Trump Embarrasses Dems With Startling Footage He Just Released Of Obama and Clinton
President Donald Trump has finally done what several of his predecessors have failed to
do and has declared Jerusalem the capital city of Israel.
In addition, he has also directed the State Department to move the U.S. Embassy from Tel
Aviv to Jerusalem.
Naturally, liberals and radical Muslims collectively lost their minds, calling the decision "reckless"
and "counter productive" to creating the two state solution.
After announcing his decision, President Trump uploaded a video to his twitter account, which
is a compilation of past American Presidents promising to recognize Jerusalem as Israel's
capital.
Presidents Clinton, Bush, and Obama all promised to officially recognize Jerusalem as the Israeli
capital and they all failed.
President Bush even promised to move the U.S. Embassy from Tel Aviv to Jerusalem and never
did so.Though President Trump and the nation of Israel are committed to the peace process,
it is clear that the Palestinian Authority is against any sort of peace, and despite
what is on paper, the Palestinians will never recognize Israel's right to exist.
Speaking on what part of Jerusalem would be Israel's capital, President Trump said,
"We are not taking a position of any final status issues, including the specific boundaries
of the Israeli sovereignty in Jerusalem, or the resolution of contested borders.
Those questions are up to the parties involved."
However, this explanation did not satisfy those against the President's decision with
British Prime Minister Theresa May calling President Trump's decision on Jerusalem,
"Unhelpful in terms of prospects for peace in the region."
What Prime Minister Theresa May and others fail to understand is that the Palestinians
do not want peace.
The main objective of the Palestinians is to kill Jews and wipe Israel off of the map.
Critics of President Trump would be wise to read between the lines and see this, as the
Palestinians through the course of history have had ample opportunity to have their own
state, but have refused various peace deals because some part of Jerusalem would consist
of an Israeli capital.
Not surprisingly, French President Emmanuel Macron, and German Chancellor all condemned
President Trump.
Interesting considering all of these leaders has allowed their countries to become infested
with radical Islamic terrorists.
Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas said that by President Trump officially declaring Jerusalem
Israel's capital that the United States has now given up their position as a mediator
in the peace process.
The head of the Palestinian negotiating team, Saeb Erekat said, "President Trump just
destroyed any policy of a two-state solution."
Both President Abbas and Mr. Erekat would be wise to look at their own history and realize
the Palestinians could have had their own state years ago.
But like liberals, the Palestinian government doesn't let facts get in the way of their
agenda, which is to wipe Israel off of the map and kill Jews.
As proof of this Palestinians like Hamdi Dyab "This is very dangerous speech.
Things don't look good.
We are calling for a new intifada."
Conversely, President Trump said during his statement "After more than two decades of
waivers, we are no closer to a lasting peace agreement between Israel and the Palestinians.
It would be folly to assume that repeating the exact same formula would now produce a
different or better result."Time and time again the Palestinians have demonstrated that
they do not want peace and there are multiple examples to demonstrate this.
The Palestinians only want death and destruction of Israel by way of forcing Israel to go back
to pre 1967 borders.
Borders they know are indefensible and would lead to Israel's demise.
Back in 2008 when Ehud Olmert was the Israeli Prime Minister he offered to return 93% of
the West Bank, the Gaza Strip, and a 5.5% land swap for the land Israel would keep inside
the West Bank.
This proposal was rejected with a spokesman from President Mahmoud Abbas's side saying,
"The Israeli proposal is not acceptable.
The Palestinian side will only accept a Palestinian state with territorial continuity, with holy
Jerusalem as its capital, without settlements, and on the June 4, 1967 boundaries."Taking
a look at history even further, even before Israel declared its independence in 1948,
it was always about killing Jews and driving them from the Holy Land.
Gilad Sharon, son of former Israeli Prime Minister Ariel Sharon said in a 2011 op ed
that, "For the 19 years from 1948 to 1967, the West Bank (including East Jerusalem) and
Gaza were under Jordanian and Egyptian rule respectively.
Neither country thought of giving the Palestinians independence.
And, significantly, in the first Palestinian national charter, published in 1964—three
years before the Six-Day War—it stated in Article 24, "This organization {the PLO}
does not exercise any regional sovereignty over the West Bank {or} on the Gaza Strip
. . . " In articles 16 and 17 of the charter it stated "The liberation of Palestine . . . . is
a defensive act" and "the partitioning of Palestine in 1947 and the establishment
of Israel are illegal and false."
This was written at a time when all of the territories presently being demanded from
Israel were under Arab control."Nowhere now in the peace process will you find the
Palestinians demanding land from the Egyptians of the Jordanians.
These countries have more than enough land to give the Palestinians but they never offer
it, nor is it demanded of them.
The simple truth is that Palestine was never a country, and the only reason Palestinians
want a country on pre 1967 borders is to push Jews into the sea.
When Israel fought the Six Day War, they captured land in the Judea, Samaria, and East Jerusalem
regions.
These captured lands use to belong to Jordan's King Hussein.
Now all of a sudden we Jews are supposed to believe that Palestinians have some sort of
national identity tied to these lands?
Palestine has never existed as a autonomous state.
It was however a region ruled by the Romans, Islamic and Christian Crusaders, the Ottoman
Empire, and for a time by the British Empire after the First World War.After I served in
the United States Army I moved to Israel in 2010.
The move was done in part because I was able to find work in Israel, and I enjoyed my time
in the Holy Land as a tourist.
Both of my parents are Jewish so by Israeli law I had a right "to come home."
In 2010 I became an Israeli citizen and have been living in Israel since.
In the 7 years that I have lived here I've seen the random violence that Palestinian
terrorists are capable of, which rarely gets reported on the mainstream media in the United
States.
I work with Muslim and Christian Arabs' who are Israeli citizens and are deathly afraid
of a Palestinian state because of where they live, knowing that they would certainly face
some sort of retribution for "betraying their people".
All the time I hear about the "peace process" but then I see on the television stories about
Hamas digging tunnels into Israel with the purpose of killing Jews, and Palestinian terrorists
dancing in the streets when an act of terror kills Israeli's.
What Americans and the rest of the world need to understand is that there will never be
peace here, and there will never be a two state solution.
Why?
Because the Palestinians don't want it.
They don't want peace.
They want death and destruction, and they want to push my people into the sea.
Jerusalem is only important to them because it is important to the Jewish people.
Sure, the Israeli government doesn't always make the right decisions, but collectively
looking at the historical record, Israel has always attempted to make peace within reason,
and this reason has been thrown back in our face.
The Palestinians and those on the far left need to understand that Israel will never
go back to pre 1967 borders and the Palestinians will never have an independent state.
They had their chance multiple times and blew it.
It is time for the world to accept the fact that Israel is here to stay and Jerusalem
is our capital.Trump Embarrasses Dems With Startling Footage He Just Released Of Obama
