People FREAK As Trump Delivers Warning To Oakland Mayor Who Sabotaged ICE Raids.

People are freaking out after President Donald Trump delivered a brutal warning to Libby

Schaaf, the Mayor of Oakland, California, after she sabotaged recent raids by ICE agents.

You don't want to miss this.

During his election campaign, Donald Trump said, "But, we either have a country, or

we don't have a country.

We have at least 11 million people in this country that came in illegally.

They will go out.

They will come back — some will come back, the best, through a process.

They have to come back legally.

They have to come back through a process, and it may not be a very quick process, but

I think that's very fair and very fine."

That was one of the biggest campaign promises American patriots counted on when voting for

Trump.

Since taking office, the President has worked tirelessly to keep that promise by ensuring

that Immigrations and Customers Enforcement officers are routinely deployed to different

parts of the country to round up illegals.

In an act of defiance against President Donald Trump and dishonor to our country, Oakland

Mayor Libby Schaaf recently sabotaged raids by ICE agents by warning the illegal immigrant

community in her city before the operations took place.

Thomas Homan, the acting ICE Director said that Schaaf's behavior is likened to a "gang

lookout yelling, 'police.'"

During an interview with Fox News, Homan also said, "There's 800 that we are unable

to locate because of that warning, so that community is a lot less safe than it would

have been."

He continued, "I'll say this to the mayor and every other politician that wants to vilify

the men and women of ICE — we are not going away, we are going to keep enforcing the law."

In addition to Homan's response, Schaaf got a brutal warning from President Trump

on Thursday, March 8, 2018.

According to Mercury News, President Trump said, "What the Mayor of Oakland did the

other day was a disgrace.

Where they had close to 1,000 people ready to be got, ready to be taken off the streets.

Many of them, they say 85 percent of them were criminals and had criminal records."

Trump continued, "And the Mayor of Oakland went out and she, she went out and warned

them all, 'Scatter.'

So, instead of taking in 1,000, they took in a fraction of that.

About 150.

And, they were all set.

This was long in the planning, and she said, 'Get out of here.'

And, she's telling that to criminals."

He added, "And, it's certainly something that we're looking at, with respect to her

individually.

What she did is incredible and very dangerous from the standpoint of ICE and Border Patrol.

Very dangerous.

She really made law enforcement much more dangerous than it had to be.

So, we're looking at that situation very carefully."

The people of Oakland, California, need to start a petition to recall their Mayor immediately.

In addition, the Department of Justice should be charging Libby Schaaf with interfering

with federal agents in the execution of their duty.

Schaaf's actions put ICE agents in harm's way, and her stupidity could have cost agents

their lives.

Although Attorney General Jeff Sessions has been dragging his feet in the process of going

after the deep state criminals in Washington, D.C., he has been aggressive in going after

illegal immigrants and should be equally brutal in his treatment of activist politicians like

Schaaf who obstruct the activities of our federal immigration enforcers.

The Trump administration needs to come down hard on Mayor Schaaf.

She should be arrested at her office in broad daylight with plenty of advance notice to

the media.

America should be able to see Schaaf walked to a police car in handcuffs and then prosecuted

to the full extent of the law.

At first, they might try to make a martyr out of her, but it will be sobering after

she sits in prison for a few years.

This behavior cannot go unpunished.

Now, Mueller is getting a rude awakening that you don't want to miss.Former FBI Director

Robert Mueller, along with Attorney General Jeff Sessions and Deputy Attorney General

Rod Rosenstein, has made a joke of our Justice Department since the beginning of the Russian

collusion investigation.

The deep state's attempt to bring President Trump down, using Mueller, has failed, and

now, new voices in Washington, D.C., are telling the Special Counsel his time is up.

According to The Washington Times, Rep. Francis Rooney (R-FL) recently appeared on CNN to

deliver a message to Mueller from the Republican party and millions of fed-up American patriots:

"Wrap it up."

During the interview on Thursday, March 8, 2018, Rooney said he believes that Mueller

hasn't found anything on Trump and that it could be soon time to end his unnecessary

investigation.

Rooney also told CNN that, quite simply, Mueller was given the task of investigating collusion

between Russian officials and the Trump campaign and nothing was found to indicate any wrongdoing

by our President.

Rooney, who is a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee, said, "Unfortunately for Mr.

