Federal Judge Says Mueller is "Lying" to Target Trump

On Friday, a federal judge rebuked Special Counsel Robert Mueller and his team while

in the middle of a hearing for former Trump campaign chairman Paul Manafort.

The judge suggested that the team had lied regarding the scope of the investigation and

are trying to achieve "unfettered power."

He also claimed that they are looking to bring down President Trump, even if that means compromising

the integrity of the investigation.

United States District Judge T.S. Ellis III stated to the investigative team, "You don't

really care about Mr. Manafort.

You really care about what information Mr. Manafort can give you to lead you to Mr. Trump

and an impeachment, or whatever."

The judge also demanded to see the unredacted "scope memo."

This document outline the scope of the investigation that congressional Republicans have also been

after.

Fox News reports:

Manafort's attorneys argue the special counsel does not have the power to indict him on the

charges they have brought – and seemed to find a sympathetic ear with Ellis.

The Reagan-appointed judge asked Mueller's team where they got the authority to indict

Manafort on alleged crimes dating as far back as 2005.

Mueller's special counsel has argued that Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein gave

them a wide range of authority in the May 2, 2017 letter that he wrote when he appointed

Mueller to the Trump/Russia probe.

The team is now using information which came from the earlier Justice Department probe.

Ellis explained that this information didn't "arise" from the special counsel investigation.

This means that it might not be within the scope of the investigation that is currently

taking place.

He stated, "We don't want anyone with unfettered power."

The special counsel team has stated that their authorities are shown in documents, which

include the August 2017 scope memo.

They also have claimed that some powers are secretive because they have to do with ongoing

investigations as well as national security measures which cannot be disclosed to the

public.

Ellis did not seem to be moved by the claims.

He finished off the argument of the special counsel by saying, "We said this was what

[the] investigation was about, but we are not bound by it and we were lying."

President Trump mentioned the comments that were made by the judge on Friday while he

was speaking at an NRA convention in Texas.

He exclaimed, "It's a witch hunt.

I love fighting these battles."

The government was given two weeks to fork up the unredacted "scope memo" by the

judge.

They special counsel argued that some of the information didn't have to do with Manafort.

Judge Ellis shot back, "I'll be the judge of that."

Ellis isn't the only one looking for the document.

House Republicans have been trying to get their hands on the full document for a while

now.

A redacted version was previously released by the Justice Department.

This version only contains information on Manafort, but there isn't much else to it.

Fox News wrote, "The charges in federal court in Virginia were on top of another round

of charges in October.

Manafort has pleaded not guilty to both rounds.

The charges filed earlier this year include conspiring against the United States, conspiring

to launder money, failing to register as an agent of a foreign principal and providing

false statements.

Earlier this year, Ellis suggested that Manafort could face life in prison, and 'poses a

substantial flight risk" because of his "financial means and international connections

to flee

and remain at large.'"

BREAKING Mueller Set Secret Trap To Get Trump Wiretap Intercepted White House Calls - Duration: 10:51.

BREAKING: Mueller Set Secret Trap To Get Trump- Wiretap Intercepted White House Calls

In what is starting to look more like an attempt at an overthrow of a sitting President in

the United States of America, NBC News is not reporting that federal investigators have

allegedly wiretapped the phone lines of President Trump's personal lawyer Michael Cohen.

This frightening report goes on to cite one source with direct knowledge who confirmed

that at least one call between the White House and a phone line which is associated with

Cohen was indeed intercepted.

If this is true this could very well raise dramatic issues if any conversation between

Cohen and Trump were gathered by investigators, who appear to seek revenge because their preferred

candidate lost the 2016 election.

The report goes on to state that it's unknown just how long the wiretap had been in place

and when it was actually authorized, but it's believed to have been in place enough time

to have led up to the FBI raid on Cohen.

All this is breaking as Rudy Giuliani has joined President Trump's legal team.

Here is more on Giuliani's reaction via The Hill: "The president reportedly called

Cohen to check in after the raid.

Former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani, Trump's newest personal lawyer, learned

of the call days later and warned Trump not to call Cohen again because he feared he could

be under surveillance, according to two sources who spoke to NBC.

Giuliani reacted angrily to the new report during an interview with The Washington Post.

"It's not appropriate," he said.

"I mean, he's a lawyer.

You mean, I call up my lawyer and the government is wiretapping him?

That's pretty damn — I mean, they've already eviscerated the attorney-client privilege.

This would make a mockery of it."

