hey YouTube what's going on I want to talk about Trump in his decision for
comprehensive gun laws or more of them here you can see a chart from the gun
violence archive.org if you look on the right you have a chart from 2017 and it
describes all the gun deaths in 2017 now if you look the second down from the top
is this total number of deaths 15,000 594 let's just make it 16,000 people now
that breaks it down into the individual groups of people now let's go through
those groups - the injuries number of children age 0 to 11 732 number of teen
ages 12 to 17 30 to 35 killed or injured that's not even total kill it could be
injuries to mass shootings 346 officer-involved incident officer shot
or killed 316 officer-involved incident subject suspect shot or killed 2079
home invasion 25 25 defensive use of 2042 an unintentional shooting 2021 now
granted 15,000 594 people is a staggering amount of people to die every
year or at least I think so that's a lot of damn people that could be walking
around and living their lives but their lives were cut short by an inanimate
object now just so we're clear on what inanimate means according to the
merriam-webster dictionary in adamant not animate not endowed with life or
spirit lacking consciousness or power of motion now I just want to be clear we
are all clear what inanimate means we're all on the same page okay so let's look
at more deaths from some more inanimate objects here we have an article from USA
Today stay the US vehicle deaths topped 40,000 in
2017 National Safety Council Council estimates now that is 2.5 times the
amount of people dying on the highways every year then there were from all the
gun deaths in the United States now this information here is from the National
Institute on Alcohol Abuse and Alcoholism it's from 2015 and I couldn't
find any pertinent information from 2017 so I'm going with this if you look
three-quarters of the way down it says alcohol-related deaths an
estimated 88,000 people due to alcohol 62,000 men and 26 thousand women and
they're stating right on the page that that is an approximate number that right
there is already five point six times the amount of people than were killed
related to firearms in 2017 now the next information is from the Centers for
Disease Control and Prevention if you look again about three-quarters of way
down the page it said cigarette smoking every is responsible for more than four
hundred and eighty thousand deaths per year in the United States including more
than 41,000 deaths resulting from secondhand smoke it also goes to state
that worldwide tobacco use causes nearly 6 million deaths per year and current
trends show that tobacco will cause more than 8 million deaths annually by 2030
that is totally mind-boggling in a sane now just on the yearly deaths in the
United States that's 30 times more deaths than what's caused by firearms
every year now that covers some of the inanimate object deaths now let's look
at deaths caused by let's say doctors nurses
says here medical errors are the third leading cause of death in the United
States after heart disease and cancer call
at least 250,000 deaths every year and that question is where is the outrage
where are the protests where all the people going to Washington DC the
screaming out the president that something has to be done or how about
this from Mental Health America key findings one of five adults have a
mental health condition that's over 40 million Americans more than the
population of New York and Florida combined let's just go down the page a
little bit Youth mental health is worsening rates of youth with severe
depression increased from five point nine percent in 2012 to 8.2 percent in
2015 even with severe depression 76 percent
of youth are left with no or insufficient treatment now if you look
at the bottom that says there is a serious mental health workforce shortage
in the states with the lowest workforce there is up to six times the individuals
- only one mental health professional this includes psychiatrists
psychologists social workers counselors and psychiatric nurses combined and from
the New York Times here's an article talking about mr. Cruz the shooter
parkland Florida he's sad he's mournful his public defender melissa mcniel said
afterward he is fully aware of what is going on and he's just a broken human
being Oh mr. weeks the chief assistant public
defender said the lawyers were still trying to piece together the details of
metric cruisers life mr. Cruz has a significant history of mental illness
according to mr. weeks and it's possibly autistic or has a learning disability
but mr. weeks was not yet ready to say whether he would pursue a mental health
defense Howard Finkelstein the chief public defender in the bowerbird County
said the case will present a difficult question should society execute mentally
ill people there's no question of whether he will become convicted of
capital murder 17 times he said the win we let one of our own children fall
right off the grid when they are screaming for help in every way do we
have the right to kill them when we could have stopped it that's right you
could have stopped it you could have stopped it 10 years ago you could have
