In April, he threatened to rain "fire and fury" onto North Korea if the nation threatened the US or its allies.

While Secretary of Defence General James 'Mad Dog' Mattis refused to rule out a devastating end to the Kim regime through the USA's "many military options", claiming North Korea could face "total annihilation".

Now Express.co.uk reveals exactly what would happen if Mr Trump ordered the US military to nuke North Korea:.

First the President would receive word of an incoming attack and open 'the football' War with North Korea would only begin with Donald Trump receiving word of an imminent attack - either on the US or an ally.

The a military officer who is always by the president's side, would open the nuclear briefcase known as the football.

A black leather case which is carried around wherever the president goes, the football contains an outline of the nuclear options available and instructions for contacting military commanders around the world.

Instructions also outline how to give out orders demanding the commanders to launch their missiles.

Trump must discuss his options with two top military officials The president is the sole decision-maker but he must first consult two people to make that decision: the Pentagon's deputy director of operations in charge of the National Military Command Centre or "war room," and the commander of US Strategic Command.

However the resident can include whoever else he wants in the conversation - meaning daughter Ivanka and son-in-law Jared Kushner  could in theory help with the decision.  The president then makes the decision, and the order is given.

To verify the command, the officers recite an unknown code. The president must then respond with a code printed on a card that he carries with him at all times, known as the "biscuit.".

 Launch crews prepare to attack The launch crews receive the verified plan and prepare for attack.

Officials will have to unlock various safes, enter a series of codes, and turn keys to launch the missiles.  Crews are trained to "execute the order, not question it".

Missiles are launched It could take about five minutes for intercontinental ballistic missiles to launch from the time the president announced his order.  Missiles launched from submarines take about 15 minutes.

The whole process is designed to be fast because if missiles are heading toward the United States, they could land within 30 minutes. If the president chose to, he could launch US missiles before the enemy ones hit.

Joe Cirincione, the president of the Ploughshares Fund, said: "The president can order a nuclear strike in about the time it takes to write a tweet.".

have agreed on a strategy to take down North Korea.

The US leader and Moon Jae-in agreed during a call today morning, to exert stronger sanctions

on this hermit kingdom following its nuclear and missile tests this week.

Park Soo-hyun, spokesman for South Korea's Blue House, said "The two leaders have agreed

to strengthen cooperation, and exert stronger and practical sanctions, on North Korea ,so

The Blue House said, that Mr Moon and Mr Trump had strongly condemned the latest missile

launch by North Korea,

and agreed,that the two nations would work with the international community, to implement

Mr Trump and Mr Moon this morning decided to go ahead with pushing further sanctions on North Korea despite Kim saying sanctions would not stop him from achieving his goal.

He added: "We should clearly show the big power chauvinists how our state attains the goal of completing its nuclear force despite their limitless sanctions and blockade. Kim claimed his goal had "nearly reached the terminal".

Under Kim's leadership North Korea has launched dozens of missiles in a bid to accelerate its weapons programme which has the ultimate goal of being able to target the United States with a nuclear-tipped missile.

Friday's missile launch was the second this month, with its sixth nuclear test taking place on September 3.

Following that launch, the United Nations Security Council voted unanimously to step up sanctions against the rogue state by imposing a ban on textile imports and capping fuel supplies.

So far, the sanctions have stopped at preventing oil imports from China into North Korea over fears the precious balance of diplomacy between the US and China, the North's sole ally, could tip over the edge.

President Trump has been trying very hard to mitigate the number of dangerous people

coming into this country.

Unfortunately, left-leaning courts have been fighting as hard as they can to keep them

coming.

Luckily President Trump has some tricks up his sleeve to get around them while the court

battles are being fought.

President Trump asked the State Department to restrict visas given to applicants from

Cambodia, Eritrea, Guinea, and Sierra Leone.

Why?

Because those countries don't take back their own nationals when the U.S. is trying

to deport them.

