Dems in PANIC MODE After Trump's Lawyer Demands

Mueller End His Probe Desperate Democrats are in panic mode, now

that President Trump's lawyer is calling on Mueller to end his sham of a "Russia

probe."

Lawmakers sounded the alarms on Saturday, in the wake of the firing of disgraced FBI

Deputy Director Andrew McCabe, who is reportedly at the center of the upcoming IG report, as

a leaker who lied to FBI investigators, covered for Hillary, and lied under oath.

From Washington Examiner

Democratic lawmakers sounded the alarm on Saturday about President Trump possibly committing

obstruction of justice after his attorney suggested special counsel Robert Mueller should

be fired after FBI Deputy Director Andrew McCabe got the boot Friday.

Trump's personal lawyer, John Dowd, told the Daily Beast he hopes to see Deputy Attorney

General Rod Rosenstein, who is overseeing Mueller's Russia investigation, fire Mueller

like Attorney General Jeff Sessions fired McCabe.

He originally indicated that we was speaking on behalf of Trump, but later clarified that

he was speaking on behalf of himself and not the president.Democrats, who are already weary

of the president's criticism of the Russia investigation, skewered Dowd's comments

on Twitter Saturday.

Sen. Mark Warner, the top Democrat on the Intelligence Committee, urged members of Congress

from both sides of the aisle to "speak up" and defend Mueller's work.

"Every member of Congress, Republican and Democrat, needs to speak up in defense of

the Special Counsel.

Now," Warner wrote.Similarly, Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., warned the administration

that there will be "severe consequences" from both Democrats and Republicans if they

follow Dowd's wishes and fire Mueller.

"Mr. Dowd's comments are yet another indication that the first instinct of @realDonaldTrump

and his legal team is not to cooperate with Special Counsel Mueller, but to undermine

him at every turn," he wrote.

Schumer added: "The president, the administration, and his legal team must not take any steps

to curtail, interfere with, or end the special counsel's investigation or there will be

severe consequences from both Democrats and Republicans."

Rep. Yvette Clarke, D-N.Y., called the idea of canning Mueller an "obvious abuse of

power.""Stunning, but sadly, not surprising.

This is an obvious abuse of power.

I condemn any effort by 45 and his Administration to interfere with the Special Counsel's

investigation," she wrote.

"Trump's lawyer John Dowd – and Trump himself – are recklessly courting a constitutional

crisis with this loose talk of ending the Mueller investigation.

And they know it, which suggests knowledge that the truth is even worse," wrote Rep.

Don Beyer, D-Va.Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi, D-Ill., said the investigation "must run

its course" no matter how much the administration opposes it.Whether or not President Trump's

lawyer will admit it, the President wants to end the Mueller investigation and views

it as a witch hunt, even as indictments have continued.

The Special Counsel's investigation must run its course no matter how much the investigated

oppose it," the Illinois congressman tweeted.

The widespread backlash came less than 24 hours after it was announced McCabe was fired

before he planned to officially retire on Sunday with a full pension.

REPORT: Look What Trump Has in Store for Obama's Disastrous Iran Deal

It looks like President Trump is keeping yet another one of his campaign promises.

Senator Bob Corker appeared on "Face The Nation," where he said that he expects President

Trump to do away with Obama's disastrous Iran Deal by May.

From Washington Examiner

Sen. Bob Corker expects President Trump to pull out of the Iran deal in May in what would

be a major step toward fulfilling a campaign promise.

Corker, the chairman of the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, said on CBS' "Face

The Nation" that he expects Trump to pull out of the deal on May 12.

That's the next time Trump would have to decide on whether to recertify the Iran deal,

as is required to be gone every 90 days.

The Iran deal will be another issue that's coming up in May, and– right now it doesn't

feel like it's gonna be extended.

I think the president likely– will move away from it, unless my– our European counterparts

really come together on a framework.

And it doesn't feel to me that they are," Corker said.

When asked if he thinks Trump will pull out of the deal, he said, "I do.

I do."

Trump has promised to pull out of the Iran nuclear agreement, which he has called the

"worst deal ever."

Trump recertified the deal at the end of January but warned it would be the Islamic Republic's

last chance to abide by the terms of the deal before he pulled the US out.

Trump fired his first secretary of state, Rex Tillerson, last week and appointed CIA

Director Mike Pompeo to take his place.

Pompeo is an Iran hawk and was against the deal during his time in the House in President

Obama's administration.

NERVOUS JOHN? Ex-CIA Director Brennan LASHES OUT At President Trump After McCabe Firing - Duration: 3:55.

NERVOUS JOHN?