Giuliani could not confirm independently whether Cohen was wiretapped, according to Post reporter

Robert Costa, who spoke with the ex-mayor.

The wiretap report comes at a time when Trump's legal troubles are deepening, causing the

president to reshuffle his team of attorneys in order to push back harder against special

counsel Robert Mueller, who is leading the Russia investigation, and the Justice Department.

Cohen is under investigation for paying adult film-star Stormy Daniels $130,000 ahead of

the 2016 presidential election to stay silent about her alleged affair with Trump.

The investigation was triggered, in part, by a referral from Mueller's team.

Giuliani said on Fox News Wednesday night that Trump reimbursed Cohen for the payment,

a claim he believed could limit the president's legal exposure in the probe but also contradicted

past claims by Trump that he knew nothing about the arrangement.

Citing two sources, NBC reported Giuliani told Trump that Cohen is likely to flip on

him and cooperate with investigators.

But Trump disagreed, saying that Cohen has been loyal to him for years.

"Michael is a businessman for his own account/lawyer who I have always liked & respected," Trump

tweeted in late April.

"Most people will flip if the Government lets them out of trouble, even if it means

lying or making up stories.

Sorry, I don't see Michael doing that despite the horrible Witch Hunt and the dishonest

media!"

The President is said to be furious about all this.

A person should be allowed to talk to his own personal attorney in private without being

stalked.

They originally tried to figure out if candidate Trump had colluded with the Russians and they

have already ruled that narrative out.

Now they keep trying to find something else in order to remove the president from office.

Here is more on this breaking story via USA Today: "White House Press Secretary Sarah

Sanders referred questions about the wiretap to the President's outside counsel.

One of Trump's attorneys, former New York City mayor Rudy Giuliani, told The Washington

Post that he was not informed about any wiretaps but was livid after seeing the news.

"It's not appropriate.

I mean, he's a lawyer.

You mean, I call up my lawyer and the government is wiretapping him?," Giuliani told the

Post.

"They've already eviscerated the attorney-client privilege.

This would make a mockery of it."

Laurence Tribe, a Harvard Law School professor, said the process to get a wiretap on the president

would have been incredibly difficult.

"To get a warrant to wiretap Michael Cohen's phone conversations, the FBI had to comply

with highly stringent rules and standards," he wrote on Twitter.

It's unclear what information was uncovered during the reported wiretaps and who was on

the phone during the call between Cohen's phone and a line at the White House.

The new details come just hours after Trump admitted to paying back Cohen for the now

infamous hush payment to Daniels, whose legal name is Stephanie Clifford.

Trump had previously denied knowing about the payment.

The president said on Twitter Thursday the agreement was "used to stop the false and

extortionist accusations made by her about an affair," adding it was not at all associated

with his campaign.

While Trump and Giuliani, who first announced the payback on Fox News Wednesday evening,

stressed that the Daniels money came from personal funds, legal analysts said it could

be considered an in-kind campaign political contribution because it came right before

the election.

That would make it subject to campaign finance laws, and Trump's team never reported the

payment."

SUMMIT:Trump acknowledges family of OTTO WarmBIER - Duration: 13:24.

this is a Fox News Alert seven o'clock in Washington DC and this is what

freedom looks like President Trump welcoming three American detainees home

overnight exactly four hours ago nobody thought we could be on this track in

terms of speed so I'm very honored to have helped the three folks they're

great people it's a great honor but the great the true honor is going to be if

we have a victory in getting rid of nuclear weapons home sweet home

while you were sleeping the men landing at Andrews Air Force Base putting their

feet on American soil yeah we have some play-by-play on what happened actually

in Ephrata bring them to South Korea and then back home but Leland Vitter is with

us right now Leland was reporting through the night with the great ed

Henry Leland so the Sun is up you're still up what can you tell us about the

arrival Steve Brian Ainsley it is not often the president United States is up

at 3:00 a.m. for a happy reason but he certainly was overnight and you can

really see these ear-to-ear smiles not only on the president but also of course

on the men who he greeted this is the very first video we're getting from the

president's Twitter account of him going on to the Air Force plane that brought

them back all the way across the Pacific from Japan to Anchorage Alaska and then

here to Joint Base Andrews he went on the planes at hello to him brought them

down a lot of handshakes a lot of smiles few peace signs cheers from the gathered

