BREAKING NEWS: TRUMP Just Declared WAR!

When illegal aliens and migrants cross the border from countries like El Salvador, they

are not sending their best and brightest by any means.

Drug dealers, rapists, murderers, and all manner of criminals are sneaking into the

United States in droves making the U.S. a dumping ground for the all the problems that

ail the rest of the world.

While former President Barrack Obama released nearly 600 illegal aliens convicted of a variety

of sex crimes into the general populace of America in 2015 because their home countries

did not want them and would not take them, current President Donald Trump is taking an

entirely different tactic.

In a nearly three minute video posted to Twitter, President Trump addressed the "very vicious

threat" known as MS-13.

In the video, he declares "war" on MS13 and outlines his plan to combat the dangerous

gang operating with thousands of members in at least 40 states.

This gang is responsible for countless murders and a significant increase in human trafficking,

as well as a host of other heinous crimes across the nation as they infiltrate our porous

borders.

Also known as Mara Salvatrucha, MS-13 was started by Central American immigrants in

Los Angeles in the 1980s.

Members are mainly from El Salvador but has also grown to include Mexicans, Hondurans

and other Central and South Americans.

MS-13's motto is "mata, viola, controla" – which means "kill, rape, control,"

according to Robert Hur, an official with the Justice Department.

Hur states – "They seek to live up to this motto through truly shocking acts of

violence designed to instill fear: vicious machete attacks, execution-style gunshots,

gang rape and human trafficking."

Gang members perpetuate a number of various criminal acts, according to the FBI, including

murder, rape, home invasions, kidnapping, carjacking, and robbery.

The FBI reports that most of the crimes are carried out against members of rival gangs,

but many times innocent people are hurt as well.

Even the left-leaning mainstream media acknowledges there is a problem and used actual legitimate

sources rather than the usual anonymous conjecture they are famous for.

The Washington Post reported in May 2017 about how the government of El Salvador is freaking

out over the record number of MS-13 gang members President Trump has started to deport back

to their home countries.

"This year the U.S. government has deported 398 gang members to this country, compared

with 534 in all of 2016, according to Salvadoran government statistics.

This sharp increase in the rate of gang deportations — and the prospect of more gang roundups

in the United States — has prompted Salvadoran authorities to hold emergency meetings and

propose new legislation to monitor suspected criminals who are being sent home."The New

York Times also reported that immigration arrests were up 38% for the first three months

of 2017 over the same period last year, stating – "'From Jan. 22 to April 29, ICE officers

arrested 41,318 people, at a rate of more than 400 people per day, compared with 30,028

over roughly the same period in 2016, the data showed.

These statistics reflect President Trump's commitment to enforce our immigration laws

fairly and across the board,' said Thomas Homan, the acting director of ICE, on a phone

call with reporters."

According to President Trump, part of his plan includes changing how immigrants enter

the country as he vowed to change America's "sad, weak and pathetic immigration laws"

which he believes MS13 exploits to their advantage and to the detriment of Americans.

He also again pledged to end the lottery system and chain migration.President also spoke of

his plan to stop the visa lottery, which he believes should never have been allowed in

the first place.

President Trump states – "People enter into a lottery to come into our country.

What kind of a system is that?

It is time for Congress to act and to protect Americans.

Every member of Congress should choose the side of law enforcement and the side of the

American people.

That's the way it has to be."

In addition to the video, President Trump tweeted what his administration believes to

be three major priorities for reforming the current issues plaguing immigration policy

in America.

He states – "My Administration has identified three major priorities for creating a safe,

modern and lawful immigration system: fully securing the border, ending chain migration,

and canceling the visa lottery.

Congress must secure the immigration system and protect Americans."In a roundtable at

the White House, New York City Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) official Angel

Melendez told President Donald Trump that, in 2017 alone, nearly 41,000 UACs or Unaccompanied

Alien Children, had been resettled across the U.S.

She further revealed there were nearly 22,000 "potential recruits" for the violent El

Salvadorian MS-13 gang resettled across the United States as UACs in 2017.

Melendez states that of the almost 41,000 UACs resettled across the country about 21,881

are from either El Salvador, Guatemala, and Honduras and are male, as well as "in the

right age for gang recruitment" ranging between 13 to 17 years old.

She continued stating – "What I'm saying, understanding MS-13, is that they're looking

at these 21,000 unaccompanied alien children that came into those states as potential recruits

to continue to fill in their ranks … Another thing that we've been able to look at is,

across certain operations that we've been able to manage throughout the last couple

of years, 30 percent is a consistent number that we've seen of MS-13 members that have

been arrested that came into this country as unaccompanied alien children."

