Ices Obama Hasn�t Spoken to Him Since Inauguration; Won�t Take Calls

A year since they last met, President Donald Trump and his predecessor Barack Obama haven�t

spoken, the first time in decades two successive presidents have avoided communicating in the

12 months after handing off power.

Ties between presidents � if not always friendly � are usually at least existent.

That Trump and Obama have avoided each other speaks to the unprecedented nature of the

current White House, and the lingering animosity between two men who openly sparred during

2016�s presidential campaign.

Trump hasn�t shied away from blasting decisions Obama made during his tenure, and has steadily

chipped away at key pieces of Obama�s legacy like the Paris climate accord and the Affordable

Care Act.

He�s also launched personal attacks, falsely claiming that Obama ordered the phones tapped

at Trump Tower or that Obama failed to call family members of slain US servicemen.

The last time they spoke, Trump and Obama were standing on the East Front of the US

Capitol as an idling military helicopter stood nearby.

Moments after Trump was inaugurated, Obama appeared loose and smiling, his post-presidency

life about to begin.

During an interview on Tuesday, Sen. Cory Booker (D-NJ), who is rumored to be considering

a 2020 presidential run of his own, said that he would be Oprah Winfrey�s vice presidential

running-mate if she asked.

�I would have a hard time saying no to her,� Booker said about the idea of being Oprah�s

vice president.

�So I will play along and say this.

If we get to a point one day as unlikely as frankly it is because she has indicated I

don�t think she�s necessarily interested in the job, should she be the Democratic nominee

for President of the United States and she calls me up to be her VP.

Last week, music mogul Russell Simmons was accused of rape by three women in a New York

Times profile of the executive�s history of alleged sexual harassment and abuse.

Simmons is a prolific Democratic donor with thousands of dollars contributed to candidates

and PACs over the years.

But a few contributions stick out because they went to candidates who are still in office

and may run for president in 2020: Sens. Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) and Cory Booker (D-NJ).

Simmons gave $2,000 to Gillibrand in 2011.

But Booker apparently has not made any decisions with Simmons� contributions.

He received $1,000 from Simmons in 2014.

constantly doing dumb things like bashing the generosity of someone else.

In fact, Nancy Pelosi made herself look like an idiot while doing just that most recently

— but White House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders wrecked the senile old bat's

word with just one brutal word.

At this point, the left just keeps losing.

Not only has every one of their theories about President Donald Trump blew up in their collective

face, but they continue to embarrass themselves on a daily basis.

Proving that most recently was none other than Nancy Pelosi, who sought to mock the

President's recent tax cut win.

The senile old bat caught national attention after she said the $1,000 or $2,000 bonuses

being given out by companies to their employees on account of Trump's tax cuts were only

"breadcrumbs" compared to what the American people needed.

Of course, when you hand $1,000 or $2,000 to an average American, you won't find a

single one who will refuse it.

At the end of the day, it just went to show how disconnected Nancy Pelosi is from those

whom she represents — but things only got better from there.

As it turns out, Pelosi's bias was exposed when Fox News reported that she once praised

a $40 payroll tax cut passed by former President Barack Obama as "a victory for all Americans"

that will "make a difference."

Despite her best efforts to make Trump look bad, all she did was humiliate herself in

the process.

Unfortunately for her, the negative effects of her pathetic attempt are still rolling

in.

Fox Business is now reporting that Apple is giving $2,500 bonuses to employees after Trump's

tax reform — that's hardly "breadcrumbs."

Trump just keeps winning and Democrats continue to look like the losers they are for bashing

such an incredible piece of legislation.

However, the best would be saved for last as even White House press secretary Sarah

Huckabee Sanders just got in on the fun.

Picking the perfect moment to jump in, Sarah decided to completely destroy Nancy Pelosi's

world, and she only needed to throw one of the Democrat's own words back in her face

to do it — "crumbs."

Sharing her sentiments on Twitter for the world to see, Sarah simply responded to the

news by saying, "Or as Nancy Pelosi would say: 'crumbs.'"

Then, again, for Nancy Pelosi, $2,500 is crumbs since the woman has a whopping net worth of

$196 million.

Now, the fact that the corrupt hag has been able to obtain this on a $193,000 salary is

a conversation for another day.

However, the point is, a grand or two is probably just "crumbs" to her.

