Prosecutor Blew The Whistle On FBI's Plan To Frame Donald Trump

For two years, the FBI has investigated Donald Trump for Russian collusion.

The probe has yet to uncover one shred of evidence despite a full court press by the

anti-Trump media and FBI leadership.

So one prosecutor stepped forward and blew the whistle about what the FBI was really

up to.

Joe diGenova was a former special prosecutor and attorney for Donald Trump.

During a recent interview, diGenova detailed how the FBI's plot had two purposes.

The first was to clear Hillary Clinton.

The second was designed to frame Donald Trump.

Lifezette reports:

"WHAT'S GOING ON NOW IS THE UNRAVELING OF A VERY SUBSTANTIAL PLOT THAT HAD TWO GOALS

— TO EXONERATE HILLARY CLINTON ILLEGALLY AND, IF SHE LOST THE PRESIDENCY, TO FRAME

DONALD TRUMP AND HIS ASSOCIATES OF CRIMES THEY DID NOT COMMIT," HE SAID TUESDAY ON

"THE LAURA INGRAHAM SHOW."

"ROBERT MUELLER HAS PRODUCED NOT A SCINTILLA OF EVIDENCE THAT ANYBODY IN THE TRUMP CAMPAIGN

ENGAGED IN ANY ILLEGAL ACTIVITY REGARDING ILLEGAL CONTACT WITH RUSSIAN OFFICIALS."

AFTER A YEAR ON THE CASE, IT IS FAIR TO ASK WHAT MUELLER IS INVESTIGATING, DIGENOVA SAID.

"THE ANSWER SEEMS TO BE — ANYTHING BUT THAT," HE SAID.

DIGENOVA…SAID THE FBI AGENTS WHO TALKED TO DERIPASKA MOST LIKELY "CROSSED A NUMBER

OF LINES."

DiGenova also went on to identify the individuals responsible for waging the silent coup against

the President.

The former special prosecutor singled out Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein for

his disloyalty.

It was Rosenstein who appointed Robert Mueller and gave him the running room to conduct a

fishing expedition and ignore Justice Department guidelines by refusing to identify a specific

crime for Mueller to investigate.

Lifezette also reports:

"DIGENOVA SPREAD BLAME AROUND BUT DIRECTED THE MAJORITY OF IT AT DEPUTY ATTORNEY GENERAL

ROD ROSENSTEIN, THE MAN WHO APPOINTED MUELLER.

DIGENOVA ACCUSED ROSENSTEIN OF ACTING NOT BASED ON A LEGAL JUDGMENT BUT OUT OF A PIQUE

OF ANGER BECAUSE THE PRESIDENT UNDERCUT THE OFFICIAL JUSTIFICATION FOR THE FIRING OF FBI

DIRECTOR JAMES COMEY.

ROSENSTEIN HAD PREPARED A MEMO OUTLINING COMEY'S VIOLATIONS OF

DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE (DOJ) POLICY DURING

HIS HANDLING OF THE FBI'S INVESTIGATION OF FORMER SECRETARY OF STATE HILLARY CLINTON'S

USE OF A PRIVATE EMAIL SERVER FOR OFFICIAL GOVERNMENT BUSINESS.

BUT THEN TRUMP TOLD "NBC NIGHTLY NEWS" ANCHOR LESTER HOLT THAT THE REAL REASON WAS

THE RUSSIA INVESTIGATION.

"AT THAT POINT, THAT IS WHEN ROD ROSENSTEIN, I AM TOLD BY PEOPLE IN THE DEPARTMENT, GOT

MAD, WAS EMBARRASSED BY WHAT THE PRESIDENT HAD SAID — AND, THEREFORE, MADE HIM LOOK

LIKE A FOOL — AND IT WAS THAT DAY HE DECIDED TO APPOINT MUELLER, WHOM HE HAD INTERVIEWED

THE DAY BEFORE, TO BE THE NEXT FBI DIRECTOR [FOR A SECOND TOUR] TO

REPLACE

JAMES COMEY," HE SAID.

DIGENOVA CALLED ROSENSTEIN "AN INCOMPETENT LIAR."

HE SAID

HIS SOURCES INDICATE THAT NEITHER

ROSENSTEIN NOR ATTORNEY GENERAL JEFF SESSIONS ARE SECURE IN THEIR JOBS.

"JEFF SESSIONS — A MAN WHO I LOVE DEARLY AND HAVE KNOWN FOR YEARS — IS CLUELESS,"

HE SAID."

Five: Trump slams DEMOCRATS for TWEETING cages at border - Duration: 14:09.

evil Trump strikes again shocking images of immigrant children sleeping in cages

on the floor and of course a former LA mayor and Obama flak key journalists all

blame heartless Trump but not so fast everyone turns out these pictures were

four years old when their hero Obama was in charge and without the loud condom

nations go silent who cares now since their Idol was boss at the time but

there's more this photo of an all baby seats immigration detention bus was also

shared and blamed on Trump one-acre called it a prison bus just for babies

but the photo was also from Obama's era and it's a bus for field trips did you

hear the widely shared claim about 1500 immigrant kids that were separated from

mom and dad again by evil Trump why these children actually arrived alone -

their parents and then were placed there among sponsors the government had lost

track of them which says something about the system the system that Trump

actually wants to fix and so as Trump cements his agenda through significant

legislation these folks have the vapors over imaginary discrimination but if you

can't blame him for that what's next Ebola malaria your lousy love life and

they accused Trump of spreading baloney the media can't even check the date on a

photo and that's their job to check facts it's all the usual suspects

identity activists the paranoids and pajamas you know the New York Times big

news is now no longer a catchphrase it's a brand I have an idea where is it shoot