Mueller, despite his great reputation, he hasn't found anything that we know about

yet, so if they don't find something, they need to wrap it up."

When presented with the facts that Mueller indicted 13 Russian nationals for what he

called "meddling" in the election, has also filed charges against former Trump campaign

chairman Paul Manafort, and secured a guilty plea from former Trump campaign aide Rick

Gates, Rooney said that "is not nothing, but it is not what the investigation was set

up to do."

Rooney is absolutely correct.

Mueller wasn't able to find anything on Trump, so he has tried desperately to find

any kind of wrongdoing by those around the Trump campaign.

Most likely, Mueller felt anxious to show some kind of justification for the obscene

amount of money being paid to his team of liberal hack lawyers tasked with finding collusion.

Rooney went on to explain that the only thing Mueller has found involving Russians is their

own unsuccessful attempts to interfere in our presidential election.

"He hasn't found collusion or successful interference, he has just found that the Russians

tried, and I think we need to have these sanctions, that the president signed and the House and

Senate passed last summer, show them that there is a price to pay for that," Rooney

said.

It's time for Democrats and the deep state to give up on the idea that there will be

a way to bring Trump down with accusations of wrongdoing involving the Russians.

There simply isn't any evidence to back up those claims and while American patriots

knew this from the beginning, the rest of the country is now looking at Robert Mueller

wondering why he's still poking around in the bushes.

Rep. Rooney also recently appeared on Fox News with Lou Dobbs and said, "I think it's

highly unfortunate that a person of such a distinguished career and reputation would

set up this investigation to so laden with Democrats, so partisan, so as you say, out

in the wilderness instead of focusing on the mission.

All this time and money that's been spent hasn't proved any collusion at all."Now

that Robert Mueller hasn't turned up any wrongdoing on President Donald Trump's part,

it's time for Mueller to answer a few questions from a newly appointed special counsel who

will want to know what Mueller's involvement was in the Uranium One deal.

Hillary Clinton should be pulled into that investigation and questioned along with Mueller

to find out why they both signed off on giving Russia control over a significant percentage

of uranium production in the United States.

I can't wait for hacks like Robert Mueller to be on the receiving end of a legitimate

investigation in which he has a tremendous amount of explaining to do.

The fact that Mueller was even allowed to take the job as special counsel to undermine

our President is embarrassing.

Rep. Rooney is right, his time is up.

Chelsea Clinton recently appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert to bash President

Donald Trump and his family.

Now, she's getting a brutal surprise that she didn't expect.

appeared as a guest on CBS' The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Monday, March 5, 2018,

where Colbert practically lobbed up verbal softballs for her to swing at.

Chelsea's performance was unimpressive and lacked any genuine conviction as she nodded

through most of her insults.

In an attempt to be witty, Colbert started out by saying that he thinks Chelsea's family

has a "particularly unique relationship emotionally to the fact that Donald Trump

is President of the United States."

I wonder how long Colbert worked on that humorless dig.

Following his loaded comment, Colbert gave Chelsea the floor to mumble about her parents,

her hatred for President Trump, and her lost friendship with Ivanka Trump.

Chelsea Clinton bashed our President when she answered Colbert's question about how

her family talks about Trump.

"Well, goodness, um," she stumbled before adding, "We just talk about what should

we be doing today, which organizations and candidates should we be supporting."

She continued, "How do we both stand in opposition to the degradations of norms and

institutions as well as the retrograde policies around voting rights, around women's rights,

around transgendered rights, and what do we do to keep pushing forward for the world that

both my parents have been working on since before I was born and that I'm really eager

to help build for my children, for your children, for future generations."

Chelsea then took aim directly at Trump, saying, "Because, as you noted, the President, I

think, thrives on anxiety and insults, there's just always so much to talk about.

Because, I think, unfortunately, this administration is the collision of cruelty and incompetence,

there's so much to just talk about, what's happening even beyond the President and Washington

on any given day."

Chelsea Clinton reminds me of the kid who people feel sorry for at a birthday party

when she can't hit the pinata so they take off her blindfold and hold the target still

in order for her to get a few whacks in on it.

Watching her interview with Colbert is cringeworthy and even a little irritating at the same time.

How on earth can Chelsea Clinton sit there and accuse President Trump of being driven

by "anxiety and insults" when her own mother is looked upon by many in both political

parties as the queen of the damned?

