of the upcoming summit between the U.S. and North Korea.

Let's take a look at what the UN spokesman had to say on Friday.

"The secretary-general is encouraged by the announcement of an agreement by the United

States and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea to hold a summit meeting by May.

He commends the leadership and vision of all concerned and reiterates his support for all

efforts towards peaceful denuclearization of the Korean peninsula in accordance with

plans to meet Kim jong-un for nuke talks North Korean dictator Kim jong-un and

president Donald Trump planned to meet in May for nuclear disarmament talks a

whiplash development that would put two leaders who've repeatedly insulted

threatened and dismissed each other in the same room possibly in the North

Korean capital of Pyongyang it would have been an unthinkable suggestion just

a few months ago when the insults were at their peak Trump was a senile dotard

and Kim was little Rocket Man and the North was snapping off regular weapons

tests in a dogged march toward its goal of a viable nuclear arsenal that can

threaten the US mainland liberal South Korean president moon jae-in who some

believe has maneuvered the two leaders to this position reflected the hope and

relief many here feel about the planned summit when he declared Friday that it

will be a historical milestone that will put the denuclearization of the Korean

Peninsula really on track but there's also considerable skepticism North Korea

after all has made a habit of reaching out after raising fears during previous

crises with offers of dialogue meant to win aid and concessions some speculate

that the north is trying to peel Washington away from its ally Seoul

weakened crippling sanctions and buy time for nuclear development

it has also from the US point of view repeatedly cheated on past nuclear deals

and now the North has landed a face-to-face meeting with the leader of

the world's most powerful country a nation that North Korea has long sought

to draw into talks that it hopes would establish a peace treaty to end the

technically still active Korean War and drive out all US troops from the Korean

Peninsula removing what the North says is a hostile encirclement of its

territory by Washington and Seoul great progress being made Trump tweeted after

the South Korean national security director Chung EUI Jung emerged from a

meeting with the u.s. president and announced the summit plans to reporters

in a hastily called appearance on a White House driveway

that remains to be seen North Korea still produces propaganda declaring its

continuing dedication to the treasured sword of its nuclear program Washington

still remains publicly dedicated to annual war games with the South that the

North claims our invasion rehearsal they're expected to resume next month

after being postponed during the Winter Olympics in the south and to keeping

28,500 troops in the south and 50-thousand in Japan largely as a way to

deter North Korean aggression North Korea is engaged in a ploy to serve its

own interests and make him look like a bold leader of a normal peace loving

nuclear power according to Jay and Kim a visiting research fellow at the Korean

Peninsula future forum think-tank in Seoul but in spite of the deceptive

cloak the agreement posed an opportunity for the United States it put the ball in

Washington's court and provides a window for the Trump administration to engage

and test the regime through direct negotiations Kim wrote on the bulletin

of the Atomic Scientists web page US Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said in

djibouti on Friday that the decision to meet with Kim jong-un was made by Trump

himself and resulted from a sharp change in the North Korean leaders stance what

changed was his posture in a fairly dramatic way it was a surprise to us

that he was so forward leaning Tillerson said

he said it would take some weeks before the timing of the talks is worked out

North Korea appeared to confirm the summit plans a senior North Korean

diplomat at the United Nations in New York Pak seong-il told The Washington

Post in an email that the invitation was the result of Kim's broad-minded and

resolute decision to contribute to the peace and security of the Korean

Peninsula talks between Washington and Pyongyang have previously been overseen

by lower-level experts and have often bogged down even when so-called

breakthroughs have come in the pesky details such as allowing Outsiders in to

inspect North Korea's nuclear compliance for instance now the talks will start at

the top and there will be no time to settle all the problems that have

scuttled previous negotiations it's anyone's guess what Trump and Kim might

decide in the highest level meeting in what has been essentially a bloody seven

decades standoff between their countries the announcement Friday followed weeks

of softening ties between the Koreas orchestrated by the South Korean leader

moon and culminating in a visit by Kim jong-un sister to the south to observe

the Olympics in Pyeongchang and then chunks trip to meet with Kim in

Pyongyang this is a tried-and-true North Korean tactic reaching out at the height

