Fearless: Trump Heads West to Shrink Fed Lands, Return Property Obama Took

President Donald Trump is set to drastically slash two major pieces of federal lands in

the American West in what's seen as a major blow to legacy monuments created by both Barack

Obama and Bill Clinton.

According to The Washington Times, Trump will travel to Salt Lake City, Utah on Monday to

announce he's slashing the size of two large swaths of federal land in Utah created under

the Clinton and Obama administrations, the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument

and the Bears Ears National Monument.

The plan, which has long been in the works, has drawn protests from environmentalists

and Native American activists, who claim that the cuts are an insult to Native Americans

and illegal, according to Fox News.

However, conservatives have long contended that both monuments were nothing more than

an usurpation of land by the federal government by abusing the 1906 Antiquities Act.

The move has been a long time in coming; in October, it was reported that Trump had called

Utah GOP Sen. Orrin Hatch and told him he was approving a plan by Interior Secretary

Ryan Zinke that would reverse federal protection on 3.6 million acres of land.

In the case of Bears Ears National monument, that means a 85 percent reduction of federally-protected

land.

Zinke has been reviewing the situation since this spring; the decision that Trump is expected

to announce Monday would return control of the land to local governments as opposed to

putting it under federal oversight.

While both the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument and the Bears Ears National Monument

have been controversial land grabs, the latter has generated far more attention as of late.

On his way out the door last year, former President Obama decided to use the Antiquities

Act to create the monument — one of 29 he created during his presidency for a grand

total of 553 million acres of land under the control of the federal government.

The problem with that is that while the Antiquities Act does give the president the power to create

monuments, it specifically states that they need to a) be confined to as small an area

as possible and b) limited to "protecting specific artifacts or other items of cultural

and historical significance," according to The Washington Times.

Something tells me that could have been accomplished without taking 553 million acres.

GOP Rep. Rob Bishop agrees, especially in the case of the two monuments in his home

state of Utah.

"Utah has become ground zero for politically motivated national monument designations that

are excessive in size and contemptuous of peoples' livelihoods," stated Rep. Bishop,

chairman of the House Natural Resources Committee.

"The president has stood against prior abuses of executive power, and his administration

has demonstrated a commitment to work in concert with local communities to protect unique public

antiquities and objects the right way."

This didn't stop 5,000 protesters from coming out to Utah's State Capitol on Saturday

to rally against the plan.

Because, you know, Donald Trump, "the resistance," #NotMyPresident, etc.

"I want him to visit Bears Ears before he takes any action," Navajo Nation Attorney

General Ethel Branch said.

Well, I'm sure the president can visit it as state property — the way that it was

before Obama took it.

BREAKING: Trump Just Made BIG Announcement To Americans 20 Days Before Christmas Riots

About To Erupt!

An apologetic presidency catering to everything anti-American ended with Barack Obama.

President Donald Trump is in charge now and is doing everything it takes to make America

great again, no matter who offends.

With all the distraction on the petulant players in the NFL throwing National Anthem temper

tantrums, people have missed what else has been brewing which were about to face right

now, just 20 days before Christmas.

Knowing whats coming, Trump has just issued a massive announcement to all Americans that

is likely to cause outrage among some that could lead to riots.

When youre the leader of the greatest nation in the world, you can do what you want, which

we saw from Barack Obama who used that privilege for wrongdoing and the demise of our nation.

Trump is turning that train around by using his power for good in long-overdue ways, which

he promised to do when Americans voted him into office.

After already warning everyone about whats coming, he just doubled down on that declaration

with what he just openly reminded everyone to do right now.

Its clear that hes not backing down and that we have the right man in the White

House.

The liberal war of words is alive and well in our country.

The left wants to ban sentiments that trigger them and the right is pointing out the obvious

that regardless of political standing, we all as Americans share the same right to the

First Amendment.

Now, Trump has just settled the most controversial argument in our country once and for all by

making a new rule thats infuriating liberals.

Conservative Tribune reports:

President Donald Trump reminded everyone in the nation during the White House tree lighting

that Jesus is the reason for the Christmas season. As recorded on The White House website,

the lighting ceremony took place on Nov. 30.

President Trump carried on White House tradition and spoke at the ceremony.

