Trump news on Youtube Sep 7 2017

Fifteen states and the District of Columbia filed suit on Wednesday against the Trump

administration over its decision to roll back an Obama-era program,... which offered protection

to undocumented immigrants brought to the U.S. as children.

They claim it's an assault on the values that built the states and the nation.

But with President Trump having 'no second thoughts' on DACA, some 800-thousand people--

including Koreans there... face an uncertain future.

Cha Sang-mi reports.

Koreans in America are watching carefully after the Trump administration on Tuesday

said it's rescinding the Obama-era program called Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals.

President Trump has given Congress six months to come up with comprehensive legislation

to decide the fate of the so-called "dreamers," before the scheme is eventually scrapped over

the next couple of years.

Attorney General Jeff Sessions made the announcement, calling the Daca order unconstitutional and

a "unilateral executive amnesty."

The end of Daca means those covered by the program -- an estimated 800,000 young people

including around 8-thousand South Koreans, possibly more -- could be deported starting

next March and first-time applications will not be acted on after this Tuesday.

The five-year-old program gave two-year work and study permits to undocumented immigrants

under the age of 30 who entered the U.S. illegally as children, if they provided their personal

information.

An official at the Korean Consulate General in L.A. said there are more than 25-hundred

Korean DACA recipients in California alone, and because of the seriousness of the situation,

there is no immediate measure for the Korean government to take.

The Korean American Federation of L.A. said among the Korean DACA recipients there are

more students than workers.

The association is concerned they will have to live in fear of deportation and be unable

to get support from others due to the need to conceal their status.

The move to end DACA could reinforce President Trump's approval among his base, but many

in Washington are against it.

A study by the Center for American Progress estimates that the loss of all DACA workers

would reduce U.S. GDP by over 400-billion U.S. dollars over the next decade.

Some business leaders and Barack Obama himself have condemned the move and urged Congress

to quickly act to protect the "dreamers."

The former president issued his own statement defending DACA's legality and the "dreamers"

saying they are Americans in their hearts and minds, just not on paper.

Fifteen U.S. states and the District of Columbia filed a lawsuit on Wednesday against the Trump

administration... over its decision to scrap the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals

policy.

They claim the decision to end the program, which offers protection to undocumented immigrants

brought to the U.S. as children, is an assault on the values that built the states and the

nation.

But with President Trump having 'no second thoughts' on DACA, some 800-thousand people,

including over 8-thousand Koreans, face an uncertain future.

The administration is no longer accepting any new DACA applications from Tuesday onward

and the two-year work permits for those covered by the program will not be renewed starting

next March.

Undocumented and unafraid!

I refuse to go back into the shadows!

Donald Trump and Jeff Sessions!

You don't ******* scare me!

Si se puede!

Immigrants are welcome here!

No Trump!

No Fear!

Immigrants are welcome here!

I'm here today not only standing for myself, but for the 800,000 other DACA Dreamers,

and over 11 million immigrants that live in this country

But I'm also here to stand for human dignity, and against hatred and bigotry.

Part of what DACA did for me is that it helped me gain access to work, and be able to go

and be able to go to school,

the fear that is instilling in our communities, not only is it destroying us,

but also it fills us with the fear that no human being should ever experience.

I am a Colombian immigrant, raised in Madison, New Jersey, I also stand here saying, I am American.

It's part of the Trump administration not thinking things through.

Acting out of impulse.

Acting out of racism, because this is racist!

El ex presidente Barack Obama implementó DACA in 2012

Atlanta, Washington DC, Nueva York y Houston,

"Somos 11 millones y no tenemos miedo.

Hemos estado aquí más de 30, 40 años y no tenemos miedo.

Vamos a continuar luchando".

Between the Scenes - Donald Trump and Kim Jong-un: The Daily Show - Duration: 1:39.

- You know when Donald Trump, I sometimes wonder,

when Donald Trump watches Kim Jong Un, and then

he's like "he's crazy, he's unreasonable, he's wild."

sometimes I wish someone would be like, "you see him?

"that's how we see you."

Like it's because Donald Trump doesn't get to see himself,

which I understand is a concept.

I remember Kanye West once said his only regret in life

is that he'll never get to see himself perform, alright?