beautiful mind nuts so many oh here it is yeah Trump stood on national TV and

layout point by point his Dhaka plan to embarrass the Democrats with the fact

that he is actually offering a plan to citizenship that they don't but don't do

it on tweets go out there and do it that's a good idea

I absolutely think that he could do a lot more policy oriented speeches and

that would drive news for like 48 hours just like that and nothing else yeah

there's like Drive on that news he could do an oval office address

would be one way to do it that really focuses the mind that means that it

would be a primetime address if this is the number-one issue certainly for

Republicans but if it's an economic issue for care about also in June you

have all the Democrats in the house and a lot of House Republicans signing this

discharge petition to actually force boats on the docket issue so the

president I think would be right to get out in front of it that's a that's a

great idea Greg thank you in the meantime the other thing you should do

is to say I'm not going to wait for Congress to fix this issue if whatever

he can do to fix the system as it currently stands within the federal

government about keeping track of these children he could lay that out - yeah

you know Jesse I don't know if you saw this over the weekend because you unlike

me have a life CNN did a piece on whether it was right for Ivanka Trump to

tweet a photo of her and her son did you see that she had a picture of her in her

son because they thought it was like while this missing child narrative is

going on how bad is it that she's showing a picture of her kid what is up

with CNN I don't know I don't think they know what's up with themselves but I

didn't really look at the blackberry a lot or iPhone this weekend I try to

unfold I didn't and then every time I did dial in and check it out the media

was screwing up every single time whether it was Ivanka or this and I was

listening to Limbaugh which was a lot of fun Marie on the drive back talking

about this story about the photos and he had a great lot he said the Democrats

keep getting hit square between the eyes and they don't even realize it and think

about it you have this you have the Russia investigation you have the

kneeling you have the opposing the tax cuts everything keeps backfiring on the

Democrats but the sad thing is is that this photo goes out thousands tens of

thousands of times and then the retraction of the deletion doesn't get

seen so the damages are yeah but the reason they do this the reason they have

the policy to separate children and families is to discourage human

trafficking to discourage families from taking kids across a treacherous hot

dangerous southern border trip and they want to discourage dangerous and illegal

immigration so if they want to change the policy let's get a deal on daca

let's pay out on merit-based and they can hammer it

but if you're just gonna take a potshot you're gonna embarrass yourself they

also try to separate them so because the adults go to a place that you wouldn't

want to have children in right so find a different some would say it's a more

humane policy to do that that's the argument a lot of these kids that show

up with no parents and then you have to decide what to do with them and that's

where you play placing my sponsors like you would foster care right Marie do you

think that one of the larger problems here that's been going on for two years

is there is so much emotional baggage about Trump from the Democrats that they

decant so would their confirmation bias forces them to just see everything like

it's got to be his fault it's got to be his fault and they haven't yet been able

to shake that well I think you could say the same about conservatives and Brock

Obama or Hillary Clinton right we're all on opposing sides they're both people

you know right I've heard that don't listen to Limbaugh sorry your loss

here's the thing though on the immigration issue itself it is

incredibly emotional because these are real people's lives and as Jesse just

mentioned they're very dangerous conditions when you have unaccompanied

minors showing up at the border this is a heartbreaking situation so I think

that part of the challenge is both sides have gone to such extremes now that the

space for a deal on daca or on any of this is increasingly shrinking

especially in a midterm year if President Trump went out and gave an

address that was somewhere down the middle that had a daca fix but got some

border security and tried to bring both sides together I depending on what it

said would probably think that's a good idea

the challenge is the Republican Congress isn't on the same page particularly in

the house particularly in a midterm year so now we're in a situation where the

Trump administration has separated 800 children from their parents since

October for often good reasons sometimes not and what do we do now where are

these 1,500 children this is heartbreaking and no one in this

political climate it seems like is trying to actually or defy the logic in

this administration you should be a sponsor I volunteer you mm-hmm watch for

me yeah really last word what do you mean

people are exposed as wrong they never admit it they just removed their tweets

and run away and that drives me nuts yeah you can't stand here

keeping track yet offensive indeed but yet but it's true you see the mainstream

media making these mistakes and they chase after the accounts and they're

putting up false stories that I mean how glaring is this as it's photographs from

2014 we talk about just really backfiring everyone should care whatever

your politics administration are in about children but when you look at the

actual facts of the laws here that President Trump his administration is

following the laws on the books in terms of what you do when people enter the

country illegally with children the goal and aim behind it is to be protective of

children so it doesn't foster this whole legal atmosphere of human trafficking

etc and flat-out follow the law don't enter the country illegally put yourself

and your children at jeopardy that's not love that's foolish illegal desperation

in terms of not honoring and following the laws other people are following in

trying to get into this country legally it's a nation of immigrants we embrace

and encourage people to apply for legal citizenship we have the capacity to

house about 3,000 you know family so how is this going from what a bad situation

to a worse situation it's certainly not acting in the best interest of welfare

of your children to do so and we shall leave it there I never thought I'd say

that all right special counsel could special counsel Robert Miller swinging

the midterms for the Democrats president Trump's warning next what it is saying

is that it you're actually worse than bums if you're not willing to stand up

to a president who is attacking a former FBI director a patriot who served our

country in Vietnam like Bob Muller President Trump is also Fanning the

flames ahead of November tweeting the 13 angry Democrats plus people who worked

eight years for Obama working on the rigged Russia witch-hunt will be

meddling with the midterm elections especially now that Republicans stay

tough are taking the lead in polls there was no collusion except by the Democrats

