Dreamer Shreds the Narrative, Praises Trump and Tells Schumer and Pelosi to Stop Using

Us as Pawns

Hilario Yanez, a Dreamer who was brought to the United States at only 1 year old, praised

President Donald Trump on Saturday for his proposed solution to the Deferred Action for

Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

Let me begin by first thanking Donald Trump for his leadership, his compassion and also

the courage to take on this issue, he told Fox News. Heres a guy who wants to provide

a pathway to citizenship for myself and really make a difference in my life.

Yanez advocated for border security and a wall, if its necessary, to prevent the

United States from ending up in this situation again.

He called the diversity lottery outdated and recommended an immigration system based

on skills so immigrants who come to America can contribute to the economy right away.

Some Dreamers immigrants who were brought to America illegally as children are threatening

to leave the country if Congress doesnt ink a deal to revive protections provided

by former president Obamas Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program.

Alex and Daniela Velez told CNN Money that Alexs DACA status expires on March 6, and

if theres no deal, theyre gone.

I will leave. I will leave America as soon as possible, said Alex, a 19-year-old community

college student who works at the clothing store Forever 21. I want to be able to

leave on my terms. Im not going to be waiting for anyone to come for me.

The girls came to America from Venezuela to escape the countrys oppressive socialist

government, when Alex was four and Daniela was nine.

When Hugo Chavez became president in the late 1990s, things started to change and become

difficult for the middle class, Daniella told CNN Money

White House Chief of Staff John Kelly said Tuesday that many people eligible who were

eligible for the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program may have chosen not to sign

up because they are too lazy to get off their ass.

Kelly made the remark on Capitol Hill days ahead of Congress first government funding

deadline since last months partial government shutdown, which centered on extending the

program.

President Trump said he will support making the program permanent only if lawmakers agree

to border wall funding and restrictions on legal immigration.

Kelly, speaking to reporters, addressed why Trump would support a pathway to citizenship

for 1.8 million people, rather than the smaller subset currently protected by DACA.

There are 690,000 official DACA registrants and the president sent over what amounts to

be two-and-a-half times that number, to 1.8 million, Kelly said, reported Erica Werner

of the Washington Post. The difference between 690 [thousand] and 1.8 million were

the people that some would say were too afraid to sign up, others would say were too lazy

to get off their asses, but they didnt sign up.

Trump-Hater Meghan Markle Hides 'Nasty' Message For Donald Trump In Wedding Invitations - Duration: 5:15.

Trump-Hater Meghan Markle Hides 'Nasty' Message For Donald Trump In Wedding Invitations

With the Royal wedding fast approaching, invitations are expected to go out to the "lucky"

guests any day now.

Meanwhile, word is spreading that American actress Meghan Markle, a vocal opponent of

President Donald Trump, has hidden a "nasty" message for POTUS in her wedding invitations.

This woman is sick.Since Meghan Markle and Prince Harry first announced their engagement

in November, there has been no shortage of speculation surrounding who will get an invite

to their highly-publicized nuptials — and who won't.Most of the controversy has centered

around whether President Donald Trump or former President Barack Obama will get an invite.

Relations between the U.S. and Britain are seen as rocky at the moment.

Thus, there was some concern that inviting the Obamas would be seen as a snub to Trump,

who reportedly will not be receiving an invitation.

Markle has been a vocal opponent of Trump and is a supporter of Hillary Clinton.

However, as soon as she marries into the Royal Family, she will have to keep her big liberal

trap shut.

Royals are prohibited from pushing a political agenda, so Markle's penchant for activism

will have to be shelved.Meanwhile, Prince Harry and Obama are good friends.

The former president is expected to get an invitation to the Royal wedding, despite the

fact that Harry was warned early on that it would be seen as a snub to Trump.

It appears that he doesn't care, though, because reports surfaced this week that he

was going against the advice of his handlers by inviting Obama and not Trump.

