BREAKING: Mueller Set Secret Trap To Get Trump- Wiretap Intercepted White House Calls

In what is starting to look more like an attempt at an overthrow of a sitting President in

the United States of America, NBC News is not reporting that federal investigators have

allegedly wiretapped the phone lines of President Trump's personal lawyer Michael Cohen.

This frightening report goes on to cite one source with direct knowledge who confirmed

that at least one call between the White House and a phone line which is associated with

Cohen was indeed intercepted.

If this is true this could very well raise dramatic issues if any conversation between

Cohen and Trump were gathered by investigators, who appear to seek revenge because their preferred

candidate lost the 2016 election.

The report goes on to state that it's unknown just how long the wiretap had been in place

and when it was actually authorized, but it's believed to have been in place enough time

to have led up to the FBI raid on Cohen.

All this is breaking as Rudy Giuliani has joined President Trump's legal team.

Here is more on Giuliani's reaction via The Hill: "The president reportedly called

Cohen to check in after the raid.

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, Trump's newest personal lawyer, learned

of the call days later and warned Trump not to call Cohen again because he feared he could

be under surveillance, according to two sources who spoke to NBC.

Giuliani reacted angrily to the new report during an interview with The Washington Post.

"It's not appropriate," he said.

"I mean, he's a lawyer.

You mean, I call up my lawyer and the government is wiretapping him?

That's pretty damn — I mean, they've already eviscerated the attorney-client privilege.

This would make a mockery of it."

Giuliani could not confirm independently whether Cohen was wiretapped, according to Post reporter

Robert Costa, who spoke with the ex-mayor.

The wiretap report comes at a time when Trump's legal troubles are deepening, causing the

president to reshuffle his team of attorneys in order to push back harder against special

counsel Robert Mueller, who is leading the Russia investigation, and the Justice Department.

Cohen is under investigation for paying adult film-star Stormy Daniels $130,000 ahead of

the 2016 presidential election to stay silent about her alleged affair with Trump.

The investigation was triggered, in part, by a referral from Mueller's team.

Giuliani said on Fox News Wednesday night that Trump reimbursed Cohen for the payment,

a claim he believed could limit the president's legal exposure in the probe but also contradicted

past claims by Trump that he knew nothing about the arrangement.

Citing two sources, NBC reported Giuliani told Trump that Cohen is likely to flip on

him and cooperate with investigators.

But Trump disagreed, saying that Cohen has been loyal to him for years.

"Michael is a businessman for his own account/lawyer who I have always liked & respected," Trump

tweeted in late April.

"Most people will flip if the Government lets them out of trouble, even if it means

lying or making up stories.

Sorry, I don't see Michael doing that despite the horrible Witch Hunt and the dishonest

media!"

The President is said to be furious about all this.

A person should be allowed to talk to his own personal attorney in private without being

stalked.

They originally tried to figure out if candidate Trump had colluded with the Russians and they

have already ruled that narrative out.

Now they keep trying to find something else in order to remove the president from office.

Here is more on this breaking story via USA Today: "White House Press Secretary Sarah

Sanders referred questions about the wiretap to the President's outside counsel.

One of Trump's attorneys, former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani, told The Washington

Post that he was not informed about any wiretaps but was livid after seeing the news.

"It's not appropriate.

I mean, he's a lawyer.

You mean, I call up my lawyer and the government is wiretapping him?," Giuliani told the

Post.

"They've already eviscerated the attorney-client privilege.

This would make a mockery of it."

Laurence Tribe, a Harvard Law School professor, said the process to get a wiretap on the president

would have been incredibly difficult.

"To get a warrant to wiretap Michael Cohen's phone conversations, the FBI had to comply

with highly stringent rules and standards," he wrote on Twitter.

It's unclear what information was uncovered during the reported wiretaps and who was on

the phone during the call between Cohen's phone and a line at the White House.

The new details come just hours after Trump admitted to paying back Cohen for the now

infamous hush payment to Daniels, whose legal name is Stephanie Clifford.

Trump had previously denied knowing about the payment.

The president said on Twitter Thursday the agreement was "used to stop the false and

extortionist accusations made by her about an affair," adding it was not at all associated

with his campaign.

While Trump and Giuliani, who first announced the payback on Fox News Wednesday evening,

stressed that the Daniels money came from personal funds, legal analysts said it could

be considered an in-kind campaign political contribution because it came right before

the election.

That would make it subject to campaign finance laws, and Trump's team never reported the

payment."

it isn't like he's AWOL or he's at the beach a story says he's going to North

Korea so even if he didn't come back with the three American hostages

he was obviously there to lay the groundwork for this very important

nuclear summit between president Trump Kim jong-un so the story I think didn't

make much sense yeah I mean they're drawing comparison to Rex Tillerson now

you know they had written an article about how Rex Tillerson will also

faraway when they had talked about this potential meeting between Kim jong-un

and the president that was that was Rex Tillerson and so now they're trying to

make it seem as though Pompeo is irrelevant as well because they called

tellers Tillerson irrelevant but as you mentioned even if Pompeo hadn't won the

hostages release it is the job of the secretary of state to go on these

overseas missions traveling thousands of miles away as the times like to put it

why wouldn't they report on that well again they was mentioned in the story

that Pompeo was going to North Korea and everybody knows why why would he be

there obviously he's there for a very important mission this upcoming North

Korea summit that's exactly right I'm the president in that clip you played

before the break obviously enjoyed taking a swipe at the New York Times and

you know it reflects the media's fixation with optics because the

suggestion is it's more important for him to have been here in Washington on a

decision that already been made that was being announced by the president than to