Acting Secretary of Homeland Security said in a statement:

"International law obligates each country to accept the return of its nationals ordered

removed from the United States.

Cambodia, Eritrea, Guinea, and Sierra Leone have failed in that responsibility.

The United States itself routinely cooperates with foreign governments in documenting and

accepting its citizens when asked, as do the majority of countries in the world.

However, these countries have failed to do so, and that one-way street ends with these

sanctions."

US Immigration and Customs Enforcement Acting Director Thomas Homan backed her up, saying:

"American citizens have been harmed because foreign governments refuse to take back their

citizens.

These sanctions will ensure that the problem these countries pose will get no worse as

ICE continues its work to remove dangerous criminals from the United States."

Secretary of State Rex Tillerson has asked US consular offices in those countries to

restrict certain visas, with different restrictions for each country, mostly temporary B visas

for tourists.

Tillerson also warned that if those countries continue to violate international law, restrictions

will become more severe.

That's how it's done, folks!

I have no idea why this wasn't done earlier by another president, but I'm glad we have

someone in the White House ready to stick up for we the people!

Lawyers For Trump's Aides Warn "Don't Lie To Protect Trump" - Duration: 3:53.

The investigation into possible Russian collusion with the Trump campaign/Trump administration

is picking up a lot of steam.

In the last week, aides and former staffers for Donald Trump have started hiring lawyers,

just like a lot of other people in the administration have already done.

Some of these people include Hope Hicks, who was just announced as the new White House

communications director, Reince Preiebus, Sean Spicer, all of those people have now

hired lawyers because they're about the be interviewed by special prosecutor Robert Muller

as the any involvement with the Trump campaign, dealing with Russia, and how that might have

influenced the election or influenced anything the Trump administration has done.

Here is what their lawyers are telling them, and not just them but other, regular staffers

within the White House who fired lawyers.

They're saying, "Do not lie to protect the president.

It's not worth perjury, going to jail, just to protect Donald Trump.

That is the advice that these people's lawyers are giving to them right now.

Typically, when you meet with a lawyer, especially as part of a criminal investigation, there

is a confidentiality, excuse me, confidentiality there.

You can tell your lawyers things, much like you tell a doctor and they're not going to

go tell people, it's the same thing with lawyers.

They will not go and turn you in if you say, "Yes, I did this."

After meeting with these clients, if they tell them, "Do not lie in order to protect

the president," there's a very good chance that they know something coming from there

client that the rest of us do not know and may not ever know.

But here's the bottom line with this, and I think this is a point those lawyers need

to drive home with these people.

Put him in the same situation, and would Donald Trump protect you?

I don't think so, and that's why these people should not do anything that could potentially

land them in prison, just to protect this man who would throw them under the bus at

the first possible opportunity, because that's the kind of guy Donald Trump is.

He never takes the blame.

He find somebody else to pass it off onto, and these fired staffers, the people who left

the administration, they're probably going to be some of the first people that he tries

to throw under the bus.

They know things.

They may not know enough to get us an indictment.

They may not know enough to get Donald Trump impeached, or even really investigated further.

But they do know things that I'm sure Trump doesn't want the public to know, and so they

need to make sure that they protect themselves legally, because Trump would not afford them

the same kind of courtesy of protecting them when the chips are down.

Trump is looking out for himself, and these people who are getting roped into this investigation,

these people who came into the administration after all of these horrible things happened,

but still got roped into it?

They need to look out for themselves at this point, because this noose that Bob Muller

is creating is getting wider and wider every day, encompassing more people, and eventually,

in the not-too-distant future, that noose is going to start tightening, and those people

who lied to investigators, lied to grand juries, about what the Trump administration and the

Trump campaign did, they're going to be some of the first people to go

to prison.

Delusional Trump Issues Threat: Give Me The Wall Or We'll Become The Obstructionists - Duration: 3:21.