In the end, perspective is everything, but to actually show how ignorant you are in front

of the entire country, well, it's safe to say that quite a few people are scratching

their heads when it comes to figuring out how she is still in office.

We are talking about one of the most powerful politicians out there.

Nancy Pelosi has only become richer while her constituents become poorer, mostly because

she votes for policies that take more and more from the American people and benefit

politicians in one way or another.

One could actually argue that this is why President Trump pisses them off so badly:

He's giving back what they've essentially stolen over the past several decades.

America's democracy is supposed to be "of the people," "for the people," and "by

the people."

Instead, it has been run by career hacks who seek to take advantage of the hard-working

people of this country for far too long.

Government is supposed to work for us, not the other way around, and maybe it's time

we send that message to scum like Nancy Pelosi in the same way we sent it to Hillary Clinton

last year.

When you have an unapologetic president like Donald Trump, things get done in record time

and he does what needs to be done without making excuses for it.

He's not concerned who he offends and doesn't feel that he has to answer to anyone but the

American people who voted for him.

His supporters are really happy to have a leader who makes good on his campaign promises

and more importantly, has made America great again already in his first year in office.

However, proving that he can't be swayed from his path of progress and isn't going

to let anyone try to force him off track he just banned them all in one sudden announcement

that's already been met with massive liberal outrage.

Trump's rightful despise for "certain" people has been no secret.

He's let the country know their time is limited and now it's just run out after

one overstepped his bounds and tried to get in Trump's way.

He immediately paid a brutal price for it and so did everyone else like them who get

banned in a sudden sweeping move they weren't prepared for.

The heated relations between President Trump and the mainstream media have just reached

a boiling point in the Oval Office.

Accusing him of their favorite claim used against him, earned CNN's top reporter and

White House correspondent a boot out the door and an order to not return.

There really couldn't be a more embarrassing and enraging action to receive and Acosta

earned it.

According to Fox News:

President Trump kicked CNN star Jim Acosta out of the Oval Office Tuesday after the network's

senior White House correspondent badgered him with racially charged questions.

Acosta has made a habit of grandstanding and interrupting when Trump and his surrogates

are available to the media.

Tuesday was no exception, as Acosta yelled, "Mr. President," three times before finally

getting Trump's attention.

"Did you say that you want more people to come in from Norway?

Did you say that you wanted more people from Norway?

Is that true Mr. President?"

Acosta frantically shouted.

"I want them to come in from everywhere… everywhere.

Thank you very much everybody," Trump responded as Acosta continued to bark questions.

"Just Caucasian or white countries, sir?

Or do you want people to come in from other parts of the world… people of color,"

Acosta shouted.

Trump then pointed directly at Acosta and simply said, "Out!"

A Trump staffer in the background can be heard saying, "Jim, thank you," before the CNN

star presumably exited the room.

Democrats will twist this response to mean something it was not, by saying that Trump

can't take the heat and just bullies people out of his office.

The fact is, he's the Commander-in-Chief and he deserves some respect from the press

if they want to receive respect in rerurn.

Acosta got what he had coming to him when he acosted Trump with his questions that served

no other purpose but to corner him into saying what he wanted to hear that CNN would inevitably

slam him for later.

Like clockwork, Acosta took his "punishment" to Twitter to berate the president and use

the reaction for exactly what is expected of this liberal reporter.

His entire intent was to push a narrative about Trump that's to say he's a mental

midget with a rage disorder and acts irrationally in the moment.

His immediate followup proves it:

"Acosta then took to Twitter, accusing White House aides of obstructing him from asking

questions," Fox News addded, with his followers referring to this move as Trump's "latest

outburst."

That is to say this is a frequent issue when in fact it's the liberal reporters like

Acosta who have outburst issues.

His history in Trump's White House has proved that and it was about time he got kicked out.

Fox News explains:

Acosta has been among the most outspoken critics of President Trump and is a significant part

of CNN Worldwide President Jeff Zucker's apparent anti-Trump programming strategy.

Trump has famously dubbed CNN "fake news" and pointed directly at Acosta and called

him by the disparaging moniker in the past.

Last December, Acosta was shut down by White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders when the

liberal reporter tried to hijack a press briefing.

Acosta told Sanders that journalists make "honest mistakes" but that doesn't make

them "fake news" before attempting a question.

Sanders quickly cut him off.