Without hesitation or embarrassment, he took the stage and immediately began to recall

the Christmas story.

The Christmas Story begins 2,000 years ago with a mother, a father, their baby son,

and the most extraordinary gift of allthe gift of Gods love for all of humanity,

he began.

Whatever our beliefs, we know that the birth of Jesus Christ and the story of his

life forever changed the course of human history, he continued.

The president wasnt afraid to keep mentioning the name of Jesus or tell America the truth

about the Christmas season: its all about the birth of Jesus Christ.

Each and every year at Christmas time we recognize that the real spirit of Christmas

is not what we have, its about who we are each one of us is a child of God, Trump

continued, according to LifeSite News.

That is the true source of joy this time of the year.

That is what makes every Christmas merry, he stated. Its refreshing to have a leader

of the nation who also represents the groundwork that our country was built on, which was Christianity.

This is a stark difference from his Muslim predecessor who only pretended to be a faithful

Christian at his inauguration, but spent two presidential terms proving otherwise.

Trump doesnt hide his faith, in fact, hes proud of it as we saw during his campaign

when he declared that if he becomes president hell bring Merry Christmas back instead

of insisting on everyone saying the non-offending phrase, Happy Holidays. At a time when

any mention of God has been removed from schools and the calls for it to be erased from the

Pledge of Allegiance, our new president is reaffirming the Christian values that make

up our nation.

Trump wants Christmas back in the agenda.

Im guessing hes tired of everyone complaining about it.

I am too.

It wasnt ever a problem years ago and its not a problem now.

Christmas is one of the biggest holidays in America and were sticking to it.

Were not getting rid of Christmas.

Were not calling it winter holiday.

Were not letting these politically correct crybabies bully everyone into feeling bad

about loving Christmas.

Its our holiday and well enjoy it and give attention to what the real reason for

the season is.

Anyone who finds it offensive can celebrate their own holiday, but dont cry about ours.

You dont see conservatives whining about other peoples holidays.

Go celebrate!

Enjoy your day and well enjoy ours and we can all celebrate New Years Eve together.

Unless that, of course, is offensive too.

Is the calendar offensive to snowflakes as well?

Are we starting a #NotMyNewYear hashtag trend?

I think not.

Christmas is right around the corner, just 20 days from now, but heres an early MERRY

CHRISTMAS to all of you and yours in hopes that it triggers some snowflakes and anti-Christmas

goons.

After Days Of Silence, Paul Ryan Makes Huge Announcement About President Trump - Duration: 2:50.

After Days Of Silence, Paul Ryan Makes Huge Announcement About President Trump

Democrats were ready to bash Donald Trump just as soon as fired James Comey finished

testifying on Thursday but Paul Ryan, of all people, was ready with the perfect

defense.

Ryan and Trump havent always gotten along, mind you. This is the same Ryan who delayed

funding for building the wall. And the same Ryan who couldnt repeal Obamacare.

And the same Ryan who was so terrible at getting Republicans behind the president, he was actually

worried that Trump might start working with Democrats to get things done.

So its more than a little surprising when Ryan comes to the presidents defense. But

Ryan did so, and with an argument that completely shut up the libs and leftists calling for

the presidents head:In a nutshell, you elected a man who wasnt a politician. Hes

not acting like one. Get over it.

And hes exactly right. Trump is new at this.

The Independent Journal Review reports:

House Speaker Paul Ryan downplayed former FBI Director James Comeys testimony that

President Donald Trump asked for his loyalty, among other allegationsThe presidents

new at this, hes new to government, and so he probably wasnt steeped in the long-running

protocols that establish the relationships between DOJ, FBI, and White Houses, Ryan

said.

I think people now realize why the president is so frustrated.

I should hope so. Because its abundantly clear.

Donald Trump was elected to Drain the Swamp. And, like any good businessman, he knows he

needs a loyal team to turn around a failing business, or government. Once you have that

team together, youre ready to fire the rest, and start anew.

Comey had a chance to be on that team, and gave it up. And now the country is more concerned

with his testimony than any of the work that still needs to be done for the broken business

that is the United States of America.

We elected a man to do a job, and now were not letting him do it. Id be frustrated,

too.