Earlier this week, Donald Trump finally made his way down to South Florida to witness some

of the damage caused by Hurricane Irma and while he was on the tarmac attempting to leave

the state of Florida after only a few hours, reporters were asking him questions about

his supposed immigration deal with Democrats and he decided to say something about the

border wall, which is still one of huge pet projects, and he told the reporters that if

I do not get this wall, then we will become the obstructionists within in the federal

government.

Obviously Donald Trump hasn't been paying attention to what's been going on for the

last eight and a half years at this point because Republicans have consistently been

the obstructionists in the federal government since the day that President Obama was sworn

in.

They didn't let any of his major ideas go through, they didn't even bring a lot of his

judicial nominees to a vote, so if you're saying that suddenly Republicans are going

to become the obstructionists, you're about nine and a half years, 10 years maybe too

late because it already happened.

Now, if you're talking about becoming the obstructionist to your own Republican party,

my advice is, good luck with that, buddy, because they do possibly have the numbers,

depending on the issue, to override your veto.

Lest you forgot, you do not have absolute power here in the United States.

I know that comes as a shock to you, but you don't.

Furthermore, if we have a Republican President who's constantly attacking and obstructing

a Republican congress, how do you think that's going to work out for those Republicans in

the midterm?

If you turn all of the Republicans against those people, they're not going to win reelection,

then suddenly you're faced with the prospect of a Democratic House, maybe even a Democratic

Senate, which means that impeachment will be right around the corner.

You can't play this out anymore, man.

You cannot try to negotiate some kind of deal on this by issuing these blanket threats because

you have no capital in this.

You have no way to ensure that your threat could be carried out without it also causing

significant damage to you and your presidency, in fact it would cause you more damage than

it would cause these Republicans and Democrats.

You're the one with everything to lose at this point and yet, you think that it's okay

to issue these kinds of threats.

Well, I have news for you, you're not going to get the funding that you want for your

border wall, especially not at a time when we have these natural disasters barring down

on us every couple of weeks.

We're going to need that money to help people rebuild their lives.

We're going need that money to help mitigate climate change, whether you believe in it

or not.

The border wall will never happen, but go ahead and keep making your empty threats because

I would love to see how that plays out for Republicans

in 2018.

Trump Has Killed More Than 800 Regulations, Putting Your Life In Danger - Duration: 4:01.

Donald Trump has said repeatedly that he has accomplished more in his first seven, eight

months in office than any other president in US history.

Well, as it turns out, in a way he might actually be right.

However, it's not progress that he's actually making.

According to a new report, Donald Trump has slashed more than 860 federal regulations

that help keep American citizens safe.

So I guess, in that regard, Donald Trump has done about 860 things for this country.

Unfortunately, not a single one of those will benefit any human being in this country unless

you happen to be a corporate CEO.

Here are just a few of the regulations that Donald Trump has rolled back.

First of all, mattresses in our home do not have to contain as much flame-retardant material.

And, as anybody who studied the effects of house fires understands, mattresses are one

of the first things to go up in flames.

And if you happen to be laying on that mattress because your smoke alarm didn't go off or

you didn't hear it or you didn't change the batteries, you're dead.

He's repealed protections for construction site workers, which is gonna make it more

likely that they will get run over by massive heavy machinery on the construction site.

In other words, you're dead.

He has taken hundreds of animals off of the endangered species list so they don't have

to pay for any of their protection.

He's rolled back environmental protections to allow corporations to dump their toxic

waste into rivers and streams here in the United States, which is gonna poison American

citizens, which will ultimately lead to -- you guessed it -- people will die.

I know nobody likes regulations.

They don't like to hear that word.

Republicans absolutely hate it, and that's one of the major themes that they campaign

on in local, state, and federal, and presidential elections every single time they run.

"We gotta cut back on these regulations.

We gotta stop it."

Well, I have news for you, American people.

Regulations save lives.

