CONGRESS FINDS BORDER WALL SOLUTION FOR TRUMP LEAVES DEMOCRATS IN SHAMBLES

Thank You mr. chairman 911 as we all know result in the deaths of roughly 3,000 Americans

in New York Pennsylvania and washed excuse me Virginia in the Washington

DC area and the net effect of the loss of

those 3,000 lives was to invade Iraq and Afghanistan at cost of trillions of dollars and many thousands

of lost lives by military personnel and civilian support

personnel in contrast illegal aliens caused roughly 2,000 homicides on American soil per

year at least over

2,000 illegal aliens were apprehended by federal law enforcement officers in

fiscal year 2018 for homicides and as was mentioned earlier by congresswoman Hartzler

and congressman Scott drug overdoses cost roughly 70,000 American lives

per year and the evidence is overwhelming that a substantial portion

of the drugs those poisons that caused the loss of American lives come across our southern

border illegally in terms of lost American lives then our poor southern

border combined with the homicides of illegal aliens far exceeds

the loss of life caused by 9/11 well that is a backdrop I want to direct your attention

to ten united states code 284 which authorizes President Trump to deploy

the military to the southern border to build fences and to do a lot of other things and

for clarity if you

look it up in the dictionary the word fence includes the word barrier and the

word barrier includes walls made of a variety of different materials so that having been

said it seems to me that 10 u.s. code 284 can be used by the President

on States to direct the United States military to build a wall now as

of today you've mentioned military forces along the southern border have any of them

been deployed pursuant to 10 USC 284 congressman I don't believe any of our forces have been

deployed pursuant to 10 USC 284 you are correct however that that

use of authority would authorize Secretary of Defense to erect barriers

roads fencing what those type of materials to disrupt drug smuggling there's ten US excuse

me 10 USC 284 as you understand it require the declaration

of a national emergency before it is implemented no it does not

know has President Trump to your knowledge every use 10 USC 284 to direct

the military to build the wall that is necessary for border security no not to my knowledge

congressman if President Trump were direct the Pentagon the United

States military pursuant to 10 USC 284 to build such barriers as are

necessary to secure our southern border from drug trafficking and international crime cartels

would the United States military obey that order if we judge it to

be a law Florida yes sir and and I'd assume it would be thank you

I appreciate your responses and mr.

Chairman I yield back the remainder of my time no because if there's no wall it doesn't

work she's just playing games so if

there's no wall it doesn't work and we're building the wall right now I mean a lot of

people don't know that but we have a lot of wall under construction we've

given out a lot of contracts over the last three four weeks good contracts

a lot of wall is soon going to be under

construction we will be we're finishing up design on certain areas the most important

areas the rio grande area and others we are building a lot of wall you know

we go without I'm not waiting for this committee and I've told a lot of

people I don't expect much coming out of the committee because I keep hearing the words

that will give you what you want but we're not going to give you well and

the problem is if they don't give us a wall what doesn't work without a wall it doesn't

work we have caravans right now coming up from

Honduras we give a lot of money to which is stopping by the way but we pay

hundreds of millions of dollars to Guatemala Honduras and El Salvador and then they have

caravans leaving their country coming up here and by the way ifyou

go to Tijuana and you take down that wall you will have so many people coming

into our country that Nancy Pelosi will

be begging for a wall she'll be begging for a wall she will say mr. president please please

give us a wall it'd be very interesting some people have suggested

let me take the wall along California let's move it to Arizona

let's move it to Texas and you know it's gonna be a very interesting statement about Nancy

so in California they wanted the wall built in San Diego so badly and

we built it and probably I should have waited because as soon as it was finished they started

screaming we don't want a war we don't want a wall but they wanted

the wall so badly and by the way it worked

nobody's getting through but the minute it was built they started saying we don't want

a wall without a wall it doesn't work it's very simple I mean I'm not

saying this as a Republican I'm not as as anything other than a fact stator

without a wall it just doesn't work yes

host tony katz he joins us from indianapolis though he looks like he's in miami with this

outfit but before we talk about that and the cold weather there

let me ask you about this back and forth between President Trump and Speaker Pelosi we went

through the 35 days of the shutdown

everyone says they don't want to shut down and now you have this conference committee

but is it just a fool's errand to think that they could get something that

will come to an agreement well I think it started off that way because

the president had already signaled he was interested in national

emergency

you

Trump lands in Mar-a-Lago for the first time since Thanksgiving - Daily News - Duration: 9:11.

President Donald Trump has arrived at Mar-a-Lago, returning to his Florida retreat for the first time since Thanksgiving

Trump, along with First Lady Melania and son Barron, will spend Saturday and Sunday at his resort in West Palm Beach before returning to the White House on Sunday night to finalize preparations for the State Of The Union address next week

In the meantime, the President will host a lavish watch party for Super Bowl LIII on Sunday evening at nearby Trump International Golf Club in Palm Beach

On Friday, Air Force One landed at Palm Beach International at 6.54pm, and Trump emerged minutes later with his trusty black umbrella in hand, Melania and Barron at his side

Share this article Share In a nearby viewing pen at the airport, a crowd of several hundred supporters cheered as the Trump family descended the stairs to the tarmac

There were cheers and brief chants of 'USA! USA!' and 'build that wall!' from the crowd

The President waved, pumped a fist and lifted his trusty umbrella to greet the crowd as he descended the rolling staircase

As the rain picked up, Trump walked to the waiting SUV without walking over to the pen, as he sometimes does

Ivanka Trump and her family then exited Air Force One as well a moment later.During the flight, Ivanka's two-year-old son Theodore Kushner had wandered back into the press cabin

Joined by five-year-old Joseph Kushner, the two boys asked reporters where 'Andrew' was

Moments later, Ivanka followed them into the press cabin and explained that Andrew was the boys' favorite Secret Service agent

