So much for the left's blue wave of victory.

On the heels of the mid-term elections, a report has come out about how both the GOP

and Democrats performed last month.

Let's just say, it was pretty bad for the liberals.

For a while now, the left has been predicting a "blue wave."

Meaning, they claim they are poised to win back seats within our government from Republicans.

They have no real evidence for this.

Instead, it's really just wishful thinking, like how Maxine Waters thinks she's going

to impeach President Donald Trump, Vice President Mike Pence, House Speaker Paul Ryan, and everyone

else in line for the White House.

When we look at what's really going on in America, we discover this "blue wave"

is so much fake news.

President Trump is winning again and again.

Ever since he entered office, he's been doing the impossible.

Everything the experts said he couldn't do, he is doing.

The president is fulfilling every promise he made during the campaign.

That includes bringing back jobs, helping our veterans, slashing taxes, and ending the

Iran Nuclear Deal.

Let's not forget how the GOP was instrumental in passing the tax cuts bill.

Not a signal Democrat voted for the tax cuts that now millions of Americans are enjoying.

They'd rather you suffer from high taxes and low salaries.

And, they think they are going to take back the government?

Suuuuure.

That hasn't stopped their goons in the media from predicting this blue wave.

But, it's based on nothing.

The Democrats have delivered nothing in the last year and a half — aside from shocking

betrayals of their own supporters and country.

The left has become a party of obstruction, crime, and illegal immigration.

Their policies are destroying once great states like New York and California.

Now, all that toxic leadership is hitting them where it hurts most: their pocketbook.

ProPublica reports the Republican National Committee (RNC) has set yet another fundraising

record, while the Democratic National Committee (DNC) registered its lowest figure in April

during a midterm election cycle since 2006.

In the same month, the report reveals the DNC had expenditures totaling $8.3 million

and finished up with $8.7 million in cash.

The party currently owes $5.3 million…

Under the leadership of chairman Tom Perez (pictured), the party has struggled in comparison

to the Republican National Committee, which has seen fundraising soar since President

Donald Trump entered the White House in January 2017.

According to filings, the RNC took in $13 million in April — a fundraising record

during a midterm election year — and spent $12.1 million.

The Party finished the month with a whopping $43.8 million in its coffers.

Let's break this all down.

Obviously, money does not equal victory.

Hillary Clinton had two billion dollars and was crush by Donald Trump.

But, where the money comes from is key.

Democrats have always said they are the party "of the people."

Yet, they have benefited from big donations from billionaires.

Hollywood celebrities and Silicon Valley bigwigs always dish out a lot.

However, even with these one percenters supporting the left, the DNC has a dismal bank account.

So, who is supporting the GOP?

Like Donald Trump during the election, the Republican Party is benefiting from regular

Americans like you and me.

Americans across the country are contributing small amounts of cash, but it's adding up

big time.

That is an indicator of the enthusiasm felt among patriots.

We are charged up like never before, thanks to the fearless leadership of Donald Trump.

Only one and half years into his presidency, and he's already demolished former President

Barack Obama's legacy.

What will things look like in two years?

In six?

Now's is the time to support conservative leaders.

With the mid-terms coming up, the president will need all the help he can get.

Putting more Republicans in Washington, D.C., will mean President Trump will have a greater

momentum to make America great again.

It seems like, according to this report, I'm not the only one who thinks that way.

America is putting their money behind the winning team.

The pressure gets stronger as President Donald Trump relentlessly taunts the FBI.

The president took to social media early on Wednesday as is his custom and mused "how

things have turned around on the Criminal Deep State."

He continues as he remarks on the irony of the FBI "getting caught in a major SPY scandal

the likes of which this country may never have seen before" after they went after

"Phony Collusion with Russia," which he called "a made-up Scam".

"Look how things have turned around on the Criminal Deep State.

They go after Phony Collusion with Russia, a made up Scam, and end up getting caught

in a major SPY scandal the likes of which this country may never have seen before!