Which I understand, I understand what Kanye's saying.

You can't experience yourself

because you are being yourself,

and like Donald Trump doesn't get to know

what it's like to be worrying about Donald Trump.

But Kim Jong Un is the best example,

and to see his face whenever Kim Jon Un's,

he goes "I told him not to do it, he still, who is he?"

and you're like, "that's you."

You know how Donald Trump is, I don't know

if you've ever seen a baby see

another baby loosing its shit, have you ever seen that?

I remember when I had my baby brother,

like when he was really young, and I'd go around

and he'd be like throwing tantrums and stuff,

and then another baby would be like (cries),

and then my brother would stop and he would look

like, what's going on there?

And you can see it in his face, he's like what, what?

And then he'd look at me and be like, "the baby,

"why the baby make noise?"

and I'm like, "that's you, asshole, that's you."

(upbeat tune)

President Trump Breaking New Today 9/7/17 , DACA , Tax reform has to happen in 2017 - Duration: 17:08.

Is 6:01 in Miami and we start with a Fox News Alert

Hurricane Irma the most powerful Atlantic Basin hurricane in recorded history on the move

Heading straight toward Turks and Caicos and the Bahamas at this hour this after hammering st.

Martin and rocking the Carribean leaving unprecedented damage and unfortunately nine people so far our dad

185 miles per hour catastrophic winds also whipping Puerto Rico knocking out power

thousands now in the dark the monster storm spine now staring directly at the state of Florida forcing brand-new

Evacuation orders on this Thursday morning President Trump is vowing his administration is ready

We're getting ready

To respond to hurricane Irma. We'll work together to help save lives protect families and

support those in need

Well for every angle of this storm

We've got Janice Dean she kicks off our team coverage and is tracking hurricane Irma's latest path good morning Janice. Good morning

Yeah, we're gonna be watching the storm well into next week

It looks like and I just want to point out we have two other hurricanes

We are monitoring Jose and Katia in the Gulf of Mexico both of those storms

Not going to impact the US right now so the last 12 hours it

Thankfully the worst of the storm the worst of the winds and the rain and the storm surge just went north of Puerto Rico

That's great news for them the Dominican Republic also Haiti watching the storm very carefully

But you can see there's the eye right now still a category 5 storm the fact that we have seen this

strength last four days is

Unprecedented, and it is just a monster

You've got the buzz saw look right here all four

quadrants are filled out a

Lot of warm water ahead of this not much to tear this storm apart as it moves towards the Turks and Caicos and the Bahamas

very concerned for these low-lying islands

They are just gonna potentially be devastated, so here's your future radar again going through Turks Caicos, Bahamas, and then we watch South

Florida and the keys

That's when things get a little bit interesting because the computer models don't quite know what to do does a trough pick up the storm

What is the timing on the trough is the high pressure in the Atlantic still very strong so some of those?

Questions still yet to be determined so very good agreement as we head out to Saturday Sunday

Obviously coming too close for comfort for Key West the keys, South, Florida

But watch these computer models guys very good agreement as we get into Saturday Sunday, but then there's a huge spread

And that's why that cone of uncertainty goes up the state of Florida, but now we have to watch

Georgia and the Carolinas because if this storm stays offshore it doesn't get torn apart

And we could be potentially dealing with a major hurricane for the South East Coast

So a lot to determine. We will certainly keep you posted listen to your local officials

Please listen to your local officials and your local forecast, but definitely gonna make landfall on the US according to those models

We will definitely see impact the exact location and the timings still yet to be determined one of those models shows it going to Tennessee

The storm is a Rainmaker goes to town well absolutely if it makes impact here

It's gonna go right into Tennessee and brings

that happen

That is just we've also just heard the death toll is now at 10 Janice and one of those is an infant Authority

I'm nervous that the death toll is going to continue to rise. Yeah, all right JD. Thank you appreciate it

Well as hurricane Irma's path of destruction intensifies Florida is now ramping up evacuations

It's a race against the clock for millions in the storms deadly path Jillian picks up our live team coverage

She's in Miami Beach

where people are leaving everything behind and hitting the road and

If they can get gas Julian they do and the good news for the folks at that gas station is the big truck