Ex-CIA Director Brennan LASHES OUT At President Trump After McCabe Firing

On Friday evening, Attorney General Jeff Sessions fired Andrew McCabe on the recommendation

of FBI disciplinary officials.

In a statement, Sessions said, "Both the OIG and FBI OPR reports concluded that Mr.

McCabe had made an unauthorized disclosure to the news media and lacked candor − including

under oath − on multiple occasions."

"The FBI expects every employee to adhere to the highest standards of honesty, integrity

and accountability."

"As the OPR proposal stated, 'all FBI employees know that lacking candor under oath

results in dismissal and that our integrity is our brand'," Sessions added.

Hours later, President Trump took to Twitter to laud the move.

"Andrew McCabe FIRED, a great day for the hard working men and women of the FBI – A

great day for Democracy.

Sanctimonious James Comey was his boss and made McCabe look like a choirboy.

He knew all about the lies and corruption going on at the highest levels of the FBI!"

The next morning, Brennan lashed out at President Trump for his tweet about McCabe.

"When the full extent of your venality, moral turpitude, and political corruption

becomes known, you will take your rightful place as a disgraced demagogue in the dustbin

of history.

You may scapegoat Andy McCabe, but you will not destroy America…America will triumph

over you."

Is Brennan's tweet a sign that he is anxious about his alleged role in the Steele dossier?

House Intelligence chairman Devin Nunes is reportedly investigating Brennan and other

Obama officials for their role in promoting the dossier.

The New York Post's Paul Sperry says Nunes is also investigating whether Brennan perjured

himself in a public testimony about the dossier.

Sperry reported:

In his May 2017 testimony before the intelligence panel, Brennan emphatically denied the dossier

factored into the intelligence community's publicly released conclusion last year that

Russia meddled in the 2016 election "to help Trump's chances of victory."

Brennan also swore that he did not know who commissioned the anti-Trump research document

(excerpt here), even though senior national security and counterintelligence officials

at the Justice Department and FBI knew the previous year that the dossier was funded

by the Hillary Clinton campaign.

Former Secret Service agent Dan Bongino recently told Fox News that Brennan is in a "world

of trouble right now," over his testimony on the dubious Steele dossier.

Newsmax reports:

"My sources on this are telling me John Brennan is in a world of trouble right now,"

Bongino told Fox News' "Fox & Friends" program.

"Back in August of 2016 he gives a private briefing to Sen. Harry Reid, Democrat, of

course.

He gives that briefing to Reid.

Reid fires off a letter to the FBI.

In that letter is information that clearly came from the dossier."

That means that at that point, Brennan was aware of the dossier, but in May of 2017,

under oath, he denied knowing who commissioned it, said Bongino, a frequent Fox News commentator

and owner of "The Dan Bongino Show" podcast.

"The CIA has a central role in the verification of foreign assets and information we get from

foreign assets," Bongino said.

"It is not plausibly deniable that John Brennan did not know who commissioned that

dossier he is in a world of trouble because he raised his right hand and he said the exact

opposite."

BREAKING! They Found Her Fingerprints All OVER IT!! Trump's READY FOR WAR! - Duration: 24:48.

BREAKING!

They Found Her Fingerprints All OVER IT!! Trump's READY FOR WAR!

As we go further down the rabbit hole of deception, it looks more and more as though the entire

basis of the investigation into the Trump campaign's so-called Russian ties was based

on little more than fabrication and falsified documents.

In short, it is a political hit job carried out by the Democratic National Committee and

the Hillary Clinton campaign in a quest for power and world domination.

Naturally, Hillary is right at the center of the deception and controversy in this massive

bid for power against the will of the American people.

Her campaign's fingerprints are on at least three separate pieces of information fed to

the FBI, including the Christopher Steele dossier.

A dossier that many Republicans claim formed the foundation for a judge to grant a FISA

warrant allowing the Federal Bureau of Investigation to spy on Trump campaign associate Carter

Page.

It has now been confirmed on the record as of Thursday by a former State Department official

that associates of Hillary and her campaign were funneling information to Steele while

he was compiling a dossier.

The same dossier commissioned, bought, and paid for by Hillary's campaign and the DNC

all in a subversive disinformation effort.

The revelations just continue to pile on.

Each one more damning than the last as this follows the recent revelations that a top

Department of Justice official fed the FBI information compiled by his wife.

His wife who just happened to be working for Fusion GPS – the very same firm who was

being paid to compile dirt on the Trump campaign while being paid by both the Clintons, their

lackeys, and the DNC.

The dossier was quoted "extensively" in the FBI's application for a FISA warrant

in their concerted effort to spy on the Trump campaign according to the recent memo released

by the Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee.