What goes around, comes around!" Trump tweeted.

ust minutes later, President Trump followed with another tweet adding – "SPYGATE could

be one of the biggest political scandals in history!"

Since the New York Times and Washington Post on Friday confirmed speculation that the FBI

did, in fact, have a mole inside the 2016 Trump presidential campaign, President Trump

himself has repeatedly questioned the legitimacy of the Mueller probe.

He also pointed out that if there was indeed any evidence of collusion, the FBI's own

mole would have discovered it during the campaign.

Yet nothing was found or reported.

Instead, the Mueller probe has dragged on for more than a year wasting countless millions

of hardworking American taxpayer dollars.

The intelligence community insists that they never deliberately spied on the Trump campaign,

despite continued mounting evidence to the contrary.

As embarrassing and downright sinister revelations continue to mount, we now know that the bureau

FBI enlisted Stefan Halper, a US citizen, political veteran and longtime US Intelligence

asset, to befriend and spy on three members of the Trump campaign during the 2016 US election.

Those three members of the Trump campaign were Foreign policy adviser George Papadopoulos,

Trump aide Carter Page, and campaign adviser Sam Clovis.

President Trump then moved on to respond specifically to the Obama-era Director of National Intelligence

James Clapper and his recent discussion on the issue of an FBI informant Tuesday during

ABC's "The View."

President Trump tweeted to Clapper – "No, James Clapper, I am not happy.

Spying on a campaign would be illegal, and a scandal to boot!"

Clapper is apparently under the impression that being under federal investigation for

a year is a totally benign experience.

Remember, Clapper also famously lied to Congress about the US's surveillance tactics.

President Trump began tweeting about the scandal he has dubbed "Spygate" last evening,

using Twitter to question just why Halper was paid so much money if he was not feeding

information about the Trump campaign to the FBI.

He also suggested that Bernie Sanders (VT-I) "got duped!" as the FBI used similar surveillance

tactics on his campaign.

Sanders was an early contender for the Democratic nomination and as a result of information

leaked from the Democratic National Convention, it was discovered he was the preferred candidate

of the people despite the DNC's preference for Hillary Clinton and her ultimate selection

as the Democratic party candidate.

"If they had spies in my campaign…for political purposes, that would be unprecedented,"

Trump said Tuesday during a meeting in the Oval Office with South Korean President Moon

Jae-in, calling it a "disgrace."

"I hope there weren't," Trump said.

"[If there were], it would make every political event ever before look like small potatoes."

Spygate is not the only scandal plaguing the FBI this week either, as emails recently obtained

by Wisconsin Senator Ron Johnson suggest that disgraced former Deputy FBI Director Andrew

McCabe may have actively leaked the now infamous Steel dossier to CNN.

An email exchange between McCabe and former Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates revealed

that McCabe offered Yates a heads up on the CNN story and confirmed the network would

be running the story.

It raises many questions as to just how McCabe became privy to CNN's plans.

Fox News:

"The Justice Department instructed its inspector general to investigate any alleged "impropriety

or political motivation" in the FBI's investigation into Russian interference and

potential collusion with Trump campaign associates during the 2016 presidential election, following

demands from Trump.

"I hereby demand, and will do so officially tomorrow, that the Department of Justice look

into whether or not the FBI/DOJ infiltrated or surveilled the Trump Campaign for Political

Purposes—and if any such demands or requests were made by people within the Obama Administration!"

the president tweeted Sunday.

Earlier this week, the president met with Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein and

FBI Director Christopher Wray in the Oval Office, discussing the expansion of Inspector

General Michael Horowitz's investigation to include "irregularities" with the FBI

or DOJ's "tactics concerning the Trump campaign."

White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders also said that during the meeting, the three

agreed that White House Chief of Staff John Kelly would "immediately set up a meeting

with the FBI, DOJ, and DNI together with congressional leaders to review highly classified and other

information they have requested."

That meeting is slated for Thursday, and will be with House Intelligence Chairman Devin

Nunes, House Oversight Committee Chairman Trey Gowdy, Wray, and Director of National

Intelligence Dan Coats.

