Factory resetting an Android device erases the only copy of the photos in the Locked Folder, which are permanently lost and can no longer be recovered. Nothing else can be done, sorry. Not even by Google.

I was trying to recover my all old photos and videos from my phone..

Rizwan, deleted Photos are stored in Trash for up to 60 days, if you delete Photos again from trash, that's two times deletion.
 
Unfortunately, once Photos are deleted from trash there is no way to retrieve them back :(

Go to "Options
Copy the "Link to share

Go to your Email website or app

Regretfully, the video player in Google Photos doesn't support subtitles.
To do so, you will have to look for some different video player like VLC media.
 
Alternatively, you can switch on "Live captions" through the accessibility menu on your phone.
Then the OS will generate the captions automatically.
