Trump news on Youtube May 8 2018

and a bar and at some point they're gonna bring out a cake yeah I just got

word they just put down the whiskey they stopped making the whiskey which I asked

them to do by the way it's redneck Riviera yeah

okay that was big enriches yeah that's their whiskey restaurant whiskey and

this house special a day this is my mom texted me my mom texted three times this

is she texted me happy birthday that's how we communicate she didn't used to

text no she's never doesn't text she just has a caller right she's actually

use a phone absolutely call right and she always starts with you know fights

not five four when it's Li one like she still puts into the first so Marie

kilmeade congratulations she's degra years ago gave birth to Franco does not

order Hugh's autocorrect either she gets it right the first time

all right now listen sometimes the president it appears when he's tweeting

you wonder if autocorrect is helping him with some spelling but he has just done

a couple of tweets in the last hour and some of them regard what is going on

with the Russia and Muller investigation this was one of his latest ones the

Russia witch-hunt is rapidly losing credibility House Intelligence Committee

found no collusion coordination or anything else with Russia so now the

probe says okay what else is there how about obstruction for a made-up phony

crime there is no oh it's called fighting back the 13 angry Democrats in

charge of the Russian witch-hunt are starting to find out that there is a

court system in place that actually protects people from injustice and just

wait till the courts get to see your unrevealed conflicts of interests what

he's referring to it happened on Friday judge TSLA Ellison has been to judgments

but that are significant that presidents referring to this judge a reagan

appointee looked at the 18 count indictment on mana ford and said mana

for lawyers argued that the hearing in alexandra that the text and bank fraud

charges are far ahead a field of mouth mandate in

investigating russian meddling says this you look into something to happen in

2006 they even know each other at the time and it's a good point and that's

what the judge had pointed out and they have a retort they got to come back with

an explanation so if it's okay to say Michael Cohen's problem belongs in the

Southern District of New York whatever it is we need to raid four of his

locations well with this nothing to do with the metaphor it's something to do

with the this is this in case the Muller case so why is the mana Ford case part

of the malla probe because there's nothing to do with the with the

president and so this judge Ellis says hey this is real simple just show me the

scope memo and what that does is it spells out the slope of the Muller

investigation but the Department of Justice has said saying no judge that's

a big secret the judge is saying essentially that's BS you got to show it

to me and then there's another judge who regarding remember you heard about about

a dozen Russians who were indicted for the troll farm Dabney Friedrich that US

District Judge she said that the prosecutors request to put off a

scheduled arraignment for Concord management which was one of three

companies that was named in it as being a bot farm they want to actually go to

trial but they want to see the evidence the government has got and the

government's gone and so now suddenly it looks as if the legal system is pushing

back against mark robe which looks like might be going a little out of the line

it was very interesting what your judge Ellis said here is the transcript and if

you read it it's pretty simple I mean get through the first ten pages and

you'll you'll see that he's saying they're going after manna for because

they want to force him to sing about the president they want to squeeze him they

he's the judge says you get you get to tighten the screws and then they will

begin to provide information and what you're really interested in you're not

really interested in manna for you're just trying to go after I don't want to

get too far afield but also over the weekend Michael Flint situation you have

three separate FBI people including James Comey reportedly even though he

denied it saying that Mike Flynn didn't lead to their assessment he did not

knowingly not tell the truth about any back-channel to Russia so they said they

never felt when they questioned him that he was lying to them but there was some

sort of a trap and he fell through you know it looks like he didn't

give accurate information jason chaffetz says look the judges are pushing back

because there's no probable cause and Muller's in trouble the improbable

election of donald trump is not probable cause to pursue him the question is what

