Trump news on Youtube Mar 8 2018

Stormy Daniels claims President Donald Trump never signed their

settlement agreement and she's free to discuss their alleged affair

as she pleases, according to a lawsuit filed Tuesday \in Los Angeles County Superior Court.

Suing under her legal name, Stephanie Clifford, the adult film star claims

even if Trump's missing signature didn't invalidate their agreement,

her obligation to keep quiet ended when his attorney Michael Cohen publicly discussed it.

According to the complaint, both Clifford and Trump used pseudonyms in the contract.

Hers was Peggy Peterson and his was David Dennison.

Clifford claims she and Trump began an affair in 2006 and their

relationship continued through 2007. When the now-infamous 'Access Hollywood'

tape created a scandal for then-candidate Trump, Clifford says she

thought about revealing their relationship — but Cohen caught wind of her plans,

which resulted in a settlement and non-disparagement agreement.

"On or about October 28, 2016, only days before the election,

two of the parties signed the Hush Agreement — Ms. Clifford and Mr. Cohen,"

writes attorney Michael Avenatti. "Mr. Trump, however, did not sign the agreement,

thus rendering it legally null and void and of no consequence."

Clifford believes Trump purposely didn't sign it so

he could "publicly disavow" any knowledge of the agreement.

"Despite Mr. Trump's failure to sign the Hush Agreement, Mr. Cohen

proceeded to facilitate $130,000 to be wired to the trust account of

Ms. Clifford's attorney," writes Avenatti. "He did so even though

there was no legal agreement and thus no written nondisclosure

agreement whereby Ms. Clifford was restricted from disclosing the truth about Mr. Trump."

After details of the agreement surfaced in January, Clifford claims

Cohen coerced her into signing a false statement in which she

said reports of her relationship with Trump were untrue.

Clifford also claims Cohen filed "an improper and procedurally

defective arbitration proceeding" against her in February.

She is asking the court to declare the "Hush Agreement" doesn't exist

because the contract was unsigned, or, alternatively,

to hold that it is unconscionable and therefore unenforceable.

On Tuesday, Avenatti shared the suit on Twitter.

Trump's camp could not immediately be reached for comment.

After Chelsea Clinton Bashes Trump & His Family, She Wakes To A Surprise - Duration: 37:56.

After Chelsea Clinton Bashes Trump & His Family, She Wakes To A Surprise

Chelsea Clinton recently appeared on The Late Show with Stephen Colbert to bash President

Donald Trump and his family.

Now, she's getting a brutal surprise that she didn't expect.

President Donald Trump (left), Chelsea Clinton (right) (Photo Credits: YouTube/The Tonight

Show/The Late Show) According to Daily Caller, Chelsea Clinton

appeared as a guest on CBS' The Late Show with Stephen Colbert on Monday, March 5, 2018,

where Colbert practically lobbed up verbal softballs for her to swing at.

Chelsea's performance was unimpressive and lacked any genuine conviction as she nodded

through most of her insults.

In an attempt to be witty, Colbert started out by saying that he thinks Chelsea's family

has a "particularly unique relationship emotionally to the fact that Donald Trump

is President of the United States."

I wonder how long Colbert worked on that humorless dig.

Following his loaded comment, Colbert gave Chelsea the floor to mumble about her parents,

her hatred for President Trump, and her lost friendship with Ivanka Trump.

Chelsea Clinton bashed our President when she answered Colbert's question about how

her family talks about Trump.

"Well, goodness, um," she stumbled before adding, "We just talk about what should

we be doing today, which organizations and candidates should we be supporting."

She continued, "How do we both stand in opposition to the degradations of norms and

institutions as well as the retrograde policies around voting rights, around women's rights,

around transgendered rights, and what do we do to keep pushing forward for the world that

both my parents have been working on since before I was born and that I'm really eager

to help build for my children, for your children, for future generations."

Chelsea then took aim directly at Trump, saying, "Because, as you noted, the President, I

think, thrives on anxiety and insults, there's just always so much to talk about.

Because, I think, unfortunately, this administration is the collision of cruelty and incompetence,

there's so much to just talk about, what's happening even beyond the President and Washington

on any given day."

Chelsea Clinton reminds me of the kid who people feel sorry for at a birthday party

when she can't hit the pinata so they take off her blindfold and hold the target still

in order for her to get a few whacks in on it.

Watching her interview with Colbert is cringeworthy and even a little irritating at the same time.

How on earth can Chelsea Clinton sit there and accuse President Trump of being driven

by "anxiety and insults" when her own mother is looked upon by many in both political

parties as the queen of the damned?

Amongst other things that Chelsea said about Trump and his family, she said that Ivanka

Trump was "fair game" when it comes to criticism from the public.