John Cronan from the DOJ's Criminal Division also spoke with President Trump at the roundtable

and reported that currently there are approximately 10,000 KNOWN MS-13 gang members living across

the United States, noting in particular that these gang members are "primarily composed

of immigrants or descendants of immigrants from El Salvador, and they have infiltrated

our entire country."

Cronan states – "The reason MS-13 is so massive in our country, the reason why they

have 10,000 members in 40 states and the District of Columbia, is because many of those gang

members have illegally entered our country.

When we fail to enforce our immigration and human smuggling laws, when we have loopholes

in our immigration laws, and when we have porous borders and insufficient enforcement

of our immigration laws, MS-13 can simply replenish its jail population by sending more

and more gang members across our borders."

The term "government employee" has become synonymous with lazy, subpar, bureaucratic

nonsense, and a host of other unflattering adjectives.

If you are like me and deal with various federal, county, and state offices on a daily basis,

it can be rather frustrating.

While there are certainly good folks to be sure, it seems in some offices and entities

that is just simply not the norm.

Now President Donald Trump is proposing to make some much-needed changes to the federal

civilian workforce with his 2019 budget.

To those employees not measuring up or pulling their weight, this could spell doom for them.

The budget is set to be released on Monday and is purported to contain some of the biggest

reforms to the government workforce in decades.

President Trump's efforts to wrangle the bureaucracy fulfill a key campaign promise

of the businessman president, who pledged a hiring freeze to shrink the cost of government

and reduce regulation.

Among the changes proposed:

Creation of a bonus pool to reward good employees.

An end to so-called "step increases," pay hikes of 3% to 5% that 99.7% of federal

workers get even if they are poor performers.

Changes to the overall pay package, with a focus on generous retirement benefits, that

align federal pay to the private world.

Retraining of employees.

Redeploying workers where they are needed.

The White House is purposing to change how more than 1.5 million federal workers are

paid with a merit-based system.

The proposed system would emphasize performance-based raises instead of the current system that

generally increases pay based on tenure.

The proposal would slow tenure-based increases, generating $10 billion over 10 years for performance-based

payments.

Then the subject of benefits, now currently 47% higher than in the private workforce,

according to a congressional report, will be trimmed back in line with the private sector.

Many are touting it as "the most ambitious proposal to overhaul the civil service in

40 years" as President Trump proposes what is the norm in many private sector companies.

Simply put, he is proposing to "hire the best and fire the worst."President Trump

briefly alluded the proposal in his State of the Union address last week when he stated

– "Tonight, I call on Congress to empower every Cabinet Secretary with the authority

to reward good workers and to remove federal employees who undermine the public trust or

fail the American people."

President Trump is using the VA Accountability Act, which gave the Secretary of Veterans

Affairs greater authority to fire and discipline workers, as a model for this newest proposal.

The White House reports the VA Accountability Act resulted in the dismissal of 1,470 employees,

the suspension of 443, demotions for 83 others last year.

Another portion of the upcoming proposal plans to reduce automatic pay increases and instead

use that money for a performance bonus pool.

Currently, federal employees get a review every one to three years.

Employees whose performance is "fully successful" — as 99.7% are — get a within-grade "step"

increase in addition to annual cost-of-living increases.

Reforms have been introduced in the past but opposition from the biggest workforce in the

country often resist change, fighting any effort to be accountable to the very American

people that pay their salaries.

Critics claim these bonus will be used to reward loyalists and lackeys and be used to

discriminate against minorities and women.

American Federation of Government Employees President J. David Cox claims President Trump

is using this proposal as a means for "political revenge" stating – "While to some people

those are code words, they're very clear to us.

Basically, it wipes out due process rights for employees.

He seems to be interested in political revenge by firing people.

The government is not a family business that you get to be in total control of."

Proponents of the proposal say that is not the case and instead state the overall goal

is to bring the 1950s-styled Civil Service into the digital age, introduce automation,

reward "the best" with bonuses, make it easier to hire and fire and provide "flexibility"

by moving employees where they are needed and even rehiring skilled retirees.

USA Today details just how difficult this proposal might be to carry out though as many

have come before President Trump and failed to do the same –

"Since President Jimmy Carter signed the Civil Service Reform Act in 1978, every president

has tried — to some degree or another — to promote greater efficiency in the federal

workforce.

