BREAKING: Federal Judge Says HELL NO! Trump WINS AGAIN…HELL YEAH!

President Donald Trump was handed another victory by a federal judge in Maryland.

Judge Roger Titus ruled against a challenge proposed to battle against Trump and his interest

in ending the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).

The President would like to stop the program to become tough on the immigration policies

and enforce current laws.

That does not mean people who are already here will be deported, that just means they

will not likely honor any future incidents that would normally be covered under DACA

rules.

President Trump has faced an outlandish backlash from Democrats in his desire to end DACA.

Numerous people have protested, but have not fully understood what it meant to end DACA.

Many people assume that means mass deportation, but that has not been suggested.

President Trump provided Democrats with a six month period to create a workable solution

to dissolving DACA, but Democrats have come up empty.

Americans would like to protect the borders and enforce the current laws while working

diligently to maintain peace, prosperity, and a prosperous America for all who work

hard.

The Hill reported more information on Judge Roger Titus' ruling in favor of Trump:

"A federal judge in Maryland on Monday dismissed a challenge to President Trump's decision

to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).

"This Court does not like the outcome of this case, but is constrained by its constitutionally

limited role to the result that it has reached," Judge Roger Titus said in his opinion.

"Hopefully, the Congress and the President will finally get their job done."

"An overwhelming percentage of Americans support protections for 'Dreamers,' yet

it is not the province of the judiciary to provide legislative or executive actions when

those entrusted with those responsibilities fail to act," Titus continued.

The Obama-era program permits immigrants brought to the U.S. illegally as children to stay

in the country without fear of deportation.

The Trump administration moved to end DACA last year and allowed lawmakers on Capitol

Hill six months to come up with a permanent fix for the program, with the deadline expiring

on Monday.

Dreamers and immigrant rights groups across the country have legally challenged the move

to end DACA.

The deadline, however, was essentially negated after the Supreme Court declined to hear arguments

on the legal fight surrounding the program."

Americans became extremely irritated every time an illegal alien committed a crime.

The murder of Kate Steinle was seemingly the last straw as her killer walked free.

There have been numerous violent crimes committed by illegal immigrants, and it's reported

that nearly half of the illegal aliens arrested by ICE, on the West Coast, were in or related

to a gang and the violent acts and crimes committed by such gangs.

President Trump had once taken a stand against gang members, targeting the MS-13 gang, which

has a reputation for committing violent acts of crime.

The President took some heat when he spoke out against the members of the gang when he

suggested that law enforcement doesn't need to be so nice when escorting the gang members

to the back of a police vehicle.

Dreamers and immigrant groups continue to protest the end of DACA, even though many

of them are in their 30's by now and they are no longer children.

Trump seems diligent in ending chain migration.

He also seems more interested in having more immigrants come to America who has something

to offer the country.

It is in the best interest of America that our immigrants come ready to work and be productive.

The more productive we are, the better we will become, and the less welfare we need

to pay to those who might be abusing the system.

Ending DACA would be smart because it will no longer make people feel entitled and could

increase the number of people who follow the law regarding immigration.

That would be good because we are supposed to follow the law anyway, but it almost seems

like we've been unable to fully enforce it the way it should be done.

Expect more challenges and for Trump to continue Tweeting about the Democrats who failed to

present a working solution to the DACA decision making process.

Democrats spent six months trying to figure it out and came up with a nothing burger.

Trump threatens to impose heavy tariffs on European cars - Duration: 2:19.

The on-going trade spat between U.S. President Donald Trump and the European Union has spilled

over to the automobile industry.

Trump has responded to Brussel's counter tariff threats against U.S. imports,... with plans

to launch retaliatory measures on European cars.

Lee Seung-jae reports.

The back and forth of tariff threats between U.S. President Donald Trump and the European

Union rumbles on... with Trump now threatening to impose heavy tariffs on all European cars.

His response comes as the EU threatened to slap hefty tariffs on American import goods,...

such as Levi's jeans, Harley-Davidson motorcycles, and bourbon whiskey.

This is the latest indication that President Trump is standing by his decision to impose

a 25-percent tariff on steel imports and a ten percent tariff on aluminum imports globally,...

despite pressure from home and abroad.

The U.S. leader has long seized on what he believes to be unfair trade barriers,... citing

that European cars can be seen everywhere on the streets of New York,... but few American

cars are ever spotted on European expressways.

But stronger tariffs on European cars could hurt the U.S. as well.

BMW President Harald Krueger warned such tariffs would hurt jobs in the world's second-largest

car market,... mentioning its plant located in South Carolina.

