Trump Just Revealed The Funding He Is Requesting From Congress To Build The Wall

The White House budget proposal sent to Congress Monday includes specifics on how President

Donald Trump plans to fund border security.

The budget proposal calls for $1.2 trillion in discretionary spending for the 2019 fiscal

year.

$23 billion out of this budget will go toward border security and immigration enforcement,

including funding for a massive wall on the U.S. southern border, according to USA Today.

Last week�s $300 billion budget cap increase by Congress for fiscal 2018 and 2019 have

paved the way for increased funding for border security.

The specific funding measures in Trump�s budget follows a long-held campaign promise

to fix the country�s porous borders and stem the flow of illegal immigration.

The White House wants to see $18 billion allotted for construction of a massive border wall

between the U.S. and Mexico, among other budget proposals.

The White House is requesting $782 million to hire nearly 2,800 more Customs and Border

Protection and ICE officers.

Another $2.7 billion has been requested to pay for ICE to have approximately 52,000 individuals

a day in detention � the highest level for Immigration and Customs Enforcement in history,

according to The Hill.

Border security was only a single part of the White House budget proposal that aims

to tackle numerous issues in the country.

Trump would also like to see $21 billion directed toward infrastructure spending and $17 billion

to fight the growing opioid epidemic.

In a Twitter statement Monday morning, the president said he would like to see more tax

dollars be spent at home instead of being sent abroad.

�This will be a big week for Infrastructure.

After so stupidly spending $7 trillion in the Middle East, it is now time to start investing

in OUR Country!� the Republican president tweeted.

However, before Trump can tackle an infrastructure package, he will have to work with Congress

on a resolution to the immigration debate.

Republican lawmakers want to see more done on illegal immigration.

At the same time, Democrats on Capitol Hill are demanding a legislative fix to the Deferred

Action on Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program, an Obama-era executive order that protects

young illegal immigrants from deportations.

President Trump last year announced he would be rescinding the program.

However, he and other Republican lawmakers have expressed strong interest in codifying

the program into law.

In January, Trump introduced his immigration plan, a generous proposal that would allow

for around 1.8 million young illegal immigrants to remain in the country, a far higher number

than is currently included under DACA.

Along with increased funding for border security and construction of a wall, the president

wants to end immigration programs that have arbitrarily allowed terrorists to enter the

country.

The White House wants to do away with the visa lottery system and chain migration.

Two separate terrorist attacks rocked New York City within a month of each other late

last year � both of the perpetrators came into the country using chain migration and

the lottery program.

�We�re gonna end both of them,� the president said after the second attack occurred

in December.

�We�re going to end them.

their dirty dealings a new twist in the story was just discovered that points to a whole

new level of corruption involving former Obama national security advisor Susan Rice and a

secret letter.

A disturbing letter was recently found that was written by former Obama national security

advisor Susan Rice.

On Monday, the Senate Judiciary Committee's Senators Charles Grassley (R-IA) and Lindsey

Graham (R-SC) sent a letter to former Obama national security advisor Susan Rice asking

her to explain an email she sent to herself on the last day of her duty in the White House.

That email was an email from Rice to . . . Rice.

And it explained that President Obama had held a briefing on January 5 regarding supposed

Trump-Russia collusion.

According to the letter:

"If the timestamp is correct, you sent this email to yourself at 12:15 pm, presumably

a very short time before you departed the White House for the last time.

In this email to yourself, you purport to document a meeting that had taken place more

than two weeks before, on January 5, 2017."

Here's what Rice wrote:

On January 5, following a briefing by IC leadership on Russian hacking during the 2016 Presidential

election, President Obama had a brief follow-on conversation with FBI Director Jim Comey and

Deputy Attorney General Sally Yates in the Oval Office.

Vice President Biden and I were also present…President Obama began the conversation by stressing

his continued commitment to ensuring that every aspect of this issue is handled by the

Intelligence and law enforcement communities "by the book".

The President stressed that he is not asking about, initiating or instructing anything

from a law enforcement perspective.

He reiterated that our law enforcement team needs to proceed as it normally would by the

book.

From a national security perspective, however, President Obama said he wants to be sure that,

as we engage with the incoming team, we are mindful to ascertain if there is any reason

that we cannot share information fully as it relates to Russia…The President asked

Comey to inform him if anything changes in the next few weeks that should affect how

we share classified information with the incoming team.

Comey said he would.

There are several portions of this email that should be disturbing.

First, why was Rice sending a memo to herself, except to create a paper trail designed to

paste a friendly gloss on a rather suspicious meeting?