members of the Air Force there they talked to the media very briefly one

detainee said it was like a dream being home said while he was in North Korea he

was forced to do a lot of hard labor into that and the the detainees were put

on a bus and taken right to Walter Reed Medical Center it appeared as though

physically they were doing pretty well the big question is sort of what

emotional state they're in and that's something that's a psychologist at

Walter Reed are gonna start dealing with sort of reimbursing them back in to the

American culture and begin debrief them from their experience in North

Korea President Trump clearly made bringing these three men

home a priority especially after seeing what happened to another American inside

North Korea it was a very important thing to all of us to be able to get

these three great people out and I must tell you I want to pay my warmest

respects to the parents of otto warmbier who is a great young man who who really

suffered had Joyce made Andrews you had the President the Vice President the

Secretary of State huddling for about 20 minutes debriefing the Secretary of

State's meeting with Kim jong-un and now guys begins the strategy sessions for

how that summit will happen next month back to you guys

Leah thanks so much and again great job overnight because you had no idea what

was gonna be happening next and you guys filled it great I thought it was kind of

interesting what happened before they got on the plane evidently it's a

12-hour visit for the Secretary of State at which time he had a 90 visit a nine

ninety minute visit with Kim jong-un this is his second one in a matter of

weeks so this is pretty significant they're making some big gains and you

never know in the past we have sent over former presidents and important people

like Bill Richardson and Bill Clinton and you didn't know of you coming back

with the hostage so it could have been a humiliating experience for you well like