The smitten couple have asked the former US President and his wife Michelle to attend

their big day at Windsor Castle on Saturday, May 19.

A Royal source told us Harry and Meghan "want to do things their own way", despite aides

advising them to hold back on the invite.

It was feared such a move would outrage US President Donald Trump – who has reportedly

not been invited – and rock diplomatic ties with his country.

But Harry and Meghan have turned their noses up at the risk by sending out the RSVP, leaving

the final decision to Obama himself.

[Source: Daily Star] "The invitations are going out now, but

Mr. and Mrs. Obama still have to respond.

I am very, very sure they will attend though," said a source close to Meghan and Harry.

"Harry and Meghan want to do things their own way.

They are inviting their own friends, and not on the advice of aides," added the insider.A

spokesman for the betting agency William Hill PLC said that Harry "is in a position"

to invite Obama without worrying about the political implications of such a move.

"We've changed our minds on this.

We think Harry is in a position that he does not have to worry about the political implications

of an invite," said Rupert Adams.

"We feel strongly that the Obamas will get an invite."

As for Trump?

"We'd be very surprised to see him on the guest list," Adams said.

While most of the wedding guests will be dictated by Kensington Palace, Markle will be inviting

her mother Doria Ragland, dad Thomas, half-brother Thomas Jr. and possibly Samantha Grant.

Markle's friends include tennis star Serena Williams, stylist Jessica Mulroney, "Suits"

star Patrick J. Adams, and former "Made in Chelsea" cast member Millie Mackintosh.

Markle's ex-husband, producer Trevor Engelson, is not expected to receive an invitation.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau has a trifecta of ties to the bride and groom:

He's the head of a Commonwealth country, host of Harry's latest Invictus Games and

leader of the nation where Markle had been living.

On the celebrity front, Elton John, who turned his song Candle in the Wind into an anthem

for the late Princess Diana, is considered a 1-50 lock for an invite (98 percent chance)

and singer James Blunt comes in at 1-4.

Singer/songwriter Ed Sheeran is also reportedly close to Harry's royal cousins and his U.K.

tour doesn't start until a few days later.

The betting for wedding performer includes John, Sheeran, Coldplay, Joss Stone and Adele.

Yet A-listers could find themselves outnumbered by British military members and charity workers.

Look for dress uniforms from both the Blues and Royals regiment and the Army Air Corps,

because Harry served as a former Apache helicopter co-pilot in Afghanistan.

[Source: USA TODAYTruth be told, President Donald Trump has far more important things

to worry about than the guest list for the Royal wedding.

He is running a country.

The most pressing matter on Barack Obama's docket is whether or not to grow a beard.

Donald Trump Just Revealed The Funding He Is Requesting From Con - Duration: 4:25.

Donald

Trump Just Revealed The Funding He Is Requesting From Congress To Build The Wall

The White House budget proposal sent to Congress Monday includes specifics on how President

Donald Trump plans to fund border security.

The budget proposal calls for $1.2 trillion in discretionary spending for the 2019 fiscal

year.

$23 billion out of this budget will go toward border security and immigration enforcement,

including funding for a massive wall on the U.S. southern border, according to USA Today.

Last weeks $300 billion budget cap increase by Congress for fiscal 2018 and 2019 have

paved the way for increased funding for border security.

The specific funding measures in Trumps budget follows a long-held campaign promise

to fix the countrys porous borders and stem the flow of illegal immigration.

The White House wants to see $18 billion allotted for construction of a massive border wall

between the U.S. and Mexico, among other budget proposals.

The White House is requesting $782 million to hire nearly 2,800 more Customs and Border

Protection and ICE officers.

Another $2.7 billion has been requested to pay for ICE to have approximately 52,000 individuals

a day in detention the highest level for Immigration and Customs Enforcement in history,

according to The Hill.

Border security was only a single part of the White House budget proposal that aims

to tackle numerous issues in the country.