The family exited Air Force One together moments after Trump. Ivanka was wearing a white dress with a red floral pattern

On her feet were red high heels. The motorcade then departed for Mar-a-Lago. Along the motorcade route, groups of onlookers gathered, with signs including 'Trump Team 2020 Florida' and 'Blink Nancy Don't Botox,' in reference to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi

The weekend forecast in Palm Beach calls for scattered thunderstorms on Saturday, but excellent golf weather on Sunday, with a forecast of 77 and sunny

Earlier on Friday, Melania seemed thrilled to be living the chilly weather in Washington, DC, beaming for the cameras as she left for FloridaThe first lady, 54, flashed a grin at photographers and held her husband's hand as the couple walked out from the White House to a waiting helicopter on Friday

They were trailed by their 12-year-old son Barron and to and told photographers that they were headed to Mar-a-Lago

We recognized her coat a mile off: It's by Roksanda. Loved by countless celebrities, this brand offers designs with a twist

Her overcoat has a flash of rouge across the back.  How business in the front and party in the back! And what's even better is that this coat is now on sale for $1550

Melania and Barron had flown their briefly in December ahead of Christmas and New Year's, but flew back once it became clear that the government shut-down wasn't ending any time soon

The president hasn't been at all in 2019 or since the beginning of the shut down, with the family spending Christmas in D

C.Facing the cold for the last time in a few days, Melania went fully monochrome for the outing, bundling up in a light brown coat by Roksanda that reached down to her knees — and retailed for a whopping $3,875

She paired it with matching brown boots with tall heels, a $1,625 pair by designed Gianvito Rossi, but skipped the gloves despite temperatures dipping into the low 20s

She didn't wear a hat, either, instead showing off her long, styled locks and perfectly-done makeup

For a single pop of color, she toted a red Hermès bag in one manicured hand, while the other was tucked inside her husband's grip

Share this article Share The couple was joined by their son, Barron, who at just 12 years old is nearly as tall as his father, whose doctor said he is 6'3'

Barron was bundled up in a red puffer coat and barely reacted to the press and photographers outside

Luckily, any snow on the the pathways at the White House had been cleared for their departure, so the family had an easy walk to board the plane

But at Andrews Air Force Base, where they boarded Air Force One, it was a snowier scene, with a dusting of snow and salt on the ground

It's not yet known whether they'll be joined by the rest of the family.   Earlier this morning, Ivanka, 37, looked stone-faced as she left her home, heading straight for her Secret Service SUV

Though she often allows photographers a glimpse of her outfit of the day, she was in more of a hurry this morning — though that may have been because it was incredibly cold

While most people on the East Coast have spent the week bundled up in puffy coats and fur hoods, Ivanka was less layered as she left her home on Friday

The White House senior adviser opted for light herringbone coat, which she wore over a cream turtleneck

Ivanka pulled the outfit together with a black belt that cinched her waist. She wore her long blonde hair loose around her shoulders, and she had a bronzed glow, despite it being in the middle of the winter

Ivanka was later seen attending a meeting on fighting human trafficking on the southern border in the Cabinet Room of the White House

NYT Deutsche Bank refused to give Trump a loan during campaign - Duration: 2:12.

NYT Deutsche Bank refused to give Trump a loan during campaign

, which has a business relationship with President Donald Trump thats spanned years, refused to give the candidate a loan during his 2016 presidential campaign in 2016, The New York Times reported on Saturday.

Trump was burning cash that was both funding his campaign and expanding his business groups collection of properties, the Times reported. Citing two unnamed sources, the Trump Organization specifically sought a loan against a Miami property to fund work on a Scotland golf course called Turnberry.

However, bank officials who spoke to the Times under the condition of anonymity said Trumps divisive campaign made loaning him money too risky. The bank feared if he defaulted, the bank would have to choose between not collecting on the debt, or attempting to seize the assets of the President of the United States.

The German banking powerhouse is under renewed scrutiny for its ties to Trump during the years he was a New York City real estate magnate, a now that theyve recaptured the majority in the House of Representatives.

A 2018 financial disclosure form showed liabilities for Trump of at least dollar 130 million to Deutsche Bank Trust Company Americas, a unit of the German bank. They are for properties including D.C.s Trump International Hotel, located in a former post office in the nations capital.

A Trump Organization spokeswoman denied that the group had sought a loan for Turnberry, but did not specifically speak to whether the group had sought a loan, the Times said. Deutsche Bank declined to comment to the Times, and the Trump campaign did not immediately return CNBCs request for comment.

MASSIVE ANNOUNCEMENT, EFFORTS TO DESTR0Y TRUMP GOT SHATTERED ON AIR - Duration: 11:25.

MASSIVE ANNOUNCEMENT, EFFORTS TO DESTR0Y TRUMP GOT SHATTERED ON AIR

so happy New Year to you and your families now I've been off a couple of

weeks and after watching news over vacation it's very evident it is transparent and it

is clear that America is facing the biggest informational crisis

we've ever faced we have a duly elected president of the United States

that is just truly hated by very powerful forces and they have a united goal they want

to destroy the presidency and this president it is so bad that the president

the first lady can't even visit our brave troops in Iraq or talk

to kids about Santa Claus without what is brutal character assassination personal attacks

and just pure hatred this is why we are introducing new segments

on this program we're gonna call them Hannity watch we're gonna have

a Hannity watch on media bias well we will expose all the hate Trump news coverage is

gonna be a Hannity watch on the economy things and how they impact your

family your pocketbook Hannity watch on health care what is best for

your family Hannity watch on Hollywood how they have an agenda that is both political

and biased and designed to indoctrinate I'll have

a Hannity watch on campus where political correctness and indoctrination

of our kids has gotten way out of control we'll have Hannity watch on the deep

state prediction huge stunning news this year that will expose the biggest abuse of power