Amongst other things that Chelsea said about Trump and his family, she said that Ivanka

Trump was "fair game" when it comes to criticism from the public.

I think Chelsea needs a brutal reality check, and thankfully, several Twitter users agreed.

Maurice feels the same way a lot of us do.

Chelsea hasn't accomplished anything significant in her life and shouldn't be interviewed

for her opinion.

It's sad that she gets attention because of her corrupt parents.

Chelsea is cut from the same self-entitled cloth as Hillary Clinton, and it hangs in

the air when she talks.

She clearly thinks she's better than others.

The President and his allies have pointed to a recent memo from the Republican committee

to spy on former Trump campaign staffer Carter Page.

The memo showed that the FBI used the politically motivated opposition research document, known

as the Steele dossier, as justification to obtain a surveillance warrant.It doesn't

matter who you supported in 2016.

Obama had no right to interfere in the election.

He used his power to spy on the Trump administration, based on zero evidence.

He violated the U.S. Constitution, in the hopes of finding dirt to smear the Trump campaign.

All to give 'Crooked Hillary' the win.

That sounds like collusion to me.

Sounds like a violation of our democracy too.

Yet where is the investigation?

For over a year we had to put up with Mueller's bogus case.

Nothing has proven that Trump did anything wrong.

But we have evidence that Obama did worse things than Watergate.

Major retailers around the nation have become battlegrounds for political correctness, using

their businesses as soapboxes to make social statements.

In a time when online business has disrupted the retail market and big box stores are diminishing

by the dozen, it doesn't seem wise to polarize your customer base with a divisive stance.

Home Depot's number one competition, Lowe's, has proven to stay true to their core values

and the American people, especially our nation's heroes and their families.

Meanwhile, their counterpart has received some pretty bad press over the past two to

three years regarding an apparent disrespect for the military.

Most of this seemed to occur at the store level and not a decision condoned or approved

by the corporation especially since the CEO of the home improvement giant is a major Trump

supporter, a fact the founder has not been shy about.

Now the man responsible for the fate of his retail business has just risked his entire

company in making a sudden shock announcement.

Prior to today, when Trump was campaigning to be president, Home Depot founder Ken Langone

told CNBC that if he pulls off a win, he could go down as "one of our greatest presidents

ever."

It was a sentiment in which the majority of Americans proved to agree with having voted

him into office.

Now, we're seeing his support for our president in an even bigger way and more importantly,

Langone's commitment to make America great again in a special way that has left military

families in America in total shock.

What many American businesses, sports figures, and celebrities get routinely wrong is that

they make political statements in vain to say they are against division, when they are

really being an anti-American and perpetuating the problem.

This often includes using their platform to publicly trash our president.

Home Depot knows that while they may offend "some" people, they are promoting something

better with their patriotism that we as a country can and should all get behind.

In this recent move, they are showing their appreciation in a big way for the men and

women who fight for our freedom and right to make any social statement we want.

Fox Business reports:

The Home Depot Foundation, a leadership arm for the company founded by Bernie Marcus,

Arthur Blank and with the help of Ken Langone, hammered down on its pledge to closing the

gap among skilled laborers in America.

It announced Thursday it would commit $50 million to train 20,000 tradespeople over

the next 10 years, starting with separating military members and veterans, at-risk youth

and members of the Atlanta Westside community, in an effort to reduce the number of unfilled

construction sector jobs in the U.S.

Currently, there are 158,000 unfilled jobs in the sector, according to data from the

Bureau of Labor Statistics, which projects the total employment number of construction

laborers to increase 10.5% by 2026.

As FOX Business reported, many six-figure jobs in the sector are going unfilled.

"We want to bring shop class back, from coast-to-coast," Shannon Gerber, executive

director of The Home Depot Foundation, said in a statement.

"We're thrilled to train 20,000 next-generation plumbers, electricians, carpenters and beyond.

It's a true honor to welcome our first classes of separating soldiers as they transition

to civilian life and into successful careers in the trades."

To those who don't value the sacrifice of our service members or recognize that these

heroes are the backbone of our country, they probably think this is somehow unfair.

They are probably also the same disgruntled people who left Lowe's in boycott and took

their business to Home Depot after Lowe's proudly pulled their ads from appearing in

the commercial spots during the All American Muslim show on the TLC network.

Now, disgruntled anti-American shoppers will have nowhere to go, realizing that their message

isn't appreciated anywhere.

