President Trump's legal team plans to cast former national security advisor

Michael T Flynn as a liar seeking to protect himself if he accuses the

president or his senior aides of any wrongdoing according to three people

familiar with the strategy the approach would mark a sharp break

from trumps previously sympathetic posture toward Flynn whom he called a

wonderful man when Flynn was ousted from the White

House in February earlier this month the President did not rule out a possible

pardon for Flynn who is cooperating with Special Counsel Robert s Mueller III's

investigation into Russian interference in the 2016 election attorneys for Trump

and his top advisers have privately expressed confidence that Flynn does not

have any evidence that could implicate the president or his White House team

but since Flynn's cooperation agreement with prosecutors was made public earlier

this month the administration has been strategizing how to neutralize him in

case the former national security adviser does make any claims Flynn is

the most senior former Trump adviser known to be providing information to

Mueller's team the lenient terms of his plea agreements suggest he has promised

significant information to investigators legal experts said

earlier this month he pleaded guilty to one felony count of lying to to the FBI

a charge that carries a maximum sentence of five years in prison prosecutors said

they will recommend a sentence from zero to six months in prison as part of his

cooperation deal Flynn's son who served as his chief of

staff also faced the risk of criminal charges according to people familiar

with the plea negotiations but was spared Trump's legal team has ceased on

Flynn's agreement with prosecutors as fodder for a possible defense if

necessary in court filings the retired lieutenant general admitted that he lied

to the FBI about conversations he had with the Russian ambassador to the

United States during the December 2016 transition he said it himself he's a

liar said one person helping craft the strategy who was granted anonymity to

describe private conversations Robert Keller an attorney for Flynn declined to

comment Ty Cobb the White House attorney

overseeing the response to the Special Counsel investigation also declined to

comment defense lawyers have said privately that Flynn will be unable to

point to White House or campaign records turned over in the probe to bolster any

claims of a criminal scheme none of those records suggest a conspiracy by

Trump or his inner circle to improperly work with Russians to defeat Democratic

candidate Hillary Clinton according to people who have reviewed the documents

the private talks about assailing Flynn's credibility come even as Trump

has signaled that a pardon is not off the table

I don't want to talk about pardons for Michael Flynn yet the president said

December 15th we'll see what happens let's see I can say this when you look

at what's gone on with the FBI and with the Justice Department people are very

very angry some of Flynn's family members appear to be counting on Trump

to act on Tuesday one of Flynn's brothers tweeted a message urging the

President to pardon his former advisor responding to a tweet by Trump alleging

bias in the FBI mr. president I personally believe that a pardon is due

to general Flynn given the apparent and obvious illegitimate of the manner in

which the so called crimes he plead guilty to were extracted from him Joseph

Flynn wrote I ask for quick action on this thank you and keep up the good work

Joseph Flynn did not respond to requests for comment

outside legal experts said that discussing ways to undermine a possible

witness is a natural first step for defense lawyers to consider

it's pretty predictable said Randall de liason a former public corruption

prosecutor in the US Attorney's Office in Washington defense will always argue

that a cooperator who lied previously should not be believed and that there is

insufficient evidence of the conspiracy its defense strategy 101 he added how

effective it would be depends entirely on the strength of the other evidence

that the prosecution can present to prove its case and corroborate Flynn

Barbara Van Gelder a veteran white-collar defense lawyer and former

prosecutor called it textbook for the defense team to raise doubts about

Flynn's version of events they will pull out all the arguments you pleaded guilty

you don't have anything more than your word and you probably got your son off

with this you got the deal of the century she said

securing documents that corroborate the statements of co-operators such as Flynn

is often key when the case comes down to dueling accounts legal experts said

people's recollections can be faulty but you can't cross-examine a document Van

Gelder said it is what it is exactly what Flynn might offer Mueller

about what he saw inside the Trump operation remains a mystery Van Gelder

noted that in the way the special counsel structured Flynn's plea

agreement prosecutors avoided sharing the guts of

their ongoing investigation that is what I thought was the brilliance of the

Flynn plea she said it said I'm giving just enough to have the judge sentence

you within the guidelines but not giving anything to anybody else White House

advisors have noted Flynn did not plead guilty to being a co-conspirator in any

criminal scheme which they argue shows he is not able to provide evidence of a

larger conspiracy some legal experts said prosecutors could still rely on

Flynn's testimony to allege such a scheme however others said persuading a

jury to charge a conspiracy that did not include a key witness would be more

difficult if Mueller opted not to charge him in a conspiracy Van Gelder asked how

much of a crime is it really

BREAKING NEWS From President Trump… It's HUGE - Duration: 3:21.

BREAKING NEWS From President Trump Its HUGE

While the list of failures that poured out of the Obama administration are far too numerous

to list, one that ranks high near the top is how he totally blew it with radical Islamic

terror group ISIS.

Remember when he called them junior varsity? more or less asserting they were not a serious

threat?

Yeah, then they started taking over tons of cities and land in the Middle East, beheading

Americans, carrying out attacks on our soil and in Europe.

Oh but ISIS is nothing compared to climate change.

Well it seems the tide is turning on ISIS since President Trump has been in office.

