Trump news on Youtube Jul 12 2018

right here with reaction to my opening monologue former US Attorney for the

District of Columbia our friend Joe digenova

who by the way has done legal work for me in the past recently thank God

because he's very expensive because he's that good I'm only kidding Joe and this

brand-new book out by professor Dershowitz is absolutely amazing you

need to read it it really is educational scald the case against impeaching Donald

Trump Harvard Law School professor Allen Durst which by the way right after this

show tonight 10:00 Eastern professor Dershowitz will be hosting an online

book signing you can order that book submit a suggestion right on my web site

Hannity com it's on my web site Hannity calm I want you one of the things that

is so sad is how polarized we can't talk to each other we can't talk to each

other you know and Martha's Vineyard right when I go to court and I argue

against the prosecutor Rudy Giuliani you know he was the prosecutor when I was a

young defense attorney we fought each other like tigers and then we'd walk out

shake hands and have a drink you could talk to each other I understood his

position he understood my position he was doing his job I was doing my job

it's gone what look at the nomination last night a blank sighs whoever it is

we're going to oppose look I would have nominated somebody else my choice would

have been Merrick garland I think the Republicans stole that nomination but

I'm gonna have an open mind about a Kavanagh might intellectual brilliant

brilliant guy look he went to Yale Law School not bad

we were both first in our class he went to many taught at Harvard hey knock that

wasn't first in my class professor hey he's a brilliant guy and you know when I

I didn't I can't tell you the content of my conversation with the president the

president did ask me my advice and one of the things the president emphasized

was his academic background and the fact that he had such a strong academic

background and that he was teaching at Harvard at Yale at Georgetown all these

places and and and that means he has an open mind

look what I wish he had different views I'm gonna disagree with it he also

changed his mind he did and that's a great great attribute the ability to

he's gonna serve on the court 30 years none of us has any idea what the crucial

issues will be thirty years from now no I've been friends with a long long time

and we agree on foreign policy on the Middle East and Israel is Joe Lieberman

yeah me too and Joel even when he ran as an independent he said he said just stop

saying you like me let me bring Joe Joe Jenna me and Joe I know you're gonna

like this book seriously it is it's it is rare I know right now I know as a

Dershowitz is under fire for standing up for principles he's always held yes this

is not a good time well the reason for that is very simple

you can't be honest anymore you can't be intellectually honest and the reason is

and I hate to say this the leftist and the Democrats have established an

idiocracy and it's populated by fools knaves and intellectual pickpockets just

all you have to do is listen to Senator Ben Cardin who won Face the Nation

the other day said that the nominee for the Supreme Court was coming from an

extremist organization the Federalist Society members of which included John

Roberts Nino Scalia Clarence Thomas Sam Alito and Neil Gorsuch when a United

States Senator says something as stupid and is ignorant and as uninformed as

that that's why people are treating Alan Dershowitz the way they are at the Cape

it's an embarrassment the intellectual dishonesty of these people is staggering

they're frightened of other ideas let's let's talk about this book in in the

context of where we are with the Muller investigation because you have called

this for what it is from the beginning it's very dangerous when we criminalize

political differences which are your words right not mine right no I agree

and I think Muller is going to end up not having accomplished very much

you cannot indict a sitting president we know that Cavanaugh agrees with that as

well and you cannot impeach a president unless he's committed a crime collusion

is not a crime the president can't obstruct justice

by simply simply exercising his authority under Article two so in the

end there's just gonna be a report some low-hanging fruit some people will be

indicted their families will be ruined Paul mana for for 2005 its case 12 three

hours of the situation and he should not be in jail he should be out he being

convicted and I missed it I know and and you know and poor black people shouldn't

be in jail if they can't afford bail it's a systemic problem

and just because you stand up for Paul Manafort doesn't mean you can't also

stand up but for Brittany I think one of the greatest moments of the Trump

presidency is when he pardoned a woman who will the first-time offender know it

was the right thing to do it was terrific it was the right thing to do

and it he did it because his gut told him there was a ninja when she said you

I will not let the American people down I asked the guy whose pumps it was

touching and she entered the arms of her family let me go the it's interesting I

I know fake news is what they are joe digenova but they tried to equate a 2009

writing I believe it was Minnesota law review of my mind is correct about by

judge Kavanagh as it relates to going after and I was a sitting president too

that's why Trump picked him he did this before the Obama administration your

reaction is well look look all of these all of this nitpicking about individual

writings means absolutely nothing it's any port in a storm he is such a

qualified candidate he is so superb this is what they've fallen to it's not going