Just as Lowe's probably lost far fewer customers than they gained from that move, Home Depot

probably won't miss them either.

Business is booming for those who choose to respect our country and the values this nation

was built on, which is how it should be.

The same can't be said for companies who continue to cater to the liberal agenda.

The country needs to see more of this and likely will within the next four years under

President Donald Trump's leadership.

He constantly praises our military which is how it always should be.

American businesses should look at what Home Depot does for our military members and how

they treat them and follow their lead.

It's beyond time for this to be the trend as opposed to who can make a bigger anti-American

social justice statement.

As we have seen all too often, the whole illegal alien debate always seems to take a turn for

the complicated.

And that's the way most globalist politicians and organizations such as the American Civil

Liberties Union or ACLU want it so they can fool average Americans into believing the

problem is fixed while our nation continues to be invaded by foreign nationals.

The ACLU now took it upon itself to once again act in the better interest of the foreign

national over the American citizen and was able to coerce the loony 9th Circuit court

to allow illegal alien detainees held for months, or even years awaiting deportation

to have a bail hearing every 6 months in order to have a venue to challenge their confinement.This

ruling is awful for American Citizens because if the judge overseeing the proceedings is

left-wing activist, chances are that illegal alien will end up free on our streets.

Just like what happened in the Kate Steinle case where she was killed by an illegal who

had been in prison multiple times and deported back to Mexico at least 5 times.But this week

the Supreme Court decided to rule in favor of the American citizen and against the ACLU

and the Illegals they harbor and give aid to.

Adding to the ruling that the ACLU has forgotten the simple fact that the United States Constitutional

rights only apply to American Citizens, not foreign nationals or illegal alien criminals.

All the ACLU was trying to do by bringing up this lawsuit was to create a situation

where illegals were protected from deportation.

Which in turn would give them the privilege to get a bail hearing and go free, only to

never be found again.This Supreme Court ruling is a huge victory for all rule of law loving

American Citizens and it actually brings us one step closer to fixing this immigration

mess caused by years of lawlessness brought on by both political parties.

Via The Daily Caller:Immigrants detained for removal proceedings may be held indefinitely

and are not entitled to a bail hearing, the Supreme Court ruled Tuesday.

The ruling means that immigrant detainees, who are sometimes held for months and years

on end, have no recourse to challenge their confinement.

Justice Samuel Alito delivered the opinion for the court, joined by Chief Justice John

Roberts and Justice Anthony Kennedy.

Justices Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch joined most of Alito's opinion, though they

also wrote to say they do not believe the court had jurisdiction to hear the case.

In a rare move, Justice Stephen Breyer read part of his dissent in the courtroom during

Tuesday's proceedings.

The justices only read their dissents from the bench when they mean to emphasize their

disagreement with the majority.

Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor joined his opinion.

Justice Elena Kagan was recused because she briefly participated in the case while serving

in former President Barack Obama's administration.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals found that individuals held in immigration jails

pending deportation may have a hearing every six months to review the legitimacy of their

detention.

The 9th Circuit based its decision on a legal rule called the canon of constitutional avoidance.

The rule says that where a federal law has multiple interpretations, courts must rely

on the interpretation that avoids constitutional problems.

Alito explained that this approach was mistaken, since the words of the statute clearly do

not provide bail hearings for detained immigrants.

"That is not how the canon of constitutional avoidance works," Alito wrote.

"Spotting a constitutional issue does not give a court the authority to rewrite a statute

as it pleases."

The high court declined to say whether the Constitution requires bond hearings for aliens

in detention.

They asked the 9th Circuit to resolve that issue, and may review their determination

at some future date.

The American Civil Liberties Union represents the immigrants who brought the action.

They say detainees are eligible for bail under the due process clause of the Fifth Amendment.

In dissent, Breyer made technical and conceptual points.

As a definitional matter, he said that the word "detain" as it appears in the relevant

law has sometimes meant simply "to restrain."

Restraint, he says, could mean subjecting an individual to a number of restrictions

(forbidding travel or contact with particular persons) that don't include confinement.

Therefore, by his telling, the word detain is consistent with bail.

He also said that bail is a basic, and important, component of the Anglo-American legal tradition.

"The bail questions before us are technical but at heart they are simple," he wrote.

"We need only recall the words of the Declaration of Independence, in particular its insistence

that all men and women have 'certain unalienable Rights,' and that among them is the right

to 'Liberty.'"