is it that started this initial probe and it's become so far and so wide for

judge Ellis to push back on this and say show us the scope memo I love the fact

that he's pushing back you don't get unfettered access to go serve anywhere

in every place you pursue the truth you provide pursuit justice but you do that

through facts and evidence also there's an item in The Wall Street Journal today

that says that Muller be given the fact that we are six months away from the

November midterm elections Muller is either got to wrap up the investigation

or it's going to have to go dark because there's a Department of Justice policy

that they do not want to appear to be impacting a u.s. election despite what

happened well Rudy Giuliani was on some of the Sunday shows talking I'm sure you

watch but he he said this is just a trap and that's why he doesn't want the

president to testify and then George Stephanopoulos presses him and says if

it's just a diffuse tell him the truth why does he care it's not a trap he says

because they'll find some way to make him look like it's false and this is in

some fantasy world I'd love to believe they won't do that but he said Special

Counsel thinks that Comey is Moses and I happen to think that Comey is Judas wow

that's a priest Ronnie just can't wait for the IG report to come out soon to

find out really what would happen during the investigation of Hillary Clinton

that's gonna be big as Lisa page quietly left the scene of

the FBI over the weekend apparently a lot of the stuff that Congress is

getting Muller himself is able to redact anything he does not want Congress to

see and apparently it's considerable meanwhile let's talk a little bit about

this we have talked for years about the liberal bias on America's campuses but

the National Association of scholars what they did was they looked at the

number of schools that don't have any Republicans on the faculty and the

number is jaw-dropping what is that number see

well take a look at this Ainsley 40% 39% of colleges have zero professors who ID

as Republicans they looked at the top number think about that four and ten

have zero Republicans on the faculty ten point four to one that's right the

number of Democrats ten point four to every Republican did y'all consider this

when you were looking at colleges for your kids listen we've been talking

about bias but it's impossible to find right something that is truly fairly

balanced my son was sending me emails about safe spaces and everything

election from where's about the school that he went to he said this is

outrageous if they were sending therapists to off-campus apartments in

case people just wanted to talk well two of the three kids went to pretty

Stevenson lost some of you waited on this we have a tweet from Salvatore and

says parents need to get involved and pay attention to what your kids are

learning in school asked what did you learn today if you don't like what you

hear go confront the teacher and school board wake up America okay that's at the

local level we're talking about college meanwhile Linda tweeted any of us

attendees or graduates know the prejudice has existed for decades but

now complete indoctrination dominates all right here's a woman that will not

be indoctrinated here's Gillian mealy good morning you

know our College I don't know that I'd want my parents to go confront my

teacher just throwing that gotta fight your fights it's okay yeah alright let's

go ahead and get you caught up on some of the news we're falling

starting with this fox news alert a Florida sheriff's deputy fighting for

his life after being shot in the head deputy William Gentry responding to a

call about a cat being shot when the suspect pulled the trigger and Lake

Placid we would just ask that you continue to pray for deputy Jenni and

hopefully that will give him the strength to pull through this

the gunman identified as Joseph Abel's is charged with attempted murder he's a

convicted felon with a history of violence towards police gentry is a nine

year veteran of the force and serves with his brother a detective at least 26

homes are destroyed as lava flows intensified from Hawaii's Kilauea

volcano and that's showing no signs of stopping

brand-new video showing molten rock spewing into the air on the big island

at hot lava also giving off toxic gas and forcing 1,700 people from their

homes Kilauea is an active volcano but it hasn't erupted like this since 1955

when it didn't stop for three months take a look at this colorado rockies

players bat slips right out of his hands but just watch Marco's thought he was

out of the well came back at got lucky got him in the shoulder

yep that was the bat ricocheting off the dugout and right into the Mets

The Trump administration will announce its decision on whether the United States will

pull out of the Iran nuclear deal on Tuesday.

President Trump tweeted that he will make the announcement at 2 p.m. Eastern Time from

the White House.

He has long threatened to pull out of the 2015 deal,...which lifted certain economic

sanctions on Iran in exchange for curbs on Tehran's nuclear program.

The announcement comes ahead of the May 12th deadline in which he has to decide whether

to continue the sanctions waiver or leave the agreement.

Kurtz:Trump eyes Lewandowski for Kelly's job amid White House infighting - Duration: 4:26.

Corey Lewandowski is having a big time comeback it's just under two years ago

Lewandowski combative controversial was unceremoniously dumped as Donald Trump's

first campaign manager after he had essentially guided him to the brink of

the nomination those were some dark days for Lewandowski but as with many people

who the president gets rid of he did remain on sort of the fringes of the

orbit and they continued to talk the president continued to seek his advice

and now according to my sources if the White House chief of staff's job should

become open Lewandowski is a candidate for that job president has actually

discussed the possibility of Corey Lewandowski becoming his White House

chief of staff now it's probably unlikely that will happen and I'll

explain why in a moment first of all let's look at why the job might be open

it's no secret in Washington in the White House anywhere really that John

Kelly has a very strained relationship right now with this president Kelley

came in and kind of a high the general who was going to impose military

discipline on the White House and that worked for a while but inevitably there

were strains between the president and the general and that was exacerbated

this week when NBC reported that story that Kelley according to unnamed sources

repeatedly referred to donald trump ism as an idiot and the Kelley put out a

statement saying that's total BS they have a candid relationship kind of

little dip low speak there my sources say there's no imminent

breach coming up but nobody really expects Kelley to last that much longer

so Lewandowski is somebody who makes Trump comfortable and he has been

traveling with the president on political trips and at the weekend rally

in Michigan he actually was called up to the stage and president was praising him

he was seen Cory on TV and Cory has only had one campaign and he wanted so he's

one for one kind of airbrushing the fact that deve was then fired and so here's

the situation if this were to come to a head

Lewandowski I think is reluctant to take the job based on what I'm hearing from

my sources for one think it would be a huge pay cut he spent about the last two

years building a business as a Washington consultant doing the speaking

circuit and all of that at the same time you know it would be

very very hard for a guy as close to the president's quarry to turn it down the

president offered it also Accords got four kids to support and so you know the

lucrative lure of the private sector is not inconsiderable

at the same time Lewandowski knows people in the White House tell me that

if this job were to go to court Louie deskey that as much as half the staff

would quit it's not so much that they have a visceral dislike for the guy

although some may not like Corey Lewandowski but some in the White House

believe that with no government experience that he simply doesn't have

the ability to handle as challenging and complex a job as chief of staff and if

that happened Cory would want to bring in his own people and there'd be a

wholesale turnover so a president knows that if he were to go this route to make

this change he would essentially be blowing up his White House staff you

don't just bring in one person at the top there'd be a lot of wholesale

changes but the president is focused on the midterms and he does obviously you

know with the increasing possibility that Democrats may take the house at

least I think he wants a more politically attuned chief of staff but

the downside there of Lewandowski would end up doing this is that the

Republicans get clobbered in November he would get much of the blame so it's

probably the odds are against this happening but it's not impossible as I

say they've discussed it's also possible if Kelly leaves is the president all

have no chief of staff or will appoint somebody who's not really gonna run this

staff but be more of an outside ambassador the world but no matter how

you slice it given the level of Vice to traveling together the fact that he's

sort of back in the inner circle whether he gets the title or not Lewandowski is

back as a trusted adviser to President Trump who as you know sometimes runs

through advisors rather quickly sometimes being on the outside on the

fringes of the Trump world is the safest place to be

you

Kurt Russel Just SHOWED Celebs It's Time To Shut Up About Trump! - Duration: 2:36.

Kurt Russel Just SHOWED Celebs It's Time To Shut Up About Trump!

Since the second that Donald Trump was declared as our next president, liberals have not stopped

complaining about the outcome, even after more than a year with him in the White House.

The despicable display reached the height of annoyance during every ego-stroking awards

ceremony since President Trump was elected.

All have turned into a Trump-trashing session for pissed of celebrities to get far too much

off their chest about our unapologetic leader.

However, not everyone in Hollywood shares the same opinion as the most outspoken offender,

Meryl Streep, as Kurt Russell just showed her and all of Trump's other famous foes

that it's time to shut up about our president.

If you haven't heard much from Russell lately, it's because he falls into the rare category

of celebrities who isn't crying over Hillary Clinton's loss and doesn't feel that he

needs to make his political opinions known.

He's simply doing what he's paid well to do and wishes others in the biz would too.

Since they continue to throw tantrums and trash Trump on a public stage, Russell reached

his breaking point and finally fired back hard.

"This is a business that's heavily promulgated by people who have a politically liberal bent,"

Russell began in his blistering beratement of these overpaid crybabies after what Streep

said at the Golden Globes.

"I don't begrudge them that.

I'm a libertarian; frankly, I think my liberalness goes far beyond theirs in a lot of ways,"

he added, as reported by the American Lookout.

"But yeah, we think differently, and maybe that's cut me out of some things.