to work and I predict at least three Democrats are gonna vote for him all

right Thank You Georgie gentlemen this book right here you can go to Hannity

calm in 23 minutes professor Dershowitz is gonna sign copies this book you care

about justice and the president what the witch-hunt

you're gonna want to read this book it's important for anybody any political

persuasion congratulations good to see you sir she ate

right this now a Fox News Alert breaking just moments ago our own catherine

herridge reporting that the corrupt FBI lawyer lisa page now will in fact not

comply with the subpoena and will not be testifying before a closed-door session

of Congress tomorrow which she said up until about an hour ago she would be

attending here with reaction author of The New York Times bestseller trumps

America the truth about America's great comeback and he is also the executive

producer of the first American which is now available on Amazon Prime video

former Speaker of the House Fox News contributor of Newt Gingrich's with us

she is now citing if I may Mr Speaker the idea that in fact congressional

source said that they did expect her but in fact she's claiming that she didn't

get the materials from Congress that she thought she would have well I mean who

knows what the deal is here increasingly these guys sound like the old mafia

bosses who used to show up for the Kefauver hearings many many years ago in

the early days of television and they would sit there and they would plead the

fifth and for the country at large was a huge spectacle and it kind of gave you

the signals who's guilty you're discovering that at the very senior

levels of the FBI and I believe of the Justice Department under Obama you had a

level of corruption that makes it very dangerous for them to show up and to

actually testify and so I think their lawyers legitimately under our system

are saying to them to protect yourself you cannot go under oath and start

talking about this stuff well you're going to create a they're going to

reveal information that will put you in jail or you can end up committing

perjury and so I think you're seeing a real example with them it sounds to me

like if they didn't have a whole lot to hide they wouldn't be hiding and what

we're seeing is people who I think have a lot to hide well what's a minute

listen I would actually say and I said this about the FBI director James Comey

whoever allowed him to write that book who was as an attorney and go on that

book tour I think did not sir him particularly well and I reminded him

at the time he had the right to remain silent

Lisa Paige was the top attorney for Andrew McCabe the Deputy Director of the

FBI and the boyfriend of Peter struck was at the heart of all of this she's

involved in the text messages we will stop him insurance policy calling Trump

every name in the book etc I honestly feel when you think of the ramifications

and how profound it is that they wanted to literally alter at a presidential

election in a way I don't think I would allow her to testify I think you're

faced with what is increasingly obvious as a bureaucratic coup d'etat where they

literally were trying to prop up Secretary Clinton

no matter how guilty she was and they're trying to find some device to block

Donald Trump no matter how innocent he was and I think this is I mean if you

want to see evidence that there is a deep state all you have to do is follow

this couple all of their various tweets and text messages I'm numb in text

messages and you begin to realize there was something profoundly wrong going on

yeah well obviously there really is because also Peter struck was the one

writing the exoneration he's the one that replaced gross negligence with

extreme carelessness he's the one that interviewed Michael Flynn he didn't

think Michael Flynn was lying he interviewed Hillary Clinton three days

later she was exonerated but he had been building the exoneration case since May

this did this happened in July on top of that he was at the heart of the the

start of what is the the phony Russia case this guy was up to his eyeballs in

every single solitary thing leading up to this election with the desire to rush

the Russia investigation so that they could get Trump this is about impacting

an election well I think for everyday common-sense non-lawyers and I'm not a

lawyer all you have to do is ask yourself the following picture Paul

Manafort who has not been convicted yet of anything

is apparently spending 23 hours a day in solitary confinement meanwhile every

single person in the Clinton team no matter what they have done has basically

been ignored exonerated allowed to go free now if you want to see how sick the

system is look at the way they're treating Paul man afford and look at the

way they treated Hillary's aides including the guy who took a hammer to

break up the smart phones and took bleach spit to destroy the memory of the

computers and say to yourself how come all these people had nothing done to

them and without even being convicted Paul Manafort is in solitary confinement

for 23 hours a day for a cold we have a very sick system a 2005 tax case and

remember what the judge said judge Ellis the third that they're putting the

screws to man afford for the purpose that he will sing or compose and that

the idea is to use him to either prosecute or impeach Donald Trump the

judge said that in the case let me move on you see the less reaction

fill-in-the-blank they had it all prepared against against whoever the