exclamation point Murray where to start where to start I think this is part of

president Trump's ongoing PR effort to discredit the Moller probe because it's

getting more serious a number of people have been indicted he's trying to decide

whether or not to sit down with Muller for an interview

and also trying to sow some doubt about the election coming up where there are a

lot of data points that Republicans will lose if not the majority in the House

but pretty big so I think he's trying to muddy the waters a little bit and keep

promoting this this takedown of the Moller team this seems to be his main

focus on Twitter right now I obviously don't agree I think that the Muller team

despite some of their personal political identities are led by our Republican

they have not indicated in any way that they are behaving in a partisan way and

I think they should be able to continue okay Jessie CC Adam Schiff there who you

know few issues of his own yeah listen just on what you said Murray Muller's

about his Republican as Comey is a Republican I wouldn't consider him a

Republican nothing is wrong with attacking the special counsel the

Democrats attacked Ken Starr throughout his term - it's fine you attack the FBI

director when he was fired remember what the Democrats said about James Comey

when he was the sitting FBI director politics is ugly it's rough it's fine

people attack people it's what they do now there are conflicts of interest 13

out of the 18 lawyers on the Moller team are Democrats there are no Republicans

there one of the Democrats Janine REE she's prosecuting Papadopoulos now she

previously worked for Hillary Clinton when she was under investigation for

emails she previously worked for the Clinton Foundation and she worked for I

think it was Ben Rhodes when he was with Obama so not a good track record

now Papadopoulos they say that whole thing started when Clinton Foundation

donor tipped off Obama's FBI and now the former person that worked for the

Clinton Foundation is prosecuting the guy seems like there's a little bit of a

conflict of interest but if I were Democrats and they're strategists out

there on the Left mute this because I'm going to give you guys advice if you

walk to or heat against Republicans I would hammer gas prices college

tuition health care I wouldn't talk about Muller Muller's not going to turn

people out in the midterms I don't know why they do that

now you can unmute it and that's fine so you guys just keep doing what you're

doing thank you for that programming no Jesse I was trying to be helpful sort of

to the other side okay he said was where I was gonna head on

this which is that recently Democrats in DC sort of behind the scenes analyst

types have been complaining amongst themselves that they can't get on

television to talk about anything else besides Russia because the cable

companies have decided like this is how we're going to get ratings and so this

is what we're going to talk about so they're frustrated trying to figure out

a way to talk about some of their programs like a better deal they want to

talk about health care they actually want to talk about Medicare for all and

and if you follow the money on two things the the Democrats and their

primaries are running ads about Medicare for all this is a Bernie Sanders plan

it's like Obamacare on steroids then Republican side it's all about

immigration getting tougher on immigration so if you follow the money

you know that that is poll-tested focus-grouped and that's what people

care about the most it's they're not going to win in the

midterms because of the Russia probe yeah if they go down the impeachment

trail of tears Greg it will not be auspicious and blue wave is beginning to

look like an undertow sweeping the Democrats away but I wouldn't I wouldn't

I wouldn't celebrate yet Republicans because you want to get complacent but

the thing the story that we're really missing here what's with the Democrats

and the word bums calling everybody bums way to marginalize the homeless so you

spent two weeks frothing over calling gang members animals you think it's okay

to call people bums I mean come on raise your human beings you're dehumanizing

the homeless and Republicans by the way I do think I do think that going molar

is a bad idea because I don't think it's a complicated idea to say to tell to and

tell voters go after these people because they're not going after Trump

that's a complicated argument and I don't think it competes with higher

wages lower unemployment no Isis possible breakthrough with North Korea

that stuff is tangible practical visual you can actually explain that to

somebody but like saying go after these bums because they're not being mean

enough it's not actually a message that will work why do they keep sticking with

it despite the fact that it shows is not resonating I think part I think it's I

think they're caught in an emotional bubble and they can't get out of it and

they just can't get out and start seeing things practically

but I wouldn't ice made this I coined this phrase last year don't count your

chickens before they hatch you might have heard of it I would say that too

the way it's shown up in a lot of places

finally you're getting the attribution that you so justly deserve and only here

on the five look glad to help out up next the art of the deal President Trump

on track to save the nuclear summit with North Korea stay with us

you

How Donald Trump Shut Down An Attempt To Impeach Him Will Leave You Speechless - Duration: 11:24.

How Donald Trump Shut Down An Attempt To Impeach Him Will Leave You Speechless

The media thought they had the silver bullet that would finally get Donald Trump impeached.

CNN and other outlets were pushing the idea that a secret $130,000 payment made by Trump

attorney Michael Cohen to porn star Stormy Daniels was a criminal violation of campaign

finance laws.

But Trump shut down this scheme to impeach him in a way that will leave you speechless.

Rudy Giuliani – who is now the President's attorney – appeared on Sean Hannity's

show and shocked everyone when he revealed that Trump reimbursed Cohen the $130,000.

The media pounced.

But they jumped the gun.

Giuliani drove the final nail in the impeachment talk when he declared that Trump made the

payments out of his own money—which were made to spare Melania Trump public embarrassment.

Buzzfeed reports:

"IT'S NOT CAMPAIGN MONEY.

NO CAMPAIGN FINANCE VIOLATION," GIULIANI TOLD HANNITY.