stopped it with that sheriff that sat outside for four minutes with his
buddies and didn't do anything even the FBI could have done something a year
prior when they got a tip about some information on a YouTube video and when
I talked about doing something 10 years ago you'll think back when Obama was
first elected and they had all those shootings the first thing they wanted to
do is go and grab for the guns needless to say they didn't focus any time and
effort on mental health they didn't focus any time or energy on
good security for the schools but yet while apples of all the politicians they
have armed guards and surveillance and metal detectors and all this stuff it's
good for them but for the average everyday Joe oh no that's a bad idea
that'll never work and we won't stand to have armed guards in our schools to
protect our kids say the Democrats and the anti cutters but yet every year
sometimes even twice a year something like this happens again and then there
dumbfounded they don't understand what's happening and so they automatically
point the finger at the firearms and it's clearly not the firearms fault
because the firearm is an inanimate object that cannot do anything unless
there's a human being behind it to pull the trigger just like an automobile
isn't responsible for killing people in a car wreck or cigarettes kill people
for smoking them this is a picture by the Lexington Herald of the Carrollton
bus crash in 1988 there were 27 students that died that night in a fiery bus
crash do it to a drunken driver that had been known to suffer from depression due
to a job loss sometime before now I asked you was it the buses fault those
kids died no was it the Toyota pickup truck that those kids died
was it the alcohols fault nope sure wasn't it was the drivers fault
just like the shooter in parkland Florida and all the other school
shootings we've had in the last 10 years it's the shooters fault now what do the
Democrats and the anti Gunners and some of the Republicans want to do they don't
want to address the real issue of mental health they want to take it out in ban
the firearms which the firearms are nothing more than an inanimate object
and a tool now mr. Trump here's jumped on the comprehensive gun law reform
bandwagon or what not talking about bump fire stocks and you got Dianne Feinstein
here in the video she's talking about tech nines and gotta get rid of all the
bullets and they're totally missing the point it's just the same old political
bullshit that doesn't solve anything but what it does do is it opens the doors up
to the anti Gunners to get rid of the Second Amendment maybe not today maybe
not next year but it opens the door and lets them in notice how short the
conversations are when it comes down to talking about mental health and finding
out why society has failed these kids that turn in to such murderous people
now the Parkland shooter he didn't violate any laws at all when he got his
firearms completely legal went through the Nexxus check everything checked out
good even the FBI says everything was good he purchased of it the firearms
legally okay again farms didn't do anything they're inanimate objects it
was the person that purchased the firearms because for some reason in his
head it was completely acceptable to go to a school and shoot up all these kids
and then walk off to Walmart or whatever and get something to drink and then go
get something to eat at Subway so here's my question to you politicians what are
you gonna do about the 40,000 deaths that happen on our highways every year
when are you gonna raise the legal age to buy a vehicle to 21 what are you
gonna do about the 80 8,000 people that die every year due to
alcohol abuse when are you gonna ban alcohol
why don't you ban or why don't you raise the legal drinking age to 30 I mean
Jesus drives me crazy what are you gonna do about the four hundred eighty
thousand people that die every single year due to tobacco-related deaths
cigarettes why don't you raise the legal age of smoking the thirty or why don't
you ban cigarettes you're not gonna do cuz you don't care it doesn't push a
political agenda but getting rid of firearms pushes a political agenda
okay I see it as the politicians and the anti Gunners and liberals are standing
on dead bodies to push their agenda they don't care anything about the kids if
they cared about the kids they would do something about texting and driving the
center of Disease Control for 2017 it says 11 teenagers die every day due to
texting and driving why is that not the news anymore why are they not you know
making it illegal to have a cell phone if you're not 21 years older how comes
they're you know not giving jail time if you're on the phone period while you're
driving I don't know but you're picking up what I'm putting down
if politicians really cared they would do a study that figured out what has
happened to society over the last forty five years to make it act the way it
does today because forty years ago you didn't have mass shootings and we still
had guns and stuff in the public maybe it's because Hollywood
sensationalizes all the violence and everything every single movie you see
