paul

thanks for being here I'm fascinated this because actually the letter that

went to Congress explaining this was a letter that came to me when I was the

chairman of the Oversight Committee so tell me what you found out now about the

reality that's right so James Comey told Congress that they had reviewed all of

the Clinton emails hundreds of thousands that were found on the Weiner laptop but

that was not true they barely looked at any of them just three thousand out of

700,000 were actually individually exactly wait they looked at how many

3,000 out of potentially relevant 700,000 emails were actually

individually examined for classified information and incriminating evidence

well the I mean it did shocked us right it was days they told us they're looking

into this and then days later they somehow reviewed 700,000 documents and

how many people actually were do you have any idea how many people were

actually working on this case and looking at these documents I was just

going to mention that Peter struck the disgraced agent who was in charge of

this mid-year investigation Clinton emails he actually personally

hand-picked that 3,000 sample and with two other investigators they went

through them all supposedly and pulled an all-nighter ordered pizza and said

nothing new here case closed once again so I got to tell

you as a former chairman of the committee is the former member of

Congress I mean how can that be anything other than the director of the FBI lying

to Congress and misleading us well he also swore under oath that he had the

story that there was this miraculous breakthrough in technology that allowed

the FBI to process the Weiner laptop for evidence rapidly and turns out that

doesn't pass the smell test that didn't check out either it turns out there was

a technical glitch that forwarded that effort and I was going to say I was

gonna mention that Jason that you wouldn't when you're on oversight you're

probably wondering the same thing how in the world can they get through this

mountain of evidence in just days when after Comey gave you the final all-clear

on Hillary so now that you've unveiled or figured out what's going on with this

information where does this case go next is anybody investigating this you have

Michael Horowitz who is the Inspector General for the Department of Justice I

wonder if he's looking at it and if you have attorney general sessions just

today said that he only operates you know without any political influence is

the Attorney General himself looking at this in lying to Congress well this

evidence that is it really it's been covered up on this laptop this Weiner

laptop it's still relevant in the Clinton Foundation probe especially

which is still ongoing and you know the whole thing raises more suspicion that

the FBI politicized these investigations during the election and it just begs for

an outside independent prosecutor to go back through this evidence through

through these emails and see if the FBI was trying to cover-up material evidence

in this case this is I really appreciate your good

investigative work there we were always scratching scratching our heads in

Congress the fact that you've unveiled this it does the man I think the

Inspector General the Attorney General himself and potentially I would advocate

a second special prosecutor to look at this there was no possible way that that

was happening it creates more legal jeopardy I think for James Comey and it

really is a shocking revelation then not only did they use Peter struck to look

at that information with his hand-picked people and they you know order

late-night pizza but come on the disgraced Peter struck at this point

that makes absolutely no sense Paul III thank you for your good work and coming

on this program to share this with us my pleasure thank you

the attorney for the illegal immigrant alleged to have murdered Molly Tibbets

speaks out you won't believe what he had to say will play the tape next