I think Chelsea needs a brutal reality check, and thankfully, several Twitter users agreed.

The Twitter user "DeplorableMaurice" tweeted, "Help me understand something: why does

anyone care about anything that Chelsea Clinton says?

What has she ever done that should make us care what she thinks?

I am not aware of anything."

— DeplorableMaurice (@Maurice4642522) March 6, 2018

Maurice feels the same way a lot of us do.

Chelsea hasn't accomplished anything significant in her life and shouldn't be interviewed

for her opinion.

It's sad that she gets attention because of her corrupt parents.

Another Twitter user named Debbie Giammarrusco Snyder said, "She is a product of the crooked

Clintons!

I wouldn't trust her as far as I could spit.

What kind of a comment is that to make?

She is exactly like her wicked mother!"

— ❤Debbie Giammarrusco Snyder ❤ (@debsbkram1) March 6, 2018

I could not agree more.

Chelsea is cut from the same self-entitled cloth as Hillary Clinton, and it hangs in

the air when she talks.

She clearly thinks she's better than others.

Chelsea Clinton should stay in the shadows because when her corrupt parents are finally

brought to justice, she's going to be prosecuted for her own part in their foundation's criminal

acts.

Trump Just Gave 500 People The GREATEST News Of Their Lives - Duration: 5:39.

Trump Just Gave 500 People The GREATEST News Of Their Lives

President Donald Trump made a big announcement when he talked about the tariffs being placed

on foreign steel and aluminum. He's faced controversial opinions regarding the taxes

being placed, and numerous companies have acted differently in regards to the announcement.

One company reacted by giving people the best news of their lives as they announced the

callback of 500 employees who will now have a job again. That company is called United

States Steel, and they've embraced Trump's tariffs on imported materials and they possibly

see this as nothing more than a benefit for another great American industry that provides

jobs to hard-working Americans. The company fired up one of their two blast furnaces,

used to help make steel, and people became aware that they would once again have work

and money to feed their family. This is excellent news for the hardworking people of Granite

City, IL.

It's reported that US Steel believes the imported materials are a threat to the American

economy. It's suggested that continually importing materials is one way that reduces

some of the jobs here in America. If we can produce the materials, then we should – but

sometimes companies seek business in other countries where it might be cheaper or there

could be tax breaks involved. Trump seems like his intentions are to bring as much business

back to America in hopes to provide more citizens with jobs.

US Steel stated that their startup process could take several months and they'll be

calling back about 500 employees. The callbacks are reported to begin this month.

Fox2Now reported more on the great announcement and jobs being reinstated:

"Our Granite City Works facility and employees, as well as the surrounding community, have

suffered too long from the unending waves of unfairly traded steel products that have

flooded U.S. markets," writes U. S. Steel President and Chief Executive Officer David

B. Burritt in a statement.

US Steel says that steel imports are a threat to national and economic security. Company

leaders praise President Trump for beginning to level the playing field so companies can

compete.

The restart process could take up to four months. The company anticipates calling back

approximately 500 employees beginning this month.

Both Granite City Works blast furnaces and its steelmaking facilities were idled in December

2015. The plant's hot strip mill was idled in January 2016 in response to challenging

market conditions.

Big business has sent distress signals since President Trump decided to impose tariffs

on steel and aluminum. Trump plans to impose a 25% tariff on foreign steel and a 10% tariff

on foreign aluminum. It's unclear whether certain countries will be exempt.

China has long been accused of flooding the global market with cheap steel at prices that

are unfairly low by US standards. Previous US administrations have imposed a litany of

trade barriers on Chinese steel, which only accounts for about 2% of US steel imports.

But China continues to sell en masse elsewhere, which suppresses global prices."

President Trump's announcement on tariffs will also help eliminate the flooding of cheap

materials from China. Trump would like to produce our own materials and eliminate the

need to put American businesses in other countries. If America is to receive imported materials,

then there will be a tariff and the items will come at a cost. Of course, some things

just need to be imported if America is unable to produce them, but many do not. This could

also help improve the quality of the products as America slowly resorts back to building

their own products instead of cheaply made foreign products which have received numerous

complaints over the years. This becomes a controversial talking point as some American

products are often made cheap as well, thanks to some companies being greedy or workers

being lazy and not doing their part to produce the top quality that consumers often wish

for – and are willing to pay for.

Fox2Now reported that this could target numerous countries that import steel:

"Trump's measure would also target US allies such as Canada, Mexico, South Korea

and Brazil, all of which import more steel to the United States than China.

A 2003 report from the U.S. International Trade Commission found that the tariffs caused

headaches for some businesses. Nearly half of companies told the ITC they had trouble

getting the quantity or quality of steel they needed. Employment in steel-consuming industries,

such as car companies, fell or stayed flat. About a third of these companies reported

production delays.