Kelly will not attend the meeting — his role was simply to coordinate."

Trump with the funds he needs to fulfill one of his biggest promises that he made to his

supporters during his campaign.

The idea behind her bill will utilize everything that embodies social media and possibly provide

Trump with enough funding in just a few days and he will finally be able to act on that

one big promise.

When we say big, we mean YUGE, and the promise could be fulfilled if the Tennesee Congresswoman

is successful in getting her bill to reach Donald's desk and he also believes it to

be a great idea.

Chances are if it ever gets to Trump's desk that he'll be all about it.

The idea comes from Rep. Diane Black who is a Republican in Tennessee who's running

for governor.

She'd like to provide Americans with the option of crowdfunding to raise money for

the wall to place on along the Mexican border to help prevent illegal immigration.

Her bill is called H.R. 5876 and it would create a "border wall trust fund" so people

could donate to it.

Essentially, it's just like the typical crowdfunding websites that many people see

today.

Since people can utilize crowdfunding on the Internet to donate to people in need, musicians,

teachers, and everything else – then why not allow American citizens to help donate

to their own border wall to secure the border?

Warner Todd Huston reported more at Breitbart: "Rep. Diane Black, a Tennessee Republican

who is also running for governor of her state, promised to introduce H.R. 5876, legislation

that would create a "border wall trust fund" to which average citizens could donate.

The funds would be used for "whatever it takes to build the wall," according to Fox

News.

"While Democrats block commonsense border security and put illegal immigrants before

our families, we are going to put America first.

Real immigration reform cannot be achieved without a secure border — President Trump

has been clear about this since day one," Black said in a May 18 statement.

"The most important job of the federal government is the safety and security of the American

people, and if citizens in our country wish to contribute to this effort, they absolutely

should be given the opportunity."

In an interview with Fox, Rep. Black, a member of the House Budget Committee, said that her

bill would allow any American to donate money to help fund the wall.

"I support President Trump in building the wall.

It's going to take big funds to do that," she said, noting that Congress seems unwilling

to raise the money for the job.

Black said that the bill is patterned after the popular private enterprises such as GoFundMe

where people can gather to support favored causes and help people who need assistance.

The rep. also said that an effort such as this to fund work for a public monument has

precedent.

Indeed, a private group launched in 1833 to raise the funds that eventually led to the

building of the Washington Monument.

Black spokesperson Heather Douglass told Fox News, "We're hoping to see [the bill]

go through to the president's desk."

Republicans expect the bill to face backlash by Democrats who will likely utilize their

own method of "whatever it takes" to block the bill from turning into a success.

There's a great chance that if Black's idea comes to fruition, then the wall could

be heavily funded in a short period of time.

However, they might have to create their own platform or find a current platform to agree

to manage the funding.

There's a good chance that some current crowdfunding websites might now agree to allow

donations for the border wall.

That, of course is another hurdle that would need to be jumped whenever the time comes

– if it comes at all.

In a joking manner, people might ask if they can have their name on a brick that goes on

the wall.

