Communist CA Sets Dangerous Illegals Free, So Trump Releases Their WORST NIGHTMARE

Instead of allowing U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement to detain them, the state of California

is setting dangerous criminal illegal aliens free.

In response, President Donald Trump has released their "worst nightmare."When a foreign

national in the United States illegally is arrested on criminal charges, U.S. Immigration

and Customs Enforcement can issue a 'detainer,' a request that local law enforcement notify

ICE before the illegal alien is released from custody," the White House said on Thursday.

"As a Sanctuary State, California refuses to honor these detainers and instead releases

criminal aliens back onto the streets," the White House explained in its release.

In response, President Donald Trump has decided to release something, as well.

On Thursday, the president instructed the White House to release the rap sheets of the

criminal illegals California is setting free so that the public can become intimately acquainted

with the backgrounds of these rapists and murderers.

In one case, an illegal immigrant was arrested for beating his girlfriend.

However, when it came time to release him from jail, state police made sure that ICE

would not be able to apprehend the suspect and subsequently deport him.

He went on to murder his girlfriend in a matter of weeks.

"On Aug. 2, 2017, the Santa Rosa Police Department in California arrested a citizen

of Guatemala, on charges of inflicting corporal injury to a spouse/cohabitant, and booked

him into the Sonoma County Jail in Santa Rosa, California," stated the White House.

"ICE lodged a detainer the same day," they added.

"The next day at approximately 8:12 p.m. PDT, a Sonoma County Jail sergeant called

ICE and advised that the suspect would be released shortly," continued the Trump administration.

"At 8:36 p.m. PDT, Sonoma County Jail emailed ICE indicating his release.

The jail provided ICE with only 24 minutes notice before it released the alien, despite

the fact that the jail is located about 65 miles from the nearest ICE field office.

ICE did not arrest the alien due to insufficient time given to respond," explained the release.

"On Aug. 18, 2017, the Santa Rosa Police Department in California arrested the same

individual as a suspect in the murder of his alleged girlfriend.

He remains in Sonoma County Sheriff's custody with an ICE-lodged immigration detainer,"

said the White House.According to The Daily Caller, other stories detailed the accounts

of illegal immigrants who molested children and sold drugs on the streets.

"On February 25, 2018, a citizen of Mexico, was arrested near his residence in Stockton,

CA by ICE.

On February 21, 2017, he was convicted of Lewd and Lascivious Acts with a Child under

14 and was sentenced to 180 days jail," said the White House.

"On February 14, 2018, a citizen of Mexico, was arrested in Anaheim, CA by ICE," the

release went on.

"Previously, in, 2004, he was convicted of Lewd & Lascivious Acts with a Minor under

14 and sentenced to 45 days in juvenile hall.

No detainer was issued following this arrest," it continued.

"On August 10, 2016, he was convicted of Felony Possession of a Controlled Substance

for Sale and sentenced to 3 years' probation.

An immigration detainer was lodged, but not honored.

He was removed to Mexico on March 5, 2018," added the White House.

When you take a look at the violent crimes these illegal immigrants are committing — many

of them against American citizens — it is literally unfathomable that the state of California

would work in direct opposition to federal immigration laws and officers in order to

protect dangerous criminal illegals.

However, that is precisely what the bleeding-heart liberals on the left would have us do.

They would have us put the feelings of these filthy illegals before the safety and well-being

of American citizens.

This is entirely deranged.

California is sabotaging itself in the name of liberalism.

Before long, the state will be no better than the slums of Mexico or Guatemala.

Eric Trump Claims Donald Calls The Liberal Media Goddamn Jews

Saturday Night Lives Weekend Update had a very special guests on set on March 10. None other than Eric Trump and  Donald Trump Jr. (played by Alex Moffat and Mikey Day, respectively)!.

As usual, Moffats impression was gut-bustingly hilarious. When asked if theyd like to comment on current events, Don Jr. said: Our father has a name for you liberals in the media– Thats when Eric blurts out, goddamn Jews! Just. Wow.

Later Don attempted to debunk the allegations of an affair between their father and porn star Stormy Daniels, 38.

Thats whats so ridiculous about the claims of this adult film star. She and my father never had a relationship. To which Eric added: They just wrestled in bed!.

This amazingly biting humor is what makes SNL a weekly staple! Back in January, the comedy duo took a pretty blatant swipe at officials responsible for the government shutdown.

The shutdown is temporary until February 8, so that means these guys (Mitch McConnell, Donald Trump and Chuck Schumer) have 12 days left to solve all of immigration. I'm not that confident.

I wouldn't even trust them to get out of an escape room in 12 days.

Then he added: "Also Schumer only agreed to this temporary deal because Mitch McConnell promised to finally address the issue of DACA.

