Atrove of documents that leaked Tuesday reveal months of back-and-forth between longtime Trump lawyer Michael Cohen and associate Felix Sater about a proposed Trump Moscow tower project – complete with architectural drawings and references to Vladimir Putin

The documents, released by Buzzfeed, show former Trump tower executive Sater pitching the project, lining up financing, touting contacts to Putin in 2015 and 2016, and even praising a Trump press conference clip that he suggests be sent to Putin directly

Included in the documents are sketches of proposed huge skyscraper with 'Trump' emblazoned on it

In one Nov.3, 2015 email Sater touts his own access and influence by invoking Trump daughter Ivanka Trump's visit to Moscow

'Michael I arranged for Ivanka to sit in Putins private chair at his desk and office in the Kremlin I will get Putin on this program and we will get Donald elected,' he writes

Sater also says he 'Loved Putin/Russia reference,' and asks for a clip of a Trump press conference to 'cut into a short clip to be played for Putin

' In a formal letter to Cohen – who has been sentenced to jail after pleading guilty to lying to Congress about the Moscow project as well as campaign finance violations – Russian investor Andrew Rozov describes the tower project, which never advanced beyond a formal letter of intent, in some detail

Cohen is assisting prosecutors.'It was a pleasure speaking with you on Friday.I am excited about the prospect of developing the Trump World Tower Moscow

The building design you sent over is very interesting and will be an architectual and luxury triumph,' he wrote in a letter included in the leak

'I believe the tallest building in Europe should be in Moscow, and I am prepared to build it,' Rozov wrote Sept

29, 2015 in a letter forwarded electronically to Cohen by his financial advisor.At the time Cohen was a top Trump advisor at the Trump Organization, working on financial projects while also giving press advice and serving as a 'fixer' on such matters as women who claimed they had affairs with Trump

In recent months it has been revealed that discussions of the tower project continued through at least the summer of 2016, despite Trump's denials of having any business in Russia

Trump's lawyer Rudy Giuliani has allowed the possibility talks continued through November, although the project never advanced

In January of 2016, at the height of the campaign primary season, the Russia-born Sater wrote Cohen: 'Please get me both yours and DT's travel dates I got another call this morning asking for it,' in reference to a possible trip to Russia

On December 1, 2015, Sater aksed for a copy of Cohen's passport 'for the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs

'Not us,' the lawyer replied in an email.In October of 2015, Sater wrote of 'Kostic,' described a Putin's 'top finance guy and CEO of 2nd largest bank in Russia,' saying he was 'on board and has indicated he would finance Trump Moscow

'He also attached bio material on Andrewy Kostin, the banker he may have been referring to

The documents also include a previously revealed 'Letter of Intent' laying out the details of a proposed business deal

It would allow the building or hotel operator to brand a spa as 'The Spa by Ivanka Trump

' Other than references to Donald Trump's travel and documents, the cache doesn't appear to contain information that would point to Trump's knowledge about the project, or to Donald Trump Jr

's.By December 2015 Sater was asking for Cohen and Trump's passports to line up invitations and visas by VTB Bank 'to discuss financing for Trump Tower Moscow

' But within days the deal was blowing up.'I have invested a lot of personal political capital, time and energy into getting this done

Ivanka Trump is not happy about an exhibition which depicts a look-alike of her vacuuming crumbs thrown at her by gallery visitors

The installation, sponsored by Cultural D.C.and housed less than a mile from the White House, features a 'woman bearing a striking resemblance to that Ivanka, cleaning a plush pink carpet' with a vacuum, a the organization said

Jennifer Rubell, the artist behind the installation, told news outlets the display was meant to explore 'our relationship with Ivanka' while provoking a debate about 'our complicity in her role-playing

' But the First Daughter, 37, was not impressed by the installation and tweeted: 'Women can choose to knock each other down or build each other up

I choose the latter,' the president's daughter and advisor wrote.A press release for the exhibit states that 'Ivanka vacuuming' is inspired by a figure whose public persona incorporates 'an almost comically wide range of feminine identities -- daughter, wife, mother, sister, model, working woman, blonde

' It adds that the installation 'is simultaneously a visual celebration of a contemporary feminine icon; a portrait of our own relationship to that figure; and a questioning of our complicity in her role-playing