corruption of our own government well I've had any watch on socialism

that means the push to destroy free-market capitalism had any watch on

national security how to protect our homeland and efforts by some to undermine these protections

will have Hannity on border security will be watching

there as well as the country needs to stop the flow of drugs and

human trafficking and every night we're going to be asking this question is what we're talking

about good for America is it good for you is it good for your families

isn't good for We the People now we plan to expose all the hatred

that is out there every day people that hate our con people that would shred our Bill

of Rights 1st 2nd 4th amendments along the way we're going to offer solutions to protect

the interests of every American this is not Republican or Democrat this

is not conservative or liberal this is about what is right for this great country so we

begin that's my mission the mission of this show going forward we

want to look out for you protect you protect your family fight daily to

ensure this constitutional republic stays strong and vibrant for future generations

and sadly that's at risk we have powerful forces and you can see them

every day in society that have now aligned to destroy the president that we

the people have elected it's a clear and present danger to every American our Constitution

and our future so we're inviting you each and every weeknight at nine

o'clock I can assure you and I promise you there'll be no other show on television like

this and I hope you tell your friends and I hope you'll join us all

right tonight we start our Hannity watch report on the hateful forces that are determined

to destroy Donald Trump and his administration let me be clear they hate

this president and they also deep down they hate we the people that voted

for him they can't believe we made that decision you don't believe me all right just listen

to long-serving Democratic congressman Hank Johnson this just

happened yesterday take a look Americans elected an authoritarian

anti-immigrant racist strong man to the nation's highest office Donald Trump and his make America

great again followers who want to return America back to a time

when white men and white privilege were unchallenged and where minorities

and women were in their place much like Hitler took over the Nazi Party Trump has taken over

the Republican Party these types of ignorant hate filled analogies

they're happening every day and when they're not comparing us to

Nazis well remember we're the smelly Walmart people as FBI agent Peter struck called us

or the irredeemable deplore that Hillary Clinton called us or remember

when Obama referred to us as the bitter angry Americans that actually

cling to our God our guns our Bibles and our religion now many of these forces of forces

of hate we know that many hate the president they hate we the people on this

show we are not going to be hating them back instead every night on this

program we're going to be exposing them and what is the corrosive politics of division

and this is what I call the five major forces a hate you have the Democratic

Party if Donald Trump cured cancer today and gave every American

millions of dollars today everyone and they'd still try to try to destroy this man as he

represents to them the biggest obstacle to them regaining power second perhaps

the most obvious haters in America we have the hate Trump media

it's now on TV every newscast every second of every minute of every hour of every day

a never-ending non-stop Trump hate fest it's on a loop and newspapers in this country they're

actually trying to outdo each other showing how much they hate Trump

the most now when does the media ever told you about these things for

example this is what Hannity watches all about what about the president successes the last

two years what about the accomplishments that are scrolling on your

screen that we're showing you tonight night in and night out things

they never talk about don't expect the mainstream media to show this report from Real Clear

Politics look at this detailing the president's top ten accomplishments

of the year promises made promises kept his successful

appointment he promised a guy like Brett Kavanaugh last year he got it done for the Supreme Court

or the squeeze on China for unfair trade practices intellectual

property theft that's changing the middle-class wage increase

the highest in 12 years the middle class that the Democrats claim to care about the US Mexico

Canada trade deal ending the Iranian nuclear deal all promises top

accomplishments 2018 when he moved the US Embassy to Jerusalem smashing

Isis increasing jobs the lowest numbers unemployment numbers for minorities

keeping members of the migrant Caravan from pouring into the country and we can't forget

this is my favorite America is now the largest oil-producing nation in

the world not Russia not Saudi Arabia the United States of America and that

doesn't include the pipelines being complete that doesn't include Anwar that's going

to be millions of high-paying career jobs for our fellow Americans now third forces

I hate the deep state we already know Hillary Clinton committed multiple multiple

felonies she violated the Espionage Act with top-secret classified

information on a private server we know she obstructed justice we know she destroyed subpoenaed

emails erased hard drives broke up phones and blackberries

and iPhones etc with a hammer we also know powerful people in

the FBI and the DOJ purposely rigged the investigation to give her a pass that nobody else in America

would ever get that is not good for America that's what we're

asking tonight is it dangerous the answer is obvious now all of this

allowed Hillary to continue her pursuit of the presidency remember they thought she should

win a hundred million to zero it allowed her to

funnel money into a law firm hire an op research firm hire a foreign national

use dubious Russian sources collusion to create a phony debunk dossier on Donald Trump well

that's the collusion I guess they were looking for but don't want to find

and we of course have the Russian lies never verified never corroborated

then disseminated to you we the people before the 2016 election to influence the outcome

of that election in her favor and those same Russian lies never verified

were then used by top people in our intelligence community in the FBI and

the Justice Department to get four FISA warrants to spy on a trump campaign

associate both before and after the election all signed off by top officials here's a question

tonight is that good for America or is that dangerous for America

when you have fraud perpetrated on FISA Court judges repeatedly

no arrests no report yet nobody held accountable the media ignores the biggest abuse of power

corruption scandal in modern history now if this is allowed

to continue the United States of America will become a

Banana Republic we might as well shred the Constitution because it would be rendered

meaningless the principles of due process equal justice under the law equal

application of our laws are similarly rendered meaningless the deep

State has been in is out to destroy the president they hate the president and they're doing

it by any means necessary obviously and that's based on what we know

today and of course night item number four we have weak Republicans they hate the

president they only care about themselves they stand for little they have no courage

we also have never Trump errs number five they hate the president they

just want to say see we were right you were wrong you non-intellectual

blue-collar hard-working tax-paying law-abiding the Americans you did this to us

no they're trying to undermine a free and fair election now imagine if any American

