Hispanic Judge Goes Rogue On Democrats, Approves Trump's Border Wall Construction

Americans were slightly in shock when a Hispanic judge made a judgment that awarded President

Donald Trump a victory in the case for the construction of the border wall between the

United States and Mexico.

Trump and much of his administration have pushed for the ability to construct a barrier

to prevent or slow the rate of, illegal immigrants from entering the country without following

the current immigration laws.

The federal judge ruled against the group of liberals who claimed that Trump's administrative

team was abusive in their ability to waive requirements of environmental standards in

lieu to build the wall.

The obstruction came from primarily leftist groups hailing from California.

Judge Gonzalo Curiel, who works out of South California, provided Trump just one more victory

in regards to the wall and the groups battling against it are not happy.

Curiel essentially said that Trump's team had acted within their rights they can continue

working on plans for the massive border wall which was a large part of Trump's campaign

trail in 2016.

Many people wanted the wall after being victims of illegal immigrants who commit a crime.

The thought was that America has plenty of its own criminals, so it would only benefit

the country to enforce the current border laws and ensure everyone is on the same page

in regards to the law.Joe Saunders from the Conservative Tribune wrote more about the

judgment that has many Democrats in an uproar: "Both Congress and the Executive share responsibilities

in protecting the country from terrorists and contraband illegally entering at the borders.

Border barriers, roads, and detection equipment help provide a measure of deterrence against

illegal entries," Curiel wrote.Congress delegated to its executive counterpart, the

responsibility to construct border barriers as needed in areas of high illegal entry to

detect and deter illegal entries.

In an increasingly complex and changing world, this delegation avoids the need for Congress

to pass a new law to authorize the construction of every border project."

Those are pretty definitive statements.

And considering that the opposition, according to ABC News, was built on threats the wall

allegedly poses to endangered species like the Quino checkerspot butterfly, the Riverside

fairy shrimp and the Pacific pocket mouse, they're pretty tough to argue with.

So it was a convincing win.

But what makes it even more satisfying for the Trump side is the judge in the case, Gonzalo

Curiel, is the same judge Trump famously tangled with on the campaign when Curiel was presiding

over a lawsuit filed by students from the now-defunct Trump University."

Curiel's ruling was slightly controversial mainly because he and Trump had a slight clash

in 2016.

Their issue was an accusation that Curiel was biased due to his Mexican background.

That turned into an enormous outrage by many liberals on social media who resorted to labeling

Donald Trump as a racist.

Regardless of the accusations of Curiel's potential to sway judgments based on his heritage,

the clash between Trump and Curiel seemed to dwindle into a nothing-burger, but was

slightly maintained by numerous leftists on social media.

CNN reported more details on the judgment by Curiel:

"The groups had challenged DHS' move to expedite construction of the prototypes and

replacement fencing in San Diego on a number of grounds.

The collection of lawsuits from the environmental advocacy organizations and the state of California

argued that the Trump administration's waiver wasn't allowed by the law that created the

overarching authority and that the authority itself violated the Constitution.

Curiel rejected each argument, saying the law and the nature of the border clearly give

the DHS broad authority to build border barriers.

"Both Congress and the Executive share responsibilities in protecting the country from terrorists

and contraband illegally entering at the borders.

Border barriers, roads, and detection equipment help provide a measure of deterrence against

illegal entries," Curiel wrote.

"With section 102, Congress delegated to its executive counterpart, the responsibility

to construct border barriers as needed in areas of high illegal entry to detect and

deter illegal entries.

In an increasingly complex and changing world, this delegation avoids the need for Congress

to pass a new law to authorize the construction of every border project."

The debate over a proposed border wall between USA and Mexico will carry on for quite a while

as both sides fail to come to an agreement that benefits everyone.

Many Americans want the wall to protect civilians from those who wish to commit a crime, do

harm, or abuse the welfare system which has been very generous and caused a mass amount

of entitlement.

Others negate the concept of the wall because they wish for an open border policy.

Those who wish for the open border policy are often instructed to look at places like

Germany, Sweden, and France to see how their policies have resulted in mass upheavals of

crime and destruction.