president chose your reaction to that and of course the president's election

this is one of the most important decisions any president will make look

I'm gonna go out on a limb tonight I believe that Judge Cavanaugh was so

impressive last night that his introduction by the president his own

speech the very appearance of his two daughters and his wife and his mother

and his father I believe that this is such a remarkable and easily defendable

person I'm gonna I'm just gonna go outside and say I believe at least three

Democrats are going to ignore the suggestion of the Democratic whip dick

Durbin that they ought to commit suicide and vote no and they're going to vote

yes and I think you're going to see a real split between the radical extremist

wing of the Democratic Party and people who believe

that the system really should work they really do want to find a way to work in

the system the very reliable Chuck Schumer votes of Claire McCaskill and

Nelson Heitkamp and tester and the rest of them it's gonna be interesting to

watch the election year conversion which isn't real mr. speaker great to see you

can grab some the book we appreciate you being with us always good to be with you

Trump cuts funding for ACA navigator program - Duration: 0:58.

The Trump administration is cutting more funding for the Affordable Care Act.

The cuts announced Tuesday are to a navigator program that helps Americans sign up for the

ACA.

The program will only get $10 million for this fall's open enrollment season.

That's down from $36 million last year.

Navigators are usually members of nonprofit and community organizations.

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services said navigators aren't effective.

Navigators say some of the work they do, like with Medicaid, isn't counted by the government.

The move is just the latest in a line of decisions by the Trump administration to undermine the

ACA.

On Saturday the administration announced it was suspending a risk adjustment program.

And in June the Justice Department decided not to defend key parts of the ACA in court.

Navigators applying for the federal money will now be asked how they educate customers

on new alternatives to the ACA that were put in place by the Trump administration.

Megyn Kelly Sealed Her Fate With This Shocking Segment With A Trump Accuser - Duration: 13:46.

Megyn Kelly Sealed Her Fate With This Shocking Segment With A Trump Accuser

Megyn Kelly jumped into the Stormy Daniels scandal.

The failing NBC anchor inserted herself into the story in a desperate bid to save her career

and her ratings.

But Kelly ended up sealing her own fate with the interview.

Kelly had Michael Avenatti – Stormy Daniels' attorney – on her show.

Avenatti had been making the liberal media rounds to drum up publicity for Daniels'

lawsuit to free herself from a confidentiality agreement she signed in October 2016 after

accepting $130,000 from Trump lawyer Michael Cohen.

Avenatti probably thought he was entering a safe harbor by going on Kelly's show considering

her past feuds with the President and having provided a safe platform for other Trump accusers

to make their case.

But that was not the experience Avenatti got.

Kelly destroyed his arguments and exposed the lawsuit as a gimmick.

The Daily Caller reports:

"One of Avenatti's claims is that the hush agreement Daniels signed about her alleged

affair with the president is invalid because Trump never signed it.

However, Kelly pointed out that the agreement only required either Trump or his lawyer,

Michael Cohen, to sign.

"[Cohen] could bind himself to that $130,000 and she signed it and she cashed the check,"

Kelly argued.

Kelly also noted that the agreement required Daniels to turn over any proof she had of

the alleged affair, yet Avenatti recently teased a DVD on his Twitter account, implying

that Daniels had broken that term of the agreement.

"Well, so you're saying they didn't live up to their obligations, and now there's

a question about whether she did," Kelly explained.

Avenatti and Kelly then got into a debate over whether or not Daniels should return

the $130,000 since she detailed the alleged affair on "60 Minutes."

"It's not fair for her to keep the $130,000 while she's already been on '60 Minutes,'

telling about the whole affair, right?"

Kelly said."

Kelly also ripped apart Avenatti's claim that Daniels was being silenced.

The Daily Caller reports:

"Kelly incredulously responded, "Not having an opportunity to tell her story?

22 million people watched the '60 Minutes' interview!"

The hits on Avenatti just kept coming, as the audience burst into laughter when Avenatti

claimed that his client is a "principled woman."

"She wanted the money," Kelly asserted.

"Why didn't she just talk 11 days before the election?

Come on.

She wanted the dough."

Liberal NBC viewers were probably expecting Kelly to assist in the effort to use the Daniel

scandal to take down Trump.

Instead she revealed this lawsuit as built on a house of cards.

Unfortunately for Kelly, this will not help build her relationship with left-wing viewers.

Kelly has struggled since jumping from Fox because liberals will always associate her

with the conservative news network.

This interview will only continue to keep them from watching her show.

And Kelly's low ratings could eventually force NBC to make a final decision about her

career.

Trump urges NATO members to double military spending to 4% of GDP - Duration: 2:01.