tonight like Robert Muller scrubbed the phones of Trump haters and Russia

investigators struck in Page clean wipe them clean imagine if like

James Comey that you bragged about tricking a 33-year war hero into an FBI interview by

bypassing all normal protocol and procedures that would you that

you would use in past administrations imagine the deputy FBI

director telling general Flynn he didn't need a lawyer and then charging him for lying now

on this show moving forward we are looking to protect you protect this great

country against forces of hate that would shred our constitution this

will be your show we will be your watchdog we plan to expose all of this corruption all

of these lies all the double standards when we see it oh you mean

like hypocrisy when Democrats supported building a wall and don't any

longer because Trump wants one we're going to expose that they're really is hate in America

real hate and that hate these aligned forces are trying to destroy

the president they hate the president and they hate us for voting

for him they hate traditional core conservative values that we hold near and dear to our

hearts now I'll admit this one our news program to be very blunt this show will be an island

unto itself there will be no other show like it I promise you we are

dedicated to protecting these deeply held American values these principles

were dedicated to telling you the truth about what's really happening in the country all

right now we turn our Hannity watch on border security tonight look

at this a five-month old boy will never see his hero father again Newman

California police officer legal immigrant Ronald Singh viciously murdered by an illegal

immigrant with a very long criminal track record and ties to

violent gangs now the County Sheriff Adam Christianson said that this

horrific crime could not have happened would have been prevented if not for California's

catch-and-release sanctuary city status take a look I simply want to focus

on the fact that this is a criminal illegal alien with prior

criminal activity that should have been reported to ice we were prohibited law enforcement

was prohibited because of sanctuary laws and that led to the encounter

with officer Singh I'm suggesting that the outcome could have

been different if law enforcement wasn't restricted prohibited or had their hands tied because

of political interference hands tied because of political

interference sheriff Christensen is going to be with us

Trump says Cory Booker has no chance in 2020 and claims Nancy Pelosi is 'very bad for the country' - Duration: 7:17.

Trump says Cory Booker has no chance in 2020 and claims Nancy Pelosi is 'very bad for the country'

Donald Trump has said that Senator Cory Booker has no chance of winning the presidency in 2020, and that House Speaker Nancy Pelosi is 'very bad for the country.

The remarks came in an interview on Friday afternoon in the Blue Room at the White House, where Trump spoke with CBS News host Margaret Brennan for a segment which will air in full on Sunday.

In clips released on Friday, Brennan asked Trump's opinion about Booker's recent announcement that he will seek the Democratic nomination for president in 2020.

'I say no chance,' Trump said of Booker. When asked why, Trump replied: 'Because I know him. He has no chance.'. Trump added that he was not impressed with any of the Democrats who have announced their intention to run so far.

'So far, I don't see anybody. I don't — I'm not impressed with their group,' he said. At another point, Brennan asked Trump what he had learned from his recent government shutdown standoff with Pelosi.

'Well, I think that she was very rigid — which I would expect — but I think she's very bad for our country,' the president said.

'She knows that you need a barrier. She knows that we need border security. She wanted to win a political point. I happen to think it's very bad politics because basically, she wants open borders.

She doesn't mind human trafficking or she wouldn't do this,' he said. Trump told Brennan that Pelosi is doing a 'terrible disservice to our country.

'She's — she's costing the country hundreds of billions of dollars because what's happening is, when you have a porous border and when you have drugs pouring in, and when you have people dying all over the country because of people like Nancy Pelosi who don't want to give proper border security for political reasons — she's doing a terrible disservice to our country,' Trump said.

Pelosi's spokesman Drew Hammill responded to the remarks, saying: 'Democrats are committed to securing our borders while upholding our values as a nation. The president should stop undermining bipartisan efforts to do just that.'.

The full interview will air on Sunday morning prior to Super Bowl LIII. Presidential interviews prior to the Super Bowl have become something of a tradition. Bush began the Super Bowl pregame interview custom in 2004, and Barack Obama continued it.

Trump will be watching the championship game between the Los Angeles Rams and the New England Patriots from his Mar-a-Lago resort in West Palm Beach, Florida.

Trump Just Dropped Two Bombshells On Mueller And Border Wall - Duration: 3:08.

In a new interview with The New York Times President Donald Trump said he was assured

that he is not a target of the Mueller investigation.

The president was speaking to The Times' Maggie Haberman when she asked him what he

was told by his former Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein.

"Has Rod Rosenstein given you any sense over the course of the last year about whether

you have any exposure, either in — or there's any concerns, or whether you're a target

of the Mueller report?" she said.

"Well he told the attorneys that I'm not a subject, I'm not a target," the president

said.

"He told your attorneys?"

Haberman fired back curiously at his certainty.

"Yeah.

Oh, yeah," the president said assuredly, reinforcing the statement.

Haberman also asked the president about the ongoing negotiations to prevent another government

shutdown.

"This is your first experience dealing with Nancy Pelosi having the gavel as the speaker.

Do you feel that you properly estimated her strengths?" she said.

"Yeah, I did.

I did.

I've actually always gotten along with her, but now I don't think I will anymore.

I think that she's hurting the country very badly.

I think she's doing a tremendous disservice to the country.

If she doesn't approve a wall, the rest of it's just a waste of money and time and

energy because it's, it's desperately needed.

People are flowing in.

"I mean, we have caravans coming in right now, 12,000 people.

We have three of them lined up.

And you know they're lining up from Honduras and Guatemala and El Salvador.

And they're coming in.

"With a wall, you don't need very much help.

We just had to move more military down there to handle the one that's coming up now:

12,000 people or whatever it might be.

But they say it's about 12,000 people.

"No, I think Nancy Pelosi is hurting our country very badly by doing what she's doing.