Filling up the gas station is right behind you

Yes and guys

So we've been here live for an hour now been on location for about an hour and a half people have been here for hours

Waiting in just literally six minutes ago. This truck pulled up

You would have thought us Christmas out here

And it was little kids because that's how excited everyone was everyone shared they clapped this is Keith

He is obviously hard at work right now keith is the hero of the day as far as everyone at this gas station is concerned

I mean as I mentioned they've been here waiting for hours as you can see this gas station has already boarded up like most places

Down here and let's come over right now to Bianca and Elizabeth

First you notice the truck you were just clapping you were cheering how you feel

Much better. No it's like better than in the latter

Did you guys at all Bianca think there was a point where you may not get guests

Yeah, we were already thinking of like an alternative, which is just some uber all the way to Dania Beach

So that we would just leave our car here cuz you don't have enough gas to go, but once it arrived

I've never been so happy to see yes in my entire life. It was like like and this is your first hurricane

You're experiencing in this area you're getting out of town. Are you going to say family with friends? What's the plan was friend Aaron?

Friends they're gonna kind of guide us through the first hurricane, so we'll feel a little bit better once we get up there

Okay, well guys

I'm very happy to share this moment with you because they've been here waiting since 2:00 2:30 this morning

So definitely a lot of happy campers out here, but that's not the same all across the area

We'll have live reports for you throughout the mornings in the back to LA region. Thank you very much

Lot it remind you the basic stuff you take for granted moments like this moment prices

Suddenly become something you'll go to a gas station at 2:30, and we're all pulling for him

I was watching Jillian doing her live shots the 5 a.m.

Show and she interviewed them and they said they were told by the gas station attendant yesterday to come back at 3:00 a.m.

Right so they got there at 2:30 here. It is 6 o'clock in the morning, and they're finally getting their gas

Just think about it if an evacuation is ordered for where they're at and so far

They have ordered some along the coastal areas including I believe Miami Beach

There are essentially two major roads out in South, Florida

North

95 and 10 and the key is just to outrun the wind they think but really it's the storm surge you got to worry about

Well the governor of that great state of Florida. He said we can rebuild homes

We cannot rebuild your family, so there is Burma

And it looks like it's headed

Florida will be impacted the question is how much we're gonna be following it throughout the morning in the meantime

Let's talk about the big political story

And this is it it was a political

Explosion yesterday the president in the United States a Republican made a deal with the Democrats

that's the headline the president overruled his Treasury secretary and

the congressional leadership on the Republican side who wanted a debt ceiling increase in fund the government and to get 8 billion dollars for Harvey

They wanted it to go Pat the limit to go past next year's midterm elections

They want to kick it all the way to every Democrats

Just wanted three months, and you know what the president not wanting a fight apparently said that's the deal

I'm gonna take right now because we've got tax reform and other stuff. We got to do right now good for him

He's doing this for the folks that are affected by Harvey. I remember originally

He said he was going to give it was like five point nine five billion to the folks in Texas

And then we had I think chris Christie on the on the couch or someone of the one one leader another governor who said

That's not enough money. He needs to have more now

He's giving 8 billion to help those families

And it's great well some some conservatives are upset because they want their time big time

But you know what this is a clear shot at Mitch McConnell and Paul Ryan

Hey guys, if you can't get things done then listen

I'll go work with the Democrats sure and I'll work with the things like raising the debt ceiling and

The continuing resolution to fund the government and Irma listen Democrats are always happy to spend your money

And they'll always happy to raise your debt ceiling and do those types of things so they're happy to come to the table

But I think it's very strategic from this president clear out the underbrush of the stuff that could be

Contentious that Washington likes to fight about so you can clear the deck to fight for the stuff that really matters now

He's got real leverage with Daka on the wall run

She really won't want and tax reform, and maybe one more shot at repeal and replace Obamacare

That's what the president really wants isn't it refreshing to see them work together, though

I don't I think it's they're using each other at this moment

The deal isn't that what they do it's the art of the Dems

Here's the thing and there you can see the president and Chuck Schumer

Locked in a conversation right there. What exactly did the president sign up for a three-month extension of the debt limit?