of crisis in hopes of breaking out of spiraling tensions with the United

States according to a report by his Hickson Zhang and Evan Reiss Asia

specialists set straight for a geopolitical analytical group in this

instance pyongyang has skillfully played on South Korea's fear of a military

strike in hopes of reunification Trump took office vowing to stop North Korea

from its pursuit of a working long-range nuclear tipped missile he's oscillated

between threats and insults directed at Kim that have fueled fears of war and

more conciliatory rhetoric the historic announcement comes during a

period of unparalleled tumult in the Trump's west wing with the president's

policy agenda stalled and morale sinking a staff departures proliferate and

disrupt efforts to instill more discipline and order earlier Thursday

Chung briefed Trump and other top US officials about the rare meeting the

South Korean had with Kim in the North Korean capital during that meeting the

rival Koreas agreed to hold a leadership summit in late April the first in a

decade Kim expressed his eagerness to meet

President Trump as soon as possible Chung told reporters president Trump

appreciated the briefing and said he would meet Kim jong-un by made to

achieve permanent denuclearization the White House said Trump's meeting with

Kim would take place at a place in time to be determined Trump said that

sanctions against the north will remain in place until there's a deal Chung who

credited Trump's maximum pressure campaign for the diplomatic opening on

the nuclear issue said Kim understands that routine u.s. South Korea military

drills must continue Kim who had used his annual New Year's address to warn

the United States of a supposed nuclear button on his desk has an economy that's

been battered by heavy international sanctions Koh yuyuan a North Korea

expert at Seoul's donguk University said that the Trumpkin meetings success could

depend on whether the United States can accept a freeze of North Korean nuclear

weapons rather than a direct process to eliminate them

but already Trump seemed to have bigger goals in mind Kim jong-un talked about

denuclearization with the South Korean representatives not just a freeze the US

president said in a tweet thanks for watch please subscribe

soon Donald Trump agrees to talk with Kim jong-un the world was shocked

yesterday after a South Korean envoy visited the White House where they

announced the results of their meeting with North Korean dictator Kim jong-un

leading the NBA was South Korean National Security Advisor Chun EUI Jung

who announced that the North Korean dictator has informed South Korea of his

commitment to denuclearization as well as his eagerness to hold talks with

president Donald Trump President Donald Trump quickly agreed to the

unprecedented meeting National Security Adviser Chung read

from a prepared statement underscoring South Korea's optimism that a peaceful

solution and permanent denuclearization of the Korean Peninsula can be reached

the South Korean envoy has also ensured that Pyongyang will not perform any new

missile launches before the meeting with President Trump

although the talks mark a major shift in the geopolitical sphere president Donald

Trump has said sanctions against the regime will remain in place Donald Trump

takes a different approach president Trump's meeting with the communist

dictator marks a significant change in North Korean policy from previous

administrations for years the official US policy on North Korea was strategic

patience president Trump ruffled the feathers of Washington political

analysts and political pundits with what many called a belligerent policy on

North Korea underscored by mocking tweets targeting Kim jong-un the

president often referred to the brutal dictator as little rocket men after

President Donald Trump threatened to totally destroy North Korea at a UN

speech Kim jong-un called the president a mentally deranged US dotard after the

historic announcement was made President Donald Trump tweeted Kim jong-un talked

about denuclearization with the South Korean representatives not just a freeze

also no missile testing by North Korea during this period of time great

progress being made but sanctions will remain until an agreement is reached

meeting being planned in the past the Trump administration had indicated they

would not be willing to sit down for talks with Kim jong-un unless North

Korea indicated willingness to relinquish their nuclear weapons to most

this sounded like an unbelievable fantasy but after Monday's meeting

between North Korea and the delegation from Seoul the negotiations have

suddenly become a distinct possibility on the other hand Kim jong-un dropped

his precondition for the meeting the communist leader has previously said the

u.s. and South Korea must end their joint military exercises before he would

agree to talks Chung read from a statement indicating Kim jong-un has

reversed his position he Kim jong-un understands that the routine joint

military exercises between the Republic of Korea and the United States must

continue surprise talks it seems the Trump administration was almost as

surprised as everyone else that talks between the two leaders are in the works

just earlier this week Secretary of State Rex Tillerson said the u.s. was

nowhere near entering into negotiations with Pyongyang we're a long ways from

negotiations we just need to be very clear-eyed and realistic about it

following the announcement Secretary of State Tillerson who is currently on a

tour of Africa said the meeting will take a few weeks to prepare

he indicated his surprise that the renegade communist leaders seemed to be

taking a proactive stance in his meeting with the US what changed was his posture