be on an airplane going to Pyongyang to talk about you know possible disarmament

of North Korean downtimes has a very different story today saying that all

this talk about President Trump potentially being in line for a Nobel

Prize is maybe not that crazy thing that really gets me is you think that this

decision to back out of the Iran deal was made after Pompeo left no you know

Mike Pompeo has been very much all hands on when it comes to this decision

clearly that session was made before Pompeo was then sent to North Korea so

it was a one-two punch for the White House and the New York Times missed it

yeah I think that it was fair if with the jerk for journalists appointed the

Rex Tillerson often did seem out of sync with his boss and often was out of the

loop on major decisions former congressman Pompeo it's one of the

reasons President Trump picked him said he was very comfortable with him I

have to see I am now at the State Department yeah you know it is negative

or false write-ups like these that led to the president's tweet regarding the

fake news let's put that up on the screen the fake news is working overtime

just reported that despite the tremendous success we are having with

the economy and all things else 91% of the network news about me is negative

fake what why do we work so hard in working with the media when it is

corrupt take away credentials do you ever see him following through with this

and what would the fallout be if the president were to censor the press that

way well I think that the remark about credentials even the president was just

venting is really unfortunate first of all he doesn't have the power to do that

credentials awarded by the White House Correspondents Association beyond that

while he did pull some news outlets credentials as a candidate he's now the

president of the United States and while he has every right to push back against

negative coverage this was triggered by a conservative group study that matched

some earlier studies about 90% negative coverage of this president on the

network evening newscast to go into credentials I think just gives

ammunition to his critics that oh he wants to trample our Free Press he can

push back as hard as he wants against news organizations but I think he

shouldn't go there he should rise above this criticism as president I don't

think he would really actually push to remove credentials I think he's again

that's the president's way of saying look you know enough is enough but I

don't see it happening a little bit of a finger in the eye yeah he likes to play

with words and he obviously it works so anyway Howard Kurtz thank you very

much you can see Julie all right get ready to see this again one-zero

liftoff this is day six the countdown is now on for a new SpaceX launch what the

company will debut this time around plus he just pulled off an upset in West

Virginia as Patrick Morrissey gets ready to face Senator Joe Manchin in November

what this race tells us about the midterms coming up I may not have been

everyone's first choice but over the next six months I'm gonna work hard

every single day to obtain your confidence and your vote we are just a

few hours away from another SpaceX launch at Kennedy Space Center today the

company will debut its newest reusable falcon 9 rocket to launch a satellite

into orbit the black 5 it's called Falcon has an upgraded heat shield and

other improvements and the company is hoping to use the rocket as an

incredible 10 times liftoff is scheduled for just after 4:00 p.m. Eastern

to the midterms now in the latest Republican primaries including a key

race in West Virginia where Patrick Morrissey pulled off an upset seem to be

giving the GOP some new optimism about the November elections the headline in

Karl Rove's op-ed in the Wall Street Journal reads don't write off the

Republicans yet a blue wave may be coming but this week GOP voters showed

strong enthusiasm there's now Isaac right partner at forward solutions

Strategy Group and a Democratic strategist and Lawrence Jones editor in

chief of campus reform conservative commentator and radio talk show host

thanks both of you for being here good to be here Isaac how do you see the

results of this week's primaries I see good news for Democrats I mean

Republicans the the Republican establishment in West Virginia voted in

a man who is a former failed politician from New Jersey moved to West Virginia

who in the interim spent his time lobbying for the pharmaceuticals

industry in the state that's been stricken by the opioid epidemic that's

not going to go well against somebody like Joe Manchin who fights for the

people of West Virginia in Ohio we saw softness in the Republican vote the

Republican congressman who took Senate nomination despite having Donald Trump a

sitting president's endorsement robocall from the president he couldn't break 47%

in a Republican primary against four unknowns I see good news for Democrats

I see energy I see an American electorate there regardless regardless

of partisan labels are rejecting the failed agenda Republicans the failed

health care agenda to sabotage the ACA that seemed four million more Americans

lose their health care than when Donald Trump came into office let's get the

tapes from Lawrence now Lawrence you say that Republicans might be the underdogs

and they should look forward to that yeah I'm okay with being the underdog

because the fact of the matter is CNN just came out with a poll 57% of

Americans feel like things are heading in the right direction and the choice is

pretty clear for the American people if you want tax cuts if you want to focus

on your day to day if you want a party that's going to focus on you and your

families then you'll reelect Republicans in the house if you

want to talk about Russia and stormy Daniels then the Democrats is your best

shot but I think that the American public is gonna cyber Republicans based

on that new CNN poll Isaac do you think Democrats are focusing too much on on

stormy Daniels and Russia I think Laurens just named the problem

for Republicans their focus has been off the mark they have missed the mark time

and time again for the American electorate the tax code that benefits

the wealthiest working Americans the middle class are worried about saving

enough for the future saving enough for an unplanned health care and Democrats

want to address this is what Republicans have failed at time and time again this

is the agenda that's going to cost Republicans their majorities and the

crumbs comments by Nancy Pelosi being tone deaf to the American people that

are just elected a president because they were living paycheck to paycheck

and they didn't seem like the past administration got it and so you think

the party a leadership that suggests that the tax cuts were crumbs it's the

best solution for America right now she my friend Republicans gave the whole

loaf of bread to their wealthy corporate donors and working people were left with

what was left over people the small businesses that made this country great

in the first place I think if that's the case why why that 57% right track rating

that that he was just talking about I think the CNN poll that we're talking

about measured a lot of what people have seen in the steam of the last of the

Obama economy that is as it transitions into million more Americans are

uninsured today than were when Donald Trump took office because of the

sabotage of the ACA there 94 percent premium increases projected in some

markets next year because of the Trump Republican sabotage of the ACA Virginia

care providers have already Requested over 60% increases in premiums the the

smaller chunk of the tax cut that that working people got are going to be

completely absorbed by these health care

come back to Causton alright you know it's not interesting John about this

entire narrative is that if things were going so well under Obama administration

then why didn't they just the American people elect Hillary Clinton or more

members to the Senate Democrats want to talk about what's real for American

people health care saving money for the future

we got a net forward not backwards to Lawrence go ahead the fact of the matter

is that the American people by the polling is telling you that they are

pleased with where this administration is going now this Donald Trump have some

problems with the tweeting and all that of the American people don't like but

from a policy standpoint that's what the American people care about what policies

are gonna affect them on a day to day basis the Democrats need to continue to

talk about rushing and storming I guarantee you they don't care about that

when it comes to when they're living paycheck to paycheck I think the

American people take wealth over poverty tax cuts instead of tax increases as

you're talking about the 90 percent increase people are gonna see in this

country and their health care premiums under Trump and the Republicans and fix

health care was already under an uninsured now that weren't when Donald

Trump took office four million more Americans that are non health care

crisis away from Patera Lawrence Jones Isaac right thank you both thanks John

Thanks so the Department of Homeland Security working to deliver on president

Trump's border emission what it's now requesting to boost security take a look

at that mess that's on television right now it is a total catastrophe and these

are the laws passed by Democrats so that we have open borders they want open

borders we have to have borders if you don't have borders you don't have a

country so we're gonna have it here T's seeking

more troops to boost security on our southern border the additional manpower

would aid hundreds already there as part of President Trump's and border mission

and Jonathan hunt joins us live from our Los Angeles Bureau to tell us more about

this one hey Jonathan hey Julie president Trump requested up to 4,000

National Guard troops border states promised 2000 and the Pentagon tells us

currently about 1600 of those are deployed with another 250 in orientation

here in California likely to begin their work in earnest in the next few days the

Department of Homeland Security wants more and is trying to get the total

number closer to that initial 4,000 request so a formal request for another

700 National Guardsmen along with helicopters and other equipment is now

being considered by defense secretary mattis who's expected to give an answer

later today given that the Secretary has already provisionally approved the 4,000

total it seems this request for 700 will come under that and therefore is likely

to be granted even with the lower than requested number of National Guard

troops currently on the ground Customs and Border Patrol says they are already

making a difference contributing to 1600 apprehensions of people crossing the

border illegal and around 450 turn backs in which those trying across the border

give up their attempt according to the Senate Homeland Security Committee

Chairman Ron Johnson the troops while not having direct contact with

immigrants act as a force multiplier it's primarily to free the customs

Border Patrol agents to do their job on the border to apprehend these

individuals but it looks on I completely support DHS has requests for this as we

mentioned Julie we're expecting a decision very soon from secretary Matt

is on the extra 700 troops we'll let you know as soon as we hear Julie all right

Jonathan hunt thank you you

Will there be chemistry between Kim and Trump at summit in Singapore? - Duration: 2:49.

