I don't think any more information is needed, I have exactly what the same problem. I want to know what specific files, be they photos from my phone, files in my gmail, files on my drive.google, files from EVERYWHERE. Which ones are using my google backup space, where are they? Why can't I see ALL of this information in one place? If I can where is it? Why isn't it easier to find?

We are mostly user volunteers here, and have no access to accounts, passwords, etc.
 
This seems to be the most comprehensive source of data on recovery of Gmail addresses.
 
Excerpt:
Lost Password Recovery. The recover process can be started in either of two ways:
Try all possible recovery emails and recovery phones which you have access to.  If possible, log into the recovery site from an IP address you have used previously.
 
Another thought, is that you MAY have saved your Google account password in the password management facility of a browser you don't use very often (Firefox, IE, Edge, Chrome...).  If you think this is a possibility you might search ~password management~ with the name of the specific browser.
 
You might find more expertise on recovering accounts in the Gmail support forum.

Recently one of my email accounts was disabled and I lost all my photos and videos that were saved on that account. It wasn't an "@gmail.com" account but it was powered through Google. I contacted my church (they who are made the account for me) to see if they could enable my account briefly so I could recover my photos but they are unable to do so. Is there a way to recover my photos from a disabled account that I don't have any access to anymore? It's a tough situation, but if there was a solution I'd be more than happy!
