Anytime I want to edit my pictures, after clicking the edit icon, after few seconds, 2 to 3 seconds, the screen goes black blank and I won't be able to see what editing I'm trying to make.

Hi Thanks for posting in Google help forums,

Install Google photos App from App Store,
https://itunes.apple.com/in/app/google-photos/id962194608?mt=8
Next,
Go to Settings >
Scroll down to Google photos,
Follow the instructions,
Next,
Open Google photos App,
Go to Menus and follow the instructions,
ALL photos in Device will be uploaded to Google photos App  and for Web and for synced Devices,
Uploading  time ( maybe several  hours) is taken regarding the volume of photos and videos in "MB"  and strength of your Internet connection,
If you delete files from gallery before finishing upload,
You will lose All files Or Backed up files will get blurred Or blank,
In computer,
Open Google> chrome>
Select 9 dots Apps Menu>
Select Photos ( Google photos).
Open Google photos.
If the photos are deleted in case,
They can be restored from" Bin"  in Google photos within 60 days.
Can be recovered from Trash within 60 days after the deletion,

If the files are not in Trash,
They are not recoverable.

Your phone needs to upload its photos to Google Photos. You do that by:
  1. Install the Google Photos app on the phone
  2. open the app and follow the prompts to set the account and turn on backup and sync
  3. Watch the progress of the upload by tapping on the account button in the upper right - when you see the message "Backup complete" that means all photos from that phone's camera have been uploaded to your Google Photos account
Now, when you visit photos.google.com or open the app on another phone - using the same account - you will see the photos from the "other" phone.

I do understand the inconvenience as your Google Photos app is not getting installed in an Android device. Therefore, I recommend trying the steps below in sequence, this may help in fixing the issue:
  • Make sure your device is up-to-date.
  • Close the background running apps through the following steps:
    • Go to your App Settings.
    • Display the Active Apps on your device.
    • Select the App you wish to close and Force Stop it.
    • Repeat this step with all active Apps.
  • Try clearing your App cache through the following steps:
    • Tap the system Settings tab on the main screen of your device.
    • Tap the General section of settings that is on the far right.
    • Tap Storage in the General tab.
    • Clear the cache data once storage calculates the data.
    • Back out of the storage section. 
    • Tap Applications and find the application in question.
    • Tap the application and clear the cache (if available).
    • Clear the data for the application if there is no cache to clear.
    • Exit the settings screen and restart the device.

Could you please confirm if you've followed the below steps to download the pictures from your Google Photos?
  • Go to Google Photos.
  • Select the photo.
  • Click on More options.
  • Select Save to device
In the meantime, I recommend trying the steps below in sequence, this may help in fixing the issue:

  • Make sure the App is up-to-date.
  • Try restarting the App through the following steps:
    • Go to your App Settings.
    • Click stop on the afflicted App with the Force Stop button.
    • Wait a few seconds to make sure the App has stopped processing, and then attempt to re-start it.

The Article About This Issue ... Might Help You.If you want to get a deleted item back, check your trash to see if you can get it back. Photos or videos that you previously backed up and then deleted are kept in your Trash for 60 days.
 
Can't see the photo or video? If a deleted photo or video is not in the trash, you cannot restore it. You cannot restore the photo in the following cases:
 
If you moved the photo to the trash more than 60 days ago. If you moved the photo to the trash and emptied your trash. If you permanently deleted the photo from the trash. If you have permanently deleted the photo from your device's Gallery app without backing it up.

You can still access your photographs using the Google photos app or on any other device by logging into your Google account at www.photos.google.com
 
If your storage is full you need to buy additional storage space.

It seems there is an issue with your mobile. So  I recommend you ask your question in mobile's support forum.

Barry's suggestion is correct, but if you are talking about viewing your photos in Google Photos, you can:
1. Open Photos
2. Select a small thumbnail image
3. The image will open in full screen
4. Then either double tap the image to zoom, or press the image with your thumb and forefinger and spread your fingers to enlarge the image on the display.

If you are using the default Android camera app, 
1. Open the Camera app
2. Select More
3. Select Settings
4. Select back camera resolution
5. Select the largest resolution possible to take the most detailed images available for your device.

Google Photos never uploads the same picture multiple times.
What we see as duplicates have some differences in file format or metadata.
Additionally, if you have activated Raw + JPEG capture or bracketing in your phone app, that would create duplicates.
 
Regrettably, Google Photos doesn't provide any means to remove the apparent duplicates. You have to search those manually.
 
However, you will find some tips in the following article compiled by experts with comprehensive experience on how to avoid duplicate photos & how to remove those.
