If your video was successfully uploaded to Google Photos, it would appear in your trash bin after you deleted it, where it would remain for up to 60 days or until you manually emptied the trash.

If you deleted the video before it was fully uploaded to Google Photos, there is nothing that Google or any of the volunteers in this forum can do to help you recover it. Google cannot help you recover a file it never had in the first place.

If you deleted the video and then manually emptied the trash, then again, there is nothing that can be done to help you recover it. When you attempt to manually empty the trash, you are presented with a warning dialogue box explaining that you are about to permanently delete all of those files. If you still choose to proceed, you cannot change your mind afterward.

Hello, I have some weird issue. The folders between my android device and Google Photos are out of sync. When I go to my Google Photos settings and see device folders, I see few folders that I actually have on my device but there are few folders missing and also see folders that are not there at all. At the same time whenever I download a picture to one of these missing folders on the device it's being backed up to Google photos which I don't want but I can't turn it off, as Google Photos doesn't see this folder. It's like GP doesn't see the folder but backups the pictures from it anyway. I tried checking folders settings on my device, too. Folders are not hidden or anything.

If you've deleted the video from Google Photos and want to restore them, please know that photos/videos deleted from the Google Photos library, goes to the Trash for the next 60 days. I understand and I know how important Google Photos is for you. Ensure that you're sign into Google Photos with your Google Account. If yes, please give the below steps a try in a sequence to help resolve the issue:

Check your internet connection (mobile data).
Close the Google Photos app and re-launch it.
Sign out and sign back in to Google Photos with the same Google Account.
Clear App data:

Open your device's Settings app (not the Google Settings app).
Touch Apps.
Select Google Photos in the list.
Touch Clear data.

Update the Google Photos app on your Android phone:

Visit the Google Play Store.
Open Google Photos.
Touch on Update.

Select the videos/photos you want to delete
Top right tap on the hamburger (3 dots)
Select Delete from Device

It will delete the media from your device, but you can still see it when you go to photos.google.com.

To order the image:

Open up the album in Google Photos
Click More options
Edit album
If you want to order by Oldest first/Newest first/Recently added, click on Sort photos (2 arrows icon) and choose respectively
If you want custom order, Drag and drop the images wherever you want.
Click on "Tick" icon to save the order

Please make sure that your internet speed is good while doing this.