I don't care," he said before dropping a brutal announcement on these Streep and

her lemmings that left them burning.

BAD MOVE! 8 Huge Retailers Just Turned On Trump, Will Now Never Be The Same – Backlash Has Begun! - Duration: 15:38.

BAD MOVE!

8 Huge Retailers Just Turned On Trump, Will Now Never Be The Same – Backlash Has Begun!

President Trump has notoriously been good for businesses of all kinds, especially retailers

who have benefitted from his unprecedented overhaul of the economy.

When he first took office, he was left with a nation in distress, on the verge of the

next great depression, thanks to his predecessor's problems.

In record time, he made America stable and great again, even financially thriving in

a number of ways.

Brick and mortar retailers were on the edge of failure with online shopping replacing

the need for physical stores, but Trump stopped a complete collapse and now business is booming

once again…at least for those who didn't decide to turn around and stab him in the

back for this good deed.

In a time when department stores are struggling to compete with sites like Amazon, just to

stay afloat, it's a bad strategy to lick the gift horse in the mouth who just helped

their cause.

Once they realized the mistake of their bad decision, it had already backfired.

There's no coming back from this.

There was a domino effect of big box stores canceling their contracts with First Daughter

Ivanka Trump who was a successful businesswoman before she was a respected political figure.

They disagree with her father's politics, so in turn, they want to punish his daughter

financially by ripping all her products off their shelves.

However, President Trump isn't playing their stupid game anymore and just returned the

big insult with a huge injury.

Despite the fact that department stores are a dying breed and Ivanka's line was probably

what was helping keep them afloat, these three retailers committed corporate suicide in making

a really ridiculous statement.

A total of now seven stores, both online and brick-and-mortar have cut ties with Ivanka,

all for nothing she has done, other than simply being born to a man who is now our new leader.

Nordstrom led the

Nordstrom led the charge this week, by pleasing liberals everywhere who probably don't even

shop there that they aren't selling her wares anymore.

Hours later, Belk joined the anti-Ivanka brigade and decided they too would drop her, and today

TJ Maxx stores took part in the disgraceful trend too.

These physical stores are followed by a slew of online retailers who previously cut her

out of their inventory.

This isn't a business decision, it's personal, and Donald Trump doesn't appreciate it as

he made known today.

Using his favorite form to say what needs to be said fast without a single care for

who is offended by it, Trump took to Twitter to put the final nail in the coffin of these

retailers who brought on their own demise.

"My daughter Ivanka has been treated so unfairly by Nordstrom," the president wrote.

"She is a great person – always pushing me to do the right thing!

Terrible!'" he added.

It was only a matter of time before liberals came out hating on his defense of his daughter,

which was met with White House Press Secretary Sean Spicer immediately putting them in their

place by saying that the president was responding to an attack on his daughter," which was

exactly what it is.

Nordstrom reportedly made their decision to sever their sales relationship with Ivanka

since they disagreed with her father's immigration ban.

Many of the other stores were encouraged by liberal "feminists" who somehow think

that they are "empowering" women by destroying a successful woman's brand and income.

The big box department store, Belk, decided to bum rush their demise by dumping Ivanka

and can now say goodbye to their already dwindling customer base since it's most prominent

in the proud conservative South.

Trump is good for business, liberals are not, but this seems to be a hard concept to grasp

despite the painful consequences.

Oh well, enjoy your statement, Belk, Nordstrom, and the other, you'll all be irrelevant

much sooner than later, especially now that our president just spoke out against your

practices.

You picked the wrong side to partner with and now you're going

to pay.

After Rosie Won't Stop Committing Felonies To Oust Trump, She Gets Nasty Surprise - Duration: 6:30.

After Rosie Won't Stop Committing Felonies To Oust Trump, She Gets Nasty Surprise

Rosie O'Donnell lashed back late last night after it was discovered that she had allegedly

committed multiple felonies using aliases and different addresses to break campaign

finance laws.

The hefty comedian was caught red-handed, which pissed her off, so she doubled down.

Instead of stopping, insane Rosie illegally donated another $100,000 dollars screaming

she will "oust President Donald Trump."

This caused O'Donnell to get a nasty surprise she won't ever forget.

The war against President Donald Trump took a bizarre turn yesterday after Rosie O'Donnell

was caught committing multiple potential felonies by making illegal donations on a Democratic

National Committee website called "Act Blue."

The New York Post broke the story based on campaign finance filings that every candidate

must submit and make public.

They reported, "Rosie O'Donnell made illegally over-sized campaign donations to at least

five Democratic federal candidates, according to a Post analysis of campaign filings."

What makes Rosie's illegal donations so criminal is she clearly had the intent to

break the campaign finance laws which state the maximum donation to one campaign is $2,700

dollars.

"Filings show O'Donnell gave a combined $5,400 in contributions over the limit to

the five candidates and used five different New York addresses and four variations of

her name," added The New York Post.

In fact, the crazed leftist activist and rabid Trump hater regularly donated, giving over

$90,000 for the 2017-2018 election cycle to 50 different Democratic federal candidates

and committees, filings show.

O'Donnell clearly was out to get around the campaign finance laws, but she's figured

out a stealth alibi.

The Trump-hating actress told The New York Post in an e-mail, "My anxiety is quelled

by donating to those opposing Trump [and] his agenda — especially at night — when

most of these were placed."

You see where she is going with this, right?

She was blinded by her anxiety and sleepless nights induced by a new malady called "Trump

Derangement Syndrome."

She was temporarily insane with anxiety and had no idea what she was doing.

Rosie woke up this morning totally unhinged over the accurate reporting.

You see, she's a hero, and so breaking the law is her noble effort to oust Trump.

Rosie went insane tweeting, "as a salute to the ny post writer – who found sinister

ways to warp the truth – i will click away tonight – so i can hit 100,000 – #donateWHATuCAN

#RESIST #TrumpColluded."

The nutjob celebrity included a screenshot showing that she was up to $75,500 dollars

as she went on a potential illegal donating binge.

But there's more.

She posted 10 other tweets proving she was on a rampage on the "Act Blue" website,

donating to 10 different Democratic candidates or funds.

Here's an example: "It's time for transformative leadership in Georgia, powered by all of us.

Rosie doesn't believe that laws apply to important celebrities like her.

Of course, when a Republican like Dinesh D'Souza does one time what Rosie has now done multiple

times, he landed in jail.