World War three Russia blasts Donald Trump for aggressive policy to arm

allies with nukes the u.s. is breaking the treaty on the non-proliferation by

training non-nuclear European nations how to use tactical nukes against Russia

in what is described as a hostile act according to Russian Foreign Minister

Sergei Lavrov mr. Lavrov comments were made at a session of the UN conference

on disarmament in Geneva on Wednesday in which he criticized the u.s. deployment

of tactical nuclear weapons in Europe as well as the involvement of non-nuclear

States and training programs Russia's critical stance of the u.s. is that it

is training non-nuclear NATO allies on how to use American nuclear weapons

which Moscow considers a breach of the nuclear non-proliferation treaty NPT mr.

Lavrov said everybody should understand that the US military is preparing the

militaries of European states to use tactical nuclear weapons against Russia

he added that Russia had not deployed any nuclear weapons and did not test

them unlike the US which has taken an aggressive position last April the

Russian Foreign Ministry complained about what is calls joint nuclear

missions and says the US has many nuclear sites in Europe as well as

giving training to European countries the Foreign Ministry issued a statement

last April saying Washington's approach to compliance with its obligations under

the treaty on the non-proliferation of nuclear weapons NPT is still of great

concern the US and its non-nuclear NATO allies continue their nuclear skill

training as part of the so-called nuclear sharing this is a serious

violation of articles 1 & 2 of the NPT article I of the NPT says nuclear States

cannot transfer nuclear weapons or other nuclear explosive devices or control

over such weapons to any recipient either directly or indirectly dot

article 2 prohibits non-nuclear States from receiving the weapons

mr. Lavrov repeated Russia's position on Wednesday saying these initiatives we

see on the part of the US do not promote non-proliferation they promote the

deterioration of the full implementation of it the treaty Russia has long

objected to the deployment of NATO missile defense systems in Eastern

Europe it claims that it is not designed to prevent an attack from Iran but to

neutralized Moscow's nuclear arsenal dot but NATO and the u.s. deny the

accusation the Foreign Minister said Russia had reduced its nuclear arsenal

by 85 percent compared to the Cold War era the u.s. stores an estimated 200 of

its p-61 nuclear bombs in countries including Germany Belgium Italy the

Netherlands and Turkey as part of NATO's nuclear sharing program also the u.s. is

upgrading the b61 to make it more flexible dot russia claims the nuclear

weapons are necessary to counter NATO's overwhelming superiority in conventional

arms the Russian minister said nuclear disarmament was impossible without

taking into account factors which destabilized strategic stability and

international security today mr. Lavrov concluded as we all know these nuclear

missions violate the non-proliferation treaty and non-nuclear States plan and

take part in the u.s. exercises and learn how to use the nuclear weapons

Trump Fires 'Treasonous' FBI Agents Who Colluded With Clinton - Duration: 13:33.

Trump Fires 'Treasonous' FBI Agents Who Colluded With Clinton

President Trump has fired senior FBI agents who he says colluded with the Clinton campaign

to exonerate Hillary during the email investigation.

According to reporter Sharyl Attkisson, Trump has purged 8 high ranking DOJ and FBI officials

for committing treason against America.

Thegatewaypundit.com reports: "8 high ranking DOJ/FBI officials have been removed, reassigned

or are rumored to be leaving incl. top agents who worked on 2 high-profile probes: Clinton

mishandling of classified info, and Trump-Russia collusion investigation,"Attkisson tweeted

on Tuesday.

The reporter did not elaborate on the rumbling, but with all that has occurred, it would not

be surprising to see more top FBI officials leave.

The timing of Attkisson's tweet is interesting for two reasons.

First, McCabe is set to retire early next year after a barrage of attacks for his corruption.

McCabe's retirement announcement comes on the heels of a major shake up at the FBI;

Wray just removed Comey "confidant" and suspected leaker James Baker from his top

post as general counsel.

President Trump blasted Andrew McCabe for his overt corruption and accused him of racing

the clock to retire with full benefits with only 90 days to go.

With Comey and McCabe out, Baker reassigned, and more FBI officials gone, a self-drainage

of the Swamp appears to be in motion.

