BREAKING: Federal Judge Says HELL NO! Trump WINS AGAIN…HELL YEAH!

President Donald Trump was handed another victory by a federal judge in Maryland.

Judge Roger Titus ruled against a challenge proposed to battle against Trump and his interest

in ending the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).

The President would like to stop the program to become tough on the immigration policies

and enforce current laws.

That does not mean people who are already here will be deported, that just means they

will not likely honor any future incidents that would normally be covered under DACA

rules.

President Trump has faced an outlandish backlash from Democrats in his desire to end DACA.

Numerous people have protested, but have not fully understood what it meant to end DACA.

Many people assume that means mass deportation, but that has not been suggested.

President Trump provided Democrats with a six month period to create a workable solution

to dissolving DACA, but Democrats have come up empty.

Americans would like to protect the borders and enforce the current laws while working

diligently to maintain peace, prosperity, and a prosperous America for all who work

hard.

The Hill reported more information on Judge Roger Titus' ruling in favor of Trump:

"A federal judge in Maryland on Monday dismissed a challenge to President Trump's decision

to end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA).

"This Court does not like the outcome of this case, but is constrained by its constitutionally

limited role to the result that it has reached," Judge Roger Titus said in his opinion.

"Hopefully, the Congress and the President will finally get their job done."

"An overwhelming percentage of Americans support protections for 'Dreamers,' yet

it is not the province of the judiciary to provide legislative or executive actions when

those entrusted with those responsibilities fail to act," Titus continued.

The Obama-era program permits immigrants brought to the U.S. illegally as children to stay

in the country without fear of deportation.

The Trump administration moved to end DACA last year and allowed lawmakers on Capitol

Hill six months to come up with a permanent fix for the program, with the deadline expiring

on Monday.

Dreamers and immigrant rights groups across the country have legally challenged the move

to end DACA.

The deadline, however, was essentially negated after the Supreme Court declined to hear arguments

on the legal fight surrounding the program."

Americans became extremely irritated every time an illegal alien committed a crime.

The murder of Kate Steinle was seemingly the last straw as her killer walked free.

There have been numerous violent crimes committed by illegal immigrants, and it's reported

that nearly half of the illegal aliens arrested by ICE, on the West Coast, were in or related

to a gang and the violent acts and crimes committed by such gangs.

President Trump had once taken a stand against gang members, targeting the MS-13 gang, which

has a reputation for committing violent acts of crime.

The President took some heat when he spoke out against the members of the gang when he

suggested that law enforcement doesn't need to be so nice when escorting the gang members

to the back of a police vehicle.

Dreamers and immigrant groups continue to protest the end of DACA, even though many

of them are in their 30's by now and they are no longer children.

Trump seems diligent in ending chain migration.

He also seems more interested in having more immigrants come to America who has something

to offer the country.

It is in the best interest of America that our immigrants come ready to work and be productive.

The more productive we are, the better we will become, and the less welfare we need

to pay to those who might be abusing the system.

Ending DACA would be smart because it will no longer make people feel entitled and could

increase the number of people who follow the law regarding immigration.

That would be good because we are supposed to follow the law anyway, but it almost seems

like we've been unable to fully enforce it the way it should be done.

Expect more challenges and for Trump to continue Tweeting about the Democrats who failed to

present a working solution to the DACA decision making process.

Democrats spent six months trying to figure it out and came up with a nothing burger.

Late-Night Hosts React to Oscars, Trump Responds to Show's Low Ratings | THR News - Duration: 3:19.

"We had a long night last night. The Oscars actually just

wrapped up about 10 minutes ago and I came over here."

On Monday, late-night hosts weighed in on Sunday night's 90th Academy

Awards which was hosted on ABC by the network's Jimmy Kimmel.

On 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!' the host recapped emceeing the "monster production,"

and revealed a few behind-the-scenes details.

Unbeknownst to Kimmel, his mom spent the weekend making glitter-covered,

Oscars-shaped cookies. "She then packed the cookies in disposable

Tupperware boxes and smuggled them into the show,"

Kimmel said, adding that she passed them out to various guests.

"She gave Steven Spielberg a cookie and he ate it. Even when you're

50 years old and hosting the Academy Awards,

you can still be embarrassed by mommy."

Kimmel also addressed the theft of Frances McDormand's best actress Oscar,

which she won for her performance in 'Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri.'

The perpetrator was caught and arrested on suspicion

of felony theft, and received this advice from Kimmel:

"I would rather steal from Mike Tyson than Frances McDormand. She'll beat your ass!"

Over on CBS's 'Late Show,' Stephen Colbert gave Kimmel his "theoretical congratulations,"

since he admitted he wasn't able to watch or attend the Oscars.

