Fearless: Trump Heads West to Shrink Fed Lands, Return Property Obama Took

President Donald Trump is set to drastically slash two major pieces of federal lands in

the American West in what's seen as a major blow to legacy monuments created by both Barack

Obama and Bill Clinton.

According to The Washington Times, Trump will travel to Salt Lake City, Utah on Monday to

announce he's slashing the size of two large swaths of federal land in Utah created under

the Clinton and Obama administrations, the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument

and the Bears Ears National Monument.

The plan, which has long been in the works, has drawn protests from environmentalists

and Native American activists, who claim that the cuts are an insult to Native Americans

and illegal, according to Fox News.

However, conservatives have long contended that both monuments were nothing more than

an usurpation of land by the federal government by abusing the 1906 Antiquities Act.

The move has been a long time in coming; in October, it was reported that Trump had called

Utah GOP Sen. Orrin Hatch and told him he was approving a plan by Interior Secretary

Ryan Zinke that would reverse federal protection on 3.6 million acres of land.

In the case of Bears Ears National monument, that means a 85 percent reduction of federally-protected

land.

Zinke has been reviewing the situation since this spring; the decision that Trump is expected

to announce Monday would return control of the land to local governments as opposed to

putting it under federal oversight.

While both the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument and the Bears Ears National Monument

have been controversial land grabs, the latter has generated far more attention as of late.

On his way out the door last year, former President Obama decided to use the Antiquities

Act to create the monument — one of 29 he created during his presidency for a grand

total of 553 million acres of land under the control of the federal government.

The problem with that is that while the Antiquities Act does give the president the power to create

monuments, it specifically states that they need to a) be confined to as small an area

as possible and b) limited to "protecting specific artifacts or other items of cultural

and historical significance," according to The Washington Times.

Something tells me that could have been accomplished without taking 553 million acres.

GOP Rep. Rob Bishop agrees, especially in the case of the two monuments in his home

state of Utah.

"Utah has become ground zero for politically motivated national monument designations that

are excessive in size and contemptuous of peoples' livelihoods," stated Rep. Bishop,

chairman of the House Natural Resources Committee.

"The president has stood against prior abuses of executive power, and his administration

has demonstrated a commitment to work in concert with local communities to protect unique public

antiquities and objects the right way."

This didn't stop 5,000 protesters from coming out to Utah's State Capitol on Saturday

to rally against the plan.

Because, you know, Donald Trump, "the resistance," #NotMyPresident, etc.

"I want him to visit Bears Ears before he takes any action," Navajo Nation Attorney

General Ethel Branch said.

Well, I'm sure the president can visit it as state property — the way that it was

before Obama took it.

BREAKING: Trump Just Made BIG Announcement To Americans 20 Days Before Christmas Riots

About To Erupt!

An apologetic presidency catering to everything anti-American ended with Barack Obama.

President Donald Trump is in charge now and is doing everything it takes to make America

great again, no matter who offends.

With all the distraction on the petulant players in the NFL throwing National Anthem temper

tantrums, people have missed what else has been brewing which were about to face right

now, just 20 days before Christmas.

Knowing whats coming, Trump has just issued a massive announcement to all Americans that

is likely to cause outrage among some that could lead to riots.

When youre the leader of the greatest nation in the world, you can do what you want, which

we saw from Barack Obama who used that privilege for wrongdoing and the demise of our nation.

Trump is turning that train around by using his power for good in long-overdue ways, which

he promised to do when Americans voted him into office.

After already warning everyone about whats coming, he just doubled down on that declaration

with what he just openly reminded everyone to do right now.

Its clear that hes not backing down and that we have the right man in the White

House.

The liberal war of words is alive and well in our country.

The left wants to ban sentiments that trigger them and the right is pointing out the obvious

that regardless of political standing, we all as Americans share the same right to the

First Amendment.

Now, Trump has just settled the most controversial argument in our country once and for all by

making a new rule thats infuriating liberals.