But trusting Mitch McConnell to keep a promise is like asking Stevie Wonder to perform a bris." For you Millennials out there, this is referencing the fact that Stevie Wonder is blind.

However, our favorite installment of Weekend Update thus far this year has to be when the French actresses Brigitte Bardot and Catherine Deneuve (played by Kate McKinnon, 34, and Cecily Strong, 33, respectively) showed up to add the Times Up movement in Hollywood.

And lets just say their perspective isnt exactly widely held! "Free Harvey Weinstein!  He is a real man," Bardot declared.

Later, she shared this disturbingly hilarious observation: "Why does woman have breasts? It is for man to grab and pull..A drawer have a knob. A woman have 2 knobs." Truly amazing.

N. Korea-U.S. talks could fail or bring 'the greatest deal for the world': Trump - Duration: 1:55.

U.S. President Donald Trump appears to confirm that the one-on-one denuclearization talks

with North Korean leader Kim Jong-un will be going ahead, with one precondition -- that

the reclusive state refrains from firing missiles.

The historic talks are expected to be a test of President Trump's skills as a dealmaker.

He says they could result in great things for all parties concerned, but he's also willing

to walk away.

Kim Mok-yeon reports.

Speaking on Saturday, local time, with reporters at a campaign rally for a Republican congressional

candidate in Pennsylvania, President Trump said that his upcoming meeting with North

Korean leader Kim Jong-un could be very fruitful or it could come to nothing.

Edit No6113 "Hey, who knows -- if it happens, if it doesn't

happen, I may leave fast, or I may sit down and make the greatest deal for the world and

for all of these countries...and including North Korea, and that is what I hope happens."

He said that the precondition for meeting is that North Korea should not fire any missiles

in the meantime, and implied he thinks the North actually wants to denuclearize and make

peace.

"They are not sending missiles up, and I believe that, I believe that, I really do.

I think they want to do something, I think they want to make peace, I think it is time."

President Trump also said that many countries have showed support for the historic talks

as well.

In two separate tweets, Trump said that Chinese President Xi Jinping appreciated Washington's

diplomatic efforts, and that Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe was also very enthusiastic

about talks with Pyongyang.

Though the meeting is likely to be held by the end of May, the venue hasn't been decided

yet.

Foreign media including the Washington Post report that the White House is already preparing

for the groundbreaking talks, suggesting a wide array of possible locations including

the U.S., North Korea, the demilitarized zone, or even a third-party country.

BREAKING: Trump Issuing Death Penalty To Them ALL Under New Policy – Dems FREAKING OUT! - Duration: 7:08.

BREAKING: Trump Issuing Death Penalty To Them ALL Under New Policy – Dems FREAKING OUT!

In an unprecedented move this week President Trump suggested using capital punishment for

drug dealers in order to crack down on America's opioid epidemic.

The President's comments came just a few days after it was reported that he had been

praising Singapore's mandatory death penalty for drug trafficking offenses behind closed

doors.

Trump's senior aid, Kellyanne Conway, who runs anti-drug initiatives at the White House,

was quoted as saying that Trump's position isn't one-size-fits-all kind of initiative.

She went on to make it clear that the president isn't talking about your local marijuana

dealer who sells a few dollars, but instead, he wants to go after the high-level dealers

and kingpins who's sales of millions of dollars of Fentanol translate to hundreds

of casualties per week.Trump has also praised the Philippine President Roderigo Duterte,

who has led a massive extrajudicial crackdown on drugs in his country that has left thousands

of high-level drug dealers dead.

Last year, Trump even went as far as to contacting Duterte and told him he has done an "unbelievable

job on the drug problem."If this new way of combating the U.S. Drug crisis goes into

effect this would be the first time drug dealing would be classified as a capital offense.

Currently, the only drug dealers who qualify for the death penalty have been the ones which

have been involved in the murder or death of a law enforcement officer.

The president also made it clear he doesn't see a lenient approach to drug-related crimes

as being something that should be tolerated.

And isn't against the idea of implementing a campaign unlike Nancy Reagan's "Just

Say No" campaign of the 1980's where children were taught the dangers of drug abuse, along

with teaching the fact that they will die if they abuse drugs.Via History.com:

"The "Just Say No" movement was one part of the U.S. government's effort to

revisit and expand the War on Drugs.

As with most anti-drug initiatives, Just Say No—which became an American catch phrase

in the 1980s—evoked both support and criticism from the public.THE 80S CRACK EPIDEMIC

In the early 80s, a cheap, highly addictive form of cocaine known as "crack" was first

developed.

The popularity of crack led to an increase in the number of Americans who became addicted

to cocaine.

In 1985, the number of people who said they used cocaine on a routine basis increased

from 4.2 million to 5.8 million.

By 1987, crack was reportedly available in all but four states.

Emergency room visits for cocaine-related incidents increased four-fold between 1984

and 1987.

