President Moon Jae-in has been busy working the phones,... speaking to world leaders following

North Korea's 6th nuclear test.

He spoke with his counterparts from the United States, Russia and Germany on Monday.... winning

support for much tougher international sanctions on the regime.

President Moon also secured permission from President Trump to remove the payload limits

on South Korea's ballistic missiles... in order to beef up the country's defense capabilities.

President Moon Jae-in spoke with his U.S. counterpart Donald Trump over the phone late

Monday,... agreeing to remove the limit on the payload of South Korean ballistic missiles

under the allies' missile guideline.

The move is aimed at enhancing Seoul's own defense capabilities against the increasing

threats posed by North Korea.

Increasing the payload from its current maximum of 500 kilograms will make it possible for

Seoul to develop missiles that can destroy the fortified underground bunkers used by

the North Korean leadership.

During the call,...

President Moon also said South Korea will complete the temporary deployment of the THAAD

missile defense system as soon as possible.

The two leaders also shared the view that it's time to put the strongest pressure and

sanctions on the North,... and agreed that the two allies will push for an even stronger

UN resolution on Pyongyang.

President Moon also spoke with the leaders of Russia and Germany following Pyongyang's

nuclear test.

He stressed that it's high time the UN Security Council reviewed measures to fundamentally

cut off the sources of North Korea's foreign currency earnings.

President Moon agreed with his German counterpart that the two countries will push for stronger

UN sanctions against Pyongyang,... while also agreeing to resolve the North's nuclear issue

in a peaceful manner through dialogue.

If we all lift every victim of the natural tragedy up in prayer, amazing things will

happen!

Watch as Trump sits among religious leaders, along with Mike Pence, announcing this miracle-bringing

National Day of Prayer:

Trump said:

"We invite all Americans to join us as we continue to pray for those who have lost family

members or friends, and for those who are suffering in this time of crisis."

Most recently, the number who died related to Hurricane Harvey has climbed to 50.

Please pray for their families and friends.

On Saturday, when he and Melania were back in Texas, he encouraged everyone by saying:

"Tomorrow's a very big day, so go to your church and pray and enjoy the day."

The weather has cleared up there and he just wanted them to feel encouraged and able to

enjoy being alive, even amid the devastation.

I hope you will join in this day of prayer, and lift your fellow Americans who have been

so terribly affected, up.

President Moon Jae-in has been speaking to other world leaders following North Korea's

most powerful nuclear test to date.

In a phone call Monday night, President Moon and President Trump agreed to lift the restrictions

on South Korea's missile payloads... to allow Seoul have more powerful missiles in its arsenal.

President Moon will be flying to Russia tomorrow where he'll meet with President Putin... to

seek his cooperation in getting North Korea to back down.

Monday, a day after the North's latest nuclear test,... and they agreed to remove the limit

on the payload of South Korean ballistic missiles under the allies' missile guidelines.

(KOREAN) "The two leaders agreed to actively seek countermeasures

against North Korea's provocations and fully prepare for potential threats based on the

ironclad defense readiness posture of South Korea and the United States."

The move is aimed at enhancing Seoul's own defense capabilities against the increasing

threats posed by North Korea.

Lifting the payload cap from its current 500 kilograms will make it possible for Seoul

to develop missiles that can destroy the fortified underground bunkers used by the North Korean

leadership.

During the call,...

President Moon also said South Korea will complete the temporary deployment of the THAAD

missile defense system as soon as possible.

The two leaders also shared the view that it's time to put the strongest pressure and

sanctions on the North,... and agreed that the allies will push for an even stronger

UN resolution on Pyongyang.

President Moon also spoke with the leaders of Russia and Germany.

With President Vladimir Putin, especially, President Moon said the UN Security Council

should seriously consider fundamentally cutting off the sources of North Korea's foreign currency

earnings, cutting off its oil supply, and banning North Korean laborers from working

overseas.

(STAND UP) President Moon is flying off to Vladivostok

for the Eastern Economic Forum early Wednesday morning.

There he'll have ample opportunity on the sidelines to meet with foreign leaders, including

President Putin, to discuss the state of the regional security face to face."

to discuss North Korea.

'The United States is considering, in addition to other options, stopping all trade with

any country doing business with North Korea.'

Now it's very important to note that this is also a VERY direct threat to China, who

accounts for 85% of N. Korea's trade.

While Trump's detractors are claiming we "need" China, who accounted for $600 billion

last year, the threat is actually a BRILLIANT strategy.

His attacks against the rogue state did not stop there, however.

Heis tweets also called out South Korea for "appeasement" of the North and China for

embarrassing themselves by association.

Some people may be upset over Trump's tough talk on North Korea and their allies.

That sound you hear in the video is the sound of the white car hitting the barrier on the

highway.

"That car right there just drove out of the woods!" said a man.

Secret service agents did a U-turn and exited the truck to immediately confront the people

in the white car.

You can see a man exit the car, distressed.

He hold his hands over his head.

Did he try to ram the President's limo?

No details were known at the time what it was.

This was President Trump's first trip to Missouri.

Trump even took Missouri by 19 points last November.

many of the amazing groups helping out.

"He's actually asked that I check with the folks in this room since you are very

good at research and have been doing a lot of reporting into the groups and organizations

that have the best and most effective in helping and providing aid and he would love some suggestions

from the folks here and I would be happy to take them."

That right there is just the kind of leader Trump is.

He is not happy just doing the Job of President.