Conservative Tribune reports:

President Donald Trump reminded everyone in the nation during the White House tree lighting

that Jesus is the reason for the Christmas season. As recorded on The White House website,

the lighting ceremony took place on Nov. 30.

President Trump carried on White House tradition and spoke at the ceremony.

Without hesitation or embarrassment, he took the stage and immediately began to recall

the Christmas story.

The Christmas Story begins 2,000 years ago with a mother, a father, their baby son,

and the most extraordinary gift of allthe gift of Gods love for all of humanity,

he began.

Whatever our beliefs, we know that the birth of Jesus Christ and the story of his

life forever changed the course of human history, he continued.

The president wasnt afraid to keep mentioning the name of Jesus or tell America the truth

about the Christmas season: its all about the birth of Jesus Christ.

Each and every year at Christmas time we recognize that the real spirit of Christmas

is not what we have, its about who we are each one of us is a child of God, Trump

continued, according to LifeSite News.

That is the true source of joy this time of the year.

That is what makes every Christmas merry, he stated. Its refreshing to have a leader

of the nation who also represents the groundwork that our country was built on, which was Christianity.

This is a stark difference from his Muslim predecessor who only pretended to be a faithful

Christian at his inauguration, but spent two presidential terms proving otherwise.

Trump doesnt hide his faith, in fact, hes proud of it as we saw during his campaign

when he declared that if he becomes president hell bring Merry Christmas back instead

of insisting on everyone saying the non-offending phrase, Happy Holidays. At a time when

any mention of God has been removed from schools and the calls for it to be erased from the

Pledge of Allegiance, our new president is reaffirming the Christian values that make

up our nation.

Trump wants Christmas back in the agenda.

Im guessing hes tired of everyone complaining about it.

I am too.

It wasnt ever a problem years ago and its not a problem now.

Christmas is one of the biggest holidays in America and were sticking to it.

Were not getting rid of Christmas.

Were not calling it winter holiday.

Were not letting these politically correct crybabies bully everyone into feeling bad

about loving Christmas.

Its our holiday and well enjoy it and give attention to what the real reason for

the season is.

Anyone who finds it offensive can celebrate their own holiday, but dont cry about ours.

You dont see conservatives whining about other peoples holidays.

Go celebrate!

Enjoy your day and well enjoy ours and we can all celebrate New Years Eve together.

Unless that, of course, is offensive too.

Is the calendar offensive to snowflakes as well?

Are we starting a #NotMyNewYear hashtag trend?

I think not.

Christmas is right around the corner, just 20 days from now, but heres an early MERRY

CHRISTMAS to all of you and yours in hopes that it triggers some snowflakes and anti-Christmas

goons.

After Days Of Silence, Paul Ryan Makes Huge Announcement About President Trump - Duration: 2:50.

After Days Of Silence, Paul Ryan Makes Huge Announcement About President Trump

Democrats were ready to bash Donald Trump just as soon as fired James Comey finished

testifying on Thursday but Paul Ryan, of all people, was ready with the perfect

defense.

Ryan and Trump havent always gotten along, mind you. This is the same Ryan who delayed

funding for building the wall. And the same Ryan who couldnt repeal Obamacare.

And the same Ryan who was so terrible at getting Republicans behind the president, he was actually

worried that Trump might start working with Democrats to get things done.

So its more than a little surprising when Ryan comes to the presidents defense. But

Ryan did so, and with an argument that completely shut up the libs and leftists calling for

the presidents head:In a nutshell, you elected a man who wasnt a politician. Hes

not acting like one. Get over it.

And hes exactly right. Trump is new at this.

The Independent Journal Review reports:

House Speaker Paul Ryan downplayed former FBI Director James Comeys testimony that

President Donald Trump asked for his loyalty, among other allegationsThe presidents

new at this, hes new to government, and so he probably wasnt steeped in the long-running

protocols that establish the relationships between DOJ, FBI, and White Houses, Ryan

said.

I think people now realize why the president is so frustrated.

I should hope so. Because its abundantly clear.

