Republicans would vote to let illegal aliens freely stay in this nation without any penalty.

So what Obama concocted was a presidential executive order where he, on a temporary basis,

granted amnesty to all so-called "children" brought to this nation illegally as minors.

Many of the cases are "children" in their 30's who never did much to remedy their

situation.But since President Trump refuses to extend Obama's executive order on the

grounds of its legality, he asked the house and senate to do this legally, by legislation.

With the condition that he would happily sign it if the DACA law includes full funding for

construction of the border wall.

But since this would take 60 votes in the Senate the Democrats, led by Chuck Schumer,

have refused, even though the president also went as far as to offer to sign a DACA deal

that would cover 1.8 million people instead of the 860,000 Obama had temporarily handed

amnesty to.

All this brings us to today.

Obama's illegal executive order on DACA is set to expire on March 5th.

And President Trump will not extend it because it is unconstitutional.

The only reason Obama got away with it was that of his skin color, and we all know this.

The moment Trump were to extend this order, the Democrats will be screaming impeachment

at the top of their lungs.On March 5th the illegals will become illegal again unless

they do what's right and go back to their nation of birth or apply to come into the

U.S. the legal way.

The opposition's main argument for DACA is that these kids were brought here under

no fault of their own, that may be true, but in a nation of laws, life isn't fair.

Just go ask anyone who has ever lost a job because an illegal alien has done the same

job for less because they don't need to pay taxes and can afford to work under the

"Responding in October 2010 to demands that he implement immigration reforms unilaterally,

Obama declared, "I am not king.

In March 2011, he said that with "respect to the notion that I can just suspend deportations

In May 2011, he acknowledged that he couldn't "just bypass Congress and change the (immigration)

law myself.

Yet in 2012, he did it anyway.

He put DACA in place to provide pseudo-legal status to illegal aliens brought to the U.S.

as minors, including as teenagers.

He promised them that they wouldn't be deported and provided them with work authorizations

and access to Social Security and other government benefits.

And he did this despite the fact that the immigration laws passed by Congress do not

give the president the ability to do this.

Indeed, Congress specifically rejected bills to provide such benefits.

As Attorney General Jeff Sessions pointed out this week, DACA "contributed to a surge

of unaccompanied minors on the southern border that yielded terrible humanitarian consequences."

Since most DACA beneficiaries are now adults, "it also denied jobs to hundreds of thousands

of Americans by allowing those same jobs to go to illegal aliens," Sessions said.

The unconstitutionality of Obama's actions were confirmed when Obama tried to implement

a second, similar program in 2014 called the Deferred Action for Parents of Americans and

Lawful Permanent Residents program, or DAPA.

Like DACA, DAPA provided an administrative amnesty for illegal aliens who came to the

U.S. as adults and gave them work authorizations and access to government benefits.

The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld a nationwide injunction against DAPA, which

the Supreme Court allowed to stand.

As the Fifth Circuit said, the fact that the president declined to enforce the law and

remove illegal aliens "does not transform presence deemed unlawful by Congress into

lawful presence and confer eligibility for otherwise unavailable benefits based on that

change."

Under our Constitution, Congress has plenary authority over immigration.

The president only has the authority delegated to him by Congress – and Congress has never

given the president the power to provide a pseudo-amnesty and government benefits to

illegal aliens.

The DACA program suffers from exactly the same constitutional infirmities as DAPA.

A number of states have threatened to sue the administration to stop the DACA program.

In the face of that threat, Trump really had no choice.

General Sessions' legal conclusion was that DACA "is vulnerable to the same legal and

constitutional challenges that the courts recognized with respect to the DAPA program.

It was then that the Presidential team realized who this extraordinary person was.

It was none other than West Point graduate, Edward Graham, the grandson of Billy Graham.

The team from the White House was likely honored to be escorted by such a respectable and honorable

person of the American military, and it was their honor to be there in support of Edward

and his family.

It was a sad moment when the famous pastor passed away at the age of 99-years-old.

He lived a life of service, and multitudes of people paid their respects.

Billy Graham touched many hearts along his way in America.

His family and followers will miss him.

"As POTUS walked to the tent where Graham's family and dignitaries were gathered, he was

met halfway by a uniformed Army Major.

The two saluted each other and the Major escorted the first and second families to their seats.

What many watching may not know is the identity of that man.

He is Billy Graham's grandson, Edward.

Edward graduated from West Point and served seven tours in Iraq and Afghanistan, where

he was once injured by shrapnel from an IED.Graham was also in Washington, DC, for his grandfather's

service at the United States Capitol.

Graham stood for hours, shaking the hands of all of those who were there to pay honor

to Billy Graham.

