Trump news on Youtube May 1 2018

The Blue House says that... if Panmunjom were chosen as the venue for the Washington-Pyongyang

summit,... it would serve as a meaningful site to mark a "new milestone of peace."

The comments by South Korea's top office on Tuesday came in response to a recent tweet

by U.S. President Donald Trump, which hinted at the border village as a possible venue

for his meeting with Kim Jong-un in May or early June.

Meanwhile, a Blue House official said Monday that President Moon Jae-in prepared and handed

over some materials related to his vision for economic cooperation between the two Koreas

to his North Korean counterpart Kim Jong-un, during their summit.

Apparently, President Moon said he gave Kim a booklet and a thumb drive containing a presentational

video about the so-called "New Economic Map Initiative of the Korean Peninsula," which

promotes economic cooperation between Seoul and Pyongyang

Trump Clears The White House In Staggering Move To Make Way For Special Guests He Wants To Pray With - Duration: 4:12.

Trump Clears The White House In Staggering Move To Make Way For Special Guests He Wants

To Pray With Sutherland Springs, Texas is a community that

will forever be changed and the members of First Baptist Church while battered and bruised,

they are far from broken.

The White House has invited members of the Texas church where a two dozen people perished

last year to Washington for the National Day of Prayer.

The prayer service at the White House comes just two days before the six-month anniversary

of the church shooting that took the lives of 26 members of the First Baptist Church

of Sutherland Springs.

The surviving members of the heartbreaking incident were children with one just a few

short weeks from birth.

Another 20 members were injured.

Multiple members of the same family perished and are still very much healing and grieving.

The members who will be traveling to the nation's capital for the prayer service include Pastor

Frank Pomeroy and his wife, Sherri.

Pomeroy states both he and his wife will be speaking at the White House the day before

and then praying at Thursday's service.

Sherri describes the invitation as an honor.

The Pomeroys' own 14-year-old daughter Annabelle was among the 14-year-old victims on that

fateful November 5th day.

Pomeroy also spoke of the church's plans to hold a memorial on this coming Saturday

to honor victims and survivors.

A groundbreaking ceremony will immediately follow for the new Sutherland Springs church

building to be built next to the old church.

The old church will currently and forever sit as a memorial for those lost loved ones.

The church will be built of stone, symbolizing the strength and grit of a community that

has been forever changed. While it was hard to comprehend the incident, Pastor Pomeroy,

who lost his own daughter in the shooting, reminded his congregation to put their faith

in the Lord.

"You lean in to what you don't understand, you lean into the Lord," Frank Pomeroy told

reporters during a press conference.

"I don't understand but I know my God does."

Also speaking along with shooting survivor David Colbath, his son Morgan Colbath, and

Sherri Pomeroy's sister Sylvia Timmons will participate in a prayer service with the president

for the National Day of Prayer, the newspaper reports.According to the Dallas News –

"We did not expect a personal invitation to the White House from the President,"

Sherri Pomeroy told the Express-News via text message.

"When I received that email, I confirmed the legitimacy of the invitation and accepted,

of course!"

The five Sutherland Springs visitors will be attending the National Day of Prayer's

evening services at the Capitol's historic Statuary Hall.

The Pomeroys will be interviewed by Pastor Ronnie Floyd, president of the National Day

of Prayer Task Force, and Frank Pomeroy will lead a short prayer — all live-streamed

across the country.

They'll also attend a private banquet the night before hosted by the Task Force. We are

very honored that we are invited to the White House and asked to pray for our nation in

this historic place," Sherri Pomeroy said.

"While this invitation is bittersweet because of the events that brought us to this place,

may we never turn down a forum to share the gospel of Jesus Christ wherever it takes us."

The National Day of Prayer will be held in Washington DC's historic Statuary Hall,

and is an annual observance held on the first Thursday of May, inviting people of all faiths

to pray for the nation.

It was originally created in the year 1952 by a joint resolution of the United States

Congress.

It was signed into law by President Harry S. Truman.

Trump suggests Panmunjom as possible venue for U.S.-North Korea Summit - Duration: 2:02.

U.S. President Donald Trump has suggested the truce village of Panmunjom as a possible

venue for his landmark summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un in the coming weeks.