Trump would also like to see $21 billion directed toward infrastructure spending and $17 billion

to fight the growing opioid epidemic.

In a Twitter statement Monday morning, the president said he would like to see more tax

dollars be spent at home instead of being sent abroad.

This will be a big week for Infrastructure.

After so stupidly spending $7 trillion in the Middle East, it is now time to start investing

in OUR Country! the Republican president tweeted.

However, before Trump can tackle an infrastructure package, he will have to work with Congress

on a resolution to the immigration debate.

Republican lawmakers want to see more done on illegal immigration.

At the same time, Democrats on Capitol Hill are demanding a legislative fix to the Deferred

Action on Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, an Obama-era executive order that protects

young illegal immigrants from deportations.

President Trump last year announced he would be rescinding the program.

However, he and other Republican lawmakers have expressed strong interest in codifying

the program into law.

In January, Trump introduced his immigration plan, a generous proposal that would allow

for around 1.8 million young illegal immigrants to remain in the country, a far higher number

than is currently included under DACA.

Along with increased funding for border security and construction of a wall, the president

wants to end immigration programs that have arbitrarily allowed terrorists to enter the

country.

The White House wants to do away with the visa lottery system and chain migration.

Two separate terrorist attacks rocked New York City within a month of each other late

last year both of the perpetrators came into the country using chain migration and

the lottery program.

Were gonna end both of them, the president said after the second attack occurred

in December.

Were going to end them.

Fast.

Trump administration plans to put more pressure trading partners - Duration: 2:37.

The current U.S. administration continues to pressure Washington's trading partners.

Korea is visibly in the crossfire... as President Trump vows to take stronger measures regarding

international trade.

Park Ji-won has the full story.

U.S. President Donald Trump says he's considering imposing trade protection measures like retaliatory

taxes and quotas... on imports of steel and aluminium.

If taken, those measures would likely hit steel products from Korea.

The comments were made at a meeting with a bipartisan group of about 20 lawmakers,...

as Trump reiterated the need for what he calls reciprocal measures on trade.

"I mean the word reciprocal is a very important word.

We have countries that are taking advantage of us.(...)

And we're going to make it fair.

And that -- I call that fair trade."

When mentioning America's chronic trade deficit, he expressed dissatisfaction with Japan and

South Korea over the sharing of their defense costs.

"We defend Japan, we defend South Korea, they pay us a fraction of what it costs.

And we're talking to all of those countries about that, because it's not fair that we

defend them and they pay us a fraction of the cost of that defense."

He's apparently adding pressure on America's trading partners, including South Korea,...

in his push to protect the U.S. market.

The Trump administration is currently negotiating with Korea to revise the 2012 bilateral free

trade agreement,... which Trump called a (quote) "very bad trade deal,"... vowing to scrap

it if the renegotiation doesn't yield satisfactory results.

Trump also claimed that following GM Korea's decision to close its plant in the southwestern

city of Gunsan in May this year, the car company is moving back to Detroit.

General Motors, however, has not announced that it's moving back to Detroit,... and in

a statement said the decision was made because of sustained significant losses.

Still, here in Korea, experts warn that in the long run, protectionism could hurt the

local economy.

"Many scholars in Asia are worried about the Trump administration's protectionist policies.

Although it hasn't affected Korea's trade volumes or exports to a great degree as of

now, that's just because the Korean economy relies heavily on the export of semiconductors,

which usually have low tariffs."

Experts add that protectionism could even hinder the growth of global GDP,... because

they say it distorts the optimal distribution of resources and reduces the volume of international

trade.

Trump slams 'Fake News Media' for rehashing 'same negative stori - Duration: 2:32.

Trump

slams Fake News Media for rehashing same negative stories, ignoring positive

news

President Trump on Sunday blasted the Fake News Media, claiming the press doesnt

want to cover positive stories in the U.S., instead harping on negative news.

So many positive things going on for the U.S.A. and the Fake News Media just doesnt

want to go there, Trump tweeted.