Edward's father, Franklin Graham, told The Daily Caller, "These people stood outside

for us and for my father."

He continued, "I will stand here for them.

We love them and so does God."Edward shows great respect for the country that he served.

He was once injured back in 2007 when he was hit in multiple places by shrapnel, but the

injuries were not as severe as expected and he was able to survive.

Edward Graham also shows exceedingly high amounts of respect for everyone who loved

and enjoyed the work of his grandfather, Billy.

There's a lot of love and respect in that family that many can learn a lesson from.

Edward is a decorated Major, and there's a lot of information about him that many people

may not know.

"Capt. Edward Graham, the youngest son of evangelist Franklin Graham, was wounded while

on active duty in Iraq.

Graham, a 27-year-old Army Ranger and West Point graduate, sustained shrapnel wounds

to his arms, legs and back in Iraq, but his wounds were not considered life-threatening.

Graham was reportedly recovering at an undisclosed hospital, according to news reports.

"We know that he is fine and has asked for prayers for his men," Jeremy Blume, a spokesman

for Franklin Graham, told the Citizen-Times newspaper in Asheville, N.C., adding that

he had no more details on the incident.

"Rangers aren't allowed to disclose much information—even where he is."

Franklin Graham, head of the Samaritan's Purse international relief organization, revealed

the news of his son's injuries during his March 3 message at MissionFest in Toronto,

the Charlotte Observer reported a week later.

Asheville resident Glenn Wilcox, a close friend of the Graham family, told the Citizen-Times

that Edward Graham is serving his second tour in Iraq and that his father is extremely proud

of him.

"He's a very fine, outstanding young man, but very tough and very sure of himself,"

Wilcox said.

"I've never met anyone I was more impressed with than Edward.

And he loves it—he's really committed to the United States, to West Point, and to

doing his job the very best he can."

It must have been an honor for Trump and Pence to meet such a respectable military soldier,

'It's come to my attention that some people still don't realize what Glenn's role

was in exposing Putin's control of Donald Trump,' Jacoby wrote.

Glenn conducted the investigation.

Glenn hired Chris Steele.

Jacoby's Facebook post is exaggerating their importance in writing the Russian dossier.

Her husband Glenn Simpson assigned the actual writing of the Russian dossier to his Russia

expert at Fusion-GPS, a woman named Nellie Ohr.

This is where the DOJ's former associate deputy attorney general Bruce Ohr comes in

— he is married to Nellie Ohr.

He also has admitted to meeting with Glenn Simpson to obtain the fake Russian dossier

for the DOJ before anyone knew who his wife was.

Fox News reports, "Ohr was set to appear before the Senate Intel panel Monday, but

the appearance was delayed after the committee secured new related documents, which members

wanted to review before hearing from him."

Oh, I bet we know what those new documents are, thanks to Trump's sting operation,

which he put in place with Inspector General Michael Horowitz taking the lead.

That sting operation is gathering all this evidence, and Bruce and Nellie Ohr, along

They were also concerned with Seth Rich being remembered for his part in helping Donald

Aaron Rich works for Northrup Grumman, which was named as the fifth-largest defense contractor

the DropBox with trusted associates incase anything happened to him.

"The word was passed, according to the NSA report, he also shared this DropBox with a

couple of friends, so that 'if anything happens to me it's not going to solve your

problems,'" he added.

"WikiLeaks got access before he was killed.The murder of Seth Rich has not yet been solved.

His brother opened a Go Fund Me to help raise money to investigate, raise awareness, and

White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders has now informed reporters that the

Department of Justice is actively looking into criminal charges for Mayor Libby Schaaf

after she posted information on Saturday warning illegal aliens in her city about a potential

raid by ICE agents which in turn put our very agents at risk.

The act can be considered an attempt to "conceal, harbor, or shield" an illegal alien which

is a violation of the U.S. penal code.How about instead of worrying how the federal

government does their job you start worrying about Oakland, CA, which is a city that's

rated to be one of the most dangerous in the nation.

Oakland is a city where you can't be caught outside once the sun goes down, but this politician

is worried about the criminals more than the victims.

It's about time the Federal Government start making an example out of politicians like

reported more on the possible charges that Schaaf might face:

"The Department of Justice is looking into whether Oakland Mayor Libby Schaaf obstructed

justice by warning Northern California residents of an impending raid by U.S. Immigration and

Customs Enforcement (ICE).

The agency's acting director, Thomas Homan, told "Fox & Friends" Wednesday morning

that the DOJ is "reviewing" whether Schaaf broke any laws by telling her constituents

ICE would be raiding the area in order to arrest people violating federal immigration

laws.