Donald Trump was elected to Drain the Swamp. And, like any good businessman, he knows he

needs a loyal team to turn around a failing business, or government. Once you have that

team together, youre ready to fire the rest, and start anew.

Comey had a chance to be on that team, and gave it up. And now the country is more concerned

with his testimony than any of the work that still needs to be done for the broken business

that is the United States of America.

We elected a man to do a job, and now were not letting him do it. Id be frustrated,

too.

Ryans not the only one thats defended the president in this way. Chris Christie

spoke up on MSNBC.

What people dont understand is that they elected an outsider presidentwho is

now is very publicly learning about the way people react to what he considers to be normal,

New York City conversations.

I didnt want a politician. I wanted someone to get things done.

And for once, I agree with Paul Ryan.

Breaking News Trump 12-5-17 , Trump-Russia probe : Mueller 'demands Deutsche Bank data' - Duration: 15:12.

From overnight now in a big victory for the Trump team at the Supreme Court on the travel BAM

Those justices allowing the current version to go into full effect at least temporarily, but the battle could be far from over for now

72 decision good morning i'm bill hemmer live inside of America's

Newsroom hey doing good. I'm doing all right. Good morning. Good to see you

I'm Sandra Smith seven of the nine justices agreed to allow the Trump administration to enforce the travel

ban the White House praising the decision saying quote the

Proclamation is lawful and essential to protecting our homeland. We look forward to presenting a fuller defense of the proclamation

The Trump administration arguing that blocking the full ban

Which impacts eight countries was causing quote irreparable harm to national security so our chief legal correspondent

Anchor of Fox News at night look who it is shannon bream. Good morning to you on the steps

What does this decision mean right now for the administration once you start there over the protests in the back?

Yes, we do have protests will talk about those coming up

But this could not have been a better decision for the White House after various lower court decisions

Blocking all the different forms of the travel ban in whole or in part the Supreme Court has now sent travel ban 3.0

That's the one that came out in September it can move forward being fully enforced while the lower court

Challenges continue to play out it is important to note

This is not a decision on the merits meaning the Supreme Court is not saying that it finds travel

Ban 3/4 knows completely legal or constitutional only that the justices will allow it to be enforced for now travel ban 3.0

Does impact travelers from 8 different countries now critics vow that they will keep fighting that includes the ACLU saying this quote?

President Trump's anti-muslim prejudice is no secret

It's unfortunate that the full ban can move forward for now we continue to stand for freedom equality and for those who are unfairly being

separated from their loved ones

Justices Ginsburg and Sotomayor both indicated. They would not have allowed traveling 13.0 to go into a black belt all right so now

What is at stake for the for the case and for the court now next?

Okay, so what you're hearing today are both sides of this argument that the justices will tackle today balancing the idea of religious freedom

against the rights of LGBT couples and others it pits

Basically a baker from Colorado Jack Phillips is his name masterpiece cakes and bakery is his business

He says he will serve anyone who comes to him

but he will not craft specific items for events or

Messages he finds in conflict with his Christian faith in this case. It was same-sex marriage. I

Serve everybody that comes in gay straight Catholic Muslim atheist I welcome everybody into my shop

I just don't create cakes for every event that's

Presented to me

So we talked exclusively with the couple at the center of this case charlie Craig and David Mullins they visited Phillips, Lakewood

Colorado shop in 2012 before same-sex marriage was legal in that state

They asked him to design a wedding cake for their reception which was going to be held in Colorado after they were legally married in

Massachusetts Phillips declined to make the cake, but offered to sell them ready-made items in the bakery they say the whole experience was humiliating

you know it's embarrassing to say, but I cried we

Teared up it was a very

Painful and emotional moment for us I feel like the moment made us feel helpless

Now both sides of this dispute say they're feeling confident today

They are out in full force the case will be heard at 10 a.m.

Eastern a decision is expected by June all right, so what's the noise behind you or off to the side? What's that?

