If I download video, which is an option under the video on the black screen, it will do it' but when I go to share it. Then it says your video will be shortened to the first 30 seconds? I have tried everything, for a few hours off and on. Even have people in my group attempting to help me. We are all at a loss. Wietd thing is I can post directly to my FB page, in my news feed. Then everyone of my friends can view it. Not what I want though. Just in that one particular group does the videos have any relevance. Please any advice would be GREATLY appreciated!!!???

A while ago i tried to free up storage on my iPhone using the delete and backup to google photos feature. 
After i cleared my phone, everything was fine and backed up in google photos. A few days later I restored the pictures from recently deleted, but they had all gone blank with only their name and location tag left. I had a blank gallery, when i went over to google photos it updated and refreshed the backed up pictures with the blank ones since they had the same name. Now all my photo's in both google photos and my iPhone gallery are white. 
Is there anyway to revert this or do anything about this in anyway?

It looks like you're trying to share a photo from your Google Photos to the product forum. If yes, here are the steps that would help you to do so:
  • Go to Google Photos.
  • Select the photo.
  • Click on Share.
  • Select Get link.
  • Click on Copy and Paste it in the forum.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to remove your name while showing up the photo through Google Photos. That being said, if you would like to see this feature implemented in the future, I recommend leaving feedback about it through the following steps:
  • Open Google Photos.
  • Click on Menu.
  • Select Send feedback.
  • Click on Send.
The product team reviews the feedback regularly and uses it to better improve the product overtime.

On my pixel 3 running Android 12 Google Photos indexes every photo in every folder on my phone. I only use Google photos to view photos of my life but it's filled with background, downloaded memes, and other superfluous images I have no interest in sifting through to see the pictures I intend to see.

I would like to set it so Google Photos on my phone only indexes the DCIM folder but it doesn't seem to be an available option in the settings menu nor in the permissions in the system Google Photos menu.

I am not familiar with Pixel devices, but I think that  in general Google Photos uploads by default the DCIM folder when backup and sync is turned ON. Other photos can be selected for uploading or not in the Backup and sync settings.

You can delete photos as follows:
  1. Go to the Google Photos app, or to https://photos.google.com/ on a computer.
    Be sure to be signed in to the account you want to delete photos from.
  2. Select up to 500 photos. See   Select multiple pictures
  3. Tap or click the trash bin icon and confirm
  4. Repeat for the next 500 
  5. Go to the Trash bin and empty the bin.
    WARNING: there is no way back once you emptied the bin. Be sure to have at least two (not synced) copies of all photos you do not want to loose.