Harvey Weinstein, of course, also wasn't present, and as a

result, Colbert said everyone could breathe easier.

"Without Weinstein, the biggest threat there was getting nailed by

Armie Hammer's hot dog cannon — which I think is also the plot of 'Call Me by Your Name.'"

The CBS host also congratulated various winners such as

Jordan Peele and Allison Janney, but said he was disappointed Greta Gerwig

didn't win for her directorial debut. Colbert also pointed out the

gender disparities among those who did score an Oscar.

"Of the 24 awards, women only won six. Did the women blow all their lady

points on the first female Colonel Sanders this year?"

Later on 'The Late Late Show,' James Corden also relayed his congratulations

to not only the host, but 'The Shape of Water''s Guillermo del Toro

for his best director and best picture wins, calling the film...

"The best movie about a woman falling in love with a fish monster while

working in a government facility that has ever been made."

And, like Kimmel, Corden also addressed Frances McDormand's Oscar being stolen.

"The thief was stopped by Wolfgang Puck's photographer.

And the weirdest part of this story is that Wolfgang Puck has a photographer."

Comedy Central's 'The Daily Show' host Trevor Noah revealed that his

favorite moment from the night was when Jordan Peele won the award for best original screenplay.

He also joked about the stolen Oscar and the man,

Terry Bryant, who was allegedly behind it.

"When we said we wanted black people to get more Oscars, this is not what we had in mind."

But late night hosts weren't the only ones with something to say (and jokes to make)

about the Academy Awards. President Donald Trump had this to say

in a Tweet on Tuesday: "Lowest rated Oscars in HISTORY.

Problem is, we don't have Stars anymore - except your President (just kidding, of course)!"

LOL. Tremendous. LOL.

Ratings for the telecast stumbled 19 percent from the previous year to

26.5 million viewers. That's easily the least-watched Oscars

in history, trailing 2008 by more than 5 million.

Jimmy Kimmel wasted no time in defending the ceremony he has now

hosted two years in a row, responding to POTUS with this:

"Thanks, lowest rated President in HISTORY."

North Korea sent NUCLEAR WARNING by Trump: 'US is ready to go HARD' - DAILY NEWS - Duration: 2:43.

North Korea sent NUCLEAR WARNING by Trump: 'US is ready to go HARD'

NORTH Korea has been sent a dire warning by US president Donald Trump, who said he was

prepared to go "hard in either direction" on despot Kim Jong-un.

North Korea has held historic peace talks with South Korea this week but today Donald

Trump poured cold water on hopes of a successful denuclearisation or reunification of the peninsula.

The US president said there was "possible progress" but warned the talks, which were

attended by Kim and his wife and sister, could be "false hope".

He said the talks, which excluded US negotiators, were being watched by the entire world but

urged caution and sensible expectations.

Mr Trump tweeted this afternoon: "Possible progress being made in talks with North Korea.

For the first time in many years, a serious effort is being made by all parties concerned.

"The world is watching and waiting!

May be false hope, but the US is ready to go hard in either direction!"

There was no immediate response from Pyongyang.

North and South Korea are expected to hold their first official summit in more than a

decade next month at the border village of Panmunjom.

Seoul delegate Chung Eui-yong said of last night's meeting: "North Korea made clear

its willingness to denuclearise the Korean peninsula and the fact there is no reason

for it to have a nuclear programme if military threats against the North are resolved and

its regime is secure.

"The North also said it can have frank talks with the United States on denuclearisation

and the normalisation of ties between North Korea and the United States."

North and South Korea are experiencing a significant easing in tensions since the Winter Olympics

in the South last month, even though they are technically still at war.

To ensure close communication, the two Koreas, whose 1950-53 conflict ended in a truce rather

than a peace treaty, will set up a hotline between South Korean President Moon Jae-in

and Kim Jong Un, Chung said.

The prospect of talks between the isolated North and the United States helped boost global

stock markets, with the broadest gauge of global shares, MSCI's All Country World Index

, rising 0.7 percent and Wall Street stocks opening higher.

'We'll see what happens': Trump and U.S. remain cautious over North Korea's overtures for talks - Duration: 2:08.

U.S. President Donald Trump says the meeting between President Moon Jae-in and Kim Jong-un

has the potential to be "a great thing for the world."

But Washington remains cautious about North Korea's overtures,... and has pledged to continue

its pressure campaign for the time being.

Kwon Jang-ho has this report.

'We'll see what happens' - that's the U.S. President's reaction on hearing that North

Korea is open to talks with the United States.

Later he also tweeted, 'For the first time in many years, a serious effort is being made

by all parties concerned...

May be false hope, but the U.S. is ready to go hard in either direction '

It's a sentiment he repeated later, but he was also quick to credit his administration

and himself for bringing about the current situation.