We do have both sides here. We have those who are advocating on behalf of religious business owners who say listen

I'm happy to serve anyone

I don't turn anyone away for service

But if you want me to craft something using my artistic skills or specific abilities for your event

That's where I'm gonna have to say no if it offends my deeply held religious. You genuinely held religious beliefs

Those are the criteria the court will look at the other side. We have many LGBT

Rights supporters. They are rallying here today to say any denial of service is a denial of service

It's discrimination and this court must not allow

So we'll see what the nine justices we shout nice to see again shannon shannon bream on the steps of the Supreme Court Thank You

Fox News Alert now president Trump digging in on tax reform as Republican lawmakers work to meet his Christmas deadline

Vice President Mike Pence will be heading to Capitol Hill today to meet with

Senate Republicans the president weighing in promising to spread the holiday cheer with massive tax cuts

without one huge step closer to delivering to the American people the

Historic tax relief as a giant present for Christmas remember. I said we're bringing Christmas back

Christmas is back

chief White House correspondent John Roberts is live at the White House a Christmas present for the American people sounds lovely John

And the president reminding folks there in Utah as well that he is saying Merry Christmas again

He's bringing Christmas back the president working the phones today to talk with folks in the Senate in the house about tax reform

He's having lunch today with a small group of Republican senators senator Lamar Alexander

Tennessee Cory, Gardner of Colorado

Bringing over a handful of people who wanted to talk face-to-face with the president about a number of different issues this lunch will not be

specific to tax reform, though

I am told tax reform will definitely be part of the agenda the White House cautiously enthusiastic about how things are being

Are progressing in the Senate and in the house Senate conferees?

Being appointed today the White House hoping to limit the scope of the conference that

Reconciles the House and Senate versions of the bill to try to make everything as expedient as possible

some areas

That's put them up on the screen for you here where there is more work to be done small business taxes the so-called pass-throughs

Move to get the Senate bill closer to the House bill

Also more work to do in the state and local tax deduction some members looking for more flexibility

I'm told and how the deduction can be applied both bills currently capped the deduction at 10k

And no push to change that just to add more

Flexibility to it the White House also wants to fix the AMT the Senate bill did not repeal the AMT

That was kind of a last-minute pave

For that they thought that they could fix in the conference don't forget the president made 31 million dollars in AMT according to that leak

2005 tax return in Alabama politics, and this is pretty big the president yesterday

I took the controversial step of giving

full-throated endorsement to Republican candidate Roy Moore the president called Moore from Air Force One

Yesterday as he was headed to Utah to give him his support finish the call by saying quote

Go get him Roy now

The White House won't say whether or not the president will do in a campaign events for more. He does have an event in

Pensacola on Friday Pensacola very close to the Florida Alabama border and Pensacola reaches into the Mobile

Alabama market

So it's possible that there could be something for Roy Moore in that the Republican National Committee

Also reopened with more the decision was made that since he's not dropping out they can't afford to lose the seat to Doug Jones

So they're back in the game

What might happen to Moore after?

He is elected should he be elected though Sandra is

Another question still a lot of questions here at the White House a lot of debate as to whether or not

He will actually be seated in the Senate. We'll see where it goes

It's a week from today all right John and how has the FBI agent Peter stroke affected the investigation on Russian interference?

Well certainly it's a affect that the perception if anything because we found out yesterday that as part of the investigation Peter stroke did

interview

General Michael

Flynn and now we find out that his role strokes role in the Clinton email

Investigation is now under review that prompted a tweet from the president yesterday what you said quote report anti-trump FBI agent. Led

Clinton email probe now it all starts to make sense

Stroke has maintained a very low profile as an FBI counterintelligence

Investigator we don't even have a photo of him the Department of Justice inspector

General is reviewing his role in the Clinton email scandal including reports that he watered down

Language in the final Comey report changing the words quote grossly negligent - extremely careless

The president took aim at the FBI broadly yesterday tweeting that his reputation is in tatters

Which prompted the current FBI director Christopher Rea to sent an email to FBI personnel in which?

