Four Republican Senators Stab Trump & The Constitution In The Back In Ultimate Betrayal

Kirsters Baish|

Special Counsel Robert Mueller is officially on the radar of every single conservative

in America… or so you would think.

After his investigation into the allegations that President Trump colluded with Russia

in the 2016 presidential election turned into a full on "witch hunt" (as President Trump

has stated), how could anyone defend the guy?

Well, four Republican senators have just jumped ship and abandoned the Republican Party, Donald

Trump, & The US Constitution, all to defend Mueller's above the law witch hunt.

It has been more than a year since Mueller began his investigation into Trump, and exactly

zero evidence of Trump colluding with Russia (whatever that even means, as 'collusion'

is not even a crime) has been found or at least presented to the public.

President Trump has even been told that he is not the subject of the investigation, and

Mueller has been forced to stoop so low as to raid Trump's personal lawyer's office

for things that have nothing to do with collusion at all.

Mueller is clearly trying to take down President Trump any way he can.

There is no way around it.

It has become evident.

It would seem obvious that Congressional Republicans would uphold and defend the Constitution.

You would think that they would be familiar with what the Constitution says.

The Constitution allows Trump the right to fire Mueller.

They should know that much.

Clearly these four Republicans don't care about the Constitution, as they have just

voted to protect Mueller from Trump.

Passing such a bill would essentially put Mueller above the President of The United

States, basically making him 'King' of America, unaccountable to the Executive.

BizPac Review reported that four Republican Senators sided with 10 Democrat senators to

ensure that the proposal succeeds.

Known anti-Trump Arizona Senator Jeff Flake was in on it along with GOP South Carolina

Senator Lindsay Graham North Carolina Senator Thom Tillis, and Iowa Senator Chuck Grassley.

With a 14-7 vote in favor, the measure passed.

Dissensions came from GOP senators after the mainstream media hyped up the possibility

of President Trump firing Mueller.

President Trump has only ever stated, "We'll see what happens" in reference to the possibility

of firing Mueller.

Americanewsdaily.org reports, "The seven Republicans who voted against the bill are:

Sens. Orrin Hatch (Utah), Mike Lee (Utah), John Cornyn (Texas), Mike Crapo (Idaho), Ben

Sasse (Neb.), Ted Cruz (Texas) and John Kennedy (La.).

The bill is sponsored by Sens. Chris Coons, D-Del., Cory Booker, D-N.J., Graham and Tillis,

and would codify Department of Justice regulations that say only a senior DOJ official can fire

Mueller or another special counsel, according to The Hill."

Why doesn't it surprise me that Lindsey Graham and Jeff Flake are behind this?

It is so unlikely that Trump will fire Mueller in the first place.

It's just another headache that he doesn't need to deal with.

From Fox News:

It would be unconstitutional for Congress to prevent President Trump from firing Special

Counsel Robert Mueller, who is probing Russia's interference in the 2016 presidential election.

I'm not saying that firing Mueller would be a wise move politically, nor am I urging

the president to do so.

That's another issue.

But under the Constitution, it is beyond the power of Congress to limit or impose conditions

on any president's authority to remove a political appointee within the Justice Department

or any other department in the executive branch.

It doesn't matter if you feel that Trump is the best President ever or if you feel

that he is the worst President ever, he still has the right to fire Mueller, according to

the Constitution.

Mueller has gone far beyond the scope of the Trump/Russia investigation.

He has begun to arbitrarily target people who align themselves with Trump.

Graham, Flake, Tillis, and all the rest of the anti-Trump scum in Washington are set

on enforcing their agenda, no matter if they have to subvert the Constitution to do

so

or not.

Reporter Hits Kellyanne With Cheap Shot About Trump's Honesty, Instantly Regrets It - Duration: 4:38.

Reporter Hits Kellyanne With Cheap Shot About Trump's Honesty, Instantly Regrets It.

A smug reporter recently hit Kellyanne Conway with a cheap shot about President Donald Trump's

honesty.

However, the woman from the press pool instantly came to regret it when Kellyanne put a wooden

stake through her heart, leaving her in utter regret.

You don't want to miss her response.

The mainstream media never misses an opportunity to attack our brilliant President with petty

accusations and insults.

While President Donald Trump is busy doing the hard work to create jobs and secure a

sovereign nation for you and me, the left continues to lick its wounds over the lost

presidential election nearly two years later.

Because liberals can't concede power, they have launched a multi-pronged attack on a

duly elected president using deep state operatives like Special Counsel Robert Mueller and the

constant flow of disinformation coming from every liberal news outlet available.

What happened on Friday, May 4, 2018, at the White House to Kellyanne is a good example

of their bad behavior.

According to Newsweek, as the counselor to the President was leaving an interview, she

was bombarded by a horde of White House reporters who drilled her with questions on what she

knew about the payment to Stormy Daniels.

One reporter, who doesn't have very good judgment, went in for the kill shot — but

it would backfire big time.

"Can we count on the President to be honest?" the reporter obnoxiously asked.

This is when Kellyanne went nuclear on the demon hag.

"The president is very honest," she said before launching into a list of the administration's

accomplishments.

The smug reporter never expected to get hit with so much brutal truth at once.

"He promised to cut taxes, and he did.

He promised to get North Korea and South Korea to sit down and change the course of history,

and they are.

He's got his delegation over in China working on more fair, more reciprocal trade deals

that stop screwing the American workers and American interests and American businesses,"

she exclaimed, according to Daily Caller.

Kellyanne pinpointed a couple more real issues that Trump is working on while the mainstream

media stays fixated on Stormy Daniels.

"We have a half a billion dollar trade deficit with them; it makes no sense to him.