Corporations' profits rose, but companies cut back on investing in their operations

— for example, buying new equipment — as they faced less foreign competition. Nearly

20% of companies said they passed higher prices on to consumers."

It appears as though the goal behind the tariffs is to bring the steel making business back

to America and impose a tax on the imports. Some view the charge as a punishment. Others

see the tariff announcement in a positive nature as it brings more jobs back to American

people. US Steel must be enjoying this.

Donald Trump Openly Charges Barack Obama For Criminal Conspiracies Against Him - Duration: 5:26.

Donald Trump Openly Charges Barack Obama For Criminal Conspiracies Against Him

As we have seen all too often, the whole illegal alien debate always seems to take a turn for

the complicated.

And that's the way most globalist politicians and organizations such as the American Civil

Liberties Union or ACLU want it so they can fool average Americans into believing the

problem is fixed while our nation continues to be invaded by foreign nationals.

The ACLU now took it upon itself to once again act in the better interest of the foreign

national over the American citizen and was able to coerce the loony 9th Circuit court

to allow illegal alien detainees held for months, or even years awaiting deportation

to have a bail hearing every 6 months in order to have a venue to challenge their confinement. This

ruling is awful for American Citizens because if the judge overseeing the proceedings is

left-wing activist, chances are that illegal alien will end up free on our streets.

Just like what happened in the Kate Steinle case where she was killed by an illegal who

had been in prison multiple times and deported back to Mexico at least 5 times. But this week

the Supreme Court decided to rule in favor of the American citizen and against the ACLU

and the Illegals they harbor and give aid to.

Adding to the ruling that the ACLU has forgotten the simple fact that the United States Constitutional

rights only apply to American Citizens, not foreign nationals or illegal alien criminals.

All the ACLU was trying to do by bringing up this lawsuit was to create a situation

where illegals were protected from deportation.

Which in turn would give them the privilege to get a bail hearing and go free, only to

never be found again. This Supreme Court ruling is a huge victory for all rule of law loving

American Citizens and it actually brings us one step closer to fixing this immigration

mess caused by years of lawlessness brought on by both political parties.

Via The Daily Caller:Immigrants detained for removal proceedings may be held indefinitely

and are not entitled to a bail hearing, the Supreme Court ruled Tuesday.

The ruling means that immigrant detainees, who are sometimes held for months and years

on end, have no recourse to challenge their confinement.

Justice Samuel Alito delivered the opinion for the court, joined by Chief Justice John

Roberts and Justice Anthony Kennedy.

Justices Clarence Thomas and Neil Gorsuch joined most of Alito's opinion, though they

also wrote to say they do not believe the court had jurisdiction to hear the case.

In a rare move, Justice Stephen Breyer read part of his dissent in the courtroom during

Tuesday's proceedings.

The justices only read their dissents from the bench when they mean to emphasize their

disagreement with the majority.

Justices Ruth Bader Ginsburg and Sonia Sotomayor joined his opinion.

Justice Elena Kagan was recused because she briefly participated in the case while serving

in former President Barack Obama's administration.

The 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals found that individuals held in immigration jails

pending deportation may have a hearing every six months to review the legitimacy of their

detention.

The 9th Circuit based its decision on a legal rule called the canon of constitutional avoidance.

The rule says that where a federal law has multiple interpretations, courts must rely

on the interpretation that avoids constitutional problems.

Alito explained that this approach was mistaken, since the words of the statute clearly do

not provide bail hearings for detained immigrants.

"That is not how the canon of constitutional avoidance works," Alito wrote.

"Spotting a constitutional issue does not give a court the authority to rewrite a statute

as it pleases."

The high court declined to say whether the Constitution requires bond hearings for aliens

in detention.

They asked the 9th Circuit to resolve that issue, and may review their determination

at some future date.

The American Civil Liberties Union represents the immigrants who brought the action.

They say detainees are eligible for bail under the due process clause of the Fifth Amendment.

In dissent, Breyer made technical and conceptual points.

As a definitional matter, he said that the word "detain" as it appears in the relevant

law has sometimes meant simply "to restrain."

Restraint, he says, could mean subjecting an individual to a number of restrictions

(forbidding travel or contact with particular persons) that don't include confinement.

Therefore, by his telling, the word detain is consistent with bail.

He also said that bail is a basic, and important, component of the Anglo-American legal tradition.

"The bail questions before us are technical but at heart they are simple," he wrote.

"We need only recall the words of the Declaration of Independence, in particular its insistence

that all men and women have 'certain unalienable Rights,' and that among them is the right

to 'Liberty.'"