It's not like he's signing it away for the next 20 years

It's a short-term deal

But here's the soundbite of the president last night in North Dakota where he did do a pitch for tax reform talking about

Sometimes you got to reach across the aisle and pull those guys over to your side watch

Prior to leaving the White House I had a great

bipartisan meeting with Democrat and Republican leaders in Congress

And I'm committed to working with both parties to deliver for our wonderful wonderful citizens

it's about time we had a great meeting with Chuck Schumer Nancy Pelosi and

the whole Republican leadership group

and I'll tell you what we walked out of there Mitch and Paul and everybody Kevin and

We walked out and everybody was happy not too

Happy because you can never be too happy, but they were happy enough

and

It was nice to see that happen for a change because that hasn't happened for a long time in this country for a very long

time

Quick a quick note the president will be having dinner tonight with Paul Ryan

That's going to be great in the White House so that will be an interesting comment

Let us know let us know what you think of this. Do you like the president working with the Democrats?

We'd love to see those emails

The President himself was in North Dakota as I mentioned ago talking about tax reform here

he is pitch in lower taxes for everybody a

Country under economy cannot take off like they should unless we reform America's outdated complex and extremely

Burdensome, I mean this is so complicated and so burdensome our tax code if we want to renew our prosperity restore our

Opportunity and reestablish our economic dominance, which is what we should be doing

Then we need tax reform. That is pro-growth

pro-jobs pro worker pro-family and yes

pro-american my

Administration is working with Congress to develop a plan that will deliver more jobs higher pay

Lower taxes for businesses of all sizes and middle-class families all across the nation

So it's not only business taxes its

middle-income families its families at every level every

Level tax cuts, that's a winning message

That's a message if that can resonate and poke through so even Democrats might be for Heidi Heitkamp was on stage with them

And he brought her up on stage you said you might be asking why is she up here with us?

She's the one on the far right and he said she she supports tax reform

Just like the most people in this in the state of North Dakota

And I you know it's it's great to see them all working together. I think it was wonderful

It is but you look at what the president has accomplished with Congress thus far

He did not have one legislative win really any of the big stuff. Thanks to any of the Republicans this morning

He actually has something accomplished with help from the Democrats

and he thinks that this opening is an

opportunity on what he really wants and what he ran on and that is building at least a portion of the wall and so on

His side he wants the wall on the Democratic side they want the dreamers to stay here's the president on perhaps a deal on daca

Congress, I really believe

wants to take care of this situation

We discussed that also today

And Chuck and Nancy would like to see something happen to see something where we have border security, and we have a great

dock

Transaction everybody is happy and now they don't have to worry about it anymore. I'd like to see a

Permanent deal, and I think it's going to happen it really could two things in this heidi heitkamp approval ratings 32%

So this is brass tacks politics. She needs him she needs him and then on the dacha deal it why not get a wall

That's permanent unfunded which is his campaign problem. He says for the dreamers

I'll give you what you want dreamers can stay democrats you give me what I want. I want the wall

He's not even asking for all the money for the wall. He just wants under two billion dollars to start the wall. It's a safe

We'll see if that happens

We'll see if other democrats come on board like heidi heitkamp past all right. I mean while he's the IT

staffer for the DNC and debbie Wasserman Schultz accused of stealing American secrets and hiding out in Pakistan, but this morning a major update

He's coming back to America plus critics loved playing President Trump for the political divide

But is it really a trend that's been growing for decades Lee Carter's here with a history lesson for us coming up next

a

Stunning new survey showing the political divide in this country has been growing for decades

It's not just now as this graph shows the approval rating for

presidents by their opposing party has been dropping since the

1950s see over on the far left that size an hour on the far right that's president Trump

60% of Democrats approved of the job Eisenhower was doing eight months into his presidency

Compared to just eight percent of Democrats who approve of President Trump today, so what does it mean?

What is going on don't ask me let's ask her?

pollster leaked part of the president and partner of Miss Lansky and partners all right Lee as you as you look at the

Scale over there. You can see that it really fell off the cliff during the Bill Clinton years

I mean George Herbert Walker Bush was very popular with the opposing party

What happened to Bill Clinton that has sustained to this day?

So you can see what's really?