New reports from Fox News state that the terror group has lost close to 98 percent of the

territory it once held Heres more from Fox:

ISIS has lost 98 percent of the territory it once held with half of that terror

groups so-called caliphate having been recaptured since President Trump took

office less than a year ago, U.S. military officials said Tuesday.

The massive gains come after years of onerous rules, when critics say the Obama administration

micromanaged the war and shunned a more intensive air strategy that could have ended

the conflict much sooner.

The rules of engagement under the Obama administration were onerous.

I mean what are we doing having individual target determination being conducted in the

White House, which in some cases adds weeks and weeks, said retired Air Force Lt. Gen.

David Deptula, the former head of U.S. Air Force intelligence.

The limitations that were put on actually resulted in greater civilian casualties.

The latest American intelligence assessment says fewer than 1,000 ISIS fighters now remain

in Iraq and Syria, down from a peak of nearly 45,000 just two years ago.

U.S. officials credit nearly 30,000 U.S.-led coalition airstrikes and regional partners

on the ground for killing more than 70,000 jihadists.

Meanwhile, only a few thousand have returned home.

In other words, Trump is making good on his promise to dismantle and destroy the ISIS

threat to the United States, and while it may not be happening overnight, its getting

done, bit by bit.

Theres little doubt much of the success Trump is having is due to the excellent military

personnel he has surrounded himself with and the fact he actually listens to their strategies

and implements them effectively.

However, while ISIS has pretty much been beaten down, they are still an influence in the Middle

East where they are calling upon jihadis all over the world to carry out lone wolf style

attacks all across the globe.

Even though this victory is reason to celebrate, its important to note the danger is not

over yet.

Unfortunately, theres not likely ever going to be a complete and total end to radical

Islamic terrorism.

There will always be new groups springing up to take the place of the ones that have

been destroyed.

The only way to defeat this threat to liberty and life across the planet is through combatting

its ideology, and this is an area we are sorely lacking in engagement.

Regardless, good work, President Trump!

Keep it up!

Trump talked tough but hasn't reined in college tuition - Duration: 3:47.

Trump talked tough but hasnt reined in college tuition

Rather than press universities on affordability, he has sought to tax them and promote alternative

paths for students. On the campaign trail, President Donald Trump railed against elite

universities that he said were paying more to hedge funds and private equity managers

than they are spending on tuition assistance. He vowed to push colleges to cut the skyrocketing

cost of tuition.

But in the year since, his administration has done little to help low- and middle-income

Americans afford the nations best schools, even as data released this year show just

how pervasive economic inequality is on American college campuses.

Many of the nations top schools serve more students from the top 1 percent of earners

than the bottom 60 percent combined, according to a study by the Equality of Opportunity

Project.

The Trump administration, instead, has largely sent the message that those four-year universities

arent for everyone a talking point that groups working to expand college access,

especially for low-income students, say threatens to exacerbate the problem.

I tend to wonder who is the everyone who is in that category and who is not,

said Michelle Asha Cooper, president of the Institute for Higher Education Policy, a nonpartisan

group focused on promoting access to higher education.

Its very important we do not create policies that will further marginalize students

of color and low-income students.

The administration has built a narrative that four-year degrees have been overemphasized.

Trump has called for more career and technical training.

He has said vocational education is the way of the future.

Apprenticeships, hes said, can be a positive alternative to a four-year degree.

So many people go to college, four years, they dont like it, theyre not necessarily

good at it, but theyre good at other things, like fixing engines and building things,

Trump said in March, referencing his own experience at the Wharton School of the University of

Pennsylvania.

When I went to school, I saw it.

I sat next to people that werent necessarily good students but they could take an engine

apart blindfolded.

Education Secretary Betsy DeVos hit that point again this month during a commencement address

at the University of Baltimore.

We must stop suggesting there is only one, conventional path to success, she said.

In fact, there are many avenues to gain what individual students need or want: industry-recognized

certificates, stackable credits, credentials and licensures, badges, micro-degrees, apprenticeships,

two-year degrees, four-year degrees, advanced degrees

While the administration has thrown its support behind allowing students to keep collecting

Pell Grants federal aid for low-income students all year, and has worked to make

applying for federal student aid easier, it is also rewriting Obama-era regulations that

advocates say are key to protecting borrowers.

In addition, Trumps tax reform package would tax some university endowments, which

schools argue will take money they otherwise might have spent on financial aid and send

it to the federal government.

White House deputy press secretary Hogan Gidley said in a statement: The Trump Administrations

higher education principles promote reforms that provide students access to more postsecondary

options.

The President believes students deserve the opportunity to choose an education tailored

to their needs.

This policy framework will better prepare students to compete in a globally competitive

economy, modernize an antiquated federal student aid system, and hold higher education institutions

more accountable to students and taxpayers."

How Trump could kill the Iran nuclear deal in January - Duration: 3:56.

How Trump could kill the Iran nuclear deal in January

The president will soon face a series of deadlines during which he could deliver on a campaign

promise to rip up the 2015 agreement.

President Donald Trump allowed the Iran nuclear deal to survive through 2017, but the new

year will offer him another chance to blow up the agreement and critics and supporters

alike believe he may take it.

