Check your internet connection (mobile data).
Close the Google Photos app and re-launch it.
Sign out and sign back in to Google Photos with the same Google Account.
Clear App data:

Open your device's Settings app (not the Google Settings app).
Touch Apps.
Select Google Photos in the list.
Touch Clear data.

Update the Google Photos app on your Android phone:

Visit the Google Play Store.
Open Google Photos.
Touch on Update.

On your phone you could try a few things, like check you WiFI connection is good.

You could also try clearing the data - Clearing your app data is the same as uninstalling and reinstalling the app—this won't delete your photos and videos.

Open your device's Settings app.
Tap Apps.
Select Photos in the list.
Tap Storage.Tap Clear data. After you clear your data, you'll need to sign in and turn "back up & sync" on again.

a factory reset permanently erases all the data on the local storage of an Android device. However, if your photos and files are also stored online on https://photos.google.com and http://drive.google.com, the reset won't affect them.

For extra safety I strongly recommend that, before resetting the phone, you connect it to a computer through a USB cable and copy all data to the computer.

Freddy, if the video is larger than trash can contain, Google Photos will notify you of that. I am sure this is your case. In this scenario, if you go ahead to delete it, there is no way you can recover your file :(

Good morning. The reason for blurry photos is typically because either a) the camera was moving, b) the subject was moving, or c) the camera wasn't focused properly.

There are no tools or features in Google Photos (or any other photo editing software that I know of) that can make a blurry photo clear. That's just not something that's possible.

However, depending on how blurry the picture is, it may be possible to improve it a little bit. But, nothing will be able to make it perfect.

In Google Photos, the editing interface has a slider called Pop. You can try moving that back and forth to see if it helps improve your picture. You'll also have to use the advanced Lighting sliders to counter-balance some of the darkening that results from increasing the Pop. It will require a lot of back and forth playing around with the tools, but if the original image is only slightly out of focus you might end up with a half decent picture.

It sounds like you may have a folder that is sync'ing with Google Photos on your phone. Can you go to Photos on your phone then go to Menu>Settings>Back up & sync>Device folders.