The big question now is this: Can the two sides reach a deal in Singapore

that leads to Pyongyang's complete denuclearization.

More importantly will the outspoken, larger than life leaders get along and make the most

out of this rare meeting?

Lee Ji-won help us gauge how things could unfold when they sit down to talk.

Two very different yet similar leaders of decades-long adversaries are set to have their

historic first meeting next month.

Just by looking at their age, the two leaders are a generation apart,... with U.S. President

Donald Trump more than twice the age of Kim Jong-un.

The two also rose to power in contrasting ways.

While Trump is a businessman turned politician who climbed his way up to the nation's top

seat, Kim was born into the regime's ruling family,... who have been passing down the

crown for three generations.

But the two also share similar backgrounds like being born into rich families, and having

international levels of education.

Whether there's a spark between the two leaders could be crucial in the upcoming North Korea-U.S.

summit, as Trump has emphasized the chemistry between him and his counterparts when meeting

other world leaders.

But the two leaders share two major characteristics,... 'unpredictability' and 'boldness in making

game changing bets'.

After bravely jumping into the world of politics, and winning his presidency, Trump has made

a series of radical gambits.

Kim too has been making such series of bold moves,... especially in opening up his regime

after his New Year's address.

It is this unpredictability and boldness that enabled the Pyongyang-Washington summit,...

as it was unimaginable just a few months ago, with the two leaders having exchanged harsh

rhetoric last year.

It is also because of the two leaders' bold, decisive traits that many experts have speculated

a complete denuclearization deal could be made during their meeting.

And when asked whether the 'unpredictability' of the leaders could possibly impact the meeting

in a negative way,... some experts say it's highly unlikely.

"Kim has become much more predictable in the past few months.

There were no major turnovers in the recent North Korea related events.

And as for Trump, he believes his "sanctions and pressure" were effective in finally bringing

Pyongyang to the table.

So with the two leaders determined to make these talks a success, I am quite optimistic."

But considering how some of the past denuclearization deals, including the Joint Statement in 2005,

were also big,... but eventually unsuccessful in denuclearizing Pyongyang, the expert added

it's not just about signing the deal, but also implementing it.

Lee Ji-won, Arirang News.

Melania Trump & Michelle Obama: They Have One Big Thing In Common - Duration: 7:37.

We already know how President Barack Obama and President Donald Trump stack up against

each other when it comes to ruling the country.

However, first ladies also play a role in the White House, even if not in an elected

position.

Because they definitely have some things not in common.

For one thing, unlike Obama, Trump has had to deal with her relationship constantly being

put under a lens, thanks to allegations that President Donald Trump had affairs with various

women, including adult film actress Stormy Daniels and former Playboy Playmate Karen

McDougal.

(President Trump has denied the allegations of both women, denying an affair with Daniels

and calling McDougal's claims "fake news.")

So it's no surprise that the public has a close eye on every move she makes — the

internet goes into a frenzy when the first lady is spotted just smiling.

There's also the fact that President Trump has older children outside of his marriage

with Trump, who are constantly in the spotlight and very much a part of his presidency.

So there are a lot of moving parts that might put more strain on the relationship.

But that's not to say that they're completely dissimilar.

In fact, it seems like the two first ladies have one big thing in common — they both

love spending time with kids.

One of the big unofficial roles of the first lady is to be the softer side of the presidency,

something that often means doing more than a little gladhandling.

First ladies take on tasks like visiting hospitals or schools, as well as making appearances

at social events like the annual White House Easter Egg Roll or giving out candy on Halloween.

It means a lot of interacting with kids, and honestly, in this fraught political climate,

it's just really nice to see something positive and sweet out of the White House.

Let's take a look.

Obama really enjoys spending time with her daughters.

Trump also loves laughing with her son, Barron Trump.

Back in 2014, Obama visited the Xi'an City Wall in China, with her daughters Malia Obama

and Sasha Obama.

There's Obama hugging her two girls like a regular ol' mom, while they watch performers

dance.

Obama wrote in her first lady travel blog that she and her daughters had to join in

for some dancing.

She wrote,

We saw another performance by drummers and folk dancers -- and they did a lovely dance

number for us (and my daughters and I joined in for some dancing at the end).

Also, according to Just Jared, the former first lady also joined in some jump roping...

which is just plain adorable.

Just like Obama, Trump also enjoys being around her son, and is reputed to be a super hands-on

mom who refused to hire a nanny when he was younger, according to Business Insider.

In fact, she's so dedicated to her son that when her husband was inaugurated as president,

Trump and Barron stayed in New York City for an extra five months, reportedly so Barron

could finish out the school year.

Folks on the internet (and in the news) like to comment on how Trump always looks unhappy.

So much so that when Trump was spotted smiling with President Obama at Barbara Bush's funeral

on April 23, the Internet completely lost it.

So it's definitely nice to see her in the picture looking genuinely happy with her son.

Now we know what makes her smile, and ain't it sweet?

However, when you start looking at how they interact with kids in more, uh, official settings,

some differences start to show.

Obama looks very comfortable reading to children.

Obama read a Christmas story to Washington, D.C. children in 2012, and even though Bo,

the Obamas' dog, stole the show, look how much fun she's having.

Obama looks like a total pro reading that book.

She has children reading over her shoulder, a fluffy dog on her lap, and she still seems

to be acting out the holiday story.

It's a pretty familiar sight for the average family.

Meanwhile, here's Trump reading to.

I have to assume that Trump is reading that book to a group of children at the White House

Easter Egg Roll, but where are they?

Compared to Obama's holiday reading, with children and a dog on top of her, this scene

looks a little... bare.

Trump does look pretty OK reading to the children (even if it's not as lively looking as Obama's)

but compared to how we usually see the first lady: not smiling with a blank stare, this

is a nice change.

Check out this snapshot of Obama meeting kids during a 2012 campaign visit in North Carolina.

Obama was stumping for her husband's reelection in the battleground state of North Carolina

on Sept. 19, 2012, but she took a moment to chat with some elementary school students

from Y.E. Smith Museum School in Durham at the airport.

According to the Wilmington Star News, the first lady hugged the students, talked to

them about school, and answered their questions about the White House and her appearance on

iCarly.

An extremely important discussion, clearly.

Trump was all smiles giving out Easter baskets at a children's hospital.

The first lady played the role of Easter Bunny in a visit to the Palm Beach Children's

Hospital at the St. Mary's Medical Center on March 29, and was clearly happy to be there

— just look at that grin!

She was definitely less than hands on with the kids, however.

Although she joined them at a low table for what appeared to be a chat and craft session

she wasn't exactly touchy-feely about it, keeping her hands in her lap and letting her

smile do the work.

Kitty cat Obama handing out some Halloween candy.