D'Souza is a conservative pundit and filmmaker famous for the scathing documentary "2016:

Obama's America."

Some of you may recall that he was convicted of a felony for a lot less.

His one-time donation totaled $20,000 dollars.

He had to pay a $30,000 fine and was sentenced to eight months in jail with the help of Barack

Obama's good friend, corrupt U.S. Attorney Preet Bharara, who President Donald Trump

fired.

Keep in mind D'Souza was speaking just hours before Rosie goes on her next binge of illegal

donations.

Her sick admirers were celebrating that she was "resisting Trump" and doing so illegally.

Rosie re-tweeted this post, "@Rosie doing everything she can legal or illegal, to save

this country.

Respect!"

Well, Americans were waking up shocked to learn Rosie was so brazen about ousting Trump

that she would condone and continue to break the law to do it.

Patriots pushed back hard at Rosie giving her a nasty surprise.

On Twitter, the hashtag #ArrestRosie is going viral as Americans let the Trump hating celebrity

know, she's not getting away with anything.

Christopher Montgomery tweeted to Rosie, "How do you warp a criminal act?

Because you got caught.

Oh but i'm a celebrity i have special laws for me, Don't I!

Do you prefer vertical or horizontal stripes?"

"I'd like to reply but do I use Rosie, Rosey, Rosee, O'Donnell, O'donnel, O'donel,

or O'donell?

Who cares if you gave too much…you knowingly used fictitious names," chided "TravisAndersonImages,"

clearly being sarcastic referring to Rosie using aliases.

"Bugsy" tweeted to Rosie, "So, if you didn't know you were exceeding campaign

contribution limits, why did you use different names and addresses?

Asking for a friend."

Well, like all good leftists, cheating and breaking laws don't matter if "the end

justifies the means."

Rosie was hammered all morning long by pissed off Americans who are sick and tired of these

nutjobs who buy into conspiracy theories about Trump.

O'Donnell has stated that she only gets her news from Rachel Maddow, even dreaming

of "going on a double date" with the Trump hating MSNBC host.

Maddow's nightly show has committed itself 100% to pumping unsubstantiated lies about

the president "colluding with Russia," ignoring the real news he was cleared of those

bogus charges by the House Intel Committee.

Regardless of O'Donnell's brainwashing, she is not above the law.

All law-abiding Americans should be outraged at her demented behavior and her disgust for

our laws.

Let all your friends know it's time to arrest Rosie, she has gone way too far in her delusional

quest to oust our president.

President Trump is not holding back on the good news! Trump unleashes the House report

that there is NO COLLUSION found in the Trump campaign.

This BLOCKBUSTER report comes a day after Attorney General Jeff Sessions says the Mueller

probe "needs to conclude."

On Capitol Hill, Sessions says, "I think the American people are concerned.

And the President is concerned."

After listing all the issues the President is dealing with like foreign affairs and our

economy, Sessions says, "this thing [the Mueller probe] needs to conclude."

1 "The House Intelligence Committee on Friday declared that it found "no evidence" of

collusion between the Russian government and Trump campaign during the 2016 presidential

election, releasing a heavily redacted final report on its yearlong Russia investigation."

President Trump sends this tweet moments ago:

"Just Out: House Intelligence Committee Report released.

"No evidence" that the Trump Campaign "colluded, coordinated or conspired with

Russia."

Clinton Campaign paid for Opposition Research obtained from Russia- Wow!

A total Witch Hunt!

MUST END NOW!"

The American people rally in the comment's section of Donald J. Trump's tweet.

Corey says, "The witch hunt is over.

No collusion.

Never has been, Never was."

Corey is the Virginia State Director for NewRightUSA.

Additionally, Corey says, "The more that we have dug into this Russia investigation,

the more we have found evidence of Democrat wrongdoing and corruption.

The witch hunt backfired on the swamp"

Then quite pragmatically, Dody unleashes a great question, "Who's going to pay for

all of this?

Time, resources, broken spirits and law fees plus broken lives.

An honest account is greatly needed."

Finally Its HAPPENING NOW: Trump Just Dropped A Bomb On John Kerry's SHADOW Diplomacy

Trump says John Kerry's efforts to try to keep the u.s. in the Iran nuclear

deal might be illegal let's get more from correspondent Richardson at the

State Department tonight the Secretary of State is meeting with officials from

Iran Germany France and the European Union to hold together the Iran nuclear

deal the problem for the Trump administration that's former Secretary

of State John Kerry the White House is dismissing Kerry's effort President

Trump tweeted quote the United States does not need John Kerry's possibly

illegal shadow diplomacy on the very badly negotiated Iran deal he was the

one that created this mess in the first place I don't think that we would take

advice from somebody who created what the president sees to be one of the

worst deals ever made I'm not sure why we would start listening to him now a

source close to Kerry says the US should be pushing for Iran to continue sticking

to its obligations under the deal and there's nothing wrong with advocating

that in a statement the former secretary spokesperson says quote secretary Kerry

stays in touch with his former counterparts around the world just like

every previous Secretary of State like America's closest allies he believes it

is important that the nuclear agreement which took the world years to negotiate

remain effective his country's focus on stability in the region one former

senator disagrees John Kerry is not negotiating on behalf of the US

government I hope everybody he's talking to knows that but in my opinion what

he's doing is inappropriate and he shouldn't be doing it Republicans

complain of a double standard claiming the criticism of John Kerry's light are

non-existent where many objected to then eventual national security adviser

Michael Flynn as he discussed Russian sanctions with Russian officials before

President Trump took office the Boston Globe first reported Kerry's quiet

diplomacy for weeks the Europeans have publicly lobbied the Trump

administration to stay in the deal the United Kingdom's foreign secretary Boris

Johnson did so this morning visiting Secretary of State Mike Pompeo as the

public lobbying campaign concludes less than 24 hours before President Trump

announces his decision one European diplomat says the chances the u.s. stays

in this deal are very small and that it's pretty obvious that unless

something changes soon the president will refuse to waive the

sanctions that keep the United States in the Iran deal

Brett Richardson live the State Department rich thanks what do you think

do you think former Secretary of State John Kerry is breaking the law by

conducting the shadow diplomacy I'm telling you across the board

economically politically militarily and even morally we would pay in a

miserable price for this unilateral reversal back in 2015 when Secretary of

State John Kerry stumped for his Iran nuke deal he really liked it as you

heard there he thought that this was the solution to everything and apparently he