The crack epidemic particularly devastated African American communities—crime and incarceration

rates among this population soared during the 1980s.

REAGAN AND THE WAR ON DRUGS

When President Ronald Reagan took office in 1981, he vowed to crack down on substance

abuse and reprioritize the War on Drugs, which was originally initiated by President Richard

Nixon in the early 1970s.

In 1986, Reagan signed the Anti-Drug Abuse Act.

This law allotted $1.7 billion to continue fighting the War on Drugs, and established

mandatory minimum prison sentences for specific drug offenses.

During the Reagan years, prison penalties for drug crimes skyrocketed, and this trend

continued for many years.

In fact, the number of people incarcerated for nonviolent drug offenses increased from

50,000 in 1980 to more than 400,000 by 1997.

SAY NO TO DRUGS

President Reagan's wife, Nancy Reagan, launched the "Just Say No" campaign, which encouraged

children to reject experimenting with or using drugs by simply saying the word "no."

The movement started in the early 1980s and continued for more than a decade.

Nancy Reagan traveled the country to endorse the campaign, appearing on television news

programs, talk shows and public service announcements.

The first lady also visited drug rehabilitation centers to promote Just Say No.

Surveys suggest the campaign may have led to a spike in public concern over the country's

drug problem.

In 1985, the proportion of Americans who saw drug abuse as the nation's "number one

problem," was between 2 percent and 6 percent.

In 1989, that number jumped to 64 percent.

D.A.R.E.

PROGRAM

In 1983, the chief of the Los Angeles Police Department, Daryl Gates, and the Los Angeles

Unified School District started the Drug Abuse Resistance Education (D.A.R.E.) program.

The program, which still exists today, pairs students with local police officers in an

effort to reduce drug use, gang membership and violence.

Students learn about the dangers of substance abuse and are required to take a pledge to

stay away from drugs and gangs.

D.A.R.E. has been implemented in about 75 percent of U.S. school districts.

Despite the program's popularity, several studies have shown participating in D.A.R.E

has little impact on future drug use.

A study funded by the Department of Justice, which was released in 1994, revealed that

partaking in D.A.R.E led to only short-term reductions in the use of tobacco but had no

impact on alcohol or marijuana use.

In 2001, the Surgeon General of the United States, Dr. David Satcher, put D.A.R.E in

the category of "ineffective primary prevention programs."

Proponents of D.A.R.E have called some of the studies flawed and say surveys and personal

accounts reveal that the program does in fact have a positive effect on future drug use.

In recent years, D.A.R.E has adopted a new "hands-on" curriculum, which advocates

believe is showing better results than more outdated approaches to curbing drug abuse.

SUPPORT AND CRITICISM FOR THE ANTI-DRUG WAR

Determining whether the War on Drugs movement was a success or failure depends on whom you

ask.

Supporters of the strict drug initiatives say the measures reduced crime, increased

public awareness and lowered rates of substance abuse.

Some research does, in fact, suggest that some aspects of the tough policies may have

worked.

A study sponsored by the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services revealed that in

1999, 14.8 million Americans used illicit drugs.

In 1979, there were 25 million users.

However, critics say the 1980s version of the War on Drugs put too much emphasis on

deterrence tactics and not enough focus on drug treatment and substance abuse programs.

Another common criticism is that the laws led to mass incarceration for nonviolent crimes.

According to the Prison Policy Initiative, more than 2.3 million people are currently

being held in the American criminal justice system.

Nearly half a million people are locked up because of a drug offense.

Many people also felt the Reagan-era policies unfairly targeted minorities.

Part of the Anti-Drug Abuse Act included a heftier penalty, known as the "100-to-1

sentencing ratio," for the same amount of crack cocaine (typically used by blacks) as

powdered cocaine (typically used by whites).

For example, a minimum penalty of five years was given for 5 grams of crack cocaine or

500 grams of powdered cocaine.

Minority communities were more heavily policed and targeted, leading to a disproportionate

rate of criminalization.

But the Fair Sentencing Act (FSA), which was passed by Congress in 2010, reduced the discrepancy

between crack and powder cocaine offenses from 100:1 to 18:1.

There is perhaps one thing both supporters and critics of the 1980s drug war can agree

on: The policies and laws put into place during the Just Say No era created a drug-focused

political agenda that still impacts many Americans today.""

BREAKING: Trump Just Arrested Them ALL! The Entire Dem Party Is FURIOUS! - Duration: 7:19.

BREAKING: Trump Just Arrested Them ALL!

The Entire Dem Party Is FURIOUS!

And once again President Donald Trump is making us proud.

By doing exactly what he promised us he would do during the 2016 presidential campaign.

After hundreds of arrests in the "Sanctuary State" that is California, last week the

U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement or ICE followed suit by doing the same kind of

operation in Kansas City, Missouri.

An operation which resulted in 20 arrests.