That's why they exist.

That's the whole reason we started doing that.

We have these regulations in place on construction site so people don't get killed by machinery.

When you pass by a construction site and you see everybody wearing a hard hat, that's a

regulation that was put in place to save lives.

They're not doing it because it's fashionable.

They do it because it's mandated, because it saves them.

They can't save them from everything, but it saves enough lives each year.

Same thing with seat belts and environmental protections.

And mattress protections, for God sakes.

These aren't helping small businesses by repealing these regulations.

These don't affect small businesses.

The only people affected by these are the massive corporations who have enough money

to fully comply.

They just don't want to.

And if you don't believe me, then I suggest you go through the court documents, the internal

memos and e-mails that they send to one another.

It's right there, folks, in writing.

I have seen it.

They don't want to follow regulations because they don't want to spend the money.

It's not because they can't spend the money, it's because they don't want to.

That's how it goes.

So, if you want to count Donald Trump as a success, go ahead and do it.

But the only thing he has successfully done is put more American lives in danger so that

corporations can save a couple of dollars every single year.

White House Says Trump Has Done More For Bipartisanship Than Obama - Duration: 3:59.

According to White House Press Secretary Sarah Huckabee Sanders, Donald Trump has done more

for bipartisanship in this country than Barack Obama ever could.

Now, she made these statements during Wednesday's White House press briefing, when talking about

the fact that Donald Trump finally, after eight months in office, decided to meet with

Democrats and talk about DACA and tax reform.

Donald Trump, who went at least the first six months of his tenure as president not

meeting with a single Democrat, the Democrats weren't consulted on healthcare bills, they

weren't originally consulted on tax reform, they haven't been consulted on a number of

issues.

So now finally that Donald Trump has a meeting with them, suddenly in the eyes of people

like Sarah Huckabee Sanders he is the most bipartisan president ever.

At least more so than Barack Obama, because God forbid the White House go a single day

without comparing themselves to Barack Obama.

They have a very serious obsession with this man that's really unhealthy and frankly they

should probably see somebody to find out why they can't get over the fact that there was

another president before Donald Trump.

Imagine the audacity of this country, having somebody else before Trump.

But nonetheless, they're going to keep comparing themselves to him, and they're going to keep

falling short, because when it comes to bipartisanship, Barack Obama really does take the cake.

Now, I'm not trying to be too negative about Obama, but there were too many instances during

his presidency when he reached out to the obstructionist Republicans and tried to give

them every deal he possibly could.

It happened with the Affordable Care Act.

It happened on tax cuts for the wealthy.

It happened on a number of issues where he reached out to Republicans, got their input,

put it into the final legislation, and then they would still obstruct it.

It's the Republicans who have a problem working on the other side of the aisle, not the other

way around.

Democrats consistently reach out to Republicans.

They may not agree with everything they say, but they know as elected officials, they are

entitled to get their hands on legislation and make some changes to it if they need to.

Republicans are not willing to work with Democrats, and at this point in D.C., it's actually quite

hilarious, because Republicans aren't even willing to work with other Republicans.

So we get left with a stalemate, which is currently what we're seeing from the Federal

Government.

We're literally days away from a Federal Government shutdown because Republicans can't even agree

with one another enough to come up with a budget bill, a spending bill to keep the Government

going.

We don't have that yet, so all this talk about Trump being some kind of bipartisan hero is

absolutely disgusting.

This man has been a partisan hack since the first moment he stepped onto the scene to

run for President, and he's continuing that now.

Just because he had two or three short meetings with Democrats, doesn't mean he's actually

listening to them or reaching out to them or is going to play nice with them from now

on.

Trump is trying to scare his Republicans.

This has nothing to do with wanting to work with Democrats.

It's about forcing the Republican Party to fall in line with his horrible policies, and

once they do that, which they're already showing signs of it, those Democrats are once again

going to be locked out in the cold with no Republican willing to speak to them or get

their input on any policy decisions.