Same negative stories over and over again!

No wonder the People no longer trust the media, whose approval ratings are correctly at their

lowest levels in history!

Its unclear what exactly prompted the tweet, but it came amid backlash the White House

has received on the heels of the resignations of aides Rob Porter and David Sorensen both

of whom have been accused of physically and emotionally abusing their ex-wives.

President Trump on Saturday defended his decision to send the Democrats memo on the Russia

probe back for edits accusing them of playing politics for submitting a document

laden with sources and methods too sensitive to make public.

The Democrats sent a very political and long response memo which they knew, because

of sources and methods (and more), would have to be heavily redacted, whereupon they would

blame the White House for lack of transparency, Trump tweeted early Saturday morning.

Told them to re-do and send back in proper form!

Trumps remarks came a day after the White House notified the House Intelligence Committee

that the president was unable to declassify the memo, citing national security concerns.

In a letter to the committee, White House counsel Don McGahn said the memo contains

numerous properly classified and especially sensitive passages and asks the committee

to revise it with the help of the Justice Department.

OMB Chief Trump Budget Will Show How to 'Run Gov't Without Spend - Duration: 3:54.

OMB Chief Trump Budget Will Show How to Run Govt Without Spending All Money

Director of the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Mick Mulvaney said President Donald

Trumps 2018 budget request will show lawmakers how you can run the government without

spending all available money.

He made his comments during an interview on Fox News Sunday.

Congressional leaders agreed on a two-year spending bill last week that boosts federal

spending, but a minority of Republicans opposed the measure because they believed it sacrificed

fiscal responsibility to obtain increases in defense funding.

But Mulvaney said Trumps proposal, expected to be released Monday, will supersede the

budget deal and encourage lawmakers to rein in spending, move us back toward balance

and get us away from trillion-dollar deficits.

What were doing is saying, Look, you dont have to spend all of [this] money.

These are spending caps.

Theyre not spending floors.

So, you dont have to spend all that, Mulvaney said.

But the truth of the matter is that when we roll out the budget on Monday youre

going to get a chance to see how we can avoid that future.

The budget does bend the trajectory down, it does move us back toward balance.

It does get us away from trillion dollar deficits, Mulvaney said.

Just because this deal was signed does not mean the future is written in stone.

We do have a chance still to change this trajectory and thats what the budget will show tomorrow.

White House Budget Director Mick Mulvaney is reveling in the success of his administrations

economic agenda.

Speaking Tuesday morning on the Fox Business Network, Mulvaney touted the rapid pace of

job growth in the United States levels of which Democratic critics previously claimed

were not attainable

Yes, in fact, it will give me a chance to do one of those rare things that politicians

love to do which is tell everybody I told you so, he said when asked by host Maria

Bartiromo if the administration will discuss the current state of the economy.

Boosted by GOP tax cuts, the U.S. economy is expected to grow at a pace of 2.7 percent

this year.

The positive news comes after the economy grew at a robust 3 percent rate for a length

of time last year, according to the Washington Post, surpassing the expectations of many

on the Left.

Trump to unveil plan making brutal changes to government worker pay and unions are

already angry

President Donald Trump promised as a presidential candidate to drain the swamp his

catchy phrase for ridding Washington of entrenched bureaucrats and federal employees.

Now, Trumps budget for 2019 plans to make good on that promise.

According to USA Today, Trump plans to hire the best and fire the worst federal government

employees in the most ambitious proposal to overhaul the civil service in 40 years.

The proposal would end regular tenure and merit-based raises fore more than 1.5 million

federal government employees.

Instead, the plan will call on government agencies to reward employees with performance-based

raises and other incentives.

According to USA Today, unions representing federal government employees are not a fan

of the changes.

David Cox, president of the American Federation of Government Employees, said the changes

wipe out due process rights for employees

Thanks to Trump, DC Bureaucrats Are About to Get a Huge Wake Up - Duration: 4:31.