David grew up in upstate New York dreaming of attending the United States

Naval Academy in 1982 that dream came true

soon another dream came true when Dave met his eternal soul mate Sarah who was

he's looking down on you right now you know that right he's looking down on you

and he's so proud and happy after ten years of service as a Marine helicopter

pilot Dave left active duty to spend more time with the people who truly

filled his heart those are the people you just met but Sarah knew the man she

married she knew he couldn't live without serving couldn't do it so she

suggested he joined the services in the form of reserves and that's what he did

in January 2004 Dave deployed to Iraq that summer just a few weeks before he

was scheduled to return home he was called in to provide air support for

ground troops who were in very serious danger they were in very serious trouble

he immediately raced to the scene as he covered his troops he was shot by ground

fire giving up his life for his comrades and for his country lieutenant colonel

green remains one of the highest-ranking Marines to have been killed in Iraq

since 2003 but for him it was never about rank or title like all of his

fellow warriors it was only about duty he served to defend our flag and our

freedom and now his son Wesley who was a senior at Liberty University plans to

follow in his father's footsteps and join the military

Wesley I just want to congratulate you and your entire family great great

family thank you very much and thank you for being here with us thank you very

much beautiful you know love the military

these are incredible people we're also honored to have with us today the family

of Army Captain Mark Stubb and Hoffer and his wife Patty and their children

mark grew up not far from here in Springfield Virginia every year he

visited these grounds and hope to someday serve here as a member of that

very very famous old guard in 2004 mark deployed to Iraq for the second time

while he was there patty went into labor with their third

child and Mark was with her by phone when their beautiful baby girl was born

together they named her hope just a few months later mark was on a mission near

Baghdad when he was tragically slain by a sniper's bullet today hope is 13 years

old although she never had the chance to meet her great father she can feel his

love wrapped around her every single day and when Patti puts her children to bed

and kisses them goodnight she can see marks legacy beaming back at her through

their bright and glowing eyes thank you so much

is here with his mom Brittany I met Christian exactly one year ago today

last year after the wreath laying ceremony Christian walked over to me

with great confidence if my hand looked me straight in the eye and asked if I

would like to meet his dad he loved his dad Marine Sergeant Christopher Jacobs

who died when Christian was just 8 months old

next Christian looking as sharp as you could look dressed in a beautiful marine

outfit I've never seen a marine look that good of my life cursed

he wanted to look good he told me as a tribute to his father and he led me to

his dad's grave and we paid our respects together it was a moment I will always

remember Christian I want you to know that even though your father has left

this world he's left it for the next but he's not gone he'll never be gone your

dad's love courage and strength live in you Christian and as you grow bigger and

stronger just like him so too does your father's incredible legacy so thank you

both that's so beautiful thank you thank you

Thank You Christian good to see you he's become my friend I will tell you special

young man to every family member of the fallen I want you to know that the

legacy of those you lost does not fade with time but grows only more powerful

earth shook beneath their feet on 9/11 and smoke from the Pentagon dark in the

sky above these tree-lined hills here they remained faithful at their post

eternal on guard they never moved The Sentinel always stands because America

never forgets it's our heroes who make us who we are

and who determined what we will be

our fallen heroes have not only written our history they've shaped our destiny

they saved the lives of the men and women with whom they served they cared

for their families more than anything in the world they loved their families they

inspired their communities uplifted their country and provided the best

example of courage virtue and valor the world will ever know they fought and

bled and died so that America would forever remain safe and strong and free

each of the markers on that field each of the names engraved in stone teach us

He's the one who launched the policy.

President Donald Trump has bashed the Democrats for a hugely controversial policy created

by his own administration: separating undocumented immigrant children from their parents.

He urged Americans in a Saturday morning tweet to "put pressure" on the Democrats to

"end the horrible law that separates children from there [sic] parents."

Despite what Trump tweeted, there is no law requiring children to be separated from their

parents.

The separation policy was adopted by his own administration.

It was underscored in a speech in early May by Attorney General Jeff Sessions

The policy has been hit with a firestorm of criticism, with some even comparing the increasing

dehumanization of immigrants in America as similar to the ugly atmosphere in Germany

before the Holocaust.

Rep. Ted Lieu (D-Calif.) took first lady Melania Trump to task in light of her new "Be Best"

mission for children.

"Separating toddlers from parents is definitely not a 'Be Best' policy," he tweeted.

"Are you going to do anything about it?"

In chilling Senate testimony last month, a Health and Human Services official said the

government was unable to locate nearly 1,500 children who had been released from its custody.

Steve Wagner, acting assistant secretary with the Administration for Children and Families

of HHS, insisted that the federal agency is "not legally responsible for children"

once they're handed over to a sponsor.

Until recently, families that illegally crossed the Mexican border together generally faced

civil deportation proceedings.