And every president has largely failed, running up against an entrenched culture in the bureaucracy,

opposition from labor unions and a fickle Congress, said Donald Devine, who was President

Ronald Reagan's civil service director.

Reagan tried implementing Carter's reform law but ran into resistance from Congress.

Trump administration officials say Devine's work has inspired their efforts, but they

weren't popular at the time: Newspapers gave Devine nicknames like "the Grinch,"

"the Rasputin of reduction in force," and "the terrible, swift sword of the civil

service."

He served four years as director of the Office of Personnel Management but withdrew his re-nomination

in 1985 amid congressional opposition.

"You get bogged down, the unions keep threatening you, they get Congress so upset," Devine

said.

"All the presidents, after a while, give up and forget about it.

Some of them make it worse, some of them do a little better."

And while he credits Trump for taking on the issue with new enthusiasm, he said the real

estate mogul and former reality television star will soon learn it's harder to fire

people in government."

It seems President Trump has his work cut out for him and I wish him all success as

this is an endeavor that is desperately needed for the betterment of the American people.

overhaul, stating, �Tonight, I call on Congress to empower every Cabinet Secretary with the

authority to reward good workers and to remove federal employees who undermine the public

trust or fail the American people.�

Rumblings about a shakeup began before President Trump�s address.

Last month, Robert Shea, a former White House Office of Management and Budget official hinted

to Bloomberg Law that, �A pretty substantial reorganization�, may occur in the near future.

Another source told the publication that, �OPM may be ready for a big shakeup.�

Station after ending its funding to the space lab from 2025.

A NASA document obtained by the Washington Post, reads "it is possible that industry

In fact, it wasn't long ago that De Niro delivered a foul-mouthed, threatening rant,

calling Trump a "f***ing idiot" and vowing to "punch him in the face" simply for

having different views.

According to The Daily Wire, De Niro flew into the United Arab Emirates for the World

Government Summit in Dubai to self-righteously berate the world for not doing enough to combat

alleged man-made climate change, especially President Donald Trump.

Unfortunately for him, his hypocritical rant was immediately called out by viewers who

were quick to noticed that De Niro was slamming the U.S. for mass consumption of environmentally

harmful materials like oil in the UAE, which is one of the top 10 oil-producing countries

in the world.

"I am talking about my own country, the United States of America.

We don't' like to say we are a 'backward' country so let's just say we're suffering

from a case of temporary insanity," he said.

"He said that in the country he's describing, the head of the Environmental Protection Agency

suggested last week that global warming may be a good thing for humanity," the Post

reported.

De Niro closed his remarks by saying that the United Sates "will eventually cure itself

by voting our dangerous leader" out of office.The smug Hollywood elitist slammed President Donald

Trump for his stance on the leftist agenda for "climate change" in the UAE, a country

which boasts a primary export of oil and has become filthy rich off the commodity that

climate change activists like himself are supposedly against.

Furthermore, De Niro called the U.S. a "backward" nation in the same country in which they imprison

women for being gang-raped or taking prescription antidepressants and even allow members of

the royal family to keep slaves.

Viewers immediately called out De Niro's flagrant hypocrisy and lack of knowledge on

the issue of "climate change" with responses like the collection below:

"De Niro is in Dubai bad mouthing oil.

Who is the f —ing idiot and f—ing fool?"

"Did DeNiro fly over in a private jet?

And did he use bottled water?

I would think someone so concerned with climate change would not aggravate the matter by doing

these things which waste energy."

graduated from high school."

"Another liberal with doomsday predictions but zero evidence to back them up.

he goes and uses more electricity on his various mansions and properties than many small towns

in America."

Robert De Niro is just another out-of-touch Hollywood elitist who can't help but express

his bigotry and utter hypocrisy when it comes to President Donald Trump.

Luckily, he's not getting away with his shameless bashing of the U.S., as more individuals

are showing these liberal celebrities that they don't speak for the majority of Americans.

It turns out that Donald Trump is actually doing fairly well with the American people.

To the chagrin of the left, he now has a better approval rating than media darling Barack

Obama had at this point in his first term.

According to non-partisan Rasmussen Reports, 49 percent of U.S. likely voters approve of

Trump's job performance as of Friday, Feb. 9.

That might not be the highest number in history, but contrary to the narrative of universal

hatred of Donald Trump, the 45th president has better numbers than Obama.

"Since last week's State of the Union address, Trump's approval ratings have been

running slightly ahead of where Barack Obama was at this stage of his presidency," Rasmussen

admitted.

