Trump news on Youtube Sep 23 2018

Judge Brett Kavanaugh has been in a whirlwind of controversy since a few weeks ago.

Ever since an accuser came out and said she was sexually assaulted by him the process

has been in turmoil.

Now, President Trump has made an announcement regarding Judge Kavanaugh and it is going

to nail Kavanaugh's accuser to the wall.

The New York Times reported, "After a tense night of legal brinkmanship,

the chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee late Friday told lawyers for the woman who

has accused Judge Brett M. Kavanaugh of sexual assault that they can have until 2:30 p.m.

Saturday to negotiate the terms of their client's testimony before the panel next week.

The chairman, Senator Charles E. Grassley, Republican of Iowa, made his announcement

on Twitter shortly before midnight, after lawyers for Christine Blasey Ford sent an

angry email accusing his staff of bullying their client.

He directed his tweet to Judge Kavanaugh, President Trump's nominee to the Supreme

Court, who has flatly denied the assault and has said he is eager to testify to clear his

name.

I have no doubt that, if the attack on Dr. Ford was as bad as she says, charges would

have been immediately filed with local Law Enforcement Authorities by either her or her

loving parents.

I ask that she bring those filings forward so that we can learn date, time, and place!

"Judge Kavanaugh I just granted another extension to Dr Ford to decide if she wants

to proceed w the statement she made last week to testify to the senate," Mr. Grassley

wrote, using Twitter shorthand.

"She shld decide so we can move on I want to hear her.

I hope u understand.

It's not my normal approach to b indecisive."

In an email to the lawyers, aides to Mr. Grassley said that they "absolutely must hear by

2:30 p.m." that Dr. Blasey — who also goes by her married name, Ford — has agreed

to their terms for testifying.

It was not clear precisely what those terms were.

The late-night missives were the latest twist in a legal tango that has riveted Washington,

with a lifetime appointment to the nation's highest court hanging in the balance.

The back-and-forth has also infuriated Mr. Trump, who lashed out on Friday at Dr. Blasey

on Twitter, saying that if the attack "was as bad as she says," she or her parents

would have reported it to the authorities when it happened more than 30 years ago.

The comment was Mr. Trump's first direct attack on Dr. Blasey, 51, a research psychologist

in Northern California who has accused Judge Kavanaugh of pinning her to a bed, grinding

his body against her and muffling her screams at a party when they were teenagers in the

early 1980s.

She has said that she is willing to testify publicly, though not on Monday, the date Mr.

Grassley had scheduled a hearing.

Throughout the day on Friday, Dr. Blasey's lawyers and Senate Judiciary Committee aides

tried to work out details like how many photographers and television cameras would be in the room

(Dr. Blasey, fearful of being mobbed by the news media, wanted one of each); who would

ask the questions (Republicans wanted an outside lawyer, Dr. Blasey favored senators); and

what day the session would take place (Dr. Blasey asked for Thursday, Republicans wanted

Wednesday).

But as the workday drew to a close, Mr. Grassley announced that the judiciary panel would vote

on Judge Kavanaugh's confirmation on Monday morning unless negotiators reached an agreement

by 10 p.m. Friday.

One of Dr. Blasey's lawyers, Debra S. Katz, responded a few hours later with a blistering

email, accusing Mr. Grassley's aides of pressuring her client "to agree to conditions

you find advantageous to the nominee," and of imposing "aggressive and artificial deadlines"

whose "sole purpose is to bully Dr. Ford."

Ms. Katz asked for an additional day to negotiate, and in the end, Mr. Grassley acquiesced.

But he did not seem happy about it.

In a follow-up tweet sent after the one directed to Judge Kavanaugh, Mr. Grassley wrote: "With

all the extensions we give Dr Ford to decide if she still wants to testify to the Senate

I feel like I am playing 2nd trombone in the judiciary orchestra and Schumer is the conductor."

He was referring to Senator Chuck Schumer of New York, the Democratic leader.

Dr. Blasey's allegations, which for weeks had been kept secret by the top Democrat on

the Judiciary Committee, have knocked the White House and its conservative allies — who

fear that their

President Trump Just Shut Down Obama's Social Security Plan That Helped Undocumenteds - Duration: 4:52.

President Trump is always dealing with an array of detractors.

Especially given some of the policies he has supported.

The case is no different now, now that he is beginning to reinstate a Social Security

anti-fraud plan that was put into place under the Obama administration and used to identify

illegal immigrants.

It was recently announced that the current White House administration will be restarting

the notification process to American businesses when sensitive and personal information that

is submitted on employee tax forms does not properly match up with the records of social

security numbers.