But as of May, the Trump administration is sending all parents to jails run by the U.S.

Marshals Service.

Because migrant children cannot be held in jails, they are placed elsewhere by the HHS

Office of Refugee Resettlement.

Before the Trump administration, the office handled children who crossed the border alone.

White House chief of staff John Kelly, who called the harsh new policy a "technique"

and a "tough deterrent," explained earlier this month to NPR: "They'll be sent to

foster care — or whatever.

But the big point is they elected to come illegally into the United States."

Duran settled a 2016 sexual harassment claim, which cost the city a whopping $500k.

Trump is a "monster."

West Hollywood Mayor John Duran, who honored porn star Stormy Daniels last week for her

role in leading the "resistance" to President Donald Trump, faced sexual harassment claims

that led to the city paying out $500,000 on his behalf in 2016.

The Los Angeles Times reported at the time:

A former aide to West Hollywood City Councilman John Duran who sued the city and his boss

alleging sexual harassment and wrongful punishment is set to receive $500,000 after settling

with both parties earlier this month, according to the agreement obtained by The Times.

Under the terms of the settlement with former City Council deputy Ian Owens, Duran and the

city admitted no wrongdoing.

Duran has repeatedly denied the allegations, saying Owens did not accuse him of harassment

until he was accused of wrongdoing himself.

Duran has acknowledged that he and Owens were intimate and that they met through Grindr.

He said they became friends and that he hired Owens because his degree in finance and experience

in hotel development and real estate made him well-qualified for the job.

Duran, now mayor of the city, escaped pressure to resign.

The accusations and settlement happened almost two years before the "#metoo" and "Time's

Up" movements began to champion the victims of sexual harassment and violence.

Mayor Duran declared May 23 "Stormy Daniels Day" and gave her a symbolic key to the

city.

"Our values have been under threat by the Trump administration for the past year-and-a-half,"

he said at the ceremony, praising Daniels and her attorney, Michael Avenatti, for fighting

back.

One angry member of the public actually mentioned the sexual harassment claims against Duran

at the event outside the Chi Chi LaRue gay sex shop on Santa Monica Boulevard.

"I think it's complete B.S.," she said, referring to the award ceremony, shortly before

it began.

"This is so ridiculous.

It's completely hypocritical.

The mayor who is giving this to her has silenced people who have filed sexual harassment lawsuits

against him.

And what connection does this woman have to the City of West Hollywood?

I would say none."

The woman's comments were caught on video at 4:23, below.

She added: "I'm definitely not a fan of '45,' however, what happened between [Stormy

Daniels] and him happened about 12 years ago, so what does it matter to me now?

And I don't see her as a feminist leader."

Anti-Sharia law legislation has been dominating state legislatures all across the country.

No doubt emboldened by the President's support for his agendas and initiatives.

In 2017 alone there were approximately 23 new pieces of legislation that were introduced

in 18 various states that would crack down on sharia law implementation in the United

States.

If taken into account collectively that brings the total number of legislative efforts regarding

anti-sharia law legislation to a total of 217 in 43 different states over an eight-year

period since 2010.

All according to the Haas Institute at the University of California at Berkeley.

The Institute specifically records and monitors this type of legislation across the country.

The Guardian reported,

"But Elsadig Elsheikh, director of the global justice program at the Haas Institute that

carried out the research, said the purpose of the bills was to spread fear about Muslims

living in America and to portray them as untrustworthy and out of step with American values.

"Even if these bills do not become law they help to subject Muslims to surveillance and

other forms of exclusion and discrimination," he said.

Of the 23 bills introduced to state legislatures this year, only two became law – in Arkansas

and Texas.

Four new states joined the growing list of legislatures where anti-sharia legislation

has been attempted: Colorado, Connecticut, North Dakota and Wisconsin.

All but one of the bills were introduced by Republicans.

The exception was in Idaho where a committee with an unknown party affiliation was behind

the move.

Heidi Beirich, an expert on anti-Muslim hate groups at the Southern Poverty Law Center,

sees the rash of state bills as signs that the provocative language coming out of Trump's

circle is having an impact.