Schaaf, a Democrat, posted the warning to Twitter Saturday, writing that "multiple

credible sources" told her the immigration agency was "preparing to conduct an operation

in the Bay Area, including Oakland, starting as soon as" Sunday.

ICE arrested more than 150 people "in violation of federal U.S. immigration laws" in the

San Francisco Bay Area following Schaaf's warning, the agency said Tuesday.

Homan in a statement said that 864 illegal immigrants and public safety threats "remain

at large in the community" and blamed Schaaf's warning for their ability to dodge arrest.

"What she did is no better than a gang lookout yelling 'police' when a police cruiser

comes in the neighborhood, except she did it to a whole community," Homan told "Fox

& Friends."

"There's over 800 significant public safety threat criminals … that we are unable to

locate because of that warning, so that community's a lot less safe than it would've been."

The mayor stood by her controversial warning, with a follow-up tweet Tuesday stating that

"It is Oakland's legal right to be a sanctuary city and we have not broken any laws.

We believe our community is safer when families stay together.

the ages of 18 and 25) battled a substance use disorder and approximately 5 percent of

the American adolescent population suffered from a substance use disorder; this equates

to 1.3 million teens or 1 in every 12.

Anyone who has experience with drug addiction knows that it doesn't just affect the user.

Everyone in their lives, be it parents, children spouses and even close (and usually former)

friends feel the impact of knowing an addict.

Because of the pervasive disease that drug addiction is, it's a problem that must be

dealt with.

Unlike many of the nasty diseases that are killing Americans, this one is something that

the government can do something about.

If these addictive substances are taken off the streets, and away from those who are ruining

their lives, the problem could be seriously diminished.

The Daily Caller reports that President Trump has a very personal reason to address this

issue.

The President's close friend lost a son to drug use, and that loss has stayed with

him:

"President Donald Trump held a summit on the opioid crisis at the White House Thursday.

The attendees at the event included parents who have lost family members and children

in the epidemic, high-ranking administration officials and health professionals.In one

particularly emotional moment, Trump asked a father who lost his son to drugs to stand

up and say a few words.

The man is a developer from New York City named Steve and he had known Trump for years.

In 2011, when his son died, he described how Trump was personally supportive of him.

Steve told the room:

I remember the hug you gave me when I felt always lost.

I lost my son in 2011…

He was a great kid.

He detoxed the first night with me.

He was my special child.

If I lost him — I always felt hopeless before you were elected.

I have never lobbied my friend about anything.

I just supported you.

I so believe in you.

If my son knew that you were going to take up this battle, oh, my gosh, he must be upstairs

applauding every day.

I'm so grateful.

Trump went on to say that his administration would be rolling out a policy in the future

weeks that will be 'very, very strong' against the opioid companies and suggested

bringing lawsuit against those corporations.There are many controversial issues that this administration

has promised to take on, but this particular venture is one with bipartisan support.

Even the Washington Post had a problematic time slanting the President's determination

to push back against drug use and those who facilitate it in a bad light:

"The summit sought to highlight how addiction has become a personal issue for millions in

the country, including some in the administration.

Surgeon General Jerome M. Adams talked about visiting his brother who suffered from addiction

in prison.

Jim Carroll, who was just named deputy director of the Office of National Drug Control Policy,

said he has a family member who has struggled with addiction.

'I think the administration is obviously making a very concerted effort,' she said.

'I was heartened to hear that at least the agencies are focused on solutions.'

Trump's emphasis on criminal penalties stands in contrast to the focus on treatment by some

of his Cabinet secretaries and many fighting the epidemic nationwide.

Other members of the administration have expressed interest in more-punitive measures: Sessions

has directed his prosecutors to pursue the harshest penalties possible in drug cases.

A White House official said Trump has privately expressed interest in Singapore's policy

of executing drug dealers.

He also has endorsed Philippine President Rodrigo Duterte, whose 'drug war' has

led to the deaths of thousands of people by extrajudicial police killings.

Last year, Trump praised Duterte in a phone call for doing an 'unbelievable job on the

drug problem,' according to the New York Times.

During the summit, Health and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar said the administration

wants to expand medication-assisted treatment for people who are addicted to opioids and

urged states to apply for Medicaid waivers to get people into treatment.

Addiction, he said, is a medical issue that needs to be treated as such.

'At HHS and across this administration, we know that we need to treat addiction as

a medical challenge, not as a moral failing,' Azar said."

Many problems are facing Americans that the Trump administration needs to take on, but

not all of them are foreign.

The scariest killers are the ones that you don't see coming, and drug addiction can

attack even the strongest of people and take them down at a vulnerable time.

If we can remove the possibility of that for even a fraction of the population, our country

will be better for it.