"[THEY] FUNNELED THROUGH A LAW FIRM, AND THEN THE PRESIDENT REPAID IT."

IN A CONVERSATION WITH BUZZFEED NEWS, GIULIANI LATER SAID THAT COHEN, TRUMP'S LONGTIME

PERSONAL LAWYER, "HAD COMPLAINED TO SOME PEOPLE" AFTER THE 2016 ELECTION THAT HE'D

NOT BEEN FULLY PAID BY TRUMP.

AT SOME POINT — GIULIANI SAID HE DID NOT KNOW WHEN OR WHERE SPECIFICALLY — COHEN

MET WITH TRUMP AND TOLD HIM OF HIS COMPLAINT.

GIULIANI SAID THAT TRUMP TOLD COHEN, "WE'LL COVER YOUR EXPENSES," AND AGREED TO PAY

HIM $35,000 A MONTH "OUT OF HIS PERSONAL FUNDS" OVER THE COURSE OF A YEAR-LONG PERIOD

THAT BEGAN IN THE FIRST FEW MONTHS OF 2017 AND HAS SINCE ENDED…

… "MICHAEL SAW AN OPPORTUNITY TO SETTLE IT FOR NOT VERY MUCH MONEY, AND HE TOOK IT,"

GIULIANI SAID.

CALLING IT "A PAYMENT TO REMOVE PERSONAL EMBARRASSMENT TO MELANIA [TRUMP]," GIULIANI

SAID, "I DON'T THINK THEY THOUGHT ABOUT IT AS A CAMPAIGN THING" — ALTHOUGH HE

ACKNOWLEDGED THAT OTHERS MIGHT DISAGREE.

Guiliani revealed that he and Trump spoke prior to the interview and that the President

was pleased with how he shut down the nonsensical talk that the payment to Daniels constituted

a

campaign

finance violation.

Mueller Just Sealed His Fate After Announcing His Shameless Next Move Against President Trump - Duration: 11:35.

Mueller Just Sealed His Fate After Announcing His Shameless Next Move Against President

Trump

We are now getting various reports that there was a tense meeting sometime in March between

special counsel Rober Mueller and President Trump's lawyers.

In the meeting, the President's attorneys argued that the president had no obligation

whatsoever to talk to federal investigators who were probing the so-called "Russian

collusion," the Democrat party is accusing him of taking part in during the 2016 presidential

campaign. But according to people familiar with the encounter Mueller responded by confirming

he had another option, he could issue a subpoena for the president to appear before a grand

jury.

This is the first time Mueller has mentioned any possible subpoena to Trump's legal team.

To which according to two people with knowledge of his comments the President's lead lawyer

John Dowd replied: "This isn't a game, you are screwing with the work of the President

of the United States."

This confrontation is said to have come about after what has been described as weeks of

turmoil amongst Trump's attorneys as they debated how to best deal with the special

counsel's request for an interview. It is said that dispute was what led to Dowd's

resignation. The President's new team is now being led

by former New York mayor Rudy Giuliani. Who told The Washington Post last week that he

views Mueller as the utmost professional, but at the same time is still reviewing documents

and considering conditions he might set before deciding whether to recommend that Trump agrees

to an interview.

"Hopefully we're getting near the end. We all on both sides have some important decisions

to make," Giuliani said. "I still have a totally open mind on what the right strategy

is, which we'll develop in the next few weeks."

President Trump almost agreed to meet with Mueller but after the Democrat-leaning Prosecutor

raided Cohen's office he soured on the idea. And rightly so considering whatever Cohen

did when it came to the porn star Stormy Daniels had absolutely nothing to do with any Russian

collusion which is what Mueller and the Democrat Party loyalists on his team are supposed to

be investigating.

Here is more on this ongoing saga via The Daily Herald:

"In the meantime, Trump's lawyers are also considering whether to provide Mueller

with written explanations of the episodes he is examining. After investigators laid

out 16 specific subjects they wanted to review with the president and added a few topics

within each one, Sekulow broke the queries down into 49 separate questions, according

to people familiar with the process.

Paul Rosenzweig, who worked as a senior counsel on independent counsel Ken Starr's investigation

during the Clinton administration, predicted that the president would face a long interview

if the special counsel hewed to the list Sekulow compiled.

"This isn't a list of 49 questions. It's 49 topics," Rosenzweig said. "Each of

these topics results in dozens of questions. To be honest, that list is a two-day interview.

You don't get through it in an hour or two."

For his part, Trump fumed when he saw the breadth of the questions that emerged out

of the talks with Mueller's team, according to two White House officials.

The president and several advisers now plan to point to the list as evidence that Mueller

has strayed beyond his mandate and is overreaching, they said.

"He wants to hammer that," according to a person who spoke to him Monday.

"Mueller is in Kenny Starr territory now," said another Trump adviser, referring to how

the controversial independent counsel investigation of Bill and Hillary Clinton's real estate

deals in Arkansas ended up probing the president's lies about a s*xual relationship with a White

House intern.

Trump advisers are particularly frustrated by the Mueller team's focus on whether Trump

was obstructing justice by trying to push last summer for Sessions to resign. If the

attorney general had stepped down, Trump could have chosen a replacement who was not recused

from running the Russian investigation.

Dowd has repeatedly argued that the president has ultimate authority under the Constitution

to fire or demote any of his appointees and that his firing decisions cannot be used as

evidence of obstruction.

