President Donald Trump is refusing to let go of his border wall funding and is mounting pressure on Democrats to come to a compromise and end the partial government shutdown, which is now the longest in history

Trump started tweeting Saturday morning saying: 'Democrats should come back to Washington and work to end the Shutdown, while at the same time ending the horrible humanitarian crisis at our Southern Border

' He obstinately added: 'I am in the White House waiting for you!' Then the president began to spew some statistics revealing arrests at the border are up 240 percent

'23% of Federal inmates are illegal immigrants.Border arrests are up 240%.In the Great State of Texas, between 2011 & 2018, there were a total of 292,000 crimes by illegal aliens, 539 murders, 32,000 assaults, 3,426 sexual assaults and 3000 weapons charges

Democrats come back!' he wrote.Trump argued that the federal crisis could be solved in a matter of minutes if Democrats would come to him

'Democrats could solve the Shutdown in 15 minutes! Call your Dem Senator or Congresswoman/man

Tell them to get it done! Humanitarian Crisis,' he tweeted Saturday morning.Last week Trump dedicated his first Oval Office address to rallying for his controversial border wall, demanding $5

7billion for the wall.He claimed that illegal crossings at the border have led to a humanitarian and security crises at the Southern border

However, according to an NPR fact check of his address, illegal border crossings in the last fiscal year (ending in September 2018) was actually lower than 2016 and 2014, with the number of illegal crossings peaking in 2000

In his speech he claimed ICE officers made 266,000 arrests of aliens with criminal records including those charged with or convicted of 100,000 assaults, 30,000 sex crimes, and 4,000 violent killings

According to the fact check, the number is correct but is misleading because many of those migrants like committed solely immigration-related offenses rather than all violent crimes

The government officially partially shut down on December 22.Federal workers began to feel the impact of the stand-still on Friday when some 800,000 workers missed their first paycheck

The partial shutdown left 420,000 American workers to be force to work without pay and 380,000 to be furloughed

TSA and customs and border protection agents are some of the thousands of workers were forced to work through the holiday without paychecks

The shutdown entered its 22nd day on Saturday, setting a new record for the longest shutdown in history, surpassing the previous 21-day record set in late 1995, early 1996 during the Clinton administration

Trump has been on a tweeting spree this weekend.Early Saturday morning he launched a furious tirade after he read a New York Times report that revealed the FBI investigated him to determine whether he was a secret Russian agent after he fired FBI Director James Comey

Now, really.

They're all the same thing.

Mace is simply a brand name of a specific company.

Now, I have here

Two different types of mace and one that's branded from pepper spray.

Now, we're gonna first see what these look like

when you actually spray them.

So that's kind of like a pretty solid liquid

which is cool because it seems it sprays pretty far.

That's probably about ten feet.

Okay, so that's the first kind of pepper spray.

Next, this is a Sabre

gel.

Again, and that sucker sprays about the same distance

and then this is the last one made by mace. Oh.

And they're all pretty much the same.

Good job Ryan.

So this is my son, Lincoln. say, what's up, linc.

So, Lincoln is going to spray me with all three types of pepper spray.

Are you excited to see dad cry like a little baby? Okay.

Now after I get sprayed at the pepper spray,

we're gonna see if I can do a little challenge.

Alright, so after I get pepper sprayed,

I'm gonna have to run through this obstacle course.

So first, I'm gonna run

all the way to these sets of cones and back and

Then, I'm gonna have to do 20 push-ups

Then, I'm gonna run through this little football leg thing.

And hopefully, I don't impale myself on a spike.

Let's do it.

I'm not doing any obstacle course.

Okay, so obviously that did not go very well.

I don't know what the hell I was thinking.

I honestly thought that I was gonna be able to run

a freaking obstacle course after getting maced.

So, what did you think Lincoln when you maced me? Was that cool?

Yeah, okay. Doesn't want to talk.

It was cool. So when he sprayed me with the first mace,

So that was kind of the cheaper pepper spray that I found on Amazon.

It hurt.

But it wasn't like overwhelming.

Now, when he shot me with the saber gel,

That stuff hurts

as soon as it hit my face.

So, it must have had like a tear gas in it because it just

Overwhelmed, like my lungs.

Everything.

It sucked.

I had to call my wife.

We were at a park down the road from my house.

Called Tiffany and I said you got to come pick me up

and her response was

You're an idiot.

Okay, I was expecting that.

Took a couple hours for me to get it off of my face.

But you know something that they never tell you

on how when you're trying to treat

Pepper spray is don't take a shower naked.

Yeah, that's right.

I wash the pepper spray and mace off of my face,

and then it simply went down.

Let me tell you.

If you think mace hurts your eyes,

it hurts your whoa

Oh, whoa,

we're not gonna talk about that right now.

humanitarian crisis they turn it into this mocking tone what crisis there's no

crisis here look at this wall I mean they're the biggest hypocrites it is

hard not to despite it's hard to like them it's easy to despise the problem is

that Obama called this a humanitarian crisis Trump tweeted that out and the

media is on record so many times as having defended him and so many times as

having come in to defend Chuck Schumer and all those Democrats that voted for

border security that now they're panicked about how they can flip that

now to hate Trump for espousing the very same things that all those Democrats did

that the media backed them up on that's their problem I don't get that at all so

the media of all of them gather down there to look at the photo-op here and

you have the Border Patrol and they make an announcement that 90% of the traffic

comes in this sector where there's no barrier okay six only six percent of the

McAllen Acosta wasted no time in proving once and for all that walls don't work