Changes the way we frame in the way we view the world it used to be that when you were having a conversation

With somebody of a different political party you would say I think we both want what's best for America

What I believe is a Democrat is I think that the government should ride programs to make things better

Republicans would say listen. I want to give tools to the individuals and government to be out of my business

And you could have a debate and you could disagree and say we both want what's best for us

What ended up happening is that it became a value judgment so it use it became framed as for Democrats

We're the party that cares about people Republicans

You don't and then the Republicans start to say we care about freedom, and if you oppose us

Then you must hate freedom sure and so now it became so I mean it's very very personal and very very moral very very

Visceral it goes to the core, and here's a quote from this market walk story

Summarizing Democrats are twice as likely to say they never go to church as Republicans and are eight times as likely to favor action on

climate change

one-third of Republicans say they support the NRA while just four percent of

Democrats do so it's the way people are wired this these days right?

It's the way people are wired and when you look at it

There's this

There's a something called the moral values Theory basic dumber Democrats primary value is all about care

And so when you see that play out with an immigration they're wired towards care

That we are supposed to as government provide care for those people and if you're against us you must hate people

You must be anti people and somehow evil now on the Republican side

we've we framed my letting a lot of things around freedom liberty and all of those kinds of things and choice and so when

Democrats Democrats were saying then you must hate freedom you must hate choice

And so what ends up happening is we're at a gridlock

And we absolutely can't compromise because we're saying that this a value judgment against each other rather than a difference in opinions

So if you hear commentators talk a little bit about how things have never been this bad

It's been a long time coming to where we are today

It sure has and you can see the difference and issue by issue whether it's immigration the way you look at the future

It's all tied into your political beliefs all right Lee Carter

We thank you very much for joining us live today great to be here all right

So what do you think about that share your thoughts Fox and Friends calm meanwhile?

White House Admits Trump Will Use Immigrant Children As Bargaining Chips For Border Wall Funding - Duration: 4:44.

On Tuesday of this week, Donald Trump forced Jeff Sessions, the Attorney General of the

United States, to come out and talk to the American public and let them know that they're

potentially going to end the DACA Program, the Dreamers Program, which would lead the

deportation of more than 800,000 immigrant children that have been living in the United

States since at least the year 2007.

"They have six months," is what a very giddy Jess Sessions explained to us at the podium

on Tuesday, "They have six months and then we're gonna revisit the program."

But later on in the day, White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders came out

and made things a little bit more clear for the American public because when she was pressed

by CNN's Jim Acosta about what that means, that six months, they're gonna revisit it,

Sarah Huckabee Sanders explained it this way.

She said, "Look, there's lots of big things we need to do with immigration, not just a

tweak here or there but big reforms.

Obviously, Donald Trump's border wall is a big part of that and so the President is kinda

hoping to use DACA to work with Republicans and Democrats who wanna save the program to

get funding for his border wall."

So in a not-so-roundabout way, Sarah Huckabee Sanders admitted that Donald Trump is using

these 800,000 immigrant children as bargaining chips against Republicans and Democrats in

order to get funding he needs for his border wall.

Now, we understand that in American politics, things get dirty and there's always this kind

of quid pro quo, tit-for-that type thing.

We've seen funding withheld from one project because one group wants to get funding for

theirs and they won't vote for it unless flops and whatever.

This one's a little different though because we're talking about the immediate deportation

of people here in the United States, people who came over with their parents, they had

no choice in the matter.

Now after living in the United States for at least 10 years, contributing, going to

college, paying their taxes, joining the US Military, we're gonna ship them back because

Donald Trump is pissy about the funding for his border wall.

Maybe we won't ship them all back at once, maybe we'll ship over 10,000.

Maybe he'll do that to throw a little urgency into these border wall funding negotiations

with Republicans and Democrats.

Watch them get anxious as he just deports groups here and groups there to show that

he's not playing around.

He is holding these children and these young adults hostage so that he can get the funding

that he wants for that border wall, a wall which, again, won't do a single thing to stop

illegal immigration into the United States.

I don't know if Donald Trump realizes this, but we do have walls up over a lot of the

border and it doesn't even slow people down if they're really determined to get into the

United States.

It just doesn't.

Most of these people who are over here under the DACA, DACA, have not committed any crimes.

They have not been implicated in any crimes.