By mid-January, the president will face new legal deadlines to choose whether to slap

U.S. sanctions back on Tehran.

Senior lawmakers and some of Trump's top national security officials are trying to preserve

the agreement.

But the deal's backers fear Trump has grown more willing to reject the counsel of his

foreign policy team, as he did with his recent decision to recognize Jerusalem as Israels

capital.

The decision represents an opportunity for Trump to deliver on a campaign promise to

rip up the Iran deal, one he has repeatedly deferred at the urging of senior officials.

When Trump last publicly addressed the status of the Iran agreement, in mid-October, he

indicated his patience had worn thin with what he has called the worst deal ever,

and demanded that Congress and European countries take action to address what he considers the

deals weakness.

[I]n the event we are not able to reach a solution working with Congress and our allies,

then the agreement will be terminated, Trump said in an Oct. 13 speech.

The three months since then have shown little progress toward such a solution. In an effort

to save the deal, members of Congress are discussing legislation that would give Trump

political cover to extend the deal.

But its not clear whether Republicans and Democrats can agree on even a symbolic measure

in time.

Its entirely possible that Trump tells Congress and the Europeans, I gave you

90 days to get your act together and you didn't and Im done, said Mark Dubowitz,

CEO of the Foundation for Defense of Democracies, a hawkish Washington think tank with close

ties to the Trump White House.

The deal was negotiated in 2015 by the Obama administration, along with five other nations.

It lifted U.S. and European sanctions on Iran in exchange for strict limits on Tehrans

nuclear program.

The deals supporters say military action was the only realistic alternative to preventing

Iran from acquiring a nuclear weapon.

Critics say the deal allowed Iran to retain too much nuclear capability and that the sanctions

should have been given more time to bite.

The deadlines for Trump begin on Jan. 11, when the agreement requires him as it

does every 90 days to certify whether Tehran is meeting its obligations under the

deal.

International inspectors who visit the countrys nuclear facilities have repeatedly said Iran

is doing so.

But Trump refused to certify Iranian compliance in mid-October, citing in part Iranian aggression

throughout the Middle East.

Trumps refusal to certify had no immediate practical effect on the deal, though under

the law it triggered a 60-day window for Congress to restore the sanctions by a simple majority,

without the possibility of a Senate filibuster.

While expectations were high for some congressional action that Trump could point to as a response

to his complaints, Congress became consumed by tax reform and took no action.

One hard-line measure that attracted attention this fall, devised by Sen. Tom Cotton (R-Ark.),

went nowhere after Democrats made clear they would strongly oppose it.

Even more consequential are upcoming deadlines for Trump to continue the temporary waiver

of U.S. sanctions on Iran, which the deal dictates will not be permanently repealed

for several more years.

The president must renew the waivers every 120 days.

Sources familiar with the law said multiple waiver deadlines arrive between Jan. 12 and

Jan. 17, forcing Trump to reassess the deal.

TRUMP EFFECT RECORD HOLIDAY SALES NEAR $600 BILLION Expert Spend - Duration: 5:31.

TRUMP EFFECT RECORD HOLIDAY SALES NEAR $600 BILLION Expert Spending Pace Not Seen Since

Great Recession

Retailers are reporting record holiday sales this season of $598 billion as of Christmas

Eve, fueled by confidence in the pro-business, pro-jobs economic polices of President Donald

Trump of cutting Obama-era regulations and enacting major tax cuts and reforms.

Yet media reports by CBS, AP and the Wall Street Journal all failed to mention President

Trump in their reports on the record sales.

The Drudge Report however is leading Monday night with a photo and headline crediting

Trump with the boom in sales over a link to the WSJ article that doesnt credit Trump,

GREAT AGAIN: RETAILERS FEEL CHRISTMAS CHEER

CBS News reported Monday night without mentioning Trump at all:

Total retail sales this holiday season added up to a record $598 billion dollars up

$33 billion from last year.

This is literally the best season since before the recession, business owner Craig

Johnson said.

Johnsons company, Customer Growth Partners, analyzes all things retail.

He credits low unemployment and a booming stock market for this humbug-free holiday

season.

The single biggest drive of retail sales is growth in real disposable income, he

said.

And when real income goes up, people have money in their pocket and theyre able to

spend it.

The AP also cited Johnson about the sales boom and failed to mention Trump at all:

Experts have issued rosy forecasts for the season.

Shoppers seemed to be in the mood with unemployment at a 17-year low and consumer sentiment at

its highest level since 2000.

Shoppers have been spending at a pace not seen since the Great Recession, says Craig

Johnson, president of retail consulting group Customer Growth Partners.

Using a different source, the Wall Street Journal (also via Fox Business) reported sales

were up almost 5%, but did not mention Trump at all:

Retailers are enjoying some extra Christmas cheer.

Fueled by high consumer confidence and a robust job market, U.S. retail sales in the holiday

period rose at their best pace since 2011, according to Mastercard SpendingPulse, which

tracks both online and in-store spending.

Sales, excluding automobiles, rose 4.9% from Nov. 1 through Christmas, compared with a

3.7% gain in the same period last year, according to the Mastercard Inc. unit, which tracks

all forms of payment.