What I'm gonna do is I want to paint them 100% white and then I'm gonna take

Sharpies and then like write stuff on them, like write my name.

Hopefully it should be cool. let's paint them white right now.

So after like an hour of trying to get this freakin' paint can open

I finally got it open and it's really old so like the consistency was like everything settled to the bottom

So now I have to stir it and stir it until it gets better.

Oh my goodness... FREAK!!! AAHHHHH!! I got it on my friendship bracelets what the ffff.

Oh, I tweaked. Oh, I tweaked. Oh, I rubbed it in. Oh, I tweaked. Okay. What the fff [ BEEEEP ]

squirting on me. That didn't sound good. I'm gonna start actually painting.

We need to take the laces out. I guess let's just get started.

Okay, guys. So if you guys can see this, they're both white; they look pretty white to me.

So I had to put a base coat on first because the material doesn't

absorb the paint like perfectly like you can still see like - I can still see

looking through it I can see some of the black so I had to put a "pre-pre-coat" on

which means I have to come back and do another coat later 'til I get it so

it actually dries and then I can put on another one so it's not actually black anymore.

So I'm gonna let this dry a little bit and then maybe we're gonna come back out

and then we're gonna put a second coat on. You can't even tell they're fake if this --

Oh, I mean what? You can't tell they're even not re --

You can't even not tell that they're not... They're fake, okay, they're fake,

they're not real if you guys didn't know at this point. They're fake Yeezys. They're not real.

I got them for $10 from my friend. So, yeah, let's keep going with the project.

These guys have to dry for a long time because obviously they're really soaked in paint

All right, guys, so last clip I filmed it was 6:30 in the morning and I was out painting the shoes.

Right now it's actually 1:10 and I'm home from school

and we got two Yeezys that we're gonna customize right now. We got Morgan here.

I brought him over from school. Actually, you brought me home from school, haha!

So we're gonna do it. I'm gonna customize one, and Morgan's gonna customize one and there's

gonna be a pole in the corner and you guys are gonna see whose is better.

I'm gonna write the YouTube logo on mine and I don't know you're gonna do.

All right, guys. This is the image I'm using if you guys are wondering. I'm using the YouTube logo.

So that's what I'm gonna be using for a little reference as I paint.

You guys saw my design or what I want to do with the shoe. This is what Morgan wants to do.

Alright guys, so here's what we got. This is preliminary.

This is Youtube and Donald Trump. This is my design: it's not done yet, I still got to color it all in.

And this is Morgan's: he's working on it. We're gonna start coloring and then we're gonna reveal.

Alright, guys. So what we're gonna do now is we're gonna reveal the shoes.

I've worked since yesterday. I got these shoes yesterday at school from a friend

and I painted them and I just customized them so let's do the reveal right now.

You guys are gonna pick which one you guys like better.

Obviously, you guys can look at the poll. Make sure to click on it and vote because -

so we can actually tell who wins 'cause it's gonna be me. Morgan: No way, dude. Haha.

At this point, Morgan has a legitimate shot at winning

So, I'm the underdog here. I did YouTube. What did you do?

All right guys this is my shoe. The YouTube Yeezy.

What I did is I did "@ Joe Clark" I did the little @ logo. I wrote J-o-e C-l-a-r-k on the side.

What I did is on the top I did the little play button and I wrote Y-o-u and then I did the YouTube logo.

Also, I signed it on this side if you guys were wondering, I had to sign it.

I also did a little logo on the back so when you're walking around.

So this is my look, this is my design and I guess is your turn Morgan.

Morgan: So if you - if you had like your own shoe, would this be what it'd look like?

Joe: Yeah this is my shoe! If I have a designed shoe, this is what it's gonna be.

Morgan: Alright, I really like it. It's really clean like very clear like "Youtube".

It's a little bit more going on than yours I think. So here we got good ol' man -