On Feb. 9 of 2010 — beginning his second year as president — Obama's overall approval

rating was only 47 percent, two points lower than Trump now holds.

To be fair, neither number is particularly stunning, but compare how the media portrays

the two presidents.

Obama was a press favorite, seen as some sort of savior for race relations, the economy,

and the country as a whole.

Hope and Change, and all that jazz.

In contrast, it's probably not an exaggeration to say that Trump has been attacked by the

media more than any other president in recent history.

Pundits didn't even take his candidacy seriously and then saw it as their job to derail him

once he won.

The data backs up that view.

A study by the Media Research Center found that the press coverage of President Trump

has been not just slightly biased, but catastrophically slanted against him.

"But as the Media Research Center has been documenting all year, the media have approached

the Trump presidency with unrelenting hostility," stated the MRC.

"Our latest numbers show that coverage of Trump on the ABC, CBS and NBC evening newscasts

in September, October and November was more than 90 percent negative."

"In September, there were just 31 pro-Trump statements on the Big Three (ABC, CBS, and

NBC) vs. 359 negative," the Media Research Center elaborated.

"In October, the number of positive statements grew to 41, while the negative statements

swelled to 435."

Let that sink in: While the media has hounded Trump endlessly, he has still managed to beat

Obama's popularity numbers.

Just imagine what the polls would say if the press actually gave him a fair shake.

learned their lesson since.

OK, my dear friends, this is the end. The US has promised to take horrible revenge on us.

And now the Donald Trump's team has fulfilled its promise.

The world famous "Kremlin list" has been released,

and our Western "partners", their hearts beating wildly and their eyes shining with glee,

are observing the suffering of all 210 so-call Russian oligarchs and political allies of Putin.

Are you scared? I am not.

But our Western opponents as well as our neighbors on this globe

and liberally minded Russians are simply beside themselves with happiness.

They eagerly anticipate the upcoming crush of the Putin regime, removal of Crimea

and further measure on the list of dreams of Senator McCain and President Poroshenko.

As the Bloomberg agency reports, what meant to happen according to the crafty plan

of the authors of the American sanction list against the Russian elite did indeed happen.

The Russian business people featured on the US Kremlin list

started to encounter serious problems in their business activity and life abroad.

The Western media reports based on anonymous sources

that the Russian business people now have to submit to additional scrutiny.

The banks where they have accounts mistreat them,

and their foreign partners are afraid to deal with them for fear to incur the State Department wrath and sanctions.

One anonymous billionaire complained to Bloomberg

that one big deal he was negotiating for the past several month is now under threat of collapsing,

because the Western partners are very nervous about the sanctions, since that Russian businessman in on the Kremlin list.

As you can guess, the happiness of whose writing such stories is simply boundless.

Apparently, they expect all so-called oligarchs to grab pitchforks right now, and when what? Riot?

Or go to Bolotnay Square to protest against the regime that let them down?

Or, perhaps, join the boycott of the Presidential elections promoted by Alexey Navalny?

May be, they would support Groudinin (the Presidential candidate from the Communist Party), that is, the candidate

to whom the US ex-ambassador McFaul as well as the Washington Post and Financial Times already offered their support?

Well, perhaps, there is a chance about Groudinin, since oligarchs might support an oligarch,

particularly considering that they are the offshors neighbors and, possibly, business colleagues.

However, our transatlantic opponents are wrong to rejoice

in the news about the problems of the persons on the so-called Kremlin list.

Let us turn our imagination on. Let us imaging a spherical businessman in a vacuum,

although there aren't that many people like that among 210 personages on the Kremlin list.

The list contains many state officials and leaders of the state corporations, for whom this subject is irrelevant.

But still there are on the list some typical "global" Russians

like the ones shown in the scandalous clip by Robbie Williamson,

which, for some strange reason, offended so many.

Imaging that all of a sudden this "global" Russian starts having problems with his British or Swiss bank.

The bank is afraid to serve such toxic client lest it itself become a subject of future sanctions.

What would the Russian businessman do?

Select from the following: a) cry and angrily demand why Groudinin has no problem with the Swiss bank and he does;

b) simply removes his money from that bank.

I am convinced that he would simply remove his money from that bank.

But here we have to ask ourselves a serious question: Where would he transfer his money?

To the US - no, impossible; the EU - the same;

the Arab word and Latin America are not solid enough places to hide big money in. So, what is left?

China for the most adventurous and those with some connections in the place, and, as you probably guessed, Russia.

And here in Russia we have amnesty for the returning money, and the State Duma is preparing to extend the amnesty for another year.