in a fairly dramatic way in all honesty that came as a little bit of a surprise

to us as well that he was so forward leaning in his conversations with the

delegation from South Korea are the sanctions working earlier this week

president Donald Trump said the UN sanctions have been very very strong and

very biting reports indicate North Korean exports were down 30% last year

35% with their biggest trading partner China as Pyongyang continues to be

slapped with sanctions and existing measures are implemented more thoroughly

their economy can only be expected to suffer more greatly the Asian market did

however respond positively to the news that North Korea may be willing to

surrender their nuclear weapons for months it has seemed that the UN

sanctions have been literally starving out Pyongyang as the regime continued to

pour more money into their nuclear program while sanctions strangled their

already weak economy reports from South Korea surfaced of starving soldiers

risking it all to sneak across the Demilitarized Zone DMZ indicating the

regime may be losing its grip over the infamous 1 million man army civilian

defectors have claimed the already small daily rations were slashed

while Wildlife previously relied on for food has been destroyed by nuclear

testing following UN sanctions against seafood fishermen in North Korea lost

their livelihood leading to more hungry people for the regime to feed White

House press secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders confirmed President Donald

Trump's tweet issuing a statement saying we look forward to the denuclearization

of North Korea in the meantime all sanctions and maximum pressure must

remain new US sanctions were announced this week due to evidence pyongyang used

a banned chemical agent in the successful assassination of the

dictators half-brother the South Korean envoy South Korea's

president moon is said to have hand selected the delegation sent to

Pyongyang with the purpose of open diplomatic channels between the u.s. and

North Korea the N boy was led by a veteran diplomat with close ties to the

u.s. national security advisor Chung EUI Jung National Intelligence Service chief

suh hoon was also part of the South Korean delegation su South Korea's top

spy chief has a history of successfully negotiating talks between Pyongyang and

Seoul and even personally met with the late Kim jong-il several times the two

South Korean officials accompanied by cho yong je ambassador to the US made

the announcement on the White House lawn unaccompanied by any American figures

allowing the historical moment to remain a South Korean diplomatic triumph the

surprise agreement comes a few weeks after South Korea hosted the 2018 Winter

Olympics the Olympics forced the respective governments of the Korean

Peninsula into talks ahead of the Winter Games a South Korea was eager to ensure

no further missile launches or nuclear testing would occur during the

international sporting event if the meeting is carried out president Donald

Trump will be the first sitting US president to meet with a North Korean

leader the meeting is expected to take place before the end of May

IT'S ON! Trump Just Made MASSIVE Announcement – Obama Humiliated!

After more than a year of constant threats, persistent defiance, and harsh trade repercussions,

North Korea has finally decided to sit down with the United States and talk about the

possibility of denuclearization.

This comes at a time when most of the Trump Administration's opponents claimed the President

would never reach a non-violent end to their issues.

Most of the President's critics were insistent that his lack of political experience would

prohibit him from being able to broker a deal that didn't end in war.

However, whatever the United States has lacked in diplomacy over the past year, we've made

up for in common sense and ability to make business transactions.

Daily Mail reports that not only will the meeting probably take place in the next few

months, but government officials from all over the world have spoken out in support

of the President and his possible new deal with North Korean dictator, Kim Jong-un:

"President Donald Trump has accepted North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un's dramatic offer

to meet, the White House has confirmed.

South Korea's national security adviser Chung Eui-yong first announced the face-to-face

and claimed it was due to take place by May.

However, a statement from the White House did not confirm the two-month timeframe and

said the place and time of the meeting was still being worked out.

'President Trump greatly appreciates the nice words of the South Korean delegation

and President Moon.

He will accept the invitation to meet with Kim Jong Un at a place and time to be determined,'

White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders said in a statement a half hour after South

Korea's announcement.

'We look forward to the denuclearization of North Korea.

In the meantime, all sanctions and maximum pressure must remain.'

Chung, who made the announcement on behalf of South Korea, led the delegation visiting

North Korea earlier this week.