Ryans not the only one thats defended the president in this way. Chris Christie

spoke up on MSNBC.

What people dont understand is that they elected an outsider presidentwho is

now is very publicly learning about the way people react to what he considers to be normal,

New York City conversations.

I didnt want a politician. I wanted someone to get things done.

And for once, I agree with Paul Ryan.

BREAKING: Trump SHOCKS U.N. Crowd, Leaves Them SILENT After DESTROYING Obamas Legacy

Barack Obama tried his best to usher in Euro-styled socialism into America.Between his horrible

Obamacare legislation and his attempts to use the full weight and force of the government

to regulate every aspect of our lives, he brought the country further to the left than

any president before him.

In fact, part of Obamas legacy has been the rise of the far-left, who demands

America become a socialist nation and take care of everyone from cradle to grave.

However, today at the U.N., it became abundantly clear that our new President has no interest

in socialism whatsoever, and he let it be known when he shredded the socialist country

of Venezuela, effectively taking a dump on his predecessors policies.Suffice it to

say, the entire went eerily silent after President Trump said that the problem with Venezuela

is that socialism has been faithfully executed.

How can you not love this guy?

The Washington Free Beacon has more:

President Donald Trump surprised the United Nations General Assembly on Tuesday when he

remarked that the collapsing situation in Venezuela was not due to the poor implementation

of socialism, but rather its successful implementation.

The problem in Venezuela is not that socialism has been poorly implemented, but that socialism

has been faithfully implemented, he said.

Trump paused, and there was audible muttering in the chamber before some tepid applause

broke out.

From the Soviet Union to Cuba to Venezuela, wherever true socialism or communism has been

adopted, it has delivered anguish and devastation and failure, he said.

Trump said, as a responsible neighbor and friend, the U.S. had a goal for the Venezuelans

to recover their freedom and restore their democracy.

Boom!

Trump is right.

Screw socialism.

Better yet, how great is it to see our President stand in front of the self-righteous elitists

of the U.N. and flat-out tell them their socialist beliefs are whats destroying the world?

I dont know about you, but that isnt ever going to get old for me.

Is President Trump's Legal Team Preparing For An Imminent Obstru - Duration: 2:29.

Is

President Trump's Legal Team Preparing For An Imminent Obstruction Of Justice Charge

by Tyler Durden

President Trump set off a new wave of mainstream media outrage over the weekend when he publicly

admitted that he was aware that Flynn had lied to the FBI and Vice President when he

made the decision to fire him.

Not surprisingly, the Left has used the admission to once again suggest that Trump obstructed

justice by firing Comey for simply pursuing charges against someone who Trump himself

already knew to be guilty.

Of course, we know from Comey's own testimony that he was fired by Trump for repeatedly

refusing to announce publicly that the President was not under investigation, a courtesy that

he provided Hillary numerous times during the campaign.

Be that as it may, comments from Trump's legal team this morning to Axios seem to imply that

the White House may be preparing a preemptive defense for an obstruction of justice charge...

Why it matters: Trump's legal team is clearly setting the stage to say the president cannot

be charged with any of the core crimes discussed in the Russia probe: collusion and obstruction.

Presumably, you wouldn't preemptively make these arguments unless you felt there was

a chance charges are coming.

The "President cannot obstruct justice because he is the chief law enforcement officer under

[the Constitution's Article II] and has every right to express his view of any case," Dowd

claims.

Dowd: "The tweet did not admit obstruction.

That is an ignorant and arrogant assertion."

...a defense which Harvard Law professor Alan Dershowitz has offered at least a hundred

times over the past year with the latest coming this morning on Fox News.

"You cannot charge a president with obstruction of justice for exercising his constitutional

power to fire Comey and his constitutional authority to tell the Justice Department who

to investigate, who not to investigate.

That's what Thomas Jefferson did, that's what Lincoln did, that's what Roosevelt did.

We have precedents that clearly establish that."

Trump Was Just Caught Out At The Grocery Store And Shocks Everyone With What He Did! - Duration: 5:31.

Trump Was Just Caught Out At The Grocery Store And Shocks Everyone With What He Did!

This is why we elected him!

Since President Trump has been in office, the left has done all they can to discredit

him.