If you see him yesterday surrounded by different faith leaders of six different religions and

you see the reformed man that he brought up to the podium, that's the president that

I work for, that's the president I know," she added.

I could not agree more with the President's counselor.

President Donald Trump has done everything possible to keep his promises on tax cuts,

jobs, welfare, national security, and so many other important issues that have been made

worse by the eight years former President Barack Obama spent in the White House.

It seems ludicrous that anyone, whether it be a Democrat or a Republican, would attack

such a successful president as he reaches unprecedented milestones for all Americans.

It's moments like the one on Friday morning where I am reminded that conservatives won

a tremendous victory in 2016 that will have positive effects that reach far into the future.

I cringe when contemplating how our country would have continued to diminish under a Hillary

Clinton administration with politicized agencies such as the Department of Justice, the FBI,

the CIA, the IRS, and the EPA.

People just don't realize the extent to which Obama and the political elites had undermined

the integrity of those key government agencies and had successfully utilized them for political

warfare.

The deep state did undoubtedly exist before Obama, but he was the key to giving socialists

infinite power and control of our government.

Thank God, President Trump had the fortitude and skill to defeat Democrats in the presidential

election — not to mention the skill he has displayed in order to bring about all of the

achievements Kellyanne mentioned.

In my opinion, Kellyanne Conway is on fire with her razor sharp reaction to the mainstream

media.

Its crucial for Trump's supporters to continue backing his play and preparing for the presidential

election in 2020.

President Donald Trump is doing his part to put America first, just like we elected him

to do, but it's up to us to match his efforts with our own.

what do you think about this?

contact with North Korea we've actually worked out a time and a place which will

be announced shortly very soon but where is the question well the Korean

countries a step closer to unifying as the North changes its time zone

overnight to match the South's people saying they were 30 minutes apart

well the nation's strictest abortion ban is now law Iowa Governor Kim Reynolds

signing the measure surrounded by children you can see there the

legislation bans doctors from performing most abortions if a fetal heartbeat can

be detected or at around six weeks of pregnancy

the bill does exempt cases of rape incest for medical emergencies it is set

to take effect on July 1st and president's terms are pending to Ohio in

just a few hours to highlight how tax reform is making a positive impact in

that state he will meet with a Cleveland business owner praised for giving

employees bonuses and raised raises after received the GOP tax cut they will

talk about tax reform during a roundtable discussion of course today's

trip comes ahead of Ohio's primary election on Tuesday so we had a guest on

last our democratic system that the bonuses haven't gone to those workers

has really helped him NBC News broke some major news at least it appeared to

be earlier this week that the feds had wiretapped

Michael Cohen's phone's just one problem it turned out to be untrue does the

media now have a credibility crisis are they too blind

by their hatred of the president we're gonna ask Molly Hemingway next and we

have shocking new numbers about how many of your calls and texts our own NSA is

collecting you're not gonna believe it might be you might be me might be all of

us that's coming up how they lose the struck text

NBC News issuing a major correction this week on a report claiming the

president's lawyer Michael Cohen was wiretapped but that didn't stop other

networks from jumping all over the fake story they were able to get text emails

and wiretaps on his many phone lines leading up to the raid and continuing

there's evidence of a crime I don't care if you're the president's lawyer you're

the skip that same Cleveland I do you go to a judge and say I want to listen to

its phone does this show the so-called mainstream media is moving too fast to

get a scoop on anything that could be antitrump here to weigh in you senior

editor at The Federalist and Fox News contributor Molly Hemingway great to

have you up here in New York so Molly you've covered this I mean how does a

story like this happen and what does it say about the media that it has happened

often maybe there are a couple of problems one is that the media keep

using anonymous sources who keep getting things wrong and there's no

accountability when you're using it or not honest source there's no way you can

say well I know that I shouldn't be trusting this person because we don't

know who the people are involved the other issue is just this sort of

animosity toward Trump that point that make all the errors happen in one

direction this is not the first time there's been a major correction on a

story that's really big and they always go in this sort of anti Trump direction

that suggests that it's not just what happens sometimes in journalism which

sometimes stories get big reserves but there's something else going on here

that is something that we also probably saw in the 2016 election and the

inability to understand what was happening in the country and just on a

very important big story and here this is a big important story sure and

another big important story to your point when ABC News Brian Ross they got

that story wrong about Michael Flynn which is that he's prepared to testify

that you know during the campaign he colluded with the Russians that all of a

sudden the narrative was true and ABC bought it hard and really it blew up in

their face it's been happening throughout the media CNN has had a

series of problematic stories on the overall story of Russia collusion and

investigation of same including that they said that James Comey was going to

testify that he never told Donald Trump he wasn't under investigation

when he testified that he said it three times

and and again no one else no one is held accountable

no one gets fired or very rarely does anyone get fired or or we we see if the

media taking its early do we see a scoop saying Donald Trump's innocent well and

just yesterday there was that big story about the judge saying about the molar

probe you have some serious problems here it's not that I didn't get coverage

but it didn't get that hysteria that you're seeing with so many so many other

issues it's the sin of omission what they decide not to cover and the people

are wise to this we've got some new numbers from Monmouth University of poll

of the American people do traditional major news sources ever report fake news

stories seventy-seven percent of Americans today say you know what I'm

getting fake news is are they wrong to believe that and I think the reason why

those numbers are so high is that it's not just that you're seeing errors like

as we said can happen so these overall narratives are problematic I mean just

this week you have a lot of people saying this is a really rough week for

the for the White House when in fact you're seeing a lot of stories that

point in a different direction they're saying oh the walls are crumbling around

Trump no that's not happening and people can see that it's not happening and they