The invitation to meet Trump was made to him directly by Kim.

The foreign official said that Kim understands and accepts the fact that joint U.S.-South

Korean military exercises will continue and that he also made promises to halt nuclear

and ballistic tests until the meeting with Trump takes place.

A U.S. official later said the meeting would take place in 'a matter of a couple of months'

but did not commit the president to a face-to-face with Kim this spring.

'He conveyed that he wants to meet with President Trump as quickly as possible,'

the senior official stated.

The official said the stiff punishing actions on North Korea would also stay in place.

'At this point we're not even talking about negotiations,' the U.S. official said

of a plan to hold North Korea to its word that it would freeze its illicit nuclear and

ballistic missile development programs."

Countries around the world have been monitoring the situation with North Korea's possible

nuclear capabilities, and this possibility of a meeting comes as a welcome surprise.

While many countries are hopeful, the President was clear that they don't intend to let

any of their pressure off of North Korea until an actual agreement is met, ad the denuclearization

process is complete.

President Trump made that very clear in a tweet that said:

"'Kim Jong Un talked about denuclearization with the South Korean Representatives, not

just a freeze.

Also, no missile testing by North Korea during this period of time.

Great progress being made but sanctions will remain until an agreement is reached.

Meeting being planned!' the U.S. president said.

The planned meeting drew immediate praise from other nations.

A spokesperson for the British government said, 'The UK welcomes the South Korean

announcement that Kim Jong Un has made a renewed commitment to denuclearise and will refrain

from further nuclear missile tests while dialogue continues.

'We welcome the announcement of direct talks with President Trump by May and (South Korean)

President Moon Jae-in in April.

'We have always been clear that we want Kim Jong Un to change path and put the welfare

of his people ahead of the illegal pursuit of nuclear weapons.

'We will continue to work closely with the US, South Korea and the international community

to ensure that pressure on North Korea continues and sanctions are strictly enforced until

Kim Jong Un matches his words with concrete actions.

We will continue to monitor developments closely.'

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov also welcomed the news, saying that Russia considers

the move 'a step in the right direction.'

He went on to express hope that an agreement would be implemented because it is 'necessary

for normalizing the situation around the Korean peninsula.'

Australia's former prime minister expressed surprise at how 'surprisingly good' Trump

has been at foreign policy compared to his predecessors.

Paul John Keating said the United States was directionless under the previous three administrations

and Barack Obama blew an opportunity to reshape the world.

On Friday Keating said he had not expected Trump to have 'such a pragmatic' foreign

policy on China and Russia, and he urged the U.S. president to continue down the path he

was on."

This step in the right direction is a win for many countries for many reasons, not the

least of which is the release of pressure to the neighboring countries who have been

on high alert.

The lesser battle won is the respect gained for the Trump Administration if they can bring

the North Korea nuclear crisis to a peaceful end.

As it turns out, you don't necessarily need to have decades of political experience to

solve international problems, and you just have to stop helping those who threaten you.

Swing States Polls For Trump's 2020 Re-Election Take A Sharp Turn - Duration: 3:00.

Swing States Polls For Trump's 2020 Re-Election Take A Sharp Turn

If you listen to the spin doctors on the Left, the election of President Donald Trump was

a mistake of epic proportions that will surely be rectified come 2020, if not sooner.

After all, what folks really want is an extension of the divisive and stifling administration

of former President Barack Obama, right?

Well, this latest poll tells all.

Although Trump's agenda is producing in a big league fashion and Americans are poised

to remain on the train as far as it'll take them, swing state voters had some opinions

about the matter.

Breitbart shares some incredibly interesting news on Trump's recent job approval ratings

from 5 top swing states.

A series of swing state polls show that President Trump is in much better re-election shape

than our disgraced media would lead you to believe.

Axios commissioned 10 Survey Monkey polls to look at the upcoming Senate races in those

states Trump won in 2016.

While there is plenty of bad news for Senate Democrats, a potential loss of five to six

seats, the good news for Trump is that his job approval rating in the key swing states

he will need to win a second term, is well above his national rating.

In the key states of Florida, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, and Wisconsin, Trump's approval

ratings are in the upper 40s and low 50s.

That's above his national average, and it perfectly demonstrates how the average American

voter simply isn't picking up the nonsense that the Left continues to lay down.

