RESIGNATION ON THE WAY,DONALD TRUMP DROPS HUGE B0MB ON MUELLER

Since he began his investigation over a year ago, Robert Mueller has discredited himself

countless times.

With no real evidence of collusion, he has been desperately looking for any possible

leads to make Trump look bad.

And he just found his new lead, and what he did next is truly a new low for Robert Mueller.

Going after anybody close to President Trump isn't a new thing for Robert Mueller.

He's gone after friends, family, and his political mentors.

But all of the people he has gone after have all at least loosely been involved in his

political venture towards the presidency.

His newest target, however, has not.

Allen Weisselberg is the Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of the Trump Organization.

He has long been one of the most trusted business associates of Donald Trump.

He is perhaps the most valuable person who works for Trump, and when he assumed office,

Weisselberg was the only person who was not in the Trump family who took control of his

financial assets and business interests.

Being described as the man who knows "where all the financial bodies are buried" in

Trump's business empire, Robert Mueller seems very interested in him.

That's why Weisselberg has been asked to testify before a federal grand jury in the

investigation of Donald Trump's former attorney Michael Cohen.

Mueller's interest in Weisselberg began after his name was mentioned by Cohen in the

private conversation he recorded, which was leaked to CNN.

That conversation did not uncover any wrongdoing, but that doesn't matter to Mueller.

At this point it seems that Mueller's one goal is to create a media narrative that Trump

colluded with Russia, and to do so, he must create as much circumstantial evidence as

possible.

Questioning everybody close to him helps do that.

This is proven by the fact that Mueller's investigation into Cohen doesn't have to

do with the President colluding with Russia.

The same can be said about Trump's former campaign chairman Paul Manafort, who is currently

in jail for crimes unrelated to Trump.

But despite those facts, when the media mentions Michael Cohen or Paul Manafort, they always

tie the two to Mueller's Russia investigation.

In the eyes of someone who only watches CNN or MSNBC, they may have no idea that them

being investigated has nothing to do with collusion.

It appears that Mueller is trying to do the same with at least one high-level official

in the Trump Organization.

Weisselberg was not involved in Trump's presidential campaign, yet he is under fire

from Mueller.

This simply shows how desperate Mueller is to find something on Trump.

After running his investigation for over a year, he hasn't released anything proving

that Trump colluded with Russia.

The American people are finally coming around to that fact, with Mueller's approval rating

being at the lowest level it has ever been.

Only time will tell when his investigation will end, but it seems that Trump might not

even care about that anymore.

In the past, Mueller had high approval, but now Trump has a much higher approval than

Mueller does.

Do you think that Robert Mueller should end his investigation?

Burger King Trolls Donald Trump for Misspelling Hamburgers in Tweet: 'We're All Out of Hamberders' - Duration: 4:45.

Burger King wants to make one thing clear: they offer both hamburgers and withering jokes.

On Tuesday morning, President Donald Trump proudly shared on Twitter that he had served the Clemson University football team a massive spread of hamburgers, french fries and pizza from several fast food chains, including Burger King.

"Great being with the National Champion Clemson Tigers last night at the White House. Because of the Shutdown I served them massive amounts of Fast Food (I paid), over 1000 hamberders etc. Within one hour, it was all gone. Great guys and big eaters!" he wrote in a since-deleted tweet, which was captured by Josh Sternberg.

But less than an hour later, Burger King jokingly sent out a tweet of their own and called out Trump, 72, for misspelling one very important item on their menu.

"due to a large order placed yesterday, we're all out of hamberders. just serving hamburgers today," the fast food chain wrote, mocking the President's spelling error.

Their humorous tweet sent the Internet into a frenzy, with many users suggesting the chain consider switching their official name to "Berder King," while others created mock logos for the restaurant.

"This is A- trolling. A would be changing their username to Berder King," tweeted one user.

"This is a Whopper of a tweet," added someone else.

"No better #hamberder shade has ever been thrown. You're not the King for nothing!" wrote another person.

Trump has since re-tweeted the same message on his account with the correct spelling of "hamburger."

In addition to food from Burger King, the Clemson team — who were visiting the White House on Monday to celebrate their national championship victory — were also served food from McDonald's, Wendy's, and Domino's.

With the White House kitchen staff furloughed due to the shutdown of the federal government, the president relied on the fast food chains to provide a "large" and "American" meal to the South Carolina team.