E-commerce continued to drive the gains, rising 18.1%.

Unlike in past years, when spending was driven by high-income shoppers, this holiday

season a broader swath of the population opened their wallets, encouraged by rising wages

and low unemployment, analysts and economists said.

Fewer people are living paycheck to paycheck, said Chris Christopher, executive director

of economic-research firm IHS Markit.

There is a lot more spending from the lower- and middle-income groups, while the upper-income

groups are splurging.

The failure of the media to even mention President Trumps policies as a factor in the record

holiday sales is yet another example of why his poll numbers are low.

In contrast the media gave former President Barack Obama credit for every meager sign

of growth such that it was lampooned by South Park in the Margaritaville episode about the

Great Recession (via Wikipedia):

In a scene resembling that of the Last Supper, Kyle and his friends go out for pizza where

he laments that he feels they will not be able to get together like this anymore because

he thinks one of his friends will betray him.

The next day, Kyle sets up a table with a credit card machine in the town and begins

paying everybodys debts with his American Express Platinum Card.

Kyles mother begs him to stop because he will be in debt for life, but Kyle feels he

must to help everybody in the town.

After paying for the debts, he passes out and the people carry him to his bed.

Soon enough, the economy takes a turn for the better.

Malls and shops start opening again for business and the now debt free people start purchasing

again.

Randy is shown buying the new Margaritaville with a salsa despenser (You pour salsa

into the top, and then it despenses out the bottom!).

The news acknowledges President Barack Obama for the sacrifices he made and credits him

for bringing these improvements in the economy leaving Kyle infuriated shouting Come on!.

Liberal Media Interrupts Trump While Thanking Firefighters, But He Gets ULTIMATE Revenge - Duration: 3:38.

Liberal Media Interrupts Trump While Thanking Firefighters, But He Gets ULTIMATE Revenge

A shocking clip is spreading across social media after President Donald Trump decided

to stop and thank some local firefighters.

As it turns out, a few members of the liberal media thought it would be a good time to interrupt,

but their attempt would blow up in their face as Trump got the last word – and the ultimate

revengeDonald Trump is currently in Florida enjoying his Christmas holiday in Florida,

but it's not all fun and games.

In fact, the President has been doing quite a bit of work and has even taken time out

of his schedule to show Americans what he really finds important.

With just that in mind, he went to a West Palm Beach fire hall for a meet and greet

with firefighters, but things didn't exactly go according to plan.

At first, things seemed to be going off without a hitch, but it wasn't long before things

started to take a turn.

During an impromptu speech, President Trump ensured the firefighters that he knows the

struggle it has been to be a public servant and that he is dedicated to getting both firemen

and police the budgets they need in the future to do their jobs correctly.

"We want to give these people credit for the great job that they do, so thank you all

very much.

We appreciate it," President Trump said before he then answered questions from the

firefighters for about 10 minutes and discussed the passage of the tax bill and how he is

fighting for their retirement accounts every day he is in office.

Although Trump simply hoped to spend time with the brave men and women who serve the

public and show his appreciation, it wasn't long before the liberal media tried to mess

things up.

As the meet and greet came to an end, the firefighters lined up to shake hands with

the president, and that's just about the time the liberal media sprang their trap.

Just like that, a few reporters began shouting questions at Trump in an attempt to make him

look foolish — but the exact opposite happened.

Although the full video is below, the good part, in which Trump handles the rude reporters

like a champ, starts just after the 4:30 mark.Without hesitation, Trump led everyone in a round

of applause, prompting the firefighters to interrupt the shouting reporters and drown

them out by loudly clapping their hands so that the rude interruption could no longer

be heard.

A few moments later, Trump exited to the sound of applause as everyone continued to clap

around him.

Although he turned around to give one last wave at the end, Trump was able to walk out

happily, knowing that the liberal media couldn't ask any more of their desperate questions.

By the time the applause had died down enough to hear voices, the president was already

long gone, well on his way out of the building.

Although the left doesn't want you to know it, many people in this country love and support

President Donald Trump.

In fact, these firefighters proved just that by helping to silence the yapping hounds in

the liberal media who are always looking for a way to attack our president.

One could only hope that the mainstream media would give Trump a fair shake, but seeing

how he continues to shatter the narratives that they've been feeding the American people,

well, it's clear why they don't like him.

Too bad for them, no one really cares about their feelings or opinions, and they'd do

themselves a favor by simply reporting the truth.

Only time will tell if the idiots learn that lesson for themselves, though.

Trump Executive Order targets Deep State & Opens Door to Full - Duration: 15:27.

Trump Executive Order targets Deep State & Opens Door to Full Disclosure

BY DR MICHAEL

Something very profound happened in the U.S. on December 21 with the passage of President

Donald Trumps Executive Order Blocking the Property of Persons Involved in Serious

Human Rights Abuse or Corruption.

The order declared a state of national emergency concerning human rights and corruption, and

named specific individuals and organizations that would have their bank accounts and assets

frozen regardless of where in the world the abuses had occurred.

While the mainstream media has largely ignored Trumps Executive Order, the alternative

media has been paying close attention.