Fox News contributor Sara Carter is now reporting that the former Secretary of state John Kerry

is under investigations over his possible roll in the Steele Dossier fiasco.

Although it was previously thought that John Kerry wasn't involved in the dossier mess

Carter has no confirmed that The House Select Committee on intelligence is, in fact, investigating

Kerry's possible roll in the fake dossier which was paid by the Democrat Party and the

Hillary Clinton Campaign.

And interestingly enough this investigation has lead to a long time colleague of Kerry's

Jonathan Winer, who served as the former envoy for Libya during his tenure at the Department

to write an opinion piece in the Washington Post, on February 8 where he defends his relationship

with Steele and his role in the infamous dossier.

"The House Select Committee on Intelligence is now investigating former Secretary of State

John F. Kerry's possible role into the unverified dossier paid for by the Democratic National

Committee, and Hillary Clinton Campaign, this reporter has learned.

The dossier, assembled by a former British spy, laid the foundation for the FBI's investigation

into alleged collusion between President Trump, and Russia and was the essential piece of

evidence used by the FBI to get a warrant to spy on a former volunteer for the Trump

campaign.

For more than a month, the committee has been in its second phase of investigations focused

on former Obama State Department officials, and their role in either transmitting information

or using information provided by former British spy, and investigator Christopher Steele.

Steele was hired by embattled research firm Fusion GPS, also under several congressional

and Senate investigations.

Jonathan Winer, a long-time colleague of Kerry and who served as the former envoy for Libya

during his tenure at the Department, wrote an opinion piece in the Washington Post on

Feb. 8, defending his relationship with Steele and his role in the infamous dossier."

All this comes to light after Congressman Devin Nunes from California revealed to Fox

News host Laura Ingraham that John Kerry was in fact briefed about a "Second Dossier."

The Washington Examiner's own Byron York had previously reported that the Obama State

Department was being investigated to learn if they had a hand in the dossier and made

very clear that Steele was considered a "high-value source" when it came to "all things Russia."

To the point that the Obama administration used his intel on multiple reports to clients

in the department.

A book published in November by a correspondent at the Guardian, "Collusion: Secret meetings,

dirty money, and how Russia helped Donald Trump win," noted that Steele's 2010 work

on the World Cup soccer corruption investigation won him the trust not only of the FBI, but

the State Department as well.

The [soccer] episode burnished Steele's reputation inside the U.S. intelligence community

and the FBI.

Here was a pro, a well-connected Brit, who understood Russian espionage and its subterranean

tricks.

Steele was regarded as credible.

Between 2014 and 2016, Steele authored more than a hundred reports on Russia and Ukraine.

These were written for a private client but shared widely within the State Department

and sent up to Secretary of State John Kerry, and to Assistant Secretary of State Victoria

Nuland, who was in charge of the U.S. response to the Ukraine crisis.

Many of Steele's secret sources were the same sources who would supply information

on Trump.

One former State Department envoy during the Obama administration said he read dozens of

Steele's reports on Russia.

The envoy said that on Russia, Steele was "as good as the CIA or anyone."

Steele's professional reputation inside U.S. agencies would prove important the next

time he discovered alarming material, and lit the fuse again.

That fuse, of course, was the Trump dossier.

It is hard for an outsider to discern clearly what is going on inside the dossier investigations

on Capitol Hill.

But it appears some investigators are looking beyond the 35 pages of reports done by Steele

for Fusion GPS, the opposition research firm working for the Clinton campaign and the Democratic

National Committee, that were published in January 2017 by BuzzFeed.

They're looking into whether Steele did other reports about Trump, perhaps similar

but not identical to what was in the dossier published by BuzzFeed.

And they are looking into whether those reports made their way to the State Department.

They're also seeking to learn what individual State Department officials did in relation

to Steele, and whether there were any contacts between the State Department and the FBI or

Justice Department concerning the anti-Trump material.

It's not clear whether State Department activity related to Steele's Russia project

took place in the months leading up to the 2016 election, during the transition, or both.

I don't think we have ever seen more corruption than we saw during the Barack Hussein Obama

administration.

This should teach us all a lesson that we should not elect a man based on his ability

to read a speech or the color of his skin.

For now, all we can do is sit back and wait while the investigations get to the bottom

of who did what and hope we someday see the perpetrators behind bars.