Thanks to Trump, DC Bureaucrats Are About to Get a Huge Wake-Up Call

The administration of President Donald Trump plans to unveil a budget proposal Monday that

would drastically reform the federal government by moving it from a tenure-based pay system

to one built on performance.

As it currently stands, federal employees benefit from an automatic stamp of approval

in their yearly reviews and an annual pay increase between 3 and 5 percent, regardless

of how they actually perform on the job, according to the Washington Examiner.

The specific changes sought by the proposal include the launch of a bonus pool to reward

high-performing employees, an end to automatic pay raises, the retraining and reshuffling

of employees and a reported boost to federal employees retirement packages.

This latter change would offset any loss in short-term income.

The primary goals of the new budget are to reward the best with bonuses, make

it easier to hire and fire, and provide flexibility by moving employees where they are needed

and even rehiring skilled retirees, the Examiner reported, citing administration officials.

It appears the administration is essentially seeking to make the government more efficient

and accountable, in part to keep promises Trump made on the campaign trail.

Waste, fraud and abuse all over the place.

Waste, fraud and abuse.

You look at whats happening with Social Security.

You look at whats happening with every agency.

Waste, fraud and abuse.

We will cut so much, your head will spin, Trump promised during a GOP primary debate

in 2016, as reported by Time magazine

Though Social Security and other entitlement programs still remain unreformed, the presidents

latest budget proposal suggests hes ready to tackle the government side of the equation.

According to The Washington Post, the as-of-yet-unreleased budget has already provoked outrage from the

largest federal union, who claims the presidents true goal is to reward loyalty, not performance.

Does anybody want a pay system that denies pay adjustments to people considered disloyal

to the administration?

Pity the EPA (Environmental Protection Agency) scientist whose work demonstrates the existence

of climate change, said J. David Cox Sr., the president of the American Federation of

Government Employees.

However, previous evidence suggests that, despite Coxs protestations, the EPA does

suffer from serious performance issues.

PJ Media noted that in 2014, a high-ranking EPA official admitted to watching pornography

for several hours of his workday.

As of April 2017, however, the employee reportedly still remained on the job, collecting an estimated

$120,000 per year at the expense of the taxpayers.

Another EPA official sold jewelry and weight loss pills from her office and hired 17

of her family members and friends as paid interns, as reported four years ago by

The Daily Caller.

Similar scandals have plagued other federal agencies as well.

This is a subject that essentially people have ignored.

The American people elected a president that promised dramatic change, a top Trump administration

budget official reportedly said during a briefing last week.

Though similar attempts to reform the federal governments pay structure in the past all

failed, Trump administration officials remain confident due to the bipartisan support

on Capitol Hill that exists surrounding this matter, according to the Examiner.

Citizenship or legal status to 1.8 million people brought here illegally as kids

aka

dreamers I

Hope we can do daca, that's currently up everybody's in they're working hard on it right now

I think we have a chance to do daca very bipartisan

I think that can happen and right there is where the agreement ends and bipartisanship takes a decidedly

Partisan turn now listen to the president laying out his terms and one of his closest allies

effectively ending any chance of negotiation

We want securing the border in a wall

Ending chain migration and canceling the Visa Lottery the president's framework bill is not an opening bid for negotiations

It's a best and final offer

the White House took

Ideas from a lot of different proposals that have floated around for five-and-a-half months and it put those into a coherent logical package

on the Senate floor Minority Leader Chuck Schumer also squashed any

bipartisan spirit

To begin this debate as the Republican leader suggests would be getting off on the wrong foot

unrelated to daca very partisan

respectfully I

Suggest we move to the bills offered by Senators, Grassley and Senator Coons instead

Let's get this debate started on the right foot so I object to the leaders request

Republicans point to statements like that as proof Democrats would rather use the so-called dreamers is a

