MAGA Trump�s White House Comes Forward With Details Behind Memo Release

It used to be that during the week of the president�s State of the Union, Washington

would stop and consider it for a while.

Welcome to the modern news cycle, however, where it barely took a day for the president�s

speech (a darn good one, by the way) to be dislodged from the headlines by the Great

Memo War of 2018.

The House Intelligence Committee has sent the contentious memo on alleged intelligence

community malfeasance during the 2016 election to the president, courtesy of Chairman Devin

Nunes, a California Republican.

According to Fox News, the Democrats are so livid that House Minority Leader Nancy Pelosi

actually wrote a letter to House Speaker Paul Ryan demanding Nunes� removal.

�Chairman Nunes� deliberately dishonest actions make him unfit to serve as Chairman,

and he must be immediately removed from this position,� the letter wrote.

So, is the memo dishonest or is it definitive evidence of intelligence wrongdoing?

There�s only one way to find out, which is to read the memo.

And, according to Fox News� John Roberts, you�re going to be able to do that relatively

soon, thanks to President Trump.

The memo, which was sent to the president at the beginning of the week, will be transmitted

back to the committee with a letter stating that it would be declassified, Fox News noted.

This sets the stage for its release early Friday.

The White House only made �technical edits� to the document at the request of the FBI,

even though Rep. Adam Schiff, the ranking Democrat on the committee, says Nunes made

material changes to the document since it was first floated.

Schiff, like most Democrats, opposes releasing the document, which allegedly details how

FISA surveillance was used in dubious ways against the Trump campaign.

The Daily Caller reports that the document was passed on to the president on Monday after

a committee vote; rules state that a document in the public interest can be declassified

after five days if there is no presidential objection.

It isn�t just the Democrats that are objecting to the release of the document, however.

The FBI has also issued a warning against its release.

�As expressed during our initial review, we have grave concerns about material omissions

of fact that fundamentally impact the memo�s accuracy,� the bureau said in a rare statement

on a document such as this.

Even keeping this in mind, the statement proves why the American people urgently need to see

the memo.

We need to know if the FBI and other agencies have been weaponized in service of political

interests.

If not, then the Republicans on the House Intelligence Committee are going to look profoundly

foolish.

If they have been, however, this could be an enormous scandal on par with anything we�ve

seen in the last half-century, save Watergate.

The country needs to know � and thanks to Trump, we�ll at least know a bit more of

the story � hopefully in just a few short hours.

President Donald Trump has signed a new executive order announcing his intent to keep the U.S.

military prison at Guantanamo Bay open, the White House announced Tuesday.

Trump made it clear during his 2016 campaign for president that he wanted to keep Guantanamo

open and �load it up with some bad dudes.� But the White House announcement, just before

the president�s first State of the Union address, marked a formal reversal of President

Barack Obama�s eight-year effort to close the detention center.

The order says the U.S. maintains the option to detain additional enemy combatants at the

detention center in Cuba, when necessary.

It requires the defense secretary to recommend criteria for determining the fate of individuals

captured by the United States in armed conflict, including sending them to Guantanamo Bay.

�The executive order preserves a vital tool to protect the United States and its citizens

from continuing significant threats,� the White House said.

�The detention of enemies captured in an armed conflict is a lawful and necessary tool

of warfighting that must continue to be available to the United States.

When President Donald Trump addressed members of Congress for his first State of the Union

speech on Tuesday, he promised to once again make military spending a priority.

�I am asking the Congress to end the dangerous defense sequester and fully fund our great

military,� he said.

�As part of our defense, we must modernize and rebuild our nuclear arsenal, hopefully

never having to use it, but making it so strong and powerful that it will deter any acts of

aggression by any other nation or anyone else.�

Trump also announced he is making sure the U.S. military detention facility at Guantanamo

Bay remains open.

The United States FISA Court was established in 1978 when Congress enacted the Foreign

Intelligence Surveillance Act in order to put in place a type of checks and balances

system in order to be able to wiretap someone The Court sits in Washington D.C. and is composed

of eleven different federal district court judges who are designated by the Chief Justice

of the United States Supreme Court.