A January letter to the FBI further revealed two Senate Republicans also confirmed that

Steele's now infamous dossier formed a "significant portion" of the warrant application.

The letter from Sens. Chuck Grassley, who chairs the Judiciary Committee, and Lindsey

Graham was made public earlier this week.

Grassley stated in the letter – "It is troubling enough that the Clinton Campaign

funded Mr. Steele's work, but that these Clinton associates were contemporaneously

feeding Mr. Steele allegations raises additional concerns about his credibility."

1.

Clinton ally Sidney Blumenthal funneled information to the FBI through a contact at the State

Department.

In an account published by The Washington Post, former State Department official Jonathan

Winer describes how research compiled by a Clinton ally made its way into his hands and

then to the FBI.

Winer was in charge of combating transnational organized crime at the State Department under

Bill Clinton in the 1990s and returned under the Obama administration to work on international

law enforcement.

Between his two gigs, he became friends with Steele, who as a result began feeding information

to the State Department and tipped Winer off in Sept. 2016 to the Trump dossier he was

compiling.

That same month, Winer me Blumenthal, who provided him with notes on Trump and Russia

compiled by another Clinton insider, Cody Shearer.

"What struck me was how some of the material echoed Steele's but appeared to involve

different sources," Winer writes in The Washington Post.

He decided to show the notes to Steele, who told him the information could be used to

corroborate his dossier.

Steele walked away with a copy of the notes, which he provided to the FBI.

Shearer and Blumenthal, known respectively as "Mr. Fixer" and "Vicious Sid" in

Clinton world, are staunch allies of the Clintons.

Winer notes he didn't know whether the information Blumenthal fed him was accurate, but says

he fed it to Steel anyway because he was "alarmed at Russia's role in the 2016 election."

Grassley and Graham express concern in their criminal referral that Steele was "vulnerable

to manipulation" while compiling his dossier on Trump, as he has admitted to meeting with

at least four different news outlets during that time (in violation of an agreement he

had with the FBI), and indicated he received unsolicited and unverified tips on Trump and

included them in his dossier.

"Simply put, the more people who contemporaneously knew that Mr. Steele was compiling his dossier,

the more likely it was vulnerable to manipulation," they wrote in their letter.

Of course, the Clinton network knew to some extent about the dossier, since Hillary's

campaign and the DNC had commissioned and funded the effort through Fusion GPS.

Whether Blumenthal was planting bogus information to manipulate Steele or passing along what

he regarded as a legitimate tip is unclear, but it's certainly not a good look.

Regardless, this second unverified and unsolicited dossier made its way to the FBI thanks to

the Clinton camp.

2.

Steele was at that same time compiling a dossier paid for by the Clinton campaign and the DNC.

As noted, Steele was already well into work on a dossier paid for by the Clinton campaign

and DNC regarding Trump's Russia ties when Winer approached him.

Perkins Coie, a law firm representing the Clinton campaign and the DNC, had hired Fusion

GPS to dig up opposition research on Trump prior to the election.

Fusion in turn employed Steele, a former British spy, to compile the dossier.

His work was entirely funded by Democrats.

The FBI was never able to verify the salacious claims in Steele's dossier, so relied heavily

on his reputation to infuse the document with credibility before the Foreign Intelligence

Surveillance Act court, according to the Republican memo and criminal referral.

The bureau continued to vouch for him before the court in subsequent applications to renew

the warrant, even after learning he was "desperate" to stop Trump from getting elected, had broken

the bureau's trust by dishing to the press in one case, and potentially lied to the bureau

outright in several other instances — a criminal offense.

The court learned none of this, and continued to grant the FBI permission to spy on a U.S.

citizen based in part on Steele's research.

3.

A top DOJ official fed the FBI research on Trump from his wife also paid for by the Clinton

campaign and the DNC.

The third piece of information provided to the FBI in connection with Clinton allies

is research compiled by the wife of former senior Justice Department official Bruce Ohr,

who worked closely with Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates and her replacement, Rod Rosenstein.

Ohr was also a friend of Steele.

Ohr's wife was employed by Fusion GPS to help compile opposition research on Trump.

According to the Republican memo, Ohr eventually turned over all of the information she compiled

— while working ultimately for the Clinton campaign and the DNC — to the FBI.

It's unclear whether this information made it into the FISA applications, but it's

one more example of evidence received by the FBI that can be traced back to the Clinton

campaign.

According to the Republican memo, the FISA court was never informed of the Ohr's connections

to Fusion GPS and Steele.

In sum: To obtain a warrant to spy on a Trump campaign associate, the FBI relied heavily

on a dossier that was never substantiated, put together by a former spy "desperate"

to stop Trump.