it's always explosions and guns and do all these fancy camera tricks and they
glorify gun violence look at any movie you see at the theater parents I'm
speaking directly to you when's the last time you sat down your kid and watch
them play a game of Call of Duty two World War two or whatever have you seen
what goes on in those video games instead of just throwing your kid that
scam and let him sit from the time he's five years old to the time he's 18 for
four and five hours a day killing all his buddies in virtual reality
where do you think kids this young learn about different types of firearms they
learn it from these games they learn ak-47s in fours VAR s m1 Garands 1903
Springfield's what it's like to load them you know they learned the effective
range the blah blah blah they learn how powerful one caliber is over another
caliber all from the video games but do you say anything to Congress about
restricting these games these young kids or more importantly do you pay attention
to your kids enough to make them you know not have access to this type of
material no you don't these kids are getting brainwashed how to learn all
this stuff because you're letting them sit in front of TV and play it four or
five hours a day and on top of that all the blood and guts in these video games
your kids are getting desensitized to this type of stuff so if they see it in
the real life or they have an urge to go do it in real life they don't really
give a shit hell as far as a lot of you are concerned the the video game console
the Xbox one or whatever the best babysitter you have you thought of games
and they sent from the damn thing forever way you go watch the next
American Idol or survivor or whatever you don't think there's a lot of blood
and guts and violence in video games it's your five and six euros plan watch
this and here we go
oh don't mind him he just had his face blown off you wouldn't use this head
anyway get your head down and keep look man on fire think this this really does
remind me of a Hollywood production video Daniel this is what you trained
for now pick up that banner
you can do this yes sir I mean oh my point being is this is the kind of stuff
kids have access to and you know there's young kids around five years old on the
right 15 16 play this kind of stuff all the time
it's like first-person shooters you know they get on the look where you network
or they play online and they shoot all the friends and hahaha it's funny the
uploads leg off you should hear the length of bills and some of these names
online video game communities in town
after we breach keep pushing towards the bunker
now what is the action that happens here that causes us penguin on the wall the
sociable spin boom got an explosion arms know what it comes down to politicians
and lobbyists and anti Gunners they don't care about these kids one bit they
don't care what kind of legislation that they pass as long as it pushes an agenda
and that agenda is to get rid of firearms period now if they don't trust
an 18 year old kid enough to buy firearms then don't you
think we need to raise the minimum age to join military to 21 make sense to me
also I think we need to raise the age to voting to 21 that is the most important
responsibility a young person has is to vote for the leaders clearly they're
incompetent and can't do it at 18 so that should be 21 as well while you're
at it car or vehicle ownership should be raised to 21 there's no need for an 18
year old kid to be on the road traveling 70 plus miles an hour with a vehicle to
weighs more than 3,000 pounds example all the terrorist attacks over in Europe
for Muslim and radical Muslims were getting in vehicles and running people
over they were just sitting on the side of the road with their little cafes and
stuff having a cup of coffee or whatnot did they blame the vehicle no they did
not they blamed the person operating the vehicle well the Democrats the Liberals
and anti Gunners have a have a Sainz pretty popular never let a good tragedy
go to waste well they missed a huge tragedy and
they've been missing it every year there's over 600,000 people dying every
year in this country due to things that they could do something about honestly
do something about but they ignore it because there's no agenda behind it
here's another example ever since Trump became president the
Democrats and the Liberals have been focusing all this rushing controversy
when they know there's nothing going on whatsoever but yet ever
single day in the news they focus on Trump is colluding with the Russians
it's a bunch of made-up crap that they would rather push in traffic because
they're pushing an agenda this whole time they could be taking all that
energy and all that focus from all their constituents in trying to solve a
problem like you know underage drinking you know drinking and driving texting
and driving you know cigarettes tobacco abuse you
know it wrecks on the highway just all this stuff that they can be done but
they don't it all comes down to that agenda folks okay folks well we're not
long enough about this topic hope you liked the video please like and
subscribe share and leave comments below if you'd like and I'll talk to you guys
later