can see that things are going to yeah they're not down great to have you in

person Molly how good we can appreciate it all right well president Trump giving

Kanye West a shout out during his speech to the NRA because you probably by the

numbers first 534 million that's how many phone calls and text messages the

NSA collected last year according to the US intelligence agency report that's

triple the amount they gathered in 2016 next thirty thousand that's how many Big

Macs this Wisconsin man is even in his lifetime wait really

John Gorski also known as the Big Mac man has been eating two of the

sandwiches every day since 1972 and finally a hundred and thirty-five

thousand dollars later yeah that's the price tag of Megan Markos wedding dress

when she marries print area in two weeks

that Big Mac stories it bodes well for all about I think I should try it I'm

gonna I might try bring me some Big Macs all right

Kanye West made major news when he expressed his support for President

Trump and now the president is sharing his praise of Kanye because you probably

saw I doubled my african-american poll numbers from 11 to 22 so could west soon

be visiting the West Wing well a White House adviser says President Trump is on

board to host the rapper during a White House summit on race relations here to

tell us is that advisor himself on a pastor of new revival center and CEO of

the national diversity coalition for from dr. Daryl Scott dr. thanks for

being here this morning so is I mean the question really is is what happened with

Kanye West is it a tipping point a turning point for the black community

for the relations with this White House you certainly think that it's an

opportunity what do you think I think it is you know the fact that the

president's poll numbers doubled in one week among African American males as a

direct result of Kanye West expressing his like for the president shows that

you know there that the African American community is not against the president

you have to understand courage inspires courage fearlessness inspires

fearlessness there's a silent majority minority out there of African Americans

I remember during the campaign I called him the incog and Negroes these were

those that supported the president but they weren't vocal about it simply

because they did not want to push back everyone doesn't want to argue and and

and and fight over their candidate of choice but with Kanye West came out in

in bold and others to say listen I hear what he's saying

I can't think for myself I have a right to express myself and

it's reflecting in those poll numbers and so I'm very optimistic about this

once again leading to the healing of this racial divide that is in this

nation that is a politically inspired well not everyone agrees with you on

that one of those people on another network Don Lemon have this to say about

presidential take a listen critical thinking is important as a journalist

and if you cannot surmise that this president if he's not racist

he is certainly racist adjacent listen if Kanye West had said he hated

president Trump Don Lemon would have invited him on his program anything this

anti Trump CNN tries to jump on it and so I take anything down lemon and those

other race baiters on CNN I say not take anything they say with a grain of salt

well doctor did you talk about the race summit or a meeting at the White House

well what would that look like what would be the main topics of conversation

and you know would would Kanye West be invited do you think well these are

things that you know I had a discussion with the president I approached the idea

to him and he was in agreement with it he thought it would be great but once

again now we have to get into the logistics of it we have to date place

time content invitees there's a lot more to it than they just announce it and run

with it so ideally you know optimistically I would want to do it

tomorrow realistically it'll probably take place

in the fall and once again these are the things we're going to have to work

through to make sure nothing gets out of hand

that has done decent and in order and that you know the principles that are

involved from both sides from the left and the right it's going to be a

bipartisan effort but the principles that are involved will maintain their

respect for the office that the president holds is not going to be a

month slinging a fist throwing event we're going to have some

positive discourse to try to bring healing you know the president said he

said he's a unifier not a divider a bridge builder and so this is part of

his endeavor to heal this breach that once again I believe is politically it

would be an opportunity for him thank you thank you god bless all right well

coming up she says she's not running for president but Elizabeth Warren who the

president calls Pocahontas tops the lefts wishlist for 2020 so what does it

say about the state of the party we will debate and Janice Davis law

BOMBSHELL Obama Calls His Lawyers In Panic As Trump Uncovers 'The Woman He Tried To Hide' - Duration: 11:47.

BOMBSHELL Obama Calls His Lawyers In Panic As Trump Uncovers 'The Woman He Tried To

Hide'

Barack Obama was confident that he covered his trail while he was doing everything he

can to hide his relations with one woman.

Well, it looks like he wasn't very successful, so President Trump used this so reveal the

crimes that Obama did together with this woman while he was a President.

Obama started panicking and gathering his attorneys…someone's feet are on fire. This

revelation was the best Christmas gift that America could've asked for.

It is a new tax reform law that proved that Obama knew the illegal scheme in order for

Trump to not step foot in the White House.

This was all a part of the conspiracy against Trump that Obama made with Mary Jacoby.

For those of you who don't know who Mary Jacoby is, here is some introduction.

Mary Jacoby is the wife of Fusion-GPS head Glenn Simpson.

Jacoby, who has the main role in these scenarios, on April 10, 2016 showed up on White House

visitor logs, meeting the then-President and his top officials, and she didn't leave

for 14 hours.

That same month, the Clinton Campaign and DNC hired Fusion-GPS to arrange the bogus

"Russian dossier."

Simpson and Jacoby aren't unimportant pawns, this duo writes for the Wall Street Journal,

and they are heavyweights in Washington, D.C., as part of the mainstream media.

A Tablet investigation using public sources to trace the evolution of the now-famous dossier

suggests that central elements of the Russiagate scandal emerged not from the British ex-spy

Christopher Steele's top-secret "sources" in the Russian government—which are unlikely

to exist separate from Russian government control—but from a series of stories that

Fusion GPS co-founder Glenn Simpson and his wife Mary Jacoby co-wrote for TheWall Street

Journal well before Fusion GPS existed, and Donald Trump was simply another loud-mouthed

Manhattan real estate millionaire.

Understanding the origins of the "Steele dossier" [Russian dossier] is especially

important because of what it tells us about the nature and the workings of what its supporters

would hopefully describe as an ongoing campaign to remove the elected President of the United

States.