I am continually reminded of the breadth and significance of our work and that he is quote inspired by example after example

Of professionalism and dedication to justice demonstrated around the bureau it is truly an honor to represent

You gray ended the memo with his favorite Maxim. Which is keep calm and

Tackle hard it certainly. We're only just hearing the beginnings of all of this as it relates to Peter stroke Sandra got it

John Roberts live at the White House

Thank you another way of saying carry on write more now Byron or to put a correspondent watch The Examiner Fox inhibitor Byron good morning

To you morning three topics quickly now does the FBI have a credibility issue now or not as far

as these heavily politicized

Investigations are concerned yes, they do

Peter stroke seems to be a figure who's popped up in all of these and not only the Hillary Clinton

Probe and not only the Muller probe, but you have to remember the FBI started its

investigation its counterintelligence

investigation into the Trump Russia affair in the summer of last year of 2016

Went on for almost a year before Muller was appointed and Peter stroke was part of that too, so in terms of these politicized

Investigations, yes, okay now on taxes Nancy Pelosi laid it on the line when she said the following late yesterday

The debate on health care is life. Death this is

Armageddon

This is a very big deal because you know why there's really a very hard way to come back from this mm-hmm

What is the?

concern as this moves the conference because apparently Kevin Brady said the

Obamacare mandate will be included on the house side as it has been in the Senate side. Yeah well

I think I think Democrats as you saw you don't get much bigger than Armageddon

I think there in the throw your body in front of this stage of the legislative process

for

Republicans there are some big questions that they have to resolve between the House version and the Senate version a big one being the

Obamacare individual mandate it is eliminated in the Senate version not in the House version

But you got to imagine that most House Republicans are gonna like change

Then there's the number of tax brackets

You know there are seven in the Senate version just four in the House version

There are other differences over the estate tax and tax rates and other things all of these differences though seem to be

bridgeable gaps

After the House and the Senate took the big steps of passing their bills

Yeah

Thank You Byron check out your piece from the Logan act yesterday very interesting a

Busy news day senior counselor the president Kelly and Conway talks about tax reform, and the latest on Michael

Flynn and all that coming up next hour here on America's newsroom

squeezing like 20 pounds into a

Four pound bag today, so that's coming up. I even say it's a busy news day

Every day all right well breaking overnight a police officer shot dead after an ambush-style attack what we are now learning about the suspect

Plus the UN trying to reach out directly to Kim Jeong unsetting a top official to Pyongyang former, UN

Ambassador John Bolton weighs in on that plus there's this

They were talking about collusion this time six months ago, but there's no evidence of that so now they've pivoted to obstruction of justice

president Trump's attorney sparking a debate about obstruction of justice

as the Special Counsel investigation appears to pivot in a new direction

We'll talk about this as we learn more about the role of that anti-trump FBI agent with Alan Dershowitz

The swamp is sicker

More corrupt more dishonest than we thought it was so we just have to dig deeper throw the rascals out

we have to recognize the election of 2018 is going to be truly historic because it's going to be between a

Radical left that is stunningly corrupt and the rest of us

People have the right to assume the people that are investigating them are objective and have not already made up their minds

That's why we need to see the text and we need to interview this special agent

But the bureau's had a really bad last 18 months and and and this

This makes it worse for Emily trey gowdy with Brent last night on the question surround the FBI as we learn now several months later

the FBI agent fired from the Special Counsel matter after sending

anti-trump text messages

That agent was one of several oversaw the the interview of Michael Flynn

We now know he was also the same agent who convinced then FBI director James Comey to alter the final language in the Clinton email

Exoneration from grossly negligent to extremely careless how big a deal is all of this Harvard Law Professor

Alan Dershowitz with me out of florida sir good day. Good morning to you Wall Street Journal editorial

Here's the headline the special counsel is stonewalling Congress and protecting the FBI to you sir

Do you believe there is a?