Generally, Russia is quiet, stable and predictable;

a beautiful retreat Sochi, a fantastic megapolis Moscow - and no sanctions. Bliss.

What would happen if such a spherical oligarch in the vacuum decides to organize a Maidan (reference to a Ukrainian coup of 2013-2014)?

The result would be sad, and it would happen quickly. The professional from FSB would deal with him real fast,

and his assets would be taken by either the state or by deft competitors.

Even if the unsuccessful revolutionary manages to escape, which is not at all certain, there would be no guarantee

that he, such a nice a deserving political emigrant, would not be robbed blind

in the blessed West under the cover of fight against money laundering.

The oligarchs all know they'd be robbed, and then a US politician or a British minister would present the fact of that robbery

as the proof of how effective is the fight against the influence of the Russian oligarchs in the West.

Among the Russian businessmen with assets in West, many personages are quite unattractive from the moral standpoint.

However, not many of them are complete idiots.

That is why when the Western, Ukrainian or even Russian media writes that an uprising of the big business against Putin is imminent

they simply demonstrate their complete ignorance of our reality.

It is the opposite, actually. It is not an uprising that will be happening.

The businessmen leaving their Western quiet harbors and offshores will be en mass professing their patriotism

and declaring how happy they are to be able to return their money to the Motherland.

I am convinced that in about three years the West will come to realize what they have done. But it will be too late.

But we should simply express our sincere gratitude to Trump and the US Congress

for their substantial help in nationalizing the Russian business elite.

Now that our nation is benefiting from some long-overdue tax reform, it's time for the

Trump administration and the rest of the GOP to shift focus to other items on the agenda.

One of the bigger items on the list has to do with finally cleaning up the entitlements

that continue to serve as an anchor around the neck of our nation's overall fiscal

health.

As he has continually demonstrated since entering office, Trump hopes to apply a common sense

approach to fixing the problems.

As always, that means the Left will be up in arms while spreading out false information.

Money shares some more details on the situation at hand.

Most Americans give little thought to Medicaid, which is typically viewed as an entitlement

program for the poor.

But it's about to get a lot more attention.

President Donald Trump is seeking to radically overhaul the $530 billion program by changing

its funding—a move that could end up sharply reducing coverage and jeopardizing the financial

security of many middle-class families.

Contrary to popular belief, Medicaid is not just a benefit for low-income Americans.

It's actually the nation's largest health care program, covering 74 million enrollees,

or about one in four Americans.

Some 60% of Medicaid's spending is for the elderly and the disabled, many of whom come

from middle-class households.

From a bottom line perspective, there are people out there that actually need help.

Unfortunately, there are also a ton of folks out there that are fully capable of existing

without assistance that abuse the system for their own benefit.

Cleaning it up once and for all will be a delicate balancing act, but Trump has a plan.

Trump's plan would change all that by converting the federal funding to so-called block grants.

With this approach, each state would get a set amount of money, which would be distributed

as local governments see fit.

In theory, this would give states more flexibility.

Problem is, block-grant funding typically doesn't keep up with rising costs.

As a recent study by the left-leaning Center on Budget and Policy Priorities found, a similar

House Republican budget plan for 2017 would slash federal Medicaid funding by 33% by the

year 2026.

Any report released by a clearly partisan organization needs to be taken with a large

grain of salt.

Nonetheless, those on the Left will tout the reports findings as if it were gospel.

Those that actually choose to educate themselves on the plan itself will quickly realize that

it's a well thought out approach that will not impact those that actually need the help

– i.e. seniors and the disabled.

The block-grant approach (as well as a similar per capita cap plan) is backed by many Republicans

lawmakers, including Rep. Tom Price, Trump's nominee for Health and Human Services Secretary,

who would oversee Medicaid and Medicare.

In a recent Senate hearing, Price acknowledged that switching to block grants would mean

ending guaranteed coverage under Medicaid.

Cash-strapped states would end up limiting eligibility or requiring beneficiaries to

pay more.

The cost-sharing Medicaid model is being used now in Indiana, home state of Trump's nominee

to run Medicare, where low-income beneficiaries must make monthly payments for coverage.

It's not going to be an easy fight to clean up Medicaid or any other entitlement program.

Democratic leaders will pontificate endlessly about how downright awful the GOP's plan

is, and their mouthpieces in the mainstream press will report their claims as if they

were fact.

Thankfully, there's a ton of voters out there that can see through the nonsense.

We need to look no further than the results of the 2016 presidential election for confirmation

of that.