Six arrests in both Kansas City and St. Joseph, three arrests in Olathe, two in Independence

and one each in Belton, Blue Springs and Lawrence.Although because of policy, ICE is prohibited from

releasing names, officials did confirm 15 were men and 5 were women, all ranging between

18 to 61 years of age.

Seven were from Mexico, six from Guatemala, three from El Salvador and one each from Brazil,

Honduras, Romania and Sierra Leone.

Ice later confirmed the operation, just like the one in California, targeted only people

who are known to have a criminal history.

Some of which include driving under the influence, child neglect, child abuse, drug offenses,

fraud, and larceny. These arrests came thanks to President Trump's rescinding of Barack

Hussein Obama's previous ICE order where it would only allow for the arrest of illegal

aliens who committed only certain KINDS of crimes, leaving aside the fact that just being

in the U.S. illegally is a crime unto itself and needs to be stopped.ICE isn't going

and knocking on people's doors in order to deport them.

All they are doing is arresting and deporting individuals who have already shown to be of

lacking moral character and need to be removed from our society.

And before anyone asks, no, the US Constitution doesn't apply to foreign nationals, only

to law-abiding U.S. citizens.

No Latin American country lets people who are in their nation illegally remain.

In fact, in Mexico, if an illegal alien is caught, there is a mandatory one-year prison

term.

Don't you think it might be a good idea to enact the same kind of laws in this country?

Via KSHB 41:"KANSAS CITY, Mo.

— A four-day operation last week by the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement or

ICE in the Kansas City metro area resulted in 20 arrests.

According to ICE, there were six arrests in both Kansas City and St. Joseph.

There were three arrests in Olathe, two in Independence and one each in Belton, Blue

Springs and Lawrence.

While ICE won't release the names of the people as a matter of policy, the agency said

there were 15 men and 5 women ranging in age from 18 to 61.

Seven people arrested are from Mexico, six from Guatemala, three from El Salvador and

one each from Brazil, Honduras, Romania and Sierra Leone.

ICE said the operation targeted mostly people with criminal histories.

Those histories include driving under the influence, child neglect, child abuse, drug

offenses, fraud and larceny.

Four people were arrested for illegally re-entering the United States after having been deported,

which is a felony.

The other two people overstayed lawful visits to the U.S.

"As part of this operation, we continue to focus on the arrest of individuals who

are criminal aliens and public safety threats," said Ricardo Wong of ICE.

"Because of the tireless efforts of these professional officers, there are fewer criminals

in our community."

However, Kansas City Attorney Grady Price believes ICE has become more aggressive in

the last year about deporting people who haven't committed crimes other than illegal immigration

status.

"I think the difference has been the net has gotten much broader than it was before,"

Price said.

ICE Spokesman Shawn Neudauer said while ICE operations like the recent one in the metro

are routine, agents in the last year have been able to arrest more types of offenders.

He said that's because President Trump rescinded President Obama's executive order to ICE

to arrest people who've committed only certain types of offenses.

However, Price notes there was a high number of deportations during the Obama Administration.

"Obama deported twice as many people as Bush did, so if you're saying Obama was

soft on immigration and didn't deport people, that's not true, in fact, it's just the

opposite," Price said.

The recent ICE action comes just before the deadline President Trump set for Congress

to reach a deal on Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals or DACA.

Congress has failed to reach a deal with the sticking points being border security and

the ability to get legal status for family members, also known as chain migration.

"ICE isn't showing up at doors knocking down the door saying 'Ok, we went in and

read your DACA application and now we're coming to get you and your family.'

But I do think that is the worry," Price said.

ICE raids and the immigration issue are getting a lot of attention across the country.

In Oakland, California, Mayor Libby Schaaf is now under investigation by the U.S. Justice

Department after she publicly told her community she had reason to believe there would be an

ICE raid.

"Residents should know that they do not have an obligation to open their doors if

an ICE officer knocks," Schaaf said.

"Difficult to believe that even in today's America, informing people of their legal rights

could be illegal," she said.

"I understand the sympathy, but I don't see how it's not obstruction," Price said.

"The very essence of what you're doing is you're obstructing the federal government

from enforcing its immigration laws," he said.

In addition to taking immigration cases as an attorney, Price said his wife is a naturalized

U.S. citizen from Venezuela.

He said that process can take five years while others entering the country illegally are

demanding rights now.

"It's not fair," he said.

Price said he can frequently help people who have immigration status issues if they came

to the country on some type of visa.

But he said with rare exception, he can't help people who entered the U.S. without documents.

Price has had people ask about going back to their native country and getting a legal

visa.

But he says in many Latin American countries in particular, there's a 10 to 20-year waiting

list to get those visas.

"Most people say, 'You know what, I'm going to stay here and take my chances'

and that is the response I get a lot," Price said."