"At the state level, the number one push for anti-Muslim activists is anti-sharia bills.

It's a recurrent effort."Trump himself called for all Muslims to be barred from entering

the US when he was a presidential candidate, a sentiment that he has only barely tempered

in his drive for a travel ban on several majority-Muslim countries.

Several of the individuals he chose as key advisers also have a controversial track record.

Steve Bannon, Trump's former chief strategist in the White House, once wrote a film script

that warned of the country turning into the "Islamic States of America".

The short-lived national security adviser Michael Flynn called Islamism a "vicious

c****r" inside all Muslims that has to be "excised", while former White House aide

Sebastian Gorka was once fired by the FBI as a counter-terrorism lecturer for his Islamophobic

views."

The majority of the initial legislation came about after the backlash over the potential

mosque that people wanted to create in downtown Manhattan just blocks away from Ground Zero.

Now the legislation is focusing on calling out "foreign laws" and how they should

be banned in American court jurisdictions.

A clear shot to sharia law which is being implemented in certain areas of the United

States.

The Guardian continued on with the story,

"Given Trump's controversial leadership, some monitors had expected to see an even

greater surge in the number of bills in 2017 which increased from 14 last year but did

not reach the 2011 peak in the wake of the Manhattan controversy of 56 pieces of legislation,

according to the Haas Institute.Given the support coming from the highest office in

the land, we expected to see an even greater increase in anti-sharia legislation at state

level," Elsheikh said.

He added that a combination of legal challenges and popular protest not least by Muslims themselves

was dampening the impact of the Islamophobe movement.

"There has been a healthy mobilization of the Muslim community who are becoming more

engaged and less apologetic, especially second-generation Muslims.

They are more determined to demand their rights," he said."

Regardless of whether it is politically correct or not the law of the American land is what

should be followed and maintained.

There is no room for anything else.

Any other laws that attempt to either usurp or interfere with American laws should be

deemed illegal as it creates a problem with cross-jurisdiction issues.

Which is exactly why the Trump administration has made this a priority.

Not because they are racist.

The attempt to depict the current administration as xenophobic, transphobic, sexist, misogynistic,

women-hating, child k*****g, amoral psychopaths, and every other name in the book is getting

old.

According to Patriot Journal, It's safe to say the NFL has had a rough couple of years.

The once beloved league has faced tremendous backlash.

All because it's players have disrespected the flag.

Worse still, the league's owners have refused to demand players stand for the Anthem.

They've even given millions to the players' union, who will spend the cash on social justice

programs.

Pathetic.

(Keep in mind that was your money, if you support the NFL).

Now the NFL has another problem: competition.

A major Trump supporter is throwing millions into a new league.

One that will surely give the NFL a run for its money.

It's also of note that Theil is a Facebook stockholder, one of the originals to buy in,

and is on Facebook's board of directors.

The differences personal and political differences he has with Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg

are apparent.

Given the recent politically-based moves Thiel has mad and the personal data controversy

Facebook is embroiled in having made this private information available to different

groups, including Barack Obama's 2012 campaign, things could get pretty interesting between

these two billionaires.

Charlie Ebersol, the son of longtime NBC Sports executive Dick Ebersol and director of the

30 for 30 documentary about the original XFL his father created with WWE's Vince McMahon,

announced Tuesday that he plans to launch a football league next February.

The league is called the Alliance of American Football and will feature eight 50-man teams

playing a 10-game schedule that begins on February 9, the Saturday after next year's

Super Bowl.

Funding for the league comes from the Peter Thiel-led Founder's Fund, Barstool Sports

investors the Chernin Group, former Vikings pass rusher Jared Allen and others…

The league is hoping to draw talent from the wealth of high-level college players who don't

make the NFL.

Teams will have the right to draft players who played college football in their local

market, similar to the territorial pick system that existed in the early days of the NBA.

You read that right.