U.S. President Donald Trump has urged NATO allies to double their military spending to

four percent of their GDP.

He made comments on Wednesday while attending a NATO summit in Brussels.

For more on this and other news around the world we turn to our Ro Aram..

Aram… run us through how the summit went…

Well Mark…

NATO members seemed a quite bewildered by Trump's comments…

The issue of defense spending and improved burden-sharing are issues Trump has repeatedly

harped on.

But NATO says Trump's proposed target of four percent of GDP on military spending is not

even being met by the United States.

Trump had earlier said Washington spends 4.2 percent, but according to numbers released

by NATO, it spent an estimated three and a half percent on defense this year, which is

a fraction lower than last year's figure.

He also singled out Germany for not pulling its weight, saying Berlin only spends "a little

over one percent.

NATO figures show Germany spends just under one and a quarter percent.

When asked about Trump's proposal, this is what NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg

had to say…

"…..Well I will focus on what we have agreed and we have agreed to be committed to the

pledge increasing defence spending to 2 percent.

And let's start with that.

So we have a way to go, but the good news is that we really started to deliver……"

Despite Trump's complaints, he did sign the joint communique, in which NATO members agreed

to focus on more defense-spending and burden-sharing.

They also pledged to bolster the alliance's deterrence and defense capabilities to counter

Russian threats.

The joint communique comes just days before Trump meets Russian President Vladimir Putin

in Helsinki.

Can Trump Solve Afghanistan? - Duration: 10:13.

"One way or another, these problems will be solved — I'm a problem solver

— and, in the end, we will win."

President Trump doesn't want to be the president who quote "lost Afghanistan"

17 years, tens of thousands of deaths and billions of American dollars gone.

The war on terror has changed but Afghanistan is still torn apart by conflict.

To understand the problem, we have to go back to the day that changed the world forever.

The terrorist cell Al-Qaeda had flourished under the Islamic

fundamentalist Taliban ruling Afghanistan.

After they carried out the 9/11 attacks, the U.S. sought to bring the group, and it's

leader, Osama bin Laden, to justice.

"Our war on terror begins with Al Qaeda, but it does not end there.

It will not end until every terrorist group of global reach

has been found, stopped

and defeated."

Without 9/11, we would never have gone into Afghanistan at all.

I think you need to see Afghanistan as a sort of shifting mosaic of competing alliances

and essentially a civil war.

Most of the ground combat was between the Taliban and it's Afghan opponents but with

international support the Taliban regime quickly unravelled and Kabul fell in November 2001.

They were annihilated, not even weakened, they were destroyed,

as a political entity, they ceased to exist.

"My fellow citizens, at this hour American and coalition forces are in the early stages

of military operations to disarm Iraq,

to free its people

and to defend the world from grave danger."

In 2003, the U.S. turned its attention to toppling Saddam Hussein's regime in Iraq

after President Bush alleged the country was stockpiling weapons of mass destruction.

Afghanistan was too easy and therefore it didn't really assuage American outrage at the 9/11 attack.

So there's a sort of pent up rage, if you will,

that needed a target and the administration redirected that rage to Iraq.

Secretary of Defense Donald Rumsfeld declared an end to 'major combat' in Afghanistan

and attention turned towards establishing a reconstruction model.

The very specific objectives which was to

end the safe havens, to prevent Afghanistan being a base for international terrorism again,

you could say that they were successful, but in the long term they didn't make the necessary

moves to enable those initial successes to be held.

We used this attitude like "let's just get it done today", "Afghan good enough"

that was the phrase everybody used.

Well the problem is that's expediative, it's like putting band aids on everything

when you needed major reconstruction surgery.

In 2005, the U.S. doubled down on its commitment to the rebuilding of Afghanistan, but the

actions didn't seem to match the declarations.

If you look at the scale of resources committed, in Bosnia in the first few years after the

peace, the average Bosnian got $800 a year in economic assistance from the United States

and the rest of the world.

In Afghanistan, it was $50. if you look at the security side, the disparity is even greater,

so in Bosnia, a country of 3 million people, we deployed 60,000 NATO troops.

In Afghanistan, a country of 30 million people, we deployed 10,000 western troops.

So if you want to know why Afghanistan was more insecure and slower to reconstruct, it

was a simple matter of mathematics.

When Barack Obama came into power,

he re-asserted that Afghanistan is an important U.S. front against terrorist forces.