Second, how exactly would Obama have planned to prevent the intelligence community from

handing over information to the incoming commander-in-chief? Trump has full constitutional power over the

executive branch, including the intelligence community.

Yet Obama presumably said that he might want to prevent the full sharing of information

regarding Russia.

Third, Obama said he didn't want to interfere with anything from a law enforcement perspective.

But how about from an intelligence-gathering perspective?

Furthermore, the double emphasis on Obama stating that he wanted to proceed "by the

book" smacks of a bit too much protest.

Did Obama really want to proceed by the book?

Or did he say that for effect?

Of course, the email is strange and begs for answers but as we know that may never come.

All we can do is hope that Grassley and Graham will push Rice to answer for this mysterious

email and not let her hide behind some obscure privilege like so many have done in the past.

It is time that the American people knew what was happening in our government and see justice

for all the crimes committed on our tax dollars under the Obama administration once

and

for all.

what methods were used to determine when these intelligence agencies realized that this dossier

was indeed a fake.One of the people questioned was former FBI director James Comey, who held

back critical information and how do we know this?

Well, the strange message that Susan Rice sent to herself tells us all about it.

You see, in the letter that Rice sent to herself that Senator Chuck Grassley and Lindsey Graham

partially declassified earlier this week shows that Comey held a meeting with Obama and failed

FBI Director James Comey held a secret Oval Office meeting with President Barack Obama

two weeks before Trump's inauguration and may have deliberately misled Congress about

it, according to an email sent by National Security Advisor Susan Rice that GOP Sens.

Chuck Grassley and Lindsey Graham partially unclassified.

The meeting — which Comey never previously disclosed to Congress — occurred in the

White House on Jan. 5, 2016.

It included Obama, Vice President Joe Biden, Rice deputy Attorney General Sally Yates,

and Comey.

The topic of the meeting was potential Russian interference in the 2016 presidential election.

By failing to inform the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence about the meeting in his June

8, 2017, testimony, Comey may have deliberately and intentionally misled Congress about his

interactions with the former president, especially a meeting so close to Trump entering the White

House.

"President Obama had a brief follow-on conversation with FBI Director Comey," Rice wrote in

an email written the day before the inauguration.

The National Archives gave Grassley and Graham "classified and unclassified emails" about

the meeting.

Previously, Comey contended he only met with the Obama twice, once in 2015 and another

"to say goodbye in late 2016," according to the former FBI director's June 8, 2017,

testimony before the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence.

"I spoke alone with President Obama twice in person (and never on the phone) – once

in 2015 to discuss law enforcement policy issues and a second time, briefly, for him

to say goodbye in late 2016," Comey's opening statement read.

Grassley and Graham stated on their websites they "were struck by the context and timing

of this email, and sent a follow-up letter to Ambassador Rice."

"It strikes us as odd that, among your activities in the final moments on the final day of the

Obama administration, you would feel the need to send yourself such an unusual email purporting

to document a conversation involving President Obama and his interactions with the FBI regarding

the Trump/Russia investigation," the two senators told Rice.

"In addition, despite your claim that President Obama repeatedly told Mr. Comey to proceed

'by the book,' substantial questions have arisen about whether officials at the FBI,

as well as at the Justice Department and the State Department, actually did proceed 'by

the book,'" they continued.

Rice is scheduled to testify before the Senate Committee on the Judiciary on Feb. 22.

Now, that this email was discovered it has opened up a whole new can of worms that I

am sure the left was hoping to keep quiet.

With each passing day, new revelations are revealed over just how corrupt the Obama administration

indeed was, and we can only expect that Grassley and Graham will push Rice and now Comey to

answer and not let them hide behind some obscure executive privilege clause like so many have

done before in the past.

President Trump on Monday said he plans to introduce a proposal in the coming weeks for

a reciprocal tax on imports, fulfilling a promise he made early on in his presidential

campaign.

"We cannot continue to be taken advantage of by other countries," the president told

attendees during a White House event on infrastructure.

"We cannot continue to let people come into our country and rob us blind and charge us

tremendous tariffs and taxes and we charge them nothing."

"We're going to be doing very much a reciprocal tax and you'll be hearing about that during

the week and during the coming months," he said.

Commerce Secretary Wilbur Ross, who was also present for the event, endorsed the president's

proposal and said the U.S. could benefit from a reciprocal tax because "we really have to

claw it back" from other countries.

During his White House bid, Trump regularly threatened to implement a tax on imports from

countries like Mexico and China to combat unfair trade practices.