[Source: Tablet Magazine]

Not only Jacoby is the wife of the man who is behind the Russian dossier, but now, we've

learned that the evidence by the FBI cabal, including former Director James Comey and

his Deputy Director Andy McCabe, to obtain wiretaps on the then-candidate Donald Trump

and his campaign.

"In a Facebook post from June 24, 2017, that Tablet has seen in screenshots, Jacoby

claimed that her husband deserves the lion's share of credit for Russiagate.

(She has not replied to repeated requests for comment.)

'It's come to my attention that some people still don't realize what Glenn's role

was in exposing Putin's control of Donald Trump,' Jacoby wrote.

'Let's be clear.

Glenn conducted the investigation.

Glenn hired Chris Steele.'" reported Tablet Magazine.

Jacoby's Facebook post is emphasizing their importance in writing the Russian dossier.

Her husband accredited the actual writing of the dossier to Nellie Ohr, his Russia expert

at Fusion-GPS.

This is where the DOJ's former associate deputy attorney general Bruce Ohr joins the

"party" — he isNellie Ohr' husband.

He also admitted to talked with Glenn Simpson to obtain the fake Russian dossier for the

DOJ before anyone knew who his life partner was.

Fox News reports, "Ohr was set to appear before the Senate Intel panel Monday, but

the appearance was delayed after the committee secured new related documents, which members

wanted to review before hearing from him."

Thanks to Trump's operation, which he put together with Inspector General Michael Horowitz

taking the lead, we now know what they are doing.

That sting operation is gathering all the evidence, connecting Bruce, Ohr and their

partners together in their dirty game.

And guess what?

The evidence point directly at Obama.

Jacoby's and Obama's meetings are something that we all want to overhear.

Why would a Wall Street Journal journalist have secret meetings in the Oval Office for

14 hours?

I think America knows the answer…

All these villains communicated with eachother without anyone noticing them…How is that?

The records showed that Nellie Ohr got a license for a HAM radio in May,2016 so it is pretty

clear to me…

They knew that the'd be monitored so they hid behind the HAM radios.

Obama didn't see this coming.

He expected for Hillary to be elected, but Trump won and mess his plans up.

Although Obama and his rats tried to hid the trails of their scams, apparently they've

failed.

It seems like he forgot that the White House has visitor logs which are now in custody

of Trump.

Trump has just started bringing the enemies down.

They better watch out.

Trump Torches Media, Giuliani & Stormy Daniels, Reveals Bombshell On North Korea - Duration: 4:22.

Trump Torches Media, Giuliani & Stormy Daniels, Reveals Bombshell On North Korea

While President Donald Trump was on his way to the National Rifle Association convention

in Dallas, he was on fire as he torched reporters and revealed some big secrets.

The president spoke on whether or not he would speak to special counsel Robert Mueller and

what he thought of former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and what he said about the Stormy

Daniels payment in Sean Hannity's Fox News show.

However, that was just the beginning of the far-reaching interview.

President Trump said that Giuliani is "great" and that he "loves" him but he made mistakes

when he spoke to Hannity.

"Rudy is a great guy, but he just started a day ago … He really has his heart into

it," the president said.

"He's working hard.

He's learning the subject matter, and he's going to be issuing a statement too.

But he is a great guy.

He knows it's a witch hunt.

That's what he knows.

He's seen a lot of them and he said he's never seen anything so horrible."

"As an example, 33,000 emails requested by Congress with a subpoena and they get burned,

they get deleted and nobody says anything.

Give me a break!" he said.

"Rudy knows it's a witch hunt.

He started yesterday.

He'll get his facts straight.

He's a great guy.

But what he does is, he feels it's a very bad thing for our country and he happens to

be right."

President Trump also spoke about the possibility of speaking with Robert Mueller, and it appeared

that he is leaning towards not doing it.

"The problem with sitting is this.

You have a group of investigators, and they say that I'm not a target, and I'm not

a target.

But you have a group of investigators that are all Democrats.

In some cases, they went to the Hillary Clinton celebration that turned out to be a funeral.

In all fairness, Bob Mueller worked for Obama … If you take a look, as an example, at

the Rod Rosenstein letter to me prior to the firing of (former FBI Director) James Comey,"

he said before scolding reporters.

"Just read it.

Put it on the air.

Your viewers don't know about it.

Put that letter on the air.

It very much speaks loudly."

"I would love to speak.

I would love to.

Nobody wants to speak more than me.

In fact, against my lawyers, because most lawyers they never speak on anything.

I would love to speak.

Because we have done nothing wrong.

There was no collusion with the Russians.

There was nothing, no obstruction … If you fight back they say, 'oh that's obstruction

of justice,'" he said.

"I would love to speak.

I would love to go.

Nothing I want to do more because we did nothing wrong.

We ran a great campaign, we won easily, we won that easily … that was a great day for

this country … I would love to go.

I would love to speak but I have to find that we are gonna be treated fairly."

He added that if he "thought it was fair," he would "override" his attorneys.

Speaking on the Stormy Daniels case, President Trump fired back at reports that he and his

administration were changing its story.

"We're not changing any stories.

All I'm telling you that this country is right now running so smooth, and to be bringing

up that kind of crap and bringing up witch hunts all the time.

That's all you want to talk about," Trump said before a reporter asked him about saying

on Air Force One that he did not know about the payments from his personal attorney Michael

Cohen to Daniels.

"Excuse me, excuse me.

You take a look at what I said.

You go back and take a look.

You'll see what I said," Trump responded.

The rumors that President Donald Trump and Chief of Staff Gen. John Kelly are at odds

with each other were also killed as the two spoke together to reporters.

Kelly said it was "an honor" to work for a president that is accomplishing everything

that the president is in terms of record low unemployment and fighting the opioid crisis.

"Everything is going phenomenally well," Kelly said.

Then, they dropped a bombshell on North Korea.