Kim Hyo-sun tells us more.

The truce village of Panmunjom,... where the leaders of the two Koreas renewed their commitment

to establish peace on the Korean Peninsula,... is being considered as a possible venue for

the U.S.-North Korea Summit scheduled for late May or early June.

After meeting with his Nigerian counterpart at the White House on Monday,...

"We're looking at various countries including Singapore, and we are also talking about the

possibility of the DMZ - Peace House, Freedom House.

There's something that I like about it, because you are there.

You're actually there, where if things work out, there's a great celebration to be had,

on the site, not in a third party country."

He also tweeted on Monday that the Peace House or the Freedom House on the inter-Korean border

could be a more representative, important and lasting site than a third party country.

Until late last week,... Trump had said potential summit locations had been whittled down to

two countries,... including Singapore.

But it looks like President Trump discussed the idea of holding the summit at Panmunjom

during his phone talks with South Korean President Moon Jae-in following last week's inter-Korean

summit.

After their conversation,... which Trump hailed as long and good,... he also added that things

are going well and the time and location of the meeting is being set.

If Panmunjom is finalized as the venue for the first-ever meeting between the sitting

leaders of the U.S. and North Korea,... the inter-Korean border, which has long been a

symbol of division would likely become a true symbol of peace.

Trump's Nobel Prize Is Looking Like a Reality After Everything He's Recently Done! - Duration: 4:58.

Trump's Nobel Prize Is Looking Like a Reality After Everything He's Recently Done!

As most of us Trump supporters have known from the beginning the president was bound

to do some great things.

But perhaps one of the greatest to date has been the peace talks between North and South

Korea.

Last night, while some of his staff were at the White House Correspondents' dinner,

President Trump was busy holding a rally for his supporters in the red state of Michigan.

But what was perhaps the most surprising was what the crowd kept chanting during his speech.

"Nobel, Nobel, Nobel" could be heard echoing through the arena of 10k people while 20k

people waited outside because there wasn't enough space to get in.

When President Trump heard the chants you could tell he was honored.

He laughed and responded, "I just want to get the job done, Strength is going to keep

us out of nuclear war."

Trump then went on to mock the "fake news" media and his critics.

Where instead of at least giving him credit for getting both parties together they are

questioning the validity of the developments.

To which the President repeated he was not about to play games with North Koreans dictator

Kim Jong-un despite the positive signed he has shown towards bringing peace to the region.

Here is more on the North Korean story via ABC News:

"The top Democrat on the House Intelligence Committee said there is "more than a ray

of light" in the Trump administration's dealings with Kim Jong Un over his nuclear

program.

Rep. Adam Schiff of California responded to ABC News Chief White House Correspondent Jonathan

Karl's comment on "This Week" Sunday recalling what former President Obama told

President Donald Trump about North Korea.

"I remember well when President Obama had his first meeting with President-elect Trump,"

Karl said, "and he said that the biggest challenge in the new president's agenda

was going to be North Korea, and it looked — I mean it looked very dark, and now there

is — there is an opportunity."

Schiff responded, "There is more than a ray of light here."

Asked if he believes Trump deserves some credit for the opening with North Korea, Schiff said,

"I think it's more than fair to say that the combination of the president's unpredictability

and, indeed, his bellicosity had something to do with the North Koreans deciding to come

to the table.

But before the president takes too much credit or hangs out the 'mission accomplished'

banner, he needs to realize that we may go into a confrontational phase and he may not

want the full blame if things go south."

At a rally in Michigan on Saturday night, Trump spoke of the progress with North Korea,

saying, "I had one of the fake news groups this morning.

They were saying, 'What do you think President Trump had to do with it?'

I'll tell you what.

Like, how about everything?"

The House Intelligence Committee's ranking Democrat also said the Trump administration

needs to be cautious in any negotiations with Kim Jong Un.

In previous talks, it has turned out that North Koreans "have something very different

in mind when they talk about denuclearization: 'Yes, if the U.S. gives up their nukes,

we'll give up ours; if the U.S. leaves the Korean Peninsula, then we can talk,'" Schiff

said.