"I think that they are sincere, but I think they're sincere also because the sanctions

and what we're doing with respect to North Korea, including you know, the great help

that we've been given from China."

Trump declined to comment on whether he had any preconditions for talks, simply calling

it a very tenuous situation.

Vice President, Mike Pence, meanwhile stressed that although they will see which way talks

go, in the meantime the campaign of sanctions and pressure will continue until they see,

quote "credible, verifiable, and concrete steps toward denuclearization."

U.S. intelligence officials also reiterated this stance, while expressing doubt over whether

the current situation could be considered a significant breakthrough.

"Hope springs eternal but we need to learn a lot more relative to these talks.

North Korea has to agree to not possess nuclear capability, and until that happens we cannot

have an agreement with them, and that is our position."

South Korea's presidential envoys who met with Kim Jong-un will travel to the U.S. on

Thursday, to directly brief Washington on the outcome of their visit, and further explore

the possibility for U.S.-North Korea talks.

Team Trump admits it's not prepared to stop Russia meddling in 2018 midterms - Duration: 1:44.

The United States is under attack.

Are we strong enough and smart enough that we can keep them from doing this again?

Yes.

Okay.

Are we doing that right now?

We're taking steps but we're probably not doing enough.

Is the U.S. better prepared this time around?

Well, I don't know that I would say we're better prepared because the Russians will

adapt as well.

The point is, if it's their intention to interfere, they're going to find ways to do that.

You would need basically to be directed by the president through the secretary of defense.

Have you been directed to do so given the strategic threat that faces the United States

and the significant consequences that you've recognized already?

No I have not.

What is the president going to do about it?

What is he specifically doing about the fact that Russia interfered with our election and

has every intention, we are told, of doing it again.

What is he doing about it?

Everybody wants to blame this on the Trump administration, let's not forget that this

happened under the Obama administration.

It happened over a year ago!

What's he done about it?

Are you worried about Russia trying to meddle in the midterm election?

No because we'll counteract whatever they do.

We'll counteract it very strongly.

And we are having strong backup systems and we've been working actually, we haven't been

given credit for this but we've actually been working very hard on the 18 election and the

20 election coming up.

No One Saw This Coming! President Trump Dares To Give California Exactly What They Begged For, They' - Duration: 23:21.

No One Saw This Coming!

President Trump Dares To Give California Exactly What They Begged For, They're Scared Stiff

Liberal states love to show off against President Trump.

Until the point that it comes time for federal support.

Numerous states depend on the sponsorship of the federal government.

The White House gives huge amounts of assistance to the states, including grants, funds, staff,

and protection.

On the off chance that you remove this Welfare for the government, numerous states would

go belly up.

Maybe the most belligerent liberal state is California.

From the very beginning of Trump's administration, they've been a foe.

It appears like Jerry Brown and his senators have overlooked all the assistance the White

House sends his beleaguered state.

Presently the president is undermining to pull back this one pillar of protection.

Also, California is stuck in an unfortunate situation.

Via The San Diego Union-Tribune:

President Donald Trump said on Thursday that he's considering pulling Immigration and

Customs Enforcement (ICE) officers out of California.

Why?

Because he feels the state is giving his administration "no help" in targeting the violent MS-13

gang, especially in Los Angeles.

"We're getting no help from the state of California," Trump said from the White

House.

"Frankly, if I wanted to pull our people from California you would have a crime nest

like you've never seen in California.

All I'd have to do is say 'ICE and border patrol, let California learn…'"

"You would see crime like nobody's ever seen crime in this country," he said of

California without federal immigration agents.

"And yet we get no help from the state of California."

Liberals cherish bashing President Trump.

Be that as it may, the reality remains, they need him frantically.

The excellence flagging you see on the news is totally vacant.

Without continuous help provided by the government, states like California would be in ruins.

In any case, nowadays, liberals are going too far.

They don't understand that without the help of ICE, they'd be overpowered with criminal

action.

Each one of those illegals they protect aren't scouts.

Horrible drug cartels exploit the border.

They torment, murder, and rape innocents.

The main thing that appears to prevent them from wrecking California is Trump's ICE.

The limp-wristed CA government will be feeble to stop MS-13.

Their haven approaches ensure drug cartels are allowed to do what they wish.

Liberals underestimate it that the government is propping them up.

Be that as it may, what else do you anticipate?

Liberals dependably prevail off the backs of whatever remains of us.

That is their whole stage.

I, for one, trust Trump follows through on his pledge.

The dissatisfied CA government needs to wake up.

Real lives are in question.

Each American-adoring Californian merits superior to Brown, Harris, and Feinstein.

They have to see that their leaders are tricksters.

What do you think about this?

Do not hesitate and write your thoughts in the comment section below.

Thank you for reading.