Many have noted the Executive Order is far more significant than what it appears to be

on the surface.

Rather than just freezing the financial resources of foreign citizens linked to the Russian

sphere of influence, as it superficially appears to do, it is really targeted at members of

the Deep State (aka Cabal or Illuminati) that have been involved in human trafficking,

pedophilia and systemic corruption all over the planet.

The language of the Executive Order is very open ended in terms of how international corruption

and human rights abuses threaten US national security:

I, DONALD J. TRUMP, President of the United States of America, find that the prevalence

and severity of human rights abuse and corruption that have their source, in whole or in substantial

part, outside the United States, such as those committed or directed by persons listed in

the Annex to this order, have reached such scope and gravity that they threaten the stability

of international political and economic systemsThe United States seeks to impose tangible and

significant consequences on those who commit serious human rights abuse or engage in corruption,

as well as to protect the financial system of the United States from abuse by these same

persons.

I therefore determine that serious human rights abuse and corruption around the world constitute

an unusual and extraordinary threat to the national security, foreign policy, and economy

of the United States, and I hereby declare a national emergency to deal with that threat.

Its annex identifies key individuals and organizations, several of whom are clearly associated with

Russia.

The Executive Order is linked to the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act

that emerged from the murder of a prominent dissident exposing human rights abuses and

corruption in Russia.

This linkage can easily lead readers into falsely believing that the Executive Order

is solely intended to target corrupt Russian officials, and corruption and human rights

abuses by countries in Russias sphere of influence.

Yet, as a number of alternative media sources point out, Trumps Executive Order goes

well beyond the Russian sphere of influence.

It is really targeting the Deep State, and fulfilling his 2016 campaign pledge to drain

the swamp .

For example, Jim Stone, a freelance journalist, writes:

The executive order is presented as a national emergency up front, right in the beginning.

At first it reads like hes going after foreigners which are named directly in an

annex at the end.

Thats not what this is.

The first part of the order only cements the second part of the order, to prevent American

criminals from running away to foreign countries and being supported by foreigners.

To sum this up:

No swamp critter can accept help from another swamp critter in getting away Child traffickers

and other human rights abuses are covered, the stealing of and misuse of government funds

is covered, all items are covered for foreigners and U.S. citizens, any foreigners who have

assets in the U.S. that have done anything against the U.S. for the purpose of supporting

the American swamp will have those assets seized, anyone in violation of anything in

this executive order will have their assets seized .

An anonymous whistleblower using the pseudonym MegaAnon says that the Executive Order has

led to many powerful members of the Deep State waking up with no financial resources.

Guess what?

The Swamps financials FROZE OVER while they all slept last night, yall.

Its gonna be a LOOOOOONG Christmas break for them they were all broke before sunrise

This covers kids/humans, drugs, arms/guns, WMDs/chemicals/Uranium, organs, etc.

Now if you want to know who in our swamp woke up with frozen accounts, foundations, charities,

side businesses and shell orgs/LLCs, etc. dig into the annex list

The Executive Order and the language it uses really does mark a momentous event.

Quite simply, it marks a transfer of political power from the Deep State to the U.S. military

in terms of who is really in control of the U.S. Republic.

Its no secret that Donald Trump has surrounded himself with senior military officers who

share his desire to drain the swamp.

His Chief of Staff, John Kelly, is a retired four star USMC general; his Secretary of Defense,

James Mattis, is also a retired four star USMC general; his National Security Advisor,

James McMaster, is an active duty three star US Army general; his head of the National

Security Agency, Mike Rogers, is an active duty four star Navy Admiral; the head of the

Secret Service, Randolph Alles is a retired two star Marine General; and the list goes

on.

The role of Admiral Mike Rogers is particularly significant since he broke ranks with the

US intelligence community back in late 2016 to warn Trump about a Deep State effort to

undermine and even prevent him from coming into power by spying on his transition team.

While Trump was President-elect, Rogers traveled to Trump Tower on November 17, 2016 to warn

him of the Deep State plans.

The next day, the Washington Post reported on a recommendation by the Intelligence Community

and Pentagon in October 2016 to sack Rogers.

President Obamas Director of National Intelligence, James Clapper, and the Secretary of Defense,

Ashton Carter, reportedly were dissatisfied with Rogers performance, including his visit

to Trump:

In a move apparently unprecedented for a military officer, Rogers, without notifying superiors,

traveled to New York to meet with Trump on Thursday at Trump Tower.

That caused consternation at senior levels of the administration, according to the officials,

who spoke on the condition of anonymity to discuss internal personnel matters.

CIA Director John Brennon was a key player in the effort to remove Rogers as illustrated

by the Washington Post story which is the traditional official news outlet promoting

CIA interests.

To his credit, President Obama did not take action against Rogers.

Now more than a year after these back stage maneuverings, Rogers remains at the helm of

the NSA closely monitoring the global activities of the Deep State and advising Trump and his

National Security team.

This has been especially significant when it came to the Central Intelligence Agency

which has long been the key U.S. institution in funding and enforcing the will of the Deep

State.

In particular, the CIAs Clandestine Services and Counterintelligence divisions were instrumental

in creating an unofficial black budget for funding highly classified projects and

operations ever since the CIAs creation in 1947.