Whether they are throwing vile insults concerning his physical appearance or twisting his words

to make him sound racist, Trump continues to do what is best for the country.

Every policy that Trump initiates has the average American in mind knowing full well

that it is the middle-class that makes this country great.

Trump understands that to make our nation secure again the average American's voice

must be heard and not forsaken for special class citizens and identity politics.

So, when President Trump was in Utah this week signing executive orders adjusting how

the federal government will control public land, he made a quick stop at a grocery store

and shocked everyone with what he did.

President Trump stayed away from the primary political news of the day on Monday opting

to meet with local officials and politicians from the state of Utah.

As Trump took the time to speak to Senator Hatch about re-election and offer kind words

about Mitt Romney, he also stopped off to visit the food storehouse for LDS families

in need.

When President Trump showed up at the state-of-the-art facility, he created quite the buzz as people

were stunned to see the POTUS there.

Not skipping a beat, Trump grabbed a grocery cart and began to make his way up and down

the aisles filling it up with groceries and taking the time to speak to the staff.

During Trump's impromptu shopping trip he said, "This is very exciting for me, I know

so many people that are in your church, the Latter-day Saints.

The job you've done is beyond anything you could think of — taking care of people the

way you take care of people and the respect that you have all over the world."

Though while his words were touching the photos that were taken of the president were priceless.

The president was given a quick tour of the facility, and the LDS showed him their food

services.

Here is more on President Trump's visit to Utah from Fox 13:

President Trump's whirlwind trip through Utah included a meeting with leaders of The

Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and adding to the intrigue surrounding Sen.

Orrin Hatch's political future.

The president stepped off Air Force One to cheers from a small crowd gathered at the

Utah Air National Guard Base.

He waved as he walked with Sen. Hatch and Sen. Mike Lee, shaking hands with Governor

Gary Herbert, House Speaker Greg Hughes and their spouses.

President Trump was headed toward his limo when he brushed by and walked toward a crowd

of supporters to shake hands.

"I like this kid!

I like this kid!" he said to a child who dressed like President Trump, complete with

orange-hued makeup.

His brother dressed as Vice-President Mike Pence.

As his motorcade sped down I-215 and I-80 and into downtown, small groups of protesters

gathered.

He drove past a mural of Bears Ears National Monument recently painted.

At Welfare Square, the president met with leaders of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day

Saints.

He praised their efforts to help the poor with humanitarian relief.

"Thank you, Mr. President," replied President Henry B. Eyring of the LDS Church's First

Presidency.

"We're here in a place where we have food and material that we give to the poor.

But this is an example of what we do across the world.

The idea being, we frankly have an obligation to God to look out for the people who, without

our aid, have tragedy in their lives."

Reporters were quickly ushered out for the remainder of the meeting.

A short time later, President Trump toured a Bishop's Storehouse and put a sack of

potatoes in a grocery cart, giving reporters a thumbs up.

When asked if he was encouraging Sen. Hatch to seek re-election, the president replied:

"Yes."

Asked if he was sending a message to Mitt Romney, who has been contemplating running

for Hatch's seat, the president replied: "He's a good man.

Mitt's a good man."

President Trump was then driven to the Utah State Capitol, taking a back route to avoid

a large group of protesters on the front lawn.

On side streets, some could be seen flipping off the presidential motorcade and screaming

"F— you, Trump."

The main event for President Trump's visit to Utah was the signing of the executive orders,

shrinking Bears Ears, and Grand Staircase-Escalante national monuments.

"With the action, I'm taking today, we will not only give back your voice over the

use of this land, we will also restore your access and your enjoyment," he told the

invite-only crowd at the Utah State Capitol.

"Public lands will once again be for public use."

The American people can relate to Trump and his love for country, and these photos prove

that he is right on our level.

Whether Trump is reading canned goods or negotiating tax reform he always has the American people's

best intentions in mind, and that why Trump is our president.

Trump Is About To Make Someone Pay For The Horrific Abuse Melania Secretly Suffered For 11 Months - Duration: 5:13.