still does because he's out there talking his own book talking to France

talking to Iran and he's certainly under fire right now there's a report that

says he is engaged in what you would call shadow diplomacy out there meeting

with the Iranian Foreign Minister to brainstorm ways to somehow save this

deal this deal which by the way everybody agrees it's not such a great

deal it's a deal that actually could lead to problems down the road and then

we have some kind of deal like this with North Korea and now look at what we're

dealing with with North Korea a lot of people are calling this a violation of

what is known as the Logan act this is very interesting and I want to share

with you exactly what this act is it's written to say the Logan Act is

basically a law that makes it a crime for unauthorized citizens to negotiate

with foreign governments having a dispute with the u.s. in other words if

you're in a challenging situation like we are right now with Iran you as a

private individual and that's what he is now a private individual can't go and

start negotiating or trying to work with the French and work with the Iranians to

come to some kind of deal I want to share again with you what the Logan Act

is it it it's written to say any citizen in the United States wherever he may be

who without authority of the United States directly or indirectly commences

or carries on any correspondence or horse with a foreign government of any

officer or agent thereof in relation to any disputes or controversies with the

United States or to defeat the measures of the United States

so specifically controversies notice that with the United States shall be

fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years or both so what is

John Kerry thinking here trying to preserve his legacy I mean is this a

legacy that you even want to pursue maybe he would be better off sitting by

the sidelines and allowing the current administration to decide what is best

for us and work with our allies in Europe to get them on board as well mr.

Kerry says in response to this report actually this is a spokesperson I should

say for John Kerry like America's closest allies he believes it is

important that the nuclear agreement which took the world years to negotiate

remain effective as countries focus on stability in the region

so again John Kerry really likes the agreement he really wants it to stick he

wants it to stay I guess the big question is is he actually crossing a

line it feels almost like a kind of espionage if he's out there talking to

the Iranians and talking to the French and say no no wait we can make this

happen is he basically over using his former position Robert I mean I saw this

story and I thought my goodness I mean they talk about Trump colluding with the

Russians how about Kerry colluding with the Iranians it seems as though if the

president is trying to negotiate some kind of better deal I guess I just have

to ask what's Kerry doing in there mixing it up yeah Trish you're exactly

right and your analysis is exactly right it's very disappointing at best it's a

gross indiscretion at worst it's really extreme disloyalty and you know it's

hard to get inside John Kerry's head I'm not sure I'd want to be there but he's

he's a very he believes that he's doing God's work no doubt out there is the

same guy that opposed the Vietnam War and called it

war-crime the same guy that opposed the 2001 george w bush would draw from the

ABM anti-ballistic missile treaty and it would be as if he was over with the

Russians trying to figure out a way how to not get out of the ABM Treaty it does

raise legal issues and there two of them right off the top you mentioned the

Logan Act it's difficult that Act hasn't been enforced in 119 years although it

has been referred to by the Supreme Court three times it is a act that

prevents exactly what you suggest it per it prevents someone from doing private

diplomacy no matter how smart they think they are the second piece of it is

article 3 section 3 Clause 1 of the United States Constitution which says

that you cannot provide aid and comfort or adhere to the enemy and I think there

is frankly just about no country in the world that fits more precisely into the

definition of a sworn enemy of the United States than Iran you know my

final thought for you is on this sort of what do you do about it

people say well prosecute and I you know again it's an iffy proposition you know

professor Dershowitz up at Harvard has said that it's probably

unconstitutionally vague the Logan Act and if it is then let's just get it off

the books and if it isn't then let's use it it's certainly disloyal if nothing

else yeah it certainly is its extreme disloyalty I would say the four things

you ought to do right now is the Justice Department ought to issue a cease and

desist order and say just stop doing this he's been for months negotiating

with the foreign minister of Iran the second thing I think I'd do is do

exactly what Sally Yates did to Mike Flynn I'd send two or three FBI agents

over and have a debrief and say exactly what information did you share as a

former secretary of state with Iran as well as with the Europeans third thing I

would do I think you know whether you call that an investigation or a matter

doesn't really matter but the bottom line is I would send somebody over there

to talk with him and the third thing I would do is he has a courtesy clearance

that he maintains as a secretary of state former I think I would suspend

that temporarily and sit down with him at the State Department and say what

exactly did you provide I think the agency the CIA might also have a

discussion with him the last thing I think I might do is have the White House

Counsel issue some kind of a deterrent letter saying henceforth and forevermore

we're not we're not we frown on the idea of you

going over and encouraging another country to negotiate against the United

States in an area that governs national security Maleeva Bolivian Carter did a

bit of this too didn't he Robert you know not really Jimmy Carter Jimmy

Carter was kind of a free agent that everybody understood was Jimmy Carter

and he would go over and try to get get people released from foreign countries

like Bill Richardson did and you know honestly it's it's not this kind of an

egregious offence what you're talking about Trish is months of negotiation

behind the scenes genuine shadow diplomacy he's got his own private State

Department working here trying to undermine the president and I think that

goes to a bigger point very simply put he has not accepted the 2016 election

results and still wants to play the game he played before Wow Wow

so what would you advise the Trump administration to do on this just and

say would you say yeah I think you start there I mean if it turns out that he has