The revelation of the scope of the questions before the president's team could further

complicate recently renewed talks between the special counsel and Trump's attorneys

about a possible interview.

Last week, Giuliani met with Mueller to reopen negotiations for a presidential interview.

Giuliani conveyed the ongoing resistance of Trump and his advisers to a sit-down but did

not rule out the possibility. Still, Trump remains strongly opposed to granting Mueller

an interview — resistance fueled largely by the raids last month on the office and

residences of his personal attorney Michael Cohen.

Trump's anger over the Cohen raids spilled into nearly every conversation in the days

that followed and continues to be a sore point for the president. One confidant said Trump

seems to "talk about it 20 times a day." Other associates said they often stand silent,

in person or on the phone, as he vents about the Cohen matter, knowing that there is little

they can say.

Alan Dershowitz, a well-known lawyer and Trump advocate, said Tuesday that it would be dangerous

and unwise for Trump to agree to an interview.

"The strategy is to throw him softballs so that he will go on and on with his answers,"

he said. "Instead of sharp questions designed to elicit yes or no, they make him feel very

comfortable and let him ramble."

In that setting, Dershowitz said, the prosecutors could catch Trump in a misstatement.

Should Mueller seek to compel Trump's testimony using a subpoena, a legal battle could ensue

that could delay the investigation and force the issue into the courts, potentially to

the Supreme Court.

Trump's team could argue that Mueller was seeking information about the president's

private conversations that are protected by executive privilege or that a grand jury interview

would place an unnecessary burden on the president's ability to run the country."

spy in the thesaurus it says quote secret or undercover agent that's what

this guy was he was deployed undercover to gather information it can be gathered

throughout servation or listening or conversations done secretly so yes this

was a spy who was operating to the media wants to quibble over semantics so they

can trash Trump as a liar the media frankly is either too lazy or stupid to

it's only an informant okay the informant that is approaching people in

the campaign three of them will be on this show tonight and trying to get

information from them that's a spy he is a spy because he didn't reveal his

original intent and his in tensions when he met them Sean so it's

obvious he was there to gather information he did the same thing with

George papadopolis after he met with Sam Clovis he then contacts George

papadopolis offers him $3,000 to write a paper and come to England in August of

2016 and when Papadopoulos is there he starts pushing on him he starts asking

him questions about what does he know about the Russians what does he know

about emails I mean even at that point is WikiLeaks did anyone ever ask

WikiLeaks and WikiLeaks have any proof where they got the info from because we

do know that Hillary Clinton's server in the original draft of Comey said that

there were six foreign intelligence services that got into her email server

so it could have been Russia China North Korea Iran and I'm just guessing and and

of course that's what the US intelligence officials that I've spoken

with have said that there is no doubt that her server was infiltrated by

foreign actors so why haven't they met that information with America deserves

that information America deserves all the information

including all of the documentation Bringer opened up this investigation

that's what America deserves all right you know there's a New York Times piece

out tonight and the bottom line of it is is Muller is so desperate he's now

looking into a March 2017 meeting with Trump and sessions about him unruhe

cueing himself right and look I'm not the lawyer you are I am beginning to

think Muller is so so wrapped up on this so abusively biased and he's so

desperate he doesn't understand simple fundamentals of the law that he should

know for example that the president has the right to ask for investigations and

stopping investigations or prosecutions or not to prosecute the historical

example would be President Andrew Johnson after the Civil War who sent

word to the US Attorney in Norfolk Virginia dismissed all those indictments

against robert e lee and the other confederate generals for treason

the president was authorized to do that so fast forward 150 years here we are

now and Muller wants to criminalize a perfectly legitimate conversation with

the Attorney General in which he's being scolded for essentially using the wrong

regulation to recuse himself the regulation calls recusal in criminal

cases this wasn't a criminal case it was a counterintelligence probe this just

underscores what a colossal waste of taxpayer money Muller is squandering and

how he has the president has the constitutional authority is what Mark

Levin has been saying and you've been saying he the Constitution is on his

side he has the the precedents and the constitutional authority and it's not

ambiguous Greg it's straightforward and we have all this precedent Muller seems

to want to criminalize a legitimate conversation the president is hello Alan

Dershowitz yes political differences that's exactly what it was all right

Sarah you also have a good really good call member you know this phony rot

Rosenstein wants to he doesn't want want the Speaker of the House Paul Ryan to

give the informations begging on his hands and knees last hour doctor what

eventually became the FISA memo in the House Senate a house Intel committee and

the Grassley Graham memo but then they didn't use this tactic of weird acting

in the name of national security they don't have that right and rod Rosenstein

should know better because under article 1 of the Constitution regardless and

this is based on Supreme Court precedents I'm sure Greg can talk about

this extensively that even if it's classified information Congress has the

authority for oversight and rod Rosen Stein knows this better than anyone else

and that is why they are fighting so hard for these documents these documents

are essential Shaun's because if we want to find the answers to this Russia

investigation we need to get them they new leash the public release release

them and return each of them released you can demand that they get released

the American people have had it and I know and you know

and Greg knows that if they're released this whole thing blows up in their face

in a massive way which is why they're fighting so hard not to release them

which is why we're fighting so hard to reach them release good point

great job as always great ones a book that it's coming out in about six weeks

you can pre-order it yeah you release it sooner faster let's all up HarperCollins