For the Obamas' first Halloween in the White House in 2009 the then-first lady decided

to get in the Halloween spirit and dressed up as a First Cat Lady (at least that's what

I'm calling it).

Obama looks pretty excited to be dressed up and handing out candy (plus high-fives) to

local Washington, D.C. children at the White House, and that enthusiasm is contagious.

I wonder what kind of candy they give out at the White House?

Trump was buttoned up and smiling on Halloween.

Like Obama, Trump looks happy giving out candy to that skeleton in the MAGA hat in 2017,

but you will also notice that she's a little more buttoned up and reserved than Obama — which

is her style, I guess.

On the other hand, she's not even dressed up, and that smile does look pretty genuine.

Obama and Trump, I believe, do share a love of children, and I think it's a part of the

first lady gig that they both really enjoy.

However, it's still pretty clear that Obama and Trump are very different people.

But, I think it is also important to note that their situations are different too.

Barack Obama was a politician well before the family moved into the White House, and

it seems that life was always on the table for the Obamas.

However, I don't think Trump ever saw the Oval Office in her future when she married

Donald.

Now, she's constantly on the public stage — and usually garnering some negative attention.

Some people are just cut out for the life of a first lady, and some people aren't.

Maybe Trump's just remaking the role in her own image.

At least she's found something she likes along the way.

Dating 🔸 That Doofus Donald Trump Jr.!🍉Kimberly Guilfoyle - Duration: 3:45.

It's very clear to nearly any rational television viewer that Fox News is in bed with the Republican

Party.

The network is nothing but a propaganda arm of the GOP, spouting whatever company line

The White House puts out... or often even creating the company line The White House

later parrots.

In an even more accurate and literal sense, however, a Fox News host is now actually in

bed with a key member of the Republican Party.

This lengthy segue comes on the heels of Page Six reporting that Kimberly Guilfoyle is

now dating Donald Trump Jr.

The son of the President of the United States, Trump Jr. confirmed about two months ago that

he and Vanessa Trump were filing for divorce after 12 years of marriage.

They also have five kids together.

They still remain on decent terms (see photo below of the estranged couple hanging out

on Easter of this year), but this may soon change after Vanessa learns her husband has

moved on in such a short period of time.

" Don Jr. and Kimberly are seeing each other , and are having a great time," an insider

tells the New York Post, adding:

"While he wants to respect the privacy of his family, he is getting divorced, and he

enjoys Kimberly's company."

Guilfoyle serves as a co-host on The Five and was under consideration at one point for

a role in the elder Trump's administration.

This past Sunday night, the pair attended a party hosted by Bill White and Bryan Eure

for President Trump's new ambassador to Germany, Richard Grenell.

They remained close to each other for most of the gathering, a witness tells Page Six,

adding that Trump and Guilfoyle then left together and dined at Harry Cipriani on Fifth

Avenue.

(We presume they proceeded to dine on each other for dessert. If you catch our sexual

drift.)

Guilfoyle as married for four years to former San Francisco Mayor and current California

Lt. Gov. Gavin Newsom.

They separated in 2005.

Trump Jr., meanwhile, has remained quiet in the face of allegations that he cheated on

Vanessa about five years ago with former Danity Kane singer Aubrey O'Day.

Many outlets have claimed the two developed feelings for each other when O'Day was a contestant

on Celebrity Apprentice...

... and that the relationship was serious!

That O'Day and Trump wanted to have a baby together !

Crazy, right?

But do you know what's even crazier...

... Vanessa formerly dated a member of the Latin Kings street gang named Valentin Rivera!

And why did this romance end?

Partly because Rivera was imprisoned for assault -- and partly because Vanessa started sleeping

with Leonardo DiCaprio!

Wait, WHAT?!?!?!?

Click HERE to marvel over this unbelievable report and to take solace in knowing that,

as a result of these dalliances, Vanessa will at least always have the final laugh when

it comes to her loser ex.

Wrote the couple upon announcing their legal split this spring:

After 12 years of marriage, we have decided to go our separate ways. We will always have

tremendous respect for each other and our families.

We have five beautiful children together and they remain our top priority. We ask for your

privacy during this time.

Trump And Kim Jong Un Face-To-Face In Singapore - Duration: 2:47.

Trump And Kim Jong Un Face-To-Face In Singapore. President Donald Trump will meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in Singapore next month, the first ever meeting between a sitting US president and a North Korean ruler.

The summit, at which the two countries will discuss North Koreas nuclear program, is set to take place on June 12.

North Korea currently possesses an estimated stockpile of anywhere between 20 to 100 nuclear weapons and is under US and international sanctions for its nuclear and missile testing.

CNN first reported that US officials had been instructed to prepare for a meeting in Singapore on Wednesday evening. Earlier in the day, press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders confirmed that a time and place had been set, but refrained from giving more details.

After weeks of speculation, Trump announced the meeting, in typical fashion, via his Twitter account.

Trump had previously floated both Singapore and the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) that runs between North and South Korea as potential sites for the summit. The latter option seemed particularly appealing following Kims meeting in the DMZ with South Korean President Moon Jae-in.

Earlier on Thursday, Trump and first lady Melania Trump welcomed home three US citizens, who had been held in North Korea on charges of espionage or hostile intent. Their release and subsequent trip home alongside Secretary of State Mike Pompeo was meant, to be a gesture of goodwill ahead of the meeting between Kim and Trump.

News of the summit also comes just a few days after the US said it was leaving another nuclear agreement, this one with Iran and several other world powers.

The White House has insisted that while the Iran deal was flawed and needs to be renegotiated, a deal with North Korea is achievable.

Trump said on Thursday morning, when meeting with the returned detainees, that his goal is still to denuclearize that entire [Korean] peninsula..

North Korea summit to take place in Singapore on June 12: Trump - Duration: 2:14.

June 12th.

Remember the date.... as you are going to be hearing it a lot over the coming weeks.

That's when U.S. President Donald Trump will hold his historic summit with North Korean

leader Kim Jong-un.

As for the location?

No real surprises there.... as the widely speculated venue of Singapore was confirmed

as the setting for the talks.

Lee Seung-jae reports.

It was the announcement the world had been waiting for.

U.S. President Donald Trump took to Twitter on Thursday to confirm that his summit with

Kim Jong-un will take place in Singapore on Tuesday June 12th,... adding that they will

"both try to make it a very special moment for World Peace".

Trump's announcement came a matter of hours after he welcomed home three Americans who

had been imprisoned in North Korea.

Experts say North Korea's denuclearization will dominate the agenda of the Singapore

talks.

President Trump's aim is the complete, verifiable and irreversible denuclearization of the regime.

Kim, for his part, has repeatedly expressed a commitment to abandon the regime's nuclear

weapons program,... despite being unclear on what the terms are.

Singapore has also confirmed it will play host to the summit.

Its Ministry of Foreign Affairs said in a statement on Thursday,... that the "meeting

will advance prospects for peace in the Korean Peninsula".