The fast food — laid out on silver platters across a candelabra-lit table in the State Dining Room — was paid for by Trump personally, he claimed to reporters.

"Because of the shutdown, you know we have the great Clemson team with us, the national champions. So we went out and we ordered American fast food, paid for by me," Trump said, CNN reported. "Lots of hamburgers, lots of pizza. … We have some very large people that like eating. So I think we're going to have a little fun."

Added deputy press secretary Hogan Gidley to CNN in a statement: "The President wanted to host a fun event to celebrate the College Football National Champion Clemson Tigers. Because the Democrats refuse to negotiate on border security, much of the residence staff at the White House is furloughed, so the President is personally paying for the event to be catered with some of everyone's favorite fast foods."

Trump certainly seemed happy with how things to turned out. To celebrate, the former host — who has claimed in the past to be a big fan of fast food himself — posed behind the table for photographers, beaming with pride.

He called the smorgasbord "great American food," CNN reported. "If it's American, I like it," he said. "It's all American stuff."

Later, Trump told the Clemson team that he had bought "1,000" food items, reported.

"We have Big Macs, we have Quarter Pounders with cheese, we have everything that I like, that you like," he said. "And I know no matter what we did, there's nothing you could have that's better than that."

Sergey Lavrov Responds CBS About Trump's Ties to Russia - Duration: 7:10.

There were a lot of questions in the United States over the fact that President Donald Trump did not share the content of his conversations with President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin, including with his official representatives.

Is the Kremlin influencing the transparency of these conversations?

It is difficult for me to comment on what is happening in the United States and President Trump accused of being a Russian agent. I would say this is a lowering of the standards of journalism for the American press and a thankless job.

I cannot believe that journalists in the United States sincerely and professionally deal with these problems. There is such a thing as the culture of diplomacy, the culture of negotiations, the culture of communication at the interstate level.

This implies following the decorum, approaches and norms accepted in each of the parties in interstate relations. As far as I know, the US Constitution authorises the President to set and carry out the country's foreign policy.

We know that this right is now being attacked by Congress. They write a lot about this, including your colleagues.

But this does not make these attacks constitutional or legitimate. I will not comment on the actions taken by the US Administration in accordance with the President's and his Administration's powers.

Since you have raised this topic, I would like to make the following point. Maria Butina is charged with having certain subversive motives for her interactions with Americans.

They could charge literally any Russian citizen, a public official or someone like Butina, who wants to receive an education and interact with American and other foreign colleagues.

They get accused of espionage and promotion of certain goals that are illegitimate and contrary to the interests of the United States.

But if you look at the circle of contacts of American diplomats in Moscow, the scope of their Russian acquaintances, you will see that the Russians, who are under illegal American sanctions, are primary targets for the attention of American diplomats.

Yet, no one charges US diplomats for communicating with people they are prohibited to contact and who are barred from entering the United States as outcasts.

There is another example of the absurdity of what is happening. Prosecutor Robert Mueller has been working for almost two years now. He interviewed dozens, if not hundreds of people, but found no leaks that would confirm alleged collusion between US President Donald Trump and the Russian Federation.

No facts and no leaks were presented, which is very strange for the American political system. Leaks usually happen instantly there.

There have been some; several facts have been mentioned regarding Ukraine's involvement in the US election campaign, but not Russia.

Here is one example. Michael Flynn served as President Trump's national security adviser for several days. I read with interest what he was specifically accused of.

Prosecutor Mueller accused him of two things: first, Flynn called Russian Ambassador Sergey Kislyak before President Trump's inauguration and asked him not to reciprocate in response to the sanctions that Barack Obama imposed on Russia in the last days of his presidency, urged us not to take the path of escalation and confrontation.

Was that so bad? Was it against the interests of the American people or the American government that a potential member of the administration urged us not to harm the American diplomatic mission in the Russian Federation, not to take away property or expel diplomats?

This was one accusation against Flynn. The second charge against him was that he also asked Ambassador Kislyak to influence Moscow's position on the resolution discussed in the UN Security Council, which required Israel to stop building new settlements in the occupied territories.

Since the Obama administration decided not to block adoption of this resolution and, unlike in the previous cases, to abstain rather than vote it down, Flynn, according to Mueller, asked the Russian side to veto this anti-Israeli resolution.