And ultimately I think I've set the table very nicely.

"They didn't know what was going on with the southern border.

Now they know.

They had no idea the amount of crime, the amount of drugs, the amount of human trafficking,

which can be stopped with a proper system —," he said.

And then President Trump gave a clue about what is next for the border wall.

"So set the table for emergency declaration," The Times' Peter Baker said.

"I've set the table.

I've set the stage for doing what I'm going to do," he said.

"I'm going to wait until the 15th.

I think it's a waste of time."

After some crosstalk with the reporters he explained further.

"Well, based on everything I hear.

Now they'll probably be overly generous with things that you don't need in terms

of money.

They'll give you more money than you need for things that won't help very much.

And they'll give you money for good things, too.

But based on what I hear and based on what I read, they don't want to give money for

the wall.

"You know I'm building the wall.

You know that.

I'm building the wall right now.

I'm building — it's been funded, and we're buying it right.

And we're renovating large sections of wall.

We're building new sections of wall.

We're building the wall.

The wall is going up as we speak.

We'll be up to, by the end of this year, 115 miles," he said.

Trump lands in Mar-a-Lago for the first time since Thanksgiving - Duration: 8:43.

In a nearby viewing pen at the airport, a crowd of several hundred supporters cheered as the Trump family descended the stairs to the tarmac

The family exited Air Force One together moments after Trump.Ivanka was wearing a white dress with a red floral pattern

On her feet were red high heels. The motorcade then departed for Mar-a-Lago.Along the motorcade route, groups of onlookers gathered, with signs including 'Trump Team 2020 Florida' and 'Blink Nancy Don't Botox,' in reference to House Speaker Nancy Pelosi

The weekend forecast in Palm Beach calls for scattered thunderstorms on Saturday, but excellent golf weather on Sunday, with a forecast of 77 and sunny

Earlier on Friday, Melania seemed thrilled to be living the chilly weather in Washington, DC, beaming for the cameras as she left for Florida The first lady, 54, flashed a grin at photographers and held her husband's hand as the couple walked out from the White House to a waiting helicopter on Friday

They were trailed by their 12-year-old son Barron and to and told photographers that they were headed to Mar-a-Lago

It's sure to be an exciting trip for the family, as they haven't all been together in Mar-a-Lago since last year

The couple was joined by their son, Barron, who at just 12 years old is nearly as tall as his father, whose doctor said he is 6'3'

It's not yet known whether they'll be joined by the rest of the family.Earlier this morning, Ivanka, 37, looked stone-faced as she left her home, heading straight for her Secret Service SUV

Half Of Americans Say They Have ZERO Confidence In Donald Trump - Duration: 3:58.

It's been a very long time since any polling data has come out that's actually provided

good news for Donald Trump and this week we got yet a another piece of polling data that's

really, really bad news for Donald Trump.

This latest round of polling data shows that 48 percent of people here in the United States

have zero confidence in Donald Trump's ability to be president of the United States.

They have no confidence in him personally.

They have no confidence in the administration.

They have no confidence.

Now that 48 percent may not be a majority, but it is a plurality because none of his

other numbers are that high.

Only 35 percent say they have confidence in Donald Trump as president of the United States,

so 48 percent say, nope, not a shred of it while 35 percent.

Same got confidence in the guy to to run the government.

But here's the thing.

We're seeing more and more people announced that they're going to run for president in

20, 20.

Those people are out there giving phenomenal speeches.

Whether you love them or hate them.

You've got to admit some of these speeches have been great.

They've hit on everything that American voters want to hear.

A lot of them are hugely progressive, whether or not the candidate means it or not is another

story, but people are out there getting a glimpse of what real leadership looks like.

They're getting a glimpse of what a mature leader sounds like and the more people hear

these presidential candidates come out, deliver these grand speeches, talk about what they

want to do for this country and their vision for it.

I believe these poll numbers for Donald Trump are going to go even lower or in the case

of those having no confidence in him, that's going to go even higher.

This 20, 20 presidential election is not going to shore up support for Donald Trump.

He is going to continue losing more moderates from the Republican Party as they look at

some of these Democrats and believe what they say and honestly that is a good thing.

We know what the polling data is telling us right now.

Americans want by large majorities, medicare for all debt, free, college tuition, free

college, a $15 minimum wage, higher tax rates on the wealthy, elite expansion of social

security and all kinds of very progressive ideas.

Even Republicans overwhelmingly support these things, so they're going to see candidates

out there talking about doing this and regardless of whether that person has the d next to their

name or are there going to say, you know what?

That is what this country needs.

That is what I want as an American citizen and that's what I'm going to vote for.

So again, the more progressive these democratic get, and I know we've got some centuries trying

to throw their hats into the ring, the dude from starbucks and you know, possibly Bloomberg,

but if the Democratic Party itself stays on message and that message is hugely progressive,

we're going to see donald Trump's poll numbers continue to tank and the 2020 election could

very easily be a slam dunk.

But if those Democrats stray from that progressive message that resonates so well with Republicans

and Democrats alike, then get ready for another four years of Donald Trump.

In spite of his horrible poll numbers.

Trump's EPA Decides NOT To Regulate Deadly Chemicals In Drinking Water - Duration: 3:54.

Ever since Donald Trump took office, the environmental protection agency has completely stopped working

to protect the American public from the toxins that are put out every single day from corporate

America.

And this week they have decided to take it one step further.

They have decided the EPA under Donald Trump that they will not be regulating certain cancer

causing chemicals that are currently found in the drinking water of more than 110 million

American citizens.

One third of us every day are drinking corporate America's cancer, causing chemicals known

as PFOA's and PFOS.

We're drinking that everyday.

One third of us and the EPA came out and said, you know what,

we're not going to regulate these PFOA's and PFOS under the Clean Drinking Water Act.