Observers say the Southeast Asian financial hub was likely chosen due to its neutrality,

security advantages and track record of hosting international summits.

But why June 12th?

Watchers say the date was chosen strategically,... as Singapore hosts the annual Shangri-La Dialogue,

a defense forum attended by heads of states, defense ministers and high level military

officials from June 1st to the 3rd,.... while the 44th G7 summit in Canada,... will take

place from June 8th to the 9th.

Now that the venue and date has been set,... the world waits to see if Singapore will host

a meeting that ushers in a new era of denuclearization and peace on the Korean Peninsula.

Media loses it over president TrumpS Iran Deal Decision - Duration: 13:19.

as we had currently await the arrival of three American hostages just released

from North Korea President Trump he is expected to greet these brave

individuals on the tarmac when they land now in just moments were going to break

down all of the brand new diplomatic developments on the Korean Peninsula and

Secretary of State Mike Pompeo incredibly successful trip to the region

plus we'll show you how the president's achievements on the world stage are

driving Democrats and the media insane and also tonight the corrupt leaders of

Iran the mullahs are throwing a temper tantrum at the president Trump's

decision to pull the United States out of the destructive Iranian nuclear deal

we're going to bring you all the crazy rhetoric coming right out of Iran plus

the equally ridiculous and melodramatic rhetoric coming from your mainstream

media as corrupt as they are and we have all the highlights and lowlights from

today's confirmation hearing for the president's pick to head the CIA Jena

Haspel she was forced to defend her stellar track record from Democrats who

thinks she's too tough on terrorists now finally tonight we mark an important

anniversary for the deep state one year ago today James Comey on the

recommendation of Rod Rosenstein was fired from his role as the FBI director

and finally some positive developments to report from the DOJ s ongoing

obstruction all of that plus just breaking now moments ago Israeli Defense

Forces are reporting that Iranian forces launched missiles acts here at Israel

from Syria multiple rockets were fired Israel has responded tonight and we'll

give you all the details and that and more and our very important breaking

news opening monologue

all right as we speak the Secretary of State monkey Pompeo is in the air with

three released American hostages who are on their way back thankfully to the

United States after spending months inside hard labor prison camps across

North Korea now this was a major diplomatic win for the president and the

Trump administration and a very important step forward for North Korea

and most importantly three American lives thankfully were saved now

president Trump's historic summit with Kim jong-un is now moving forward as

planned take a look I appreciate kim jeong-hoon

doing this and allowing them to go we picked a time we picked a place for the

meeting or summit as you like to call it and I think it'll be very successful but

as I always say who knows who knows what's going to happen but it's going to

be a very important event again I think this is something that nobody thought

was going to happen for years or more where's the summit going to take place

within three days within three days we're just working arrangements but it

will not be there everyone thinks so but I would never say I want to get it

finished the prize I want is victory for the world not for even here

I want victory for the world cuz that's what we're talking about so that's the

only prize I want a date has now been set for this upcoming meeting between

Trump and Kim jong-un and we'll let you know all the details as we get them let

me be clear this diplomatic progress it is no accident when President Trump took

the reins from Barack Obama or a little rocket man was launching his ballistic

missiles over Japan he was threatening Guam threatening the rest of the world

and of course testing nuclear weapons left and right and of course ballistic

missiles now all of these aggressive tactics have ended at least for the

moment this thanks to the hard work the negotiating skills of the president and

his brand-new Secretary of State Mike Pompeo now after tightening sanctions

developing a strong relationship with the president of China and threatening

to introduce new tariffs sending multiple

Carrier Strike groups to the region and berating Kim jong-un on the world stage

the North Korean dictator is now limping to the negotiating table and it's on the

terms of the United States but wait hang on remember just a few months ago your

media your corrupt destroyed Trump media was telling you that Donald Trump was

leading us to a nuclear war with North Korea oh how could they ever get

something like that wrong typical take a look the idea of a nuclear showdown with

North Korea keeps you up at night I would recommend deleting your Twitter

app he is not merely being cavalier with a threat about nuclear war he's being

cavalier in a way that it makes him seem demented these are the messages from a

person who is not well from a leader who is not fit for office president Trump is

goading Kim jong-un to test a nuclear missile again to prove its reliability

to show him wrong and fundamentally I think it comes across as two

kindergarteners who are jostling each other except that each has nuclear

weapons after a hundred thousand Americans die absolu clear Holocaust or

after a million value in so that's where we are this is not an exaggeration

Trump's comments about nuclear weapons have experts worried he could literally

inadvertently trigger a catastrophe yeah that typical media barrage didn't end

well or aged well so I wonder if the mainstream media they're going to

apologize for their hysterical coverage just like their phony Russian coverage

just like everything else they get wrong now it's unlikely because just yesterday

yes the New York Times the paper record they actually slammed Secretary of State

Mike Pompeo because he was absent during president Trump's Iran nuclear deal

announcement well then they found out he was actually in North Korea rescuing and

saving American hostages something Barack Obama could never get done Trump

responded just two hours ago on Twitter he wrote the failing New York Times

criticized the Secretary of State Pompeyo for being AWOL missing when in

fact he was flying to North Korea fake news so bad now we're going to get back

to the abusively biased media in just a moment but first we are also following

very closely a developing situation in side of Iran the IDF is reporting that

Israel's Iron Dome was able to intercept multiple rockets that were fired by

Iranian sources from a Syrian base no injuries have been reported

I just got off the phone with a high-ranking Israeli official was now

confirmed to me that this was in response to Israel's military actions

and in fact I have confirmation Israel tonight

not long ago has retaliated we're gonna have more on that in a moment with

Colonel Oliver North but first yesterday president Trump made the important

decision to pull America out of that incredibly flawed Iranian nuclear deal

now in a few weeks US sanctions against Iran will be reinstated likely squeezing

this rogue nation economically and essentially Iran will now have less

money to fund let's see their proxy wars in Syria Iraq and Yemen their funding of

terrorism around the world their weapons systems that are aimed at Israel and

other allies in the region and of course the corrupt Islamist political leaders

in Iran and the Muellers oh they're not taking this so well you had petulant

Iranian lawmakers yelling once again death to America from the Parliament

floor and even burning an American flag as you can see in other words a pretty

normal Tuesday from the Parliament in Tehran though meanwhile Iran's supreme

leader went on a totally unhinged Twitter rant saying the u.s. president's

shallow ludicrous behavior wasn't unexpected the same behavior existed in

previous US presidents yet the Iranian nation is persistent while former US

presidents passed away and the Islamic Republic of Iran is still standing

this man's corpse will also be worm food while the Islamic Republic stands strong

that's coming from a man President Obama think about this trusted and handed over