Each judge then serves for a maximum of seven years.

And their terms are staggered to ensure continuity within the Court.

Judges typically sit for one week at a time, on a rotating basis.

Perhaps the most important fact about this court is that it works directly with the FBI,

CIA and the current presidential Administration, whomever that may be.

Now keep in mind that one judge on this court authorized the wiretapping of then Candidate

Donald Trump and many of his associates and family.

The judge did nothing wrong considering they were lied to by top FBI officials as to the

authenticity of the contents of the now infamous "Russian Trump Dossier."

Now what is really interesting about all this is the fact that the FBI can't just go in

and present the FISA court a petition to wiretap an American citizen.

They first have to get authorization from the presidential administration and United

States Attorney General has to sign off on the warrant.

Which means the crooked Obama administration Attorney General Loretta Lynch has to have

signed off on the order to wiretap Candidate Donald Trump, a private citizen.

FBI Finds 30 Pages of Clinton-Lynch Tarmac Meeting Documents – Wants Six Weeks to Turn

(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch was informed yesterday by the U.S. Department of Justice

(DOJ) that the FBI has located 30 pages of documents related to the June 27, 2016, tarmac

meeting between former Attorney General Loretta Lynch and former President Bill Clinton, and

proposes non-exempt material be produced no later than November 30, 2017 (Judicial Watch

v. U.S. Department of Justice (No. 1:16-cv-02046)).

The new documents are being sent to Judicial Watch in response to a Freedom of Information

Act (FOIA) lawsuit filed after the Justice Department failed to comply with a July 7,

2016, FOIA request seeking the following:

All FD-302 forms prepared pursuant to the Federal Bureau of Investigation's investigation

of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's use of a private e-mail server during her

tenure.

All records of communications between any agent, employee, or representative of the

Federal Bureau of Investigation regarding, concerning, or related to the aforementioned

investigation.

This request includes, but is not limited to, any related communications with any official,

employee, or representative of the Department of Justice, the Executive Office of the President,

the Democratic National Committee, and/or the presidential campaign of Hillary Clinton.

All records related to the meeting between Attorney General Lynch and former President

Bill Clinton on June 27, 2016.

The FBI originally informed Judicial Watch they did not locate any records related to

the tarmac meeting.

However, in a related case, the Justice Department located emails in which Justice Department

officials communicated with the FBI and wrote that they had communicated with the FBI.

As a result, by letter dated August 10, 2017, from the FBI stated, "Upon further review,

we subsequently determined potentially responsive documents may exist.

As a result, your [FOIA] request has been reopened…"

(Surprisingly, the Trump Justice Department refuses to disclose the talking points developed

by the Obama Justice Department to help it respond to press inquiries about the controversial

June 27, 2016, tarmac meeting between Loretta Lynch and Bill Clinton at Phoenix Sky Harbor

International Airport.)

On June 27, 2016, Attorney General Loretta Lynch met privately with former President

Bill Clinton on board a parked private plane at Sky Harbor International Airport in Phoenix,

Arizona.

The meeting occurred during the then-ongoing investigation of Mrs. Clinton's email server,

and mere hours before the Benghazi report was released publicly involving both Mrs.

Clinton and the Obama administration.

Judicial Watch filed a request on June 30 that the U.S. Department of Justice Office

of the Inspector General investigate that meeting.

"The FBI is out of control.

It is stunning that the FBI 'found' these Clinton-Lynch tarmac records only after we

caught the agency hiding them in another lawsuit," stated Judicial Watch Tom Fitton.

"Judicial Watch will continue to press for answers about the FBI's document games in

court.

In the meantime, the FBI should stop the stonewall and release these new records immediately."

This case has also forced the FBI to release to the public the FBI's Clinton investigative

file, although more than half of the records remain withheld.

The FBI has also told Judicial Watch that it anticipates completing the processing of

these materials by July 2018.

There is significant controversy about whether the FBI and Obama Justice Department investigation

gave Clinton and other witnesses and potential targets preferential treatment.