Second, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Devin Nunes is seriously considering compiling

a 'warts and all,' report detailing alleged corruption at the FBI.

It's plausible the agents rumored to be heading for the door will be included in Nunes'

report and rather than face political headwinds, they'll resign instead.

As of late, we have watched Republican lawmakers point a lot of fingers and toss out a bunch

of theories as to who should be held responsible for sourcing, procuring and disseminating

the discredited 'Trump dossier.'

A new report reveals lawmakers are secretly building a criminal case against top Justice

Department and FBI officials for mishandling "the contents of a dossier that describes

alleged ties between President Donald Trump and Russia."

President Trump Announces Steel And Aluminum Tariffs - Duration: 0:38.

President Donald Trump says the U.S. will place tariffs on steel and aluminum imports

next week.

This announcement came at a last-minute "listening session" with steel and aluminum company executives,

who support the tariffs.

Trump said there will be a 25 percent tariff for steel and a 10 percent tariff for aluminum.

The move appears to be a push by the president to make trade deals more beneficial to U.S.

companies.

It's unclear if the tariffs will apply to all countries.

But this could set off a trade war with major powers like China and the European Union.

Politico notes members of the Trump administration are concerned tariffs would upset key allies.

On this episode of China Uncensored,

is it getting cold in here?

Or is it just your cold war mentality?

Hi, welcome to China Uncensored,

I'm your host Chris Chappell.

China reacts to "the biggest, best State of the Union, ever."

It was an hour and 20 minutes long,

way longer than a typical tweet.

Of course, you're just watching to see

if you get name dropped.

And China's did.

Right alongside Russia.

And terrorist groups.

"Around the world,

we face rogue regimes,

terrorist groups,

and rivals like China and Russia

that challenge our interests,

our economy,

and our values."

Now why do you have to be like that?

China's fine.

It won't try to block America's new moment,

as state-run Xinhua says.

But also, if the US doesn't stop

this kind of Cold War mentality,

there's going to be problems.

"We hope the US can abandon Cold War mentality

and outdated zero-sum game ideas,

treat China and US-China relations properly."

Yeah, treat US-China relations properly.

Like, stop talking about intellectual property theft.

"And we will protect American workers

and American intellectual property,

through strong enforcement of our trade rules."

Because we all know who Trump's talking about—

without naming names.

It's about stopping the Chinese Communist Party

from stealing an estimated $5 trillion dollars a year

in American innovation.

That is such a Cold War mentality.

And of course,

no speech in front of a crowd by Trump would be complete

without a reference to Rocket Man.

"We need only look at the depraved character

of the North Korean regime

to understand the nature of the nuclear threat

it could pose to America and to our allies."

Of course the Chinese regime

might agree with President Trump on that one.

Let's just say China is not known

for its environment of open debate.

But academics have been given a free pass

to debate what to do about North Korea.

Of course that courtesy has not been

extended to the general public.

And its seems like President Trump

may have successfully driven a wedge between

the former best Communist neighbors.

According to this South Korean newspaper,

North Korea has banned Chinese retail products.

I guess beggars can be choosers.

So what's your reaction to China's reaction

to President Trump's State of the Union address?

Leave your comments below.

Thanks for watching this episode of China Uncensored.

news alert Trump silenced the room when he walked

up to Billy Graham's casket alone deeply respected evangelical leader and

compassionate contributor to our world Billy Graham is lining in honor today at

the US Capitol he is the first religious leader in

history to have done so as well as just a fourth private citizen to be given the

privilege the most powerful people and the US government came to pay their

respects to this incredible ambassador for Jesus Christ including President

Donald Trump with Graham's casket in the center of the Capitol rotunda surrounded

by his family special guests and important leaders in our nation

President Trump and First Lady Melania Trump entered two room together the

first couple walked toward the casket pausing just a couple of feet before the

approaching when Trump stepped forward on his own God Trump reached out to

Graham's casket and from that point on it seemed that it was just the president

and the evangelical leader in the room alone together then for the next 10

seconds the room fell silent watching what the president did during a deeply

personal moment with the Reverend before Trump got his personal time with Graham

to pay his respects he spoke to everyone in attendance this morning short remarks