This had been a longtime business practice that was stopped under the Obama administration.

The Daily Caller reported, Beginning in 2019, the Social Security Administration

(SSA) will send "no-match" letters to employers when a name and social security

number combination provided by an employee does not match the agency's records for

that number.

Employers who fail to correct the records could be subject to IRS tax penalties, Bloomberg

Law reported Tuesday.

The resumption of no-match letters also has significant implications for identifying illegal

immigrants who have stolen a U.S. citizen's social security number and used it to prove

work authorization.

As many as three-quarters of the 7 million illegal immigrants in the U.S. workforce possess

a social security number that belongs to somebody else, according to SSA estimates.

No-match letters can be considered preliminary evidence that a worker is an illegal immigrant

who appropriated a social security number to gain employment, according to a September

report from the Immigration Reform Law Institute (IRLI).

Using government records obtained through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) lawsuit,

IRLI found 39 million instances of social security number mismatches between 2012 and

2016.

Many of those instances are repeat mismatch reports involving the same number, and others

were caused by name changes, clerical errors or non-alien criminals stealing identities

for other reasons, according to IRLI executive director Dale Wilcox.

But "we know a large portion of that number certainly is stolen identities" on the part

of illegal aliens, Wilcox told Bloomberg Law.

(RELATED: EXCLUSIVE: New USCIS Office Investigating Thousands Who Got Citizenship Through Identity

Fraud

The SSA has sent some form of mismatch notification to companies or individual employees for decades,

but the Obama administration quietly suspended the practice in 2012, citing a lack of resources.

At the time of the suspension, no-match letters were being sent directly to employees, not

employers.

"The termination of no-match letters has resulted in a thriving black market where

illegal aliens can obtain the Social Security numbers of U.S. citizens in order to gain

employment," IRLI, the legal wing of the Federation for American Immigration Reform,

said a news release on Sept. 11.

"The Social Security numbers of young children are especially sought by illegal aliens, as

this theft is likely to go undetected for years."

The Obama administration halted no-match letters eight days after it began accepting applications

for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program in August 2012.

Due to the timing, some immigration policy analysts concluded the move was made to reassure

DACA applicants they would not be prosecuted for identity theft.

"Since awareness that they had been 'flagged' as identity thieves might well have dissuaded

them from disclosing their whereabouts in a DACA application, suspension of the SSA

program was a logical add-on to the other actions taken by the administration to prevent

fear of identity-theft prosecution from depressing DACA applications," Temple University law

professor Jan Ting wrote in March."

In the past, the aim of no-match letters was to inform various companies as well as their

employees that their contributions to social security were not being adequately and properly

credited because of their mismatches.

In 2016 during the tax season, there was approximately $1.5 trillion in earnings for the Social Security

Administration in the suspense file.

This is where the agency holds down uncredited wages that it knows it can definitively match

in its database that holds all social security numbers.

Over $409 billion of the total was totaled between the years 2012 and 2016, that is three

whole years.

This was a period when the Obama administration had already stopped sending n-match letters.

As was reported by the IRLI.

This could potentially be a part of the president's attempt at comprehensive immigration reform

without having to get or

Trump Warned Maxine Waters And She Did not Listen, Now He's Sending In The Feds - Duration: 5:56.

After President Trump and many others have warned California Congresswoman Maxine Waters,

AKA "Auntie Maxine" to stop the violent rhetoric against President Trump's cabinet

and Conservatives it seems things have reached a fever pitch and now we are getting various

reports that the United States Secret Service is investigating the Congresswoman.

This investigation came after conservative Laura Loomer filed an official complaint with

the Secret Service which followed a Judicial Watch complaint against Waters with the House

Office of Congressional Ethics.

I just filed a complaint against Rep. @MaxineWaters with the @SecretService.

Although the Secret Service Officer could not get into the details of the investigation,

he did tell me that SS is looking into Maxine's comments that incite violence against @realDonaldTrump

& his staff.

The Judicial Watch complaint called to attention her multiple calls for violence against a

sitting president, which is against the law.

The group makes a point to state that lawmakers should in fact vote on whether or not to censure

Waters, which could, in turn, force her resignation.

All this comes as Waters also came under fire for praising the early 90s LA riots, which

resulted in 63 dead, nearly a billion dollars worth of property damage, and thousands injured.

Here is more on this via CDP: "The Secret Service is investigating Rep.

Maxine Waters after she urged people to harass and confront Trump administration officials

and supporters in public, according to The American Mirror.

The explosive report came from journalist Laura Loomer, who said she filed a complaint

with the Secret Service against Waters.