The question for the Trump administration over Kim Jong Un's stated willingness to

negotiate is, "Is this something new, or is this simply Kim Jong Un as Dr. Jekyll and

Mr. Hyde, who is in the phase right now of conciliation?"

Schiff said.

North and South Korean leaders met Friday and vowed to formally end to their six-decade

long war by the end of the year, and to work to denuclearize the Korean Peninsula.

President Donald Trump speaks during a joint press conference with Germany's Chancellor

Angela Merkel in the East Room of the White House, April 27, 2018.more +

Schiff on "This Week" cautioned that the Trump administration's threat to possibly

pull out of the Iran nuclear deal could weaken its chances of success with North Korea.

"If we drop out of the Iran agreement, if we renege on the Iran deal when the Iranians

are complying, it is, I think, dangerously naïve to think that this is not going to

influence whether the North Koreans think we can be trusted and what's more, whether

the rest of the world will have confidence that the U.S. keeps its word," the congressman

said."

Going back to the chants, why doesn't President Trump deserve the Nobel Peace Price considering

he was instrumental in bringing this war which has lasted over half a decade to an end?

If former President Barack Hussein Obama got one for just being able to con enough of the

American public into voting him in as president just because of his skin color then why doesn't

President Trump deserve a peace prize for doing something which actually matters to

the world and which has alluded every president since Truman.

What do you think about this?

As Buhari meets Trump, Nigeria takes delivery of 2 new helicopter gunships to fight Boko Haram - Duration: 4:23.

The Nigerian Air Force (NAF) on Monday, April 30, took delivery of two Mi-35M helicopter gunships that the federal government ordered from Russia.

we reports that the Antonov aircraft, which brought the new Mi-35M helicopters, touched down on the runway at NAF Base Makurdi at exactly 12.

It was gathered that the Chief of Aircraft Engineering at NAF Headquarters, Abdulganiyu Olabisi, received the new aircraft on behalf of the Chief of the Air Staff, Sadique Abubakar.

A combined team of NAF personnel and Russian technicians were also on hand to assist in offloading the partially assembled new helicopters, some parts of which came in crates.

Also, officials of the Nigeria Customs Service and the Nigeria Immigration Service were present to ensure necessary documentation.

According to Premium Times, the newly delivered helicopters, which are capable of night fighting, are all brand new and are the most sophisticated in the Mi-series of helicopter gunships, based on the statement by the air force.

The newly received combat helicopters form the second batch of the fleet of Mi-35M helicopters initiated by the Buhari administration in 2015.

"At the inception of the current NAF leadership in 2015, it was realised that modern Mi-helicopter gunships with night-fighting capability needed to be procured towards enhancing the operational capability of the NAF.

"Consequently, the delivery of the helicopter gunships would go a long way in adding impetus to the current efforts at combatting the security challenges in Benue state and other parts of the north central Region as well as other forms of criminality facing the country.

In addition, with the delivery of the additional Mi-35M helicopters, the on-going counterinsurgency operation in the Northeast has just received a boost," Olatokunbo Adesanya, air force spokesperson said.

The air force took delivery of the first batch of two brand new Mi-35M helicopters in December 2016, following which the helicopters were inducted and had since been contributing to the counterinsurgency and other internal security operations in the country.

Also, some NAF personnel had undergone training in Russia, as pilots and technicians on the Mi-35M helicopters, as part of the contract.

Sequel to the hitch-free delivery, a team of Russian and NAF technicians will now complete the assembly of the newly received helicopters in Nigeria prior to test flying.

Thereafter, the helicopter gunships will be formally inducted into the air force, as part of the activities to mark the 54th anniversary celebrations of the Service.

Meanwhile, as part of activities lined up to mark the air force 54th Anniversary Celebration, an Interdenominational Church Service was held on Sunday across all NAF Units and Abuja.

In Abuja, the commemorative service was held at the Protestant Church, Bill Clinton Drive NAF Base, Abuja.

Earlier on April 27, the air force held a Juma'at Service at the NAF Central Mosque, NAF Base Abuja to commemorate the 2018 NAF Day celebration slated for May 3 to 16 in Kaduna.