shared information to which he was privileged by virtue of his clearance

and then that raises another another that raises another question it's

mind-boggling right Robert because they're going on about the Russians and

I'm like wait a second if this guy's talking to the Iranians yeah and he's

more than talking he's really having conversations about how to prevent the

withdrawal Robert it's good to see you thank you there too you didn't have your

perspective John is a shadow diplomacy how does that impact

I don't think it impacts it at all I think the president spoke out about that

pretty clearly and I don't think that we would take advice from somebody who

created what the president sees to be one of the worst deals ever made I'm not

sure why we would start listening to him now so the administration slamming John

Kerry for engaging in what they called shadow diplomacy after the former

Secretary of State no longer the Secretary of State is holding meetings

privately with Iranian officials trying to save the nuclear deal with Iran that

he helped broker but that deal could come to a halt potentially tomorrow

because we know now that the president will make his feelings known his

decision known on this he said I'll announce my decision on the deal

tomorrow from the White House at 2:00 p.m. and so now the countdown is on so

what will happen and will world leaders buy into this here now mark Tisa

American Enterprise Institute scholar and Fox News contributor mark good to

have you with us good morning you know when you look at

the definition of the Logan Act it essentially says that you know private

individuals are not allowed to make any kind of deal or negotiation with any

foreign leader or or attempt it seems pretty clear even though it's never used

yeah it's never used and it's a if you talk to most conservative legal scholars

they would tell you it's unconstitutional but I don't know

whether what John Kerry did was illegal but it is certainly outrageous and it's

certainly hypocritical I mean if you recall in 2015 when John Kerry was

negotiating this horrible Iran deal Tom cotton and 46 Republican senators wrote

a letter to Iran's leaders in which they explained simply explained the Senate's

role in an advice and consent in the approval of international agreements and

John Kerry was outraged he expressed is at his utter disbelief at their

irresponsible actions he said this is a quote to write the leaders in the middle

of a negotiation is quite stunning and ignores more than two centuries of

precedent in the conduct of American foreign policy

now Tom cotton was and is a sitting united state senator the Senate has a

constitutional role in American foreign policy John Kerry has a constitutional

role in nothing he's a former official he has new people move off this stage

and you know as I think you pointed out and some thoughts that you sent to me

earlier you know be one thing if he was trying to rally with some of our allies

and encourage them to stand firm you know against any attempt to pull out of

the deal but instead he's rallying with the enemy yes he's working with a terror

he's he's working with collaborating with a terrorist state a regime that

hasn't that has rallies where people chant death to America in order to

undermine the foreign policy of the United States of America that now I hate

the tape to say this but that could be collusion with a foreign power wanted to

charge Mike Flynn with with the Logan Act the violations of the Logan Act she

was outraged that he was discussing things as a transition official with a

foreign ambassador I mean he was on the way in into government at that point so

you know it just you just have to deal with both things as apples and apples so

if it was outraged about that she should absolutely be outraged about this as

well right absolutely and look John Kerry is transitioned out of government

he is a private private citizen now his defenders what they say as well all

former secretaries of state keep in touch with with with their food their

colleagues around the world and Henry Kissinger did this he was a

globe-trotting diplomat for years after leaving government well there's a big

difference Henry Kissinger with especially at a time oment like this he

would actually ask the permission of the White House whether whether was a

Republican or Democrat president to go out and talk he would probably key was

sometimes carry a message from the president conversation or not let me

know I don't want to be you know unhealthy here let's take a look Ben

Rhodes obviously who was very involved as a member of the Obama administration

with this whole Iran deal as well is outraged because he is and he has the

understanding that there was an Israeli u.s. attempt to dig up dirt on the

people who developed this deal in order to discredit them but like a you know a

sort of dossier against the people who built this deal he says this is not

behavior that should be acceptable in a democracy at his thuggish mean-spirited

and Casta chilling and threatening cloud of over public service that risks

extending far beyond me and Colin cow was also named

what do you think mark you know what sit unacceptable in our democracy ben

rhoades ben rhoades is unacceptable in our

democracy ben rhoades is the is the least qualified person to ever sit in a

position of authority and foreign policy I doubt that the story is true I doubt

that Donald Trump's White House was doing this that maybe they say the Trump

team may have been involved in this that could be anybody I think Mike Pompeo and

John Bolton have better things to do cleaning up Ben Rhodes as messes than

than just to dig up dirt on Ben Rhodes we're worth remembering that Ben Rhodes

bragged about the echo chamber and the young journalists in their 20s who

didn't know anything about foreign policy that he was able to create this

echo chamber to support this Iran deal so I'm just worth worth pointing out

mark thank you good to see you as always thank you Thanks thank you god bless you

and God bless america

Rudy Giuliani Doesn't Rule out Trump Could Plead The Fifth In Russia Probe | Fox News - Duration: 12:06.

buddy on a Monday Fox's alert now only days before a confirmation hearing to

lead the CIA this morning there are reports that Gina Hass fell president

Trump's nominee offered to withdraw her nomination so we're looking to figure

that out today on a Monday I'm bill hemmer I hope you had a great

weekend welcome to America's newsroom Sandra's got a few days off it's been

some time yeah happy Monday you always bring a smile to my face

especially on a Monday morning I'm Julie van Dara's in for Sandra Smith this

morning so reports saying hostile eventually decided to move forward with

her nomination after a weekend phone call with President Trump the president

also showing his support publicly this morning on Twitter tweeting my highly

respected nominee for CIA director Gina Hass spell has come under fire because

she was too tough on terrorists think of that in these very dangerous times we

have the most qualified person a woman who Democrats want out because she is

too tough on terror win Gina Wow Kevin court for the White House

leads our coverage brand-new week Kevin how you doing good morning to you what

what's doing on this Hospital thing what's behind it listen a couple things

first of all she understands that the temperature in the room I think it is

fair to say bill when you're here in Washington you have to understand that

you know that your past behavior even if it was lawful even if it was questioned

severely could open the administration to even more criticism and so Hospital

clearly went to the White House and said listen I don't want to make it tougher

for you but White House officials did go to her and say absolutely you can do

this and indeed you should do this let me take you back to Twitter Sarah

Huckabee Sanders echoing the president sentiments and saying the following

thing about Gina Haskell there is no one more qualified to be the

first woman to lead the CIA than 30 plus year CIA veteran Gina Haspel any

democrat who claims to support women's empowerment and our national security

but opposes her nomination is a total hypocrite Haspel as mentioned lots of

experience although she was involved at the very highest levels at a time when

the CIA was apparently engaged in behavior including waterboarding and

other behaviors deemed inappropriate and in violation of some international norms

and law General Michael Hayden had this to say

about the nominee we can relitigate the past of CIA we've done that before but

if you want to do that then it should be directors and Attorney General's and

members of Congress and president with a president who does not always attach his

decisions to the real world to data to evidence Gina Haspel is the

one woman I want in that room when everyone else will be going into

north-south auto Bob and saying you're right boss Gina Haspel won't and that's

precisely the sort of Intel that the White House is reliant upon as they make

this election of Gina Haspel however there is a great deal of pushback as you

can well imagine over on Capitol Hill a lot of Democrats are quite concerned

about her role in waterboarding and other enhanced Terror interrogation

methods and that is why they are in opposition of her nomination this should

all play out very interestingly this week bill sure certainly will Kevin Rudy

Giuliani was talking over the weekend to what what seems to be the emerging legal