These two branches of the CIA have long been the secret enforcers of Deep State as best

illustrated in the Kennedy Assassination.

James Jesus Angleton, chief of the CIAs Counterintelligence office, played a direct

role, while Richard Helms (Deputy Director of Plans) provided covert support for the

operation.

Trumps elevation of former congressman, Mike Pompeo, to become CIA Director was intended

to bring the CIA under direct Presidential authority.

Pompeo was, however, effectively sidelined from exercizing any real power over the CIAs

covert operations.

It was Pompeos more balanced approach to US-Russia relations that earned him the enmity

of shadowy CIA groups.

The situation dramatically changed on Saturday November 18, when a number of USMC helicopters

flew over the CIAs Headquarters in Langley, Virginia.

A former FBI agent, Hal Turner confirmed through credible sources that the helicopters had

buzzed the CIA HQ for roughly 30 minutes.

The intent was clear, the USMC was threatening the CIAs clandestine services division

to get on board with the Trump administration or else.

This is not the first time that the CIA has been intimidated by a US President threatening

to unleash the US military against it.

In 1958, President Eisenhower threatened the CIAs Area 51 facilities in Nevada with

invasion by the US First Army stationed at Colorado if the CIA did not fully disclose

all its classified programs there.

In a May 2013 video interview, a former CIA operative revealed what he heard Eisenhower

tell his boss to relay to the mysterious MJ-12 Committee in charge of the Area 51 facility,

for which the CIA provided operational security.

The clearest sign that the CIA is now firmly under Trumps control is President Putin

thanking President Trump and Pompeo for thwarting a planned terrorist attack against a prominent

St Petersberg cathedral.

A December 17 Kremlin Press Release stated:

Vladimir Putin thanked Donald Trump for the information passed on by the United States

Central Intelligence Agency (CIA) that helped detain the terrorists who plotted to set off

explosions at Kazan Cathedral in St Petersburg and other public places in the city.

The information received from the CIA was enough to locate and detain the criminals.

The Russian President asked the US President to convey his appreciation to the Central

Intelligence Agency director and the operatives of US intelligence services who received this

information.

It is unprecedented for a Russian Head of State to publicly thank the CIA.

The underlying message was clear, the CIA was now under the control of White Hats in

the U.S. national security system and Putin was very grateful.

What we are witnessing with Trumps December 21 Executive Order is the final act of a well

thought out plan to sideline the Deep State, drain the swamp , and reinstate direct

Presidential authority over the U.S. national security system.

Effectively, we are witnessing a handover of real power from the Deep State to the U.S.

military via Donald Trump as Commander in Chief.

What is particularly noteworthy in the Executive Order is that this transfer of power is being

done quietly behind the scenes with little mainstream attention.

Key figures in the Deep State are finding their global financial resources frozen, and

are being secretly detained via sealed indictments that now have worldwide impact due to Trumps

Executive Order.

By late November, there were over four thousand sealed federal indictments being tracked by

alternative news journalists such as Hal Turner.

Many of these are being enforced by Special Operations Command personnel that are going

around the planet arresting key Deep State figures.

All this leads to the question, what does all this mean for a seven decades-long suppression

of the truth regarding extraterrestrial life and technology, the existence of a breakaway

German colony in Antarctica, and the existence of multiple secret space programs?

The way in which the Executive Order has been crafted for a specific target, and quietly

enforced is that the U.S. military is wanting to keep much of what is occurring off the

public radar.

The primary reason for doing so is clearly to minimize disruption to the U.S. political

system while the transfer of power takes place.

Once the transfer process is complete, we can expect some of the sealed indictments

being publicly revealed, and Trump publicly declaring victory in his effort to drain

the swamp.

We can expect a lot of unexpected retirements by indicted individuals who are currently

making plea deals to escape imprisonment.

Individuals involved in the most egregious human rights abuses such as child trafficking,

will very likely be publicly exposed and tried.

As the transfer of power process moves forward, we can expect that more of the truth about

secret space programs, Antarctica and extraterrestrial life will be disclosed.

Based on how the U.S. military is dealing with key figures from the Deep State, it can

be predicted that disclosure will take place in a gradual manner that does not disrupt

the social fabric of US and stability of the global community.

Disclosure is inevitable, but with the U.S. military now increasingly in charge of the

American end of the process, disclosure is likely to happen in a series of gradual steps

that culminate in sweeping changes all across the planet as advanced technologies involving

zero-point energy, antigravity propulsion and holographic healing are strategically

released.

While removal of the Deep State and its corrosive global influence through human rights abuses

and corruption is a welcome development, the outsized behind-the-scenes influence of the

U.S. military in the Trump administration is a cause for concern in the long term.

Predictably, disclosures that will occur throughout the remainder of the Trump administration

will promote US national security interests largely defined through a military mindset.

President Eisenhowers greatest lament over the way classified projects involving advanced

technologies were being managed in the U.S. was that excessive secrecy cut out the best

people from the decision making process.

Only full disclosure will prevent a similar problem from arising in the future where a

new Deep State emerges, one dominated by military interests, with control over advanced technologies,

which it uses to dominate the rest of humanity.