most of us y'all were sleeping in the middle of the night I woke up this

morning immediately went to the TV because I wanted to see this image right

there and it was a little after 2:00 I said I know that you know these images

are gonna be all over the TV what a great look at that it's amazing after

interviewing the warm beers parents you know all saw that interview right here

on Fox & Friends to know what he went through and to see these three Americans

just we all needed to see it for ourselves that they were in good health

and they hold up the peace sign that's the American pastor yeah and the other

two are educators involved in universities over there

they were all held for spine on North Korea or stealing state secrets and

hostile acts against North Korea nonetheless this is setting the table

for the president probably sitting down with Kim jong-un in Singapore

in the next couple of weeks and his ultimate goal well we found that out

last night at about 3:10 in the morning when he walked over with those three men

and talked to the media for 7 minutes and 10 seconds my proudest achievement

will be this is a part of it but will be when we he nuclearized that entire

Peninsula this is what people have been waiting for for a long time nobody

thought we could be on this track in terms of speed so I'm very honored to

have helped the three folks the true honor is going to be if we have a

victory in getting rid of nuclear weapons

we very much appreciate that he allowed them go before the meeting it was sort

of understood that we'd be able to get these three terrific people during the

meeting and bring them home after the meeting we're starting off on a new

footing this is a wonderful thing that he released the folks early that was a

big thing very important to me and I really think we have a very good chance

of doing something very meaningful and if anybody would have said that five

years ago ten years ago even a year ago you would have said that's not possible

so a lot I will say this a lot of very good things have happened no kidding

a so measured for a president that sometimes could get ahead of himself or

I feel free willing with this he has been so buttoned up I'm not raising

anyone's expectations we're a place we haven't been before I'm encouraged from

what I say but if it goes wrong I'll pull back and if he does have to pull

back no one will say wow look at you you

failed new he's gonna say no look at me I tried and we got this we're gonna go

back to the what it happened so quickly I feel like the president just started

negotiating that summit with Kim Jong Un's so what was it that made Kim

jong-un released these individuals we were all surprised so is the former Vice

President Dick Cheney or do we won't miss a former do we say well that's an

interesting point Ainsley because in the past North Korea has used detainees as

bargaining chips so you would think that they would keep them until the summit

but no they've really as of 3 o'clock this morning back here

in the United States of America mainland so what's coming forward here's the

former Vice President Dick Cheney himself well if you told me this is

gonna happen I I would have been surprised would not have expected that

it could happen so I'm pleased that it has I think it offers the possibility of

significant progress I think we have to be very careful and I think the

president is being very careful to go operate in a way that we don't get so

too hung out to dry if they don't meet our standards then I'd walk what's

interesting is we look back at the president's first term he you know he

brought in a lot of outsiders as his national security team and he did pretty

much exactly what they said he added troops in Afghanistan he delayed the

plans to move the Israeli embassy and then he hung on to the Iranian nuke deal

now he's got a new foreign policy team in there with Pompeo and also Bolton and

he's going more with his gut because he is essentially trying to get global

leaders to do what other presidents previously had been unable to do and

that's where we are right now yeah and the next big thing they were gonna be

talking about is the whole standoff with China they're sending somebody here now

on trade 2 week so last week we were in China trying to work something out so

that's his other thing that everyone said don't start a trade war because I'm

not but this traded balance has got to change but behind the scenes President

Xi was sitting down with mister Kim Jong on last week you know it's part of that

maximum pressure thing where that probably had a lot to do with the

release of those three men over there the other drama that took place

yesterday was on Capitol Hill where Gina Haspel put her best foot forward to be

the next CIA director maybe the most qualified nominee that we've ever seen

in our lifetime but if there was pushback obviously over the enhanced

interrogation and as was pointed out earlier in the show they didn't bring up

Russia didn't bring up our on didn't bring up the challenges of China and

militarizing the South China Sea it was all about what happened in 2003 and many

of the lawmakers then were the same law make

questioning yeah so keep in mind back in 2013 when John Brennan was sitting in

that seat and he was being questioned by these same senators he was her boss at

the time number four overall at the sea that's right the questions that they

posed to him in 2013 totally different than the questions that they posed to

her there's three senators that questioned both of them watch the

difference I think it is also important and these wee questions that I'll be

asking as well to ensure that while we look at the programs the CIA that these

programs effectiveness be measured objectively and not simply by those who

are charged with implementing them many people and I include myself a member

have questions about the message the Senate would be sending by confirming

someone for this position who served as a supervisor in the counterterrorism

center during the time of rendition detention and interrogation programs

it's incredibly important for the CIA to be as open to be totally open with this

committee the reason is that there's no one else watching typically in this in

this in our country we have the public is involved the press is involved was it

a matter of coincidence that you that this decision was made to destroy the

tapes in the same week that two major stories appeared in American newspapers

to a great deal of public interest just that week in the whole interrogation

question mr. Brennan is without a doubt qualified for this position he served at

the CIA for 25 years in analytic operational and managerial capacities

you are very unique you have 30 years of undercover experience accordingly we ask

the agency that your records be declassified I think I signed three

letters in that regard to make an informed decision and ultimately Brennan

was confirmed and some of the senators who were there then and are still there

he was confirmed by Senator Warner senator Feinstein Heinrich Collins King

burr mansion Wyden and vo how many of them will be voting for

her given the fact that they gave her boss who was in charge back

waterboarding and in enhanced interrogation the thumbs up a couple of

years ago I thought she was great and I thought she was strong and while she was

also proud of what you accomplished in keeping America safe and stopping the

next attack that goes following bottom line is she does not consider enhanced

interrogation torture number two is it worked you don't get bin Laden without

it and most of these senators know it and they felt they didn't stop it when

they were there like senator Feinstein Feinstein Feinstein who's been there for

ages now all of a sudden she comes out and she has questions about what state

what happened with chaos Tom they did do the enhanced interrogation on chaos

sound when it was legal when you could do that and then that led us to the

courier that was talking to bin Laden we followed that courier and then got bin

Laden as a result and easie you made a great point right there and that was

everything that she did at that point was she said orders look they changed

the rules Congress changed their you know interpretation of what enhanced

interrogation should be and what torture is but back when they did it keep in

mind when you go back to the nine immediately after 9/11 mindset you know

anthrax came into this building people in the United States of America were

just waiting for the other shoe to drop and they were doing the Patriots at the

CIA and all the operatives around the world were doing everything they could

to stop another attack and that was her job how do you think Danny pearls family

feels about KSM getting water blower you think they're they bleed for him because

their kid's head was cut off by that guy yeah so once you get confirmed

we had Tom cotton on yesterday he said yes I thought she was very calm very

collected I learned that her dad was in the military served in the Air Force I

think she said for 33 years she's a military daughter said that she learned

discipline from her dad she'd be the first female CIA director which would be

amazing mansions in McCain is out meanwhile meanwhile the sanctuary revolt

in California is growing another city voting to break away from the state's

laws we're going to tell you about that coming up

you

Trump briefs Moon on N. Korea's release of Americans; to unveil summit date, place shortly - Duration: 1:20.

U.S. President Donald Trump says North Korea's release of three American citizens is "a gesture

of good will" that will have positive effect on the upcoming North Korea, U.S. summit.

In a phone conversation with South Korean President Moon Jae-in late Wednesday night,

Trump briefed the South Korean leader on the American detainees on their way back home

with his Secretary of State Mike Pompeo saying they are in good health and thanked Mr. Moon

for his help in the release.