Conservative watchdog Judicial Watch has also filed a complaint against Waters with the

House Office of Congressional Ethics, saying her calls for violence against a sitting president

is against the law.

The group argues lawmakers should vote on whether to censure Waters, which could force

her to resign.

She is also under fire for praising the LA riots, which resulted in nearly a billion

dollars worth of property damage.

On Monday, Loomer tweeted that after she filed her complaint, the Secret Service told her

that it was "looking into" Waters chilling remarks.

As reported by Conservative Daily Post, Waters issued a dangerous call to action over the

weekend, urging people to harass and inflict violence against officials who work for President

Donald Trump.

She said those who work for and support the president should not be welcomed or allowed

in society.

Here's part of what she said:

"If you think we are rallying now, you ai not seen nothing yet.

Already, you have members of your Cabinet that are being booed out of restaurants … who

have protesters taking up at their house, who say, 'No peace, no sleep!

No peace, no sleep!'"

"Let's make sure we show up wherever we have to show up and if you see anybody from

that Cabinet in a restaurant, in a department store, at a gasoline station, you get out

and you create a crowd and you push back on them, and you tell them they are not welcome

anymore, anywhere."

Following her chilling and disgusting comments, Judicial Watch filed a complaint on Monday

against Waters for inciting violence against members of Trump's cabinet.

In a letter to the House Ethics office, the watchdog group said Waters was encouraging

people to attack and use violence against members of Trump's administration and those

who support him.

The group said no member of Congress should be allowed to make such sickening comments,

arguing that lawmakers should vote on whether she should be censured.

Her calls for violence also came as pro-Trump Florida Republican Attorney General Pam Bondi

was spit on by liberals while being chased out of a movie theater over the weekend.

Prior to that, a mob of deranged liberals swarmed the home of Department of Homeland

Security Secretary Kristjen Nielsen, putting her family at risk of being attacked, harassed,

and confronted.

Many would agree Waters' dangerous rhetoric should result in an investigation by the Secret

Service.

Lawmakers should also be forced to vote, on the record, about whether they believe any

actions should be taken against Waters.

This dangerous rhetoric has resulted in Republicans and members of the Trump administration being

targeted, attacked, and harassed.

Threatening violence against an elected official or member of the president's administration

is a felony, and Waters should be held accountable."

President Trump also chimed in on Monday the best way he knows how to reach his supporters

without the censor and spin of the Liberal

Mainstream media, with

a tweet.

Stumping In Missouri, Trump Says He Will Clear Out 'Lingering Stench' At Fbi, Doj - Duration: 3:43.

President Trump took aim at the FBI and the Department of Justice during a rally in Springfield,

Mo., on Friday night, vowing to "get rid of" what he described as "a lingering stench"

at the agencies.

His remarks came amid reports that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein last year

suggested secretly recording Trump to expose chaos in the White House and enlisting Cabinet

members to invoke the 25th Amendment to remove Trump from office.

Trump at the rally did not specifically mention Rosenstein, who has adamantly denied the accusations.

"Just look at what is now being exposed in our Department of Justice and the FBI.

Look at what's going on," Trump said.

"And I want to tell you, we have great people in the Department of Justice.

We have great people.

These are people, I really believe, you take a poll, I gotta be at 95 percent.

But you got some real bad ones.

You have seen what's happened at the FBI.

They are all gone.

They are all gone.

They are all gone.

But there's a lingering stench and we are going to get rid of that too."

Trump was in Missouri in support of state Attorney General Josh Hawley, a Republican

who is attempting to unseat incumbent U.S. Sen. Claire McCaskill, a Democrat.

Trump said that Hawley was needed in the Senate "to fight for Missouri" and the "whole country"

because the Republican Party would "never, ever get a vote" from McCaskill, including

on Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh.

"Brett Kavanaugh, fantastic man.

She just announced she would not vote for him," Trump said of McCaskill.

"He was born for the U.S. Supreme Court.

He was born for it.

And it's going to happen.

It's going to happen.

But she just announced, she's not voting … and she will vote against everything we want to

do."

McCaskill tweeted Wednesday night that she would not vote for Kavanaugh.

In her message, she explicitly wrote that his legal rulings and ideology -- and not

the allegations by Christine Blasey Ford -- were the reason for her decision.

Ford alleged that Kavanaugh forced himself onto her and covered her mouth in the 1980s,

when Kavanaugh was 17 and she was 15.

The president also said that "a vote for Claire McCaskill" was one in favor of House Minority

Leader Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif.; Senate Minority Leader Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y.; and U.S. Rep.

Maxine Waters, D-Calif

Trump also slammed Democrats, calling them "dangerous" and "crazy," noting that some

have called to abolish U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE).