"We're about to have a breakthrough on North Korea," Kelly hinted.

President Trump followed that by saying that he will be announcing soon when and where

he will meet with North Korean President Kim Jong Un, but he said one thing will not be

negotiated.

"We have 32,000 troops there.

But I think a lot of great things will happen.

But troops are not on the table.

Absolutely," Trump said.

This was an unbelievable interview that will be the talk of the media for the entire day.

'Presidential Test' – Here Are The Questions Robert Mueller Wants To Ask Trump - Duration: 15:11.

'Presidential Test' – Here

Are The Questions Robert Mueller Wants To Ask Trump

Special Counsel Robert Mueller has submitted a list of 48 questions to President Donald

Trump's legal team he hopes to have answered in a prospective interview as part of the

investigation into possible obstruction of justice and campaign collusion with Russia.

The New York Times obtained the list of questions, which are moistly related to a potential obstruction

of justice case against Trump.

Five questions relate to Michael Flynn, the former national security adviser who was forced

to resign on Feb. 13, 2017.

Eighteen questions focus on James Comey, who Trump fired as FBI director on May 9, 2017.

Eight questions center on Attorney General Jeff Sessions, and 13 regard possible coordination

between the Trump campaign and Russian government.

Perhaps the most intriguing question regarding possible collusion is about Paul Manafort,

the former Trump campaign chairman.

"What knowledge did you have of any outreach by your campaign, including by Paul Manafort,

to Russia about potential assistance to the campaign?" one question reads.

"It is not clear whether Mr. Mueller knows something new, but there is no publicly available

information linking Mr. Manafort, the former campaign chairman, to such outreach," The

Times noted.

Mueller has indicted Manafort on money laundering and bank fraud charges related to his work

for a Ukrainian political party several years before he joined the Trump campaign in April

2016.

Rick Gates, a former Manafort business partner and Trump campaign aide, is cooperating with

Mueller's prosecutors as part of a plea deal.

It remains unclear whether Mueller is investigating Manafort's campaign activities.

But some of Manafort's campaign emails showed he offered to provide campaign briefings to

Oleg Deripaska, a Russian oligarch close to Vladimir Putin.

Deripaska and Manafort had been in a dispute over a $19 million business deal involving

a Ukrainian cable company.

On the Russia front, Mueller also hopes to ask Trump when he first learned of the June

9, 2016, Trump Tower meeting.

Trump's son, Donald Trump Jr., accepted the meeting with a Russian delegation after

being offered dirt on Hillary Clinton.

The meeting's participants, which included Manafort and Kushner, have claimed the meeting

was insignificant and a waste of time.

Mueller also wants to quiz Trump about whether he knew about Russian hacking during the campaign.

One of the unproven theories of collusion is members of the Trump campaign coordinated

with the Russian government to release emails stolen from the Clinton campaign and Democratic

National Committee.

"During the campaign, what did you know about Russian hacking, use of social media,

or other acts aimed at the campaign?"

Mueller's question reads.

Another question on the list deals with Trump's visit to Moscow for the 2013 Miss Universe

pageant.

Mueller specifically asks what communication Trump had with Russian government officials

and the Agalrovs, an Azerbaijani-Russian family who partnered with Trump on the pageant.

Aras and Emin Agalarov also helped arrange the 2016 meeting at Trump Tower.

Regarding Flynn, Mueller wants to know what Trump knew about the retired general's phone

calls with Russian ambassador Sergey Kislyak.

Flynn pleaded guilty to lying to FBI agents about those phone calls, which occurred in

December 2016.

He was fired on Feb. 13, 2017 — purportedly because he lied to Vice President Mike Pence

about the phone calls.

The bulk of Mueller's questions focus on Comey, and Trump's conversations with the

ousted FBI director.

Mueller hopes to ask Trump the purpose for several meetings he had with Comey during

the early days of his presidency.

Comey wrote memos following those meetings.

Trump asked Comey to back off of the investigation of Flynn, the former FBI director claimed

in a Feb. 14, 2017 memo.

Mueller also wants to find out Trump's thought process in deciding to fire Comey.

"When was it made?

Why?

Who played a role?"

Another question on the list states.

Trump's legal team is reportedly undecided about whether he should sit for an interview

with Mueller.

John Dowd, who was the top lawyer on the legal squad, reportedly opposed an interview.

Mueller's team has reportedly told Trump's lawyers he is not a target of the investigation.

That would suggest charges are not expected against Trump.

But an interview with Mueller could open Trump up to perjury charges if he gives false statements.

Federal Judge Drops the Hammer on Mueller for 'Lying', Trying to Target Trump - Duration: 12:00.

Federal Judge Drops the Hammer on Mueller for 'Lying', Trying to Target Trump

On Friday morning, President Trump said the following on Twitter.

The first part is referring to the incredible job he's been doing with the economy and

the fact that unemployment is now below 4% for the first time in about 20 years.

The second part is referring to the insane Mueller investigation that has gone completely

off the tracks.

He's right it's a witch hunt.

Not convinced?

Check out what the judge in the Manafort case just said…

From Fox News:

A federal judge on Friday harshly rebuked Special Counsel Robert Mueller's team during

a hearing for ex-Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort – suggesting they lied about the

scope of the investigation, are seeking "unfettered power" and are more interested in bringing

down the president.

"You don't really care about Mr. Manafort," U.S. District Judge T.S. Ellis III told Mueller's

team.

"You really care about what information Mr. Manafort can give you to lead you to Mr.

Trump and an impeachment, or whatever."

Further, Ellis demanded to see the unredacted "scope memo," a document outlining the

scope of the special counsel's Russia probe that congressional Republicans have also sought.

That sums things up pretty well.