were given by speaker Ryan leader McConnell and president Trump Trump

called Graham an ambassador for Christ who reminded the world of the power of

prayer and the gift of God's grace daily caller reported dot while some may

discredit or questioned Trump's sincerity in this moment between our

nation's leader and this incredible religious leader there's no denying the

emotion felt in the Rotunda this morning during this very special 10 seconds

what's also of note is that while Trump took the time which he considered to be

an honor to pay his respects to a man who made an immense difference in this

world former President Barack Obama has

decided not to attend Graham's upcoming funeral President Trump will be in

attendance there as well as previously reported about Barack Obama's

whereabouts after using an invitation to attend the

incredible event to pay his respects we learned that former President Barack

Hussein Obama will not be attending the funeral or memorial service for the

legendary Christian minister Billy Graham at least three of the president's

alive today and our current president Donald Trump will be at the North

Carolina funeral in order to pay their respects and I think it's safe to say

there would be even more if it wasn't for health issues some of our past

presidents are having because of their advanced stages but Barack Obama who is

young and healthy can't take a day off from his busy schedule of trying to

overthrow President Trump and get elected to the UN in order to attend

this wonderful man's funeral has been a long-standing staple in American history

a true legend in his own time Graham's minutes

South Korea to send special envoy to North Korea, Moon tells Trump - Duration: 2:40.

President Moon Jae-in plans to send a special envoy to North Korea.

A detailed announcement could be made as early as next week.

Our chief Cheongwadae correspondent Moon Connyoung starts us off with ongoing efforts to keep

the peaceful momentum going.

South Korea will send a special envoy to North Korea to follow up on a visit by the sister

of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un to the South last month.

That's what South Korean President Moon Jae-in told his U.S. counterpart Donald Trump during

a late night phone conversation Thursday, the first direct contact between the two leaders

since the rare high-level visits by North Korea across the border in recent weeks.

The presidential office suggested the decision was part of an effort to continue diplomatic

momentum after a series of exchanges between the two Koreas around the Winter Olympics

which wrapped up on Sunday.

Stating that Presidents Moon and Trump discussed the latest engagement between the two Koreas...

the Blue House said the two allies agreed to "maintain and push forward" the momentum

of inter-Korean talks and continue to make efforts towards denuclearization of the Korean

Peninsula.

The White House released a similar statement hours later... but with a slightly different

tone... saying the two leaders noted their strong position that any dialogue with North

Korea must be conducted with the explicit and unwavering goal of complete, verifiable,

and irreversible denuclearization.

Mr. Moon, who advocates dialogue with the North to defuse tensions, have urged both

Washington and Pyongyang to give ground to allow for talks.

In sending a special envoy to Pyongyang, the South Korean leader told the U.S. president

that he would be seeking to reciprocate for the senior delegations from North Korea...

including the sister of the North Korean leader, which marked the first visit by a member of

the North's ruling bloodline since the Korean War in the early 1950s.

She traveled with an invitation from her brother for President Moon to visit Pyongyang for

an inter-Korean summit.

The South Korean leader has not yet agreed to the summit... but observers say Seoul's

dispatch of a special envoy to the North could clear the way for a potential summit between

the two Koreas.

Seoul has not identified who the special envoy would be or when the trip would take place

but, sources in the Blue House say President Moon is looking at no later than mid-March

to send North his envoy.

Despite the developments, however, the situation on the Korean Peninsula remains highly volatile

and the possibility of a breakthrough crossborder summit still murky... given the possibility

of joint South Korea-U.S. military drills resuming after the PyeongChang Winter Paralympics

which runs from March 9 to the 18th.

Trump says U.S. to impose steel, aluminum tariffs next week - Duration: 2:20.

Our top story this afternoon..

U.S. President Donald Trump says he will sign off on steep tariffs on steel and aluminum

imports next week, hitting producers like South Korea and China.

The Dow Jones industrial average slumped after the announcement amid fears of a trade war.

Park Jong-hong reports.

President Trump has made it clear that steel and aluminum exports to the U.S. will be subject

to tariffs of 25 and 10 percent, respectively.