Meanwhile, we had earlier reported that President Muhammadu Buhari was meeting holding a joint press conference with his American counterpart, Donald Trump at the White House in Washington D.

The Five: Gutfeld Says Media's Anti-Trump Narratives 'Flunking the Reality Test' - Duration: 11:34.

well as our president welcomes his French counterpart let's not forget how

the media portrays Trump's harmful foreign policy Republicans really have a

responsibility to talk about the eminent threat that they know because they've

seen behind the scenes that this man poses to the safety and the security of

the United States of America I've asked Twitter spokesmen does this violate

Twitter's Terms of Service making this kind of threat toward North Korea on the

world stage this president is humiliating America no question well

that didn't age well so does the president of France agree with them we

have a lot of work to be done together but I'm very very hot on very pleased

because whatever the context could be this relationship is stronger than

Ziva's and on top of it we have an excellent

personal relationship so I want to thank you for that hmm our poor media the

sophisticated European adores our president and why shouldn't he he is

adorable it's a great honor great honor to be

here but we do have a very special relationship

in fact I'll get that little piece of dandruff oh we have to make him perfect

he is perfect oh my god some would break out the therapy llamas because every

single narrative the media uses the slime Trump seems to flunk the reality

test it's a difference in between Trump and Obama Obama was beloved by our media

but our global adversaries saw him as a mark Trump is despised by the media but

effective on the world stage let's review that world stage shall we well

Isis is more than handled for now North Korea bold moves by Trump may create an

historic thaw Syria he drew red lines and then he reports them he made that

historic visit to the homes of each major religion he embraced the new Saudi

leader a key ally he recognized Jerusalem as Israel's capital and behind

it all he's rebuilding our military telling the world that his priorities

are that and it ain't the vanishing polar bears in shorts Obama was the

substitute teacher you could spin in six different

directions Trump is the scary football coach who runs detention here's what he

said about Iran if Iran threatens us in any way they will pay a price like few

countries have ever paid Wow there's a pattern here when Trump enters

the equation an actual reset takes place a reset that creates chaos but it's

chaos by design as any negotiator knows you can't play an adversary that you

can't figure out trump's greatest asset unpredictability and he knows it it's

only our media who hasn't figured that out yet they're still stuck on trump's

spelling errors so Peter on a scale of 1 to nothing to 10 everything miss Donald

Trump the greatest president that has ever lived can I buy an 11 you nailed it

I will give you your kudos thank you as I know you appreciate I enjoy a good

Kudo the key when you're strong and you have competence confidence and you

believe in American power then then people your adversaries are fear you and

your allies respect you and in some ways what what President Trump has done is a

layup in foreign policy he decided to stand by our traditional allies right

and stand up to the enemies of the free world yeah whether it's China on trade

whether it's North Korea whether it's dictators whether it's Iran I think

he'll scrap the Iran deal in spite of Emmanuel macron attempt to do otherwise

yeah he's we haven't needed the French since I think 1775 but it's nice to have

yeah why are you resting while you were saying in the green room to me earlier I

have to admit Donald Trump is the greatest president that ever lived I'm

looking for a 12 it's a baker's dozen I think 13 is the

bad luck I am I am struck by what you're saying

because when I look I think about foreign policy and I think to myself

wait a second this is the guy you say enforce the redline of course he was

saying we should get out of sea right and then you had Republicans saying oh

no you better stay cause you don't want to start any trouble you need a forest

there and then he supposedly enforces a red line and of course then you have

people saying well this was pretty ineffectual he didn't do much here so

what is exactly the strategy we don't have a strategy and then I think to

myself well let me listen to Greg Greg is saying this guy is a great foreign

policy leader so I think to myself oh that must mean that McCrone has come

across the ocean and he's saying Oh mr. president thank you but in fact he's

saying you're wrong on the Iran deal he's saying you're wrong right trade

he's saying I'm wrong on Syria and then Angela Merkel is coming at the end of

the week and she's going to oh is she going to Pat president Trump no she's

gonna enforce what McCrone has said to trump about disagreements but the thing

that's interesting about President Trump when he has these meetings whether it's

with adversaries or with us whether it's with allies is he always focuses on the

agreement first and as you've seen him come through the first year of his

presidency he is emboldened the allies and he's kind of distance themselves

from the people who aren't necessarily in our interest turkey is one of those

examples when it comes to Syria he addressed that today he talked about the

Iran deal talk to the Syria strategy being look we want to get out eventually

