Unfortunately, you can only cancel an order if it's within 2 hours fter you bought the book.
- On your computer, open photos.google.com.
- Sign in to your Google Account.
- On the left, click Photo books.
- Under “Past orders,” select a photo book.
- To cancel an order, click Cancel order and then Yes.

Google photos prevent exact duplicates it might be different in some way like time frame shot etc if you can just compare the about info about this.
If You need to delete it manually there is no feature that can delete all the duplicates, you can try a desktop website which will be easier to narrow down the photos tiles, and select all the duplicates and delete.

I'm sorry, but the photos can't be restored if the trash is emptied.
Don't see the photo or video?
If something isn't in your trash, it can't be restored. You won't be able to restore a photo if:
- You moved it to trash more than 60 days ago
- You moved it to trash, then emptied your trash
- You permanently deleted it from your trash

But there is maybe a small chance that you can recover the photos, you can try to use a recover deleted photos app.

Storage will only decrease if Original size photos, Storage Saver photos, or unsupported videos are deleted.
It may be possible to Recover storage at https://photos.google.com/settings which compresses and replaces Original size with Storage Saver size.
Head over to https://photos.google.com/quotamanagement This should give a clue on where the storage is being used. Large photos and videos >5MB are listed and can be reviewed by tapping on the thumbnail to open then select the (i)nfo icon to see more detail about the files.
If you delete 1000s of High Quality photos uploaded prior to June 2021 then no storage will be recovered because they do not use any storage.
All photos added after June 1st 2021 can be found at https://photos.google.com/search/_tra_ and all use storage unless added as part of Partner sharing.

I'm sure you can envision my absolute fury about this!! Nothing is ever gone from the internet. I expect you to go into your database and pull those deleted photos back into my phone storage.
Maybe next update of the feature, you should include a popup clarifying what deleting a photo will do to another's copy on another device.

Google Photos website and app are kept in sync. Unless these photos were manually deleted from the trash, you can restore them from there.
To delete a photo from the web only, either you need to turn off backup and sync on your phone, or move the photo to a folder on your phone that is not synced. There is no way to delete a web copy only otherwise.