"I just spoke to President Moon and explained what was taking place with respect to the

three gentlemen.

And President Moon of South Korea was very, very happy to hear it.

He, likewise, has been incredibly helpful."

Mr. Trump also told Mr. Moon that Pompeo had productive talks with North Korean leader

Kim Jong-un.

The South Korean leader said it was an excellent decision for human rights and humanitarian

reasons and credited the U.S. president's strong determination and leadership for making

it happen.

Seoul's presidential Blue House told reporters that President Trump said he would be announcing

the time and place of his meeting with Kim Jong-un very shortly.

Trump And Kim Jong Un Face-To-Face In Singapore - Duration: 2:47.

Trump And Kim Jong Un Face-To-Face In Singapore. President Donald Trump will meet with North Korean leader Kim Jong Un in Singapore next month, the first ever meeting between a sitting US president and a North Korean ruler.

The summit, at which the two countries will discuss North Koreas nuclear program, is set to take place on June 12.

North Korea currently possesses an estimated stockpile of anywhere between 20 to 100 nuclear weapons and is under US and international sanctions for its nuclear and missile testing.

CNN first reported that US officials had been instructed to prepare for a meeting in Singapore on Wednesday evening. Earlier in the day, press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders confirmed that a time and place had been set, but refrained from giving more details.

After weeks of speculation, Trump announced the meeting, in typical fashion, via his Twitter account.

Trump had previously floated both Singapore and the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) that runs between North and South Korea as potential sites for the summit. The latter option seemed particularly appealing following Kims meeting in the DMZ with South Korean President Moon Jae-in.

Earlier on Thursday, Trump and first lady Melania Trump welcomed home three US citizens, who had been held in North Korea on charges of espionage or hostile intent. Their release and subsequent trip home alongside Secretary of State Mike Pompeo was meant, to be a gesture of goodwill ahead of the meeting between Kim and Trump.

News of the summit also comes just a few days after the US said it was leaving another nuclear agreement, this one with Iran and several other world powers.

The White House has insisted that while the Iran deal was flawed and needs to be renegotiated, a deal with North Korea is achievable.

Trump said on Thursday morning, when meeting with the returned detainees, that his goal is still to denuclearize that entire [Korean] peninsula..

Moments After Susan Rice Bashed President Trump, She Got Humiliated By ONE Brutal Video

Susan Rice just got humiliated for all the world to see and she deserved it.

She just redefined the word stupid and if we had a fair press she would be taken to

task.

But as we don't we will tell you what happened and let you judge for yourself.

ice said this about Trump leaving the Iran deal for greener pastures:

From The Washington Examiner:

"The president has just made the most foolish and consequential national security decision

of his tenure," she wrote in an editorial for the New York Times.

"Exactly what comes next is unclear, but we certainly will face a far worse situation

than today," she said.

"When the mess materializes, Mr. Trump, per standard procedure, will blame everyone

else: his political opponents, his predecessor, the Europeans and the Iranians."

"But there will be only one person responsible: President Trump, our wrecking ball in chief,"

she added.

Right after Trump pulled out, Iran went and did this.

Proving Rice doesn't know what she is talking about.

From USA Today:

Iranian lawmakers shouted "death to America" and set fire to a paper U.S. flag during angry

scenes at the country's parliament in Tehran, a day after President Trump pulled out of

the nuclear deal.

The protest came as Iranian officials, including parliament speaker Ali Larijani and President

Hassan Rouhani, said Wednesday they hoped European leaders will work with them to preserve

the deal between Tehran and world powers — without the U.S. — but stressed that the nation

could now decide to resume its nuclear program.

"If necessary, we can begin our industrial enrichment without any limitations," the

Iranian leader said.

"Until implementation of this decision, we will wait for some weeks and will talk

with our friends and allies and other signatories of the nuclear deal, who signed it and who

will remain loyal to it.

Everything depends on our national interests."

Iran's supreme leader, who has the final say on all state matters, struck a more defiant

tone.

Ayatollah Ali Khamenei directly challenged Trump, saying "you cannot do a damn thing"

after Trump announced he was renewing sanctions on Iran.

Senate Puts Forward Bill To Put Mueller Above President Trump … That's When McConnell Puts His Foot - Duration: 13:10.

Senate Puts Forward Bill To Put Mueller Above President Trump … That's When McConnell

Puts His Foot Down

On Tuesday, Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell dodged a bipartisan effort that would protect

special counsel Robert Mueller and his job on the Trump investigation.