but we have to have a plan because we don't want the Mediterranean as he said

to be a free-for-all for the Iranians and we're controlling that territory now

when it comes to the Iran deal I also believe based on the president's

rhetoric in the past few months and also today he said it was built on decaying

foundation and has continued to decay that the language is telling us he's

going to scrap it but there the agreement is not necessary the

disagreement isn't necessarily the Iran deal is bad

there's agreement on that there's just disagreement about how to fix it what's

plan B and whether you can fix it yeah so they're gonna tag-team him a little

bit Europeans all right so you had somebody that he has a very good

relationship with interpersonally there's a lot of charm and warmth then

they seem to get along again besides a dandruff vomit well with one another

trust somebody when you do that when you can drop off there

each other calling out the guy for having gained a little bit yeah but you

know like they have a glass of wine later and they forget all about it so

what's gonna happen is now Merkel has a much more contentious relationship she's

been quite critical of the president but she's going to have to roll that back a

little bit in terms of trying to get some diplomacy because there are things

that the two of them want they want to be able to have him reconsider their on

nuclear agreement and he wants them to get involved and go along with what he

wants to do as it relates to Syria and Iran in terms of that you know

geopolitical area that is strife with problems in in the Middle East so in

terms of that he's already got in his head some kind of negotiating chip of

they're gonna have to play ball they can actually respectful she's gonna have to

stop with a the you know incessant criticism because guess what she's no

longer the Iron Lady and that she was she has been tremendously weakened

politically across Europe with the problems that she's had there in terms

of the elections etc so see what happens the end of the week I would argue to

that the president is actually taken a little bit of pressure off of the

Europeans by calling on the Arab nations around around Iran who are very

concerned about them restarting their nuclear programs they've threatened to

do he has said this is your responsibility in your region which

allows the Europeans to take a step back and go okay this is in our interest to

be involved here but the people who really need to make sure the rules are

being followed are the people in the neighborhood and that is the Arab

nations he's also reasserted the real power relationship between us and the

European nations I mean Barack Obama was deferential to these countries that have

no business we were inferior yeah we were equal to them we were not you know

we were all exceptional nations to him but you know you look at France they've

gutted their military to pay for their welfare state they've opened their

borders they don't demand a civilization they've got terrorism problem they've

got demographic problems they aren't the world power they used to be sure they

own a seat on the Security Council that's thanks to us in the UN that whole

global system is largely irrelevant he's sort of just padding you know wiping off

the dandruff and Pat them on the shoulders I don't really in France they

call it shoulder snow just so

like what am I doing here good move because Trump made you laugh today well

actually I was hoping that I would get some of the lamb I understand they're

having lamb at the stage over so last night lamb tonight I'm glad he's

draining the swamp of all these elitist you know kind of behavior oh it's lamb

elitist food damn lamb chops yes you know at a state dinner was it for 150

not a big state there in a tiny state dinner I love it I next time you know

what Jesse's not here so you got you need somebody in there what the liberal

quibbling the details oh yeah going out to her spelling and his food wait can I

show you one what this is um I just want to show you how special this

relationship is that every world leader when they meet Trump they come away with

a special feeling take a look at this

thank you thank you I like him a lot it's an honor to call

you my friend thank you it's a buddy comedy well it could be 48 hours a

weapon the problem here the big problem is that you have McCrone and the

Europeans that you guys I mean you sound like Don Rumsfeld old Europe I mean but

but I mean Europe guess what as McCrone has said the United States needs allies

we do we have allies I mean we they are our principal allies right now

especially in the war against terror and so when you look at McCrone you looking

at a guy who's a globalist Pete a globalist and Trump is an isolationist

and is that's why the tariffs issue whatever crazy so he gets along you

should be celebrating the fact that he can work in this fashion was someone who

perhaps is ideologically different or disparate than him no no what hold on no

but actually one I hope that I hope that Mac Mac Khurana is able to talk to him

about the tariffs maybe the tariffs is part of a bigger thing that Trump is

working on to get like something that we're not seeing

I hate tariffs and I hope that that changes but it seems to me that he

listened he listened to him about Syria

from the tariffs the terrorists would affect Europe and specifically shall we

move on you guys she's in wine is still gonna come in here no worry all right

on the site, not in a third party country."