They've done nothing other than come over here with their parents, without a choice,

and then contribute to US society, to our economy, to our taxes, to our schools.

Donald Trump wants to send them away for no other reason than to pander to his alt-right

base and get the funding that he wants for his border wall.

The Democrats and Republicans, all of whom did not wanna see this program end, are now

stuck between a rock and a hard place because we know the Republicans are gonna cower to

Trump.

They're gonna give him the money that he wants if they can but the Democrats, they don't

wanna see these people deported but at the same time, they don't wanna fund the border

wall.

So it puts them in a horrible position to have to negotiate with the President, who's

acting more like a terrorist at this point, because he wants that border wall so bad that

he's willing to destroy the lives of 800,000 people, who have been in this country for

more than a decade, just to get his way.

Trump Lied About Obama Wiretapping Him, DOJ Investigation Concludes - Duration: 5:00.

Back in March, Donald Trump tweeted out on a Saturday morning, "Just found out Obama

had my wires tapped at Trump Tower just before the victory.

Nothing found.

This is McCarthyism."

That was Donald Trump's exact tweet from March.

He accused President Obama of basically committing a felony by having Donald Trump wiretapped

within Trump Tower in an effort to find who knows what.

Now, immediately people began asking President Trump for some kind of evidence as to whether

or not this wiretap existed.

But he never offered a single shred of evidence beyond his original statement and his repeated

claims of this.

So, the Department of Justice took it upon themselves to go ahead and investigate and

find out exactly where Obama wiretapped and why he wiretapped and who authorized this

wiretap.

But as it turns out, after nearly four, five months of investigation: there was no wiretap

placed by the Obama administration into Trump Tower or on any phone line used by Donald

Trump.

Donald Trump flat out lied to the American public via Twitter that President Obama wiretapped

him.

And apparently, we had to have a Department of Justice investigation to determine that

Donald Trump lied.

Not only is this a disgusting mis-use of tax dollars to go ahead and try to investigate

another one of Donald Trump's vanity projects, like we had to investigate whether or not

pictures of his inaugural crowd were Photoshopped, but it shows just how far President Trump

will go in order to smear President Obama.

Now, most of the lies that Donald Trump has told have either been related to some kind

of policy or they've been lies of vanity, again, like the "my inaugural crowd was bigger

than Obama's," "I've done more than other presidents have in this short amount of time,"

and so on.

But they've been lies that served a specific purpose.

This lie, saying that Obama wiretapped me, doesn't necessarily serve a particular purpose.

It doesn't advance any policy, and it doesn't make Donald Trump look better.

Now, maybe, maybe Trump thought that if I say this, people will have some sympathy for

me, or they will think I'm important enough that Obama wanted to place a wiretap on me,

but that's a bit of a stretch.

This lie served no purpose for Donald Trump, so the big question is, why tell it?

Why did he wake up one Saturday morning and decide to just tweet that out?

What sparked it?

What made him make this decision?

Those are things that we the American public actually need to know, because it will give

us a better glimpse into the very fragile, deteriorating brain of Donald Trump.

This is not normal behavior.

Normal people don't just make up these wild claims and tweet them out to the public, and

we shouldn't hold our president to a lower standard than that.

We need to know why he told this lie, who inspired it, if anyone, and what we're gonna

do as a result of it.

We can't continue to just let these things go.

Yeah, we've got fact-checkers out there, but they're not necessarily holding anybody accountable.

It's not like they can take this to the Senate or the House of Representatives and say, "Okay,

you're gonna have to impeach him, because he just told a lie here."

That's not how it works; technically, there's nothing illegal about what Trump has done,

as far as his lies.

But we have to demand more.

The public has to demand more and those idiots who still say they support Trump, they have

to wake up and understand that this man is an absolute, pathological liar and he doesn't

give a damn about anyone, anyone but himself.

And his constant non-stop lies to make himself look better, are proof of that.

But again, this particular lie doesn't fit into that usual scheme and that's why this

one stands out so much.

We need more answers on this and hopefully, somebody, maybe a psychiatrist, maybe at Mike

Pence or John Kelly's urging, Trump will go talk to a mental health professional and find

out why he is incapable of telling the American public the truth.