Judges don't just throw that kind of accusation around either.

Every rational person watching this investigation play out realizes that Mueller doesn't like

Trump and he's doing everything he can to make life miserable for everyone who was involved

in the campaign.

There hasn't been a single leak that suggests there has been any collusion and there's

no way we wouldn't have heard about it by now if Mueller was on to something.

The fact of the matter here is that there was no collusion.

It was all a lie from the start and the only purpose of the lie was to let Hillary off

the hook for her disastrous performance.

Over the last few days, we have heard rumors swirling that Mueller might subpoena Trump.

Make no mistake.

That's is a remarkable miscarriage of justice if true.

Mark Levin explains…

From Breitbart:

So, I would take us all the way to the United States Supreme Court.

I would make Mueller and his band of Democrat prosecutors make their case all the way to

the United States Supreme Court.

If they try to subpoena him, in any way to appear before a federal grand jury, then make

them make their case against the own Department of Justice, against Supreme Court precedent,

and against the Constitution of the United States.

If it takes six months, it takes six months.

If it takes six years, then by God, takes six years.

We are not just talking about the president, which would be enough.

We are talking about protecting the office of the presidency, separation of powers.

When you look at those 49 areas of questions, there's not a single criminal statute.

There's not a single obstruction.

What has been obstructed?

They are not investigating Russia.

What it said that they are not investigating that they don't want to investigate?

Well, guess what?

He is the president, Mr. Mueller.

This isn't it one of your failed anthrax cases or one of your failed "Whitey" Bulger

cases.

This is the president of the United States.

Spot on.

There is no explanation.

This is a coordinated campaign to bring down Trump.

Period.

End of story.

Trump Just Ended Amnesty for 50K People and Now They Have to GO BACK! - Duration: 3:17.

Trump Just Ended Amnesty for 50K People and Now They Have to GO BACK!

President Trump just ended amnesty for approximately fifty thousand people.

The Honduran nationals who have been allowed to stay in the U.S. since 1999, just got some

very bad news. They now have 18 months to return home, or face deportation.

From Breitbart

President Trump is ending temporary amnesty for about 50,000 Honduran nationals who have

been allowed to stay in the United States since 1999.In a statement by the Department

of Homeland Security (DHS), the Trump administration announced that they will officially end Temporary

Protected Status (TPS) for Honduran nationals allowed to stay in the U.S. after nearly two

decades following a hurricane in Honduras.

More than 85,000 Honduran nationals have used TPS to stay in the U.S., but only 50,000 still

remain in the country.

The new directive by the Trump administration will give those Honduran nationals about 18

months to return to Honduras or face deportation.

DHS Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen said in a statement:

The decision to terminate TPS for Honduras was made after a review of the environmental

disaster-related conditions upon which the country's original 1999 TPS designation

was based and an assessment of whether those originating conditions continue to exist,

as required by statute.

Based on careful consideration of available information, including recommendations received

as part of an inter-agency consultation process, the Secretary determined that the disruption

of living conditions in Honduras from Hurricane Mitch that served as the basis for its TPS

designation has decreased to a degree that it should no longer be regarded as substantial.

Thus, as required under the applicable statute, the current TPS designation must be terminated.Since

1999, conditions in Honduras that resulted from the hurricane have notably improved.

Additionally, since the last review of the country's conditions in October 2016, Honduras

has made substantial progress in post-hurricane recovery and reconstruction from the 1998

Hurricane Mitch.

DHS officials say the 18-month delay before Honduran nationals are eligible for deportation

is to allow for "an orderly transition" and give Honduras time "to prepare for the

return and reintegration of its citizens."

Trump has made a substantial effort to gradually return foreign nationals given temporary amnesty

through the TPS program back to their native countries.Temporary amnesties granted to foreign

national populations are often renewed for decades by administrations even though the

original intent of the TPS program is to be temporary and not permanent.

Most recently, Trump has ended TPS for 1,000 Liberian nationals, Sudanese nationals, 300,000

Central Americans and Haitians, and 200,000 El Salvadorians.

Five: Dana & Jesse Wait- TRUMPS NRA SPEECH - Duration: 13:09.