Conflict of interest here on behalf of Robert Moore

Well, I think there was a conflict on the part of the FBI agent. He should have recused himself immediately

He knew before anybody that he had sent these tweets. He knew before anybody that he had a bias

I do not believe that it was he who made the decision to ultimately change the accuse a ssin against Hillary, Clinton

From gross negligence to whatever extreme carelessness that was obviously a decision that had to be approved and made

by Comey himself

so

As far as we know in the summer he took him off the case

I think he should have been more transparent about it and made that public but on balance

I don't think this really reflects badly on the entire FBI or on the entire

investigation I have problems the investigation

independent of that

But I think call me ultimately I think ultimately Muller did the right thing okay a bit of a connection here issue here

Hearing me, but I apologize. I'm walking over here that last point there, but now you're good. You're good

You're coming on skype you wrote a piece about why did Flynn lie?

And I'm not here to ask you to answer that

But the obvious answer is you think you're doing something wrong and therefore you don't tell the truth

The the more important point I think you make in the piece is that?

The fact that he was charged with lying is a sign of weakness on behalf of the special counsel now

Why do you make that point?

Well, I think when the special counsel wants to indict some

BREAKING: Trump SHOCKS U.N. Crowd, Leaves Them SILENT After DESTROYING Obamas Legacy

Barack Obama tried his best to usher in Euro-styled socialism into America.Between his horrible

Obamacare legislation and his attempts to use the full weight and force of the government

to regulate every aspect of our lives, he brought the country further to the left than

any president before him.

In fact, part of Obamas legacy has been the rise of the far-left, who demands

America become a socialist nation and take care of everyone from cradle to grave.

However, today at the U.N., it became abundantly clear that our new President has no interest

in socialism whatsoever, and he let it be known when he shredded the socialist country

of Venezuela, effectively taking a dump on his predecessors policies.Suffice it to

say, the entire went eerily silent after President Trump said that the problem with Venezuela

is that socialism has been faithfully executed.

How can you not love this guy?

The Washington Free Beacon has more:

President Donald Trump surprised the United Nations General Assembly on Tuesday when he

remarked that the collapsing situation in Venezuela was not due to the poor implementation

of socialism, but rather its successful implementation.

The problem in Venezuela is not that socialism has been poorly implemented, but that socialism

has been faithfully implemented, he said.

Trump paused, and there was audible muttering in the chamber before some tepid applause

broke out.

From the Soviet Union to Cuba to Venezuela, wherever true socialism or communism has been

adopted, it has delivered anguish and devastation and failure, he said.

Trump said, as a responsible neighbor and friend, the U.S. had a goal for the Venezuelans

to recover their freedom and restore their democracy.

Boom!

Trump is right.

Screw socialism.

Better yet, how great is it to see our President stand in front of the self-righteous elitists

of the U.N. and flat-out tell them their socialist beliefs are whats destroying the world?

I dont know about you, but that isnt ever going to get old for me.

President Trump Is Ready To Kick Illegal Alien, Hollywood Actor Out Of The Country - Duration: 3:44.

President Trump Is Ready To Kick Illegal Alien, Hollywood Actor Out Of The Country Americans

Are Cheering Its not an easy problem to resolve. When

adults violate the law, there are penalties that are imposed upon conviction. The judges

have some leeway in sentencing which is consistent with their function. But within sentencing

guidelines, its not hard to figure out the price one will pay if arrested and convicted

of committing specific crimes. Then there is the matter of children. Even when they chose

to commit a crime, the consequences are typically not the same as what an adult would face.

Then there is the problem of what to do with children who committed a crime not by their

own choice, but by the choice of an adult such as a parent. And this is where we are

with the children of illegal immigrants. They were, in a sense, smuggled into the US. And

this at an age when they had neither any choice in the matter, nor any power to choose their

destiny. Yet they remain here in violation of the law. Hence the problem.

Bambadjan Bamba, who stars in NBCs The Good Place was born in the Ivory Coast.

He was brought here illegally and has sought protection under Mr. Obamas Deferred Action

for Childhood Arrivals program. President Trump has expressed sympathy for such persons,

but at the same time has insisted the law must be enforced. Hence, Mr. Bamba may soon

need to pursue his television career from the Ivory Coast. On Tuesday, a well-known actor

on NBCs The Good Place who was born in the Ivory Coast revealed that he is an

illegal immigrant, stating of himself and his fellow illegal immigrants, Were

done with fear. Were here to stay. Lets push. Lets fight, because nothing is going

to be given for free.'