According to the Germany Automobile Industry Association,... German automakers exported

some 500-thousand cars to the U.S. last year, but also increased production at their U.S.

factories where they employ tens of thousands of people.

This comes as U.S. Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin said on Tuesday,... that Mexico and

Canada won't be affected by the steel and aluminum tariffs if NAFTA renegotiations are

"successful".

President Trump tweeted on Monday morning,... that the tariffs will not apply to their neighbors

if NAFTA talks go well,... adding that Canada must treat U.S. farmers "better" and that

Mexico must "do much more on stopping drugs from pouring into the U.S".

The world waits to see if President Trump does indeed go forward with his tariff proposal,...

and how it will affect the global economy.

Donald Trump Might Be the First President to Be Tried for Murder - Duration: 11:37.

Donald Trump Might Be the First President to Be Tried for Murder, March 7, 2018.

George W.

Bush, will go down in history as the stupidest president.

However, Donald Trump may go down in history as the first president to be put to death by capital punishment, for the death of 17 children in Florida.

The mentally ill person, that shot 17 children in a Florida school, cannot be blamed for the children's death.

He is mentally incompetent to stand trial.

When children or the mentally ill shoot somebody, they're not responsible.

The people who are responsible, is the law abiding gun owners, who allowed lethal weapons to fall into children's or the mentally ill people's hands.

That is people like Wayne LaPierre, gun manufacturers, gun store owners, National Rifle Association members and even the president of the United States.

The buck usually stops at the man at the top, Donald Trump.

When Donald Trump decided to become president, he took on all the responsibilities as the father of our country, to keep us all safe.

At any time, Donald Trump could have signed an executive order, to ban guns.

In fact that was my letter to Barack Obama, for him to sign the Executive Order to ban guns.

You don't have to have false flag school shootings to ban guns.

If the president wants to ban guns, he simply signs the Executive Order to do so.

If he doesn't do so it means he wanted to be charged with murder, if anyone was killed by his actions or inactions.

Under God's law, it's not only what you do that you will be judged, you will be judged for what you don't do.

It's not what you say that you will be judged, but it is what you don't say, that you will be judged.

When good men do nothing, when good men say nothing, evil flourishes.

At any time Donald Trump could have signed the executive order to ban guns, from the mentally ill.

But instead of banning guns, or doing anything to keep guns out of the hands of the mentally ill, all Donald Trump did, was sign executive orders so his buddies in this steel industry, can make billions in profit.

By Donald Trump's taxing the competition of his friends businesses.

Trump didn't sign the Executive Order to abolish Obama care, because he cared about people, he did it so his rich buddies in the business world, would not have to pay for it.

Although Donald Trump knew abortion was premeditated first-degree baby murder, he didn't sign an executive order to abolish abortion.

That makes him guilty of murdering over 1 million American babies in his first year as president alone.

When good men do nothing, evil flourishes.

Donald Trump stood by and watched as over 1 million American babies were murdered by abortion.

He didn't even make an attempt to sign an executive order to abolish abortion.

I can vouch for ex-president Obama, that he's not responsible for the children killed by abortion because he's mentally ill.

He's too simple to know that abortion is murder.

But Donald Trump knew abortion was baby murder before he even became president.

That makes him criminally liable.

He made a conscious decision he'd rather be charged with murder for the 1 million American babies deaths.

Under God's law of eye for an eye, tooth for tooth life for a life, Donald Trump's children must be killed.

If not in this generation, then the next generation or the next until God's justice is served.

Why should the children of others die and his children get to live

Under God's law, they would be the first to die.

Not that there's anybody in America willing to obey God's laws, but at a minimum, I would expect Donald Trump to be put to death by capital punishment.

You can't point your fingers at the mentally ill, for 17 dead children in Florida, when Donald Trump could have stopped it, but thought it was more important for his friends that made him president, to become rich.

Anyone who thinks more guns is the solution to the Florida shooting, must be charged with murder, at the next school shooting.

Because there will be more school shootings.

More guns is not going to stop school shootings.

The only thing that's going to stop school shootings, is to charge the people who let the mentally ill have guns, with murder.

Anybody who was against mandatory background checks and psychological examinations, for gun owners, is responsible for those children's deaths.

Furthermore, anyone who thinks schoolteachers with guns, is going to stop school shootings, is so severely mentally ill, that they cannot legally own a gun.

When the NRA and these other gun groups stopped any kind of gun control laws, that would have prevented the mentally ill from getting their hands on a gun, that made them responsible for the people killed by the mentally ill.

According to God's laws, their children should be killed in front of them, so God's laws can be written on their minds.

They can't seem to learn, by watching other people's children die in school shootings.

They will only learn by seeing their own children die.