Full disclosure is essential for humanity transitioning from an insular planet dominated

either by criminal syndicates or a military mindset, into to a more informed peaceful

planetary society worthy of becoming a full member of a galactic community.

BOMBSHELL Trump To FREEZE HILLARY'S ASSETS… This Is ABSOLUTELY MASSIVE - Duration: 3:59.

BOMBSHELL Trump To FREEZE HILLARYS ASSETS This Is ABSOLUTELY MASSIVE

Many analysts predicted that as soon as President Trump scored his first big legislative win

that the gloves would come off and hed start draining the swamp, and it appears as

if thats exactly the case.

Last week, the President quietly signed a powerful executive order that allows the freezing

of assets of a wide range of individuals, ranging from foreign nationals, to foreign

businesses, to U.S. businesses, politicians, and lobbyists, if any of the aforementioned

people were a part of corruption or human rights abuses.

In fact, Zero Hedge reports that the executive order basically applies to anyone in the world

who aided and abetted serious human rights abusers or who has been found to engage

in corruption, including the misappropriation of state assets, the expropriation of private

assets for personal gain, and corruption related to government contracts or the extraction

of natural resources.

Uranium One sound familiar?

What about the Clinton Foundation?

The Trump Administration quietly issued an Executive Order (EO) last Thursday which allows

for the freezing of US-housed assets belonging to foreign individuals or entities deemed

serious human rights abusers, along with government officials andexecutives of

foreign corporations (current or former) found to have engaged in corruption which includes

the misappropriation of state assets, the expropriation of private assets for personal

gain, and corruption related to government contracts or the extraction of natural resources.

Furthermore, anyone in the United States who aids or participates in said corruption or

human rights abuses by foreign parties is subject to frozen assets along with any

U.S. corporation who employs foreigners deemed to have engaged in corruption on behalf of

the company.

In fact, anyone in the world who has materially assisted, sponsored, or provided financial,

material or technological support for, or goods or services to foreigners targeted

by the Executive Order is subject to frozen assets.

Yikes.

Everyone involved with the Clintons should be shaking in their boots now.

Also included in the order are D.C. lobbyists, many of whom work on behalf of foreign governments

guilty of some of the worst atrocities on the planet.

Last Weeks Executive Order could have serious implications for D.C. lobbyists who provide

goods and services (e.g. lobbying services) to despots, corrupt foreign politicians or

foreign organizations engaging in the crimes described in the EO.

Virtually every lobbyist in DC has got to be in a cold sweat over the scope of this

EO, said an attorney consulted in the matter who wishes to remain anonymous.

Consider, what would happen if Apple, say employed a foreign national who bribed a PRC

official for government approvals?

How about a hypothetical case of a company like Northrop or Boeing where an employee,

or consultant, who is a foreign national bribes a Saudi official to direct government purchases

of airplanes and military equipment?

At least some or all of their assets could be frozen, said the attorney.

As far as Hillary and her cabal are concerned, we turn to Uranium One.

A former FBI informant claims to have video evidence of Russian officials using briefcases

full of cash to bribe those responsible for approving the controversial deal, which allowed

Russia to take control of 20 percent of Americas strategic uranium reserves.

Lets also not forget about Tony Podesta, who ran the now-defunct Podesta Group.

Podesta was basically an agent of the Clinton Foundation, and his brother pushed strongly

to have David Adams, Hillarys chief adviser while she was Secretary of State, hired by

the Podesta Group so that there would be a direct liaison between the State Department

and the Russians attempting to purchase our Uranium.

BREAKING NEWS From DC! TRUMP Just Got LAST LAUGH - Duration: 6:10.

BREAKING NEWS From DC!

TRUMP Just Got LAST LAUGH Spend time in any airport in America, and

you'll hear a voice overhead telling you about all the security measures that the airport

adheres to "in the interested of homeland security."

Knowing that the airport is trying to keep everyone safe, then the task of taking off

your shoes, unpacking your bags, holding your hands over your head, getting a full body

scan or even a pat-down from an unfriendly agent in blue makes the procedure just a little

more bearable.

What's not bearable is the notion that it might all be in vain if the very people who

want to kill us are slipping into this country under our very noses.

President Trump set out to fix that problem with his travel ban, making it more difficult

for the those from the nations that fund terrorism to enter the United States.

However, this is still unacceptable to some.

For whatever the reason, liberals are up in arms about the idea that the U.S. doesn't

have its arms thrown open to all Muslims, regardless of their intentions.

The concept that our nation shouldn't vet anyone entering is ludicrous, especially considering

that we're still a nation at war.

However, the implementation of the Trump Administration travel ban is still causing a stir.

According to The Intercept, those from the nations highlighted in the travel ban are

not happy about these new security measures:

"Global Entry memberships on January 31 and February 1 for citizens of Iran, Iraq,

Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Syria, and Yemen – the countries included in the first iteration

of Trump's travel ban – according to CBP documents released to ADC.

But the numbers don't add up, said Free, noting that 10 of ADC's 30 clients were

not included in CBP's list, which identified travelers using their Global Entry traveler

numbers.