The problem is that if children of illegals are allowed to stay in the US, this will encourage

other illegals to smuggle themselves and their kids into our country with the knowledge that

even if they get caught, their kids can stay. That incentive to illegal immigration must

be removed.

In an exclusive interview with the Times, Bamba opined:Immigrants are not criminals.

Were not here to take away your jobs. Were here to give back. Were not just Mexicans

or Latino. Were black, too. Were from the Middle East, from Asia, too. Were your

neighbors, your doctors, the teachers of your children, and sometimes were on TV in your

home, characters that you love. Were just one of you. The only difference is that you

have a certain piece of paper thats supposed to allow you to navigate freely in the country.'But

they are criminals because they are in the country in violation of the law. That they

are not violent criminals is appreciated. But that does not make things okay.

While Mr. Bamba may not be an American, he certainly appears to have latched on to the

complaints made by the notorious group, Black Lives Matter.

Bamba continued, Its a little different when youre black and youre an immigrant

because the cop doesnt care that youre an immigrant at first. Youre just black.

Youre dealing with all those issues. When he finds out youre an immigrant, hes

like, Oh, okay. I got you now.Being a Hollywood star should have no bearing on

the matter. Mr. Bamba should take his money, go back to the Ivory Coast and do one or both

of two things. Use some of his money to benefit his fellow citizens of the Ivory Coast, and/or

apply for immigration to the U.S. according to law.

BREAKING: HUGE Victory For Trump In Supreme Court - Duration: 2:37.

BREAKING: HUGE Victory For Trump In Supreme Court

Not long after President Trump was sworn into office, he created a controversial executive

order that banned travel for individuals coming from six Muslim-majority countries who have

been known to support terror groups in some fashion.

The left, as usual, flipped their lids, lost their minds, and flushed their marbles down

the toilet, claiming such a move was racist and they continued to vomit their blubbering

outrage all over the Internet until courts got involved and challenged the order.

Since then, its been a back and forth battle between federal judges, with some saying its

okay, others doing their best to stop it from being enforced.

Well, today, according to Fox News, a huge victory was handed to the White House from

the Supreme Court:

The justices said the policy can take full effect despite multiple legal challenges against

it that havent yet made their way through the judicial system. The ban applies to people

from Syria, Chad, Iran, Libya, Somalia and Yemen.

Lower courts had said people from those countries with a bona fide relationship with someone

in the United States could not be prevented from entry.

Grandparents and cousins were among the relatives courts said could not be excluded.

Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor both stated they would have left the lower

court orders in place, which isnt all that surprising given both of these ladies are

pretty far to the left.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals, along with the 4th Circuit Court of Appeals in Richmond,

Virginia, will also be debating or should I say arguing? on whether or not

Trumps ban is legal.

What raging liberals cant seem to get through their thick skulls is that this ban is a measure

meant to put pressure on these Muslim-majority nations to stop beating around the bush and

get actively involved in helping the rest of the world stomp out radical terrorism.

Many folks claim that radical Islam doesnt represent the true form of the religion.

If thats the case, why arent moderate Muslims more willing to condemn the extremists

who are giving them a bad name?

We dont need another verbal condemnation, but some real, serious action that demonstrates

they dont want to be associated with these cockroaches.

Until they agree that its time to get down and dirty and put an end to terrorism, why

should we let them into our country?

Feral Black Thugs Beat Texas Trump Supporter To Edge Of Death For 1 Sick Reason Media

Is DEAD SILENT! Over the last eight years, under the failed

leadership of Barack Obama race relations have deteriorated as the race-baiter in chief

pitted American against each other. By focusing on identity politics and fanning the flames

of division, the American people were divided, and now it has reached a breaking point. Ever

since Donald Trump was elected the left has continued with their destructive narrative

of how all white people are racists and that violence is the only answer to combat this

manufactured race war.