strategy I want to be delicate in how I present this to the folks at home

because I don't want to overstate perhaps the strategy I would just say it

this way Trudy Giuliani person has been doing a bit of cleanup if you will bill

after the rollout where he came out and sort of fumbled on his very first carry

to use a football expression and so now what the administration is doing is sort

of following his lead which is to say get it all out there whatever happened

admit to what happened make sure that the public and indeed the special

counsel understands that there was nothing nefarious about perhaps payments

to people like stormy Daniels and others Becky had this to say over the weekend

about whether or not the president might reject a chance to speak before the

special counsel are you confident the president will not take the fifth in

this case oh how could I ever be confident of that when I'm when I'm

facing a situation with the president and all the other lawyers are in which

every lawyer in America thinks he'd be a fool to testify I've got a client who

wants to testify please don't he said it yesterday and you know Jay and I said to

ourselves my goodness I you know we I hope we get a chance to tell him

the risk that he's taking so he may testify may testify may not all sorts of

constitutional questions around this and whether or not the president can't be

compelled to do so the precedent is out on Twitter as you can imagine once again

I just want to share one more tweet again in a series of tweets we've seen

the president sort of roll out on this topic the rush of witch-hunt is rapidly

losing credibility House Intelligence Committee found no collusion

coordination or anything else with Russia and so now the probe says okay

what else is there how about obstruction for a made-up

phony crime there's no Oh as an obstruction that's called fighting back

that kind of day already here at the White House bill should make for an

interesting press briefing today but for now at least the sun's out right thank

you Kevin thank you the UK making a last-ditch effort to convince President

Trump to stick with the Iran nuclear deal ahead of his meeting this afternoon

with vice president pence British Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson making

his case for the agreement this morning on Fox and Friends watch this without

just throwing the baby out with the bath water without scrapping the whole thing

because if you do that you have to answer the question what next what if

the Iranians do rush for a nuclear weapon are we seriously saying that

we're gonna bomb those facilities at calms and Fordow and Natanz is that

really a realistic possibility or do it or do we or do we work with what we've

got and push back on Iran together what do we do Griff Jenkins is live in

Washington so Griff will Boris be able to convince President Trump to remain in

the deal good morning Julie I don't know he certainly charismatic isn't he any

knowledge is that the Iran deal is deeply flawed and needs to be remedied

but the challenge that he faces like Francis McCrone and Germany before him

is that the president has not wavered in his position that he will pull out of

the deal on May 12th unless there are substantial changes in Secretary of

State Mike Pompeo has indicated that we are simply not seeing those necessary

changes that would strengthen the deal meanwhile Iran's president Hassan

rouhani says he's not even open to renegotiation and over the weekend

chairman of the House Services House Armed Service

committee Mac Thornberry suggested maybe what the president should do is delay

his decision take a listen what happens next if the u.s. pulls out

do the secretary matt has talked about the inspectors that are in there does

Iran kick those inspectors out so that we lose what visibility we have there

the Europeans are not going to reimpose sanctions so where does that leave us

and an Iran so I'm not necessarily opposed to sticking with this deal

forever but you need to have a clear idea about next steps in secretary

Pompeo has a press event later this afternoon Julie maybe we'll learn a

little bit more than where the administration stands on it Griffin what

do we know about reports a former Secretary of State John Kerry is

actually getting getting in the middle of this he's actually trying to work

behind the scenes to save the deal very interesting now according to a report of

the Boston Globe Secretary of State former Secretary of State John Kerry who

was the lead negotiator and that original deal has been engaging at what

some are calling shadow diplomacy to try and save the

deal Kerry's allegedly been talking to former contacts he had in his old post

including Iranians foreign minister Javad it is a reef whom he met with at

the UN recently and he's facing a lot of criticism for it from likes of former

Senator Joe Lieberman here's what he says John Kerry is not negotiating on

behalf of the US government I hope everybody he's talking to knows said but

in my opinion what he's doing is inappropriate and he shouldn't be doing

it so far no comment from secretary Kerry maybe we'll learn more Julie all

right Chris Jenkins thank you let's bring in Barbara your to political

correspondent Washington Examiner Fox News contributor good Monday Byron T

you-you-you think this Kerry news is a big deal to meetings recent days how

come well it is a big deal because well while we know that former Obama

administration officials of course they oppose the Trump administration undoing

some policies but we did not know until now that some of them were meeting with

foreign governments in an attempt to undermine the current US administration

that is a pretty big deal you will hear a lot about

the Logan Act which is a law that prevents private citizens from

conducting foreign policy problem areas it was passed in 1799 and has never

successfully been used to prosecute anybody hasn't even been tried and

wounded 150 years so it likely does not apply here

okay second time in two months I should say not second time and in a couple of

days but you're right they think the Trump folks are gonna screw this up and

they think this is a bill that the way to stability in the Middle East is with

Iran I'm not through Saudi Arabia which is the difference now late on Friday

Paul Manafort case was in court before a judge by the name of T s Ellis the third

great name and said the following on screen you really don't care about Mr

Man afford the judge said you really care about what information man afford

can give you to lead you to mr. Trump and an impeachment or whatever and quote

that struck a lot of people as something that we frankly haven't heard from the

bench well what do we done about that Byron well this was important because

it's the first time we've seen questioning by a judge in a court

questioning about the scope of the robert muller investigation because paul

man afford of course has been charged with lots of crimes that don't have

anything to do with the 2016 campaign or the Trump campaign and what this what

Manta Ford has been arguing in court saying that Robert Muller does not have

the authority to prosecute him on these things and so far man F Burton had not

made any progress until Friday when this judge said to the Muller lawyers look

you got to tell me what you were authorized to investigate there's a

secret document most of it's been blacked out and the judge says I want to

see it no redactions I want to see it in my chambers doesn't have to be made

public but you're gonna show me why you had the authority to do this yeah the

scope of the investigation it's very interesting you know does it fall

outside the the definition of a special counsel do you have the do the

opportunity to do that don't know how the judge is gonna rule but it certainly

was interesting here a Thank You Byron good to see in a Monday

thank you Bill you bet a lot of different legal minds have a variance of

opinions on yes you can imagine and well talk the judge next hour coming up a

little bit about that too all right well one of president Trump's former lawyers

bashing the robert muller investigation the tactics the in terrorem tactics that

Muller has used against Michael Cohen against mana for demonstrate a lack of

good faith we're gonna discuss why many think a sit-down between Trump and

Muller simply isn't going to happen also are the lines moved in down with North

Korea with a new warning for the US Senator that much anticipating meeting

is that summit now in jeopardy will tell you what we're hearing from Pyongyang

and lava laying waste to homes in Hawaii what folks are up against now next all

you can do is pray and hope because you know and try to get all the information

you can that's very hard we don't I say we don't have televisions here I'm gonna

go out and try to get even a newspaper

Melania Trump Hates When Donald Watches SNL – 'Ungrateful For His Sacrifice' - Duration: 2:39.

