Helping educators to prepare them for this white privilege how do you prepare someone for white privilege?
What is white privilege and why is it seem like it's an epidemic to these schools?
Well for me. I don't believe in the whole notion of white privilege because I believe
We're teaching a generation that they are essentially inferior to white people
They're essentially telling young people that they can't make it they can't be successful
Because white people have it easier and my peers never taught me that they always taught me no matter what?
You are you be the best you can be and that's why I'm here at 24
And so what I'm concerned about is that we've seen this on college campus these are adults on a college campus now
We're we're spreading this to elementary students, and I don't think they have the mental
Capability right now to distinguish what to do?

She says quote it's always about getting kids into the building and I just think we're always missing the educators who actually
do the work and you actually interact with kids on