McConnell explained that he would not be holding a floor vote on this piece of legislation,

even if the Senate Judiciary Committee approves it next week.

McConnell explained that the bill is important because President Trump won't be the one

to fire Mueller.

McConnell stated while appearing on Fox News, "We'll not be having this on the floor

of the Senate."

The Senate Majority Leader's comments came during a time of serious opposition to the

bill amongst members of his own caucus.

Multiple GOP senators explained that they feel that the bill is unconstitutional, while

other senators felt that it just isn't good politics to tell President Trump what to do,

even comparing the piece of legislation to "poking the bear."

The piece of legislation was introduced last week, around the same time that Trump publicly

condemned Mueller.

Trump had stated that the investigation being conducted by Mueller is "an attack on our

country."

He also called the probe "corrupt."

President Trump has also considered firing the man overseeing the Trump investigation,

Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

It was only a day after Trump's critique that Republicans Thom Tillis of North Carolina

and Lindsey Graham of South Carolina put two bits together that they had introduced last

summer in order to protect special counsels.

The bill was introduced by the two Republicans along with Democratic Sens. Chris Coons of

Delaware and Cory Booker of New Jersey.

Then, Senate Judiciary Chairman Chuck Grassley, a Republican, explained that his committee

would be voting on the bill.

Associated Press reported:

The legislation would give any special counsel a 10-day window to seek expedited judicial

review of a firing, and would put into law existing Justice Department regulations that

require a firing to be for "good cause."

Democrats immediately jumped on the legislation, but many Republicans have been cool to it.

At least three of the 11 GOP members of the Judiciary panel have said they will vote against

it and another five have said they have questions about its constitutionality.

Grassley is one of those with concerns, but said he felt obligated to hold a vote.

Republicans off the committee had questions too — and some acknowledged that it could

be politically difficult.

On Tuesday, South Dakota Senator Mike Rounds stated that the President should be the one

to make the decision on his own.

He also stated that Trump should be the one responsible for the consequences that come

along with the decision.

"I think having Congress tell him what we believe he should do in this case is simply

poking the bear, and I'd just prefer not to do that," Rounds stated.

Oklahoma Sen. Jim Lankford felt that the bill was a "political distraction."

"You create this whole constitutional political stir over something that is not going to happen,"

he stated.

Other lawmakers felt that there really was no point.

Louisiana Senator and a member of the Judiciary panel, John Kennedy, explained, "It's

about as popular as cholera with the leader in the Senate and it's about as popular

as malaria in the House," said Louisiana Sen. John Kennedy, a member of the Judiciary

panel.

"I think most people think we're picking an unnecessary fight with the president."

Coons, who is a lawyer, felt that the multiple courts have enforced very similar statues

for special counsels in the past.

He stated, "If I were convinced this were unconstitutional, I would not be moving it."

During a hearing for the two separate bills in September, prior to them being combined,

scholars were split about whether or not the bills were constitutional.

Some had big concerns about letting the judicial branch have this kind of authority over an

executive decision.

president trying to stop his daca plan the travel ban health care deregulation

it went on and on Sneiderman quickly became a champion of

the left resistance a kind of super hero which was how comedian and fan girl

Samantha bee attempted to frame him on this now scrubbed episode of her show oh

my god

you're gonna save us we're gonna do but that requires a lot of people other than

state attorneys general getting engaged depends on what getting engaged means

well next time Samantha be careful oh that's so bad

really write bad next time do a better job choosing your superheroes now

although I gotta say he did like to dress up apparently so maybe the

superhero thing does work well she's not having tried to explain away the charges

against him this way he said in the privacy of intimate relationships I've

engaged in role-playing in other consensual sexual activity

I have not assaulted anyone Superman didn't beat the hell out of Lois Lane

Eric for women romantically involved with New York's top cop alleged that

Schneiderman abused them including claims that he smacked spit on choked

and sexually and racially demeaned his victims what a guy he threatened to tap

their phones or have someone follow or even kill them if they attempted to

leave the relationship as New York's highest ranking law enforcement official

this is the guy who attended the women's march along by the way with Harvey

Weinstein and he would later use his prosecutorial authority against

Weinstein and fought to get his victims greater compensation so it was yay Eric

thank you thank you thank you well as his profile rose as a leading defender

of women in the wake of the me2 movement his victims were persuaded somehow to

come forward but they met their own resistance from the left in those

conversations after the fact a lot of their friends and loved ones said don't

do it don't speak out against him and in some cases that was because they feared

the risk of reprisals but also in some cases Alison those friends warned them

off of talking because they thought that he had the power to do too much good for