Melania Trump Hates When Donald Watches SNL – He Always Gets Furious That People Are So 'Ungrateful For His Sacrifice'

Saturday Night Live always throws the best shade at the president and their newest sketch might be one of the best in a very long time! After all, it involved Stormy Daniels playing herself!.

But we have learned that First Lady Melania Trump hates when her husband watches the show and here's why.

Alec Baldwin is without a doubt the best Trump impersonator but of course, the real Donald could not agree any less.

Today's episode not only included Baldwin but surprised everyone when adult film actress Stormy Daniels also showed up.

The woman warned Alec's Donald that 'a storm's a-comin' baby,' much to the audience's excitement.

Now we heat that the real-life Donald Trump watched the episode as well and Melania could not be less happy about that.

Supposedly, his mood always changes for the worst afterward and she has to deal with him.

'Melania does not watch 'Saturday Night Live', but Donald always does, religiously, and she dreads it as it puts him in a bad mood for the rest of the night.

Melania's told Donald many times not to watch the show, because it is inevitable he is going to be lampooned, but he cannot help himself, he has to tune in, and it drives him [and her] crazy,' one insider dished.

'Donald's strived his entire life to be respected and powerful, it is his primary driving force — along with wealth — and the fact that he is now president while being disrespected in this manner is just disgusting to him.

As far as Donald's concerned, he has given up his life to serve the country, and it blows his mind these people are so ungrateful for his sacrifice,' the insider added.

PRICELESS! Dems Worst Nightmare Is Coming True Following Trump's NRA Speech – YUGE!!! - Duration: 12:37.

PRICELESS!

Dems Worst Nightmare Is Coming True Following Trump's NRA Speech – YUGE!!!

Famed artist, singer, and songwriter Kanye West recently went on a tweeting rampage where

he discussed his political views as well as expressed support for President Trump.

Trump has utilized this to his advantage and even referenced his support during a National

Rifle Association speech he hosted at an event.

Now, Democrats are freaking out because they have one less Hollywood entertainer on their

side to spew their overused talking points.

Fox News reported,

"President Trump praised Kanye West on Friday, saying that the rapper "must have some power"

as the president touted what he said was a surge in support amongst African-Americans.

The comments came during the president's remarks at National Rifle's Association

annual convention in Dallas, more than a week since West, in mid-tweetstorm, said there

was "dragon energy" between him and his "brother" Trump.

"And by the way, Kanye West must have some power because you probably saw, I doubled

my African-American poll numbers," Trump told the crowd in remarks that also touched

on g*n rights, job gains and unemployment.

"We went from 11 to 22 in one week.

Thank you, Kanye.

Thank you."

"When I saw the numbers I said there must be a mistake.

How can that happen?"

Trump continued.

"Even the pollsters thought there must be a mistake."

Trump's Friday comments appeared to be in line with findings in a recent Reuters poll,

according to The Washington Times.

The April 29 poll found that 22 percent of African-American males approved of Trump's

performance in the White House, whereas a week earlier, his rating stood at 11 percent,

according to the report.

In an array of tweets in late April, West talked about a wide range of topics, but he

eventually pivoted to politics.

"You don't have to agree with trump but the mob can't make me not love him," West

tweeted.

"We are both dragon energy.

He is my brother.

I love everyone.

I don't agree with everything anyone does.

That's what makes us individuals.

And we have the right to independent thought."

"If your friend jumps off the bridge you don't have to do the same," West continued.

"Ye being Ye is a fight for you to be you.

For people In my life the idea of Trump is pretty much a 50 50 split but I don't tell

a Hillary supporter to not support Hillary.

I love Hillary too."

The rapper, who is also famously married to Kim Kardashian, also shared a photo of a "Make

America Great Again" hat, which appeared to have been signed by the president.

At the time, Trump took to Twitter to thank the rapper for the praise, adding "very

cool!""

Kanye also made headlines and stirred controversy for posting text messages with his friends

and family on his social media outlets without their permission.

In addition, he went and did an interview with TMZ where he said that African Americans

are enslaved to the Democratic party and that slavery was a choice.

He later clarified that he meant blacks were "mentally" enslaved.

Both Republicans and Democrats came out and spoke against his latter comments regarding

slavery insisting that slavery was not a choice.

In retaliation CNN reported,

"A Nigerian senator has invited American rapper Kanye West to visit slave ports in

Africa for an education on the slave trade.

Nigeria's vocal lawmaker Shehu Sani took a dig at West on Friday saying the musician's

statements on transatlantic slave trade was a slight on its victims.

"If Kanye West thinks slavery was a choice, we will offer him a free ticket and tour guide

to visit slave routes and camps in Badagry, Lagos, Ouida, Benin Republic, Ghana and Goree

Island in Senegal to 'experience the choices in chains.

Kanye defecated on the graves of victims," Shehu said in a tweet.

The lawmaker was referring to relics in the coast of West Africa where people were enslaved

and sold to the Americas.

A Detroit based radio station on Thursday said it was pulling off the rapper's songs

following his comments.

West tried to clarify his statements Tuesday amidst mounting backlash.

"[T]o make myself clear.

Of course I know that slaves did not get shackled and put on a boat by free will.

My point is for us to have stayed in that position even though the numbers were on our

side means that we were mentally enslaved," West said in a tweet.

The rapper said he was being attacked "for presenting new ideas.""

Regardless, Kanye is turning heads and making people think twice.

Whether people like him or not for it is irrelevant.
