Thanks for posting on the Google Photos Help Community.

To share photos from Google Photos to other applications, you can download photos and videos back to your device. Here's how:

On your Android phone or tablet, open the Google Photos app.
Select a photo or video.
Tap More then Save to device. If the photo is already on your device, this option won't appear.

You can also share photos and videos from Google Photos without downloading them to your device. Here's the link to see the options to share photos & videos from Google Photos.

No, Google Photos doesn't support publicly sharing your full photo library or a group of albums. You can share only individual albums or photos, each of which has a different link.

None of the Google products is well suited to this but the closest is Google Drive. You may organize the photos into Google Drive folders and put those inside another folder you can publicly share the link to.

Having videos on your device and not in Google Photos is an unstable situation which can only be managed manually with Backup & sync turned off.

Check the app trash to make sure there are no photos and videos mistakenly deleted
- Empty the trash
tap the account icon at the top right
tap your email address and select Use without an account
Power down/up or restart the device
Go to photos.google.com and delete the photos
sign in again making sure you are using the correct email
Do not enable Backup & sync
wait until getting photos finishes, could take a while
- Please wait until it completes leaving the app open and plugged in if necessary.
For future uploads, open photos on the Photos tab and tap the Upload cloud icon at the top right.

You are now vulnerable to losing your phone and any videos only on the device will also be lost forever.

You can follow these steps to move the pictures to the SD card using the Google Photos app,