The Department of Homeland Security, CBP's parent agency, also provided conflicting information

to nine senators who sent a letter to then-DHS Secretary John Kelly inquiring about Global

Entry revocations for Muslim travelers.

DHS sent a memo to New Jersey Democratic Sen. Cory Booker, one of the letter's signatories,

claiming that 419 memberships were revoked following Trump's January 27 order.

The memo, which was released to The Intercept, also says all the memberships were reinstated

February 2.

…hundreds of travelers with a Muslim, Arab, or South Asian background whose Global Entry

clearances were revoked, in what lawyers and civil rights activists say is a de facto extension

of the Trump administration's Muslim travel ban.

The American-Arab Anti-Discrimination Committee in August and October obtained emails and

documents through the Freedom of Information Act confirming that CBP revoked Global Entry

memberships for hundreds of travelers from Arab and Muslim-majority countries – many

of them U.S. citizens — earlier this year.

And ADC's own records show that the number of revocations exceeds what CBP has acknowledged.

Global Entry is one of four CBP Trusted Traveler Programs that allow vetted U.S. citizens,

lawful permanent residents, and nationals from nine countries expedited entry through

airport security and customs.

In order to obtain Global Entry clearance, applicants must provide biometric records

and undergo interviews and background checks.

Days after President Donald Trump signed a hotly contested executive order restricting

immigration from seven Muslim-majority countries, about 30 Muslim and Arab travelers in the

United States reported to ADC that CBP revoked their Global Entry clearances, according to

immigration attorneys Andrew Free and Greg Siskind, who filed a lawsuit on ADC's behalf.

'What has happened, in practice, is that people who were once able — by the virtue

of Global Entry — to escape the constant racial and ethnic profiling they faced when

traveling have now been suddenly, and without explanation, denied that privilege,' Free

told The Intercept.

'The only thing they all have in common is that nothing has changed in their own personal

situations, and, of course, the reality of their own identities.'

In March, ADC filed a FOIA request with CBP for emails that contained the terms 'Muslim,'

'Arab,' 'Muslim ban,' 'ban,' and 'travel ban.'

CBP did not timely respond to the request, so ADC filed a lawsuit in April.

On October 6, nearly six months later, CBP released records to the ADC.

The response, Free said, is incomplete and misleading.

For example, CBP only turned over emails from a single CBP manager's email account, and

they did not contain any of the keywords included in ADC's request.

CBP also has not conducted requested email searches that would reveal whether the agency

issued any internal policies or memoranda on or after November 9, 2016, relating to

the suspension, revocation, or cancellation of Global Entry memberships."

The thing about being at war with another group is that by definition, you are discriminating

against them.

As General Patton so famously pointed out, the object of war isn't to die for your

country, it's to make the other person die for theirs, and in order to do that we have

to know who "they" are.

We didn't start this war.

If you'll recall, they started it when they attacked the United States.

We are in a war with terrorism, and we are discriminating against people from countries

that fund what we are at war with.

It's not an evil plot, it's just the basics of how to win a war.

If we didn't discriminate against anyone, we would have to accept traitors into our

midst, and that would be crazy.

Trump Puts Obama to Shame With Special Police Request During Hol - Duration: 3:30.

Trump Puts Obama to Shame With Special Police Request During Holiday Visit

The holidays are a time to show respect for those who serve us. President Donald Trump

just did this in a major way and it put Barack Obama to shame.

As most of you likely know, the president is spending his Christmas break at his Mar-a-Lago

resort in Florida. That takes a considerable amount of security presence, and not just

by the Secret Service.

What you probably didnt know, however, is how the Trumps treated those who were assigned

to the security detail. It didnt get a lot of play in the media although CNNs

Noah Gray tweeted about it.

Yes, police, Secret Service and the people of the White House Military Office were all

treated to a full Christmas spread at the request of the president and all out

of the presidents pocket, without a dime apparently spent for the dinner by taxpayers.

They even made sure that every shift got a meal by offering meals.

Thats a pretty big move to begin with, but it looks positively great when you consider

the previous White Houses acrimonious relationship with the nations police.

It was so bad that in summer of 2016, right after five Dallas police officers were shot

and killed during a Black Lives Matter march, the executive director of the National Association

of Police Organizations said that then-President Obama had engendered a war on cops.

William Johnson said that the continued appeasements at the federal level (by the

Obama administration) with the Department of Justice, their appeasement of violent criminals,

their refusal to condemn movements like Black Lives Matter, actively calling for the death

of police officers, that type of thing, all the while blaming police for the problems

in this country has led directly to the climate that has made Dallas possible.

As 2017 comes to an end, its always a good time to reflect on what made this year different

from last year especially in politics.

At least at the White House, one thing thats very different is a palpable respect for law

enforcement. That newfound level of respect has made itself known in a number of ways,

but the spread that was paid for out of the presidents pocket is a pretty effective

symbol for the whole thing.

What the Trumps did on Christmas wasnt the kind of thing that the Obamas were known

for. The last president and his family kept their distance from law enforcement and those

assigned to protect them. Trump, apparently, is changing that in a huge way.

Please like and share on Facebook and Twitter with your thoughts on what the president did.