So corporations, power plants, whoever you are, chemical giants, you don't have to worry

any more about how much of these chemicals you are putting into our water.

And these chemicals are used in damn near everything.

You know, uh, the foam that the military uses to fight fires.

It's in there the chemical process for making teflon from dupont.

Those chemicals are in there.

And they will kill you in large enough doses over time.

It's estimated that these two chemicals, Pfo, pfls, 98 percent of people in this country

have them in their body right now.

They are bio-persistent.

They build up over time and they kill you in.

Our EPA just told us we're not going to limit the amount of these chemicals that can go

into your drinking water.

And what's fun about this is that just last month, I believe it was December 18th or 17th,

our own EPA said the following exposure to PFOA and PFOS over certain levels may result

in adverse health effects including developmental effects to fetuses during pregnancy or to

breastfed infants.

Eg Low birthweight accelerated puberty, skeletal variations, cancer, Eg, testicular, kidney,

liver effects, eg tissue damage, immune effects, egg antibody production and immunity, thyroid

effects and other effects, eg cholesterol changes.

That was word for word what the EPA on the EPA dot Gov website has

to say about the dangers of these chemicals that this week they tell us we're not going

to regulate them.

So if you're pregnant and you drink in these chemicals because you went to the faucet and

got a glass of water, you can look forward to things like low birthweight accelerated

for your child, you know, bone variations.

But don't worry if you're not pregnant, you can still look forward to things like testicular

cancer or kidney cancer or liver disease.

Why not?

Right?

Let's just go ahead.

Hey, we'll throw in the cholesterol abnormalities as well, just to give you the Trifecta of

horrible things that will happen to your body because of these chemicals coming out of corporate

America every day that now can flow unabated into our drinking water.

Pelosi Will Lose It When She Finds Out The Order Trump Just Gave The Military - Duration: 3:03.

Nancy Pelosi has spent the past three months doing everything in her power to block President

Trump's attempts to secure the border.

When she became Speaker, she thought she had Trump cornered.

But she will lose it when she finds out the order Trump just gave the military.

Democratic Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi has tried for months to impose her open-borders

mentality on the rest of the country.

After working to shut down the federal government in order to deny Trump a badly needed border

wall with Mexico, Pelosi then spent the next month blaming him for the budget crisis while

refusing to negotiate.

But she will be stunned to learn that Trump just outplayed her.

The Daily Caller reports, "The Pentagon is sending several thousand more troops to

the southwestern border, fulfilling a request made by the Department of Homeland Security

(DHS)."

There are just 2,300 troops currently stationed on the southern border with Mexico.

But Pentagon officials just revealed that some additional 2,000 troops will be redeployed

to the region at the request of Homeland Security.

The deployment of troops to the border with Mexico was only supposed to last until December

15 last year, but the budget showdown combined with the news that a new wave of caravans

are making their way north has prompted that mission to be extended to September 30.

The deployment of additional troops will cost an estimated 600 million dollars by the end

of September.

"We are supporting our federal partners on the border, and that mission has been extended

until September," stated Pentagon spokesman Lt. Col. Jamie Davis.

"We are currently sourcing the units involved and there will be an increase of a few thousand

troops."

"Most recently DHS has asked us to support them in additional concertina wire and then

expanded surveillance capability, and we've responded with, you know, here's how many

people it would take", Acting Defense Secretary Pat Shanahan told reporters on Tuesday.

The additional troops come at a time when President Trump is fighting tooth and nail

against Democrats in Washington over border security – namely President Trump's proposal

to build a wall along the Mexican border.

A tentative agreement was recently reached to re-open the government until February 15th,

while Congress negotiates on a compromise proposal to formally end the showdown.

President Trump demanded roughly $5.7 billion in funding to build just over 200 miles of

border walls from Congress.

Construction of the wall would fulfill Trump's biggest campaign pledge in 2016.

However, Democratic leadership has maintained their opposition, framing it as immoral and

too expensive.

It's unclear what that proposal will entail, whether it will pass both Houses of Congress,

and whether President Trump will support it however.

With so much on the line and with no guarantee that Congress will act, President Trump is

now resorting to taking matters into his own hands with the order of additional troops

to the border.

We will keep you up to date with any new developments in this ongoing story.

RNC Votes To Prevent Anyone From Challenging Trump In The Primaries - Duration: 4:17.

So last week, the RNC, the Republican National Committee, passed a resolution within their

party saying that they will unequivocally and unwaveringly give their 100 percent support

to Donald Trump in the 20, 20 presidential election.

Now that may seem like, okay, yeah, of course he's the president, they're going to support

him, but when you consider the fact that we have heard murmurs for quite some time, now

have possible Republican challengers popping up in the primary.

This does become a very odd move for the Republican Party's structure itself.

To Go ahead and pass a resolution saying we will.

We're all for Donald Trump.

We're not changing course.

He's our guy.

We love him all praise to the Donald.

After this vote happened last Friday, Donald Trump tweeted, there it is.

Thanks to them say, ah, you guys, a bunch of great guys.

Thank you for supporting me even though you really don't have a choice in what you want

to do at this point.

We're also starting to see, and this is something that we've talked about before, we've got

some states all over the country right now, deep red states.

I'm talking South Carolina as Kansas, places like that, they're actually trying to abolish

primaries and caucuses for the 20, 20 election, which would effectively prevent any third

party Republican, not third party candidate, but third party Republican challenger, Primary

Challenger from coming into the race because nobody in that state could even vote on you

if they've already abolished the primary in their state.

There's a reason the Republicans are doing this and it's not because they love Donald

Trump.

It's because they fear Donald Trump.

They do not want to not throw all of their weight behind him and then have him launch

into one of his twitter tirades against the Republican Party itself.

Why?