Trump is slated to sign an executive order next week making it official.

The plan was unveiled after a White House meeting with industry executives on Thursday.

President Trump added the move is aimed at propping up the U.S. industry and creating

jobs for American workers.

"It'll be 25 percent for steel.

It'll be 10 percent for aluminum.

And it'll be for a long period of time.

... We'll be signing it in and you will have protection for the first time in a long while.

And you've got to re-grow your industries."

He also said U.S. companies had been 'decimated' and had been treated unfairly by other countries

for decades.

Analysts say it's unclear whether the rates of 25 percent for steel and 10 percent for

aluminum will be instituted across the board or have some exceptions.

Trade sources in Washington think the rates would not apply to Canada which hires a number

of American workers.

In any case, if the rate turns out to be final, South Korea will be letting out a sigh of

relief as the U.S. Commerce Department had initially suggested dropping a tariff bomb

of more than 53 percent on 12 countries, including Korea.

Following Canada and Brazil, South Korea is the third largest exporter of steel to the

U.S. with last year's export volume estimated at three-point-six-five million tons.

Critics say Trump's measures will fail to boost jobs and even risk stoking a trade war

with China.

Beijing has already threatened to curb U.S. imports of soybeans and the European Union

says it will consider taking action as well.

Why Trump Is Wrong About Offshore Drilling - Duration: 3:32.

(upbeat music)

- [Brian Palmer, NRDC] In 1896, drillers struck oil

in 35 feet of water off the Santa Barbara coast.

It kicked off more than a century

of arguing about the oil and gas

buried in the continental shelf.

In January, the Trump administration announced a plan

to expose almost the entire U.S. coastline to drilling.

To understand why this decision shocked people,

you have to understand a little about

how the process is supposed to work

and how the Trump administration basically ignored it.

In the late 1970s, the Interior Department

divided the coast into 26 segments.

Since then, every few years,

the department is supposed to examine

whether it makes sense to allow drilling

in each of these areas.

And take this one.

Drilling would threaten Atlantic coastal communities,

which rely on fishing and tourism.

So most administrations have taken this out.

Alaska's Bristol Bay hosts

the world's greatest salmon fishery,

so this one usually comes out, too.

After each round of decisions,

the administration is required

to seek feedback from other parts of the federal government,

state officials, and the public.

Maybe the military asks to eliminate portions of this block,

because oil exploration would

interfere with naval activities.

Maybe Californians ask to protect this area,

because it's home to endangered whales.

There are lots of reasons not to drill for oil

along the U.S. coastline.

Presidents can also place moratoria

on drilling in certain areas,

as the first President Bush,

President Clinton, and President Obama all did.

That can take them off the map permanently.

Most administrations have decided not to allow leasing

along the vast majority of the coast,

in part because Congress prohibited drilling

in most areas up until 2008.

These are the only segments where George H. W. Bush

allowed leasing in 1992.

This is Bill Clinton's map from 1997.

This is what George W. Bush did.

And this is the most recent plan

completed by President Obama in 2016:

He only considered drilling leases

in these three segments in the Gulf

and this one in Alaska.

In President Trump's draft plan,

he excluded this one-nothing else.

That's right.

Under Trump's current proposal,

drilling can happen almost anywhere in American waters.

Why would he do that?

Well, while citizens, politicians, and admirals are

telling the administration where not to drill,

oil executives are clamoring to drill everywhere.

They say things like this.

- [Oil Executive] The industries reliance

on advanced state-of-the-art technology

ensures that we can safely and responsibly

develop the vast oil and gas resources off our coast.

- [Palmer] You hear that enough times,

and it becomes hard to resist.

Here's President Obama,

one of the most environmentally friendly presidents

in modern American history on April 2, 2010.

- [President Obama] It turns out, by the way,

that oil rigs today generally don't cause spills.

They are technologically very advanced.

- [Palmer] Eighteen days later, this happened.

The oil impacted communities in five states

across 1,300 miles of U.S. coastline.

President Obama learned a lesson

from the Deepwater Horizon: There will always be spills.