"And they are not just extreme, they are frankly dangerous and they are crazy.

They are crazy," Trump said.

"Democrats want to abolish ICE.

In other words, they want to abolish immigration enforcement entirely.

Let violent, sadistic gangs like MS-13, the worst gang in the world, run wild in our communities."

"I have seen our guys from ICE.

I have seen it.

I have watched it.

MS-13, they are tough but they are not tough like our guys.

They are not tough like our ICE people," Trump continued.

Trump won Missouri during the 2016 presidential election, defeating opponent Hillary Clinton

there by double digits.

The president has previously campaigned for and endorsed Hawley in the state's U.S.

Senate race, telling an audience over the summer, "We need Josh badly."

In a June tweet, he dubbed McCaskill "so phony" for her use of a private plane for

two of the three days of her supposed campaign RV tour.

"Senator Claire McCaskill of the GREAT State of Missouri flew around in a luxurious private

jet during her RV tour of the state," Trump wrote.

"RV's are not for her.

People are really upset, so phony!

Josh Hawley should win big, and has my full endorsement."

For her part, McCaskill reportedly acknowledged that she had used a private plane, but insisted

she had not used office funds and made no apologies for taking trips to see her constituents.

Trump Calls Out Feinstein and Democrats for Obstruction: 'TAKE THE VOTE!' - Duration: 2:45.

With Senate Judiciary Committee Democrats appearing to be in lockstep against Supreme

Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, President Donald Trump said Friday there is no need for them

to delay voting on Kavanaugh any longer.

Kavanaugh's nomination was supposed to have been voted on by the committee on Thursday,

but that vote was scrapped in the aftermath of Christine Blasey Ford's accusation that

Kavanaugh acted in a sexually inappropriate manner during a 1980s party when both were

in high school.

Kavanaugh has strongly denied the incident ever happened.

While the committee, chaired by Iowa Republican Chuck Grassley, has been working to set up

a hearing during which Ford can speak directly to the senators, committee Democrats have

been demanding that the FBI be called in to investigate the 35-year-old allegations and

that any vote on the nomination be delayed until after that investigation is complete.

The FBI has indicated it has no plans to investigate the allegation.

Trump on Friday said the stalling had gone on long enough.

"Senator Feinstein and the Democrats held the letter for months, only to release it

with a bang after the hearings were OVER – done very purposefully to Obstruct & Resist & Delay.

Let her testify, or not, and TAKE THE VOTE!" Trump tweeted.

Senator Feinstein and the Democrats held the letter for months, only to release it with

a bang after the hearings were OVER - done very purposefully to Obstruct & Resist & Delay.

Let her testify, or not, and TAKE THE VOTE! Trump's tweets mirror comments he made to

Sean Hannity of Fox News on Thursday night.

The president said Kavanaugh is "an outstanding person" who deserves to have his nomination

voted upon.

"I do not think you can delay it any longer," Trump said.

Trump said Ford should "have her say and let's see how it all works out."

He also, on Friday, tweeted that the incident appears to be getting more attention now than

at the time it could have been investigated.

"I have no doubt that, if the attack on Dr. Ford was as bad as she says, charges would

have been immediately filed with local Law Enforcement Authorities by either her or her

loving parents," Trump tweeted.

"I ask that she bring those filings forward so that we can learn date, time, and place!"

One of Trump's tweets on the nomination made it clear he views the attacks against

Kavanaugh as politically motivated.

"Judge Brett Kavanaugh is a fine man, with an impeccable reputation, who is under assault

by radical left wing politicians who do not want to know the answers, they just want to

destroy and delay.

Facts do not matter.

I go through this with them every single day in D.C.," he tweeted.

On Thursday, Ford appeared to open the door for some sort of hearing next week, but the

details remained uncertain on Friday.

Judiciary Committee majority spokesman Taylor Foy said Grassley "will consult with his

colleagues on the committee.

He remains committed to providing a fair forum for both Dr. Ford and Judge Kavanaugh."

Paranoid Trump Thinks His Defense Secretary Is A Secret Democrat - Duration: 3:46.

A major new report came out in the New York Times recently, basically giving us a profile

and an inside look at Donald Trump's defense secretary James Mattis.

And the reason they're doing this is because they believe that Mattis is on his way out.

Not by choice, but that Donald Trump is very likely to fire him in the coming months.

That has been a, basically, an idea that's been floated around by the media for several

months now, that Mattis would probably be the next person to get the ax.

And the New York Times piece kind of explains why that is.