8 Years of Obama Gave NK Nukes, 1 With Trump Has Them Begging for 'Complete Denuclearization'

For the Obama Democrats, even the headlines have to be humiliating.

For the eight years of Barack Obama's presidency, North Korea expanded its nuclear weapons programs

with impunity, defiantly claiming its right to weapons that threaten the globe while a

cringing American administration stood helplessly to the side.

But a little more than a year into President Donald Trump's first term, a turnaround

might be in sight.

South Korean President Moon Ja-in told reporters in Seoul on Thursday that the North Korean

regime is ready to talk about "complete denuclearization" of the Korean peninsula

ahead of a potential meeting between Trump and the North Korean dictator Kim Jong Un.

And doing it without any deal-breakers on the table.

"North Korea is expressing a will for a complete denuclearization," Moon said, according

to Reuters.

"They have not attached any conditions that the U.S. cannot accept, such as the withdrawal

of American troops from South Korea.

All they are expressing is the end of hostile policies against North Korea, followed by

a guarantee of security."

Even liberal media outlets that have been at war with the Trump White House since its

first days had to report the development:

CNN: "North Korea drops withdrawal of US forces as condition of denuclearization, Moon

says"

The New York Times: "North Korea Removes Major Obstacle to U.S. Negotiations, South

Says"

The Guardian: "North Korea wants total denuclearisation, says Seoul"

Funny that The Times couldn't come right out and say what the "major obstacle"

was, but any way you cut it, that's a far cry from the North Korean situation Trump

inherited from Obama – and one key figures in the Obama administration would never have

predicted.

In August 2017, when U.S.-North Korean tensions were at their highest and Trump was warning

North Korea of the "fire and fury" it faced from the United States, former Obama

National Security Advisor Susan Rice published an Op-Ed in The New York Times declaring that

the United States could live with North Korea permanently armed with nuclear weapons.

"History shows that we can, if we must, tolerate nuclear weapons in North Korea — the

same way we tolerated the far greater threat of thousands of Soviet nuclear weapons during

the Cold War," she wrote.

"It will require being pragmatic."

What Obama's gang calls "pragmatic," the Trump White House calls appeasement.

And guess which approach is starting to pay off?

Trump's get-tough attitude — a radical departure from Obama's "strategic patience"

policy of doing nothing — might have ratcheted up tensions with Pyongyang for a year, but

also appears to have laid the groundwork for some final solution.

The secret trip to North Korea over Easter weekend by CIA Director and secretary of state

nominee Mike Pompeo had even some Democrats giving Trump grudging credit, according to

The Washington Post.

It's important to remember, of course, that the apparent progress with Pyongyang could

still be an illusion.

Kim's predecessors as North Korean dictators made a habit of lying in international negotiations,

then tearing up any agreements they made as soon as they got what they wanted out of them.

But the point is that Trump has pushed the North Koreans harder than any American has

since MacArthur pounded them at Inchon, and if that "complete denuclearization" proposal

that South Korea's Moon's announced Thursday has any reality to it, Trump will have brought

prospects for a permanent peace agreement on the peninsula closer than they've been

in decades.

And for Obama Democrats who were convinced there was no stopping the North, even the

headlines about the possibility have to be humiliating.

Trump suggests Panmunjom as possible venue for U.S.-North Korea Summit - Duration: 2:08.

U.S. President Donald Trump has suggested the truce village of Panmunjom as a possible

venue for his landmark summit with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un in the coming weeks.

Trump said the venue on the inter-Korean border would be a representative, important and lasting

site.

President Trump said the inter-Korean border would be an excellent venue for the summit.

"We're looking at various countries including Singapore, and we are also talking about the

possibility of the DMZ - Peace House, Freedom House.

And there's something that I thought was intriguing...

There's something that I like about it, because you are there.

You're actually there, where if things work out, there's a great celebration to be had,