the Democratic Party Wow in other words so long as Schneiderman

was willing to use his office to block the Trump agenda and was working

to tear down Trump keep your tales of abuse quiet ladies take one for the team

what's a little collateral damage right you know what it reminds me of how

Harvey skated for so many years sure he had money and he had power to make or

break a career but he also had the right political views he had the coolest

friends and all those politicians he raised millions for valuable commodity

but back to Schneiderman most of them knew or should have known about its

history a lot of the Democrats people who are championing him and a lot of the

allegation against him but they kept on their blinders again how convenient

if this were a Republican he would be decried on every cable show with barely

a break for breaking news on the Iran deal but instead of going after

Schneiderman for his misdeeds in his abuse of office today's never Trump

media merely use the scandal it's just another vehicle for trashing

conservatives Democrats are have been trying to be very consistent when

members of their own have been called out to draw a contrast but there is not

a lot of indication that this administration unfortunately likes to

take the high road particularly when it comes to political office all I'm saying

this was area chief now take him down by lifting women up in the defense of their

right thank and yet I don't think the lift up is a move they've got a lot of

muscle memory on right now what a bizarre world we live in that Donald

Trump is accused of sexually harassing dozens of women and admits that he

sexually assaults women on tape and yet people like Mike Pence talk about what a

great Chris he is one of the president's big

Bo's New York Attorney General Eric Schneiderman resigns over sexual abuse

allegations is this a tipping point for Trump

what latest thing it is this a tipping point for Trump

how about is this a tipping point for the left and the people who claim to be

protecting America's women or is slapping choking spitting and making

women of color call a man master now acceptable behavior well until it's

discovered White House counselor Kellyanne Conway certainly reached her

tipping point yesterday she nailed Schneiderman's hypocrisy when she

tweeted out gotcha above a snide ermine tweet where he

wrote no one is above the law and I'll continue to remind President Trump and

his administration of that every day well instead of acknowledging

Schneiderman's loathesome and perhaps even criminal behavior planned

parenthood action that's the political arm of the abortion giant decided to go

after wait for it Kellyanne made tweeted out Kellyanne polls delete your account

okay now what all this tells us is what so many of us have thought really for a

long time the left while claiming to be the true honest champions of women at

many times that many points consider them to be disposable especially when

they become politically inconvenient Eric Schneiderman was a stalwart

political ally of the left but he's out of the picture now so move on quickly

move on and is back to vilifying Trump and any woman who supports his agenda

are any of you fed up with this rank hypocrisy me too and that's the angle

you

you

BREAKING NEWS Out Of North Korea- TRUMP DID IT!!!

President Donald Trump announced Wednesday morning that Secretary of State Mike Pompeo

was returning from North Korea after successfully negotiating the release of three American

citizens, Breitbart reports.

"I am pleased to inform you that Secretary of State Mike Pompeo is in the air and on

his way back from North Korea with the 3 wonderful gentlemen that everyone is looking so forward

to meeting," Trump announced on Twitter.

"They seem to be in good health."

One was sentenced to 10 years of hard labor in 2016 for an espionage conviction.

Two others are scholars — one studies accounting, the other agriculture — who taught at a

prestigious science and technology university before they were arrested in 2017 on suspicion

of "hostile acts."

All three are Korean-American men who were held in North Korea until Wednesday, when

they were released during a visit by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo to Pyongyang, the North

Korean capital.

Kim Hak-song, also known as Jin Xue Song, was charged with committing "hostile acts"

against North Korea.

Tony Kim, also known as Kim Sang-duk, was charged with hostile criminal acts with an

aim to subvert the country.

Kim Dong-chul, a businessman, was sentenced to 10 years of hard labor in April 2016 on

charges of spying and other offenses, NY Times reports.

Otto F. Warmbier was a University of Virginia honors student with a passion for travel when

he signed up for a five-day tour of North Korea with a Chinese company that advertised

"budget travel to destinations your mother would rather you stayed away from."

He was detained at the Pyongyang airport as he tried to leave in January 2016, charged

with an unspecified "hostile act" against the reclusive government.

Within two months, he was convicted after a one-hour trial of trying to steal a propaganda

poster.

Mr. Warmbier was sentenced to 15 years of hard labor.