That dossier was paid for by powerful Democrats on Trump's rival campaign, who also paid

for opposition research the FBI received from a powerful couple inside President Obama's

DOJ.

Separately, two Clinton allies worked together to funnel a second unsubstantiated dossier

to

the FBI through the

State Department.

John Goodman, Bill Hader and Fred Armisen Take on the Trump White House in Star-Studded 'SNL' - Duration: 4:59.

John Goodman, Bill Hader and Fred Armisen Take on the Trump White House in Star-Studded 'SNL' Cold Open

Saturday Night Live brought some real star power to this weeks cold open, with John Goodman lending his formidable gravitas to his portrayal of recently fired Secretary of State Rex Tillerson, SNL alum Fred Armisen as Fire and Fury author Michael Wolff, and the nights host – and fellow former SNL star – Bill Hader reprising his amazing impression of Anthony the Mooch Scaramucci.

Alex Moffat opened the show with his stellar impression of Anderson Cooper, who welcomed Attorney General Jeff Sessions (played with a brilliant, ever-increasing creepiness by Kate McKinnon), who didnt mince words when it came to his decision to fire FBI Director Andrew McCabe two days before he would have been eligible for his government pension: Trump made me do it.

I'm always down clown but this was sneaky even for me," McKinnon's Sessions explained.

I'm just a simple man who wanted to make things bad for immigrants and here I am taking away the pension of a Christian white! It isnt right!.

Goodmans Tillerson later joined Moffats Cooper for a panel discussion, and the former Secretary of State was clearly agitated as he sipped from a glass of water while taking questions about being fired by President Donald Trump via Twitter.

Its just crazy how one day youre the CEO of Exxon, a $50 billion company, and the next day you get fired by a guy who used to sell stakes in the mail! Tillerson yelled, crushing the glass of water in his hand into a shower of shards.

Haders Scaramucci and Armisens Wolff joined the panel discussion as well, and The Mooch reflected on his 11-day tenure as White House press secretary.

I was the fidget spinner of the Trump White House, Scaramucci joked.

I made a big splash and then one day everybody was like, Whoa, what the hell was that about?.

Meanwhile Wolff shared some supposed insight into the madness of the Trump White House.

People dont know this, but Trump would line up his staff and use a laser pointer and circle their love handles every day, Wolff said.

Wow. Is that really true? Cooper asked.

Shrugging his shoulders, Wolff replied unconvincingly, Yeah.

This week marks the second SNL episode in a row not to feature Alec Baldwin playing Donald Trump, who hes repeatedly been portraying since the first episode of last season, before the 2016 presidential election.

DESPERATE PLEA issued to Donald Trump on TRADE WAR over aluminium and steel tariffs - DAILY NEWS - Duration: 3:39.

DESPERATE PLEA issued to Donald Trump on TRADE WAR over aluminium and steel tariffs

WORLD-LEADING economists have issued a desperate plea to Donald Trump to reconsider his proposed

tariffs aluminium and steel tariffs, arguing they will hurt the US.

Their intervention has come as Trump has proposed the introduction 25 per cent tariffs on steel

imports and 10 per cent tariffs on aluminium on the grounds of "national security".

The tariffs will hurt far more Americans than they will help, Chicago Booth University's

IGM Forum of 43 economists has warned.

University of Chicago professor Austan Goolsbee described the tariffs as the economic equivalent

of "punching yourself in the face".

Nobel prizewinner Richard Thaler said: "In net we want more trade, not less.

"This is unlikely to help and runs the risk of starting a trade war."

Yale University professor Christopher Udry said: "It will improve some Americans welfare,

and hurt many others.

"On balance it's a very costly way to help those who gain."

Harvard University professor Eric Maskin compared Trump's tariffs to the Smoot-Hawley tariffs

in 1930s which received blame for worsening the Great Depression.

He wrote: "I thought we had learned our lesson with Smoot-Hawley."

Meanwhile, the EU is bracing itself for a vicious trade war with the US after it was

warned Donald Trump's 25 per cent levy on steel could cost Brussels an eye-watering

400million.

The European Commission has backtracked on its original belief the US President would

come around on the trade dispute after he hinted Britain would be exempt from following

talks with the Prime Minister.

Brussels officials also fear a lawsuit would not stand if they tried to bring a case against

the tariffs before the World Trade Organisation (WTO), an internal paper of the EU Council

of Ministers reads.

Despite Trade Commissioner Cecilia Malmström earlier this week putting in an urgent request

to meet with American Industry Minister Wilbur Ross next week to continue negotiations.