I am not talking about the substance of the mater right now, whether it was necessary to adopt that resolution or not. But he essentially called on the Russian side to defend the position that the United States had been promoting in the UN for decades.

Here are two accusations against this person. I do not know what sentence he will get. But the absurdity of the situation is obvious to me.

This is just one example of the bacchanalia going on around the so-called Russian dossier.

Steve Carell and Greg Daniels Co-Create Netflix Comedy About Trump's 'Space Force' | THR News - Duration: 1:48.

"To immediately begin the process necessary to establish a space force

as the sixth branch of the Armed Forces."

President Donald Trump's idea for a space force as the sixth branch of the military

has inspired many things - ridicule, mostly - but now it has inspired greatness in the form

of Steve Carell and 'The Office' creator Greg Daniels reuniting for a Netflix series!

The streamer has handed out a straight-to-series order for 'Space Force,' co-created

by Carell and Daniels. Carell will star in the series, which is described as a workplace

comedy centered around the people tasked with creating a sixth branch of the armed

services — Space Force.

"Think about this, what is the most exciting thing that can happen on TV or in movies or in real life? Somebody has a gun."

Daniels will executive produce alongside Carell and 3 Arts' Howard Klein, with the trio

reuniting following their collaboration on NBC's 'The Office.' An episode count has not

yet been determined as scripts for the comedy have yet to be written. The show was not

shopped anywhere else other than Netflix. 'Space Force' is Carell's latest TV venture

and his first long-term commitment since he wrapped his seven-season run on

NBC's 'The Office' - which now ranks as one of Netflix's most-watched acquired series.

"I kidnapped the President's son and held him for ransom."

The actor has been busy starring in features such as 'Beautiful Boy,' 'Vice' and

'Welcome to Marwen,' but has also signed a one year deal as the male lead in

Apple's Jennifer Aniston/Reese Witherspoon morning drama which is as yet untitled

but was picked up with a straight-to-series, two-season 20-episode order.

'Space Force' becomes the latest space-themed series at Netflix, joining Jason

Katims-Matt Reeves drama 'Away' and the 'Lost in Space' revival.

Trump's Economic Advisers Double Their Shutdown Cost Projections: Reports - News Today - Duration: 3:22.

President Donald Trump's economic advisers predict the ongoing partial government shutdown will have a substantially worse impact on the U.S. economy this quarter than they originally estimated, The New York Times and CNBC reported Tuesday.

The shutdown, which entered its 25th day on Wednesday, slashes quarterly economic growth by 0.13 percentage points for every week it lasts, Kevin Hassett, the chairman of the Council of Economic Advisers, told the Times.

The CEA originally calculated a 0.1 percentage point loss every two weeks. The agency's latest calculation means the economy has already lost about half a percentage point since the shutdown began on Dec. 22, according to the Times.

Over 800,000 federal employees across several agencies, including the Department of Homeland Security and the Interior Department, have been furloughed or, if deemed essential, continue to work without pay during the shutdown.

Federal workers will likely receive retroactive pay once the government reopens, but many are struggling to pay rent and buy necessities in the interim. Government contractors are unlikely to get back pay for work they've missed.

The shutdown has a domino effect on communities across the country. Financially strapped federal workers are likely to spend less, which has left some businesses reeling.

And there appears to be no end in sight for the shutdown ― the longest such closure in U.S. history. Trump has vowed to veto a spending bill that would reopen federal agencies affected by the shutdown if it does not include more than $5 billion for his long-promised wall along the U.S.-Mexico border. Democrats have steadfastly rejected his demand, calling the wall ineffective and immoral.

Hassett on Tuesday continued to blame Democrats for the shutdown, which Trump said in December he would be "proud" to take the blame for. The CEA chair claimed the economy will take a big hit from the shutdown this quarter but likely will rebound in the future.

"In the fullness of time, this should not have a long-run effect on GDP growth," Hassett told Fox Business Network. "It's something that is going to be very painful this quarter."

But some business executives and financial experts believe the shutdown could have long-lasting economic repercussions. JPMorgan Chase CEO Jamie Dimon told reporters Tuesday that the budget stalemate could gut the economy.

"Someone estimated that if it goes on for the whole quarter, it can reduce growth to zero," Dimon said. "We just have to deal with that. It's more of a political issue than anything else."