Feral Black Thugs Beat Texas Trump Supporter To Edge Of Death For 1 Sick Reason Media

Is DEAD SILENT! Over the last eight years, under the failed

leadership of Barack Obama race relations have deteriorated as the race-baiter in chief

pitted American against each other. By focusing on identity politics and fanning the flames

of division, the American people were divided, and now it has reached a breaking point. Ever

since Donald Trump was elected the left has continued with their destructive narrative

of how all white people are racists and that violence is the only answer to combat this

manufactured race war.

White people across the country are increasingly viciously attacked in textbook style hate

crimes, but the mainstream media has been silent. Instead of these attacks garnering

the same national attention as others, these hate crimes are often pushed to the side and

forgotten. Now, another white man was violently attacked by a pack of feral black thugs and

what they said as they beat this man to a bloody pulp proves we are at war.

Michael Temple is saxophonist from Austin, Texas and hardly one to pick a fight or cause

a scene. However, that all changed last week when Temple, the mild-mannered musician was

brutally attacked when leaving Friends Bar at 1:45 a.m. while he was walking to his car,

and of course, the media is silent.

Temple was punched twice, suffered a concussion, and had a temporary loss of hearing as a result

of this attack. Due to his hearing loss, he has had to suspend his work as a saxophonist.

So what did Mr. Temple do?

Well, nothing at all except he is white. Here is more from DownTrend:

An Austin man said he was the victim of a hate crime after being punched twice on 6th

street over the weekend.

He tells FOX 7 that he suffered a severe concussion and has temporarily lost hearing in his right

ear. For now, it has caused him to stop performing as a saxophonist. The man said he was minding

his own business when he was assaulted. His biggest hope is that police can find the guy,

before something worse happens.

I didnt do anything and to have this random, random act of violence against youlike

how safe would you feel after that? said Michael Temple, victim of alleged assault.

Michael Temple was leaving Friends Bar around 1:45 Saturday morning. He was headed to his

car when he said he came across a group of six or seven African

American men at sixth and Sabine.

When I was walking by them the dude said, F Donald Trump and then just full force

punched me right in the ear, said Temple.

He was knocked to the ground, then got back up. Moments later he said he was sucker-punched

again, in the back of the head, before the men scattered off.

Got back to my car, made it home thank God. That night I couldnt hear out of my

ear at all. The next day I wake up and couldnt hear out of my ear, so I went to urgent care.

She saw there was fluid behind my ear, said Temple.

He was told to go to the emergency room. Doctors told Temple he also suffered a severe concussion.

While there, he reported what happened to the Austin Police Department, who have listed

the incident as assault with injury.

To me, honestly, I think its a hate crime. Why would you say F Donald Trump

and hit me? If you just hit me and didnt say anything but am I associated with Donald

Trump because does white mean youre associated with Donald Trump? I didnt vote for him,

I dont stand for anything he believes in, said Temple.

Temple has been a saxophonist for more than 30 years. For now, because of his injury,

he is unable to play. He is praying he can fully recover.

Playing as a musician, not being able to hear out of my right ear and just because

of pressure, it will be painful for me to play. Like I cant play at all right now.

Its very frustrating because its what I love, its my hobby, its like my passion.

To have that taken away from you, hopefully its not permanently, said Temple.

Temple said the guy who punched him was a dark-skinned African American, around 62

in height, between 24 and 25 years old and wearing dark clothing. He reached out to FOX

7 for help, hoping someone may have seen something or that a business has the incident on surveillance.

He hit me hard enough to give me a concussion, he could kill somebody else, said Temple.

What is terrible about this story besides the fact that Temple was brutally attacked,

but that the police are not investigating this as a hate crime. You could bet that if

Temple were a black man, there would be protests in the streets and the police would be investigating

this case until the white devils were brought to justice.

And, that is not an exaggeration of the truth at all.

For instance, a black woman in Missouri received national attention after someone allegedly

threw a piece of fried chicken at her car. The police began a full investigation into

the drive-by fried chicken toss saying that the incident had racial undertones.

Seriously? It could not have been just a jerk who throws random pieces of chicken at people?

No, that was investigated as a hate-crime, but a man that is attacked based on his white

skin is not.

Temple, is not the only white person to be attacked because of their skin color and he

will not be the last. However, since the mainstream media buries these stories they do not get

the attention they deserve, and justice is never truly served. Hopefully, in time, this

will change, but until then it is up to us to make sure these stories are told so they

are not forgotten.