President Trump firing up another big crowd today this time at the annual NRA

convention in Dallas we are all finally putting America first we are seeing the

incredible results as a result of our massive tax cuts and everybody is

benefiting and everybody is happy and the Democrats are very concerned you

watch how well we do in 18 you watch get out don't be complacent Kanye West must

have some power because you probably saw I double my African American poll

numbers we went from 11 to 22 in one week Thank You Kanye thank you you saw

the recent fall it came out the rest this is 51 or 52 it's the highest level

Democratic lawmakers have voted against legislation to close deadly immigration

loopholes like catch and release how about that one we caught him oh release

him bye-bye we're going to keep the violent

criminals out Senate Democrats like John tester and so what happened there what

he did to one of the finest people in our country what he did to the Advil

what he did is a disgrace he went on to expound on the subject of gun rights in

a speech before thousands of Second Amendment supporters and thank them for

their patriotism watch this the true American patriots of the NRA who defend

our rights Liberty and our great American flag you have never stopped

fighting for our beloved constellations they said you know going

through the NRA convention and speaking today that'll be very controversial it

might not be popular you know what I said but I gotta get on the plane all

right we'll take it around the table Greg he was having some fun today yeah I

always used the metaphor he's like a classic rock band who does

hits in front of a loving crowd you know like the the wall is his stairway to

heaven but he introduced some new hits the Kanye is a new song and the best

part without question is the John Kerry material that he introduced which was

stellar comedy roast when he talked about Yale when you're 73 you shouldn't

be riding a bike and about how he felt it was this perfect stuff and I always

find it I mean this to him is entertainment for himself and

entertainment for others and it's an what I guess it's an antidote to the

news because when you're listening to the news all you're getting is the bad

news you're getting the stormy stuff and the collusion accusations but when you

when he gets up there what he does is he talks about the job numbers he talks

about North Korea he talks about the good news which is the antidote to the

bad news so it's kind of healthy for him and it's healthy for his supporters and

it's actually healthy for people watching at home to see the other side

well if you're watching Fox I don't know if the other networks took it live but

we did and so it's in some ways I'm the bully pulpit really is very powerful if

you're going to give a speech in front of a big crowd and your get a chance to

watch it it means a lot more than watching any sort of newscast and

absolute it's perfectly produced and I think a good plug for your book and the

good news is right so he's leading with what the good news is he's changing the

dialogue and the narrative because the media won't give it to him so he's gonna

take it and take charge so he's very good when he's at these campaign rallies

speeches or in front of a group that's a receptive audience that kind of you know

they're picking up what he's dropping so it's perfect um he really feels at home

in a situation like that as well I I actually watched in a room that had

MSNBC and CNN on it and there were a couple of interesting things first of

all it's the president's only time with unfettered access to actually

communicate his message but I was fascinated because there were cutaways

there were times when the audience was applauding and the audience would you

know Donald Trump had stopped speaking for 15-20 seconds because there's so

much applause Fox News went to cutaways of the audience to show what was

actually happening in the room CNN and MSNBC no cutaways there's no way they

were going to show that audience but let's remember going into 2018 it's

about getting the base enthused and that's the problem he's spent a whole

section of his speech talking about the enthusiasm level and you better if you

like your second better a good point about the midterms upon going into them

that that's never necessarily easy for a president in their first midterm they

usually lose seats and even though he's approval with Republicans is high

probably highest that it's been maybe like I think it's 88% 90% that doesn't

always translate into enthusiasm and getting out to vote and do you think

that was part of his ploy today that's clear if you watch the speech that's

clearly what he was saying don't be complacent we just played that clip Dana

but so what was interesting to me is if you consider the midterms you look at

the poll numbers poll numbers have turned in favor of gun control very

strongly and after Park Lane remember the president was in the White House I

think we carried it here on Fox having a meeting and saying you know what I think