and see if they can totally get the rest of here all right

our company owns yeah get moving all right tonight during it is rally in

Nashville the president spoke about Spygate as we've been discussing take a

look so how do you like the fact they had people infiltrating our campaign can

you imagine can you imagine

can you imagine people infiltrating our campaign is there anybody in this big

beautiful arena right now that's infiltrating our campaign would

you please raise your hand that would take courage now look you

take a look at what's going on never in the history of our country has something

taken place like took place during this election by joining us now exclusively

three people whose lives have been severely and harshly impacted by robert

muller in his pit ball andrew Weissman's which on a former trump campaign

chairman Sam Clovis former Trump campaign aide Michael Caputo former

Trump campaign associate Carter Paige all right good to see you all let me ask

you all a simple question and I'll turn to you Carter first war use war use

spied upon what did a spy approach you I'm not sure Sean and you know there are

two parts of the fake DNI report of January 6 2017 first is hacking and we

know I've been hacked eventually and the other way otherwise I don't know I want

to make sure people know this is the Trump campaign associate this is the guy

that they used the Clinton bought and paid for phony Russian dossier with

Russian lies to get FISA Warren to spy on an American you're it they lied to

those courts four times and rod Rosenstein signed off on one of them the

last one which makes it worse because the by then they knew it was right they

were paid for Russian lives absolutely but you know but the other part of the

DNI report as well is the fake news government propaganda and we know now

you know which led to that FISA warrant there was broadcasting Board of

Governors you know their affiliate we all went to Russia and why didn't they

just say to the FBI in the spring of 2016 why don't you go to the Trump

campaign say this guy Carter Paige is a tramp

you never met from bright never what it is go to Trump and his

campaign say this guy's going to Russia he works for your campaign were worried

about them because there's absolutely nothing to it and I think they wanted to

fire you in Russian sorry gave a speech you know and I think it paid for it zero

no it's been reported your former CIA FBI operative intelligence operative

it's funny there's a double standard there as well I had I given information

to the CIA and with your country absolutely the betterment of your

country absolutely made these foreign trips you would be briefed I gave you

like these questions not really generally I try to be very confident you

would try to hurt their wayward debris you love America yes and you were trying

to help your country by meeting with Intel CIA people they asked for my help

and I did not say no absolutely okay um Sam Clovis let's let's start with you

yes sir you were approached I won't even many Lou the guy was two weeks before or

a long time before they mentioned his name you're approached by this guy what

did he say to you what did he want from you what he really wanted was he used he

used Carter page as the as a person to gain access to a meeting with me and we

met on the first of September in 2016 in Washington DC area

and I think he used me to create an introduction to George papadopolis and I

did not know that this individual subsequently met with George I had no

idea about that but our meeting was was totally innocuous it was so innocuous

that I didn't report it up the the chain of command at all and I didn't think

anything of it in fact I've never opened

in three campaigns I want Trump to win he's presenting himself meanwhile he

wants information from you fair statement well you want to know he

didn't gather and try to get any information for me I think what this

meeting was about was that they used me as a way to get an introduction to

George he wanted to go to George papadopolis and I think and he and he is

Carter page to get to me and then he me to get to George and I really think

that was the whole chain of the whole chain of events there because I really

think what the the goal was was to create a linkage between an affiliate of

the Trump campaign back to those emails and in order to create more probable

cause to create more probable cause for FISA warrants and then also to help

create a scandal and I really do think that was the intent the intent and

purpose of what this individual was about you guys stay right here this is a

very important I have a very important question for all of you Michael I

promise I'll get to you when we get back and all of you and that is there's an

article with the headline how robert muller ruined my life I'm gonna get to

that and more as we continue stay with us on Hannity

we know you nearly lost your house Michael column about you Carter

that says how robert muller ruined my life nearly ruined my life listen Sean

it's like what President Trump always said on the campaign trail it's not

about me it's about us I think about all the damage this did to our entire all of

our volunteers on our committee look at what it did to Sam

you know that's the first time I've had a chance to be you know talking with him

in over a year and a half and you know all the support he gave in terms of

talking through a lot of these lives that were being put out by the US

government and fake media outlets and leaking like a sieve from that special

counsel's office absolutely yeah Sam I don't know I've read a lot about you how

was your life impacted by all of this and you're laughing but I don't think

it's funny well well you did I I'm pretty calm I have a great faith and and

again it's great to finally have a chance to communicate with Carter again

and I will say this one of the reasons I left government here about three weeks

ago I was in the administration and I left the administration and one of the

reasons there were many but one of the reasons I left is because I was tired of

not being able to defend myself yep and I said that's enough

I'm going to come out I'm gonna take the muzzle off and I'm gonna talk to

everyone I'm gonna tell everyone what this has been about and I can tell you

what Michael and Carter have talked about this has been and I agree with

Michael this has been that they've come at us in multiple directions and

multiple avenues and from multiple agencies and I think the American people

need to know that this is the worst possible abuse of power bingo at

taxpayer expense and I will say this I've taken the oath of office three

times I've sworn my own through the Constitution three times and we have any

number of people many high-ranking people in the Obama administration that

took the same oath and they wouldn't know it if it came up and bit them on

the butt Michael did you like that that's a powerful statement Michael you

nearly lost your house i from what I stand American people stepped up to help

you real quick they really did and I'll tell you if it weren't for the American

people you know given the money to pay for my legal fees and more legal fees

I'm starting to pay other people's legal fees this thing is really outrageous I

mean you know what I'll tell you today I spent photocopying papers about a

jealous husband about it what happened after the election general robert muller

that's how ridiculous this is whole pics spent more on lawyers than she did make

trying to serve a country last word carter quick the senate should demand

that sam is brought on as the Under Secretary of Agriculture immediately

given all of your thing he's been through will have you guys back your

story is important this can't happen in our country otherwise where the former

Soviet Union or Venezuela we cannot this is the rule of law the Constitution

equal application equal justice under the law it's all relevant we've got to

end this witch hunt doctor Gorka damn Bronzino next

all right at his Tennessee rally tonight in support of Senate candidate Marsha

Blackburn President Trump went after Blackburn's opponent Democratic

leadership this is great stuff what's this

Jeff Sessions Crossed A Line That Donald Trump May Never Forgive - Duration: 12:35.