The Obama administration extended numerous immunity agreements, including: Clinton's

former Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills; John Bentel, former director of the State Department's

Office of Information Resources Management; Heather Samuelson, Clinton's executive assistant;

Brian Pagliano, an IT employee at the State Department who serviced the Clinton non-government

server; and an employee at Platt River Networks, the company that maintained it.

It is not clear whether Hillary Clinton received some type of immunity.

In 2015, a political action committee run by McAuliffe, a close friend and political

supporter of Bill and Hillary Clinton, donated nearly $500,000 to Jill McCabe, wife of McCabe,

who was then running for the Virginia State Senate.

Also, the Virginia Democratic Party, over which McAuliffe had significant influence,

donated an additional $207,788 to the Jill McCabe campaign.

In July 2015, Andrew McCabe was in charge of the FBI's Washington, DC, field office,

which provided personnel resources to the Clinton email probe.

Judicial Watch has several lawsuits about this McCabe/FBI/Clinton scandal.

So on top of Lynch already getting caught up in a very suspect meeting with former President

Bill Clinton on a tarmac at an Arizona airport, she is now confirmed to have been the person

who has to have signed off on the wiretapping of our future president

Over this past summer, on the chopping block was the Obama-era CIA program that helped

arm rebels who were fighting the Syrian government.

Then there was the Paris Climate Accord and NAFTA that only protected foreign interests

over America, and Trump has just been in office for less than a year.

However, the most significant cut of the year was Obama's hotly contested Deferred Action

for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) that caused the left to disintegrate into hysterics.

So much so that these Democrats have shut the government down until Trump grants these

Dreamers amnesty.

Not to be deterred by the shameless blackmail from the left Trump is pressing on and is

now deporting celebrities with an illegal immigrant status sending a clear message that

he is not one to trifle with, and all we can say is hell yeah!

Over the last several years, the left has flipped the illegal immigration argument on

its head by making those that cross the border victims instead of criminals.

They have brainwashed an entire generation efficiently into believing that these illegals

have every right to be here and the American taxpayer needs to open their wallet to pay

for them.

There have been marches in the streets, violent protests, and now a government shutdown to

keep these criminals here but that has not stopped Trump from making sure those that

are here illegally go back to where they came from, and it is about time.

Two illegals that have been able to gain notoriety for their liberal activism have been detained

and are now being deported by the Trump administration after being passed over for years by ICE agents

Ravidath Ragbir and Jean Montrevil, both prominent figures within the pro-illegal immigration

group New Sanctuary Coalition of New York City, were detained and deported by Immigration

and Customs Enforcement after years of being allowed to stay in the country at the discretion

of federal officials — in spite of the fact that both had been convicted of serious crimes.

According to the New York Daily News, Ragbir was detained by ICE on Jan. 11 and informed

that his reprieve from deportation would not be extended further.

Ragbir, executive director of New Sanctuary, was checking in at the ICE office in New York

City when he was detained.

While Ragbir had immigrated to the United States legally back in 1991 from Trinidad

and Tobago, he was convicted of wire fraud in 2000, according to The New York Times.

Ragbir received a deportation order in 2006, but in 2011 ICE officials in New York City

gave him a reprieve of deportation.

That reprieve was extended last April, but ICE officials informed Ragbir that reprieve

would not be extended further.

A judge will now decide his fate.

One week later, Haitian national Jean Montrevil — a co-founder of New Sanctuary — was

deported after being taken into custody in early January.

Montrevil, who had entered the United States in 1986, had served time on a drug possession

charge and was in the process of appealing a deportation order.

According to The Intercept, Montrevil's lawyer said his client "believed that he

had reached an understanding with ICE officials."

The general consensus among members of the activist community was that these arrests

were targeted acts.

Well, of course, they feel that the acts were targeted, but that could not be further from

the truth.

In fact, these two "activists" were breaking the law by living in the country illegally

and had been passed over numerous time for deportation in the past.

This was not a vendetta against them but rather a president FINALLY enforcing our immigration

laws that have been ignored for almost a decade and more.