a hundred and fifty billion dollars - and a promise he got back well we're not

going to build nukes but he got to continue to spend those centrifuges now

naturally the mullahs of Iran are also threatening to ramp up their uranium

enrichment program President Trump is not bowing down to these empty threats

let's take a look LaRon starts up their nuclear program

you know Randall we'll find out they're gonna find out I don't think they should

do that I would advise Iran not to start their nuclear program I would advise

that very strongly if they do there will be very severe consequence okay

now sadly Iran's morally corrupt political leaders aren't the only ones

melting down over the president's decision yeah your very own mainstream

media they are also in freakout mode yet again I guess they didn't learn from

their North Korean coverage take a look a decision by the president that some

say marks the United States biggest self-inflicted foreign policy wound

since the Iraq war what we heard was not foreign policy it was vandalism just

like this give a ram a propaganda win of course I guess the good news here is

that John Bolton is finally getting the war he's always wanted it reinforces the

notion that we are something of a rogue country that we don't honor or live up

to our international commitments is he just keeping a campaign promise here do

we know what he pulled out him does he know what he pulled out there totality

of this president's behavior in decisions does leave me to question why

he does anything and whether or not it's to deflect from something else I don't

think he has the moral compass to make a decision based on our own national

security

because it seems to be based on a personal antagonism to Obama and a

jealousy every night now we get more more evidence journalism in this country

is dead and buried I told you in 2007 and eight

now there's brand-new Iran hysteria is only the latest example proving our

point now let's turns with some important news

now the president's pick to head the CIA Jena Haspel she testified powerfully

today before the Senate Intelligence Committee as her confirmation process is

now underway as I have said many times on this program that woman miss Haspel

is an American patriot and hero her work in the CIA after 9/11 saved countless of

American lives it brought terrorists to justice still

you have some Democrats attacking Haspel for supporting legal programs that they

claim now were too tough on jihadists on terrorists forcing Hafsah hospital to

defend her incredible track record take a look at this outrage I would really

like to have on the record whether you ever called for the program to be

continued which it sure sounds to me like your answer suggested you said well

we were doing our job it ought to be continued that troubles me very much let

me say this about myself after 9/11 I didn't look to go sit on the Swiss desk

I stepped up I was not on the sidelines I was on the front lines in the Cold War

and I was on the front lines in the fight against al-qaeda very simple you

have an Operations Officer who's captain he's being waterboarded I've asked you

very simply would you determine that to be immoral and something that should

never be done condoned in any way shape or form your response

seems to be that civilized stations don't do it but uncivilized nations do

it uncivilized groups do it the United States does a civil I'd alternation a

civilized nation was doing it until was outlawed by this Congress senator I

would never obviously support inhumane treatment of any CIA officers we've lost

CIA officers over the years to terrorists I just gave an example Khalid

Sheikh Mohammed personally killed a Wall Street Journal

correspondent and filmed that I don't think there's any comparison between CIA

officers serving their country adhering to US law and terrorists who by their

very definition are not following anybody's law and people need to look at

that beheading and by the way only three people including that man were actually

waterboarded under intense medical supervision the New York Times reported

last night that that 9/11 mastermind Khalid Sheikh Mohammed asked the

military judge to share information with the Intel committee prior to hospitals

confirmation hearings really we're going to let that guy give information it is

unbelievable despicable it's disgusting 9/11 2001 we lost 3,000 Americans now

today Senate Democrats slammed the CIA's interrogation tactics against KSM but

Haspel provided very important context about this terrorist I hope people to

remember take a look

Senate Puts Forward Bill To Put Mueller Above President Trump … That's When McConnell Puts His Foot - Duration: 13:10.

Senate Puts Forward Bill To Put Mueller Above President Trump … That's When McConnell

Puts His Foot Down

On Tuesday, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell dodged a bipartisan effort that would protect

special counsel Robert Mueller and his job on the Trump investigation.

McConnell explained that he would not be holding a floor vote on this piece of legislation,

even if the Senate Judiciary Committee approves it next week.

McConnell explained that the bill is important because President Trump won't be the one

to fire Mueller.

McConnell stated while appearing on Fox News, "We'll not be having this on the floor

of the Senate."

The Senate Majority Leader's comments came during a time of serious opposition to the

bill amongst members of his own caucus.

Multiple GOP senators explained that they feel that the bill is unconstitutional, while

other senators felt that it just isn't good politics to tell President Trump what to do,

even comparing the piece of legislation to "poking the bear."

The piece of legislation was introduced last week, around the same time that Trump publicly

condemned Mueller.

Trump had stated that the investigation being conducted by Mueller is "an attack on our

country."

He also called the probe "corrupt."

President Trump has also considered firing the man overseeing the Trump investigation,

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

It was only a day after Trump's critique that Republicans Thom Tillis of North Carolina

and Lindsey Graham of South Carolina put two bits together that they had introduced last

summer in order to protect special counsels.

The bill was introduced by the two Republicans along with Democratic Sens. Chris Coons of

Delaware and Cory Booker of New Jersey.

Then, Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, a Republican, explained that his committee

would be voting on the bill.

Associated Press reported:

The legislation would give any special counsel a 10-day window to seek expedited judicial

review of a firing, and would put into law existing Justice Department regulations that

require a firing to be for "good cause."

Democrats immediately jumped on the legislation, but many Republicans have been cool to it.

At least three of the 11 GOP members of the Judiciary panel have said they will vote against

it and another five have said they have questions about its constitutionality.

Grassley is one of those with concerns, but said he felt obligated to hold a vote.

Republicans off the committee had questions too — and some acknowledged that it could

be politically difficult.

On Tuesday, South Dakota Senator Mike Rounds stated that the President should be the one

to make the decision on his own.

He also stated that Trump should be the one responsible for the consequences that come

along with the decision.

"I think having Congress tell him what we believe he should do in this case is simply

poking the bear, and I'd just prefer not to do that," Rounds stated.

Oklahoma Sen. Jim Lankford felt that the bill was a "political distraction."

"You create this whole constitutional political stir over something that is not going to happen,"

he stated.

Other lawmakers felt that there really was no point.

Louisiana Senator and a member of the Judiciary panel, John Kennedy, explained, "It's

about as popular as cholera with the leader in the Senate and it's about as popular

as malaria in the House," said Louisiana Sen. John Kennedy, a member of the Judiciary

panel.

"I think most people think we're picking an unnecessary fight with the president."

Coons, who is a lawyer, felt that the multiple courts have enforced very similar statues

for special counsels in the past.

He stated, "If I were convinced this were unconstitutional, I would not be moving it."

During a hearing for the two separate bills in September, prior to them being combined,

scholars were split about whether or not the bills were constitutional.

Some had big concerns about letting the judicial branch have this kind of authority over an

executive decision.

Trump vows US 'will not be walked into an Iran deal' at next month's North Korea summit - Duration: 19:06.