That's why near the end of his term,

he banned drilling forever in most of the Arctic

and important parts of the Atlantic.

This is also why governors in most coastal states

oppose Trump's plan.

Drilling would threaten their economies

and the communities that rely on coastal waters.

Two-hundred municipalities, 1,200 local officials,

and 40,000 coastal businesses

have spoken out against offshore drilling in their areas.

By proposing to drill just about everywhere,

President Trump is ignoring not only these people-

and the permanent legal limitations instituted

by past administrations-

he's also ignoring the lessons of history.

Remember those Santa Barbara wildcatters?

They drilled for six years,

then left the beach covered in oil.

There will always be spills.

Trump Hammers Do-Nothing Attorney General Jeff Sessions With 1 Brutal Word - Duration: 4:36.

Trump Hammers Do-Nothing Attorney General Jeff Sessions With 1 Brutal Word

Attorney General Jeff Sessions and his Department of Justice have known about the FISA abuse

conducted by former President Barack Obama and his administration for a long time.

It's embarrassing for our country to see Sessions drag his feet for several months,

then make a heartless announcement that his Inspector General Michael Horowitz will look

into the FISA abuse scandal.

President Donald Trump was infuriated with Jeff Sessions' announcement and went straight

to Twitter to hammer our do-nothing Attorney General for his incompetence and unwillingness

to do his job the right way.

"Why is A.G. Jeff Sessions asking the Inspector General to investigate potentially massive

FISA abuse," Trump tweeted, adding it "Will take forever, has no prosecutorial power and

already late with reports on Comey etc.

Isn't the I.G. an Obama guy?

Why not use Justice Department lawyers?

DISGRACEFUL!"

Why is A.G. Jeff Sessions asking the Inspector General to investigate potentially massive

FISA abuse.

Will take forever, has no prosecutorial power and already late with reports on Comey etc.

Isn't the I.G. an Obama guy?

Why not use Justice Department lawyers?

DISGRACEFUL!"Disgraceful" is the perfect word to use when describing Sessions' performance

since the day he was sworn in.

It is entirely disgraceful that Sessions knew he was going to recuse himself from the Russia

investigation and let Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein continue Barack Obama's illegal

political war against Trump.

Sessions knew he was giving the power of his office over to a deep state operative and

that Special Counsel Robert Mueller would do everything in his power to diminish Trump's

administration.

I could add "sickening" and "treasonous" to the list of words which would adequately

describe Sessions' conduct as our Attorney General.

According to Daily Caller, Judge Andrew Napolitano recently appeared on Fox Business Network's

Varney & Co to join Trump in bashing Sessions for his complete and utter failure to do his

job.

In a furious rant, Napolitano told Fox Business News anchor Stuart Varney, "That's going

to take forever," referring to the Inspector General investigating the FISA abuse carried

out by the Obama administration.

"The Inspector General cannot indict, the Inspector General only reports whether or

not internal justice department…regulations have been violated," he added.

"Give it to a team of FBI agents and let them investigate whether or not the law was

violated!" he then exclaimed.

"That's what the president is commenting on."

When Varney asked Napolitano if he was dissatisfied with the Attorney General, Napolitano replied,

"Do we still have an Attorney General?"

adding, "I feel badly about this personally…because he's my friend, but he seems to be not there…all

he seems to be doing is making speeches, not running the DOJ.

I think the president shares that frustration."The President isn't the only person who feels

negatively about Jeff Sessions.

Millions of American patriots, who thought he would do an outstanding job as Attorney

General, were shocked to see him recuse himself after he was sworn in and literally stand

aside.

Jeff Sessions is like having a "diet" Attorney General or an Attorney General "lite."

Judge Napolitano was right when he asserted that Sessions seems only to be interested

in making empty speeches while Rod Rosenstein wields the real power at the Department of

Justice.

In all honesty, it's infuriating to see Sessions act as an insulator between the deep

state and justice.

The bottom line is that Sessions has used his position to protect the interests of Barack

Obama and corrupt individuals within the government while he should have been using his position

to serve the American people and help our President drain the swamp.

It's time for Sessions to step down and get out of the way before he becomes an accomplice

to criminal wrongdoing.