Jeff Sessions Crossed A Line That Donald Trump May Never Forgive

Attorney General Jeff Sessions is on the hot seat.

He's allowed the Deep State to run wild and refused to prosecute the criminals scheming

against the President.

Now Sessions has launched an investigation into a Trump ally, crossing a line that Trump

and his supporters may never forgive.

The New York Times broke the story that the FBI and Department of Justice are investigating

Trump campaign vendor Cambridge Analytica for the alleged data breach during the 2016

election.

Cambridge became the latest liberal boogeyman – even though they did the exact same thing

the Obama campaign was praised for in 2012 – and Sessions is allowing this investigation

to proceed because his chief concern appears to be placating the swamp and anti-Trump media.

The Times reports:

"THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT AND THE F.B.I.

ARE INVESTIGATING CAMBRIDGE ANALYTICA, THE NOW-DEFUNCT POLITICAL DATA FIRM, AND HAVE

SOUGHT TO QUESTION FORMER EMPLOYEES AND BANKS THAT HANDLED ITS BUSINESS, ACCORDING TO AN

AMERICAN OFFICIAL AND OTHER PEOPLE FAMILIAR WITH THE INQUIRY.

PROSECUTORS HAVE QUESTIONED POTENTIAL WITNESSES IN RECENT WEEKS, TELLING THEM THAT THERE IS

AN OPEN INVESTIGATION INTO CAMBRIDGE ANALYTICA — WHICH WORKED ON PRESIDENT TRUMP'S ELECTION

AND OTHER REPUBLICAN CAMPAIGNS IN 2016 — AND "ASSOCIATED U.S. PERSONS."

BUT THE PROSECUTORS PROVIDED FEW OTHER DETAILS, AND THE INQUIRY APPEARS TO BE IN ITS EARLY

STAGES, WITH INVESTIGATORS SEEKING AN OVERVIEW OF THE COMPANY AND ITS BUSINESS PRACTICES.

THE INVESTIGATION COMPOUNDS THE WOES OF A FIRM THAT HAS COME UNDER INTENSE SCRUTINY

FROM LAWMAKERS AND REGULATORS IN THE UNITED STATES AND BRITAIN SINCE THE NEW YORK TIMES

AND OBSERVER IN LONDON REPORTED IN MARCH THAT IT HAD HARVESTED PRIVATE DATA FROM MORE THAN

50 MILLION FACEBOOK PROFILES, AND THAT IT MAY HAVE VIOLATED AMERICAN ELECTION LAWS.

THIS MONTH, CAMBRIDGE ANALYTICA ANNOUNCED THAT IT WOULD SHUT DOWN AND DECLARE BANKRUPTCY,

SAYING THAT NEGATIVE PRESS AND CASCADING FEDERAL AND STATE INVESTIGATIONS HAD DRIVEN AWAY CUSTOMERS

AND MADE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR THE FIRM TO REMAIN IN BUSINESS."

Investigators are snooping around Cambridge despite giving a pass to the Obama campaign,

Hillary Clinton, James Clapper, James Comey, and other heroes of the left who committed

multiple crimes.

The Times also reports:

"THE FEDERAL INVESTIGATION IN THE UNITED STATES APPEARS TO FOCUS ON THE COMPANY'S

FINANCIAL DEALINGS — INVESTIGATORS HAVE REACHED OUT TO THE COMPANY'S BANKS, FOR

INSTANCE — AND HOW IT ACQUIRED AND USED PERSONAL DATA PULLED FROM FACEBOOK AND OTHER

SOURCES, ACCORDING TO THE AMERICAN OFFICIAL, WHO WAS BRIEFED ON THE INQUIRY, AND OTHER

PEOPLE FAMILIAR WITH IT.

IN ADDITION, THE INVESTIGATORS HAVE CONTACTED FACEBOOK, SAID THE OFFICIAL, WHO SPOKE ON

THE CONDITION OF ANONYMITY TO DISCUSS THE INVESTIGATION.

THE OFFICIAL WOULD NOT PROVIDE ANY OTHER DETAILS, AND FACEBOOK DECLINED TO COMMENT.

IN A SIGN OF THE INQUIRY'S SCOPE, ONE OF THE PROSECUTORS INVOLVED IS THE ASSISTANT

CHIEF OF THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT'S SECURITIES AND FINANCIAL FRAUD DIVISION, BRIAN KIDD.

THE EFFORT IS BEING ASSISTED BY AT LEAST ONE AGENT WHO INVESTIGATES CYBERCRIME FOR THE

F.B.I., THOSE PEOPLE SAID."

Trump supporters are beginning to question if Sessions is incompetent.

Sessions outrageously recused himself in the Russia investigation and has allowed Deputy

Attorney General Rod Rosenstein to thumb his nose at Congress and the Constitution by obstructing

document requests.