Campaign issue for the 2018 midterms, then actually make a deal

Conceivably a deal comes with a March 5th deadline

But breaking late today Shannon another federal judge issued a preliminary injunction

effectively stopping president Trump's winddown of daca

protections

Conceivably that gives the Senate a perfect opportunity to kick the can down the road if we have learned anything

About this Congress it's that when offered the opportunity to punt Shannon true bipartisan agreement is

Very easy to find

That's true. Well at least it's an agreement on something right stop them

We'll see where they go from here Leland Vitter. Thank you very much

today another letter containing suspicious powder arrived at the former President Barack

Obama's DC office

Building the substance discovered to be baby powder was not addressed to the former president

It follows yesterday's white powder scare that sent president Trump's daughter-in-law to the hospital and Fox News has learned

There's been an increase in suspicious substances addressed to members of the House and Senate

Over the past two weeks so far all tests have come back negative

He's not even running but word that Tennessee senator

Bob Corker is rethinking his retirement already has one campaign ramping up the rhetoric the spokeswoman for congresswoman Marsha

Blackburn Senate campaign says anyone who doubts she can win in November is a quote sexist pig and added

They are worried about quote ego-driven tired old men corker announced his retirement back in September

But some Republicans claim internal state polls show Blackburn could potentially lose the seats to former Democratic governor Phil, Breaston

Well first corker and now in North Dakota congressman is also feeling the heat to reconsider a Senate run

Republican congressman Kevin Cramer initially decided not to run against freshman Democratic senator Heidi Heitkamp

She's thought to be one of the most vulnerable senators this cycle. Well Cramer now tells FOX News

he'll make a decision by the and of this weekend a

left-leaning public policy group wants to restrict overseas members of the military from voting citing cybersecurity concerns

The Center for American Progress issued a report this week

recommended banning troops stationed abroad from submitting ballots via email or fax

But Colorado's Secretary of State defended the practice saying that state has incorporated enough safeguards and believe someone who for example

Works on a submarine should be allowed to vote

Well president Trump's approval has plenty of room for improvement

But he's entering the second year of his term on an upswing and the same time Democrats are hoping to pick up seats and flip

the house in the 2018 midterms

You cannot just run again. You cannot just run against Donald Trump and

It is the job of we Democrats to put together a strong cohesive, economic

Group of proposals aimed at the middle class and those struggling to get there

Soft with Fox News politics editor and editor of halftime report Chris steyr what about the current political lay of the land?

Good to see you tonight. It's kind of my jam. It is definitely your jam jam on it

And the world can change between now and then so much

What do you make of what we're seeing right now you want to know how much the world can change the world can change so

Much that compared to a month ago. The president's approval rating is up substantially

We've got him in our halftime report average offering right around the 40 percent mark

which is

Substantially better than it was at the end of last year a lot of that has to do with taxes

Also, the generic ballot has gotten tighter and now we're hearing Democrats warning. Hey guys don't take this for granted

You're gonna have to hustle for this. Yeah, you can't as Schumer was just saying there. You can't just run against him

We got to have our own plans

Priorities the USA which is a democratic super PAC had this to say while still on track for

successful November the extent of Democratic gains will be blunted if Democrats do not re-engage more aggressively and speaking to the

economic and healthcare priorities of voters

Democrats continue to have winning messages on health care and the economy

But right now voters are not hearing them

And that must change if Democrats are gonna win and that's that's a true fact now. Here's the thing for Republicans, though

Just as the climate has changed substantially in the last six weeks and in their favor. What will the neck six-week spring?

What will the next six weeks rent? I can't tell you the potential harm

You know we're right now tracking very closely one month from today

We're gonna have a special election in Pennsylvania and a lot of that's going to depend on how women in

The suburbs of Pittsburgh are gonna vote where which way are they gonna go on this

Do you think that this ongoing stuff about the domestic violence?

Accusations against a senior White House staffer and the mishandling of that you think that helps you do you think that hurts?

You think that if they can get to a deal on daca, or can't if they can't get to a deal?