First and foremost, Donald Trump is unhappy, not with Mattis's performance, to a degree,

but mostly because everybody considers Mattis to be the adult in the room.

They think he is the one reigning Trump in and coming in and adding a little bit of maturity

and expertise to his position, and Donald Trump doesn't like that.

Donald Trump is very jealous of that, and that jealousy is going to lead him to fire

one of the only people in his administration who's actually slightly qualified for the

position that they hold.

Donald Trump doesn't like people being smarter than him.

He doesn't like people being more mature than him, so Mattis, yes, if those are the criteria

we're looking at, likely not going to have a job for very much longer within this administration.

But there's another thing, and this actually popped up only recently.

And that is that Donald Trump actually thinks Mattis may be a secret Democrat.

Here's the reasoning behind that: James Mattis, according to the article, doesn't think the

military should be used as a political tool, something that Donald Trump and nearly every

Republican in this country does think.

They think we should be using the military as a political tool.

They try to use it to win elections, they wrap themselves in the flag while ignoring

the plight of our veterans here in the United States.

Donald Trump wants to throw his big grand military parade.

Mattis doesn't think it's a good idea, thinks it's a waste of money, so yeah, maybe that

makes him a secret Democrat.

Mattis was also against ending the war games in South Korea, which Donald Trump agreed

to do at the request of North Korea.

He also doesn't like Donald Trump's attacks on NATO.

Mattis actually happens to believe that NATO is doing its job the way they're supposed

to be.

And Trump doesn't like that.

Trump doesn't like being told no.

Trump doesn't like people disagreeing with him, and if you disagree with him, then it's

probably because you're secretly a Democrat, as he suspects Mattis is.

I wouldn't be surprised if Donald Trump believes that James Mattis is the person who wrote

that New York Times op-ed, and to be honest, I wouldn't be shocked to find out that it,

in fact, was him who wrote the op-ed.

But a lot of this actually stems from that.

It stems from the fact that Donald Trump has nobody left that he can trust.

They still can't find who wrote that article, and until they do, and I hope they never do,

Trump's going to suspect every single person he encounters of being the author of that.

And as such, he's going to grow increasingly paranoid, and the more paranoid he gets, the

more dangerous he gets.

But one thing's for certain, all of this in-fighting that he's having with James Mattis, and all

this attention that Mattis is getting now for allegedly being the adult in the room,

all that means is that Mattis will likely be out the door possibly before the end of

this year.

TRUMP JUST ENDED IT FOR OBAMA WITH A SINGLE SWIPE OF THE PEN

Well, Trump said he was going to drain the swamp, and so he is.

The latest swamp creature, which appears to be an enormous leech, to go?

None other than everyone's favorite: Barack Obama.

According to a new report from Judicial Watch, the total cost of the Obamas' vacations

and travel, which has been paid for by American taxpayers, currently stands at $105,662,975.27.

No, that's not a typo.

Rounded up, that's around $106 billion.

All this while Obama rakes in millions each year from his speaking engagements, publishing

deals, and more.

Trump will do this by signing a bill that is awaiting a vote in the Senate (a companion

bill is also being considered by the House).

These bills are designed to reduce the excessive amounts that the American taxpayers pay for

all past presidents, including Obama.

The Daily Caller explains:

A Senate committee approved a bill Wednesday to reduce the salary former presidents can

make, years after former President Barack Obama vetoed similar legislation in 2015.

The update to the Former Presidents Act would reduce how much former presidents receive

in pension from the taxpayers and reduce the total amount of money taxpayers contribute

to former commanders in chief.

Iowa Republican Sen. Joni Ernst, sponsor of the Senate legislation, explained, 'Our

national debt now exceeds $20 trillion; this bipartisan effort is another important step

toward reigning in Washington's out-of-control spending.

It is ridiculous to continue asking taxpayers to help foot the bill for former presidents'

perks at a time when they already rake in millions of dollars from book deals, speaking

engagements, and more."

In 2017, alone, U.S. taxpayers have forked over $2.8 billion (yes, that's billion,

with a "b") to support the five living former presidents.

Congressional Research Service report details that the money has been spent on their salaries,

security, staff and other perks of office.

While cutting back on excessive expenditures for past presidents clearly seems to have

tremendous support, one politician who did not support it was, yes, you guessed it, Barack

Obama.

Apparently Obama vetoed a similar bill when he was in office.

Of course he did.

Signing a bill like that would mean he would not be able to continue getting fat and rich

off the hard work of millions of decent Americans.

Well, too bad, Obama.

Trump is doing the right thing, the thing you should have done years ago.

He is taking some of the burden off the taxpayer and getting his country going in the right

direction again.