President Trump of course speaking at a rally at Elkhart Indiana went for over

an hour author and columnist mark Stein watched

the whole thing and joins us now with reaction would you think mark I think it

was pretty darn good the president has essentially invented a

kind of new form here the way FDR did with his fireside chats on the radio and

it works for him this is how I first saw him on stage basically riffing on the

day's news he's got a little bit more telling prompted since then but but

actually he's gone back to what he was doing in his campaign days just he's

comfortable in the job he's comfortable with himself and he's doing all

Republicans and all conservatives are service and this is something that Marco

and Jeb and John Kasich and all the rest can learn from him is he's not being

boxed in by Democrat media corsets of discourse he's basically found a way to

get out what he wants to get out and it works for him really well and by the way

the stuff about the London embassy was a classic I don't believe that was on the

prompter ad it was a classic rifts concluding I want to make sure I get

these words right he described the US Embassy Grosvenor

Square as quote the best location in the whole portfolio I love the way he talks

about the United States embassies as a portfolio like Trump Tower and from

resort all the rest of it in the State Department doesn't use that officially

but I get the sense watching him speak in talking to the him and the people

work for him that he gets a lot out of these because it helps him gauge the

interest level in certain policies yes I think that's true it was interesting to

me the the biggest applause is always for the wall and if you noticed the last

time you did one of these a couple of weeks ago he started to go on I think it

was about h-1b or h-2b visas I think eager little confuse on the point and

the crowd actually wasn't so enthused about that

and I noticed that those lines have gone have gone missing and you know this is

really what the medium particular don't get about president from they're very

hung up on literalism he's actually playing in a sense he's playing a stage

character so when they get annoyed about things I mean for example he said

tonight Oh Mike Pence he's doing an unbelievable job which kind of reminded

me about what Chuck Schumer got mad at him for saying about Kim jong-un and I

can well imagine that in Singapore Trump's putting his arm around him and

saying hey rocket man you're doing an unbelievable job you look fabulous loose

and wait you're looking like my Freud's terrific they don't understand is like

you know the media are bone-crushing lee literal about this he's like a great

actor or a great singer he's playing the subtext not not just merely the dialogue

on the surface and you'd think these these moronic celebrity critics of his

would figure that out why is alec baldwin's impersonation of trump such a

big nothing it's because Trump is actually playing from better than this

brilliant actor plays him he's playing the subtext and that's by the way that's

what God not to go all actor studio on you Tucker that's what I like it when

that's what Alec Baldwin does when he does his hilarious Tony Bennett

impression he's plains of subtext but but he can't get beyond the politics and

he can't get beyond the surface lingo when he does Trump Trump is Trump is is

a genius like this and that's what the and that's what all the these crowds get

even when what even when the words appear to be saying something else they

they get what he's really saying this is this is something you know if there was

political staff college they'd be teaching these things in 20 or 50 years

I think maybe what are you saying most of all is I care about you I'm

interested in what you have to say and that that people want to hear that more

than anything absolutely and and what's interesting to

me is when you leave these rallies it's not just the people are laughing and

people are mouthing along with the slogans but you also see people with

tears welling up in their eyes because it is so unlike the synthetic consultant

driven poll-tested phony-baloney of conventional presidential campaigning

interesting mark Stein always great to see you thank you thanks a lot tiger

Democrats are upset about speeches like that and about the Trump presidency

itself of course but for more than a year they've consoled themselves by

looking ahead to the midterms the 2018 congressional elections and they thought

to themselves we're gonna win big we're gonna take back power and they may but

recent polls show that Democrats once massive lead is shrinking and now to

almost nothing a new poll over at CNN shows the

Democrats have only a three point advantage on a generic Congressional

ballot is this real was it mean what's going on here tom bevin co-founder of

RealClearPolitics follows the stuff carefully for a living and he joins us

tonight what is this about Tom and is it real oh I definitely think it's real

Tucker you go back and look in mid-december the Democratic lead in the

generic ballot and that's the question if the election were held today would

you vote for the Republican or Democrat Democrats had a 13-point lead as of

today it's down to 6 in our RealClearPolitics average and as you

mentioned the CNN poll went from 16 point lead for Democrats two months ago

down to three we've got another poll showing it down to one point so this is

real and it is just as a point of reference in 2006 when Democrats won 30

seats they finished with a seven point nine percentage lead in the generic

ballot and so they're at six now and they need about twenty four seats so I

think they're in that that range where it's making them very very nervous so

Republicans in Congress have been assuming for months I'd talked to them

that they're gonna lose big and that Nancy Pelosi or whomever is going to be

the speaker now they think they've got a shot but they're concerned about

intensity voter intensity on the left is really really strong is that how

meaningful is that intensity oh it's meaningful particularly in a

midterm election where it's all about turning out the base and Democrats have

had advantage in that but again back to that CNN poll that was another finding

that I think was disturbing for Democrats they showed that Republic

intensity is up now and was matching the level of Democrats and and if that's the

case it's not at all a sure bet that Democrats would take back the house in

November this is all a little confusing and from personal approval numbers are

confusing given that the stormy Daniels story which is the single most important

story ever covered by the American news media who we both agree on that has

dominated the coverage for the past three or four weeks month two months I

don't how long has been that that hasn't had an effect no in fact it's just the

opposite Tucker back in mid December was Trump's low point in the Real Clear

Politics job approval rating his average was 37 he's now at forty four point

three so he's gained or forty three point four he's he's gained six six and

half points over the course of that period and as you mentioned the entire

time it's been in the stormy Daniels onslaught it has not only has it hurt

his numbers his numbers have been ticking upward the entire time and again

that's something that and you see Democrats how you talk to them they're

there now somewhat annoyed by this because you talked to Nancy Pelosi and

others they say look this is distracting from our message they want to try and

get back to to reaching voters and voters have actually tuned that out now

and are paying attention to the other stuff which trump has had a pretty good

few weeks amazing their message we don't have time for you to tell me what that

is but I appreciate it Tom thank you you

got was you just heard the numbers on the upcoming midterm election aren't

interesting the Democrats are still ahead but they're not nearly as popular

as they were six months ago and that is weird the president still disliked by

half the country congressional Republicans in the polling

or even less admired than he is so Democrats ought to be way ahead and as

you just heard they're not so why is that could it be that for all the

problems for the Republican Party and those problems are real Democrats are

perceived as even less appealing looks that way the question is why we have

some theories we can show you a million examples to illustrate this but

here's one from just yesterday they came immediately to mind watch is this MSNBC

panel which is as close to a Democratic Party focus group as you'll ever find

gushes over that porn lawyer the one whose eyes were too close together

he was always on television making threats watch this Michael a Vinod is a

beast okay that's true and he's a beast he's a beast that he keeps popping

Donald Trump in all of his folks in the mouth Jon Meacham says he may be the

savior of the Republic if this really the news of the Iran deal practically in

one big stroke he really is a master of the media cycle I owe Michael avenatti

an apology for the last couple weeks I've been saying I'm not for reading

Michael I've seen you everywhere what do you have to say I was wrong brother you

have a lot to say the Democrats could learn something for you you are messing

with Trump a lot more than they are so here's the political rule of thumb if

the creepy porn lawyer is quote the savior of a republic in your view you're

probably not trying very hard to appeal to middle America and Democrats are not

in fact in the last year and half the Democratic Party has doubled down on

every behavior they got trump elected in the first place they routinely vilified

tens of millions of Americans based on how they look they prefer illegal

immigrants to u.s. citizens at this point doesn't even hide that preference

they're open about it in schools and sports in the military they denounced

the idea of biological differences between men and women

that's something that every culture from ancient Egypt till about 20 minutes ago

understood perfectly well because it's demonstrable they don't recognize it

anymore then two nights ago the New York Times criticized the Secretary of State

Mike Pompeo and his trip to North Korea they ran the headline at a key moment

Trump's top diplomat is again in thousands of miles away like it was a

sin but the purpose of his visit you'll recall was to secure the release of

three American prisoners but the time she's not impressed by that

Pompeyo works for Trump so the whole thing must be bad whatever else he's

done Trump has driven the Democratic Party off the deep end and I only hate

him but the country that elected him and it started to show in the polls Christie