Fifteen months later, Mr. Warmbier — gravely ill and in a coma — was medically evacuated

from North Korea on Tuesday and on his way to his parents' home in Cincinnati.

Intelligence reports in recent weeks indicating that Mr. Warmbier had been repeatedly beaten

and tortured while in North Korean custody.

As the world rejoices at the sudden change of heart by North Korea, we have to hope that

they will not forget the genocide of the North Korean people, the horrific torture of Mr.

Warmbier as well as the countless acts of crimes against humanity by kim jong un and

his regime.

Trump Laughs As Obama Finds Out Exactly How John Kerry Helped Kill The Iran Deal - Duration: 3:50.

Trump Laughs As Obama Finds Out Exactly How John Kerry Helped Kill The Iran Deal

President Donald Trump is laughing after Barack Obama recently found out exactly how John

Kerry helped kill the Iran Deal.

This is weapons-grade buffoonery you won't want to miss.

Former President Barack Obama released a whiny statement on Tuesday, May 8, 2018, following

an announcement by President Donald Trump that he had just put the Iran Deal through

the shredder, killing it once and for all.

What likely came as a shock to the White House flunky was finding out along with the rest

of America that John Kerry played a key role in Trump's decision to ax the Iran Deal.

According to Breitbart, Obama's statement was riddled with claims that the Iran Deal

was working and that Iran was in compliance with the agreement.

Obama also accused the Trump administration of putting America's credibility at risk

which is ironic in a tragic sort of way after Obama himself made a colossal mess of our

relationships with countries such as Israel and Egypt.

Speaking about Trump's declaration on killing the Iran Deal, Obama said, "That is why

today's announcement is so misguided.

Walking away from the JCPOA turns our back on America's closest allies and an agreement

that our country's leading diplomats, scientists, and intelligence professionals negotiated.

In a democracy, there will always be changes in policies and priorities from one administration

to the next.

But the consistent flouting of agreements that our country is a party to risks eroding

America's credibility, and puts us at odds with the world's major powers."

It's rich to hear Obama talk about the subject of eroding America's credibility.

To my point, Obama's former Secretary of State John Kerry was revealed to have been

conducting hush-hush meetings with Iranian officials, world leaders, and members of Congress

in an attempt to save the Iran Deal because, for Kerry, one failure is never enough.

In my opinion, idiots like Obama and Kerry have been the true culprits behind eroding

America's credibility with fake red lines and backroom meetings.

According to Daily Caller, a source inside the White House who is familiar with President

Donald Trump's thinking on the Iran Deal said that Kerry helped kill the nuclear agreement

with his imbecilic meddling.

I wonder how many doors or chairs Barack Obama kicked when he learned that John Kerry's

shadow government activities helped put an end to the bad deal with Iran.

The source inside the White House told Daily Caller that Trump decided to put the nail

in the coffin of the deal when he learned of Kerry's behind the scenes meetings.

"Trump was headed that way, but Kerry just took away any of the teeth of the detractors,"

the source said.

"Kerry's bullsh*t ultimately killed the deal."

I think "Kerry's bullsh*t" may possibly be the two best-paired words I've ever read.

Obviously fed-up with Kerry's bullsh*t, Trump blasted the former Secretary of State

on Twitter a day before he killed the Iran Deal, saying, "The United States does not

need John Kerry's possibly illegal Shadow Diplomacy on the very badly negotiated Iran

Deal.

He was the one that created this MESS in the first place!"

On Tuesday, Trump gave Kerry another solid verbal beating that he truly deserved after

announcing the end of the Iran Deal.

"John Kerry can't get over the fact that he had his chance and blew it!

Stay away from negotiations John, you are hurting your country!" Trump wrote.

Both John Kerry and Barack Obama need to accept the fact that they are the ones responsible

for the mess Donald Trump is cleaning up.

In addition, Obama should come to terms with the fact that America voted his party and

their destructive way of doing things out of office.

When will political elites understand that the people will define the country and its

credibility by the leaders they choose to make these important decisions.

It's almost as if Obama ignored an entire segment of life where Trump campaigned with

the promise to end the Iran Deal.

America never wanted it.

"We definitely know the Obama State Department let Hillary Clinton take and after that erase

her administration messages, which included characterized data.

However, these new records demonstrate that was just piece of the outrage.

These new archives demonstrate the Obama State Department had an arrangement with Hillary

Clinton to conceal her calls logs and calendars, which would be in opposition to FOIA and different