Under World Trade Organization and NAFTA rules, countries can impose tariffs for those reasons,

but the rules also require tariffs to stay below committed levels, even if some countries'

tariffs are allowed to be higher than others.

"When you say I'm going to charge a 10 percent or 20 percent border tax, everyone goes crazy,

because they like free trade," the president told Fox Business last April.

"But when you sat 'reciprocal tax,' nobody can get angry," he added, describing his proposal

as "whatever you charge, we're charging."

Republicans on a bipartisan fix to the expiring Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals program

before the window closes.

Wouldn�t it be great if we could finally, after so many years, solve the DACA puzzle.

Trump has repeatedly used Twitter to encourage Democratic lawmakers to work with Republicans.

Trump has asked for $25 billion to go toward border security, a skills-based visa program

to replace the diversity lottery system, and an end to "chain migration," in return for

a pathway to citizenship for 1.8 million illegal immigrants, including the up to 800,000 DACA

recipients.

But Democrats have balked at some of these demands, and the two parties don't appear

to be close to an agreement.

The president on Monday also pushed to support his newly released infrastructure proposal,

which he said presented Congress another chance to do bipartisan work.

except, of course, the Democrats.

A watchdog group released a government report detailing Department of Veterans Affairs Secretary

David Shulkin's misuse of taxpayer dollars.

obvious air of entitlement and his poor driving, conservative artist Sabo brilliantly utilized

the scene of the recent collision to once again poke fun at the liberal late-night host.

Sabo's quips came in response to Kimmel's self-righteous and absurd claim that "pretty

much every late-night talk show (host) is a liberal" before ludicrously charging that

it's "because it requires a measure of intelligence."

Sabo told The Hollywood Reporter he targeted Kimmel due to comments he made on "Pod Save

America."

before Trump began his official term as President, which means they were plotting against him

before he even won the election in 2016 against Democratic nominee Hillary Clinton.

True Pundit lists this as a major deep state smear campaign that was supposed to damage

the Republican administration.

"Just weeks after Trump's election — in early December 2016 — the Central Intelligence

Agency was the major source in a national Washington Post story linking the Russian

government to hacking the presidential election to help Trump, according to CIA personnel

with direct knowledge of the case.

The Washington Post, in a much-hyped front-page splash, fingered the CIA for allegedly confirming

the wild rumors of Russian hacking that were concocted and spread by Democratic lawmakers

for months preceding the election and the weeks since the GOP win.

The Washington Post's story, however, contained no CIA sources and in fact, no credible U.S.

intelligence agency sources whatsoever.

Instead, it hinged on what unnamed lawmakers had supposedly been told by unidentified,

supposed CIA-linked sources in "secret" briefings: That the CIA had developed proof

the Russian state waged an orchestrated campaign to destabilize the U.S. election to benefit

GOP-candidate Trump.

"It's an outright lie," a CIA analyst divulged to True Pundit in 2016.

"There's nothing definitive like that."Now, over a year later, more law enforcement sources

point their collective finger directly at Brennan and McCain for leaking misinformation

to the media and waging their own clandestine campaign to smear the White House.

"No one has ever called these two on it," a well-placed White House source said.

"But now we know what they did.

It did not work but it certainly could have."

At the time, multiple CIA sources denounced the Washington Post for knowingly reporting

misleading national security intelligence.

Intelligence insiders said no one in the Agency or the FBI, who is running at least one parallel

inquiry, has ruled out a possible internal leak within the Democratic National Committee

from actor(s) inside the United States who funneled private DNC emails to Wikileaks.

Enter John McCain, who White House insider believes delivered Brennan's misinformation

to the feet of the Washington Post and later the New York Times."

McCain was active doing Sunday morning talk shows and doing his thing as he dished out

false narratives and tried to throw Donald Trump under the proverbial bus that would

crush his Presidential career.

But it didn't work.

Accusations by McCain and Brennan didn't stick, and no other big players came to stand

by their side.

Not even notable Democrats like Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer, and Maxine Waters would support

them, but that party bus filled with clowns did their own thing to damage the President.

They didn't have to leech upon others to do their disrespectful, dirty work.

The combination of a former CIA director and American Senator working together to abolish

the existence of an elected President should be unnerving to many Americans.

To make matters more interesting, the CIA itself later claimed that anything reported

by Brennan and McCain should be considered "white noise" and discredited.

That means this had to occur after Brennan left the CIA, but it's likely that he remained

in contact with his friends within the system.

Many people who leave their job stay in touch with friends and associates the made during

the tenure of their position.

The faces have been identified.

Now it's a matter of time before President Trump takes the dagger out of his back and

puts it where it belongs.
