When trying to Recover a Google Account, unless you have BOTH an accessible current recovery email, AND an accessible phone and current phone number previously set up in the account, the account usually can NOT be recovered.
  1. REMEMBER - If you still have access to your Google account, you MUST secure it IMMEDIATELY
  2. If you can't access the Google account you need to recover it; and YT can't help with recovery of a Google account.  (In some cases apparently YT can recover a hacked YT account, despite the user not being able to recover the Google account)
When you can't access/login to your free Gmail/Google account, then Account Recovery ("AR") needs to be undertaken by you, to satisfy Google that you are the rightful user.  No other way is accepted by Google.
  • Lost your password?  Google do not send password reset links on demand. Check your browser password manager, or a password app, if you can, otherwise continue with account recovery.  
  • Need 2SV/FA verification and can't access the device which has the codes?  If you can't  use the 8 digit 2SV backup codes which you should have printed out when you set up 2SV,  then account recovery is the only way. 
  • https://gmailaccountrecovery.blogspot.com/ ---> "Let's be realistic".  Without a recovery email and phone number, both of which are accessible, (other factors may also apply, check that link), the account usually can't be recovered. There is probably no point in proceeding any further.
  • You can't choose which questions Google ask, if any. Google will not advise the criteria they use here.
  • ID/documentation/account content details/screenshots do not prove account "ownership". Google will not accept these.  No person at Google can access your encrypted account in the Google servers to check your details. ID does not prove the account is yours.
Do you still wish to continue?  Before starting, fully read the tips at https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/7299973?hl=en, and  https://gmailaccountrecovery.blogspot.com/.   Don't skip these resources.

When the response from Google is  "we have locked the account for your protection", (or similar), then you need to cease all recovery attempts for the next seven days, and try again - only after the seven days have lapsed.
 
If the recovery fails,  please wait seven days - 168 hours -, then try again;  if this fails, then the account is lost, and can't be recovered.   Google don't provide any other recovery options or personal assistance;  starting a new thread for the same problem will not make any difference.