They had no mercy on the children killed in Florida and no one should have any mercy on their children.

Because people like Ted Nugent, Howard Stern, Kid Rock and even Alex Jones, was against any laws that would prevent the mentally ill from having guns.

I think if Ted Nugent, Howard Stern, Kid Rock and Alex Jones had their children shot dead in front of them, they may think twice about blocking laws that would prevent guns from falling into the hands of the mentally ill.

This is the only thing that's going to stop future school shootings.

Well-regulated means gun control and anyone who doesn't believe that, is so severely mentally ill, uneducated or brainwashed, they cannot legally own a gun.

But because they are law-abiding citizens, they can be charged with murder, when they let the mentally ill have guns, and the mentally ill kill, someone with a gun.

It's the job of the patriotic Americans, to protect the Second Amendment, from the demon possessed, that claim well-regulated means something other than gun control.

It's the job of the patriotic Americans, to protect the Second Amendment from the demon possessed, who tried to insert the words Hunter, gun collector, or self-defense into it.

It's the patriotic American that needs to protect the second amendment from demon possessed people, like Jake More Phony Than Us and Alex Jones, who think the Second Amendment says they have a right to self-defense.

There is no self-defense in the Second Amendment.

When God said do not kill, he meant do not kill and those who own a gun to kill should be killed.

That's the great debate of the Bible is if you're not supposed to kill then who's going to kill the murderers with guns

But the Bible does say that eventually those who draw the sword, will be killed by the sword or nuclear weapons.

Women were not allowed in the militia when the Constitution was written.

Not everyone is allowed in the militia.

Old people are not allowed in the militia and underage people are not allowed in the militia.

There is a lot of people who are not allowed in the militia.

If you were kicked out of the military for any reason, the Constitution doesn't give you a right to own a gun.

If you're not allowed in the military, you certainly aren't allowed in the militia.

The time will come, in the war between good and evil, where these demon possessed gun owners, will have their children killed, because they didn't care about the dead children in Florida.

All they cared about is their guns.

They didn't care if the mentally ill got their hands on guns, they only worried about gun manufacturers, NRA memberships and gun store profits.

The gun owners are buying up guns.

Because they know their time is coming to an end.

Like the Bible says the devil knows he has a short time.

My job as the Messiah, is to tell these gun owners that their children are going to be killed, because of the death of the children in Florida was by their blocking gun control laws.

Whether it's by God's judgment, nuclear war or the patriotic Americans doing their patriotic duty, to defend the Constitution from demon possessed brainwashed zombies.

Donald Trump publicznie o rozwodzie z Melanią. To już koniec?

Donald Trump zapowiedział rozwód z Melanią?.

Prezydent USA wziął niedawno udział luksusowym bankiecie i… podzielił się podczas niego szokującymi informacjami na temat swojego małżeństwa.

Donald Trump został zaproszony na uroczystą kolację przez członków Klubu Gridirona – prestiżowej fundacji zrzeszającej przedstawicieli mediów.

W trakcie bankietu Trump wygłosił przemowę.

Mówił o planowanych rozmowach z przywódcą Korei Północnej, swoich doradcach i sytuacji w Białym Domu.

a w najgorszym – z ostentacyjną wrogością.

Tariff May Have Just Revealed Trump's Plan for Income Tax… and It's Massive - Duration: 6:15.

Tariff May Have Just Revealed Trump's Plan for Income Tax… and It's Massive

For many conservatives, the president's decision last week to impose a 25 percent

tariff on imported steel and 10 percent on imported aluminum was where they decided to

get off the Trump train.

One of those departures was House Speaker Paul Ryan.

"We are extremely worried about the consequences of a trade war and are urging the White House

to not advance with this plan," Ryan's spokeswoman, AshLee Strong, told reporters

on Monday.

"The new tax reform law has boosted the economy and we certainly don't want to jeopardize

those gains."Ryan was far from the only conservative up in arms over the plan.

Two GOP aides told CNN that legislative action was being considered by senior Republicans

in Congress if the president didn't back off the initiative.

Lauren Aronson, spokeswoman for House Ways and Means Committee Chairman Kevin Brady,

said Brady believed the executive and legislative branches "must work together on trade policies

that build off the momentum of the president's tax cuts, which is why any tariffs should

be narrow, targeted, and focused on addressing unfairly traded products, without disrupting

the flow of fairly traded products for American businesses and consumers."

And the National Review — which, while conservative, isn't necessarily pro-Trump — published

an article on the tariffs titled "Donald Trump: Dumb Like a Fox, or Just Dumb?"

The reason is obvious.

Free trade is generally good for America, provided it isn't unfair.