"As Commander-in-Chief, I have determined that it is in our vital national interest

to send an additional 30,000 U.S. troops to Afghanistan."

I think Obama tried to replicate what Bush had done Iraq, which was reinforce and surge

resources both civilian and military into Iraq.

But the president himself wasn't really convinced that this was worth a long-term investment.

Obama's surge meant that by August 2010,

there were as many as 100,000 U.S. troops in the country.

The increase of soldiers also meant a surge in operations and airstrikes and this meant

more casualties, on both sides.

A poll by CNN in 2010 said 52% felt the war had turned into another 'Vietnam' and

only 37% of Americans were in support of it.

"Tonight, I can report to the American people and to the world that the United States has

conducted an operation that killed Osama bin Laden, the leader of Al-Qaeda"

It was a significant victory for Obama but not necessarily in the war on terror.

It didn't make any difference operationally.

No matter, how many people you take out, there will never be a shortage of replacements.

Plans to get all combat troops out by 2014 were made by the Obama administration, but

many doubted the capacity of the Afghan government to sustain control.

Afghan forces eventually began to take the lead in security responsibilities in 2013

and military training became  the focus, with 9,800 U.S. troops remaining through to 2016.

The troop drawdown approach wasn't necessarily wrong

because no one wanted to have this never-ending

conflict but setting that deadline, potentially, and vocally setting it, was misconceived and

that's something that Trump has obviously tried to avoid, he very clearly said there is

no fixed timetable, which has been really welcomed inside Kabul.

"The American people are weary of war without victory"

In Trump's first year, the Afghanistan problem caused a rift between members of his administration.

Whilst Trump's initial instinct was an immediate withdrawal, his advisors successfully persuaded

him to press ahead with a military commitment.

We pulled out of Iraq in 2011 and we didn't like the results.

In 2014 the Islamic State burst out of Syria, marched all the way to the gates of Baghdad

and was only stopped at the very suburbs of the city, from taking over the city and the

country and we said god that could happen in Afghanistan too and it's also what led

to President Trump against his own instincts to sustain that commitment.

"The men and women who serve our nation in combat deserve a plan for victory.

They deserve the tools they need, and the trust they have earned, to fight and to win."

It's physical impossibility to win anything militarily over there.

Now there's no standard, we're not even shooting for anything, there's nothing written

down, there's no strategic objectives that once you have changed these three things then

you'll know you'll win.

I don't really believe that anyone thinks that - well and they admit themselves - it

can't be won, it's managing and trying to capitalize on any opportunities to bring

the Taliban into the peace process.

So if the U.S. can't win, what can President Trump realistically hope to achieve?

He won the election because he's a disruptive figure and he's a non-politician and that's

what people were sick of the status quo and they were looking for that.

He needs to hire somebody like him.

Somebody who's not status quo,

somebody who's willing to look at this with fresh eyes, and he'll then listen to.

The best case scenario would be, and what I think needs to happen is,

we're going to have to shut the mission down.

It will be chaotic, it will be problematic, they'll be winners and they'll be losers.

But the people on the ground, who have to live with the outcome,

have to be the ones that find a solution.

The Taliban's strength comes from the fact that they don't need to win.

Firstly, they just need to continue,

secondly they win through perception, so even if they're not actually

winning, and everyone knows that they can't win this war militarily,

the fact that the Afghan government is losing, is what matters.

Now perhaps at some point, a negotiated peace might be available,

I don't think anybody thinks that's in the near-term,

but until then, if [Trump] adheres to the policy set out in that speech,

it's an open-ended commitment to sustain support for the Afghan government

to provide advice and assistance for as long as is necessary

to prevent the Taliban from overturning the government and taking control of the country.

What Afghanistan needs more than anything is a legitimate state.

This is increasingly an Afghan civil war,  it's an internal Afghan conflict,

it's based on this lack of legitimacy, that

we've never been able to really get our heads around,

how to actually build that legitimate state.