As of now, Trump's national job approval ratings sits at around 40 percent.

Nevertheless, those states above are the five Trump will need to win a second term in 2020.

The most surprising number is Ohio's 54 percent, which is where every presidential

campaign starting in 2000 has been so bitterly and closely fought.

The president is in excellent shape there.

As an incumbent, he is also well within the norm to retake Wisconsin and Michigan, two

states that were considered safely in the Democrat column until the night before Trump's

upset win in 2016.

To be clear, there's a long way to go until we get to 2020, and there's no telling what

the landscape will look like once the primary season comes around.

That said, American voters continue to bear the fruits of Trump's labor, and there's

no sign that will be changing anytime soon.

In short, keep on doing what you're doing members of the liberal echo chamber.

Your ridiculous rhetoric and hyperbolic hysteria are helping to push Trump towards another

stirring victory in 2020.

And we've got the swing state support to prove it.

Economy Booms to Levels Not Seen in Decades 2 Months After Trump Tax Plan Enacted - Duration: 4:23.

Economy Booms to Levels Not Seen in Decades 2 Months After Trump Tax Plan Enacted

The crucial midterm elections aren't until November, but February's jobs report might

be the best sign yet that Democrats are going to be in for a big disappointment.

According to numbers released by the Labor Department on Friday, the country added 313,000

jobs in February, more than one-third greater than economists expected and an undeniable

signal that Trump's economic policies are pulling the country out of the eight-year

malaise of Barack Obama's presidency.

And for Democrats hoping November's results will reflect poorly on the White House, the

news couldn't be worse. The stock market immediately jumped on what MarketWatch called

a "reflection of the strongest labor market in two decades."

Even news outlets not known for their support for the Trump administration were forced to

report the upbeat assessment.

The reliably liberal USA Today called the report "blockbuster."The New York Times,

the unofficial house organ of the Democratic Party, called it "good news, with impressive

employment gains."

And even the Trump-loathing CNN couldn't find fault, quoting Cathy Barrera, chief economist

at the job recruitment site ZipRecruiter, as hailing the report."The headline number

is pretty outstanding," Barrera told the network.

It's more than the headline number, though. As USA Today reported, the report far exceeded

expectations.

(Economists surveyed by Bloomberg predicted about 200,000 new jobs.)

The report found that more Americans are returning to the work force after dropping out during

the Obama years.

Of course, that meant more competition for jobs, and wage growth wasn't what workers

might like to see, but no sane American would prefer a country on food stamps to a country

working for its livelihood.

(Democrats would, but that's where the "sane" part comes in.)The unemployment rate for all

Americans held at a low 4.1 percent.

Among black Americans, it dropped to 6.9 percent from January's spike of 7.7 percent, so

liberals like Maxine Waters will have to find a new way to attack Trump.

As USA Today summarized:"It's hard to ask for a better jobs report.

The 313,000 jobs added was the most since July 2016.

About 800,000 people, including many on the sidelines, were encouraged to jump into the

hot labor market.

Sure, wage growth slowed, but it still was up 2.6% annually, which is up from the tepid

2.5% pace of the past couple of years."

And all of that adds up to bad news for Democrats as the midterm campaigns start to coalesce.

And Democrats know it.For all the "Russia, Russia, Russia" jabber that occupies the

mainstream media and congressional nitwits like California Democrat Adam Schiff, jobs

reports like February's are where the rubber meets the road of American politics.

And if the February jobs report is any indication, Americans are going to like the road Trump's

policies are paving well enough to vote for Republicans who pledge to support those policies. It's

no coincidence that the sterling jobs report is coming only two months after the Trump

tax cuts were passed without a single Democrat vote.

It was Democrat strategist and Bill Clinton hatchet man James Carville who memorably coined

the phrase, "the economy, stupid," which became a Clinton watchword during the 1992

campaign.

(Even if the 42nd president sometimes forgot it once he was out of office.)

Carville's faults were legion – starting with his favored political party – but when

he was right, he was right.

The economy is the No. 1 issues for American voters, and if gains from the February jobs

report hold steady, and the stock market keeps even close to the record-setting strength

its shown since Trump's presidency started, Democrats hoping for a "blue wave" come

November are in for a big disappointment.