Setzer's president new heights communications she's been in and around

the Democratic Party for a long time and she joins us tonight

so I mean you've heard Tom Bevans say you know they're mad

their message isn't getting out but the truth is their messages Trump is bad and

that's not really a message right that's more an animal reaction whatever their

message is it's actually working if you look at the congressional and state

level elections that have happened since November 2016 there were cuts of flip

40-plus seats at the state legislative level and often in districts where Trump

actually won by twenty or thirty points so we can quibble about what the message

is and but we can't really put them right now about whether or not it's

working because it clearly seems today well I mean of course to some extent I

mean Trump is still like loathed by half the population it's his first midterm so

historically of course they're gonna pick up seats the question is where's

the wave and if you listen what the message really is one of the messages is

for example that there are no differences between the sexes that

biological reality is like fake anything I mean we need to reorganize Society

along those lines that's way more radical anything from has ever said I

would suggest that you point me to the candidate that is saying that in making

that the real message no look Democrats are being reasonable in election there

is would it be possible for a Democrat running for office in a Democratic

primary to say there are two biological sexes male and female and that's it

that's what our biology just say talk about the economy are you joking pushing

all these changes on the rest of us including the bathroom thing all this

you couldn't say it's Republicans who are doing the bathroom thing I again

North Carolina that was a that was a entirely no one even imagined there were

more than two sexes until about twenty minutes ago it was Democrats oh but I'm

just saying that's a big change maybe there are maybe biology isn't real but

that's not a mainstream position and they saw what I'm talking about it does

that help I would say that if you wanted to make the argument to me that

Democrats should or should not be talking about impeachment they should or

should not be spending lot of time on sir--my Daniela's in my club honey we

can have that conversation and I would be happy to but there is no mainstream

Democratic candidate who is talking about as you said you know I'm serious

cause I think it's reordering society's always a big deal mm-hmm

and pretending biologies fake is too so you could have a Democratic candidate

who would say there are two biological sexes that's it he could get away with

that I don't think that they have been is what I'm saying and I think again if

you look back to the ways that Democrats have been performing up to this point

whatever it is that they're doing is working there is far more energy there

is more small dollar donations and that leads into more volunteers and it leads

to a better slate of candidates in the Democratic lot of it is true I think

you're absolutely right there's probably more energy more money all that I just

I'm waiting for the wave we'll see I hope you'll come back election night

thank you sir thank you Robert Muller has bitten off a lot can he chew it is

the question the Russian interference narrative is actually headed to court it

might not like that that's for easy

having moderate you may missed it but especially cop special counsel robert

muller indicted 13 Russian nationals and three Russian companies earlier this

year the thought all along was they would never show up for court but now

they're contesting and it looks like this case is going to court and that

might be bad for robert molars investigation how and why no one can

slow his questions more succinctly than shows Jennifer who joins us now in

studio why would it be bad for this to go to trial well because they're not

ready for it they indicted a kid prematurely against people that they

thought would never show up from Russia and then one of the Russian companies

hired lawyers and sent them to court to say we're here and we want to plead not

guilty and we want a lot of discovery on your criminal case against us and mr.

Miller's people objected strenuously they said we're not ready for an

arraignment but they're not here properly and the federal judge said to

them mr. Muller you indicted this case it's your case it's going to trial let's

have let's start this process right now is he indicted people without being

ready to prove they were guilty that is exactly right he abused the grand jury

process as he has from the beginning of this outrageous investigation authorized

by mr. Rosenstein this is Rosen Stein's monster in spades you were a prosecutor

a federal prosecutor it seems borderline immoral to indict

someone unless you can prove he's guilty at the time they did it for one reason

only Muller needed something Russian like dressing on a salad to make his

investigation look good so he indicted 13 people and corporations in another

country that he thought would never show up and bingo one of them shows up and

says prove it mother story imagine if he did that to Americans like

I don't know he already had he's done it to mr. Flynt

that's unbelievable Jojo genom thank you for that you're welcome thank you that's

worse even than I thought it was I appreciate it up next our liberal Sherpa

Kathi aruhya waited all week she joins us next

has had to try out for the cheerleading team but one mother complained after her

daughter didn't make it so school officials order the team to accept

everyone without tryouts setting a brand new precedent that we're sure will

become common nationwide that's why we wanted to talk to Kathy arou

are liberal Sherpa to understand the outlines of this new world view Kathy

thanks a lot for coming on thank you so I mean it goes without saying that

you're in for this of course yes but if we take this principle and expand it you

start asking questions like why should airline pilots have to know how to fly

airplanes is it a discriminatory to prevent people don't know how to fly

from flying planes well I don't think trying out for cheerleading team is the

same as flying an airplane it's a skill based profession

so if you know how to fly an airplane by all means you should fly an airplane but

I don't think cheerleading's the famous flying wing but there was a set of

standards and people couldn't join the team if they couldn't cheer correctly

maybe these people who couldn't join the team then get confident cheerily they

become confident cheerleaders they didn't even know they could be great

cheerleaders and then they go on to become wonderful pilots because they

look back and they were great cheerleaders so it gives them that

self-esteem to move on in life and become better people so maybe now you're

winning me over I think inclusive programs but why don't

we adopt these same inclusive standards at Harvard in Yale and Princeton I mean

why are we keeping people out cuz they can't read or have low SAT scores it

doesn't hurt their self-esteem it's a shame yeah I say teeth have been

proven to be false there are no indication of how people will do after a

few years of college so throw out the test absolutely because if people are

given a chance they do excel so we should a lot more diversity more variety

in our schools in our sports yes I love this is it also a blow to your

self-esteem if say you have a diagnosed mental illness and you can't buy a

firearm why should schizophrenia get in the way of gun ownership everyone else

can buy one but you can't because you're diagnosed mentally ill that

discriminatory well I think that would hurt other people so I'm not for any

program that would hurt other people but programs that allow people to excel and

become better people than there's nothing wrong

with that but having a mental illness and then having a firearm which I mean

anyone having a firearm is probably not a good idea you're totally right you're

totally right I thought you would agree if you're a

narcoleptic why shouldn't you be a school bus driver

you would probably hurting others Board of Education after I think they're after

helping those who would be excluded because they didn't take gymnastics when

they were six or seven like we wish we had more time design many more examples

for you Kathy ruh but we don't let me see you good to see him we'll be back