However, there is more to the story as there always is when you are dealing with lying

leftists.

These two illegals are not as lily white as they are trying to paint them.

Mr. Montrevil and Mr. Ragbir brought are both criminals who have served time in prison so

under our laws they get a free pass back to their home country.

According to The New York Times, Montrevil served five years in prison when he was sentenced

to 11 for drug possession, and Ragbir spent time in the pokey for embezzling $400,000.

Both of these men committed crimes and served prison sentences which should have had them

deported in the beginning, but they were lucky and flew under the radar.

Now, their luck has run out, and they are heading back to where they came from, and

if their families are upset, that is on them.

These two men had every opportunity to become legal citizens, but they chose not to, and

now they have to face the consequences of their actions despite their "celebrity"

status.

His words show how out of touch and desperate liberals have become.

Rob Reiner's reaction to the President's SOTU address is everything wrong with liberals.

When they're not telling us to spend money on their terrible movies and projects, they

are lecturing us over our votes.

These arrogant elitists have the audacity to pump our theaters with all kinds of immorality.

Yet, when it comes to politics, they dare accuse us of being morally wrong.

Liberal celebrities consider themselves better than us "riff-raff."

They're rich and famous, so that means their opinion matters more than ours.

Yet, their influence over our society is rapidly fading.

That was proven in 2016 when America rejected their toxic demands and elected Donald Trump

as President of the United States.

They never got over that, and liberal celebrities have only gotten more deranged.

They can't stand the fact that President Trump is successful.

Instead of admitting to the fact that he's doing good for the country, they double-down

on the empty slurs.

It's an indicator of the entire political left.

They have nothing to offer but hate, bitterness, and insults.

Just take Rob Reiner, for instance.

The once celebrated filmmaker now spends his time attacking the President.

However, his recent comments over President Trump's State of the Union address only

serve to show how blind the left is.

Following President Donald Trump's delivery of his first State of the Union address Tuesday

evening, the famed TV producer and left-wing activist appeared on MSNBC to slam Trump.

"Just as a performance standpoint it was — well, we discovered he could read.

He knows how to read.

But it was one of the flattest State of the Union performances I've ever seen," Reiner

said, as Breitbart reports.

"The guy is a racist.

He's a misogynist, and he is a pathological liar.

Now here is what interesting about this State of the Union tonight, a pathological liar

is somebody who can't help but lie.

He just lies all the time.

We know that to be true about Trump," he added.

"But when you write the speech down, and you lie with words that are prepared, that

takes lying to a new level," he continued to accuse.

"He lied about the biggest tax cut in history.

He lied about the Visa program.

They're just lies.

It's one thing to lie off the cuff, but when you write down a lie and you say it,

how are we supposed to judge what we just saw there?

It was ridiculous."

Rob Reiner expects us to believe his wild accusations, simply on the basis of his celebrity.

Oh, Trump's a racist and misogynist?

Apparently, Reiner is ignoring the fact that black Americans are enjoying the lowest unemployment

in recorded history.

Perhaps Reiner doesn't know that Trump's administration has employed more women than

any other.

I guess the facts don't matter when you're a rich elitist.

While others praised Trump's speech for being direct, powerful, and patriotic, Reiner

is dropping slander bombs.

In that single rant, he called Trump a liar eleven times.

Wow, projecting much?

This Hollywood elitist is fuming with rage.

Why?

Because he can't stand it that a conservative President is succeeding.

Instead of swallowing his pride and admitting that President Donald Trump had a great first

year, Rob Reiner spews out his hatred like a venomous poison.

His reaction echoes the sentiments of everyone else on the radical left.

They have no legitimate responses to what President Trump said.

None of them can accurately refute the statements and promises made in Trump's speech.

So, they resort to bullying tactics, like schoolyard children.

I, for one, am tired of the left's temper tantrums.

If they are expected to be treated like adults, they need start acting like ones.

Instead, all we get are pathetic rants by people who demand our attention and admiration.

Sorry, liberals, you're only burning more bridges.