And if President Trump thinks it's unfair now, just wait until a trade war starts. However,

there is an alternative theory that's beginning to make the rounds: What if President Trump's

tariff policies have more to do with taxes than with trade?

Don't follow?

In his 1888 book "The Tariff History of the United States," noted economist Frank

William Taussig says that American steel tariffs as high 90 percent (or over) on British steel

in the wake of the Civil War allowed the American steel industry to flourish while simultaneously

(this is a key point here; you may want to write it down for the test later on) helping

pay the nation's bills."By 1877 the average price of steel rails in England was only a

little over $31 per ton; and since 1877 the English price not on the average has been

so high as $28 per ton," Taussig wrote.

"The duty of $28, which this country imposed, therefore became equivalent to more than one

hundred per cent on the foreign price."

Taussig noted that this was "an enormous gain to the producers of its steel rails in

the United States."

While part of this had to do with the fact that the patents for the new Bessemer process

of producing steel inexpensively were held in American hands, the tariff came during

a point in time during which the economy was picking up and construction was rebounding,

which meant businesses were willing to pay the tariff — thus putting money in the national

coffers. So, where do taxes come in?

Before the 16th Amendment was passed into law back in 1913, making the federal income

tax a permanent feature, up to 95 percent of the money our government collected was

from tariffs.

Even then, they continued to be a consistent form of revenue until 1940s.

That's when the government started focusing on tariffs as a matter of trade more than

a matter of revenue collection.

Make no mistake: tariffs on steel and aluminum will likely make certain things more expensive.

However, given how much of our revenue stream comes from income taxes, relying more on tariffs

could mean that the president could reduce taxes even further without affecting the deficit.

For most Americans, this would mean a massive cash infusion into both the economy and their

own personal bank accounts.

It would be the biggest American paradigm shift in terms of national revenue in over

a century. It would also be an exceptionally daring — and potentially dangerous — experiment

for a president to try.

This isn't 1913.

Our knowledge of economics and of the complexities of global trade have increased greatly, and

the general consensus on the conservative side of the aisle is that the benefits of

free trade generally outweigh the benefits from protectionism and tariff revenue.

And keep in mind, this is mere speculation.

For his part, President Trump insists that the move is based off of a desire to compensate

for unfair agreements and force two of our biggest trading partners to the table."We

have large trade deficits with Mexico and Canada.

NAFTA, which is under renegotiation right now, has been a bad deal for U.S.A. Massive

relocation of companies & jobs," Trump tweeted just an hour after Speaker Ryan's statement

of concern on Monday.

"Tariffs on Steel and Aluminum will only come off if new & fair NAFTA agreement is

signed.

Also, Canada must treat our farmers much better.

Highly restrictive.

Mexico must do much more on stopping drugs from pouring into the U.S.

They have not done what needs to be done.

Millions of people addicted and dying."Whatever his intentions may be seems that whatever

the reaction from conservatives, Trump isn't backing down.

It's difficult to properly ascribe intent to a president who is anything but predictable.Yes,

we agree that the prospect of an economy and a presidency bogged down in trade wars is

not a good thing.

If there isn't a grander scheme behind this to lower taxes even further and it doesn't

force Mexico and Canada to sit down and offer better terms on NAFTA, this ought to be a

worrying moment for conservatives.

However, given how often Trump's unpredictability is often a sign of thinking outside of the

Beltway box, we urge members of the right to not to necessarily get off the Trump train

on this one just yet.

Team Trump admits it's not prepared to stop Russia meddling in 2018 midterms - Duration: 1:44.

The United States is under attack.

Are we strong enough and smart enough that we can keep them from doing this again?

Yes.

Okay.

Are we doing that right now?

We're taking steps but we're probably not doing enough.

Is the U.S. better prepared this time around?

Well, I don't know that I would say we're better prepared because the Russians will

adapt as well.

The point is, if it's their intention to interfere, they're going to find ways to do that.

You would need basically to be directed by the president through the secretary of defense.

Have you been directed to do so given the strategic threat that faces the United States

and the significant consequences that you've recognized already?

No I have not.

What is the president going to do about it?

What is he specifically doing about the fact that Russia interfered with our election and

has every intention, we are told, of doing it again.

What is he doing about it?

Everybody wants to blame this on the Trump administration, let's not forget that this

happened under the Obama administration.

It happened over a year ago!

What's he done about it?

Are you worried about Russia trying to meddle in the midterm election?

No because we'll counteract whatever they do.

We'll counteract it very strongly.

And we are having strong backup systems and we've been working actually, we haven't been

given credit for this but we've actually been working very hard on the 18 election and the

20 election coming up.