Because that's going to show the public heading into 20 slash 20 that the Republican Party

is not unified, that they're just fighting each other, that the establishment is fighting

the president and nobody gets along and nobody knows what the hell they're doing.

The other flip side of that is that they don't want a primary challenger to enter the race.

An air all of donald Trump's dirty laundry for the last few years.

Now everybody knows it all.

It's just that they don't want it all coming back from the republican side because what

happens if that person loses the primary, then you're still left with Trump.

He's damaged again from all the nonsense of the last three and a half years, and that's

not going to bode well for him in a general election.

So it's just as much about protecting Donald Trump as it is protecting themselves from

Donald Trump.

But here's the reality, Republicans, if you're watching this, they're trying to take away

your choice, are trying to tell you Republican voters that you're not even going to have

an option heading into 20 slash 20 Trump as your guy.

And if you don't like it, then I guess you're not a real republican.

That's going to be the message we're going to start seeing coming out over the next 18

months.

Either support him or you're not a real Republican.

You're probably one of those democratic Socialists Communists who would feel more happy and Venezuela,

which by the way, we're probably going to start bombing any day now.

Um, so yeah, you got to support Trump, especially if we are in a war with Venezuela, we can't

change course.

We had to stay the course.

Stay with a leader.

This is all bad for Trump.

This is all bad for the Republican Party and nothing that they do at this point is going

to improve their failing image with the American public.

And the longer that the orange see continues to hitch its wagon to Donald Trump, the further

down the toilet, Trump is going to continue to drag

that party.

JIM JORDAN #SHOCKS MEDIA WITH HUGE TRUMP ANNOUNCEMENT! ALL HELL IS BROKEN ON THE DEMS! - Duration: 14:18.

JIM JORDAN #SHOCKS MEDIA WITH HUGE TRUMP ANNOUNCEMENT!

ALL HELL IS BROKEN ON THE DEMS!

the pressure is now on Congress to make a deal fund the wall and reopen the

government and lawmakers have been invited to the White House tomorrow to make it happen

so let's talk to Republican Congressman Jim Jordan founding

member of the house freedom caucus great to have you with us tonight

you're a reaction overall to the speech I thought it was per se persuasive I thought

it was presidential I thought it was good this whole idea that this is

somehow a manufactured crisis the Democrats keep talking is crazy we have they not seen

this whole Caravan phenomena play out over the last several months

the numbers trace Gallagher just gave on the thousands of people who've

showed up at the border that those with criminal records those with possible ties to terrorist

groups the drug problem the gang problem the human trafficking

problem I thought the president did a great job of spelling out

what's at stake here inmate Mickey it kind of come home for people and feel what

is actually happening on the southern border and why we need a border

security law there have been a lot of speculation and criticism from the lapped and mainstream

media that he was going to declare a national emergency didn't

happen tonight we know he's going to the border in a couple of days he'll

probably speak from down there as well I want to read something though coming from Jonah

Goldberg and he talks about the fact that if this wall was so important

why didn't Republicans control the House Senate why not get it done he

says this the real crisis now isn't a national security when it's a political

one for Trump and even if you favor a wall or enhanced border security that is

not an argument for the president formally declaring national emergency when there isn't

one and deploying the military without congressional approval on

American soil that would be a serious abuse of power and Congress shouldn't

stand for it one way or another well no I think this is a serious problem I think I

think the American people understand that and I think we got to do everything

we can to get the border security wall done but I do think it

should happen with an appropriation from Congress and Jonah is right in this regard we should

have done this in March we should have done this like we were poised

to win remember just a few weeks before that March big omnibus crazy

names to give things here watching this big omnibus spending bill just a few

weeks part of that we had sent a short-term funding bill to Chuck Schumer and he shut

the government down and he shut it down because he said amnesty was more

important than funding our troops and funding the government nobody MSD

do you mean a solution for daca that's what that's what that's what Chuck Schumer was

talking about okay so legal status versus citizenship does that make a

difference to you if you're gonna use the word amnesty well he was winning he

was he was totally yeah well it sure is for us I think it is for most of American people

but that was the backdrop fast-forward to March we were poised

to win the battle because when Chuck Schumer shut the government down

if you remember the American people said you're crazy and a few days later he said Shazam

I'm going to open the government back up because he saw what was

happening politically so we were poised to get it done in March we didn't

that's unfortunate but we are where we are now and just remember it was three weeks ago

a Nancy Pelosi said there aren't the votes in the house and the last

Congress and yet we have 217 members both four so the American people

want this this is what President Trump campaigned on this is more importantly the right thing

to do the biggest problem Shannon is Democrats are

more focused on stopping the president than they are on helping the

country and that's evidenced by Schumer was for this a few years ago Pelosi was for this

a few years ago and now they're not because their political base they think

is good for them in democratic politics let's focus on the country okay

my understanding is what the Democrats in the house plan to do is roll out individual

funding bills for different parts of the government separate in a way

from what's happening with a border Politico now saying this House GOP

leaders fear support eroding for Trump shut down fight they say a senior White House senior

House GOP aide said McCarthy and his top lieutenants believe 15

to 25% republicans are not percent 15 to 25 Republicans will vote with Democrats this

week possibly even more Howard I don't think so I'm not I'm not again

like I said I thought the President's speech was was right on

target I thought it was persuasive I thought it was presidential last week we only had

seven Republicans vote with the Democrats on one of these types of bills I

don't think you'll see the 15 to 20 but even if you do mr.