"When journalists make honest mistakes, they should own up to them.

Sometimes, and a lot of times, you don't," Sanders said as Acosta tried to interrupt.

"I'm sorry, I'm not finished," she said.

"There is a very big difference between making honest mistakes and purposefully misleading

the American people… you cannot say it's an honest mistake when you're purposely

putting out information you know is false."

Acosta has also gotten into combative arguments with other members of the administration including

Senior Policy Adviser Stephen Miller.

Meanwhile, CNN has been mocked for a variety of anti-Trump segments, such as focusing on

the president's soda intake amid unfolding breaking news related to a terror attack in

New York City.

It's about time that someone puts the mainstream media in place and Trump is the man to do

it.

He welcomes question and coversation with his opponents but not combative attacks from

reporters like this.

One-Third Of Americans Say Trump's First Year Was A Complete Failure - Duration: 3:39.

The latest round of polling data in the United States has even more bad news for Donald Trump.

According to the latest polls, 35% of Americans, a little more than one-third of everyone in

this country, gives Donald Trump's first year in office as president a grade of F, meaning

they believe that his first year was an absolute and complete failure.

Now when you break that down among party lines and among Independents, those numbers start

to look wildly different.

Seventy-two percent of Republicans think that Donald Trump gets an A or a B for his first

year.

Seventy-nine percent of Democrats believe that Donald Trump failed, and 45% of Independents

believe that Donald Trump failed in his first year.

But it's that number, the Independents, the 45% who consider him a failure, that is the

more important number here, because we know Republicans will be Republicans.

Democrats will be Democrats, but it's those Independents that actually sway elections

one way or another.

For almost half of them in this country to say that, yeah, Donald Trump has been a complete

failure, not only portends poorly for the Republicans in 2018 and 2020, but it also

shows that they're clearly paying attention.

After all, when you look back at Donald Trump's first year in office, is there anything that

you see that's like, at least he did that?

No.

For 99% of people in this country, there wasn't a single thing that Donald Trump did in his

first year that is going to make our lives better.

In fact, most of them aren't even going to allow us to keep the same quality of life.

It's going to take it down a notch because of all the health and safety regulations that

have been repealed by the administration.

That tax cut package, which is the only legislative accomplishment that Donald Trump has to his

name in year one, we're not getting that.

That's going to wealthy corporations.

That Supreme Court justice that he put on the court, he's not going to do anything to

help American consumers.

He's going to work on taking the right to choose away from women so that they can't

figure out what to do on their body on their own without white men telling them what they

can do.

That's not going to help anybody in this country.

So yes, I think by every possible measure, Donald Trump's first year in office has been

a complete failure.

He has taken more days off, more vacation days, than any of his predecessors during

year one.

He's had the highest staff turnover since, I believe, the 1950s.

He has accomplished the fewest legislative victories of any president in their first

year in modern history.

So what does this guy think he's doing?

Why does he keep telling us he's done such a good job?

The American public doesn't buy it, and certainly the statistics and data available don't support

his thesis either.

So hopefully as we move forward, more and more people are going to keep paying attention,

or maybe some of them will start paying attention and understand that the very few things that

Donald Trump did in his first year in office are not going to benefit 99% of people in

this country.

The few things that he did do, all of that, all of those gains, all of the benefits, are

going to the top 1%.

So now he's certainly interested in de-escalating the situation.

He is already an absolutely shrewd and mature politician.

We have to bear in mind the realities of the modern world

and act cautiously when we take upon ourselves a challenging task of denuclearisation of Korean Peninsula

which we should carry out through dialog and negotiations.

As hard as it seems I believe it is still possible when all parties involved in the process

including the North Koreans come to realise that their security can be guaranteed without nuclear weapons.

We are discussing the New START Treaty with our American partners.

They have suddenly stated, although their intention fits the letter of the treaty, that they want to convert some of their delivery vehicles – aircraft and submarines – together with silos to prevent their use for launching nuclear weapons.

In principle, this possibility is stipulated in the treaty. But the treaty also says that this is only possible if the other party, in this case Russia, verifies the conversion

and is convinced that there is no breakout potential in this, that these silos or aircraft equipment will not be converted back for the use of nuclear weapons.

We have no proof of this so far. And we are therefore concerned about this. But our dialogue is ongoing. I hope it will be positive.