The Commission is said to be preparing for the worst.

The tariffs on steel and aluminium will increase the price of the products of German manufacturers

by €400 million, according to estimates by the German Association of Chambers of Industry

and Commerce (DIHK).

This means "a major competitive disadvantage for our steel and aluminium-producing companies,"

DIHK boss Eric Schweitzer said before calling on the EU to stand up to Trump on his proposal.

He added: "Together with international partners, the EU should take a stand against the US

decision at the WTO and with its own measures, which includes short-term EU protection measures

in the context of the resulting damage and a complaint at the WTO."

The EU still hopes to be exempted from the decision, "but for now we will seek a dialogue"

Chancellor Angela Merkel said.

Trump Bulldozing US Gov't Officials Who Admitted To Poisoning Our Military As THOUSANDS Are Dying - Duration: 5:20.

Trump Bulldozing US Gov't Officials Who Admitted To Poisoning Our Military As THOUSANDS

Are Dying Water is essential to life and as Americans,

we expect that what we're drinking is safe.

While that's the case everywhere around the country, it was not true for our Marine

heroes and their families living on base in North Carolina while serving our country.

For years, the victims had no clue that the water they were consuming and using on a daily

basis was killing them, and now it's too late.

The government has admitted their part in poisoning thousands of America's finest

and their families for years, many of whom have died before justice could be served.

The devastation of those affected is far sweeping and extends beyond having been poisoned.

Many rely on the Veterans Affairs for treatment for this horrible illness and aren't getting

it.

Approximately 900,000 Marine Corps veterans have been poisoned by contaminated water at

Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune.

These victims' only hope is in President Donald Trump to be the first president to

do something about it and a VA whistleblower is now being the one to pursue the president

in getting the deathly ill veterans the help they deserve.

The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reports of what these victims were contaminated with

for years while the issue in the water was ignored:

The North Carolina base's drinking water contained toxic chemicals from the 1950s to

the 1980s.

Hundreds of thousands of people — Marines and their family members — were exposed

to the water.

The Lejeune Community Assistance Panel, administered out of the Centers For Disease Control and

Prevention offices, was created 13 years ago to share information and give those poisoned,

many who are sick, a forum to be heard.

An AJC article on Sunday highlighted complaints about recent efforts designed to help those

suffering.

Veterans and their families say programs administered through the Department of Veterans Affairs

are failing to properly notify those affected and leaving family members behind.

Just as the contaminated water issue went unaddressed for decades, so have victims'

access to healthcare and disability benefits from the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Those who served at Camp Lejeune from 1953 to 1987 who had been poisoned, have already

died waiting for a response and care.

However, a suspected 500,000 more affected veterans are still living but believed to

have a much higher mortality rate than the general population.

Playing a critical part in the death rate is the lack of care they are getting and responds

to requests for help and answers from the defunct VA system which has been mismanaged,

overwhelmed, and understaffed for years.

According to the Washington Examiner:

The majority of deceased or living Camp Lejeune veterans and their family members have not

received any compensation for the health effects from being exposed to contaminants at Camp

Lejeune or for the loss of their children who were miscarried as a result of the toxic

water on the base.

Less than 20 percent of family member insurance claims have been approved by VA.

The agency has only approved 463 of the 2,519 family member claims filed between 2014 and

2017.

VA's decision not to compensate Camp Lejeune Veterans for all of the 15 known health effects

related to Camp Lejeune is in direct opposition to the findings stated in departmental guidance.urrently,

veterans who suffer from critical illnesses like neurobehavioral effects, miscarriages

and infertility, and renal toxicity receive no presumptive disability compensation.

There is no reason that Camp Lejeune veterans do not receive the same type of disability

compensation as veterans exposed to Agent Orange.

It's sad and unacceptable that prisoners in our country get better medical care while

serving their sentence than our heroes who defended and served our nation.

They are being forgotten and ignored after suffering horrific poisoning they should have

never been subjected to on an American military base of all places.

Washington Examiner reported the whistleblowers call to action:

"I strongly encourage the Trump administration to move forward with administrative and legislative

reforms to improve veteran access to healthcare and disability benefits.

The White House should resist bending to the will of disloyal false prophets who seek to

undermine the presidency by exploiting veterans concerns about privatization as means of maintaining

job security."

"The president would find that the veteran community (21+ million strong) will support

his administration, if the White House engages them directly and conveys a clear cohesive

message about its long-term goals for preserving the VA while expanding access to care for

veterans who can't be serviced by a VA medical facility in a timely manner."Something can

and should be done about this to save or at least extend the lives of hundreds of thousands

affected veterans who need someone to rely on.