McConnell has been cleared he's not bringing it up and

the president has been clear he's going to veto it if anything ever got to him

so I think our voters are excuse me our members are strong because the American people understand

this is the right thing today we're out of time so I have to

ask you yes or no question if Daka is on the table as part of this deal not

for citizenship but maybe for some kind of legal status is that's something you could

vote for to fund the government get the wall and get this we have to see it

but I but and I think the citizenship question is

the key question but I think the key thing is the border security wall let's focus on

that let's get past the Democrats being maybe we know you know how

we know how bad they are against the president how strong they are against

the president what was the first thing Brad Sherman introduced the start of this Congress

yeah resolution yeah so let's focus on helping the country if we do

that I think we'll get the border security wall we can talk about the

doctors I congressman great to see you thanks for stopping in late with us tonight you all

right however you received the president's address tonight one

thing should not be missed the president scored a major media coup what

am I talking about he got all the major networks to carry his address galvanizing the attention

of the entire country and he accomplished something

else he got two of the least popular politicians in the nation to

respond to him on his terms he wants to raise the stakes it makes the Democrats the co-owners

of this shutdown and I think Nancy Pelosi and

Chuck Schumer are walking right into the trap he brings everyone in and this

is the Trump trap he negotiates through brinksmanship and that's just not a way to get to a rational

ending okay but this is rational the president is rejecting

these bipartisan bills which would reopen government over his

obsession with fortune forcing American taxpayers to waste billions of dollars on an expensive

and ineffective wall we don't govern by temper tantrum president Trump

has appealed to fear not facts division not unity there's an obvious

solution separate the shutdown from arguments over border security okay now to the contract

should be glaring for anyone who watched tonight the president was

really sober and his address is extremely serious and he genuinely

believes that a wall is needed as part of a larger border Security's policy so he campaigned

on that's what he won on Democrats do not give a damn about securing

the border for them this is all about scoring political points and of

course about 2020 we have always willing to talk to the president about border security

and many of us have supported some pretty massive investments

in border security in the past but we can't do that well the

government is shut down we need to open up government and then negotiate not the

other way around we believe in secure borders but we want the government open once the government

is open I would support looking at a broader compromise on

immigration alright don't believe anything they're telling you therefore

just not even a millisecond the Democrats are targeting the 800,000 government workers

on furlough they're targeting them what do I mean they refuse

to move even a millimeter the Democrats toward a common-sense

compromise of the president now remember a year ago they were willing to give him 25

billion dollars for a wall schumer ultimately pulled that off the table but

they were willing to do that now today they can't even come up with a measly five billion

dollars think of all the waste fraud and abuse in this town that they

could trim away to get that five billion dollars we'll talk about that in

a bit the president has shown a willingness to compromise you heard it tonight in a funding

request to the Senate Appropriations Committee this week

the president asked for items that are also important to Democrats he

alluded to this tonight of course 800 million dollars for humanitarian needs at the border

and that includes medical support and additional facilities to house

migrants which frankly a lot of Americans probably think would be better

spent on inner-city youth in our veterans but nevertheless the president's willing to

go there the president's also requesting 675 million dollars

for new technology to detect and stop the flow of illegal drugs over the

border Democrats have long said they wanted that but Democrats don't want to have an

honest conversation about border security they're now the party of obstruction and everything

must bend to they're resist Trump goals the hill

reports that their latest strategy is to jam up the Senate by refusing to consider any

legislation until the government is reopened this cannot be business

as usual that we shot down a quarter of the government and

just leave it shutting down it's a it's an incompetent strategy now just to give you

a sense of how dogmatic how rabbit and how fanatical this resistance to Trump

has become look no further than the Democrats who voted against

considering a bill to support Israel earlier today what so we're not going to support boy

oppose boycotts against Israel because Trump is wants to do a deal on the border wall how

is that governing in a mature way now I'm sure the new anti-semitic

wing of the Democratic Party was thrilled about this

development in the Senate but nevertheless most Americans aren't again don't focus on

what they say it sounds fine kind of reasonable watch what they do

the Democrats want this shutdown to go on as long as possible to divide as

many Republicans from the President as they can they want to peel one off after another

and then they want to ratchet up the political pressure our safety and our

security forget that that's damned if they wanted the government reopen the

Democrats could negotiate with the President and reopen the government tomorrow

he's already compromised on the structure of the wall and he's dropped his asking price

as we know way down and while the Democrats feign concern over spending

a few billion on the border wall 5.7 billion the coastal wonder

twins of their party governor who knew some of California and mayor de Blasio of New York

have all kinds of money they find pots of money for the health care of

illegal immigrants we will never waver in our pursuit of guaranteed

health care for all Californians health care is a human right in this city we're gonna

make that a reality in this city we're taking that ideal and putting it into

practice from this moment on in New York City everyone is guaranteed the

right to health care well they have no problem finding all that might fallen from the sky

to spend on the well-being and health of illegal aliens my friends like

everything else this is all about politics to the Democrats

pretty much every demographic group in the country right now is better off than they

were just a few years ago think about that but the Democrats didn't have any

answer to that it's not like they're gonna go out there and argue okay we're

gonna offer these three policies and they're gonna raise your standard of living to a higher

level than president Trump has been able to do they've given up

on that all they have to run on is this shutdown and their opposition to

the wall oh sorry and Trump's a racist that's all they have oh and for an added bonus they

actually believe that this stalemate with a shutdown furnishes them with another political

weapon to guess what further the real Nirvana for Americans because

this is really gonna help your life get better the impeachment agenda yes

Trump's threat to end the shutdown by declaring a national emergency which never happened

in building the wall himself could hasten the Democrats ultimate

desired end this kind of abuse of power may also open up other measures

for Congress because this in fact could hit the tripwire of abuse of power which is also

one of those things that could lead to a presidential impeachment this morning

like wow you're really spinning it out well the Democrats are straining

to squeeze the last bit of political juice from the shutdown the president's doing the

right thing he's focused on the security and the sovereignty of the American

people and their prosperity it's a posture that's good policy but in

time it's also going to prove to be good politics as well mark my words and that's the angle