we need stronger gun control you guys he says to the others in the you guys are

afraid of the NRA I'm not afraid of the NRA and of course then about five days

later he flip-flops but nonetheless he's trying to make the case that he is the

man who the NRA poured 30 million dollars into and during his campaign and

that he is still the NRA friend I think where after he got elected he said you

know you were with me and I will always be with you were you surprised by they

didn't talk a little bit more about that like what he did he said he was willing

to go to challenge the NRA but I think one of the things that the President

does is he says well that makes sense and then a couple days I was like oh

wait now I understand why it for example arming school teachers might not be

something you can do nationally that that will have to be decided on a

case-by-case basis on in the district I think that the the blessing and the

challenge of Donald Trump II sees like the first conversational president we've

ever had so he'll just talk about anything and if something of a

happens he'll talk about a and he goes you know what that upsets me what just

happened and then it be happened so go well wait a second I mean he may he went

on a long tear on how if one person has a gun lives would be saved in areas

where there were no guns and it's you know there's a CDC Study Center for

Disease Control study that was not published that supports the claims of

two million-plus defensive gun uses and this isn't this is an important thing my

thing fell out to talk about so he did it but I always get the sense that the

speech is essentially the same and then he tweaks it depending on the it's for

the NRA so he drops like ten minutes of that in the NRA but that was I think

there was a stock positive speech about deeds overall it was about deeds in the

face of what you get from the media which are words what you know I think

the the whole gun movement the NRA right now is on the defensive gun sales down

Smith and Weston are the ones who I think are saying you know what you know

they also outdoor brands there's the outdoor brands make Smith and Weston's

their stocks are down Remington's in bankruptcy I think they're a lot there's

a sense that you have a Republican in office so it's not driving the the gun

buyers to the gun stores which is what a you know but they said Obama's gonna

take your gun well now nobody think you should be happy for them because that

meant we've saturated the market everything guns but what strikes me is

that so many people including teachers who are clearly opposed to carrying guns

into school are including suburban Heights are saying you know in the at in

the aftermath of parkland maybe something should change and then that

brought up what I think was the controversial issue regarding the

President's speech today and also a vice president pence which is the Secret

Service said no guns in here and so you get people even NRA supporters who are

attending the convention saying wait a minute they don't trust the good guys

with the guns how can that be well you can see why if so many Americans would

say of course not you shouldn't have a gun around the present you shouldn't

have guns around you have people in the room with guns

one other thing the president discussed and it's Greg's favorite part he

mentioned it in the opening remarks about North Korea take a listen to this

the last administration had a policy of silence don't you make don't talk if a

horrible statement is made and we have the former administration not the best

negotiator he never walked away from the table except to be in that bicycle race

where he fell and broke his leg at 73 years old you never go into a bicycle

race so say Justin we're saying this is going to be nuclear war

you know get your weakness one of his strengths Jason I think is that he uses

humor to then make a point his point being that you being strong against your

enemies yeah well bring them to the table and that's that that's actually

search for strength you remember when Barack Obama he what he said he was big

into skeet shooting and they had pictures of him out there you know

pretending to shoot skeet and then he had John Kerry supposedly out deal

pheasant hunting nobody ever bought into that but Donald Trump he has this

authenticity that connects people even though he doesn't pretend to go and do

that right yeah fake it yeah yeah this was great I think for him he felt like

he gets back into his element to his groove he right away you know this is

something coming in the aftermath of the Parkland shootings he was able to go in

front of the NRA which is taking a lot of criticism lately there's a lot of

people trying to abolish the Second Amendment get after your guns he went

straight to them to the crowd because he then invited people to the White House

have this discussion too and I thought that was important to show that he's

listening to both sides people who were concerned about gun safety gun violence

and then going right to the group that's trying to protect the Second Amendment

so I like it's right up you know in your face and not afraid to answer questions

and talk and get to the issues so I think he's got to do something with

Republicans because I mean you look at what happened in Florida and you know

you're looking at other states some with Republicans Kasich in Ohio but you look

at Vermont you look at Oregon more and more Republicans are saying yeah we buy

into the fact that most Americans now overwhelmingly want some reasoned gun

control it's not about taking anybody's guns away I don't think anybody's

talking about well a lot of people are talking about this is success if there's

law just need to be well there you go no I said I stinked former Supreme Court

justice Stevens said something like that in the op-ed but it's not the kids it's

not the parking kids and it's not most Americans what you're seeing in terms of

the 60 Plus percent who want more gun control is better background checks

maybe a Nancy Pelosi in charge and that's exactly what has happened they

will do everything they can to take away guns and everything that would work

against that just politically for thinking Nancy Pelosi might want to do

that but as soon as you're done with the midterm election we're talking about the

general election correct and if Nancy Pelosi were to do that how you want to

make sure that Republicans really turnout in 2020

Nancy Pelosi should try to pass a gun control that means it and that's part of

the reason there's frustration that Congress never gets anything done can I

just return to that video that we played of him talking about John Kerry if you

noticed he did the panicky man impersonation which is when he moves his

hands like this it's a lesson for all of us that it's not a it's not specific to

any particular person he does that but that's not the same thing as yes it is

if you look back same thing pretty much pretty close i okay I didn't plan on

talking about that all right before taking off for Dallas the president

spoke to reporters directly about whether he'll agree to a sit-down with

Robert fuller his answer next

we're on Friday night a pair of jeans that fit just right

Case Closed! Mueller Says 'Secret Powers' Allow Him To Investigate Trump, Reagan-Appointed Judge - Duration: 4:06.

Case Closed!

Mueller Says 'Secret Powers' Allow Him To Investigate Trump, Reagan-Appointed Judge

Demolishes Him!

Robert Mueller was assigned as a special prosecutor in May of last year.

His investigation was to bring to light whether or not the Trump election team colluded with

the Russian government to help Trump get elected.

So far, there has been very little investigating of Russian collusion and a lot of investigating

Trump, his family and everyone who works for him.

President Trump and GOP leaders have called on Jeff Sessions to close the investigation

and stop the sweeping powers of the Mueller team.

They believe that Mueller is acting way outside of the scope of the investigation and needs

to be reeled in.

Today in Federal court, the Mueller team was harshly rebuked by U.S. District Judge T.S.

Ellis III, who was appointed by President Reagan.

FoxNews – A federal judge on Friday harshly rebuked Special Counsel Robert Mueller's

team during a hearing for ex-Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort – suggesting they

lied about the scope of the investigation, are seeking "unfettered power" and are

more interested in bringing down the president.

The hearing, where Manafort's team fought to dismiss an 18-count indictment on tax and

bank fraud-related charges, took a confrontational turn as it was revealed that at least some

of the information in the investigation derived from an earlier Justice Department probe – in

the U.S. attorney's office for the Eastern District of Virginia.

Manafort's attorneys argue the special counsel does not have the power to indict him on the

charges they have brought – and seemed to find a sympathetic ear with Ellis.

The Reagan-appointed judge asked Mueller's team where they got the authority to indict

Manafort on alleged crimes dating as far back as 2005.

The special counsel argues that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein granted them broad

authority in his May 2, 2017 letter appointing Mueller to this investigation.

But after the revelation that the team is using information from the earlier DOJ probe,

Ellis said that information did not "arise" out of the special counsel probe – and therefore

may not be within the scope of that investigation.

"We don't want anyone with unfettered power," he said.

Mueller's team says its authorities are laid out in documents including the August

2017 scope memo – and that some powers are actually secret because they involve ongoing

investigations and national security matters that cannot be publicly disclosed.

Ellis seemed amused and not persuaded.

He summed up the argument of the Special Counsel's Office as, "We said this was what [the]

investigation was about, but we are not bound by it and we were lying."

Judge Ellis might be the first voice of reason that we have heard out of any person on the

Federal side of anything.

When the judge asked them how they felt they had the power to indict Manafort on alleged

crimes dating back to 2005, they responded with, "the scope of there powers are secret."

Secret?

According to TheHill, Special counsel Robert Mueller is requesting 70 blank subpoenas ahead

of the trial of former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort.

Mueller is making the request for the subpoenas in the Alexandria, Va., court where Manafort

is facing trial on several charges, including bank fraud.

A spokesman for the special counsel confirmed to The Hill that the filing is an additional

set of requests, after prosecutors previously requested 35 sets of blank subpoenas for the

trial.

If Mueller's powers remain unfettered, anyone around the president should be afraid.

We have seen members of the FBI, and DOJ, at the highest levels lie to get this investigation

started.

Only Attorney General, Jeff Sessions can stop the wildfire.

The only question is will he.

everything's all unrelated to the 2016 election against former Trump campaign

he is I really believe he said versus judge he has Ellis who is really

something very special I hear from many standpoints he's a respected person

suggested the charges before the US District Court for the Eastern District

of Virginia were just part of the Muller team's designed to pressure mr. Madoff

or into giving up information on president Donald Trump or others in the

campaign I've been saying that for a long time to which on then

none of that information has to do with information related to the Russian

government coordination and the campaign of Donald Trump does have anything to do

it's from years before then how does this have anything to do with the

campaign the judge asked let me tell you folks we're all fighting battles but I

love fight on these battles it's
