I'm trying to make a movie and I have everything finished and I click save. The movie loads into my gallery so I go to watch it but everytime I click play it brings me back to the editing phase and I cant watch it normally

This problem could be due to a high amount of old cache & cookies in your browser.

Before doing any action, could you please try to see if you can see this video on desktop view?

If that's the case, I suggest you to do a "cache" cleaning of your "Google Photos" application by following those instructions :

1. Open the Settings of your phone.
2. Tap the Storage heading to open its settings page. ...
3. Tap the Other Apps heading to see a list of your installed apps.
4. Find the application you want to clear the cache of and tap its listing.
5. Tap the Clear cache button.

HOLY CRAP I FIGURED IT OUT (I think). Anyways what made mine instantly work to where it didn't just send me to the editing page after trying to play it was by simply saving it to my Google drive. After I did that it immediately just payed normally. Hope this works for everyone else!

I am using Google photos from i long period of time and I am really impressed by Google photos, i appreciate the work they are doing but now I am stuck in a problem where only Google photos can help me. Actually I deleted some of my very important photos permanently from Google photos, even from bin and I need those photos now. I deleted those photos a few months ago but I need them urgently now. Storage requires continuous payment.

 

If you stop the subscription and you are below the free 15GB allocation nothing will happen.

 

If you are above the free 15GB allocation you will be out of space and the following rules apply.

 

What happens if you run out of space

 

Gmail

You can’t send or receive messages. Messages sent to you are returned to the sender.

 

Google Drive

You can’t sync or upload new files. You can’t create new files in Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drawings, Forms, and Jamboard. Until you reduce the amount of storage you use, neither you nor anyone else can edit or copy your affected files. Syncs stop between your computer's Google Drive folder and My Drive.

 

Google Photos

You can’t back up any photos or videos. If you want to add any more photos and videos, you can free up Google storage space or buy more Google storage.

There can be multiple answers for that situation.

Can you please tell me if the option are first correctly turned on and if you can see face suggestion on desktop?

To turn it off or on:

1. On your computer, go to photos.google.com/settings.
2. Next to "Group similar faces," click Show more .
3. Turn Face grouping off or on.
• To turn off face grouping only for pets, turn off Show pets with people.