We have to recognize that military power can not solve political problems.

the United States so we're here to talk about that and I'm sure it will be

resolved I have a great confidence in the Secretary General he's worked very

very hard on this and he knows it's a fact, but I have great confidence in him

and his representatives to say first of all it's great to see you again mr.

president and they good to have you here for the summit and we are going to

discuss many point issues at the summit among them is defense spending and we

all agree that we have to do more I agree with you that we have to make sure

that our scientists more the good news is that the Allies have spot the

difference more in defense years of chanting defense purchased has started

to have billions to the defense purchase and loss chaos the biggest increase in

spending for Sri Lanka in a generation why was that last year is also because

of your leadership because they declared message and

I have said it before things that really has time it's in your message is having

an impact we are going to build on that to make sure that we have further

increases you initiated last year that all allies are going to develop national

plans and also spend more on defense and based on these massive national plans we

now estimate that the youth in our Sangha will add 366 extra US dollars for

defense from now and billion US dollars and fail and the 2024 so so this is

really adding some extra moment it helps moving in the right direction that we

still understand absolute to do more and that is what we want to address after

the summit later on today the nose other strong NATO is good for Europe it's also

good for Northeast states the u.s. Winter Fest this year helps to protect

Europe but also helps to not distance project power to meet these through

Africa and I think also have found the military craft

of Europe hello MacLeod the political power also itself oil deal with with

Russia and we look forward to the meeting with President Putin I think

that lead is also forward to your thoughts about the meeting with us

including that well I have to say I think it's very sad when Germany makes a

massive oil and gas deal with Russia yeah you're supposed to be guarding

against Russia and Germany goes out and pays billions and billions of dollars a

year to Russia so we're protecting Germany we're

protecting France were perfecting all of these countries and then numerous of the

countries go out and make a pipeline deal with Russia without paying billions

of dollars into the conference of Russia so we're supposed to protect you against

Russia but they're paying billions of dollars to Russia and I think that's

very inappropriate and the former Chancellor of Germany is the head of the

pipeline companies and supplying the gas is ultimately Germany will have almost

70% of their country controlled by Russia with natural gas so you tell me

is that appropriate I've been complaining about this from

the time I got it they should have never been allowed to have happened but

Germany is totally controlled by Russia because they will get it from sixty to

seventy percent of their energy from Russia and a new pipeline and you tell

me if that's appropriate because I think it's not and I think it's a very bad

thing for NATO and I don't think it should have happened and I think we have

to talk to Germany about it on top of that Germany is just being a little bit

over 1% whereas the United States and actual numbers is paying four point two

percent of a much larger GDP so I think that's inappropriate also you know we're

protecting Germany we're protecting France we're protecting everybody and

yet we're paying a lot of money to protect now this has been going on for

decades this has been brought up by other presidents but other presidents

never did anything about it because I don't think they understood it or they

just didn't want to get involved but I have to bring it up because I think it's

very unfair to our country it's very unfair to our taxpayer and I think that

these countries have to step it up not over a 10-year period have to step it up

immediately Germany is a rich country they talk about they can increase it a

tiny bit by 2030 well they could increase it immediately tomorrow

and have no problem I don't think it's fair to the United States so we're gonna

have to do something because we're not going to put up with it we can't put up

with it and it's inappropriate so we have to talk about the billions and

billions of dollars that's being paid to the country that we're supposed to be

protecting you against you know everybody's everybody's talking about it

all over the world they'll say well wait a minute was supposed to be protecting

you from Russia but why are you paying vidiians of dollars to Russia for energy

why are countries in NATO namely Germany having a large percentage of the energy

needs paid you know to Russia and taking care of my Russia now if you look at it

Germany is a captive of Russia because they supply they get rid of their coal

plants they got rid of their nuclear they're getting so much of the oil and

gas from Russia I think it's something that NATO has to look at I think it's

very inappropriate you and I agree that it's inappropriate I don't know what you

can do about it now but it certainly doesn't seem to make sense that they

pick vidiians of dollars to Russia and now we have to defend them against

Russia NATO is an alliance of 29 nations and there are sometimes differences and

the different views and also some disagreements

gasps germinates on issue with allies disagree but the strength or NATO is

that the despite these differences we have always been able to unite around

our fast to protect and defend each other because understand that we are

stronger together done that by law theta two world wars on the Cold War focal

stuff we are stronger together than apart but you be together when a country

is getting its energy from the person you want protection against or from the

group that you want protection because we understand that when we stand

together also in dealing with Russia we are stronger I think what we have seen

is no you just make it Russia richer well that the eligos were she's making

Rachel richer in the even during the Cold War nay Thomas were trading with

Russia and there have been disagreements about what kind of arrangements with

food I think ray is wonderful I think energy is a whole different story

the energy is a much different story than normal trade

and you have a country like Poland that will accept the gas you take a look at

some of the countries everyone accept it because they don't want to be captive to

Russia so Germany as far as I'm concerned is captive to Russia because

it's getting so much of its energy from Russia so we're supposed to protect

Germany but they getting their energy

change

and Hanukkah

thank you