The billionaire PayPal co-creator and outspokenly gay Trump supporter isbankrolling an NFL alternative.

Will wonders never cease?

The new league has already landed a broadcasting deal with CBS, which is well-known for its

sports coverage.

It looks like the AAF is already moving full-steam ahead.

You better believe there will be plenty of college football players eager to prove themselves

in this new league.

Players that were rejected by the NFL—because of severe lack of spots—will get a second

chance.

Considering the league's name—Alliance of American Football—there is a good chance

patriotism will be a focus.

I'm going to guess standing for the Anthem will be in the rule book.

This new league will be able to challenge the NFL, doing all the things the bigger league

refuses to do.

But will it be enough to knock the NFL from the throne?

Maybe in time.

The NFL has suffered in dropped viewers since the Anthem fiasco.

Plus, the XFL is already scheduled to return.

All this new competition will put a serious strain on the NFL.

Hmm, maybe Commissioner Goodell should have dealt with the kneelers when he had a chance!

While it's hard to believe that a new league would thrive, it might give way to pressuring

the NFL to change some of its rules about kneeling for the national anthem.

Sick Judge Just Ruled Against Trump Giving Anyone Who Wants To Attack Him One Major Power

In a bizarre ruling that has many shaking their heads, a federal judge has deemed it

unconstitutional for President Donald Trump to block anyone on social media.

It is a victory of sorts for far left hecklers like Rosie O' Donnell, Stephen King, and

many others, even of the not so famous variety.

Judge Naomi Reice Buchwald, of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York,

ruled that it is unconstitutional for President Trump to block anyone on the social media

platform simply because they disagree with him or his policies.

The judge states that because President Trump is a government official, using social media

in his official capacity as a public forum.

The president cannot censor dissent or opposing views as this is considered viewpoint discrimination

and in violation of the First Amendment.

Judge Buchwald issued the ruling in a lawsuit filed by the Knight First Amendment Institute

at Columbia University stating the fact that President Trump's Twitter account predates

his time in the White House is irrelevant.

The fact is that he is in the White House now and serving as the President.

He works for the American people, all of them, even those that strongly disagree or troll

him on the internet.

She suggested in her 75-page opinion that Trump could have ignored his opponents'

reply tweets, stating in her ruling – "This case requires us to consider whether a public

official may, consistent with the First Amendment, 'block' a person from his Twitter account

in response to the political views that person has expressed, and whether the analysis differs

because that public official is the President of the United States.

The answer to both questions is no."

According to the Hill, "the court's ruling is a major win for the Knight First Amendment

Institute at Columbia University, which brought the lawsuit on behalf of seven people who

were blocked from the @realDonaldTrump account because of opinions they expressed in reply

tweets.

Buchwald, who was appointed by former President Clinton, rejected Trump's argument that

the First Amendment does not apply in this case and that the president's personal First

Amendment interests supersede those of the plaintiffs.

She suggested in her 75-page opinion that Trump could have ignored his opponents'

reply tweets.

"No First Amendment harm arises when a government's 'challenged conduct' is simply to ignore

the [speaker], as the Supreme Court has affirmed 'that it is free to do,' " she wrote.

"Stated otherwise, 'a person's right to speak is not infringed when government

simply ignores that person while listening to others,' or when the government 'amplifies'

the voice of one speaker over those of others."

Buchwald explained that blocking someone on Twitter goes further than just muting them.

"Muting preserves the muted account's ability to reply to a tweet sent by the muting

account, blocking precludes the blocked user from 'seeing or replying to the blocking

user's tweets' entirely," she said."

The lawsuit also named White House social media director and assistant to the president

Daniel Scavino as Defendant in the lawsuit.

However, in an interesting twist on the ruling Judge Buchwald did not order President Trump

or Scavino to unblock the individual plaintiffs in the case or those previously blocked for

dissenting views or prohibit them from blocking others from the account based on their views

as the plaintiffs' had asked.