White people across the country are increasingly viciously attacked in textbook style hate

crimes, but the mainstream media has been silent. Instead of these attacks garnering

the same national attention as others, these hate crimes are often pushed to the side and

forgotten. Now, another white man was violently attacked by a pack of feral black thugs and

what they said as they beat this man to a bloody pulp proves we are at war.

Michael Temple is saxophonist from Austin, Texas and hardly one to pick a fight or cause

a scene. However, that all changed last week when Temple, the mild-mannered musician was

brutally attacked when leaving Friends Bar at 1:45 a.m. while he was walking to his car,

and of course, the media is silent.

Temple was punched twice, suffered a concussion, and had a temporary loss of hearing as a result

of this attack. Due to his hearing loss, he has had to suspend his work as a saxophonist.

So what did Mr. Temple do?

Well, nothing at all except he is white. Here is more from DownTrend:

An Austin man said he was the victim of a hate crime after being punched twice on 6th

street over the weekend.

He tells FOX 7 that he suffered a severe concussion and has temporarily lost hearing in his right

ear. For now, it has caused him to stop performing as a saxophonist. The man said he was minding

his own business when he was assaulted. His biggest hope is that police can find the guy,

before something worse happens.

I didnt do anything and to have this random, random act of violence against youlike

how safe would you feel after that? said Michael Temple, victim of alleged assault.

Michael Temple was leaving Friends Bar around 1:45 Saturday morning. He was headed to his

car when he said he came across a group of six or seven African

American men at sixth and Sabine.

When I was walking by them the dude said, F Donald Trump and then just full force

punched me right in the ear, said Temple.

He was knocked to the ground, then got back up. Moments later he said he was sucker-punched

again, in the back of the head, before the men scattered off.

Got back to my car, made it home thank God. That night I couldnt hear out of my

ear at all. The next day I wake up and couldnt hear out of my ear, so I went to urgent care.

She saw there was fluid behind my ear, said Temple.

He was told to go to the emergency room. Doctors told Temple he also suffered a severe concussion.

While there, he reported what happened to the Austin Police Department, who have listed

the incident as assault with injury.

To me, honestly, I think its a hate crime. Why would you say F Donald Trump

and hit me? If you just hit me and didnt say anything but am I associated with Donald

Trump because does white mean youre associated with Donald Trump? I didnt vote for him,

I dont stand for anything he believes in, said Temple.

Temple has been a saxophonist for more than 30 years. For now, because of his injury,

he is unable to play. He is praying he can fully recover.

Playing as a musician, not being able to hear out of my right ear and just because

of pressure, it will be painful for me to play. Like I cant play at all right now.

Its very frustrating because its what I love, its my hobby, its like my passion.

To have that taken away from you, hopefully its not permanently, said Temple.

Temple said the guy who punched him was a dark-skinned African American, around 62

in height, between 24 and 25 years old and wearing dark clothing. He reached out to FOX

7 for help, hoping someone may have seen something or that a business has the incident on surveillance.

He hit me hard enough to give me a concussion, he could kill somebody else, said Temple.

What is terrible about this story besides the fact that Temple was brutally attacked,

but that the police are not investigating this as a hate crime. You could bet that if

Temple were a black man, there would be protests in the streets and the police would be investigating

this case until the white devils were brought to justice.

And, that is not an exaggeration of the truth at all.

For instance, a black woman in Missouri received national attention after someone allegedly

threw a piece of fried chicken at her car. The police began a full investigation into

the drive-by fried chicken toss saying that the incident had racial undertones.

Seriously? It could not have been just a jerk who throws random pieces of chicken at people?

No, that was investigated as a hate-crime, but a man that is attacked based on his white

skin is not.

Temple, is not the only white person to be attacked because of their skin color and he

will not be the last. However, since the mainstream media buries these stories they do not get

the attention they deserve, and justice is never truly served. Hopefully, in time, this

will change, but until then it is up to us to make sure these stories are told so they

are not forgotten.
