The second delivery just keeps updating to show delivery each day until 9pm then updates to show delivery the next day.  UPS uses USPS and I cannot get the tracking number for USPS to see where the package is.  Last activity was 2 weeks ago.  I'm trying to locate the second part of my order.

When trying to re-scan with new images, it accounts for photos that are already in the previous album and fills the folder with the older images.

The goal is to continue using facial recognition to automatically add photos to the album. Is there a possibility to use the facial recognition from a certain date or automatically create a new album to place photos in?

The 21.62 GB is included in the 46.36 GB and is a list of all photos and videos >5MB in size. It is just a guide to help you locate the largest files.

 

Storage will only decrease if Original size photos, Storage Saver photos, or unsupported videos are deleted.

 

It may be possible to Recover storage at https://photos.google.com/settings  which compresses and replaces Original size with Storage Saver size. 

 

If you delete 1000s of High Quality photos uploaded prior to June 2021 then no storage will be recovered because they do not use any storage.

 

All photos added after June 1st 2021 can be found at https://photos.google.com/search/_tra_ and all use storage unless added as part of Partner sharing.
