I am not getting the photos that I have saved  with name, I don't know since 1 week I am updating, backuping , clearing cache doing everything to get the name that I have saved with the photos but the name is not available nor the photos and I have not deleted not formatted nothing it is gone. In Google photos you can search with the file name, but Google needs some time to index these data. 

Some special characters like - . are ignored or replaced by a space in the index. Examples:

• Name-002.JPG found with Name-002.JPG or Name-002 or Name 002 or Name002
• IMG_4266.JPG found with IMG_4266.JPG or IMG_4266 or IMG 4266 or IMG4266
• A search with WA may find all Whatsapp file names like IMG-20191021-WA0002.jpg

You can also download all uploaded photos and compare with the original set on the computer.

Your Gallery has probably an option "Recent" where you find the most recently added photos. The info should tell you where it is stored.  On my Android a downloaded photo is in DCIM\\Restored and also shown in the Google Photos app.

After hours of trying every fix recommended I tried this that works. No idea what made me think of it. Suggest you test first with one photo. Select and delete the photo. This puts it in the bin, which you can access via the library. Select and restore. This triggers, at least for me, instant upload. I had 182 stuck, so far this appears to be an approach that works.

I asked "do you see the photos in https://photos.google.com/" which is the "Photos" tab in the web app of Google photos. That's where backed up photos can be found, sorted by "date taken". You also find them in "Recently added" https://photos.google.com/search/_tra_ sorted by upload date. There is no album called "Backup". 

When you take a photo with your Android device, the photo will always be seen in the Google Photos app on that device, also when the photos are not backed up.

When you see the photos there they have indeed been uploaded. When you open a photo and the info of that photo, it tells you "Uploaded from ... " or "Shared by ...   saved to your photos" ... 

 

There are a few possibilities to get there with Backup and sync turned OFF:

• You can select one or more photos, tap 3-dots > Back up now
• You can select one or more photos, tap + (Add to) > Album. That will upload the photos and add them to an album in Google photos cloud https://photos.google.com/albums 
• Tap on the "Save" icon when photos are shared with you
• maybe more ... 

What I want is

   Yes, when uploaded after June 1 2021, or uploaded with setting "Original".

   If you mean https://photos.google.com/: that is the place where backed up photos are stored. When you delete photos there they will also be deleted from all albums - - -  in https://photos.google.com/albums (these albums just contain links to the photos in https://photos.google.com/) and from all synced devices. 
   Just try a few before you start deleting more. Or even better: make an additional backup of what  you do not want to lose.