' In front of the Ivanka look-alike, viewers will spot a 'white pedestal' with a huge pile of crumbs and visitors are invited to throw more crumbs on top of it

They can then watch 'as Ivanka elegantly vacuums up the mess, her smile never wavering

' On Tuesday Eric Trump defended his sister and criticized the exhibition, saying she 'has done more for women than anyone in Washington D

C.' He told Fox & Friends: 'These leftists called up a modeling agency, saying "you know what, I want to get a nice woman to come stand on a carpet, with a vacuum of all things, so that our people can throw food and crumbs to mimic a powerful woman who has done more for women than probably anyone in Washington, DC

" 'Think about that hypocrisy.They label themselves the quote, unquote 'party of women,' yet they're throwing food, they're throwing garbage at a woman on a carpet holding a vacuum cleaner to mimic someone who really does care and who has fought so hard for women

' Rubell later defended the exhibit and said she wasn't setting out to offend Ivanka Trump

She told Refinery 29: 'Usually the qualities of feminism and femininity are seen in opposition

'Most women clearly lean toward one side or the other in their self-presentation.'Something very interesting about Ivanka — her clothing line, too — is that it seems the goal is to achieve both of these qualities as part of the conversation

'This is something women struggle with, and her conclusion is unusual and interesting

' The artist also defended the component of the exhibit in which visitors throw crumbs towards the model while she vacuums

However others took to Twitter to claim the installation 'is not art, it's sexism

Ronna McDaniel, the chairwoman of the Republican National Committee tweeted: 'Let's be clear

This isn't art — it's sexism.' 'Ivanka Vacuuming' debuted on February 1 and will run until February 17 for two hours a day

Pelosi became the a meme lovers dream when she rose out of her seat to clap vigorously

at the president when he talked about diplomacy and "cooperation, compromise, and the common

good."

This diplomacy came just hours after Trump reportedly called Senate Minority Leader Chuck

Schumer a "nasty son of a bitch."

While there were some discussion about whether Pelosi was genuinely or sarcastically clapping

to Trump's statement, Pelosi's daughter, Christine Pelosi, seemed to have set the record straight

by Wednesday, tweeting "Oh yes that clap took me back to the teen years.

She knows.

And she knows that you know.

And frankly she's disappointed that you thought this would work.

U.S. nuclear envoy in Pyeongyang for working-level talks on second Kim-Trump summit - Duration: 2:13.

Meanwhile, the U.S. Special Representative for North Korea, Stephen Biegun, is in the

North Korean capital for working-level talks with his North Korean counterpart.

It's expected the two sides will discuss some steps Pyeongyang should take to denuclearize...

and what Washington is willing to offer in return.

The U.S. Special Representative for North Korea, Stephen Biegun, arrived in North Korea

on Wednesday... to iron out the details ahead of the upcoming second summit between Kim

Jong-un and President Trump.

According to the U.S. State Department, Biegun will be meeting with his new North Korean

counterpart, Kim Hyok-chol, the North's former ambassador to Spain.

And a South Korean official says there's a high chance that Biegun will spend the night

in North Korea.

These working-level talks are to prepare for the second Kim-Trump summit.

The two sides will be discussing what North Korea should do next and what the U.S. can

give in return.

Last week, speaking at Stanford University, Biegun said... when Secretary Pompeo visited

Pyeongyang in October last year, Kim Jong-un promised to dismantle his regime's plutonium

and uranium enrichment facilities "beyond" those in Yongbyon.

Also, Kim agreed to invite American experts to verify the destruction of the Punggye-ri

nuclear test site.

Biegun also stressed that the U.S. needs to have a full understanding of the North's nuclear

program and ultimately ensure that the relevant materials and weapons are moved out of the

country.

So those are expected to be the U.S. demands to the North.

And in return, it's likely that Washington will offer economic benefits including sanctions

relief.

The Washington Post has previously reported that the U.S. is quietly preparing a special

"economic package" to draw Pyeongyang into denuclearization.

Trump also recently stressed that Kim Jong-un has an opportunity to make North Korea a "tremendous

economic behemoth" if he denuclearizes.

Also on the list could be establishing a joint liaison office, declaring an end to the Korean

War and providing humanitarian aid.