Sessions has compounded that error by permitting Trump's enemies to criminally leak and conspire

to destroy Donald Trump while allowing the full force of the federal government to be

turned on Trump allies like Paul Manafort, Michael Flynn, and now Cambridge Analytica.

Critics believe Attorney General Sessions sat back and allowed the Deep State to run

wild while ignoring clear crimes by the left because he is afraid of liberal media blowback.

This behavior is unacceptable.

The Entire Deep State Is In Shambles After Trump Dropped The Hammer

Depending on who is asked, President Donald Trump is either famous or infamous for his

Twitter rampages.

Anyone in the deep state is squarely in the latter group.

And Trump just proved that by sending the deep state into shambles after dropping the

hammer on Twitter.

Following news that the FBI implanted a spy into Donald Trump's presidential campaign,

Democrats and the media have been working desperately to downplay it.

They have even claimed that it wasn't a spy, but an informant, neglecting the fact

that those two terms are basically the same thing.

The President made that known during an early morning Twitter storm, where he alluded towards

the fact that if a spy had been implanted in the Hillary Clinton campaign it would be

a major issue for the media.

As reported by The Daily Caller:

"PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP ONCE AGAIN BECAME INCENSED ON TWITTER FRIDAY AMID REPORTS THAT

A CONFIDENTIAL INFORMANT MADE CONTACT WITH HIS 2016 CAMPAIGN.

TRUMP IS GENERALLY REACTING TO RECENT REVELATIONS THAT AN FBI INFORMANT MADE CONTACT WITH SEVERAL

MEMBERS OF HIS CAMPAIGN AND EFFORTS BY CONSERVATIVE LAWMAKERS TO REVIEW DOCUMENTS RELATING TO

THE PROBE.

SEVERAL LAWMAKERS WHO REVIEWED THE DOCUMENTS DURING THURSDAY MEETINGS AT THE DEPARTMENT

OF JUSTICE THOUGH DEMOCRATIC LAWMAKERS SAID THEY DID NOT CHANGE THEIR VIEW THAT A SPY

INFILTRATED THE CAMPAIGN.

REPUBLICAN LAWMAKERS DID NOT DISCUSS THE MEETING."

One thing has become clear; President Donald Trump's presidential campaign was spied

on by the FBI.

The fact that many leftists have been forced to admit that they had an informant in the

campaign proves this.

All of this occurred well before there was any accusation of Russian interference in

the election, so any claim that the informant was there to gain information on that is easily

disproven.

This scandal has the likelihood to destroy the entire deep state.

It proves that the second Donald Trump chose to run for office, they were gunning for him.

They understood that Trump was a threat to their "good ol' boys club" in Washington,

D.C.

Since being elected he has proved

them right.

Ex Secret Service Agent Dropped The Hammer On Obama Spying On Trump - Duration: 10:35.

Ex-Secret Service Agent Dropped The Hammer On Obama Spying On Trump

What did Barack Obama know and when did he know it?

Those are the two most important unanswered questions surrounding the mushrooming spygate

scandal.

Now one former Secret Service agent went on TV and dropped the hammer on Obama's role

in spying on the Trump campaign.

Former Secret Service agent Dan Bongino appeared on Fox News and discussed the media's attempt

to mislead Americans about the facts of spygate.

Bongino pointed out that media outlets are using Orwellian language like "confidential

human informant" instead of "spy" because it distracts from the fact that Obama not

only knew about the spy, but that he ordered the covert operations taken against the Trump

campaign.

The Daily Caller reports:

"The reason they're dancing around this spy vs. informant narrative is precisely because

of what you just asked…the role of Obama," Bongino asserted.

News outlets like CNN and The New York Times have suggested President Donald Trump is lying

when he says there was a "spy" in his campaign and have instead claimed the person

was just an "informant" keeping tabs on Russian election meddling.

"Spy would mean it was someone from the outside inserted or designed to interact with

the campaign to get information," Bongino argued.

"Meaning someone told them to do it.

An informant would be someone inside the operation who saw something negative and wanted to come

out and speak about it."

Bongino suggested that the FBI spy was ordered to infiltrate the Trump campaign by then-President

Obama.

"That's why they're not using the word spy, precisely because it implicates Obama

who put him from the outside into the Trump campaign," he concluded.

Former Director of National Intelligence James Clapper has denied that he and President Obama

had any knowledge of the operation."

There is evidence that backs up Bongino's claim.

An August 5th text message from anti-Trump FBI agent Peter Strzok to Lisa Page revealed

Strzok was excited over the fact that "the White House is running this."

The name of the official mentioned in the text was redacted.

But August 5th was just five days after the FBI opened the Russia investigation which

the Bureau nicknamed "Crossfire Hurricane."

Critics believe this message is proof the White House was in the loop on the entire

scope of the investigation – which included wiretaps, national security letters, and at

least one spy – into the Trump administration.

In addition, critics point to an email Susan Rice sent herself just minutes before Trump

took office.

The email contained Rice's recollections of a January 5th Oval Office meeting where

former FBI Director James Comey briefed Obama.

Obama ordered that the Russia investigation be run "by the book."

GOP Senators such as Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley flagged the communication as

odd.

To investigators, it looked like Obama said he wanted things run by the book so there

could be an official record of him delivering the order as a cover-your-backside maneuver.

All signs point to the Obama White House being knee deep in running covert operations to

spy on the opposing party's Presidential nominee.

That means the investigation was not a counter-intelligence probe.

It was a domestic political operation.

We will keep you up to date on any new developments

in

this story.