Instead she stated her belief that a declaratory judgment should be sufficient, stating in

her ruling – "Because no government official is above the law and because all government

officials are presumed to follow the law once the judiciary has said what the law is, we

must assume that the President and Scavino will remedy the blocking we have held to be

unconstitutional."

Naturally, the left took this portion of the ruling to mean that all those previously blocked

must be unblocked immediately.

Director of the Knight First Amendment Institute, Jameel Jaffer, tweeted a screenshot of that

specific line from Buchwald's opinion with the caption

Executive Director of Georgetown Law's Institute for Constitutional Advocacy and Protection,

Josh Geltzer states the court's ruling is a vital and critical victory in preserving

free speech in the digital age.

Geltzer said in a statement regarding the ruling – "The court's thorough decision

recognizes that the President's use of @realDonaldTrump on Twitter makes it the type of public forum

in which the government may not, under the First Amendment, silence its critics."

The Department of Justice has actively expressed their respectful disagreement with the court's

decision and is looking into next steps for a possible appeal of the ruling.

Many Conservatives, Republicans, and right-leaning individuals are also asking the obvious question.

Why are social media platforms such as Twitter or Facebook allowed to essentially "shadow

ban" individuals for differing points of view be it on political and social issues

or issues of religion and culture?

It is clear that a double standard exists and now a judge is enforcing that same double

standard.

Pyongyang are holding working-level talks in North Korea to coordinate the upcoming

summit between the two countries.

President Trump also said North Korean leader Kim Jong-un agrees with him about North Korea's

potential for a brighter future,... and it will happen.

He made similar remarks while answering reporters' questions ahead of last week's summit at the

White House with South Korean President Moon Jae-in.

Trump elaborated that South Korea has achieved remarkable growth backed by the trillions

of dollars of aid provided by Washington,... and North Korea can do the same,... highlighting

that they are the same people.

He also insisted the safety of Kim's regime will be guaranteed if Pyongyang abandons its

nuclear weapons.

Pundits say President Trump's remarks signal he's ready to offer massive economic rewards

to Pyongyang in exchange for its complete, verifiable and irreversible denuclearization.

President Trump is cracking down on illegals from every angle.

On Wednesday, he announced that the U.S. will start deducting "foreign aid" from countries

who people illegally enter the United States.

Mexico must be quaking in their boots right now since the United States provides approximately

$320 million a year to Mexico.

Why on earth does Mexico get so much money from us?

President Trump announced Wednesday that the U.S. will begin to deduct foreign aid from

countries whose residents illegally enter the United States.

"Many of these countries we give tremendous amounts of aid to.

Tens of millions of dollars.

And we're working on a plan to deduct a lot of the aid," Trump said at an event

in New York denouncing the Salvadoran gang MS-13.

"We're going to work out something where every time someone comes in from a certain

country, we're going to deduct a rather large amount of money from what we give them

in aid, if we give them aid at all," Trump said.

"We may just not give them aid at all."

Trump did not specify which countries would be targeted, but spoke after another panelist

mentioned foreign countries refusing to accept deportees.

"They'll let you think they're trying to stop this.

They are not trying to stop it," Trump said.

"I think they encourage people…

They don't want the people that we're getting."

"Despite all of the reports I hear, I don't believe they're helping us one bit. and

it may be that's the way life is," he said.

"We know where these people are coming from.

We're looking at our whole aid structure and it's going to be changed very radically.

It's already started."

MS-13 was founded in Los Angeles in the 1980s among refugees from El Salvador, where a U.S.-backed

government fought communist rebels, with human rights violations on both sides.

Many of its young members today illegally entered the U.S.

According to USAID, El Salvador received $75 million in U.S. aid in fiscal 2016.

The amount fluctuates, and spiked to $332 million in 2015.

Mexico, the top home country of illegal immigrants in the U.S., received $87 million in foreign

aid in 2016, according to USAID.

Trump previously has threatened foreign aid penalties, notably in December after various

countries that receive aid voted to condemn his decision to move the U.S. embassy in Israel

to Jerusalem.
